Hey, guys! Mole here!
Just thought I'd make sure that people are informed that two new Cookie Run games have been confirmed
to be released at some point
One being a Build-your-own Kingdom app and another being a Match-3 Puzzle game!
As seen on Devsister's newly redesigned page, and among their coming soon titles,
We are able to spot proof that these two games are indeed to be a thing.
Moving down through their cookie run page,
There is now another promotional image, depicting the cookies breaking out of an oven
In order to escape the witch.
-Who I am surprised is still relevant,
Considering we only see her once and is forgotten about afterwards unless she's, ya know...
Convenient to the plot.
But since Dark Enchantress is a thing,
I hope we see more witch-related stuff whenever she happens to get a Magic Candy or something.
Further in, we see that Devsisters is now describing both Ovenbreak and Cookiewars as a live service.
Which may give a little salty taste to some gamers,
But it's what the series has been and always will be.
And if there's anything I can say,
It's that Devsisters,
compared to uh, certain other companies...
-know how to make a fun game with consistent and enjoyable content!
Even without the need to pay up in order to progress! (experiences may vary!)
And here we have the Match-3 Puzzle Game!
Some may have seen somewhere else, sometime ago!
And from what we can see here, it's most likely going to be a simple title!
Where you are progressing from one level to the next,
While new stages and worlds are added through updates!
There are different jellies to match up, some with different effects as well as possible assistance
from cookies through their abilities.
Whether it (will be) beneficial, detrimental,
or just to give stages their own unique conditions is yet to be known.
There's really not much else to say about it.
But I think it's something nice to pass the time with.
Well, that's my impression!
And onto Cookie Kingdom!
The game where you help our little cookies build their own -you guessed it-
Kingdom!
And while it may not be the anticipated RPG we've heard about,
It's still a nice treat and a way to expand upon the IP.
Who knows!
Maybe the RPG will be a separate thing!
Maybe...
Hopefully...
And as so far as we can see from this screenshot,
It's pretty comfy looking!
And overall adorable!
You can see blackberry and onion reading a story,
Orange and Lime taking a selfie,
Cocoa enjoying her self,
Wizard and Alchemist conversing,
Salt Cookie fishing,
Carol enjoying herself, (I forgot I said this twice lol)
Mint Choco(playing some music!)
And most importantly,
Because I'm clearly not biased and love me some cute animals,
A possible Squirrel shop!
And while this is all really great,
I hope we can maybe get more interaction and dialogue shared between the characters!
But hey, if that's not happening,
Take what you can get to make the cookie world more lively!
Anyways, as mentioned in the description,
We are to build a kingdom, have fun with them,
and explore the cookie world, and battle enemies to expand our influence!
Which I hope to be is a great and somewhat strategic system!
last tidbit I should mention is that, of course,
Friends will play a role in helping each other out through joint-missions!
And before we end here,
There's one last section for Cookie Run Merchandise!
To which if you live in the west,
Is really a faraway dream
Because, you're willing to have to pay upwards of 60 to maybe 100 dollars to get that stuff!
But hey, that's what I spent to get it!
I mean, look at them!
Please, please, please, Devsisters!
We'd really appreciate if you guys could offer us merchandise here in America!
Though, personally, I can't say the same about the comics,
But that'd be nice too!
