What's Up for May?

Jupiter at its best,

Saturn rises in the late evening sky,

and the moon dances with the planets.

Hello and welcome! I'm Jane Houston Jones from

NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California.

Jupiter climbs higher in the southeast sky

earlier in the evening this month.

This means that telescope viewers don't have to

wait until midnight to get good views of the planet.

You can enjoy Jupiter through binoculars, too.

Through binoculars, you should be able to see

Jupiter's four Galilean moons:

Io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto

and watch them change position from night to night.

Our moon appears near Jupiter from May 5-8.

The moon joins Venus and Mercury in the eastern sky

just before sunrise on May 22 and 23.

And it pairs up with red Mars just after sunset

in the west-northwest sky on May 26.

[ whoosh ]

Saturn is now visible before midnight,

rising around 11:30 p.m. in early May

and by 9:30 p.m. later in the month.

The best time to see Saturn is when it is highest in the sky.

That's after midnight this month,

before midnight in June,

and by early evening in July.

Through your telescope you may see some of Saturn's cloud bands

and even a glimpse at Saturn's north polar region,

so beautifully captured by NASA's Cassini spacecraft.

Never Give Up - Duration: 7:10.

Hey everybody, its JCFlex here.

I'm looking in the mirror tonight a little bit, at the person that I was, and the person

that I've become.

And I got to tell you, I just spent the last hour watching old clips from December, and

from last year, and even all the way to March.

And, I'm not using a tripod right now because I just, felt like this has to be done in a

mirror.

And, this has just been an incredible journey.

And, I really appreciate everybody who is joining me on it here on YouTube.

Um, I just gotta say that the video you are about to see um, [choking back tears] literally

almost brought me to tears, um, and, I don't think I realized myself how much I've changed.

Those around me point it out a lot but, I really want to thank everybody for all their

support and helping me when I went through some very, very tough times the past few years.

For everybody out there who is going through a tough time, I just want you to know that

there are people who care about you, and just keep hammering at it.

And, do everything you can to help improve your life and the lives of others.

And, you'll never regret it.

Never Give Up December 28, 2016 40.1 pounds ago - 38% bodyfat

I can only do a handful of pullups.

Though I'm out of shape here, I'm working on it! You have to keep going.

I built this home gym because I was too embarrassed to be seen in public working out.

I am struggling with one third the weight I use now, but consistency is key!

My back hurt so bad I had to wear a belt, and do a stretching exercise to warm it up enough to do deadlifts.

The weight is light, and the movement may look funny, but it stretched my back enough to warm it up to do deadlifts.

Even as I edit this video, my wrist reminds me of my motorcycle injury. Still I lift and take care of myself - only you can do that!

Warmed up enough to do deadlifts. I was living on my inversion table during this period, 30 minutes a day.

Stretching and Core Exercises

While I am getting a small workout here, mostly I am trying to just move around to ease the pain of my back.

With my back warmed up, these are easier than my first back sets. I work through the pain.

Diet is key to my journey. I'll show that more in future videos.

Positions of Flexion to force the muscles to flex in between sets - In months, this will make all the difference.

I always finished with cardio, 20 minutes on the elliptical, 65% percent of target heart

rate = 200 calories burned.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make tank made from beers.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

First, paint the cardboard. Let it dry.

Bind 4 cans of beers together by using adhesive tape.

Cut a proper piece of thick paper.

Wrap the beers.

Cut 2 strips from corrugated cardboard.

Glue them on the left and right side.

Now, bind 2 cans together.

Wrap them by using corrugated cardboard (or thick paper).

Wrap the bottle of beer by using a piece of thick paper.

Glue a first layer of beer to cardboard.

Next, glue second layer on top of first one.

Glue the bottle on the top.

Finally, glue a few pieces of sisal to the cardboard.

And it's done.

This tank is a perfect gift for father, husband or boyfriend.
