Kate Middleton's Drawing Was Featured at Pippa Middleton's Wedding - Duration: 2:15.

We don't know where Kate Middleton's been hiding her artistic talents, but thanks to

sisters Pippa Middleton's recent wedding, they're finally out in the open.

According to reports, the Duchess of Cambridge drew a sketch of St. Mark's Church in Englefield

where the couple married.

This drawing was featured on their order of service.

The artwork was visible on the front of the booklet which guests including Prince Harry,

Prince William and Spencer Matthews, were pictured carrying as they left the church

following the ceremony.

It's also being claimed that Reverend Nick Wynne Jones who officiated the nuptials described

Kate's drawing as a "lovely piece," says The Sun, and that brother-in-law James even mentioned

it in his speech.

At the lavish reception at the Middleton's home, James is believed to have said in front

of the estimated 300 guests: "And to Pippa's sister Kate, such ability a beautiful drawing

of St Mark's church in the order of service."

Referring to her reading, he added: "A flawless reading and a kind loan of two adorable little

ones."

Kate has revealed her photography skills with her recent portraits of her children Prince

George and Princess Charlotte.

Even her husband Prince William admitted she can't resist a good coloring book in her downtime.

The Duchess also studied Art History at St. Andrews University, and her interest in the

subject has lead to patronages of London's National Portrait Gallery and the charity

The Art Room.

Speaking about her roles previously (via The Daily Mail), she said: "I am a firm believer

in the power of art to make a difference."

Kate was also on mom duty at sister Pippa's wedding over the weekend, as she tried to

control Prince George, Princess Charlotte and the gaggle of fellow page boys and bridesmaids.

It wasn't always easy, mind you.

Q&A for JINI's 6 Diet Rule ; When JINI was Extreme Abese [JINI's Wellness] - Duration: 5:31.

This is what I I kept at extreme abese, the 6 meals rule.

There are many other things besides this.

There is a time. 'Then when you were extreme boese, did you really keep this diet rules for three months?'

There are people who ask this question. But I'm also a person,

I guess I couldn't have done that.

At first I thought that if I ate like this, my stomach wouldn't be hungry, but it's not!

so I was too hungry that day and too stressed, there were days like this,

Or I haven't been full, so I kept on eating. and suddenly my stomach got full and got stressed.

What is the best point? You need to find the right amount. A moderate amount of certain level of fullness.

It is most important to find a suitable amount to maintain a certain level of fullness.

Is it real to get fat bc of the chicken, pizza, brownies?

Not so,

bc of eat a lot of chicken, lot of pizza, lot of brownies and get fat.

Of course, their nutritional content isn't so good.

Point is eating moderately.

don't overeat, don't binge, eat your favorite food.

You can eat it between breakfast and lunch, or lunch.

The regular meal is really open freely.

However, it is difficult to control the amount. So, You really need for practice to eat moderately.

Of course, it isn't easy at first. I had a lot of failures,

But once you put it down and once you're in moderation, it's really easy to do it twice and three times.

So, everybody, just one time, "Yes, I'll put spoon down. don't take a spoon.' Just think once and do abstinence once.

I can assure you that your second and third abstinence will be really easy and a be more comfortable on diet.

And there is another thing to ask.

didn't you have a snack sometimes? What do you do when you eat out?

Sometimes I eat snacks, But what's the point? Moderately.

I ate moderately. If I want to eat sweets,

I really have a piece or two? That way? I think I practiced enjoying the taste, in that case.

And I also eat out. My family should never fall me for a family meal.

My father likes night-meal too. At that time, I always just stayed by his side.

But that will really hard to decide once, but if you do it once, it makes twice, three times,

So I want you to be cheerful.

Yes, and you wonder again.

What about nightmeal and drinik? Then, during the 100 day period, did you not have any nightmeal or alcohol while you lost 24 kg?

Yes, I didn't eat the night-meal.

Drinking is.. after I graduated high-school and, about three times? (Korean legal drinking age is 19)

And I went to the OT and drank a little?

OT is really new to hear.

I think I drank like that. But then, after drinking it, I didn't feel self-depressed or be depressed.

It was an unavoidable situation, and I had to go to such a place to fill a part of my life with happiness.

I think it was really nice to see my life in the long term, and allow it to some degree of joy.

So you, you've had a night-meal. I drank alcohol. don't be so depressed, you just wake up the next day and work hard again.

And after care for having a nightmeal or drinking, I will make another video.

Especially y'all, drink...

For someone who is on a diet, liquor is like poison.

I will try to make a video about this.

Now, y'all, I don't know if that wouldn't help a lot.

Now I've call you Jinius.

Jiniuses! Did it helpful? I really wish it would be.

What I'm telling you is that I told you how I lose fat and how I ate it.

I can't say this is the correct answer,

You say, 'Oh, that woman did like that.' You know,

It is really important to organize a diet that is right for you through this.

I will upload a video related to how to make your own diet.

Now, Jiniuses. This is the end today.

Still, I think it's a bit easier to shoot the second video than the first, I'm really glad.

And, I want to tell you, isn't it background messing around?

I'm gonna buy a background paper and another light on this weekend.

I'm working for a better visual quality. I will appreciate for your patience.

have a healthy day, happy day today,

Oh, if you like the video, please click 'Like' and 'Subscribe'.

What Was Cosmic Inflation? The Quest to Understand the Earliest Universe - Duration: 9:00.

The Big Bang.

The discovery that the Universe has been expanding for billions of years is one of the biggest

revelations in the history of science.

In a single moment, the entire Universe popped into existence, and has been expanding ever

since.

We know this because of multiple lines of evidence: the cosmic microwave background

radiation, the ratio of elements in the Universe, etc.

But the most compelling one is just the simple fact that everything is expanding away from

everything else.

Which means, that if you run the clock backwards, the Universe was once an extremely hot dense

region

Let's go backwards in time, billions of years.

The closer you get to the Big Bang, the closer everything was, and the hotter it was.

When you reach about 380,000 years after the Big Bang, the entire Universe was so hot that

all matter was ionized, with atomic nuclei and electrons buzzing around each other.

Keep going backwards, and the entire Universe was the temperature and density of a star,

which fused together the primordial helium and other elements that we see to this day.

Continue to the beginning of time, and there was a point where everything was so hot that

atoms themselves couldn't hold together, breaking into their constituent protons and

neutrons.

Further back still and even atoms break apart into quarks.

And before that, it's just a big question mark.

An infinitely dense Universe cosmologists called the singularity.

When you look out into the Universe in all directions, you see the cosmic microwave background

radiation.

That's that point when the Universe cooled down so that light could travel freely through

space.

And the temperature of this radiation is almost exactly the same in all directions that you

look.

There are tiny tiny variations, detectable only by the most sensitive instruments.

When two things are the same temperature, like a spoon in your coffee, it means that

those two things have had an opportunity to interact.

The coffee transferred heat to the spoon, and now their temperatures have equalized.

When we see this in opposite sides of the Universe, that means that at some point, in

the ancient past, those two regions were touching.

That spot where the light left 13.8 billion years ago on your left, was once directly

touching that spot on your right that also emitted its light 13.8 billion years ago.

This is a great theory, but there's a problem.

The Universe never had time for those opposite regions to touch.

For the Universe to have the uniform temperature we see today, it would have needed to spend

enough time mixing together.

But it didn't have enough time, in fact, the Universe didn't have any time to exchange

temperature.

Imagine you dipped that spoon into the coffee and then pulled it out moments later before

the heat could transfer, and yet the coffee and spoon are exactly the same temperature.

What's going on?

To address this problem, the cosmologist Alan Guth proposed the idea of cosmic inflation

in 1980.

That moments after the Big Bang, the entire Universe expanded dramatically.

And by "moments", I mean that the inflationary period started when the Universe was only

10^-36 seconds old, and ended when the Universe was 10^-32 seconds old.

And by "expanded dramatically", I mean that it got 10^26 times larger.

That's a 1 followed by 26 zeroes.

Before inflation, the observable Universe was smaller than an atom.

After inflation, it was about 0.88 millimeters.

Today, those regions have been stretched 93 billion light-years apart.

This concept of inflation was further developed by cosmologists Andrei Linde, Paul Steinhardt,

Andy Albrecht and others.

Inflation resolved some of the shortcomings of the Big Bang Theory.

The first is known as the flatness problem.

The most sensitive satellites we have today measure the Universe as flat.

Not like a piece-of-paper-flat, but flat in the sense that parallel lines will remain

parallel forever as they travel through the Universe.

Under the original Big Bang cosmology, you would expect the curvature of the Universe

to grow with time.

The second is the horizon problem.

And this is the problem I mentioned above, that two regions of the Universe shouldn't

have been able to see each other and interact long enough to be the same temperature.

The third is the monopole problem.

According to the original Big Bang theory, there should be a vast number of heavy, stable

"monopoles", or a magnetic particle with only a single pole.

Inflation diluted the number of monopoles in the Universe so don't detect them today.

In a moment, I'm going to talk about how astronomers are searching the Universe for

evidence of cosmic inflation, but first I'd like to thank Scott Carlisle, Thomas Spenader,

Bryan, and the rest of our 734 patrons for their generous support.

If you love what we're doing and want to help out, head over to patreon.com/universetoday

Although the cosmic microwave background radiation appears mostly even across the sky, there

could still be evidence of that inflationary period baked into it.

In order to do this, astronomers have been focusing on searching for primordial gravitational

waves.

These are different from the gravitational waves generated through the collision of massive

objects.

Primordial gravitational waves are the echoes from that inflationary period which should

be theoretically detectable through the polarization, or orientation, of light in the cosmic microwave

background radiation.

A collaboration of scientists used an instrument known as the Background Imaging of Cosmic

Extragalactic Polarization (or BICEP2) to search for this polarization, and in 2014,

they announced that maybe, just maybe, they had detected it, proving the theory of cosmic

inflation was correct.

Unfortunately, another team working with the space-based Planck telescope posted evidence

that the fluctuations they saw could be fully explained by intervening dust in the Milky

Way.

The problem is that BICEP2 and Planck are designed to search for different frequencies.

In order to really get to the bottom of this question, more searches need to be done, scanning

a series of overlapping frequencies.

And that's in the works now.

BICEP2 and Planck and the newly developed South Pole Telescope as well as some observatories

in Chile are all scanning the skies at different frequencies at the same time.

Distortion from various types of foreground objects, like dust or radiation should be

brighter or dimmer in the different frequencies, while the light from the cosmic microwave

background radiation should remain constant throughout.

There are more telescopes, searching more wavelengths of light, searching more of the

sky.

We could know the answer to this question with more certainty shortly.

One of the most interesting implications of cosmic inflation, if proven, is that our Universe

is actually just one in a vast multiverse.

While the Universe was undergoing that dramatic expansion, it could have created bubbles of

spacetime that spawned other universes, with different laws of physics.

In fact, the father of inflation, Alan Guth, said, "It's hard to build models of inflation

that don't lead to a multiverse."

And so, if inflation does eventually get confirmed, then we'll have a whole multiverse to search

for in the cosmic microwave background radiation.

The Big Bang was one of the greatest theories in the history of science.

Although it did have a few problems, cosmic inflation was developed to address them.

Although there have been a few false starts, astronomers are now performing a sensitive

enough search that they might find evidence of this amazing inflationary period.

And then it'll be Nobel Prizes all around.

Not going to lie, I feel like I barely scratched the surface of this concept.

Want me to go deeper?

What would you like to hear about next?

Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

As we push forward into the Solar System, we're going to need to think about what

it means to "own" space.

Who owns the Moon?

Can you buy property on Mars?

Space ownership, next episode.

Inflation is a really really complicated topic, and I recommend you just bathe yourself in

videos to help you get the gist of it.

I've created a playlist of videos just for you.

We start with one of our older videos about the evidence for the Big Bang.

Then PBS SpaceTime tackles Inflation, then PhysicsGirl talks about why spacetime is flat,

Alan Guth explains Inflation.

The last video, from Lawrence Krauss is one of my favorites, why the Universe adds up

to nothing.

... that spot on your right.

Is that backwards if they're watching the video?

Prince Charles' wife Camilla Parker Bowls details public fallout from royal affair 'It was a deeply? - Duration: 2:35.

Prince Charles wife Camilla, Duchess Of Cornwall felt like a prisoner in her own home

after her extra marital affair with the British royal first hit headlines.

The couple initially dated for two years until its split in 1973, and Camilla went on to

wed Andrew Parker Bowles, while the Prince married Diana, Princess of Wales.

However, the pair never lost contact and eventually rekindled its on and off relationship as an

illicit romance, which became public in the early 1990s, when Camilla became vilified

in the press.

Camilla eventually divorced Parker Bowles, the father of her two children, in 1995, while

the Prince, the heir to the throne, separated from Diana in 1992 and finalised their divorce

in 1996 ,just a year before the Princess of Wales death in 1997.

Despite the scandal rocking the royal family, the longtime lovers went on to wed in 2005,

and now Camilla has opened up about the controversy in a rare candid interview with The Mail on

Sundays You magazine.

In the new chat, the 69 year old recalls the media furore which forced her to go into hiding

for about a year.

I couldnt really go anywhere.

But the children came and went as normal.

they just got on with it, and so did great friends, she shared.

It was horrid, Camilla continued.

It was a deeply unpleasant time and I wouldnt want to put my worst enemy through it.

I couldnt have survived it without my family. The Duchess, who comes from a privileged background

herself, used her down time to read and learn to paint, and she is thankful to have been

able to pull herself through the troubled time.

I dont think Im tough but I do think Im quite a strong character, she said.

You have to be, but I think it also comes from my upbringing.

We were brought up in a very happy family and I cant whinge about my childhood because

it was idyllic. tell us your thoughts in comments below.
