10 TIPS FOR BEING ORGANIZED AND PRODUCTIVE
Honestly, everyone goes through that at some point
I did too...back in junior and senior years of high school
I would always complain about having to study all the time
and wasting my youth, which I will never get back
Life was bad
Even 2 years ago, I had no idea
how to be organized
and "productive" was not a part of my vocabulary at all
I didn't have that much stuff to do, but I still had NO FREE TIME
And now I have so much more on my plate every day, but I still manage to find plenty of free time
I make these videos for you, I have a lot of social media stuff that I do
I got school, business, clients, friends and relationships
and also I can't forget about myself
Watch this until the end to find out how to make time for everything
#1 - The most important task needs to be taken care of FIRST
after you're done with that, you will feel relieved
you'll feel great all day
and getting into this habit will help you fight our worst enemy - procrastination
If you don't know what that is, it's when you try to push it back, and say that you'll do it later
and you get distracted with other stuff, just not to do the main thing
#2 - Set time-frames for every task
No matter what you're doing, writing a paper, shooting a video or cleaning the house
Plan ahead, and give each task a couple of hours and not a minute more!
This is how you increase your productivity
#3 - Divide your work time into small parts
Human brain is the most fascinating thing ever, capable of incredible things
But don't try to overwork it
It's a scientific fact that human brain retains the same amount of focus only for 45 minutes
So get into a habit of taking 5-10 minute breaks every 45 minutes
and come back to your task recharged and ready
#4 - Write everything down!
Always carry something you can write on...or in
Because unfortunately, your best ideas regarding your work, school or craft
come to you outside of your "work" hours
Always be ready! It will always be like this
Be ready to write all your ideas down at any time
#5 - Pick 5 tasks with higher priority than everything else
Multitasking is cool and all, but it can really harm your productivity
So pick 5 important tasks to do daily and play it by ear from there
You'll be more proactive and productive, because you're not trying to focus on 50 different things
#6 is easy! Positive thoughts!
so many thoughts cross our minds every minute, but the question is
Do you utilize them correctly?
Start telling yourself that you're the greatest, that you can do anything and you will succeed no matter what
That increases your confidence
and confidence leads to amazing and productive work
#7 is my favorite! Visualize the results of your work
Before you start working, sit down for a second
and just think about the end-result that you would like to have
and then you'll work even harder
you will discover your inner strength and will to make your vision reality
Nothing will stop you
#8 - Surround yourself with inspiration
Inspiration is a great thing! Make sure you constantly shower yourself with tons of it
Read inspirational books
Watch videos, listen to podcasts
Do whatever you can to keep that fire burning
#9 - Prepare everything for tomorrow
Don't crawl into bed yet! Put everything you need in your bag, pick out your outfit
and write out your main task and 5 high-priority ones
I use this app called Planner Pro
It syncs up with my Calendar on my phone, and Google Calendar if I need it
very convinient
and #10 - create a vision board
Print some pictures and hang them all over your space
Do whatever you need to always be reminded of your goals
I made one, and no laziness will ever get in my way when I wake up and see it every morning
I promise you, you will think twice before going to sit on the couch scrolling through facebook all day
when you always see your dream car, your dream house or any other, not necessarily material things
Not a lot of people do it, but it's so helpful
It's gonna boost your productivity, and your work ethic is going to be taken to a new level
