Before we get into Genesis 6, we need to go over one more thing in Genesis 5.
Now, in Genesis 4, we have the lineage of Cain.
And it doesn't list how old they were or who all of their sons were, or what age they were
when they had their kids, which is completely different than how the genealogy of Seth,

(Genesis 4:14-17 on screen) He is now in exile and he is a wanderer.
And he builds the first city and names it after his son.
And you see that there's an increase in technology.
(Genesis 4:19-22 on screen) But you also see something else.
You see an increase in wickedness because you see that Lamech has multiple wives.
So he's practicing polygamy, which goes against God's mandate of one man, one woman to create
a marriage.
And then you also see that Lamech is a murderer.
(Genesis 4:23-24 on screen) And he's prideful, and spiteful.
"Somebody injured me so I murdered him" is what Lamech says.
And then he brags about it.
"Oh, if Cain is avenged 7 times, I'm going to be avenged 77 times because nobody is going
to touch me."
You see that with Cain's line.
They aren't trusting in God.
They're not walking with God.
They don't have a relationship with God.
They are trusting in their own abilities.
They take pride in increasing their land holdings, in their power over other people.
They take pride in their lineage - "Oh, I have a son, so I'm going to name my city after
my kid because, you know, somebody has to further the blood line because I'm so great.
I can't let my name die."
Or you have people who are trusting in their own abilities - whether it's with increasing
technology; metal working, agriculture.
Or you see people taking comfort in their earthly pursuits such as, being a womanizer, polygamy.
And you also see people trusting in their own abilities to take care of themselves.
"Okay, if I'm upset with this, I'm going to take care of it by murdering somebody."
This is not what is shown in Genesis 5.
What you see is a line of godly men and
(Genesis 5:1-5 on screen) they might not have the technology
that their cousins from Cain had, but one thing that stood out is that they were godly
men and that they lived long lives.
Which is why Moses, who wrote the book of Genesis, tells us these things.
Like, these are their ages.
It's impressive!
They lived long lives because they walked with God.
And you see that they trust in God and you see God's secret plan for salvation through
their names, which I'm going to put right here.
I already did a video about it last week.
Just like today, where you see people who are trusting in their own abilities, whether
it's to get money or whether it's through medical technology or even what's blowing
up right now, it's transhumanism, where you are merging with technology to become a better human.
These are all things people have been doing since Cain.
(Genesis 3:2-5 on screen) The wicked are always trying to make Satan's promise in the Garden
of Eden, "that you will be like God," to come to fruition without having to deal with with
(Genesis 2:16-17 & Genesis 3:19 on screen) God's promise which is that, "You will surely die."
Because of Adam eating of the fruit in the garden.
And God is faithful.
He is truthful.
And when God says that you will die, because we live in this fallen world, we are going
to die.
So we have to trust in Jesus.
We have to trust that he is going to save us.
That we will experience a Resurrection when Jesus comes back at Armageddon.
We have to trust in Him that He is the one that is going to save us.
Technology isn't going to save us.
Transhumanism isn't going to save us.
Uploading our brains to the cloud is not going to save us.
Becoming one with the Nephilim, which we're going to see in Genesis 6 - that's not going
to save us.
The only thing that can save us is Jesus Christ and putting our trust in Him.
That you know what?
I'm not good enough to get into Heaven, because of the sins I've committed and Adam's sin.
But Jesus already paid for that sin for me.
So, I'm blameless.
His blood is covering me, just like the Passover lamb that we've already talked about.
I'll put a link up here.
But, when everybody else around us is dabbling in the occult or their dabbling in transhumanism
or they think that their money or their fame or their lineage or the family name or anything
else is going to save them, or that's what you should take comfort in - don't be like
them.
Don't be like all of Noah's cousins, aunts & uncles, siblings, in-laws.
Don't be like them because they didn't make it on the ark.
Sometimes, even when your family is doing something, you're going to have to stand up
and say "No!
I choose to walk with God."
Because we see from Cain's line, they were evil.
They trusted in their own abilities, not with God and they were wiped out.
They were wiped out in the flood.
So all of the boasting was for naught.
Whereas Seth's line, they were righteous men and they lived long lives.
They walked with God
(1 Peter 3:18-21 on screen) and they got to share in the lineage of Jesus
when He came to this earth through Mary.
And also, that remnant was saved through Noah on the ark.
So I just want you to know that God knows what you're going through.
He cares about you and sometimes stuff is going to get rough.
But God is always with you and you have to stick with Him.
Trust in God.
Don't trust in man, because man is being led astray by Satan.
It's the same lie that Satan told Adam and he's telling it to men today.
So we know the truth.
Stick with God.
He's going to take care of you.

Kate Middleton and Princess Charlotte have finally made it to Anmer Hall with the rest
of their family. Prince William drove the Duchess and the two royal children, Prince
George and Princess Charlotte, to their home in Sandringham. There, in the 10 bedroom haven,
the royal family will go into hiding for privacy. It�s a well-deserved break for the Duke
and Duchess of Cambridge. After enduring a media circus, including baby
name drama with Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles, Kate and William are enjoying
the sanctuary of Anmer Hall. The royal couple left Kensington Palace on May 6 early in the
afternoon. William drove his growing family with security following closely behind them
during the two-and-a-half-hour drive. Prince George and Princess Charlotte were
hidden in the back seats behind black windows, preventing prying press from getting more
photos of the royal children. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also used another tactic
for privacy and safety slipping in the back entrance. The gates of Anmer Hall reportedly
opened at 3:40 p.m. and remained open for a few minutes before unceremoniously shutting
without the royal couple passing through. However, Kate, William, George, and Charlotte
slipped in the back entrance, tricking looming photographers.
Kate Middleton seems to have been looking forward to the maternity leave retreat to
the country. royal insiders shared that Kate wants to spend more time at home with George
and Charlotte during her maternity leave. The Duchess feels she returned to work and
the public eye too quickly after giving birth to Prince George in 2013. After spending so
much time working and dealing with royal drama, like Camilla Parker Bowles delusions she will
carry any kind of legacy beyond being �the other woman,� the Duchess plans on enjoying
every moment of privacy. It wouldn�t be a big surprise if we didn�t see much of
the royal couple until Prince William returns to work on June 1.
As far as another public appearance by Princess Charlotte, the world might be waiting until
her christening. Typically, that event is three or four months after a healthy birth,
and even then it�s a strong possibility it will be a private event with only a few
select photos distributed to media. With the uptick in terrorist threats, and
the overwhelming interest in Kate Middleton, Prince William, and their children, the palace
seems to be tightening security. It�s a smart move, and not unexpected. The security
levels at St. Mary�s Hospital, where Kate delivered Charlotte, were increased for her
second delivery. Kate is estimated to have at least 220 known stalkers alone.
After all the royal family has been through, this break from the media will give them all
time to rest, relax, and help Prince George acclimate to having to share the royal spotlight
