I take a large spoonful of ground chia seeds and put them in a glass of water for 10-15 minutes

A bit of organic blueberry juice. You can find it at any nature store. It gives good taste and beautiful color

A little organic maple syrup for sweetness

Mix well and drink

It is very delicious

Why grind the seeds?

Studies show that the essential oils in Chia are more readily available to the body

Essential oils are not destroyed compared to flaxseeds. Its oils are very unstable and are destroyed quickly

Especially if you keep the chia seeds frozen
