Youtube daily to make Feb 1 2019

Hello this is Lucas Palmeira from Imaginando and I'm here to give you another tutorial on DRC.

Today I'm gonna show you how to make the bass sound and arpeggio for the song 'Cloud Generator' by Kink

So let's start and get right into it...

And I'm going to delete this one and open a DRC, new one, OK.

Here we have it.

You can see that I have a compressor here, but this compressor is only to do sidechain with the kick,

so every time the kick hits it dips just a little bit on the volume, so it gives a little bit of pumping effect

But to do the sound now, we don't need it and it wont make a difference

So I'm gonna start by changing the mode from POLY to MONO

And I go to the first oscillator [OSC 1] and raise 1 octave

And I'm gonna raise the second oscillator [OSC 2] to maximum

MASTER to maximum.

Now I go to the second oscillator.

Take 1 octave, and raise the fine tune to 0.280

OK

Now the PRE-GAIN we take it to 0.803

Should be enough...

Now we raise the first oscillator to 0.575

And we raise the SUB oscillator to 0.640

Awesome.

Now we change the filter from a low-pass 4-pole to a low-pass 2-pole

This means the drop in frequency of the filter will be slower

Now we bring the envelope generator 2 [EG2] to about 0.518

Raise the RESONANCE to 0.174

Give us a little bit of high frequencies

Now drop the CUTOFF to 0

But then we go to the modulation page,

And drop the keyboard [KBD] to -0.56

Sorry: -0.562

This means the higher the note the lower the cutoff frequency

So the filter is done, and finally we go to the first envelope generator, [EG 1] which controls the amplitude,

DECAY at 0.465

Now we drop the SUSTAIN to 0.660

And the RELEASE to 0.1

Now the second envelope generator [EG 2] which is modulating the cut off,

We raise the DECAY to 0.882

And the SUSTAIN to 0.874

And finally the RELEASE 0.100

Finally we go to the reverb:

We raise the DECAY to 0.478 and raise the AMOUNT to 0.1

Like this, just to give it a little bit of space.

OK and we have our bass done.

So I'm gonna close it, and now let's do the arpeggio.

Let's pick another DRC again

And first thing I'm going to do is go to the second oscillator change it to a square wave

And fine tune it to 0.232

Put it at maximum, the second oscillator like this

now we go to the first oscillator and we change it to a square wave

raise one octave as well

And we change the pulse width modulation because

basically pulse is a square wave that has a different width on one of the phases.

Change the pulse width [P. WIDTH] to 0.365

OK like this

Let's put the MASTER at 0.699

the PRE-GAIN at 0.595

Oscillator one at 0

And we will raise the ring modulator [RING] which is summing both oscillators

to 0.582

Now we go to the filter envelope generator two should be ok at 0.505

CUTOFF filter it should be at 0.612

and now the RESONANCE at 0.144

Now envelope generator 1 [EG 1] SUSTAIN at 0

DECAY at 0.347

RELEASE at 0.133

Second envelope generator: we have DECAY at 0.230

SUSTAIN 0.4 - should be ok

And the RELEASE is already at 0.1

So here we have our sound

and this is it, I think we have all the sounds and everything we need

Let's now listen to the melody that I have recorded before,

just need to put this ready to listen, so bear with me just a second

Ok, should be ready, let's listen…

And this is it guys, I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial as much as I did doing it

and don't forget that we have the Ableton session of this project free to download in the description below

and we will see you again next week, goodbye.

How to Make Explainer Animation in VEGAS Pro [Step by Step | Beginner Friendly] - Duration: 16:58.

Hey!

What is going on!

This is Eduard Stinga from VideoPlasty

And welcome to this Sony Vegas tutorial

Actually sorry, I don't think it's called Sony Vegas anymore, I think Sony sold it to

another company

It's actually called VEGASPro nowadays

Anyway, welcome to this VEGAS Pro Tutorial where I'm gonna show you a super easy method

that you can use to create professionally looking animated videos

They're called explainer videos - like that kind of style, if you're familiar with that

You can use this to make videos for yourself, for your own business and websites or just

to sell this as a service to your clients

Because this is a really popular animation style that you can see pretty much anywhere

nowadays

This is a super easy method that you can start using as soon as you finish watching this

video

You don't need any animation experience, or any graphic design skills

You can just get started, as I said, as soon as you finish watching this video

But first of all, let's have a quick look at the demo video that I'm gonna show you

how we can recreate today

VO: "So, you're sick and tired of the same routine"

"Same job you don't really like that much"

"But then it hits you!"

"What if you take a break from all that boring stuff and go on an adventure!"

"Like pack your stuff right now and get ready to leave as soon as possible!"

"Welcome to YourDreamTrips.com - the best travel agency in your local area"

"With us, it's all really simple"

"It doesn't matter if you want to go to an exotic island"

"Go camping"

"Sail around the sea"

"Or go from place to place on a world tour"

"We got you covered"

"Don't forget your camera, cause once you're on that airplane traveling halfway across

the world"

"You'll want to take a picture of the clouds from your window seat"

"The view from 10,000 feet is amazing!"

"Or take a selfie when you get there and post it on social media"

"Or really, just sit on the beach enjoying the sun and relaxing"

"That's why you're there, aren't you?"

"So, give us a call at 1234-5678 and book your dream holiday today!"

Alright, I think that looks pretty, pretty amazing!

And I know what you might be thinking right now

You might feel a bit overwhelmed and I completely understand that because it does look a bit

advanced

But trust me, by the end of this video, you're gonna be

You're gonna feel super comfortable creating something like that, it's actually super easy

And the way we're gonna make such an animation is by using something called stock animation

And if you don't know what stock animation is, it's basically like stock photos or stock

video

You just find ready-made items, ready to use items that are pre-animated and good to go

And you basically just buy the license to use them

So for animation, it's something like this

As you can see here in the Project Media, I already imported some items, so as you can

see here, it's basically like a guy that gets an idea and it's already animated or you can

just find like an icon of an island or anything like this

For this project I already did the research and selected a lot of good stock animation

clips that work well with our project

I'm gonna talk a bit later about where you can find stock animation, we can leave that

for the end of the video

So without further a due, let's actually get started

First, when you make any sort of video, you need to start with a script

But that's a topic for a whole different video, I'm not gonna cover that in this tutorial

So we already have a script and a voiceover narrating that script

So I'm gonna import that script here on the timeline

And you also wanna have some music as well because it's really nice, so I'm just gonna

import that as well on the bottom here

Also you wanna make it a bit...

Less loud

Let's see

Let's play it back and see if it sounds well

Yea, the music is a bit too loud, so I'm just gonna...

Yea, that's pretty much, should be fine

Yea

Alright

I'm gonna drag this up like this

And now what you wanna do, actually I'm gonna use the scroll to zoom in a bit because I

wanna be able to see the waveform of the voiceover here

Oops, go all the way to the beginning here

So what you wanna do is right click here and insert...

Wait, where is it

Oh, go here on the bottom where you don't have any track

And right click and then insert video track

It's gonna appear here on the top

So let's see what the first part in the voiceover says

And the way we're gonna know exactly how to time the animation, because we're gonna drag

& drop the items here on the timeline, is by watching this waveform right here

Where you see the waveform going up, it's the voice saying something

And over here for example, or here, where you see nothing, it's basically a pause in

the voiceover, so it's like a pauses between sentences

Alright, so let's have a quick look

Alright, so for the first sentence here what I selected was this clip right here called

"Tired", you can preview it here if you want to, it's basically just a guy drinking some

coffee which works really well with the first sentence that says

Hold on...

No, you don't wanna change the project settings, you wanna keep original ones

Just because... this piece of stock animation is designed for Full HD, it's just not wide

screen, it's just tall, because there was no point to have the empty space to the right

and to the left

Alright, so for this clip I'm just gonna make it a bit shorter, just gonna grab the end

and make it this long as you can see here

And then for the next part it says something about being tired about the same job, or something

like that

So for that we just used the... let me see, it's this one

"Sleeping at work"

So again, I'm just gonna drag & drop it here and you wanna make it a bit shorter

I think it was all the way to here

So yea, let's play it back and see how it feels

Alright, that looks pretty good

The next thing we wanna do is we wanna change the background to a color because we don't

wanna have black, it doesn't look too well

Oops, what did I do

Alright, yes so

I'm just gonna right click here and insert another video track on top

Move both clips on top because here on the bottom I wanna go here to Media Generators

where it says Solid Color

And I just wanna insert like either one of these, here on the bottom

And here for the color, I just wanna use...

I don't know, let's just change it to something close to what we had in the tutorial

I think something like this should be fine, yea

But as you can see now, unfortunately Sony Vegas, I'm sorry, Vegas Pro doesn't import

them with transparent background automatically, so you have to change the setting manually

for that

And the way you do that is by right clicking on each clip, go to Properties

Go to the Media tab here and on the bottom somewhere here you see Alpha Channel

And you just select Premultiplied and you hit OK

And there you go!

And of course, you have to do this again with this clip and all the other clips that we

are going to import

Alright, let's check the voiceover and see what it says next, so we can add some more

clips

Alright, let's go back to Project Media here on the left

And for this part in the voiceover I used a mix between "Thinking"

Oops, just gonna put it here again

And I actually didn't use too much of it, just for this sentence here, I think it says

"but then it hits you"

And immediately after that, just to make it more dynamic, I used this one with "Idea",

so just drag and drop it here

And it was all the way to here

Let's see what the voiceover says next

Alright, so for the next part in the sentence, is about living on a holiday, so for that

I wanted to spice things up a little bit so I actually used full screen scene, this one

right here called Packing

For this one, it doesn't matter too much, I'm just gonna drag it all the way to say

around here

Because the next clip that I'm using is actually on the same topic and it works really well,

so it doesn't matter, you don't have to match it specifically with one sentence

So let's see, I think it was called "Traveling"

Yea, there you go, "Traveling"

Yea, because this next clip is like stock animation with transparent background

Yea, it's not exactly transparent right now, but we're gonna fix that in a minute

So yea, let's make that shorter

Actually, let's check again up until what point

Alright, so let's say up until around here, because in the next part in the voiceover

we're just gonna introduce the name of the company and the logo

So again, you wanna go to each individual clip, go to Properties, Media and select the

Alpha Channel to Premultiplied

And of course, repeat this for every single video

Alright

The next part is where we introduce the logo

And for that, because we don't have an actual logo for the company, I just used an animated

icon for 5s, this one

It's a really cool animation of...

It's a really cool van animation, I really like this Volkswagen van, from whatever, 70's,

I don't really remember exactly

So it's really good, it's 5s long, exactly as this sentence right here

So again, go to Properties and make it transparent

Alright, so now that we inserted the van to use as a logo, you want to make it a bit smaller,

you don't want it to fill up the whole screen

So we're gonna click this icon here on the bottom of the clip

And let's zoom out here by using the scroll

And you wanna grab one of the corners and use the ALT button to preserve the proportions

So yea, let's say... that size should be fine

And move it here, on the top, should be fine

And now you wanna add some text underneath it so

You're gonna have to right click again, insert video track

And let's go to Media Generators here

You can just write text and you're gonna find these titles

So let's see, let's use...

Slide left, for example

Drag & drop it here on top

Make it a bit shorter

So let's see how it looks

Let's just say

YourDreamTrips.com

That is obviously a bit large, so let's make this a bit bigger, to see what we're doing

I'm gonna use the scale here to make it a bit smaller

Move it a bit to align centrally

I'm gonna change the color as well to black

Just so you can see it better

And yea, that should be fine

Alright, close this

Now let's playback all the way from the beginning to see what we made so far, we have like 20s

Alright that looks pretty impressive

As you can see, we already made the first 20s of the video and it took as pretty much

like...

I think 10 minutes to do so

So as you can see, it's super easy, all you have to do is find matching stock animation

that works with your script, that matches it visually

You import it into your project here in Vegas Pro and then you just drag & drop it and make

sure the timing is right with the voiceover

That's pretty much it!

And I'm not gonna continue with the rest of the video to finish it all the way up to 1

minute, because it's just gonna get boring, it's just the exact same thing over and over

again until we finish the whole video

And I think this is enough for you to understand how easy this is to use and to replicate it

as well on your own

So now the big question is "Where can you find stock animation?"

And to be honest, there are a couple of places out there, like big stock footage websites

that also have some animation here and there, but it's usually from different authors and

different vendors and it's like really low quality and all the styles are inconsistent

and don't really mix well together

So that's exactly the reason why we created a website called VideoPlasty.com

And yes, full disclosure, I own VideoPlasty

It's a marketplace for stock animation, GIF animation or vector clipart

But for this tutorial and creating animations like this, you just gotta go to stock animation

And you can find all sorts of different packs with character animations, icon animations,

top view scenes like you've seen in the tutorial and so on

As you can see here, the latest ones are a Criminal Character Pack, also like a Hacker

Black Corporate Man and so on and so forth

So yea, have a look, see if you like anything

And yea, I hope you enjoyed this tutorial, this was Eduard Stinga from VideoPlasty and

I'll see you soon!

Is It Still Possible To Make Money Off Wine? - Duration: 4:11.

Humans have been drinking wine for at least 8,000 years.

And in that time it's been a drink of luxury and leisure, religious rites, and celebrations.

There are investment wines, table wines, natural wines, and sparkling wines, and the one thing

that seems to link all of them?

They're not cheap.

So is the wine business only for the rich, or is there room for anyone to make money?

Most expensive wine comes from France.

So it makes sense that most of our vocabulary about wine comes from France as well.

In the wine world, the word for an expert is "sommelier".

And I talked to one to help me understand what makes a wine worth it.

My name is Madeleine Hayles.

I do private wine consulting for events and personal wine buying.

And according to her, one of the main reasons wine is so expensive to buy,

is because it's incredibly expensive to make.

Before you even get to the grapes, there's the soil.

And in wine, the soil matters - a lot.

Wine is all about terroir [terr-woir] - a French term that basically encapsulates the

way that the soil, climate, weather, and other elements in a region influence the way the grapes grow and taste.

And so places that have a history of making good grapes and good wine, are more desirable

to both wine producers and wine buyers.

So when you're buying vineyard acreage, you're really buying the terroir of that piece of

land or part of the world.

The better the terroir, the more you'll have to pay for the land, and, the more you get

to charge for the wine that's made there.

But what makes good land exactly?

And how can you tell just "how" good it is?

The French, of course, have a system for that.

Most wines are labelled according to the grape variety that they come from,

like Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet sauvignon, or Pinot noir.

But France has over 200 varieties of grapes.

And because there are so many, a lot of French wine is made with

a combination of two or more different varieties.

And because of that, French wines are labelled according

to the region of France that the grapes are grown in

instead of the grapes that the wine is made from.

Each region has its own rules about how wine should be made there and wines are given a

certification based on how strictly they adhere to those rules.

There are four rankings for land, and the highest can be extremely expensive.

A hectare of the best land costs an average of €66,500.

The same amount of land in Champagne, the namesake of Champagne wine, costs €1,000,000 on average.

And the best land, in the Burgundy region, fetches €3,000,000 a hectare.

It's really hard to know if the terroir of those vineyards warrants those prices

just because it's hard to know what $2,500 is supposed to taste like.

With all this talk about vines and vineyards.

It's easy to forget that growing grapes is farming.

And, like all farmers, wineries and vineyards, buy and sell grapes all the time.

And because you can buy the fruit without needing to own the land there are some very

good wineries that don't own a single grape vine.

For example, you can buy one ton of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Napa Valley for $7,000.

And a bottle of wine is made from about 6-800 grapes,

meaning that ton of grapes will become 720 bottles of wine.

So the cost of grapes alone for each of those bottles is almost $10.

And once that wine is in those bottles,

those wineries aren't the ones that get them to your dinner table.

That's the job of wine importers.

They find the best wine from around the world and make sure it gets in the hand of the restaurants,

private wine shops, and private cellars where they'll be most appreciated and enjoyed.

So after all that effort, money, and care, it seems like a waste to not drink it.

But wine - especially expensive wine - does end up in cellars, being kept for years to

make those expensive bottles even more expensive.

I don't know if it's necessarily something

that I advocate because I really think that wines are for drinking.

It's like buying a beautiful piece of art and putting it in your garage and nobody ever sees it.

And while the wine we're drinking today may not make us rich,

holding on to it for 50 years or so just might.

How to make Roasted Pumpkin Salad jars |2 Salad in a jar recipes! - Duration: 9:09.

let's begin with the pumpkin

just clean up the seeds

and wash it thoroughly

let's slice it

turn it over

and just

slice it with a to and fro motion

once they are all done

line a baking tray

with aluminum foil

and place the pumpkin pieces

I'm using sea salt

season the pumpkin pieces

pepper

some vegetable oil or olive oil

and just

rub the pieces with the oil

and the seasoning

on both sides

throw in a few cloves of garlic

and just coat them with the oil and the seasoning

that's there on the tray

that's ready for the oven

bake at 200 degrees C

for about 20 minutes or till they are done

just get rid of the skin

from the garlic

chop up the pumpkin

into smaller pieces

if you want you could get rid of the skin

or leave it on

that's completely edible

and I just like it with the skin on

chop it into big pieces or small pieces

the charred bits are the best pieces

I tell you

so that's the pumpkin all chopped up

for the dressing

heat some oil

in a small pan or a Tadka ladle

add in split black lentils

keep the heat on absolute low

while that's frying up

add in some mustard seeds

and just turn off the heat

add in the curry leaves

and that's ready

we'll just let it cool down slightly before using it

for this salad and using

some red onions sliced

tomatoes sliced

boiled peas

chopped green coriander

turmeric root or fresh turmeric

chopped green chillies

and some lettuce leaves

salted roasted peanuts

and some leftover rice

I'm using a jar

to build my salad

so that I can have it later on

to begin with

I'll add in some rice

tomatoes

add in some peas

chopped lettuce leaves

use a spoon to just

get them in place

onions

turmeric

pumpkin

add in some chaat masala

peanuts

more of the lettuce leaves

push it down to fit it in

repeat with the tomatoes

onions

peas

chopped coriander leaves

some turmeric shreds

top it with rice

salt

finally

top it with the oil

that we had flavored with the curry leaves

this is our dressing

and add in the green chillies

this one is done

you could just put a lid on it

and store it till it's time to serve

for the dressing

some extra-virgin olive oil

vinegar

dried basil

dried parsley

Worcestershire sauce

salt

pepper

and just give it a mix

for this one I'm using some

spring onions

cucumber

bell peppers and capsicum

some corn chips

and I'm using some roasted almonds

and

some kish mish

or raisins

add in some of the pumpkin

right at the bottom

press down with your spoon

to fit it in

so that we can accommodate

the other ingredients

some bell peppers and capsicum

cucumber

some of the spring onions

almonds

and some raisins

bell peppers

cucumber

spring onions

more almonds and raisins

finally the pumpkin

I'll just press it down with the spoon

give the dressing a final mix

and just pour it on top

all of it

just make some space for it to flow down

I don't want it to be stuck at the top

that's it

now for the corn chips

I don't want the corn chips to turn soggy

so I'll just put a layer

of corn chips at first

then add in more

so that the ones on top

remain crispy

that's it

the salad jars look stunning don't they ?

you could store them in the fridge

for three to four days

right before serving

empty the jar into a large bowl

and give it a toss

check the seasoning and serve

How to Make Chocolate Covered Strawberries - Duration: 4:18.

Today on The Stay At Home Chef

I'm showing you how to make Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Chocolate Covered Strawberries are a delicious treat

that's super easy to make.

Today I'm going to show you

everything you need to know so that you can make your own at home

and answer any questions that you might have.

First you need to rinse 1 pound of strawberries

and I like to use medium-sized strawberries because

they are perfect for dipping and getting a bite

Then you want to take a paper towel and pat them dry

Strawberries need to be super dry to dip in chocolate

Water causes melted chocolate to seize which is the last

thing you want to happen when making chocolate covered strawberries

so make sure they are super dry!

Then you'll need some chocolate for melting and I'm going

to use both dark chocolate and white chocolate

and I like to use these little melting wafers because they melt so nicely

But you can also use chocolate chips

Now there are two great methods for melting chocolate

and I'm going to show you both

First up is the microwave

Pour about 3.5 ounces of chocolate into a microwave safe bowl

Then we're going to pop this into the microwave for about 30 seconds to start

After 30 seconds we're going to remove it from the microwave

and give it a quick stir with a rubber spatula

Then we'll pop it back in the microwave and microwave in

15 second intervals until the chocolate is smooth

Be sure to stir it in between each 15 second interval

Next, line a baking sheet with either parchment paper,

wax paper, or a silicone baking mat.

You don't want to use

aluminum foil because your strawberries will stick to it.

Then you are going to take your strawberry

that's super dry and you'll want to gather it up by the green leaves

Then just gently dunk the strawberry into the chocolate

and you can roll it around a little bit

and then place it onto the tray

If you want to be fancy you can sprinkle on some chopped

white chocolate chocolate for contrast or even some nuts

Now of course you don't have to sprinkle on anything but

it sure does make it look pretty

Next I'll show you how to melt chocolate using the double broiler method

First you want to bring a small saucepan of water to a simmer

and you want to use a saucepan that you can have a bowl

that sits on top like so

Now you want to make sure that the bottom of the bowl

doesn't touch the water inside the saucepan

so don't overfill your saucepan

Then you're going to place the bowl on top

and allow the steam from the simmering water to melt

the chocolate in the bowl

And just like the dark chocolate you'll dip your strawberry in

Then I'm going to sprinkle on some of the dark chopped

chocolate as well to make it pretty

Once all of your strawberries have been dipped you'll

want to take your tray and slide it into the fridge

Let them chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving

These are great for making ahead because they do need

2 hours to chill

You can make them up to 24 hours in advance

They'll stay good in the fridge for between 24 and 48 hours

but if you start to hit 48 hours they might get a little soggy

Whatever you do, don't put them in the freezer

or the strawberries will turn to mush!

Now you should have everything you need to know

to make your own chocolate covered strawberries at home

If I missed anything, simply leave your question in the

comment section and I'll be sure to answer

Interior Design Tips: Make your home flow together - Duration: 4:00.

if you've ever spoken to a designer or heard a designer speak inevitably you'll

hear them say something about flow I always try to make the spaces I design

flow from one room to another this flow is all about making your home feel more

unified more spacious and especially more comfortable that's not to say you

can't have different colors in your home but there are key things that help bring

it all together here's how to make your home flow from one room to another

start with your flooring and keep it continuous for example wood floors that

flow through from one room to another should all be consistent I love wood

flooring because it serves as the foundation for all other finishes

finding the right stain color is key whether it's a very dark stain that

looks warm and Lux or a light natural stain that brings light and openness to

the home find that perfect shade and keep it consistent of course this

doesn't mean you shouldn't have other types of flooring in your home obviously

rooms like bathrooms laundry rooms and mud rooms have special needs and you'll

want to address these things like water resistance cleanability and durability

as much as the general aesthetic but when you have open spaces like a living

room and a kitchen great room or connecting spaces like fayez and

hallways than having one type of flooring will help navigate you through

your home with one consistent look the next important way to make your home

flow is to think about keeping your trim color consistent throughout that means

your baseboard crown moldings window and door trims are all painted in the same

color these elements literally run through your entire home so make them

consistent this doesn't mean you can't switch things up in a specific room for

instance if you have painted trim throughout your home but your library

has wood stained moldings then by all means make that whole room standout but

in this room you can make sure the flow continues by making sure the type of

moldings in this room are consistent even if the color isn't another

important element to keep consistent are interior doors and their hardware once

inside your home doors are gateways into every room in your home and make

affect the overall look and feel of your home from a very streamlined modern

style of door for a modern home or a more traditional panel door for your

traditional home whatever your style your interior doors and the style and

finish of hardware will be repeated throughout your home and for the most

part should be consistent for a very pleasing flow and finally your overall

color palette is key to making your whole home feel like it flows together

keep in mind how you walk through your home and how all the colors work

together when you're deciding on wall colors keep fabrics and carpets and

accessories in mind not just for that one room but for the whole home keep in

mind what you see from one room to another these colors don't have to be

repetitive or singular but they do need to relate to one another in other words

if you were to bring all the colors in your whole home into one room they

should all look great together in one room so here's your take away certain

elements of your home's interior run through your whole home from flooring

that connect spaces and rooms together to the type and color of your

architectural trim interior doors and hardware to your overall color palette

all of these elements should be considered as a whole individual rooms

can vary but they must have consistent elements from one room to another to

make your home feel like it flows together thanks for watching this little

How To Make $79 Per Hour On One Website - Duration: 12:01.

Hey guys it's John Kevitz from Acquire Liberty thanks for spending your time

here today. Today I have a pretty cool website for you and it's very similar to

a couple other websites I've shown you in the past and as soon as I show you

you'll know exactly what I'm talking about but there's a little bit of a

twist and a little bit of a difference which will actually give you the ability

or probability to make more money on this site but before we get into that I

want you to subscribe to my youtube channel click on that little Bell

notifications every time I make upload you'll get to see it first and remember

if you no longer want to trade time for money but you wanna learn how to

generate passive income click that link below watch the free video see how I got

started and thousands of other people got started and it gave me the ability

to work from home alright guys without any further ado let

me show you what I have for you it is called people per hour dot-com

now this website is not relatively new it's been around a while but it has not

been around as long as Fiverr and up work now in the past I've shown you

Fiverr of doing ebooks and things like that and up work I've shown you a little

bit when it comes to writing online this is a lot like those two websites where

you're basically offering your services whether it be writing you know graphics

you know whatever the case maybe there's a SEO whatever it is you specialize it

and whatever it is you want to work at you actually create a profile for

yourself just like you do on the other ones they call it gigs on Fiverr but the

one thing I found about people per hour calm it's a little bit different where

when you go to Fiverr and you go to up work you basically make

your account and you're done it's all up to you I mean you could apply to doing

jobs for people you could you know they can come to you all that kind of stuff

this this is a little bit more challenging to get into in the

application process you actually have to be approved to be on this website

because they want to make sure that whoever is actually freelancing through

this this website actually has a pretty good idea of what

they're doing but the truth of the matter is there's a lot of things you

could do that don't require a whole heck of a lot of knowledge it's just a lot of

people want to have things done for them and you could be the person to do that

for them easy stuff folks easy stuff now this here is the main page right that's

how many freelancers they have earned by freelancers pretty impressive now the

first thing you'll note right here is it's in pounds that's cuz that's a UK

business but if you work in the United States I don't and work in the United

States I know all work because I've tested it out myself if you were if you

live anywhere else in the world I'm gonna show you how you can figure out

whether or not it'll work for you but that'll be at the end there and this

actually shows you all the companies businesses where they've got recognition

to communicate you that they are a reputable business hire and minutes pay

per hour this is kind of the same thing that most people who are just looking to

have work done for them see first and it's really real easy stuff but let's

get into the nitty-gritty of this here go up to here and click how it works

click on that it breach through this page here get the most from people per

hour and live your work dream now when you come down here what I want you to do

is see sigh have two options here buy or freelancer click on freelancer and it

basically tells you all the steps you need to take to be a freelancer on

people per hour calm it's really easy ok folks apply to become a certified

freelancer complete an online application to join the exclusive people

per hour freelancer community every application is reviewed and approved by

our moderation team ensuring only the best freelancers are matched to client

projects that's key so if you start getting work on here your reputation and

your ability to make more money there's a lot greater than on 5 or up work and

the reason I say that for fiver for example on Fiverr people pay to have

things done for like 5 10 bucks on people per hour I've see people here

making 60 bucks an hour an hour now not per project per hour

doing work for people and it's actually 60 pounds which equals probably about

seventy eight seventy eight dollars American so keep that in mind so it's

actually worth going through the application process because if you do

get in on this you're making some pretty good money for

things that you wouldn't be making that much money on a place like five or

upwork build a great profile that's something you actually have to do you

know if you've done work in the past whether it be writing and graphics or

editing or translation wherever the case may be you put up your little sample

work make sure everything's going here and clear and concise and you want

everything your best work up on your profile it's the best chance for you to

make some extra money make more money and get a lot of work

find the projects perfect projects for you as a freelancer on people per hour

our artificial intelligence systems match you with the most suitable

projects which is great because that means that does a lot of the work for

you unlike Fiverr and up work you can search for projects manually or save

automatic searches to notify you of new projects which is really great as well

find projects that match your skill and ability then submit a compelling quote

to win the project they teach you how to make quotes and basically you're saying

I will do this in such-and-such for you for 60 bucks an hour now getting in here

knew obviously I don't care if you're super experienced or you have no

experience at all no matter what it is you're going to be starting at the lower

end and I seen jobs on here you'll see where you make maybe $8 an hour to start

which isn't bad I mean come on you're starting off you're new you're green you

got to get your foot in the door right now the one thing I did highlight this

here for you guys because I didn't see this on a lot of other places but I

noticed this as I was kind of skimming through it

send 15 quotes per month for free if you want to quote on more projects you can

buy additional credit now that's actually similar to up work on Fiverr

you could just go crazy in wild and submit this things like crazy for the

most part like 20 a day I think it is but henceforth you only get five dollars

a project maybe if you're really really really

you'll make 10 20 bucks an hour for a project or per project I said I should

say not per hour but on here you're only allowed to submit like it says 15 quotes

per month for free no that's not a lot of quotes so basically what they're

telling you is if you want to make a full-time living doing this and you're

really good and you want to submit a lot of quotes you're gonna be paying for

those quotes now the thing they don't tell you is how much those quotes are

but I don't think it's going to be too much for quotes from up work I've been

on upward quite a few times it's only a couple bucks to have like you know 10 or

15 20 more quotes it's worth the investment especially if you establish

yourself and you want to make a lot of money you can do it you could take some

of the money that you make from those 15 free quotes that you have and reinvest

it into purchasing some other quotes at a extremely low price to have some more

quotes that you could send out for people so that's really good offer your

best skills at your best price like I said you're starting off new you want to

start down at the lower end quote in your own way okay basically they give

you tips and tricks about how to quote like if you want to do a job for someone

how to get the job easy invoicing which is great they take care all that stuff

for you you get paid it goes right to you then you have all the records there

for your taxes and whatnot really great and a lot what I wanted to show you is I

want to show you how to browse you go up to browse now since you want to be a

freelancer you go to browse freelancers this is actually what comes up I'm under

all categories right now right click on categories I picked writing because you

know if you've watched my YouTube channel I kind of enjoyed the writing

part click on writing you can see all these people here who do writing jobs

per hour now look at what some of these people

charge $30 $8 $50 $15 $35 $15 now these aren't dollars they're pounds I'm saying

dollars because I'm American and that's what rolls off the tongue

so now if you don't know what how many you know 40 pounds equals in American

dollars it's really easy I'll leave the link free in the description as well you

go over here and I found it's called transfer wise calm now leave the link

for you you just put in British Pound to US

dollars sixty sixty pounds equals seventy basically seventy nine dollars

u.s. so you're getting paid a lot more US dollars as opposed to pounds right

for a job like that so sixty pounds equals at seventy nine bucks for in a

per hour that's insane that's awesome what an opportunity right guys now Maria

h-here experienced graphic designer developer and content writer I went on

her page and I just wanted to give you a kind of a look ski of what she has here

and she was right here thirty dollars per hour she charges for everything she

does she kind of put up some graphics here some pictures of things that she

does as far as I'm you know graphic designer work is concerned she has put

in twenty three offers here's what she charges for each thing and this is what

you would be expected to do and break it down and make a little you know profile

for yourself with all your detailed work and the more you do it the more you'll

be able to put in there the more experience you get the better it's gonna

look and I would suggest if you have no talent whatsoever right and you just

want to come in green like you have no idea what you want to do I would

probably go to a site like udemy and maybe take a course or a class or two

and I would start with the easiest thing possible I could think of an honestly

that would be writing you want to write for like blogs or social media or things

of that nature get your foot in the door it's really easy work it doesn't pay a

lot but it'll be able to give you to expand your profile and put a lot of

things in here that I'll show people that you're a worker you're dedicating

you do your thing right all right guys listen that's all I have to say I just

think it's another great avenue for you to have in order to make money gain

freedom be your own boss do things when you want charge how much you want to

charge but it's gonna take a little effort it's gonna take a little bit of

know-how but it's not impossible you could be up and running and making some

good money I would say honestly within a couple of weeks maybe four weeks tops if

you're really motivated and you want to do something and you know I want to take

you know orders from a boss anymore do it all right guys listen that's all I

have for today if you would be so kind subscribe to my youtube channel click on

that little Bell notifications every time I make an upload you'll get to see

it first if you don't longer to trade time for

money what I just showed you is great it's a great opportunity but if you want

to have your own business if you want to join you passive income click that link

below watch the free video see how I got started and thousands of other people

that I've started and it gave them the ability to work from home alright guys

and also if you want to join my newsletter I have a little present for

you right here you'll get this ebook and it actually teaches you how to generate

income from email lists how the email market how to building relationships

with your customers the more you help them the more they help you

easy peasy right this ebook shows you how to do that effectively and

profitably alright guys that's all I have for you today until next time

what do I always say I say God Bless guys take care bye now...

How to Make Spinning Logo for YouTube Videos | WalkintoPC - Duration: 4:04.

In this video, I am going to share with you

how can you make a revolving logo for making

videos on YouTube.

Ok! let start making a logo.

A revolving logo looks very good.

When some body watching your video.

So, for making logo I will use Camtasia Video Editor.

First, click media!

to import your demo video and place it on track 1.

Now, drag your logo and place it above your video.

Here, you have to adjust the time for your logo

to revolve around.

I think it is better to make it at 4 seconds

so that it looks good

rather than going long for no reason.

Adjust your logo at your screen size

on left or right or wherever you want to show it.

Ok! Now we add custom animations to this logo.

Click animations

Custom

and add it

on your logo

as you know we set 4 second time for our logo.

and we drag and drop this to 2 seconds so that

it will make the half time of our logo.

See at 2 seconds.

Ok!

Now this is very important.

This is the properties and in this properties,

make 180 degree angle for this animation.

See!

This is working.

Ok!

Now

To the next part

the half time of other logo we will add

the same animation again

See it must be in the half of your time.

Add custom again

drag and drop this to end time of your logo

like this and this time

give the properties of 360 degree angle.

This will revolve your logo to entire 360.

Check this, See it is revolving 360 degree now.

Now if you want to show this logo to your entire video

then you have to copy this

like this

and take the cursor at the end of this logo

and paste it on your complete video.

Paste it 1 or 2 times here like I am pasting

just want to show that how you will paste this.

I am reducing the size to you the complete screen.

Similarly, you have to paste this on your entire video.

until the end of your video.

See

Now I am playing this video

as you can see

the logo is completely revolving 360 degree.

This is the simplest way to make a

revolving logo on your YouTube video.

These type of logos will add more beauty to your videos.

I am sure it will catch the audience attention.

How To Make Small Talk With Strangers - Duration: 5:40.

Hey shy professionals, Myke Macapinlac here and in this video, I'm going to talk about

how to make small talk with strangers.

This is the exact same advice that I give to my coaching clients who are extremely shy

and they've seen amazing results with it.

In fact, one of the tips that I'm gonna share with you will help you avoid having awkward

silences in your conversations so make sure you watch the entire video.

If you are technically skilled like an engineer, programmer or a developer, and you want the

most practical advice on how to become more social, confident, and charismatic, make sure

you subscribe to my channel and hit the bell to be notified when I post a new video every

single week

Talking to people you don't know can be nerve-wracking, especially if you don't consider yourself

socially confident.

But whether you like it or not, you have to learn how to make small talk with strangers

if you want to build relationships with more like-minded people.

Small talk doesn't have to feel weird and awkward.

It's just a light and informal conversation commonly used when you're talking to someone

you just met at any social event.

It's a good way to get to know someone casually and a pre-requisite for having deeper conversations

later on.

If you've ever struggled how to make small talk with strangers, don't worry.

Let me share with you my best tips.

Tip #1 Stay relevant

Some small talk topics can range from your current venue, movies, art, music, food, hobbies,

professional interests, sports or even the weather.

Personally, I like to follow a few social media accounts to stay relevant with at least

a few of the topics I mentioned.

This will give you lots of ways to engage people that you just met.

If you want to start off on the right food, avoid touchy subjects like religion, political

issues, violence, past relationships and anything negative.

Tip #2 Lead the conversation

Most people make the mistake of asking questions or making statements that lead to nowhere.

That's why most people have awkward silences in their conversations.

If you've been in that situation before, there's a simple solution to this.

What you'll want to do is to ask questions and make statements in a way that will lead

to the types of conversations you want to talk about.

In this case, a bit of preparation can go a long way.

What I want you to do is to think of things that you love talking about and come up with

some interesting questions and statements that will naturally bring up those topics.

For example.

If I ask someone where's the coolest city they've been to, it's because I want to talk

about traveling and all the interesting cities I've been to as well.

You see how that works?

If you talk with purpose, you'll avoid having awkward silences in your conversation.

Tip #3 Ask more open-ended questions

Once you're in a conversation topic that you like, you want to encourage the person you're

talking to by asking more open-ended questions.

Again, for example, let's say you're talking about traveling.

You can ask what they liked most about the last city they went to or what they would

recommend that you do if you do decide to visit that city.

That's going to encourage the person you're speaking with to keep talking and sharing.

Avoid asking close-ended questions which can be answered by either a "yes" or "no" because

that's a recipe for a boring conversation.

Tip #4 Be an active listener

Becoming a good listener does take a bit of time and practice, but it's a skill worth

learning if you want to deepen your relationships.

Listening well will definitely transform the quality of your interactions and improve your

connection with everyone you talk to.

For example, you can lean forward to show interests and nod in agreement to show that

you're engaged and interested in what they're saying.

These little shifts in your nonverbal communication will have a profound impact when you talk

to people.

Also, it's much easier to ask a relevant question and remember details you can bring up later

if you were actually paying attention.

Tip #5 Look for things in common

Familiarity builds comfort, and what better way to do that than to share a related story

about yourself?

The faster you can find common ground with people you talk to, the faster you'll turn

them into a friend.

It's an absolutely a powerful way of creating trust, comfort, and connection very quickly.

And because you were intentional about your observation and question, now you can easily

relate to the person you're talking to because you've led the conversation into a topic

you know a lot about.

There you have it.

If you want learn how to make small talk with strangers, I just shared with you my best

tips.

If you are technically skilled like an engineer, programmer or a developer, and you're tired

How to make vegan lotion bars, only two ingredients and super simple! - Duration: 1:55.

Today I'm making lotion bars with some of my silicone molds.

You can also use the molds for chocolate covered cookies, but they're the right size for lotion bars that fit into a 2 ounce container.

Super simple...The recipe is 1 part cocoa butter and 1 part shea butter

You can add some essential oils for fragrance or leave them unscented.

The recipes I tried with oils were too soft, but this combination works well and is portable.

Put the two ingredients in a pyrex container and melt in the microwave, using 15-30 second bursts on high.

Pour the melted butters into the mold and let them set up.

You can put these on a tray in the fridge to speed the cooling process.

When they set up, this is what they look like.

They fit in a 2 ounce container so you can carry them.

When you rub them on your skin they melt and provide a good layer of protection from dry air.

They smell good with just the cocoa butter so no added fragrance is needed!

Super easy!

Post any questions, and like this video :)

How to Make a Colored Glue Suncatcher | Sophie's World - Duration: 5:58.

hi I'm Sophie and welcome to my world today I'm gonna show you how to take a

dollar store picture frame and some clear glue and some food coloring and

turn it into a beautiful Sun catcher I'm gonna show you how to do it right now

for this project you're going to need a deep picture frame with glass clear or

white glue food coloring hot glue gun with ample glue sticks squeeze bottle

with a wide mouth and nozzle coffee stirrer stick and paper towels so the

first thing you're going to do is you're going to make your your glue mixture and

so what I'm going to be doing is taking clear glue I like the look of the clear

glue you can use white glue of course if that's what you have but I love the look

of the clear glue because it comes out in such a stained glass sort of look you

just take your glue and pour it into the wide mouth bottle and this is why you

want to use a wide mouth bottle because it's much easier to pour into those

small bottles are just so hard to get into and even with a funnel

they're hard now here's where you're gonna be adding your color and here's

the thing you just go to town on the color don't be shy about color you

really want to add a good amount of color and then with your stirrer stick

you just want to stir it up and the reason I use the coffee stir sticks is

they're longer so they can get all the way down to the bottom and then don't

don't get too worried if you've still got a little bit of color that isn't mixed in

there because what you're gonna do put your lid on and then shake it up and

that'll mix it up to now you're prepped there for your paints and you

want to just have them all ready and set to go so I've got all my colors there

ready and set to go and the next thing to do is prep my frame so here's my

frame

pop out the back you're not going to really need that and pop out your glass

take a look at your picture frame if it has a really nice deep well in here

you'll be putting your paint on the front like I did in this one here see it

has a nice deep well but if you don't you're gonna paint on the back so the

first thing the most important thing is we're going to glue the glass in place

I'm gonna put a bead of glue all the way around the inner edge here all the

way around as fast as I can you've got about thirty seconds with

your hot glue sometimes a minute depends on your glue gun so then I'm

just gonna lay that in there and I'm going to pop it down so that it seals

this is important you want to make sure that seals really well let it dry

and then again as you can see there is a lip here so I can be doing my

gluing on this side or if I feel more secure if it's younger children I might

want to have them do it on the back after you've glued you want to lay

another bead of glue along the inside edge just to make sure that you're not

going to get any glue leakage and let that dry now if I was with gonna let a

little child do this I would have them use the inner side here the inside but

because I'm a grown-up I'm gonna actually use this side because I think

it'll be prettier so now what you're going to do is you take your glue

mixture and the reason that we use these squeegee bottles is because it makes it

really easy to control and you just start painting with the squeegee bottles

of glue

and there is something really amazingly Zen inducing about this it's

really I don't know why but the feeling of putting the glue on the glass there's

just something really soothing about it

so you play with the colors and then what you're gonna do is just let the

whole thing dry now this is most important it takes a long time to dry it

takes a good two or three days for it to dry so you just want to set it out of

the way when where nobody's gonna be able to touch it and then just let it

dry really good and then when it's all dry it's gonna look something like this

which as you can see I mean I hope you can see through through that and it's

just it's like a stained glass window there you can see the backside where

I've glued it but when you turn it over you can't even see that so don't

worry about when you glue the back but it's really it's just so much fun I'm

just going to keep keep going here I

think your kids are gonna really love this I love it to tell you the truth for

Nothing can be more relaxing than finding a great show or movie series on Netflix, and

then binge-watching it.

Netflix makes it even easier to zone out by offering an autoplay feature that lets you

make Netflix play continuously.

However, if someone has turned this feature off you'll have to dig out your remote to

play the next show or movie manually.

Thankfully, Netflix makes it easy to turn autoplay on so you can keep Netflix playing.

The only catch is that you have to go through your account settings on the Netflix website

to do it.

But, after you turn it on, Netflix autoplay will be activated on all of the platforms

you enjoy Netflix on, such as Roku, iOS, Android, Xbox, and more.

Now let's walk through the steps to turn Netflix continuous play back on.

Step 1.

Navigate to Netflix.com in a web browser and log in to your Netflix account.

You'll land on your Netflix home screen.

Step 2.

Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen to open a drop-down menu.

Click "Account" in the drop-down menu that appears.

Your Netflix Account screen will be displayed.

Step 3.

Move down the screen to the My Profile section, and then select "Playback Settings" in the

My Profile section.

The Playback Settings screen is displayed.

Step 4.

Locate the Auto-Play section, and then click to place a check mark next to the Play Next

Episode Automatically option.

Click "Save."

You'll be returned to your Netflix Account screen, where you'll see a message at the

top of the screen that says your Netflix playback settings have been saved.

Congratulations!

You now know how to make Netflix play continuously.

How to make pomegranate wine at home | brew at home | Wine at Home | Health Benefits - Duration: 7:40.

Hi Friends!

Today we are going to see

how to make pomegranate wine

The required ingredients are

pomegranate

sugar

air lock

lemon

cloves

cinnamon

nutmeg

cardamom

Fermentation Bottle

dry wine yeast

peel the pomegranate and collect the Arils from it

Here the fruits arils are ready

Add these to the bottle

Using a wooden stick smash the arils

You can add sugar 1/2 kg of it

Cut and Squeeze half of the lemon

You can pour the water

add dry wine yeast to the bottle

This yeast is ideal for someone brewing wine and champagne

It can tolerate upto 10 to 15 % of alcohol produced

in the wine during the fermentation

and also it can digest complex sugars as well

Add spices to the wine

stir thoroughly until sugar is dissolved

There should 3 inch gap between water base & airlock

Close the lid and add the airlock

close the lid tightly

it's almost done we keep this bottle in a hygienic place

and warm place

So it will be helpful to make fermentation well

will review this fermentation after 1 or 2 weeks

after 1 day you can see

the bubbles in between fruit arils

which shows that the fermentation is already started

You should start seeing bubbles

popping out through the water in the airlock

this is sure sign that

fermentation is off and running

Now you can see that

the bubbles are slowly popping from the airlock

It assures that the primary fermentation is already done

So in this stage ,

The yeast metabolized the entire sugar in the wine

Once the primary fermentation is done

will collect this wine into the bottles

remove the lid carefully

to collect the wine use a pipe or syphon

After collecting the wine into the bottles

dispose this yeast and pomegranate fruit arils

Here the wine is ready to serve!!

How To Build your Range! | #TrumpetProTips E09 - Duration: 6:22.

The most questions I receive is still about developing range on the trumpet.

There's a simple strategy we can all use to solidify and build our range. Let's

get started...

Hi, I'm Bryan from Airflow Music. Alongside publishing our books for brass

players, we're producing a bunch of videos with tips to make brass playing

easier for you so, if you're new here, please subscribe to the channel and ring

the notification bell so you're notified of all of our videos. Before we get into

it, thank you for all the well wishes I received when I missed last weekend's

uploads because I was sick. As you can hear, I'm still a little hoarse, but if I

keep this fairly short I should have enough voice to get through it.

Range development is the topic I get asked most about. If we're a little

systematic about it it's really not that hard to conquer. The trick is that to

become more familiar with, and then own, a new higher note, we need to play it a lot

- and I mean a lot! This is true no matter what stage you're at with your range

building. To speed this up, here are my tips:

1. Breath Support

Practicing anything is easier, quite frankly, if your breathing and breath support is

locked in. I've gone into this in a number of videos, most recently the very

last episode of #TrumpetProTips. I'll link that video in the description below

and the cards up here so you can check it out again if you missed it. Breathing

and supporting in the way I described there will really make a big difference.

2. Practice Softly.

As I've discussed in previous videos, the higher we play, the

less air we need to do it. To get our lips used to responding to smaller air streams,

it's a good idea to practice softly, both generally and specifically

when we're working on range. Practice as softly as you can in a comfortable and

relaxed manner, without pinching your lips. The freer your lips are to respond,

the longer you be able to play for and the quicker you'll develop.

3. Find Your Highest Comfortable Note

Since the goal here is not just to expand range but to also solidify it, and really own the range we already have, it's a good idea to start

at the upper comfortable edge of your current range. Rather than the very

highest note you can squeak out occasionally, figure out the highest note

you feel you can play consistently and without

maximum effort. We'll call it the Highest Comfortable Note or HCN. For example, if

you can play a high C when you're fresh but only an A below that by the end of

your band practice, start out with the A as your HCN. It doesn't matter what this

note actually is - it will vary for all of us.

4. Play Your HCN 100 Times A Day

Playing new notes a lot so you become familiar with them is the key to

developing consistency. Finding the comfortable edge of your range and then

building up to playing it at least a hundred times a day is a great way to

develop without overdoing things. Now, I don't mean you should aim to just hit right

on your HCN, although that's an important skill to develop. Instead, develop it in a

musical context by playing up to, and maybe just beyond it, with scales,

arpeggios, etudes, melodies, as well as the glissandos or flexandos I've shared

in previous videos. Also develop different articulations on it - sometimes

approach it slurred, sometimes tongued. Remember to try and play it as softly

and effortlessly as possible. Let's say I've set my HCN at the A just above the

staff, as we mentioned before. Here are some examples of the ways I could play

up to it, to hit my hundred per day.

5. Change Your HCN As You Develop

Once you've practiced your current Highest

Comfortable Note for a while, it'll become more familiar and reliable, to the

point where you really feel like you own it and can play it at any time. At this

point, it's time to move your HCN up to the next note and work on getting that

just as consistent. If you practice gradually in this manner, you will

develop your range without overdoing it and without sacrificing any of the rest

of your playing fundamentals.

I hope you found this video helpful and maybe

somewhat enjoyable. Either way, please hit the like button below - it really does make a

big difference if you do - and subscribe to the Airflow Music channel, if you haven't

already. I'm here with new videos most every week,

between #TrumpetProTips and the Exercise of the Week, so please subscribe

and click the notification bell, so you're notified when a new video is

uploaded. I'll see you on the next video. In the meantime... Go Practice!
