thing don't choose book that is too difficult for you so truth book where

where you can read it without actually looking up words in dictionary

than reading the book the whole fun is not there that's one thing this is not

helping you to learn so that's one very important rule truth book that is at

your level and then just try to read ten pages a day and maybe one day you'll say

maybe you are on vacation in Poland and you are taking some kind of Polish

language course and there's a lot of courses offered all around the Poland a

very nice nice way to spend your vacation as well and then you know of

course it's nice to take different kind of courses but then you know you've got

some kind of Polish certificate or polish test and that's good goal to set

you know too hard on yourself even if you don't understand it fully it's okay

once you get the general plot that's perfect that's a very good practice you

don't have to understand every single grammar point in every single sentence

have to say something more like my name is it's not enough anymore so three

minutes it's setting a realistic goal you can measure it actually o'clock and

this is something you can achieve in within the first few months of the year

simple sentences as well and remember this is not the only way of studying a

language but that's a very good helper like something that will help you get

that you can you can look up on the internet you can check polish but

101.com for that and some some things like you can use you know very simple

sentences and then just try practice and your practicing writing as well I think

it can be very tricky especially in Polish when you have like different two

different juju one is r RZ the other one is the g with the dot on the top and

there's like which one to use actually I have problems with that too

don't worry so this is a very good way to practice the language actual language

and achievement okay so that's it for today thank you for listening could you

'Tears in my eyes!' - Arsenal fans loved what Cazorla did against Real Madrid - Duration: 2:26.

Santi Cazorla may have left Arsenal in the summer, but that hasn't stopped supporters from keeping up to date with his progress this season

The popular midfielder joined La Liga outfit Villarreal on a free transfer following his release and has made 20 appearances across all competitions thus far, proving he's very much over the injury hell that ruined his final two years in north London

On his 10th outing in the top flight of Spanish football the midfielder scored twice to help his side earn a point against Real Madrid at the Estadio de la Cerámica on Thursday night

Breaking the deadlock after just four minutes with a curling effort into the bottom corner - giving ex-Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois no chance - for his first league goal of the campaign

Los Blancos did hit back immediately as Karim Benzema drew them level three minutes later, before Raphael Varane's goal gave them the lead at half-time

And it looked as if the visitors were going to hold out for all three points until Cazorla netted in the 82nd minute to ensure the hosts avoided defeat

On a night where Manchester City inflicted a first Premier League defeat on Liverpool this season - thus keeping Arsenal's Invincibles label in tact - fans had other reasons to be cheerful across social media

Take a look at the best responses to Cazorla's double against Real Madrid on Twitter as fans spotted the Spaniard managed to nutmeg Courtois with a header

What is Your Soul Searching For? | Ask the Kabbalist with Dr. Michael Laitman - Duration: 2:40.

Is it necessary for us to heal our soul?

There is such a perception that a soul might be broken or even shattered.

Is this true?

Our souls' really broken - meaning that the desire to love others is broken, the desire

to connect with others is broken, and therefore we have to heal it, true.

But this is something that would gradually acquire through a special technique called

the wisdom of Kabbalah.

Who is the doctor, and what is the treatment?

People that have already attained this, for example, our organization, in which there

are several specialists that are experienced in this realm.

You can turn to us and join.

This is what we do.

This is actually what we're meant for - to help people cure and reveal their soul, and

feel how they connect with the general soul.

So, you're saying that my soul is broken because it's not connected to this collective

soul?

Right.

What is this general soul?

In Hebrew it's called Adam and we're called Bnei Adam, literally meaning parts of that

Soul.

Can you explain?

Each of us is an individual soul, and this individual soul is called a part of Adam.

And the general soul - where we all have to connect into one system - is called Adam.

What is this general soul called Adam?

Where is it?

It's not where.

There's no such imaginary place as "where".

But all of us, in our will to bestow, have to connect mutually to the one mutual desire

to bestow that will be called the system of Adam.

Is this the kind of plane of intentions... of desires?

True.

A plane of intentions and desires.

And the person who develops our soul begins to grasp this?

Yeah.

Feel, grasp, really live accordingly.

Is this why they say that the soul is eternal?

It's eternal because it's above the limitations of this world of time-space-in motion.

Therefore it's eternal.

Many feel that they are a lost soul.

A soul that's lost their connection to others.

Can anyone find their way home back to this connection?

These are imprecise words because no one actually has a soul until they acquire the power of

bestowal and love.

But it's possible to say that that lack of the correct power of connection with others

is called the broken soul.

JBugs - Channel Update - What to look for in 2019 - Duration: 1:56.

Hi! Sam here with JBugs.com

Happy New Year and thank you to all of you as of a few weeks back our channel reached one million views

and we now have over eight thousand subscribers.

When we first started making these videos we had no idea that they would be so well received.

We're humbled and we will do our best to keep them coming.

With 2019's arrival,

we wanted to give you all an idea out there what we have going on in our shop

and what to expect this coming year.

The 1963 Resto Custom Beetle is still in the midst of bodywork

and its owner has been driving it around a bit during that process.

The 1971 Euro Look Beetle is still here

and with the engine rebuilt, we'll get to work on the car itself.

We plan on pulling the body off the pan before paint and bodywork.

So you can look for those videos in the future as well.

We have some videos being wrapped up including the first startup of our 1800cc stroker engine

which we build for out Euro Look Beetle.

And at the moment we have a 1966 Beetle in the shop, which we completely rewired,

and that series of videos will be coming out soon.

Our last video was a bloopers reel that you all seemed to like.

We'll release another one once we gather enough footage but don't expect one soon.

We don't produce bloopers we just happen to catch some mishaps here and there.

That being said, like you we are only human so don't lose heart when working on your own restoration.

To wrap it up again we want to thank you all for watching,

we hope you enjoy our upcoming videos,

and as always you can head to JBugs.com

for all the parts and accessories you'll need for your vintage VW.

Before this video begins, I'd like you all to check out Mermaid Bangtan's channel.

They create amazingly funny content,

And personally, I think they deserve way more attention on their channel. Subscribe to her and turn on them post notifications!

Channel link will be in the description.

First off, have you listened to those impressive high notes?

Holy fuck, I think my wig was just snatched..

There's not only this, but he can control his breathing very well, whilst singing and dancing at the same time.

I mean, if you don't think that's the best thing ever, then I don't know what is.

This boy used to study acting arts.

But one day he was just crossing the street, and a BigHit staff said he looked charming, and should join BTS.

Yes! This really happened. He ended up becoming a trainee, and through all his hard work and dedication,

He has become the talented person he is today.

Now, enjoy these awesome clips of Kim Seokjin.

Okay - all the antis out there, I'm not forcing you to like Jin, or even BTS.

I'm just saying, you should respect the fact that we are fans of these seven boys, and this is simply just explaining the reason why.

But now, we come to the end of the video, and a big THANK YOU to Mermaid Bangtan for this collaboration.

I hope to do something like this again in the near future. Have a great day everyone. See you in my next video!

Thanks for watching <3

Ask Dr. Phelan: What is Your Parental Tone? - Duration: 2:56.

This question is from Laurie who has a problem that a lot of parents share. She

has a nine-year-old and a seven-year-old and she says, "Dear Dr. Phelan. My

problem seems to be that I'm either screaming at my kids or I am begging

them to do what I want them to do. It seems like there is no middle ground.

I certainly hope that 1-2-3 Magic can offer me some alternative to this

because it's very painful spending our days interacting in this way."

So for Laurie, I think you actually hit the nail on the head.

One good way of diagnosing how well you are parenting is to examine your tone of

voice. And there are two tones of voice that are problematic and they're the

ones that you identified. The first tone of voice is what I call the anxious,

whimpering parental tone of voice. It's "come on honey," "come on get going we have to be

to school in five minutes," "you better get going," "why can't you do what I'm asking

you to do," and so on. It's anxious, it's whimpering and so on the other tone of

voice is an angry screaming tone of voice, "why can't you ever do what I want," "what's

the matter with you," "let's get going," and that kind of thing. Now either tone of

voice gives children the same message. So whether you're anxious, whimpering or

whether you're yelling at them in anger, you're telling them two things. The first

thing you're telling them is that they are driving you crazy. And most kids will

take that as meaning that they are a bad kid. They're driving you crazy. They're

making mom or dad miserable. The second thing you're telling your kids when you

either beg or yell is that you have no idea what you're doing

in that situation. And many kids will react to this like, "well you're supposed

to be the mom or the dad. If you don't know what you're doing

I sure don't know what I'm doing. I'm only three or four-years-old or nine-

years-old or whatever." So what's the solution? Well the solution obviously

first of all is you have to learn what you're supposed to be doing and to do

that I suggest 1-2-3 Magic. That's our program and it has

three parenting jobs for obnoxious behavior, good behavior and

bonding. But it tells you what to do. Kids can sense, even babies, a lot of

professionals feel can sense, if you know what you're doing by your tone of voice.

So if you're too angry, if you're too anxious, you're communicating to your

child "you're driving me crazy and I don't know what I'm doing." What we want

you to do is to have a different tone of voice and that's what we call

calm and decisive. So what I would suggest for you, you need to get 1-2-3

Magic, read it, it'll take you about four or five hours to learn it, and then

do it and watch your tone of voice. You want to go from anxious, angry, begging

to calm and decisive. I guarantee it'll feel real good.

Chelsea transfer news: What Christian Pulisic deal means for Eden Hazard - Jonathan Wilson says - Duration: 3:26.

CHELSEA must be expecting a big Eden Hazard transfer in the summer.

That's the view of football author and journalist Jonathan Wilson who is slightly surprised that the Blues have decided the splash out £57.5m for Borussia Dortmund's Christian Pulisic now.

Chelsea confirmed the transfer on Wednesday and revealed that the American would be staying with the Bundesliga leaders on loan until the end of the season.

And with the groundwork already being laid, Wilson thinks Chelsea must be expecting Hazard to make a long-anticipated move, with many thinking that would be to Real Madrid.

Wilson told the On The Continent Podcast: "He's not been as influential as Jadon Sancho in that team.

He's only played something like 480 minutes this season, I know he's had a couple of injuries but that's five-and-a-half games, isn't it?

Is it a lot of money? I know he's young and I know he's got great promise.

I guess Chelsea expect to get a big payment for Hazard and I presume he's seen as a Hazard replacement.

If he's to play alongside Hazard that seems really strange because you'd have thought the money would have been better spent on a centre forward.

So yeah, it does seem a lot of money but I don't understand money anymore!"

Hazard has 18 months left to run on his contract at Stamford Bridge and has openly admitted he is considering his future.

No new deal appears to be in sight and the Blues may be forced to cash in this summer before his value plummets towards the end of his deal.

Real Madrid have repeatedly been linked with the Belgian and would be considered as his most likely destination and that could spark a period of rebuilding for Chelsea with fellow wingers Willian and Pedro both in their 30s.

Abraham Hicks No Ads 🎄 Feel like a queen no matter what others think - Duration: 14:09.

so I was wondering if you could give a definition to a few things like we use

the word prosperity what does that mean prosperity from our perspective we may

give you a definition from our perspective and from human perspective

because in some cases we are not seeing it quite the same way

prosperity from our point of view is the sum total of what all have launched into

the vortex and the prosperity is a feeling or a state of being when one is

in the receptive mode and letting what they've put in come out and manifest in

their experience so you could be prosperous with friends and prosperous

with physical well-being and prosperous with financial well-being in other words

it's the receiving of what you've asked for the recognition that it's there and

being in the state of letting it in when humans think of prosperity it is much

that same way but often so many humans use the word prosperity when they're

standing outside of it most people have a feeling of envy about the subject of

prosperity so instead of actually feeling the well-being of prosperity

which is the letting it in in the moment and letting it continue to expand and

show itself to you more and more it's a feeling of being on the outside of it

and so there's the feeling of prosperity where you just want to yodel down the

canyon and there's the feeling of prosperity where you just kind of wish

you could get some of it out of their clutches because they've got more than

their fair share I love it so it's perspective it's like your your feeling

or what you're looking at and could say everything that's those two clumps we're

talking about there's the being tuned in tapped in

turned on there's under the influence of source perspective and then there's

under the influence of something else you're gonna receive some time on this

cruise something that Esther's had printed for you let the cat out of the

bag you can look forward to it she thought about making it a bumper

sticker but she doesn't think you should drive around with a bumper sticker on

your car that says under the influence

so what it is it's a dash card that you can put on the dash of your car and it

reflects up into your windshield or in front of a mirror you can't read it when

you look at it it makes no sense but when it reflects back you can read it

because you are always if you are awake you're offering vibration and if you're

offering vibration Law of Attraction is responding and giving you vibrational

harmony with something so you are always under the influence of something and so

when you care about being satisfied then you care about what you're under the

influence of and so these definitions that you're asking for could be what's

the definition when I'm under the influence and what's the definition when

I'm not under the influence yeah okay so I have a funny story so we're a group of

eight traveling this time of five kids my husband and I and babysitter and so

we're flying from Miami to Barcelona and we all get there and I'm like checking

in to go to Barcelona and they're like definitely it was this morning like we

had like the day and time wrong so it was so funny to me because leading up to

this my husband had some resistance of

perspective so we get to the hotel and so we have to buy same-day tickets for

eight people to Barcelona so we we find it it lines up perfectly we're on this

new airline we're like oh this is kind of weird like it wasn't $2,000 a person

it's the same day we're all in the same row okay here we go so we get to the

airport and we get on the airplane and I start looking around and everybody is

like staring at me that I'm crazy cuz I'm like oh my gosh the plane is

beautiful oh my god it's like clean and there's space

and the seats and anyways it worked out great we got here and the story makes me

smile because I'm like oh my gosh we're so prosperous we bought 16 tickets to

Barcelona and of course there's the other side where you could be looking at

it like we had to buy 60 tickets to Barcelona

so we're prosperous apparently but let's chew on this just a little bit because

that's a lot to hold your vibration in place about isn't it it was so fun oh

god watching it and we didn't get our money back from the first eight and we

also had priority we were premium like first-class five out of the eight which

we all lost and I am excited that we could spend so much on flakes because if

we could spend that on flights then we could spend that on the other desires

and the other desires and the other desires like it's there we have a

question for you there's no right or wrong answer okay and it'll be helpful

in the context of what we've been talking about here so does it seem to

you now we know after the fact that you've had an opportunity to work this

over in your mind but does it seem to you at the moment that you were at ease

immediately and having fun with it immediately yes well then that's what

we're talking about about you're so accustomed to being in that satisfied

mode that there was nothing for you to overcome like that driver of the car

driving us back to the hotel was like that's what step 5 is step one is you

know what you don't want so you know what you do want step two is sources

answering step three is you get into the receiving mode step four is you've

practiced it so well that you're a master at the receiving mode hmm seems

funny that step four would just be really good at step three but that's the

way we like to call it four is just being really consistent at

it and Step five is being back in what many would see as a step one moment and

not losing your sense of satisfaction and when you're moving through life

living like that then things do unfold for you

comfortably because sometimes when something starts to go wrong for someone

you're feeling satisfied it conditionally satisfied as long as

everything's going all right but when something goes wrong then you take the

hit of it and then as you take the hit of that

now you're queued up for more to go wrong and more to go wrong and more to

go wrong and more to go wrong and more to go wrong that if you're able to

maintain your sense of satisfaction even though something got a little wonky then

your recovery time is instantaneous and so okay so I have one other question so

I'm really good navigating my group and navigating my group with lots of people

around so I sense it's almost like an archetype but I'd like some clarity

about this like we arrived and we're going to be getting on the ship here's

an example and I feel this leadership almost like a queen come and my energy

field gets like huge and we don't wait in line we we move right it's like oh

you could take this right we all get through in ten minutes

there were like lots of people waiting in line and were through however so I

move through I'm satisfied I'm looking around at my people and sometimes maybe

the answers did not pay attention to them but sometimes this energy that I

have is I feel is like misinterpreted by them as like almost always okay that's

just it I just need to like put my sunglasses on no

like a queen and not care because that looking for mutuality with something

else makes you under the influence of them that's what we're talking about are

you under the influence of Source Energy because that's what that feels like it

feels like clarity it feels like wind to move

Esther talks about how she really enjoys moving around the planet by herself

because when she has an impulse and follows it then the timing is really

really nice but if she has to round up uncooperative humans who bulk or

hesitate or move differently now what we would like her to understand your

feeling of empowerment you've even assigned yourself a title

that they better obey it's helpful in the sense that you just don't want to

get caught up in whatever's going on with them which requires a lot of focus

because most of you are accustomed to offering most of your vibration in

response to what you're observing and so the more that it's happening around you

the more likely it is that you would observe something that is of a

vibrational nature that would introduce resistance into your equation so that

you're not tuned in tapped in turned on and then you're as confused as the group

that you are roaming the planet with yeah so not confused we're moving

through but there's that like little I'd like it to be smooth so there's a little

bit when you think about it these people who you care about you love them you've

put what you care about them into your vortex too so in a way actually in a

pretty substantial way those whom you love are in your vortex but you still

cannot create in their reality this is the fun of interacting with so many

others it's the finding your way it's the maintaining your vibration anyway

being tuned in tapped in turned on so that you know what to do you

what's next even if there are those who are confused around you and most of all

under those conditions if you're tuned in you have less of a knee-jerk response

less of a bumpy ride but in the moment that you begin or continue to care about

their response to you now it's not pure anymore now you're trying to see

yourself through their eyes instead of seeing them through the eyes of source

here's the big part source sees them as perfect no matter how dysfunctional they

are but when you see their dysfunction you separate from source and blame them

so you think your deviation from source is about their dysfunction it isn't it's

about your lack of focus conditionally you could say if you guys would shape up

I would feel better and that would be true but it's still conditional and then

you have no power because they're fickle they're going to behave the way they're

going to behave you don't want to be under the control of how somebody else

is behaving because you can get really good at focusing just where you want to

focus but sometimes you can find yourself living in a sort of isolated

life because when they misbehave if you feel bad then you have to take more

control about their behavior and the more control you try to take the less

good they feel so the more control you try to take and then the less good you

feel it's so lovely for others when you are under the influence and letting

universal forces inspire them you want to inspire their behavior not motivate

it oh and you can't inspire their harmony with you unless you're in

harmony with your source and when you're in harmony with your source then you

might inspire their harmony with their source but you're never wanting them to

obey you you're always wanting them to find harmony with their source and you

really don't want them to move around with you in a pack either you don't want

to train them into the belief that you are their leader right only

when we're going through security thing I'll spread out only before they are 12

and only when they have their first date and only when they go out on their first

driving and only win and only win and only then don't give yourself an

exception to that you're either trusting their alignment

with their source or you are not and when you are not trusting their

alignment with their source and you are wanting to be the source for all of them

then you begin to feel the burden of that responsibility because you're not

connected and then you begin to resent they're not complying with it and off

you go you say so good like all I wanted them to do is admire me walking through

all of these people with ease yeah this was so satisfying thank you so much so

good

you
