Youtube daily how to I Jan 5 2019

I've had a few people I asked me about my drawing setup and how I have it set up to do my drawing so

it's couldn't take a look at that

The way I have to set up is I have black mat there and

This is good for when. I'm doing the time line of drawings there's not too

much light reflecting off the white table and so it allows me to have a

lower ISO so it makes things less grainy and it's a lot sharper I

have here my

Audio-technica microphone and that

is positioned just in front of my camera and

my camera I have here I have the

Little LCD screen it's flipped out right there by the side of it so as I'm speaking into the microphone

I can look at that and

See, where my hand is or

where my drawing is then I can adjust things at the same time while I'm speaking on the camera and

then to the left I have a white

umbrella that he used for lighting it's 105 watt bulb I

Also have on this side another umbrella light and that's a silver one I actually want to get a white umbrella

because the silver seems to put off too much of a directional light and

It causes too many highlights on things and I can get into their own

This the umbrella part, which is this here I can get that

online for really cheap so not that big of a problem and I have the umbrella lights

Position at a 45 degree angle so that one light comes down

It's all centered right here that's, also why I like having this

black mat on here it's like it's like a cutting mat and

Has different measurements and the inches and everything on it and so

That means when I position something on here I can get a good

Orientation underneath the camera so it allows everything to be positioned properly and as you can see here

on my

DSLR I have it set to where

It's off slightly right now I said to move it back maybe half an inch but

I have a set to where the center of the camera where it focuses in the middle of that square is

right in the center of where these lines all

connect and

This allows me to position everything so that it's all lined up and I get a proper focus in my videos, when I'm recording for

tutorials or even for time lapses

And I had issues before to where

Things wouldn't line up right and I thought I was

Know in the time lapse or in the area of what was according but I actually had my paper off too

Much and I didn't show up and had to restart

so that's how I have that set up and

for my DSLR this is a

Canon t7 high

or the candidate hundred and

Four for this microphone it is an audio technica

At2020

or the audio technica

2020 and I got that online

For about a little over a hundred dollars and then I have here stick for the mic and

This doesn't hold very heavy mics but as long as you don't extend it out too far

Then you dr. Worry about it um falling down because the ball was a really cheap one end I actually have

that on the other side of help keep it from falling forward

so if you want to use one of these with your microphone I would suggest eating a

Better quality one something that's a bit more sturdy the legs on it are okay but they're not that

sturdy so

Yeah if I could go back I would get in a sturdy one but it's using this here

helps balance everything out and it's not

over then

and the lightbulbs I'm using they're a

5,500 K day light and the reason you wanna use a daylight bulb is because

It reproduces the natural lighting that you get so all the colors for your videos and the drawings

They'll come out accurately, also when you're drawing

keeps you from

Having colors that are wrong and then if you go to take a photo of it or share it online

It's going to look different because the colors aren't coming up right or for example if you were drawing and then you

Take a photo of it somewhere else or taste enough to be hung up then the colors of the tongue

aren't going to be very accurate

so that's one reason for that and

Also another reason why I have this screen. Here flipped out is because while I'm using this I

can quickly go to all my settings and change things

So I can turn it off if there's no information I

have

all the information from an aperture may have stopped my eye so that cookie switch between those and

then on the top part of my DSLR I have other buttons that I can quickly access to

change things as I am working on videos and it makes it a lot more efficient and

Quick to edit everything

now my microphone has a the cable is running down and it actually attaches to

my computer this attaches to my focus right audio interface I

Have it plugged in right here and then I just have the controls

for the volume and everything right there this allows me to have a better control of the audio quality and

Gain on the microphone so it's not too loud or too quiet and then for my tripod for my camera it's a vanguard

Tripod I'll leave a link in the description this video, where you can find all of this

but I bought this online I think it was around $200 I think

About a couple months ago maybe six months ago or so and the reason I got this tripod is because

it extends out so it allows me to have a

Top-down view of everything because little tripod I had it didn't have a top-down view

It was actually at a slight angle like this I can never get a direct view down and

It's really convenient because I can adjust it here?

Left and right and then this has a ball head on it so I can adjust it you know 360 degrees and that moves

This whole thing forward and back so I can adjust where it is here so when I change on the tripod the camera will go

like that I can adjust the height and then I can also turn it or even turn it this way or that way and

it was a lot better than that steep try but I used to have and this is actually just the stock strap that I have

that came with the camera I want to get a better one that's a bit longer and

Slide and has the ability to stretch some

Because after I've been using this camera for a long time I'm doing a photo shoot or something like that

It does get to be tiring because of the straps like really digging into your shoulders so that's one tip I would give if you

get your cameras to get a better strap

and

The drawing cable have there's actually three more of these that I have attached to the sides

but if only got one right now because

The other ones just kind of get in the way of the umbrella lights I don't really need them because I have everything

over here for all of my art supplies

So I don't really need this area for storage

so this is where I'll put extra pencils or charcoal or pins, well I'm drawing and

makes it quicker to access rather than having to worry about running over and

walking all the way over there to get something and makes things a lot quicker and

Send those over here

I took it off of this corner so I can get the light closer because the light was too far away and

It was too dark in the camera and it raised my eye so and then things got a bit grainy

Then here as you can see?

this has all the different

numbers which I'm wearing out on this and

that's why I actually have this mat here because it helps me with measuring things and

So, I love this on here so that the mat

Pushes against it doesn't slide off and I left this on here because it

Also pushes against it slightly and it doesn't slide also the table while I'm drawing

It's kind of like when you're if you're using a piece of paper

Saying example what I mean so you have a piece of paper if you don't put tape on the corners is going to slide around

it's the same not a thinking process of when I

using this mat and these umbrellas they just here I can um

Change this I won't go do it not with one hand but if I twist this

This metal rod can go up. Or down and it can raise the umbrella up or down which means it changes how much light

Is directly going on to it if I raise it light goes out of the sides more if I lower it it's more directional

so if I want to

lower my ISO

to where

Is brighter and I can get a better image I'll lower this if I want to raise my ISO and let's say

For some reason I want to do that then I'll raise that up

I also want to mention why I have all this extra space around the table and

The reason for that is so that I can have this set up

Here beside it there's nothing in the way I can have the umbrella light

My tripod over there and all this extra space allows me to move things around and not be too cramped up in one spot

same with over here so I can move things around it gives me a lot of room and

I've got all kinds of space over here to walk around keeps me from getting all

cramped up in the corner with no space so

Guys make sure if you make drawing

Setup like this that you do have space around the table to set things up no for

Microphones or umbrella lights or your camera

So yeah that's how I have it set up and if you have any questions about how I have it set up or

Anything in the video that I didn't cover on. Accident just let me know in the comments below and if you have any suggestions about

Something I should fix or

a way that would be better to set this up and go ahead and let me know in the comments below and

I will see you in the next video you all have a good day and I'll see you later

the replay version if you're watching me on youtube are on Facebook I'm so glad

you're here make sure that you participate let's interact so glad

you're here in this video I want to talk about how to find the right train your

team I work with so many men just like you a little bit older busy productive

lives and you want to be effective and efficient with your time if you're gonna

go through all this effort you want to make sure your you have the right

training routine I talked to so many of you over the phone one-on-one and I know

your frustrations I know your concerns I know what you're worrying about

I know what you're looking for what you're not able to find I know there's

so much information on the internet many of it of the information sounds good

from very passionate is sometimes much much younger fitness experts who are all

in there really excited that's their lifestyle and they're giving the

training routines again they're very convincing

they're very certain about what they do and you may have tried those routines or

a lot of guys bounce from video to video to video whether it's on YouTube or any

social media platforms they're taking in all this information from all the

fitness experts and getting more and more confused because each one of these

younger passionate fitness experts they're all so certain and someone

should get going and you think you're doing the right thing you got the right

training your team someone else is wow that guy that guy looks great man he is

certain maybe I should be doing that routine so I want to help you find the

right training routine for you I want to give you the mental and emotional

flexibility what to look for and even climb into the mine

of some of these fitness experts so you understand unfortunately when you're

watching these videos you can't have a a two-way conversation so you can check

for understanding right are you interpreting right are they telling you

what you need to hear is it right for you there's no back-and-forth

communication that's what I love talking to guys on the phone that's why you'll

love the effectiveness and efficiency of one-on-one coaching again in this video

I'm going to do another set in this video I want to help you give you all

the confusion all the frustration all the overwhelm all the self-doubt and

help you get on the process to finding the right training routine for you again

I am so glad you're here continue to post your comments your questions your

suggestions your hellos in the comment section

picked a weight that was way too light what happens you don't want to waste a

set what happens when you pick weight that's too light you know you

underestimate your strength your power and you're right in the middle of the

set and let's say you have a rep range let's say six to eight reps eight to ten

reps do you keep on going until you just burn out when you picked a weight that's

too light right you're stronger than you anticipated right this is why I suggest

that you stay within your rep range whatever that is six to eight eight to

ten whatever it is just slow it down right slow it down you can make lighter

weight feel heavy with just incredibly focused form feel execution mind muscle

connection right so stay within your rep range just slow it down and really feel

it make a note of it on your training log don't make about that mistake the

next time we gotta be effective and efficient with every single one of our

sets right that's what man formation training is all about that's what I

really emphasize to you it's sometimes it's not the training routine it's what

you put into it and sometimes it's these small distinctions like this that make

the difference you stack that over a set over a exercise a workout over your

entire week these small distinctions that help you

get more out of your training routine so I would not suggest that you keep on

going right until you fail I suggest that you slow it down keep within that

rep range again make those notes so you don't make that mistake next time learn

from it alright in this video I want to talk about how to find the right

training routine guys I talk to you all the time I know that you want to put

your effort into this is why can't this be more black and white why can't you

just find a training routine for you especially when you're a little bit

older you've got a busy productive life I mean you love Fitness you want to put

in your time but you can't just put everything answered all of your

willpower flow because energy in time like maybe did when you were younger

maybe those younger passionate fitness experts right so is the training routine

is it right for you I don't want to give you some things to consider to think

about as you make the decision because let's face it if there was a cookie

cutter training routine that was right for everybody

I don't know based on their height just if they want to build muscle lose body

it would be simple there would be like five training routines on the Internet

and you wouldn't even have this confusion right so we got to figure out

what's best for you I know it's challenging sometimes I know it's a game

but that's the whole beauty of this wouldn't you master it you're in that

special group I know a lot of my guys who are a little bit old you're already

in that special group you look amazing for your age I get that

right everybody you respect you admire everything they do and people respect

you admire what you've done and your distant yourself from the men your age

but you want to get closer to me what are the distinctions is it the right

training routine right let me first tell you as you go through this process I

understand how confusing how overwhelming it is I do I get it

sometimes you just gotta have that patience that poise as you work through

the process it's like what's your job right maybe you've been at your job for

20 years right you have some young guy and you just wants to know all the

answers right away and even as a mentor someone trying to help him out you can

give them a good 60 70 80 % that but the last bit that makes the biggest

different he's gonna have to just go through the process and just kind of go

through himself and so if you've mastered you know what takes to have a

great business you're great at your job maybe your family right and you you know

you got guys you appreciate their passion their enthusiasm them have the

right way to do it right away it's only so much so don't put too much pressure

on yourself to know all the answers and have absolute certainty right at the

beginning right just have enough to go forward when you pick out a training

routine right how many days a week should you train up you got to pick out

a routine that is sustainable for you I would pick out a routine if you can only

train three days there are great trend routines that could help you reach your

goals depending what those are even when you only train three days a week do you

want to train six days a week I've had guys come to me they just love training

so much they want to train six days a week two hours a day and they want me to

tell them is that the best way to trade right people tell me I'm overtraining

well you know you need to pick a routine that is best for you

you will intensify a shorter workout and get more out of it if you must because

you can only fit three days of training in a two-year schedule and your fitness

is important and if you want to train 6 days a week at 2 hours a day

have at it but you need to know that with that amount of volume you'll

naturally kind of slow it down write less than the intensity to get through

the workouts it'd be over a sprint versus a middle distance or a

long-distance race but there is no right or wrong rate because it's you you're

gonna put the intensity the mind the muscle connection right you're gonna

choose to pick five more pounds or not to go one more rep or not it's not just

gonna be the amount of days the amount of exercises certain extras on the

schedule you're gonna be the determining factor I want you to pick out a routine

especially if you're a little bit older with the busy life something that is

sustainable to you you need to decide that and get the most out of it that's

probably the most important thing let me just tell you this - as you're doing the

routine I have a lot of guys that look in the mirror and it is so common to

think I should be getting more from all this training that I'm doing right all

this dedication I should have bigger biceps I sometimes

to be more cut more ripped it's very common all of us to look in

the mirror and think that we should get more for all this effort we're putting

in and we want to blame the training routine all right let me just tell you

something a lot of times with the guys you're just not lean enough you're maybe

building muscle the training team is doing its part all right but you're just

not lean enough right just see what it's doing you're not gonna get lean through

that training routine it's gonna be through your diet so remember that a lot

of the gains that you're getting from their training routine when you look on

in that mirror and you want more more and more and more going back to the gym

training your training routine looking on the internet for another training

routine it may be right in front of you and maybe under that layer of fat so you

need to remember that remember you are the person

your details attention to details that effort that you give or don't give it's

gonna make all the difference in the world with your training team but let me

just tell you this guys now this is my years of experience talking to you all

right it is so much your training give it a

hundred percent give it a hundred percent but if you do not watch that

diet you're not gonna see the muscle gains that you want and you're not going

to see the details of the muscle right so much is nutrition you got to

understand that train hard in the gym but many times I talked to guys they

text me their pictures as I help them to get through all this confusion over them

they're looking at their training routine they're frustrated they're

breaking it down training routines training retraining training routine

alright and I'm telling you it's over here on the diet so over here I'm like

that many times your training routine it's working great for you just got to

put more effort into it all right guys hey there is still time

Kitchen Tools Vocabulary - Pt. 1 | How Can I Learn English? English Classes for Adults and Teens - Duration: 4:04.

Hey guys. Today we're talking about things in the kitchen. Specifically, what

are these called? Well you're about to find out. But first, remember to like this

video if it helps you out. And if you have more questions, definitely put those

in the comments and I'll answer them for you. Also you can subscribe to our

channel "Ivy League English" and click on the little bell so that you get notified

when we post new videos.

Hey guys. I'm Patricia and today we're talking about a

few tools from the kitchen. Let's start with this one. Now a lot of people might

be tempted to call this a spoon, but we call it something else in English. It's

usually called a ladle. A ladle is used to serve soup, stew or things like that.

Now here's an interesting thing about the word ladle. It can also be used as a

verb. You can ladle soup into a bowl. But this item is called a ladle.

Ok, next up we have this one. This is called a spatula. A spatula can be used to pick

food up or flip it over. Spatula.

Next is this. This is usually called a whisk. Some people call it a hand beater. Both names are

fine, but whisk is a little more common. A whisk is used to mix things and this

word, whisk, can be used as a verb as well. For example, you can whisk eggs. Whisk.

This one you must have seen before. We call these tongs. Tongs can be used to

pick things up and move them around. Tongs.

So there you have it guys. Four tools from

the kitchen that you might not have known the English words for.

Ladle, spatula,

whisk and tongs. I hope this video helped you out, guys.

If you liked it, make sure to give the video a like and you can leave any

questions that you have in the comments. Don't forget to subscribe. We'll have

lots more videos coming for you soon. Take care, guys.

How to restore your natural curls and cleanse your scalp with Bentonite Clay | Filthy Diamonds - Duration: 9:44.

Hey Jewel, so today I'm mixing up my bentonite clay.

I planned on washing my hair in the morning, tomorrow and I'm going to let it sit for

about five to eight hours, pretty much overnight. So I'm starting off with my

bentonite clay and uhm I have bentonite clay. I have avocado oil, I have water ,I have a

plastic bag, a wooden spoon and it's just a empty salsa jar and what i'm going to do

is just pour the bentonite clay in.

Fresh bentonite clay and I'm just gonna pour ,I'm just gonna eyeball it, there's

no set amount cuz I have a lot of hair so I'm just gonna pour it in and just

pray it go through my whole head. I'ma do the whole thing.

I'm just going to pour the whole thing so, i just poured the whole thing inside, it's alot! and i'm going to do like

a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar.

So here is the final product, it's like, reminds me of like of pudding. Like It's not coming out,

but I added a lot of water i added more vinegar and i added

oil, but the texture of it is like this,

smooth like cream, it's because i used avocado oil, because I want that extra moisture but that's

the consistency of it I'm gonna let it sit overnight and then i'm going to

wake up and wake up and start my wash process with this mixture i have and I'ma just leave it out on the cabinet.

So i have my mixture, what I did was go and add water, so I wanted it very like loose not

like to lose but it's still thick but I made it loose enough so it was slide on.

So what I did instead of washing my hair, I mean wetting my hair first I put

enough water in there so it just slides down easy, so I'ma give you all a

demonstration of how I'm actually putting in the mixture. I'll use this

piece I don't want to use the one in my face because the clay has been dropping but

what I did was, just these are the plaits that I had these are my sections.

So i just just kept my hair sections de-tangled it and then you just get that

mixture and you just apply it to each section and you just

slide it on and I do it down my whole strand and then I go back and add it to

my scalp as well. Now, remember this is getting rid of the

the toxins, it's getting rid of the dirt, the toxins, it's cleansing it and that's

what I'm doing right now. So you just, I'm adding it to my scalp

and then I'm just going through it and making sure each strand is

saturated, now the bentonite clay I use two ounces of bentonite clay for my

length of hair now, if you want, if you have more hair than me you would get

probably more. It just depends on how much you want in your hair. Now that

we have it all saturated, I just, I just for example I would do, for example I

would do two plaits and wrap them together so I'm going to show you all

how I do the next one, so two plants will be one section, just to make it easy I

don't want to have to many little bitty sections, so we just broke that apart and

then I'm just going in and applying the bentonite clay and it just literally

like glides on like that and then i'ma go in at the root and remove any gunk. I

have a lot of gunk and build up,so I want this thing to get, get the gunk out

in the sections that I actually apply the bentonite on,I'm gonna go and wrap

them up

and I just get those pieces like this and just wrap them around, I don't want

to spread them apart and twist them because it's the stuff is thick, and my hair

is fragile so I don't need to break any strands and then these two are going to

be a section I will show you how i do these as well then do each section at a

time and I'm gonna probably leave this on for a little bit not too long because

I don't want it to dry and me be hard to get out of my hair so

alright jewel so I actually applied the deep conditioner mix already and I

just put this cap on and when I put it on y'all like after i washed out the

bentonite clay my hair was so curly like I've never seen as many curls as I have

in my life with the bentonite clay so I was excited about that my curls usually,

really like pop I'm going in with the oil just some oil or you can use the

butter it's already detangled and I'm just going to slide down my hair and I'ma

use the mixture the actually the conditioner that I'll rinse out I'm add

just a little bit on that and what I'll do is just make sure it's all smooth and

then I just go in this is the re-braiding process of it I'm just going back in

and I'm just gonna braid it back up, so I finished my hair and this is the final

result I just literally just braiding them all back up and that's

what I will do from here on out and then my deep conditioning I would just make me

a deep conditioner and I would just apply it when I need moisture and

throughout the week when I need moisture I just go in and seal with water and

preferably a butter or an oil I'm still working on a good mixture butter

I find that shea butter it's too heavy for my hair and it leaves you like it

leaves like a residue on it so I'm shying away from that mixed my old

mixture that I made and i'ma find something that's lighter for my strands

of hair but this is my finished result it's, it feels dry it feels dry but

this is how I'll be rocking it for a while y'all and my hair is growing just

keep it in this style, keeping it literally in a protective style and not

trying to actually have the latest style and trying to achieve the latest look my

hair is growing so bad it's so important to me so I'm not saying I won't be doing

any hairstyle videos but right now on my journey I want to achieve tailbone

length and I'm a couple inches away I'm a couple of inches away but I want to

achieve tailbone length hair I want long healthy luxurious hair that is my goal

but I want to keep you all with me on my journey as I achieve that goal and I

thank you so much yo for watching and the support that you give it does not go

unnoticed and I thank you so much love you bye

HOW TO DRAW realistic lips and teeth | drawing a smile in photoshop - Duration: 6:59.

Hey, what's up!? Thank you for watching

Let's talk about how to draw realistic lips and teeth

In this digital art tutorial we will be drawing a smile in Photoshop.

Even though I'm painting this smile in Photoshop

the techniques also apply to other digital painting software.

Here's how I have set up my work space for this digital painting tutorial.

I have put the reference photo in the upper left corner and have my canvas at the bottom half of the screen.

I'll make a third window by going to Window in the menu, then to Arrange

and then to New Window for

Untitled-1 in this case

This will make a second window for my canvas, I'll make it small and put it on the upper right.

In this window I will be able to see a small version of my drawing, right next to my reference photo.

It is handy to see your drawing from a distance, it can be easier to spot mistakes this way.

I'll fill the canvas with a base skin color before I'll start sketching with my Basic Flo brush.

Sometimes it's hard to decide where to start sketching, but don't worry about it too much.

You can adjust the sketch as you go.

I decide to lay down the corners of the mouth first.

Trying to figure out the distance between them and comparing angles.

I try to find the general shape of the mouth.

Let me make the sketch a little bit bigger by using the free transform tool

These lines indicate where the teeth are in the mouth

these lines will help me figure out the rest of the mouth.

While sketching, I try to figure out the height of the lips and teeth

how do they compare to eachother?

I can see that the front teeth are bigger than the lips for example

I'm guessing about 1,5 times bigger

Thinking about it this way helps me sketch and get the sizes right.

The first messy sketch is done

let's lower the opacity and make a new sketch on top. We'll tidy everything up a bit.

I'll make my brush a little bit smaller.

We'll group the sketch layers together.

Click on both layers while pressing control on your keyboard and then press control + g to group the layers.

Make a new layer below this group, we'll lay down the base colors on this layer.

I'll use a light, pinkish tone for the lips and add shadow to the inside of the mouth.

he colors we're laying down now, are all slightly dark.

We will be working from dark to light.

Teeth aren't really white, so we'll give them a greyish color for now.

This will be a nice base to 'build' from

Now that we have our base colors laid down, we can lower the opacity of the sketch layer and make a new layer on top.

We will be painting over the sketch now.

Let me make the reference photo a little bit bigger, so I can see it better

Let's refine the shapes of the mouth and work on deepening those shadows in the mouth.

Squint your eyes and try to see where the shadows and the light areas are on your subject.

The teeth here are in shadow, so I glaze over them with a dark color.

We'll make an Overlay layer on top to add some warm colors.

I always love using Overlay layers to adjust the skin tones in my portraits.

It instantly gives color variation and gets rid of those muddy colors.

Don't overdo it though, or it might start to look unnatural.

Time for another normal layer above the overlay layer.

We'll use it to blend the colors first, giving the lips a softer look.

I'm using a soft round brush with the opacity set to 30% here.

Next I'll switch back to my Basic Flo brush to start adding some light to this mouth.

I'm not going too light yet though, I'll leave the brightest highlights for last.

I'll also deepen these shadows here around the teeth some more.

This will really separate the teeth from the tongue.

The mouth really gets some more depth this way.

Let's make a multiply layer on top to work on the shadows more.

Using the multiply layer, we can just pick up local colors and add subtle shadows.

The area here under the upper lip needs to be a little bit darker for instance.

I'm working through the entire mouth, adding contrast where it's needed.

I'm focusing on the values and squint my eyes often to better see the values.

We'll do the same thing for the lights.

Let's add a Screen layer to tweak the highlights on this mouth.

Let's lighten up those teeth first.

I almost forgot about the sketch layer!

Let's turn the opacity of the sketch layers way down.

On a final normal layer, I'll do some final tweaking on this painting.

I'm mainly focusing on the edges, sharpening them where it's needed.

The underside of the teeth need to have a crisp edge for instance.

And there it is! A Photoshop smile.

Have fun painting and drawing smiles with teeth!

If this digital art tutorial made you smile, be sure to give it a thumbs up.

I'd really appreciate that.

I hope you'll have a wonderful day, see ya next time for the next digital art tutorial!

How To Lucid Dream In 5 Steps! (WILD Tutorial) - Duration: 4:23.

Hey guys, welcome to the channel

This is actually my very first video and I'm still getting things set up and you may have noticed that I don't really have any

subscribers yet

So I would really appreciate it if you subscribe to the channel because here we're gonna be talking about a whole bunch of cool

Lucid dreaming stuff. Anyways, let's just get straight into the tutorial today

We are going to be talking about wake induced lucid dreaming

which is also commonly known as

Wild lucid dreaming wild lucid dreaming is one of the trickiest types of lucid dreams to induce, but with the five steps

I'm going to show you and a little bit of practice. You will be well on your way to

Experiencing the awesomeness that is wild lucid dreaming

Step 1 sleep just go to sleep for a few hours

4 or 5 hours should be just fine

And make sure that you set an alarm so that you don't wind up sleeping for half the day

step 2 relax

Now once you've woken up you are in the perfect state to bring on a wake induce lucid dream

So now what I want you to do is just lay down

Perfectly still close your eyes and relax your whole body whilst clearing your mind

If a random thought does enter your mind just acknowledge it, but do not interact with it

Just allow these thoughts to float away and continue to relax

step 3 the hypnagogic States

So eventually you should enter what is called the hypnagogic state now

This is sort of the same kind of state that you might find yourself in when you wake up halfway through the night

But you're still kind of half asleep and your mind is already

Effortlessly on its way drifting to sleep. You also notice that whilst you are in this state

You might see weird shapes or images start to appear

So just embrace them whilst remembering the whole time that you are entering a dream

Step 4 transition now at this point you will enter what is called sleep paralysis

Which too many sounds scary but in reality

It's actually perfectly natural and it happens every single time you fall asleep

It's just that with a wild dream. You'll actually be able to be awake and to experience this state

Whereas normally you wouldn't whilst you are in the stage

Some will experience strong visuals whilst others will feel strong physical sensations

Or maybe be able to hear music or voices, whatever you do see or hear

It's important to remain calm and just relax and watch and observe because you're really close to entering a dream

Step 5 enter your dream soon

You will begin to enter your dream. If you continue to remain calm during this sleep paralysis stage

This can be experienced in many different ways

But personally for me I suddenly get the feeling where my body is being pulled by some invisible force

Into a dream and this stage the shapes and fractures of light

that you are seeing should begin to evolve into a fully blown dream scene that you can immerse yourself in and once this happens

Make sure that you remain calm and begin to engage with the dream scene

Investigate things talk to people or creatures touch things smell things and immerse yourself fully by doing these things

It will help cement the dream and from then on outs you will be inside a fully blown

waking wild lucid dream lucid dreams are incredible to experience and

While lucid dreaming is one of the most advanced types of lucid dreaming out there and it will take a lot of time and practice

For you to get good at it, although it's really worth your time

You're looking to take your lucid dreams to the next level then I seriously suggest you start to dabble in wild

however

If you're looking for more beginner friendly and simple ways to start lucid dreaming rather than jumping straight into wild

I highly recommend that you subscribe to the channel

This is my first video and I have a lot of tutorials

Planned in the future for some more simple techniques and a bunch of things related to lucid dreaming

so if you want to be informed about lucid dreaming and

Be presented with information in a user-friendly way then hit that subscribe button and show your support

Anyways, thanks for watching the video and I will see you guys next time

How to Set-up Steam Link on the Raspberry Pi - Duration: 2:35.

Game streaming with the Raspberry Pi is nothing new, I've covered the topic in the past.

Recently Valve, the creators of Steam, have released their Steam Link software for the

Raspberry Pi opening the ability to stream games to the Pi for more people.

So, before we continue, you may be asking "What exactly is Steam Link?".

Steam Link is a solution that allows you to make use of your Steam games and library from

any room in the house by streaming over the network.

Steam Link used to be a physical hardware product, but now it is now available as software.

The concept of Steam Link is that you use your main gaming PC as the host for your games,

meaning that your gaming computer does all the heavy lifting, whilst the software on

the Raspberry Pi brings that experience to any room in your house.

Steam Link is only compatible with the Raspberry Pi model 3B and above and you'll also want

to make sure that you meet the Steam Link hardware requirements for your computer.

For casual gaming I've had a good experience on Wi-Fi since the Wi-Fi coverage around my

house is pretty good, but if you want to make sure that you have a flawless experience,

you'll want to make sure that both your gaming PC and Raspberry Pi are connected to

your network via ethernet.

Before we install Steam Link to the Raspberry Pi, it's best to make sure that the Steam

Client on your computer is enabled for in-home streaming.

Open Steam's settings and go to the "In-Home Streaming" tab, then you just need to make

sure that the "Enable streaming" checkbox is ticked.

Installing Stream Link is straight forward.

The first step is to open up the terminal and run sudo apt update, this will make sure

that the Raspberry Pi's package lists are up to date, so it can download the Steam Link

package.

Then you can download and install Steam Link by using the sudo apt install steamlink, command.

Once Steam Link has downloaded, you can find it under the Games menu of the Raspberry Pi

desktop interface, or you can launch it using the steamlink command from the command line.

When you open Steam Link, you'll need to connect the Steam Link client to your computer.

When you begin game streaming, it brings up the Steam Big-Picture interface.

This allows you to play your games and navigate through your library.

You can add shortcuts for non-Steam third party games, like on the normal desktop client

and you can also enter a full desktop environment if you want to.

To exit Steam Link, go back to the big-picture interface and select "Stop Streaming".

Then press the B button on your controller or ALT+F4 on your keyboard to go back to the

Raspberry Pi desktop.

That's all there really is to Steam Link, add your games and have fun with your Raspberry

Pi.

That's been it for this video, thanks for watching and I will see you in the next one.

How I Let go of my Painful Past, Raised My Vibrational Set-Point and Became Emotionally FREE - Duration: 17:14.

this video I'm gonna be sharing with you how I raised my vibrational set point I

transcended my past and how I became emotionally free by the end of this

video you're gonna know how you can do the same for you welcome back to another

video my name's Erin and I hope you will expand their consciousness now in this

video I'm gonna be sharing with you exactly how I raised my vibrational set

point how I transcended the past experiences I've had and how I've been

able to then become emotionally free now the reason I'm making this video is

because I think that so many people can experience the same thing that I went

through in the sense of how I transcended a negative past and exists

in a totally new state now now when I say this I'm not saying I'm enlightened

or anything but what I am saying is that it's definitely a higher level of

consciousness to where I was before now just to give you a little bit of a basis

for it before I felt like the world was happening to me I remember that this was

back in about 2012 I was feeling so much resistance I felt like I didn't

understand why my life was the way it was because back in my childhood had

formed the ages of 7 to 15 years old I had an abusive stepmom in my life I had

I wasn't allowed to eat very much I wasn't allowed to have like do the

normal things that kids did me and my brother were mainly outside working all

day we were not allowed to watch TV we were not allowed to eat very much food

we had to earn going to school if we got in trouble we'd to get school taken away

from us it's a very unique situation to be in and that caused a lot of

resistance because the 15 came around my dad divorce or all of a sudden we have

all this freedom but at the same time for some reason I resented like why did

all of that happen and for years I felt that resentment and I carried it around

with me even though it was subconsciously so what happened was as I

felt that resistance for about five or six years not knowing exactly what to do

with it and always just trying to almost just be just be positive I would have

these negative thoughts and I would just try to focus on the positive thoughts

but a lot of times I'd end up resisting those negative thoughts I would come up

and eventually that led me to when I went through an experience that shifted

my consciousness and all this was was me learning that my beliefs create my

reality and learning how to observe the different beliefs that I had that made

up the reality that I lived in and I believed I was a victim I believed that

these things happened to me I believed that I had ADHD and couldn't focus I

believed that I had all of these different labels that were kind of

thrown on me and because of that it therefore created that experience over

and over and over again now I had this experience of 2012 when I felt on a

scale of 1 to 10 I used this scale sometimes I used to feel like I was at

about a 3 or 5 out of 10 10 feeling amazing one feeling not so great now

what happened was I learned how to observe my thoughts I learned how to not

try to control them I then got to this space of spaciousness that's the best

way I can describe it and in that space what ended up happening is it changed my

whole life because within a week or two I started to feel a majority at a time

that I was at about a 7 or an 8 out of 10 I felt really good a majority of the

time I didn't need a drink I didn't need to do anything that would change my

state I just naturally felt good and from that point going forward my whole

entire life changed because I started to see myself in a completely new way when

you become aware of the beliefs you have when you become aware of the things that

are triggering you to feel a certain way you start to take your power back

because then you realize that you don't have to give away your power to

something else you realize that the true thing that the really only thing that

matters is not what happens but it's the way you respond to what happens

so in general many people are walking around at the reaction to everything

that is happening to them and that's when we're letting the autopilot mind

run itself out now the autopilot mind for me was why

did I go through all these experiences when I was 7 to 15 years old why didn't

I have a normal childhood why was everything controlled and all of

these different things why did that to earn going to school how come I

allowed to eat the kind of food that I wanted to eat growing up or not even eat

the food I want to eat I wasn't even really allowed to eat I was given one

bowl of cereal in the morning and TV dinner at night it wasn't very much food

so me and my brother when we were locked out of the house during the day were

doing work while no one else was home outside we would sometimes try to break

in to eat the food why did all of that happen right why do we have to do that

but what I realized was that even after 15 years old I have all this freedom

it's amazing a lot of friends I'm allowed to do all this cool stuff and

I'm wondering why did this all happen and I'm feeling that way well that

remained on autopilot for many years and I was always in reaction to everything

that's happening and 90% of people that you look around or more are in reaction

just to everything that's happening they aren't aware of how they are relating to

what's happening and because there isn't that awareness there it's just

everything's on autopilot and part of the time that we are on right now on

this planet it's about waking up it's about transformation it's about knowing

that we don't have to be at the effect of everything that's happening and one

of the best things we can do is start to simply put our focus in the direction of

what we want to experience it may be part of this is just becoming aware of

what has happened in the past now if you were to look at your past and at a

certain level be able to see that you chose it it changes everything now that

might seem ridiculous how could you tell me that you chose to have an abusive

stepmom how could you tell me that you chose all that well here's the thing

there are different levels of awareness that when we begin to get to we can see

that there was actually something in it that may have shaped into the way we are

now and here's the thing when we treat it as if we chose it we let go of

resistance we let go of the victim mentality we let go of the

identification with it so what I did is I was able this is back in 2012 I was

able to look at that and to see how it shaped me into Who I became

because that pain from the past eventually led me to creating the

pressure to having a spiritual awakening and many people that do have a spiritual

awakening have been through some type of painful past like that so this is

something that happens to a lot of people now we could say well maybe part

of that we agreed to at a certain level now maybe consciously we wouldn't be

like I would never agree to experience that kind of you know abuse or whatever

it is because some people also been through way worse stuff than me so maybe

me sharing my story I'm not saying that I have had it worse than anyone else I'm

just saying that a lot of people think that I'm this happy person and I'm a

positive person because I was entitled growing up or something when it was

really I was just there's so much restriction in my life that life in

general is amazing because it wasn't what it was in that way so in a similar

way what you can begin to understand is that a certain level you may have chosen

your experiences because those experiences led you to becoming more to

transcending the negative emotion to realize that you are so much more than

you priority imagined and if you treat it as if you chose it you then begin to

transform it so that is one of the keys treat it as if you chose it and then you

will transform it because then the resistance goes away the key to this

process of letting go of all of that is completing the past this is going to

seem paradoxical to a lot of people that are that don't peek especially people

that watch my channel because I share a lot of information with the law of

attraction so you may hear that and go well if I'm going to complete the path

by feeling the past of whatever happened wouldn't I create more of it use the law

of attraction and the answer to that is not really because what you end up doing

is you end up allowing the flow of energy to go through your body and then

you can release it you see what happened is we have an energy field around our

body in the moment something happened and

past that we thought it shouldn't have been there there was this little

disruption in our energy field and this little disruption will stay in our

energy field until we become aware of it and move it out and we allow it to be

there and we feel it because many times what happens is we stop feeling whatever

we were supposed to feel in the moment or whatever's coming up in the moment

when we were younger we say this shouldn't be there and by saying that we

suppress it and then what we do is we subconsciously carry that around

everywhere we go and as we carry that around we continue to experience things

in our life that are equal to that experience so for example I chair this

once or twice before but with my ex stepmom she was manipulative she was you

know all those different things I shared earlier I was like why did this happen I

had this kind of thing in my energy field of resisting what happened and

resisting the emotions I felt at the time so what happened was as years later

I got a job at Nordstrom's working a woman shoes and I had a manager that was

the exact same way now this manager of course couldn't physically do anything

but mentally she did the same exact thing she would talk down to people

she's manipulative she was controlling power tripping all of these same things

and she was protected by upper management at that job at Nordstrom's

and woman shoes she was protected by upper management so everyone would go to

HR because of the things that she would say but HR would protect her so for four

years she was my manager and I'm dealing with

like the same type of person as my ex stepmom pretty much the same person in a

different body and I was like once again it was because there was this pattern in

my energy field that resonated with it so I was attracted to being in that

department which is very synchronous in itself because there's some things that

happened that made me in this department this part is actually good Department of

salon shoes which is designer shoes which is the most expensive department

in the whole store it has a commission based job so is the best department to

be in but it's very ironic that we're not even I arrived but it was just very

perky ler that that kind of thing happened now here's the thing

when I eventually learned how to complete my past when I allowed the

emotions to be there when I realized and I refrain my whole entire past of that

whole experience to my heck stepmom I've learned how to observe my thoughts I

learned how to complete it by allowing it to be there by coming at peace with

the past you have to complete the past to not repeat the past within two weeks

of doing that this manager got fired finally after four or five years she got

fired and part of it was because I completed my past and that might seem

like a bold statement and you bro you're saying that you are the reason that that

happened well all I know is that beliefs create reality and that wouldn't we let

go of negative emotions that no longer serve because we've let go of the belief

that's attached to it or we've let go of the disruption or energy field then the

people on the outer reflection that no longer resonate just seem to drift away

so it seems very she was very synchronous that she would leave my

experience the week or two after I complete the process of the negative

emotion I became aware of why it was in my life that way how that kind of in a

way formulated to me be and I have this such strong desire to help break people

out of the prison of their mind how to break people out of the painful

paths that they've had and I would not have had that if it weren't for some of

the things that I went through when I was younger so I have in a way reframed

it and seen it as something that maybe I did choose at a certain level now that

transformed my whole life and from that point on I've never had to deal with

someone like that again because I've completed the past if you want to learn

how to complete the past I've made one of the most powerful meditations I've

ever made for completing the past or just in general and it will help you to

feel the emotions get the beliefs that are in the way and then to feel it and

to let it go forever this meditation is something that will help you to unroot

things that don't serve this is a meditation that goes very deep and I

linked it in top of description box below it's a meditative youtube video

about 14 minutes in or something like that is when the meditation starts of

that video and if you read the comments of that video you will see what I mean

by how powerful it is because when you get to the root that's when you really

begin to change from the inside out that's what transformation is all about

and you can do the same thing my understanding that your natural setpoint

that who you really are is unconditional love and bliss that is who you naturally

are and when you begin to tap into that and realize that that is who you are you

can let go of all the things that no longer serve there'll be different

layers that were attached to based on our beliefs based on our reference

experiences that we've had and the more you resist the past the more we keep

those alive and we more that we keep our vibration bogged down the key is to let

go and to observe those different perspectives to observe the past

experiences to observe all of it because then we transcend our vibration but

understand that your natural vibration is that of love of bliss that's who you

naturally are now lastly I want to share with you one way that you can go about

taking their power back in a very empowering way and that has to do with

literally treating everything in your life as if you chose it treat everything

in your life as if you chose it and say yes to the present moment this is a

transformation in of itself because when you treat everything as if you chose it

you start to take your power back most people over 90% of the people on the

planet are in reaction to everything that's happening

they aren't choosing anything everything is happening to them the key to this

process is treating everything as if you chose it because rather than being at

the cause at the cause of the cause or rather it being a defective effect of

effect you then are at the cause so the key is going from effect being at the

effect of everything that's happening this is happening to me this is

happening to me to then being the cause of it in itself because your treatment

is if you chose it then you also allow you are

saying yes to the present moment when you say yes to the present moment the

transformation in of itself begins to happen that's when you start to become

emotionally free I treat everything in my life as if I chose it and by doing

that I allow the present moment to be and it then transforms my own

consciousness I genuinely feel that on a scale of one to ten I am at a seven or

an eight out of ten and I used to be at a three to five out of ten I believe

that our natural setpoint is going to be on this planet raising over that of this

imaginary scale in my mind of one to ten it will eventually be that of much more

and that you have the potential to shift to do a higher level of consciousness

and that when you do that your whole life begins to change in a very powerful

way and one of the first steps of doing that is completing the path to not

repeat the past getting to the core and then also letting go of it doesn't serve

and then flooding yourself with what is called source energy that's exactly what

that meditation will do that I shared with you that's in the top of the

description box below I recommend you listen to it for 21 days to really

transform your life read the comments to see what I'm talking about

allow yourself to let go of what no longer serves to become who you are

meant to be so another thing I'll be doing is more live Q&A is on Instagram

How To Setup Market Profile Volume Profile For Trading - Stock Market Trading For Beginners - Duration: 13:44.

- [Presenter] Welcome to another video

in stock market trading for beginners series.

In this video, I will show you how to get

market profile charts and volume profile charts

at low cost.

Watch this video till the end as I show in detail

how to set up Sierra Chart with all settings

and an appropriate example.

Now, three most common questions asked by beginners

who wanna get started in market profile are as following.

Number one, how to access market profile charts

to get started.

Number two, which software for market profile charts

one should use and number three

what is the cheapest way to access market profile charts.

So in this video, I attempt to answer all these questions.

So let's get started.

Now, I'll try and keep this video as short as possible.

So market profile, volume profile and order flow charts

are extremely hard to procure.

If you look at the entry barriers, that is for beginners

in this particular field is too high as the cost to procure

market profile charts and volume profile charts

is just too high.

For accessing market profile charts,

you need a combination of proper software to display

the chart and data to feed into the particular software.

In some cases, software is free but profile indicators cost

a lot and in other cases software and data is sold

as a package at exorbitant cost.

Now, let's first look at the alternatives available

and I'll be only covering those alternatives

that I have tried and then I'll give you the name

of the software and how to set it up in detail

once we finish this alternative section.

Now the reason why I'm covering these software as well

is that every trader has his own choice

of a particular software so you can explore

these softwares as well.

So the first software is Esignal's Software

and this you have to opt for the signature version

of the software and then add market profile indicators

as an add-on.

Now cost would typically be between Rs 14000 and 16000

per month and you will get software

plus the entire data package.

The second software which is quite popular

is Linnsoft Investor/RT.

Now the core package and profile package

will have to be selected if you wanna use this software.

Core package cost somewhere around Rs 3500 per month

and profile package will cost you somewhere

near Rs 2000 per month.

Total cost for the software alone

would be about Rs 5500 to 6000 per month.

And then, you would have to shell out additional

Rs 6000 per month through Esignal data

and the total cost for this particular software with data

would be somewhere around Rs 11000 to 12000 per month.

Now Ninja Trader is a very popular software.

The core platform is free

however if you wanna access TPO chart

that is market profile chart and volume profile chart,

you will have to buy this through external vendors.

Now this is where a lot of traders get into trouble

because if you opt for a monthly subscription

for these indicators in Ninja Trader,

it will cost you somewhere

around Rs 3500 to 5500 per month,

and additional data cost would be around

Rs 2500 to 3000 per month.

So in a cost of about Rs 8000-9000 with Ninja Trader,

you can completely get ready for market profile charts

but there are also some vendors who sell market profile

indicators and various other fancy indicators

for a lifetime fee of Rs 50000 to 100000.

Now, I feel this is a serious waste of money

and all beginners who are interested in market profile

should avoid doing this.

I'll show you a very cheap way of getting started

with market profile and then if it suits you

and you start making money with it

then you can go and invest in various expensive softwares.

So in my opinion, Esignal, Linnsoft and Ninja Trader

all are good softwares but I think for beginners

this is not at all suitable.

Another option which is coming up these days

is a website called Trading View Dot Com.

Now at present, only volume profile

indicators are available.

I was checking the website and there was some indications

that market profile indicators would be launched as well

but I could not find a timeline about it.

For now, volume profiling indicators is only available

under the Pro version which you have to subscribe

for about Rs 2500 per month

and you can get volume profile indicators in that.

But market profile, TPO chart, those sort of indicators

have not yet been included as to my knowledge,

so in case it does get introduced in the future

then this would turn out to be

one of the most cheapest option

to access market profile charts.

Another option is Amibroker software.

This is the most popular software at least in our country.

Now the professional edition for this software

has a one time fee of about Rs 23000

and the standard edition cost about Rs 19700.

Now data for Amibroker can be procured

for as little as Rs 2000 per month.

For market and volume profile charts,

you will have to use a AFL that Ami broker

formula language extension.

This is available freely on Google.

There are some generous users

who have actually coded market profile

and volume profile charts and uploaded on Google

so you can try this option.

I had tried to check this Amibroker software

plus this market profile AFL option

but I thought that charts were not that accurate.

But it is entirely up to you

and I don't want to discredit all those wonderful people

who have actually uploaded this AFL for free,

and you should certainly check this out.

The last option is by far the cheapest option available

for market profile charts.

Now due to data feed problem

in the Sierra Chart software.

This is realtime but you would have to manually import data

every five minutes, 10 minutes or 20 minutes.

A typical market profile data gets printed

after 30 minutes of activity so you can explore this option

because I use this in my day to day trading,

and to analyze markets overall.

Now, cost of this software is just Rs 2300 per month

and Excel data would cost another Rs 1500 per month.

So with the total cost of Rs 3800 per month,

you can get access to Market Profile, Volume Profile

and Market Depth Chart.

Again, the thing is why I am suggesting this option

is that most of the beginners who want to begin in a field

like market profile, they don't know whether that field

is suitable for them or not.

And which is why you should initially invest

as little money as possible in software

and data just to see whether this particular field

is for you or not.

In case you go in and make let's say 50,000, 100000

on a market profile software or indicator

and then one month down the line

you realize you're not suitable for this particular method.

Then that money actually gets wasted

which is why I think Sierra Chart is one option,

you should certainly explore.

What I'll do is now step by step, I'll get you to set up

this Sierra Chart software so that you can set it up

on your computer by yourself.

Just a standard disclaimer here.

I don't get any commissions.

I don't have any affiliations with Sierra Chart.

I don't do that stuff in this channel yet

so let's get started with setting up Sierra Chart.

So let us now see how to set up this Sierra Chart software.

Now once you go to sierrachart.com

and sign up for an account then you have to subscribe

to service package five which contains

all the market profile indicators.

Now these are more than enough

if you're a beginner to start with market profile

and you don't need any fancy softwares

at this stage at least.

So once you've completed account set up,

go and subscribe for this particular package.

This will cost you about $33 USD per month

which would roughly come to

about Rs 2200, 2300 per month.

Now this is the Excel sheet that is in Excel data format

for you to import data into Sierra Chart.

It has to contain symbol, date, time, open, high, low, close

and volume open interest data is complete optional.

Now there are some particular formats

which have to be followed.

It will take you just about 10-15 minutes initially

to set this up with Sierra Chart,

and then easily with the click of a mouse button,

you can import all the data every 10-15, 20 minutes

as per your convenience.

Now, the Excel sheet format should be as following

symbol name should be present,

date should be in the format, YYMMDD.

That means year year, month month and D-D, that is date.

Time should be in the format of hhmmss

which means hours minutes and seconds.

So if you look at the previous sheet,

date is in the format.

This is 2018, August 6th.

I hope this particular point is clear.

For time, this is 9:19:59.

I hope this is clear as well.

So now let me just show you how to set up

the Sierra Chart software.

Now, this is where I open up the Sierra Chart interface.

What you need to do is you first need to go to edit,

import and load into the data.

Once you install Sierra Chart, you're data will be stored

in your main hard drive Sierra chart program name

and then data section.

Here you see, I have bank nifty data already

so I'll double click this and bank nifty data

gets plotted in a simple bar chart format.

Now is the time to set up for a market profile indicators.

What I'll do is just go to chart, chart settings.

The price display format should be set to one.

Tick size should be set to one as well.

Now, number of days of data that you need to load

depend on the amount of data you have.

In this sheet, I have loaded for 90 days data.

I'll set it to that

and then click on this apply global symbol settings section,

click apply and the click okay.

Now, let us go ahead and plot the market profile data.

Go to analysis study section

then scroll down to TPO indicator.

So this is the TPO profile chart, double click.

It will come up here.

Go to settings and in this section,

click 30, enter 30 value and just click apply.

So now you see that market profile chart

in a block format has come up.

In case, you prefer letter format,

I think there is a setting here in this section.

Letters if you click, it becomes,

it come out into letters.

So I hope this particular section is clear.

There are a lot of settings that you can experiment with

and in case, you wanna get started

in this particular section.

Go to the description link here

and we're in the default Sierra Chart.

Help file would help you understand how to set up

these charts further.

So this was just a basic set up of how you needed to

set up the Sierra Chart software.

Once you click on okay and every time

as your Excel sheet updates, the only thing you have to do

is go to edit, click import and load data

and double click on this file

and this will get updated so it is as simple as this.

So in case you get stuck at some stage while setting up

this market profile software,

you can leave a comment below

and I'll tell you what to do exactly when.

It's fairly simple if you just follow the instructions

on this video, you will be able to set it up.

So now, I'll just take you through a section

of how to get started in market profile

and then you can go ahead and put this up on your desktop.

So this particular video was long due

as I had received a lot of requests from users

to help them set up market profile chart.

The way to get started in market profile.

I'll ask you to first go through

my 10 Part Series on Market Profile

which I have completed on this channel.

The other thing is that avoid getting into the trap

of fancy Market Profile Softwares.

There are so many Market Profile Softwares

which are so expensive.

It's just not worth starting

with those particular softwares.

As a beginner, if you are going to start

in Market Profile, all you need is Volume and TPO Chart.

That is volume profile chart and TPO chart

and then you can see if this particular field

suits you or not.

Everything else at this stage is not required.

It will simply make softwares vendor rich

and you won't achieve anything with that.

Now there are so many fancy softwares that those indicators

are actually visually appealing.

And I have seen a lot of beginners committing this mistake

by simply going and buying those expensive softwares

and later on realizing that market profile is not for them.

So see if this complete market profile series that I've done

it suits you as a creator and once you start practicing

the principles I've mentioned and you start making money,

then invest in expensive softwares.

I think for starting in market profile,

the basic things that you need is already covered

in this video, so in case you are finding

any difficulty in setting this up

or with any other topic in Market Profile,

just leave a comment below

and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot for watching this video guys,

I hope this helps you a lot, thank you.

How To Figure Out Any Bass Line/Lick/Riff You Want - By Ear - Duration: 12:46.

In this bass lesson, you're going to learn how to transcribe - how to hear something

in a song and then figure out exactly how to play that on your bass.

Hi, I'm Luke McIntosh and if you've ever wanted to ditch the dodgy tab sites and figure

songs out for yourself, then stick around for this video - I think you'll like it.

If you've never heard of transcribing, it's a simple concept.

You're just learning music or parts of a song from a recording by ear.

It's super useful because it means you can learn songs without having to rely on other

people to teach you, plus you can avoid all of the really dodgy sites with questionable

tabs of everything.

You can even write your own or correct all the terrible ones you find all the time online.

Imagine the whole world that this can open up for you.

You can listen to any song, and learn any part of it!

Love a bass line?

You can learn it through transcription.

Like a guitar lick?

Transcribe it and play it on your bass!

Love the sound of a vocal melody?

With transcribing, you can play it for yourself.

I want to show you how you can get started transcribing any sort of music or parts of

a song, plus exactly how I do it myself.

To do that, we'll be looking at a melody rather than a bass line because those are

generally easier to hear.

If you want my specific recommendations for deciphering bass lines in recordings, check

out my video all about that.

I'll put a link in the description.

But right now, let's head over to my computer and I'll show you exactly how to get it

all done.

Alright - let's dive in.

The song we'll be looking at today is called Strasbourg St. Denis by Roy Hargrove.

This is a song that I've played a lot, but I've never actually learned the melody to

it.

I played it at a gig last week and it made me want to learn it properly.

So the first thing you want to do when you want to figure out a song from a recording

isn't to jump straight to your bass and try to figure out the notes.

The first thing you want to do is just listen - that's step one.

Listen intently and actively to whatever you're trying to transcribe.

So let's do that right now.

I've got the melody cued up in Transcribe! here so let's give it a listen, and we'll

be trying to play the melody that the saxophone and trumpet are playing.

Here it is.

[plays recording] There's much more to this song, but for now, let's just focus on that

first phrase.

Ideally, you'd listen to the song or phrase enough that you can still hear it in your

mind when you turn the song off.

Of course, if you haven't heard it in a while, you might not always hear it in the

right key, but as long as you know it well enough that you can hear it in your mind,

you'll be fine.

So step two, after listening is figure out just one note in the phrase - and that'll

usually be the first note.

So what's the best way of doing this?

It's by using your secret weapon when it comes to transcribing - your voice.

Yes - I want you to try and sing the thing you're trying to play.

Now don't worry - you don't have to have a wonderful singing voice.

All you need to do is be able to match the pitch of the recording in any octave.

If you've got a really deep voice and the melody is really high - that's fine.

Just sing it down an octave or two and vice versa.

Sometimes matching the pitch of the first note will be easy.

For example, if the first note is very long, it's going to be easier than if the first

note is really short.

In this recording, the first note of the melody IS really short, so it might be a bit trickier,

but let's give it a try.

[plays recording] We're just looking for that very first note.

Hear it go by really quickly?

Now if you really struggle with finding the first note, you can do a couple of things.

First of all, you can slow down the recording.

On Transcribe!, this is really easy.

You just go up here and select say 50% and the recording slows down a ton meaning every

note lasts twice as long, which in theory, should make it twice as easy.

[plays recording] You can do similar things in programs like Audacity and Garageband as

well.

But are you hearing the first note yet?

Now if that's not enough and you still can't make out the note, you can also just isolate

that one note in particular.

If I just highlight this part of the waveform, we'll get this.

[plays recording] Now this is JUST the first note of the melody - nothing else.

Can you sing that note?

It's this [sings note] That's our first note of the melody.

So we've listened intently, we've sung the first note, step 3 is to figure out what

that note is on the bass.

Notice all this work we've done before we even involve our basses?

This is very different than hearing something for the first time and immediately trying

to figure it all out.

If you're experienced and have worked on your ear, you can do things that way, but

if you're starting out, I'd definitely recommend following the first 2 steps.

But let's figure this note out.

Remember, this is the note we're looking for.

[sings note] Now because I've played this song before, I know the bass line starts on

a Bb, so let's see if the melody is the same as the bass note.

Here's our target note [sings note] and here's the Bb [plays Bb] Oh ok - so these

2 notes aren't the same.

(singing) Our target note is here, but the Bb sounds like this.

The Bb is too high, right?

So our melody note must be below it.

Let's try just going down chromatically and see if we can find it.

It doesn't seem too far away.

[sings] OK - there it is.

This note is actually an Ab - not a Bb.

So our first note of the melody is an Ab - awesome to know!

From here, we just follow the same process - listen, sing and play back.

As you get more and more advanced, you'll be able to hear multiple notes, maybe even

entire phrases that you can just plug in to your bass and off you go, but you can start

slow.

You know the first note, now try to figure out the 2nd note.

We can isolate the first 2 notes [plays recording] Is the 2nd note higher, lower or the same

as the first note?

It's lower, right?

So let's find that one.

[sings, then plays] There it is!

So from the Ab to the F. Once you know how the process works, you can keep going one

note at a time but since I know the sound of this song pretty well, although not how

to play the melody, so let's see how I can go with the rest of it.

This whole first phrase sounds very pentatonic-y to me, so let's see if it's just coming

down the pentatonic scale.

[plays melody with recording] Oh ok - it's not straight down the pentatonic - although,

I'm pretty sure the notes are all just Ab major

pentatonic - same as F minor pentatonic - but we've got a few jumps back and forth.

[sings, then plays] Ok, so we're doing a few back and forths before going all the way

down to the Eb, then up to the Bb, then back down to the Ab.

Now once you get to the point where you're getting pretty good at transcribing, you may

have to consider writing down the notes as you go so you don't forget - especially

if it's something that's a little more complicated.

You also have to consider how you're going to play everything on your bass.

Chances are you'll have multiple ways to play almost everything on your bass.

If you're transcribing something that wasn't originally played on bass, like we're going

here, you have to consider which octave you're going to play it in and how exactly you're

going to play it.

For example, if we started this melody down here.

[plays melody in low octave] This wouldn't actually work, right?

We haven't got a low Eb we can go to.

We also haven't got a higher Ab to start on up here, right?

Unless you've got more than 24 frets on your bass of course.

So we have to start in this middle register.

But even then, we can start on the G-string like we've been doing [plays melody] You

could potentially start on the D-string, but it would mean you have to move around and

shift positions, but that's a possibility as well.

And what works for me may not be great for you, so you'll have to make your own mind

up about how you play some of this stuff.

The other important thing to consider is the small details of what you're transcribing.

Things like which notes are more emphasized?

Which ones aren't?

Are there any articulations you need to be looking at?

Are the notes long or short?

Should you pluck every one?

Or use hammers and pulls?

Let's look at Strasbourg once more and see what they do on the recording.

[plays recording] To me, in this recording it sounds like every note is being articulated.

Everything is standing on its own.

To mimic that kind of effect on bass, that means plucking every note and maybe making

them a fraction shorter than you might ordinarily do.

So this [plays articulated notes] vs. this [plays longer notes] Hear how the first one

was closer to the sound of the original recording?

These are the little details that will make a huge difference.

So that's the basic process for transcribing and figuring out music, melodies, song, riffs

or licks by yourself.

Step 1, intent, active listening.

Step 2 - finding just the first note and singing or humming it.

Step 3 - find that note on your bass, then rinse and repeat.

When you get more advanced, you can start to think in terms of multiple notes or even

entire phrases, but every step of the way, you should be considering where exactly on

your bass you want to play everything and of course HOW you're going to play it.

On easy songs, you should have no troubles with this process, but if you need a little

bit of extra help, I use the software called Transcribe!

It's what I was using in this video.

If you'd like a free trial, just click the first link in the description and give it

a shot.

I use it all the time and recommend it to pretty much all my students.

Thanks so much for watching.

It's good to have you with me.

I'm Luke from Become A Bassist and I'll see you another video soon.

Family Budget Report Card in EveryDollar (Real Numbers) || How To Budget || Budgeting - Duration: 17:03.

It's time for the family budget report for December 2018 and we're using the

Everydollar app. So I'm gonna show you what we spent and how we spent it.

And yes December 2018 did include our Christmas budget so we did actually have

the extra bonus of trying to stay on track on our Christmas budget as well as

our regular budget. Historically December has been a disastrous month for us.

Generally, it's the worst month of the year. So let's see if we crashed and

burned or if we held our own.

Hey guys I am Wendy Valencia. We here in the

Valencia household are trying to normalize talking about finances cuz

talking about money is super awkward. Talking about financial issues

makes people uncomfortable and honestly financial money problems are right up

there with infidelity as the highest causes for divorce in the United States

so it's my goal to present my finances to you in an effort to like start a

conversation so we can talk about money and then hoping that you'll take that

conversation home and start talking about money with your significant other

or if you're single you'll start thinking about money and maybe you'll

evaluate a future spouse based on their ability to talk about money I don't know

so in an effort to do that I share our family's budget every month before the

month begins and then when the month ends and they're usually back to back by

doing that I am I'm hoping that you guys will learn to have a budget that

reflects your personal goals and your financial goals and what is our number

one financial goal right now our number one financial goal is getting out of

debt and staying at it now that may not be immediately where our number one

priority lives our number one priority right now

is health but our number-one financial goal is to get out of debt and stay out

of debt for the rest of our lives more specifically our much smaller financial

goal is to pay off our Navy Federal Credit Union credit card which is

sitting at about 7500 right now and obviously our financial goals are gonna

change over time you know after we pay off this card we'll have to come up with

a new financial goal that will fit under that umbrella of getting out of debt and

staying at it so if you're new to my channel it's likely that you're here to

learn how to deal with your family's finances better so let me introduce

myself I'm Wendy I'm married to Mauricio and we have a seven year old Melina and

we live in Vienna Virginia with my mother in and father in their home why

we are living with them is a very long and complicated story that I should

really just put out there in a video so I can reference it because it really is

quite long and complicated why we are living in this house well 33 months ago

we decided that we were going to live a life free of debt we've always made our

payments and we haven't we've struggled on and off financially but we decided

that in order to create big financial goals we needed to get this debt thing

gone and out of the way and so in those 33 months we've actually paid off one

hundred and eighty eight thousand dollars in debt we chose to focus on our

largest debt rather than our smallest debt first so now we've kind of moved on

to a traditional debt snowball to pay off our debts in order of smallest to

largest and we're super flexible with that but for right now we're paying off

our smallest debt next oh let's go over over what we have in the budget in our

housing category we spent two hundred and seventy dollars on our storage unit

and say it with me if you want to know why we have a storage unit I'm gonna

point you to the eye in the sky so just click on that video and it will explain

why we have a storage unit in our utilities category we spent one eighty

seven eighty seven on our cell phones and that is because we did get our cell

phone lowered in December down to 170 and then

I had a seventeen dollar charge for roaming expenses while I was in Belgium

and we had twenty-five dollars in there for Skype but we didn't use it so that

money is getting rolled over to next month we spent four hundred and

seventeen dollars and 20 cents on groceries we did not spend anything on

school bucks we spent 64 81 on lunch one day at Red

Robin and the reason I wrote it like that is because I always hear this

whenever I write or say Red Robin it's kind of catchy

it's like an earworm and then 1185 at macdonald in the transportation category

we spent 3421 on gas and we did not spend anything on our EZ Pass so that

$70 will also get rolled over to next month in our insurance and tax category

we spent to 2131 on us a a car and renter's insurance it has recently gone

up so I thought I thought maybe in November when it started going up that

it was like my last bill and I had like screwed up some of the payments earlier

that happens but it looks like they have given me a rate hike so I'm paying a

little bit more now then we spent ninety 165 for life insurance for me $12 for

life insurance for Mauricio and I and then 3583 for Zander life insurance for

Mauricio in the health category we spent eleven dollars and forty cents on

Maurizio's medicine 4495 on Weight Watchers five hundred and forty dollars

at Molina's first specialist fifty dollars and 56 cents on medication for

Melina $35 for her second specialist I had a neurology appointment for one

seventy seven seventy nine and Mauricio had medication for ten dollars and fifty

nine cents in our savings category which is our sinking funds we have a thousand

dollars for our trip to Colombia we saved two hundred dollars for summer

for Melina for next summer 150 for medical $100 for a car repair replace

$100 for Christmas $100 for an emergency trip to Columbia and $50 for

miscellaneous school expenses for met Lee in our personal category we spent 41

95 for iTunes because we rented two movies this month we spent 14.95 for

audible we spent 399 for Amazon music and $99 for our Amazon Prime annual fee

which is totally worth it if you know anything about me I'm an Amazon file

I love Amazon I I'm sober and loyal in the Malema category we spent 608 for

before and after care 74 25 which was prorated because of the holidays 210 for

Spanish classes we did not spend anything from Elena's miscellaneous

expenses and three hundred and forty-two dollars for Christmas break camp so the

two weeks that Mauricio and I are working between Christmas and New Year's

and when school starts she's going to camp on Wednesday Thursday and Friday of

those weeks to ice skating camps so we spent 342 on that we also registered for

girls in politics with her Girl Scout troop which is 84 39 it's like a

day-long kind of like camp sort of thing but it's specifically for girls who are

six and seven years old and it's on Capitol Hill and it's really cool and

it's it's really kind of hard to get into so we registered for that but it's

not until I think April and then we spent $40 on school bucks so in our cash

category we spent $200 on blue money $25 on a haircut for Mauricio we did not

spend anything on Sally beauty and we spent a hundred and twenty-five dollars

on our family outing and that was all cash in my youtube category we spent 450

on two buddy $5 on back please nine dollars on

morning fame 2187 on new ear pads and a headband for my headphones so let me

tell you really quick I am like so stinking proud of this so I have these

really great Beats headphones they're like professional headphones that I use

for editing but because I wear them so much and they're there on the older side

the pads started disintegrating and I noticed while I was in Belgium I would

have this white stuff like all over my face from the pads and it was driving me

crazy because any time I put them on I would

get this white stuff and it was really hard to get off and so what I ended up

doing is I spoke with Apple customer service because Apple is the one who

actually owns the the Beats headphones and I asked about getting them sending

them in and having them change the pads and the the headband part because they

were falling apart and they said we won't do that but we'll give you a

discount on some new ones well they were gonna make $100 off $400 headphone so it

was still gonna cost me 300 bucks and I was like yeah I'm gonna look online so I

got on my favorite YouTube University and I started looking and I found about

10 million videos that showed me how to change them myself and so I went on

Amazon I bought new at ear pads now there was no way to change the band but

I found this adorable headband that I put over it and looks like a little

sweater and I love it and I am just so proud of these now that was a huge

financial win this month and then I spent 113 51 on Hostgator what does that

mean Wendy's doing a website yep I'm gonna start a blog my plan is I'm doing

the whole thing myself and I'm a perfectionist so I anticipate

it's gonna be like six months before this thing goes live but if you go to

Wendy Valencia dot-com you will see hopefully if I've done it right you'll

see coming soon and you can put in your email if you'd like to register to be

notified when that site goes live but my plan is to do two videos a week and one

completely separate blog every week and it'll be like the lifestyle kind of

thing you know that I'm doing here and then I spent $27 on 30 cents at a secret

place that I cannot tell you because it's coming and and I don't want to

spoil the fun it's gonna be awesome it's gonna be so cool seriously I'm excited

in light of me starting a website I did register to get pictures taken with

Mauricio and Melina and I paid 77 dollars for a Groupon for that and then

$12 for our undead annual fee and then $1 15 to send somebody a letter in the

mail who does not live in the United States all of the people I mailed

letters to this month were in the US except for one and so I wanted to send a

letter to them as well and the work expenses category we have nothing for

parking 6623 for my franklin cabbie Cove a cubby IANA no planner I buy the same

planner every year because it's just a work thing I spent two hundred and

ninety two dollars and eighty three cents on my work to it to Brussels doing

uber and and some other stuff but I'm getting reimbursed for that so that's

just in there for tracking purposes and then I bought pilot pens g2 about a lot

of them because I go through a lot of them for 27 96 and yes the government

does bias patents but I'm very particular about my pen so I buy them

and I buy them special so I know when they disappear around the office that

they're mine and I have been known to go and grab the pens back from people who

have stolen them for me and then in our online cushion category initially I

spent a hundred and 256 at Target for new undergarments because I desperately

needed some I mean seriously desperately but it did not work out I ended up

returning all of them so I spent 6186 for face and lip oil and

oil for Melina has really really bad eczema I use a combination of vitamin E

oil her back cuz that's where she gets back

in her sides and so I used that I spent seven dollars and 95 cents for a desk

calendar 4114 for a nail kit and that came from my blow money so I actually

deposited that money back in I actually took my whole hundred dollars this month

and put it back in and you'll see why in a minute so I did try the Rossi nail kit

and I'll let you know how it goes if it goes really well I'll do a video but I

have horrible nails I mean horrible I spent 16 49 for a little jacket which

also used my bellow honey I spent nine dollars and 79 cents for six packet

Carmack's Carmack's Carmex not Carmack's Carmack's is where you buy used cars

Carmex is medicated lip balm because during the winter my lips get super dry

and they crack and it's horrible but Carmack's fixes it every time so I keep

them I keep have like one of my nightstand one by the sink one in my

office one of my desk I mean everywhere so I'm constantly using them and it

really helps and then I bought three blouses for 53 82 but returned all three

so that was credited we spent 17 55 for a new lunchbox for Mauricio's because he

was falling apart we spent 28 61 for some bins for toys

for melina separately the things she got for her birthday for American Girl doll

have little tiny pieces and I'm getting tired of stepping on them because they

hurt worse than Legos not even kidding so I bought a 4-pack of little bins for

her to throw in on her shelf and they're really cute and seem pretty durable so I

really liked them and then I spent $17.99 for a large bin to go with the

rest of her bins in her closet for her pajamas because I don't know where the

pajamas have come from but there were like spilling over the small bin so we

have now the big bin for the out-of-season pajamas and a little bin

for the pajamas that are the winter pajamas and then in our cushion category

we spent 39 10 on toiletries from CVS is what it is

you know Mauricio needs hair gel and too paste and then we spent at 42:39 on a

remote-control singing I don't know it's a gamer dork thing and my husband's a

gamer dork but something about being able to fast neighbor I know there's a

couple of you out there that will understand what it is but he likes to do

fast sniper and snipe and jump at the same time I don't know it's a thing so

he bought this thing in this month's budget was our Christmas budget it was

incorporated in there but it was completely separate because it came from

a totally different sized pool money so if you want to check that out I did two

videos one video I go over I will link it up in the eye in the sky right there

and I go over in detail what we spent where we spend it how we spent it who we

spend it on everything what months we spent it in I'm not even exaggerating

it's detailed in the next video which I'll link up here I went over what we

actually got with that money so it's two totally separate videos I was gonna do

them to get there but it was gonna be so crazy long that I decided to do it that

way this month we put four thousand three hundred and forty six dollars and

ninety five cents to debt that makes me happy

so I'll see you in the next one see ya

I spawned in WATER?!? - How to use automatic scenery download in FlightGear - Duration: 1:09.

Yeah, I know, a Cessna spawning on the water isn't the most interesting sight.

But if you ever got yourself in that situation, here's how to fix it!

But first, can we just spawn at any other place than boring old Hawaii?

Oh look, there's the Back button!

Right there!

Let's spawn at Phuket instead today.

Now, FlightGear can automatically download the scenery files you don't have.

The toggle is here in the Settings tab.

Simply turn on "Download Scenery Automatically" and enter the simulator.

It will download everything you need all by itself, and you can spawn on solid ground.

Now, thanks for watching this short video from DorDek Kiddy, and we'll see you again

next Saturday.

Thanks for watching, and have a nice flight!

How To Change The Filter on Your Dyson Hair Dryer | Jill Maurer - Duration: 3:20.

Have you been cleaning the filter on your Dyson? Did you even know it had one?

I, like many other people, have this Dyson blow-dryer, and I do love this thing. I

like it a whole lot. I actually bought it from my stylist, and she bought one too. I

told her that I was interested in one, and she said well I've been interested

in one too. I'm gonna get one. So she got one for both of us.

And but when I went back to have my hair done she said ... I noticed her Dyson had

changed. She had a different one, and I asked her why. She told me that she blew

hers out. Now she uses her Dyson a lot more than I do obviously, but she blew it

out because she didn't know she needed to change the filter. And she said that

she went back and checked the the literature that she received, and there

wasn't anything telling her to to clean the filter. Now I don't save any of my

paperwork or the box so I don't know if there was something in there. But I'm

going to show you how to clean the filter on your Dyson. It is so easy. As

you know this is a little different. It it ... I don't need to do a video on what

the Dyson does. It's really cool. There are lots of videos out there if you're

not familiar with this, but this is where the air comes in, and this is what you

need to clean. And yours may be silver or black. It may look a little different, but

all you do is you just pull that down. You just give it a little twist, and you

pull it down. And this is ... it looks at first just like a metal piece, but it is

a filter. And you can just, I'll give you a close-up of it in a minute, but you can

just clean it. Mine is clean now, but I just sort of just brushed it off with my hand

and took a little cloth to it. If it was really bad I'm sure you could take a, you

know wet cloth to it, and air it out. But that's all you have to do, and if you

don't, you may blow your Dyson out eventually. So this stays on this cord

when you do that and then you just push it back up. And there's a little red dot

I guess that has to line up. oh nice ... there we go. On mine there's a red dot in

the front on the filter and a black dot in the back. And so you just twist it off,

and then put it back on. I'll give you a close-up of it.

I'm not sure that you can see that, but it's an easy thing to just clean off. And then

you just put it back on and twist. And mine has a red little red dot on the

front where there's the front for this and then a black dot here. I don't ...

They're not helping you that much being you know 180 degrees from each other, but

it's not really that hard to do. So here here is the outside of it and when you

twist, pull that down, this is the filter. And it just has very very small little

holes in it. So that's it. It's pretty easy to clean the filter in your Dyson.

I'm curious to know if you even know you needed to do that. I did not so I thought

it would pass the information on to you. I normally do videos on design. I'm a

jewelry designer so I do videos on all kinds of design and in including some of

the bags you see behind me. I would love for you to subscribe, because I would

love to see you again and hope that you would like to see me again. Bye for now!

How To Register & Secure Your Bittrex Exchange Account | Two Factor Authentication & Whitelist Setup - Duration: 12:58.

Hello my friend, Caleb Wright here from Bitcoin Lifestyles Club.

And today I'm going to show you how to register and adequately secure your Bittrex Exchange

Account, before you send any of your cryptocurrency funds to it.

So starting here at the home page of Bittrex.com, you will just have to click the 'sign up'

link on the upper right hand corner of the page or via this blue button right here underneath

the Bittrex logo.

On this page just fill out the form with your email and password.

It's recommended to use a new email address for your cryptocurrency exchange accounts,

instead of using any of your average use emails.

This will increase your overall account security.

And make sure that you also secure your email address used for this, with some form of two

factor authentication.

Preferably using an app, like Google Authenticator.

And when you make a password, be sure to make it long and include numbers, upper and lower

case characters and symbols.

So that it's impossible to guess.

Once you have filled the forms, just click the 'sign up' button.

The next page that it takes you to will ask you to check your email inbox in order to

complete registration by clicking the link within it to confirm your account, and login.

Here is my email.

If you did not receive an email, check your spam or junk folder, and if it's not there

you can just click the link back on this page, to contact Bittrex support.

Now I'll just click this link to verify my new account.

And then once you have done that, it will take you to this page on Bittrex, where it

will say 'your email confirmation successful', then you can click return to login.

Then go ahead and use your newly created login information, to log in to your Bittrex Exchange

account.

When you first login, it will ask you to accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

to start using your Bittrex Exchange account.

Just click the dark blue button that says 'Accept Terms' and it will take you directly

to the settings page of your Bittrex account.

From here I'm going to show you how to properly setup your security settings, so that you

can move forward with confidence that your account is 100% secure, before sending any

cryptocurrency to it.

Something you will also want to take care of, as you can see here.

Is filling out your profile information here.

I would recommend using the same address you actually reside at, as you will also need

to verify your account via KYC documents.

Meaning they will need an ID and a utility bill to verify your address.

And after you complete this area, you will also want to complete 'Identity Verification'

using the link via the settings menu on the left here.

This is the only way to raise your daily withdrawal limits to a reasonable amount.

And you will need to have this taken care of before you start wanting or needing to

withdraw cryptocurrency from your account.

But that's just for your info, we are going to be focusing on your account security in

this video.

We will begin by setting up two factor authentication, to add a layer of protection to your account.

This is not a recommendation.

This is a required step.

Do not even think about skipping past this step, you absolutely need to setup two factor

authentication to protect your account before you even think about depositing money to your

Bittrex account.

You may be wondering how 2FA security works.

So basically once you have 2FA setup on your account, you will also need a six digit pin

code that is randomly generated by a 2FA app in addition to your password to login every

time.

And so the only way someone could login to your Bittrex Exchange account, is if they

have access to your password and your unlocked mobile phone.

And don't worry, if you ever lose your phone or delete your app by accident, you can work

with support to get back in, accidents do happen to the best of us.

I've done it before myself, it's a pain in the butt, but it's not the end of the world.

So go ahead and click the two factor authentication link in the settings navigation menu here

to the left.

When you first open up the page, it should display that your two factor authentication

is disabled in the status, in the red text right here.

The first step to setup 2FA is to download the Google Authenticator.

I will be providing a recommendation for a much better authentication app in an upcoming

video, and will drop the link to it in the video description below when it's finished,

so keep an eye out for it.

Google authenticator will do for now though, you can download the google authenticator

app for free on your phones respective app store.

Just search for the Google authenticator logo, as you see right here.

So now you should take a moment to pause this video and go download Google authenticator

so you can continue following along, and secure your Bittrex exchange account.

Once you are setup with Google authenticator, you can proceed with step 2, by opening up

the app on your phone and clicking the plus button on the app, to add an account.

And then select, 'scan barcode', this will open up your phone's camera, so you can then

scan the QR code you see on the screen right here, in order to finish setting up 2FA on

your Bittrex Exchange account.

Once you scan this QR code, it will make a new entry in your Google Authenticator app

that will display six random numerical digits, that change every 30 seconds.

So for step 3 you can copy down your security key, store this key somewhere safe, preferably

offline on a piece of paper, so no hackers can find it on any computers.

Because you can use this code just once to login to your Bittrex Exchange account.

Without the 2FA code from your google authenticator app.

Say if you lost your phone or accidentally deleted the app.

This will make your life much easier than going through the process of unlocking your

Bittrex Exchange Account with Bittrex support.

Which can be a process that can take up to two to three weeks, due to their security

policies.

Then for step 4, to complete the process of securing your account with 2FA security, just

enter the six digits that are currently showing on your google authenticator app in the field

here that says input your six digit authentication code, and then click the 'enable 2FA' button,

here at the bottom.

It will then display that your 2FA status is 'Pending' in this orange text right here,

and all you will have to do is go to your email address to find the confirmation email

and click the link in it to confirm the setup of two factor authentication on your Bittrex

account.

Here's the email.

I can click the link right here to confirm.

Once you click the link in the email sent to you by Bittrex, it will take you to a page

where you will have to confirm enabling two factor authentication, using the 6 digit code

from your Google authenticator app.

We will just enter the code really quick in this field right here, where it says 'input

your six digit authenticator code.

And then click thee enable two factor authentication button right below it.

In order to complete setup.

And then it will take us to a page where it says Two Factor Authentication enabled, with

a green check mark.

And then we'll know that you have successfully setup two factor authentication on your Bittrex

account.

And you can click the link here, that says 'return to Bittrex home'.

It will actually take us right back to the 'settings' page for your account on Bittrex.

And now if you click the two factor authentication link here on the left in the settings navigation

menu, it will actually show that your 2FA status is enabled in green text just like

this.

And if you want to disable 2FA for whatever reason, you could also do that in this area,

by just in putting the six digit authentication code from your authenticator app and clicking

the disable 2FA button.

This would be handy say if you were switching to a new phone.

Now that we have successfully secured your account with two factor authentication, we

can leverage one last option to maximise your account security.

It's your withdrawal whitelist, which you can access using the link here in the settings

navigation menu to the left.

The concept is simple here, you can enter a wallet address for any Bittrex exchange

supported Cryptocurrency, and that will be the only address that your account will be

alllowed to withdraw funds to for that type of cryptocurrency.

It's really easy to setup, you simply enter the call letters of the currency in the left

field here.

Like BTC for example.

And then you can paste your receiving address in the field to the right, and then click

the 'Save Address' button.

You'll have to enter your authenticator six digit code.

And it will save it to the list below.

You can remove and update addresses anytime you want, say if you wanted to remove this

address, you can just click the little 'x' on the right here.

Then if you want to get even more comprehensive with your security, you can use the IP address

whitelist, which will make it so you can only log in to your Bittrex exchange account from

whichever IP addresses that you set it to.

To setup your IP address whitelist, simply click the IP whitelist link on the left in

the navigation menu.

So think of it this way, each different internet connection you use to connect to your Bittrex

exchange account, has a different IP address.

So you'll want to whitelist the IP addresses that you normally use.

And as you can see, it's as easy as filling out these four fields with your IP address

numbers, and clicking 'save address' to save an IP address to your IP address whitelist,

in this list below, 'Saved Addresses'.

And then the last security setting you may need to use at some point is of course the

ability to change your password.

To do so just click the 'password' link in the left navigational menu.

From here, you can change your password if you need to, just fill out the form as it

appears here, enter your 2FA code and then confirm the change by clicking 'change password'.

So at this point, you should have a newly registered and secured Bittrex account.

Congratulations!
