Butter Chicken|Butter Chicken Recipe easy & quick|how to make Butter Chicken Recipe restaurant style - Duration: 8:29.
Welcome to my Channel SaraCooksForYou. Today's recipe is a very special dish,
Butter chicken it is my mother's speciality and always been a hit with
family and friends and now the favorite dish of my family and friends as well.
Let's note the ingredients: 1 kg chicken
Yoghurt 3 tablespoons, Ginger-garlic paste 3 teaspoons, Chili powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric 1/4 TSP, Dhania 2 teaspoons Garam masala 1 TSP, Jeera powder 1 TSP
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp, Salt to taste and Red color about two to three pinches
Lemon juice of half a lemon and 1 TSP vinegar. Let's mix all this into a paste.
Add all the dry ingredients to the yogurt make a paste and add in the
chicken. Marinate this for at least 3 hours or overnight. Once this is
marinated transfer it into a vessel and allow it to cook till almost done. We are
going to cook the chicken separately and then add it to the gravy. This is getting
cooked. In the meantime, let's start making the butter chicken gravy.
For the butter chicken gravy, I'm adding a little bit of oil and butter since this is butter
chicken we'll be adding more of butter. Add two
chopped onions and two to three dry red chilies we are going to grind this into
a paste, so even if it's roughly chopped it's not a problem and you can adjust
the chilies according to your taste. We need to fry this till a light brown
color
In the meantime let's check the chicken it's almost done and ready. To these
onions I'm going to add cashews 6 to 8 whole cashews fry this for a minute and
we need to grind this to a fine paste. Drain the oil and just grind the
onions and I'm going to use the same oil butter that I used to fry the onions.
I'm going to use the same pan to fry this ground masala. Don't fry this for a
long time because it's already done. Add around 6 tablespoons of tomato puree, you
can use even fresh tomatoes but this gives a smooth texture and a lovely
color to the butter chicken, fry this for say around 3 to 4 minutes and then add
in curds
around four to five tablespoons and give it a good mix you can see that's a
really smooth texture.
Now we are going to add in the chicken along with all the marinade juices, when
you cook it this way the chicken is really soft and it melts in the mouth,
because you have marinated it and then you cook it separately. Some people even
fry this chicken and add it to the gravy but I prefer this method. Add in Kasuri
methi, I have added around 3 teaspoons this adds to the taste of the butter chicken
and also adds to the nutritive value and now I'm adding fresh cream you can
either use the cooking cream or the tinned cream for this, this gives a real
creamy texture to the butter chicken gravy. I have added around 4 to 5 teaspoons of cream
okay and now let's give it the Koyla Dum. For this, I have heated two coals and
place a steel bowl or an aluminum foil on the gravy and place your
coals and I add a few drops of butter or ghee to it.
This will start smoking, immediately close the lid this gives a smoked taste
and a wonderful aroma to the butter chicken you can do it even without this
step it tastes equally great once you're done with this step we'll add in some
more kasuri methi for garnishing.
And close the lid and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
Now, I add in a little, drizzle a little bit of fresh cream. The butter
chicken is ready. This tastes really great with Parathas or rice or even

How to Make Sweet Bean Paste for Cake Decorating Flowers - Duration: 4:48.
In this video I'm gonna show you how I make this incredible sweet bean paste
recipe, so stay tuned. Begin making a sweet bean paste with 16 ounces of white
beans, I'm using great northern beans. Soak them overnight in water a little
bit more than you put the beans in you put the water about an inch higher than
the beans let it soak overnight and this is what it's going to look like, and then
I'm going to show you the next step. You want to drain, followed by putting your
beans in a pot. Add 6 cups of water, I'm sorry 5 cups of water, and a pinch of
salt. Then you want to cook your beans until soft. I'm going to put it on medium
high. While your beans are cooking if you see a foam on top just strain that off. I
turned it down to medium
because it started to boil over. And just really keep an eye on them.
Stir them once in a while until the beans are cooked down. They're really soft. And
I'm gonna let these cool before I put them in the blender. So here goes. I'm
putting the beans in the blender and they're still quite actually quite hot.
And then I'm going to add one and a quarter cups of sugar.
One and a quarter.
I'm also going to add a dash of vanilla.
You end up with this really thick paste and if you're going to use the blender
definitely do small amounts at a time. I found that I put the whole thing in
there and that was a mistake. This is kind of reminding me of hummus with
chickpeas. Then we're gonna cook it down until it becomes thick enough to pipe.
See how smooth that is?
And here's the end result of my batch of sweet bean paste. So a few tips. It
doesn't need to be cooked down for that long. I think I probably did it for like
maybe 15 minutes just keep stirring it and when you're able to put your spatula
run it through the bean paste and the bean paste holds its shape
then it's ready. Now it's gonna seem really squishy and it it almost feels
like it's too squishy to pipe, but it's actually perfect. I have some in a pastry
bag here I'm gonna go ahead and show you.
Look at that. It just really holds it's shape. It pipes smooth and easy. So

Today on The Stay At Home Chef
I'm showing you how to make
Cheesecake Filled Easter Eggs
These fun chocolate Easter eggs are filled with
a cream cheese filling and it looks just like
the inside of an egg.
It's super cute!
To start you'll need a dozen hollow chocolate Easter eggs
You can find these anywhere where Easter candy is sold
Then you'll want to take a sharp knife
and cut off the end
and it's okay if there are little jagged edges
Set your chocolate eggs aside and we're going
to work on our cream cheese filling
You'll need 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
Plop that into a mixing bowl
along with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
and 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
Then just take a hand mixer and beat this together
You want to mix it until it's nice and smooth and creamy.
Then we're going to transfer the cream cheese mixture
to a piping bag.
You don't need a tip on the piping
bag though, we're just going to snip off the end.
Then you just want to fill each of your eggs to the top
Put those in the fridge and let them chill for 30-60 minutes
In the meantime, we're going to put together our filling
that will look like a yolk
Pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter into a little bowl
and add in 2 tablespoons of apricot jam
and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
and whisk that together
You want the jam to melt in with the butter
If you want to speed this process up
pop it in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds
then just pour the mixture through a strainer
to strain out all the chunks
Let this mixture chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes as well
Then it's time to put our yolks into our eggs
Then you just want to groove out a little place for your yolks
so scooping out a little bit will help
Then we'll take our little yolk mixture
and just dab a little in there to make it look
like a little yolk.
And how cute is that?
Perfectly edible and perfectly delicious.

If the feathers are too long, cut off the excess.
Now, glue green feathers under the flower.
Cut off an excess.
Finally, glue 2 or 3 feathers to the stalk.
And it's done.
This is really easy and fast way to make beautiful flowers.
You can use them to make colorful spring bouquet or as a part of Easter decoration.
