Good morning!

I thought I would vlog today.

We're actually gonna go out. I need to get a package.

What happened is, I got a package for review from a company

but for some reason they had my old address

which is like from seven years ago from my apartment, well townhome.

Anyways, they called Jenna's phone and left a message.

I called back and they said they had the package.

So we are gonna do that today.

After I change and feed him we'll head out, get the package,

and then hopefully head over to Wegman's to get a few things.

We had delivery service yesterday, but there is one thing I forgot

and there's one thing they said they couldn't find

which I was a little bit suspicious.

So I will find it myself.

Hopefully he does okay.

But right now someone wants to be picked up so time to go.

♪♪♪

Yay, got the package!

Right there... Mikko.

So he has been doing really well so far. Awesome!

Did not cry or anything yet.

Yeah, went in... went out.

Trying to go to the store, so hopefully he does okay.

Should be okay.

♪♪♪

Yeah, I know. I don't look like a mess for once.

I wanted to film during his nap,

but I decided to curl my hair

and it didn't take that long

but it took long enough that when I was done,

I went to sit down and he woke up.

So Moby it is.

But I wanted to show you something.

You'll see it in the next video which I'm really excited about.

Hold on... it's gonna get dark. Hold on.

Ahhhh, right now we are in the bedroom!

Woo!

You don't see this often,

but it's a little bit of a mess so sorry.

Look at this.

♪♪♪

No it's not what you think.... (laughs).

But anyways, we decided to start filming in the bedroom.

Just thought it would be different, nice background,

and something of a different set up.

I think I like this better.

So we're gonna try that and see how it goes.

Typically what we'll do is set up here.

So we set everything up and once we're done

we put it back in the corner...

over here.

We'll move the litter and all of this stuff will be moved.

So like I said, we'll move the cat litter,

the thing on the desk. The desk will stay there.

Probably gonna move and put a dresser back here.

Right there.

The reason is because we might be losing our closet.

I can't say why yet, I don't want to.

But there's a potential that we're not gonna have a closet anymore.

But anyways, I've said too much.

I'm gonna try and let this battery charge and then hopefully film!

Just been cleaning up the cabinets right now.

cause Mikko's sleeping. (ahh)

This is really annoying me, the food part of the cabinet.

Use some, we don't use some.

Kind of the "don't know what you have".

So I'm gonna try to clean it, organize it,

get rid of some thing that we don't use, give away or whatever.

I'm going crazy.

Starting a little bit right now.

So have all of that, that, and all of this... and that.

Probably looks the same to you but it's totally different to me. Looks much better.

♪♪♪

Ahhhhh

Just filmed for a video.

That was a lot of work for him.

But you'll see later.

But woo.... and now he's exhausted.

He was hard working as an actor for Jill's video.

Okay, now it is time to sleep.

Hopefully you've had a good day and yeah.

Ready for bed?

Nope

Yes, this mommy is tired.

Off you go!

Hopefully you had a good night or day or whatever when you're watching this.

Bye!

A Trip To FROZEN NIAGARA FALLS | My Experience Flagpoling & Life Update [ENG SUBS] - Duration: 9:24.

Hello everyone! How are you?

Today I want to tell you about my day trip to Niagara Falls!

I went there to activate my Working Holiday Visa.

And to do that, I had to go to the nearest US border,

and the nearest US border to Toronto is Niagara.

I've already been to Niagara Falls in October 2016,

the first time I visited Canada,

and I liked them so much!

Bu this time, the scenery I've found in front of me was completely different.

Everything was covered by ice and snow.

I've been there during those super cold days, when the temperature was around -20/-25 °C,

so you can imagine how cold it was!

Or maybe not, those are temperatures you can't understand until you don't try them on your skin!

So, to activate a Working Holiday Visa while you're already in Canada as a tourist

you have to go through this process called "flagpole".

You have to cross the US border and once you're in front of the US officer

you declare you're there to flagpole.

At that point, the US officer will give you a paper with your details and a stamp saying "Flagpole",

and send you back towards the Canadian border.

So, you come back to the Canadian border, you give the flagpole paper to the officer

and you declare you're there to activate a work visa.

Then, they will send you to the Canada Border Services Agency next door,

where usually the waiting is really long.

I went there during the week, when there are fewer people,

so I had to wait only for 3 hours, I've been lucky.

Usually, the waiting can be way longer!

Anyway, finally my turn arrived and I was a bit anxious

because it's known that border officers have your destiny in their hands!

They always have the last word in the end, also if you have your letter

saying that your application has been approved,

the officer can decide not to give you the visa if he/she thinks something is missing.

But it went great!

A really nice and also handsome Canadian officer

received me with a lot of smiles and also some Italian jokes!

After an interview of around 5 minutes, I was allowed to enter Canada again, with a huge smile upon my face

while proudly holding my work visa.

I was really happy, after more than one year from the day of my application,

finally all I was waiting and working for was becoming a reality.

From that moment, the countdown has officially started.

Unfortunately, this Working Holiday Visa is valid for 6 months only.

Actually, it's 6 months only for Italian, Italy is the only country that gets 6 months of work.

All the other countries get 1 or 2 years...

I don't know why!

Now I'm going to show you my day!

On December 27, my future employer confirmed me I would have started working on 29,

so on 28, I ran to Niagara Falls!

I took an early bus in the morning and I went there.

Walking through the streets of Niagara has been kind of surreal because nobody was around.

There was an incredible and peaceful silence!

As soon as I arrived downtown, I headed to Rainbow Bridge,

the bridge that marks the US-Canada border here in Niagara.

I crossed this bridge and the view of the falls from there was breathtaking!

I passed through the pedestrian way, where they ask you to pay 50 cents.

If you arrive by car, you have to pay 6 dollars to cross the border.

I was excited but also anxious,

it was the first time in my life entering in US territory,

also if only for a really short time.

So, after entering for probably 15 seconds in the US border office,

and having said "I'm here to flagpole",

here is when they send me back from US to Canada

and I crossed the bridge again, in the opposite direction.

So yes, I activated my work visa, because I had found a job.

But more than two months have passed since that day.

The job I've found seemed perfect for me.

I was working remotely for two entrepreneurs, a travel planner and an event planner

and I was in charge of managing their digital communication.

Unfortunately some crucial problems arose

and I've been basically forced to leave the job after one month.

But don't worry, because in the meantime, I've found another job,

so I've been unemployed for a short time.

Hearing this, you will already understand that the Canadian job market

works in a completely different way from the Italian one.

I would like to tell you more about this in one of my next videos

that will be completely dedicated to this topic: finding a job in Canada.

About all the rest, let's see...

It looks like a miracle but the temperatures are slowly going up,

after months and months of snow and cold.

My first months here in Toronto have been crazy snowy!

I don't want to be disappointed by believing that spring is coming

because I know that here in Canada having spring before the end of April it's almost impossible.

But going out of the ice age made me feel like I was born again!

I'm going out more at night, I'm starting to explore Toronto's nightlife,

and meeting new people.

There are a lot of ways to meet new people in Toronto.

And the city is really full of people coming from all around the world,

so you can find lots of opportunities.

Maybe I will talk about making friends and meeting new people

in one of my next videos.

I think it can be useful to who decides to move here.

Also, the festival season will start very soon!

In fact, as soon as the cold and the winter will end

here in Toronto there is one festival after one,

from here until the end of the summer.

Every kind of festival: music, arts, food, movies, cultures...

Anything you can imagine!

That's all for now!

If there's anybody that has lived the flagpole experience like me,

feel free to comment down here and tell me about it, because I'm really curious!

I've heard of incredible stories,

everything went great to me, so I've been lucky!

Bye guys, see you soon!

Greetings friends family viewers of the Nevada or Cait channel now

- buddy

You don't know what - buddy is

You need to you operate a channel like us anyways. Hey guys. I've self started this one

This was kind of a funny ticket

it was hard to scratch a lot of these almost like this thing was watered up or got wet or

Anyways, so we have six

In in the books not the best start either, I might say

That's a little bit better so anyways there are seven in now, let's see if we can't

Improve upon that so let her be

Nothing that's not to go to here not to good here alright letter B for

Ruby

To B's and a whole puzzle, mmm all right next one out of the chute is an F. And nothing here yet

FF

Guys we've been rattling on about our group

we have a lot of interest in people and they've started to send in some funds to

Be part of our scratching group

And we are our ears are open. We will kind of do

What the consensus wants to do in other words I am only proposing that we scratch to start with $5

Excuse me

$5 pure golds because we've had good luck with them and maybe some $10

emerald greens or emerald tens whatever those are called and

You want to get involved for ten or twenty dollars

That's an either by the way Sudha meant about hard to scratch this one. Anyways if you want to be in

And of course you're in for a hundred percent of the proceeds as far as whatever you've sent in so if we if you're in

For ten bucks and we scratch a hundred dollars worth of tickets you're in for ten percent

we have a hundred thousand your shares ten thousand so we

Do ask that you send your ten or twenty dollars in?

To our PayPal link that I have down below there

As friends and family that way, there's no Commission guys. That's why it's done

That way so when we send you back a 20 or a fifty or a hundred or nothing. There's no Commission so

Especially when you're sending in five or ten or twenty dollars. We don't want to pay a commission on that money, so

Anyways guys if you want to be in

Let us know when you send in the money be sure and put on there what your YouTube

Viewer name is we have to know who you are sometimes. We can't discern make out

Who sent that money unless you give us your YouTube?

channel name

alright, so back to

Scratching here. Yeah, this ticket is a mess. I just can't seem to get any of

This pink or purple off

Okay

Ruby needs an are always spelled up hi

Now that we have something up top we spell yeah, okay, we have fee, and we have I

Let's go the wrong way the way they let's let's go the way they did not intend us to go all right letter D

We're toad yeah, this is really a mess this puzzle

But we will we'll do some double-checking here. Hopefully we straighten it out

Boy 1d up top you must be kidding see

Not doing so well here on the bonuses

And guys we will also consider if everybody wants to or maybe they want to send in a ten

And they only want to be in the scratch or video for the you know the crosswords. That's okay, too

We will do that. We just can't scratch a ton of crosswords

in one video because it runs way over the time which is about between 10 and 15 minutes, so

Alright, I'm not getting a lot of hits here, which means one of two things. We're not being very lucky here, or I'm missing them

All right w I?

Think we're getting some lousy letters though which is part of the problem look at that one w

We need some vowels is what we need how can I be skipping around all these vowels?

Alright, okay

Either that a is scratch even though it doesn't look like it. There's no L. All right, so

Letter K down below

Yeah, we need to get lucky on some good letters

All right in

It's a little better

First helping a while since I scratched him initially the bonus words

Okay enjoy needs an O

Is that yeah, no are yet?

Okay in anymore see a few V's down here a

Lot of Em's

Alright a helped us a little here a lot of time little

With you have the word buck spelled here, and if I didn't mention it I don't think I did

Okay

Okay, let's see if we got four more and we're gonna need every one of them. Em we needed

There's an N. I miss the second M

When no M's up top

Thought we had more M's than that

Gg4 strong

And AM is really stretched although, it doesn't look like it is all right G

Flamingos come along nicely

Generator you Nolan are gotta have them both. There's a chi

Alright guys, so look you gonna say. This is crunch time. We didn't need that

Last one is a V there were few V's

Even though that Oh doesn't look scratched

Or that are crippled us to see if we can make something V o

Is of word that I don't think that's gonna help us

We only have that and I

Let's see Noelle oh

There is a B though

We're still looking Oh

Rst. There's a t

Noelle trying to put another word together here, but I'm not seeing it

Guys if I miss something if it's that blatant here is a bitter scan of the letters - oh

And an R and a V that's V for vision, let's just help us

I don't think we're gonna do it guys looks like two letters

Which we had an ass we could spell a third, but we'll double-check that one just in case all right

Cold hard cash last time we started out with

It was two snowflakes in the top row and then we ended up getting five bucks

There's one

Guys we are really looking forward to these group scratching videos we know a lot of the big channels do them and they do

You know big bucks they do a complete package two hundred and fifty dollars five hundred dollars. We're not looking to do that so

we're looking to continue to have fun and

Find one more snowflake for a ticket at least

Nope there will be no snow in March

Let's do our money forwards, and then we'll do our signature scratcher our pure gold

All right in and I

Is this kind of a ticket we think we're due for all so it's been a little while since we

Had a good winter here all right LJ

While my friend's son was LJ little John

Well I don't slice to see you down

Del J. And I'll see a J though

RV something were looking forward to put some miles on here

RV only one how can that be SW all

Right wing maybe for two times

All right, that is not gonna hurt us yo

And be

No bees and have su man a Y and a Q that could have given us an X

Both their swings and misses oh my goodness - Z

All right, let's hope the hay helps us a little bit

a lot of single a lot of singles will help

Age

and a lot of misses a

lot of misses I

Don't think K is gonna do it either

All right need a tee a G or a D

And we have none of those all right, let's see what happens here on pure gold

Start off with number one on the first

on the

First prize box. Oh it was a one, but it was a two in front of it

Wedding Makeup Style - Duration: 6:59.

hi nearly weds I'm Susan Southerland president of just marry and today we're

gonna talk about how to choose your wedding makeup style I'm here with my

team today as well as one of our favorite makeup artists and they're

gonna talk to you about how to convey your style and to maybe even do some

things on your own so stay tuned until the end because we have all of our great

tips all in one place and we're gonna show you how to download it and in the

meantime I'm gonna turn it over to the team hi everyone and welcome to our

latest just Mary video today we're talking all about beauty and style today

we have larisa victoria and shannon miller with faces by Shannon and I'm

Liana McDonald with just Mary my name is Shannon and I'm gonna talk about some

different styles of hair and makeup mostly focusing just on makeup today

with that being said we have three different looks

we'll start with Victoria's what we've based on is a simple bride sometimes

brides don't want to have that extra over-the-top eyeliner heavy lashes they

just want to feel more like themselves a little enhance so we went ahead and we

just worked a little bit of concealer airbrush really really light on the

foundation so it would feel great so with that being said we went Heidi would

just canvas the skin and really nicely look super beautiful and we added a

little bit of a highlight highly it is really great for a lot of brides the

reason being is it reflects and it looks beautiful for pictures and not so not so

it gives a really nice luminosity and makes your bride look dewy but at the

same time we don't want to make somebody look like a glazed doughnut from

Instagram so if you see just a beautiful soft little bit we've based her eye

which is a nice simple shadow and a little bit of brown liner just real

tight in there and it's instead of doing a heavy large we did our individual

lashes

I generally just say I just wear makeup and I dab foundation on my zits that I

have that day I really don't I I try to just I guess just let everybody know

that I don't put foundation or primer all over my face I just just to let them

know that it is really really light kind of like what you see is what you would

get and so anything else would be a look sometimes sometimes thick airbrush is

too much for me personally but you know that's that's just kind of what I tried

to come by so with Larissa's look today we're

focusing on more of the brides that we have that come from the UK market a lot

of them have a distinct look they like a very pronounced brow they're like a

little bit more of a winged liner but not too winged and more of a heavier

lash with an easy soft contour and not a lot of high Sheen just as what I've

noticed in the trend in the past two years also with that being said some

clients really like to do their own brows and as a makeup artist no makeup

artist should ever tell you that you shouldn't be able to do that

you always are here to make sure that the client is comfortable and that's

what we want to focus on so with her lip we focused on her eyes her brows a

little bit of Sheen but not too heavy and a light small contour and an easy

look and that's obviously also up to the client if they want to go ahead and have

a bolder lip as well

I am always afraid that I'm going to insult them because this is their art

this is what they do this is their craft so I don't want to take away from their

artistry but since I am so specific I don't want to insult them further by

telling them that they didn't do what I want and so a lot of the times will just

be like hey do you mind if I do these things myself I'm just really specific

about it and I don't want there to be any kind of misunderstanding like I

didn't like the way you did it it's just that maybe my preference is so

drastically different from what somebody else might be that it's just better than

I do it myself and not for our last special beauty today Liana we focused

more on a heavier maybe more of your look for an evening look if you're

having you know wedding not in the middle of the day but she has more of a

claiming her tone we have two sets of strip lashes a little bit more the eyes

are done smokey or underneath we have definitely a bit more contour we use

more airbrush on her it's just a more full face and it's a lot of coverage so

what happens is we get pictures from Pinterest Instagram you know since those

are one of the best places to find you know images a lot of times a bride will

come in and they'll say I want a really soft natural look and they'll show me a

picture of a really clammy look so trying to educate the client and find

out what they really feel comfortable with asking all of these questions are

very key and as working a lot of times you work with a softer tone and let them

look at it and then we'll build up to the heavier tone if they like

I basically just tell them what I normally do how I normally wear my

makeup and what I do as far as starting from from the start of my makeup routine

until the very end I'm really specific about my lashes and Shannon knows that

so I tell her you know I love the full long lash look and I have those

naturally so when she's adding to them she's just enhancing that look as well

as you know the coverage amount so I cover a lot more I do more shadow so

it's easy for her to come in and kind of add on to what I'm used to

ooh final tips there's so many um definitely communication with the client

100% making sure that you have that education keeping yourself abreast with

new products and I also try as well which I didn't touch on for clients we

do carry vegan and gluten-free products with hair and makeup as well because

that is big and just definitely keeping with the trends that are just not

focused in our market look below for the link to download our guide for your

" Draw my life " Amazing Colours - Duration: 2:52.

Hello Amazings

Today I'm going to tell you my looooong story,

in a draw my life

I mean it isn't thaaaat long

After all I'm only 9 years old but that's almost 20.

I've a Super Family!

I live with my mum, and my dad; My sister and my brother; My little puppy and my dog.

I'm the balance of the family, orrr the imbalance (more like that).

Well I'm the more special: the middle brother.

I was born in Portugal an amazing country.

Lately things are going well.

We won the european championship in football, with the famous Cristiano Ronaldo,

futsal and the Eurovion. It wasn't with "fado" but we "amamos pelos dois" (we love for two).

In other times we also got very far.

I believe I was born in this country for some reason.

I want to make a difference too.

My parents say I was born to say "NO".

My brothers say I was born to upset them.

I say I was born to draw.

I'm drawing little. Very little.

Okay maybe you can't find my house in the middle of my drawings.

I've already traveled a lot.

I know the whole world and I've had many adventures.

But, hm, by the screen of my phone and my imagination.

There everything is possible.

It's that it's difficult with so much energy, curiosity and bad temper

stand out between a princess sister and a cute brother.

Not to mention that I have to face giants everyday in school.

My weapon and my shield is to draw.

And that's how I got a really bright ideia.

Create a YouTube channel

to show you all what I like most to do.

I would like to count on you to give wings to this dream.

FROZEN | Draw My Life - Duration: 4:07.

Frozen is the 53rd Disney animated feature film, directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer

Lee.

It was released on November 27th 2013,and it's inspired by the fairy tale The Snow

Queen.

The origin of this idea goes back to the 40s, when Walt Disney and Samuel Goldwyn, a famous

producer, considered the posibility of colaborating in a biographical film of the danish author

and poet Hans Christian Andersen.

Goldwyn's stdio would make the live-action footage of Andersen's life and Disney would

work on the animated scenes.

The cartoons would show different works of Hans, such as the Little Mermaid, the Ugly

Duckling, and the Snow Queen.

Walt and his animators had a lot of problems with the adaptation - they couldnt find a

way of approaching the Queen's character, it was too dark and evil for the public at

that time, so the project was canceled.

Goldwin decided to produce his own version in 1952, with the name of Hans Christian Andersen.

Disney on the other side, filed the Snow Queen and other works related to the Andersen's

stories, including the Little Mermaid, for a possible future.

This future wouldnt come untill march 2010, when Disney started producing the adaptation

of Han's fairy tale.

On December 22nd 2011, the title of the movie is announced.

A month later, they confirmed they would use computer animation instead of the traditional

animation previously proposed.

In the first versions of the script, the protagonist was gonna be evil, following the original

story.

For this, they thought about a design inspired by Amy Winehouse, but finally ,this idea was

rejected.

The movie tells the story of Elsa, a princess who has magic powers and is unable to control

them.

After her father's death, on the day of her coronation as the new Queen, she decides

to leave her town, afraid of hurting its people.

Anna, her little sister, with the help of Kristóff, an ice harverster, Svén, his reindeer

and Ólaf, a snowman, go on an adventure to bring her back and save the kingdom of Arendelle

(árendel).

It was a total success, both for the critics and the public.

It raised more than 1THOUSAND 2HUNDRED AND 70 million dollars all around the world, taking

the initial budget and multiplying it by ten.

It ranks as the highest-grossing animated film of all time.

It won 2 Oscars, best animated feature and best original song for "Let it go".The

video of the song has more than 553 millions visits in Youtube.

Since it was released, the names Anna and Elsa have become very popular among newborns.

The kingdom of Arendelle was inspired by Norway , and flights to this country were increased

by 70%.

As every studio movie, it is full of references to other Disney movies.

In 2015, a short-film was created as a sequel, titled Frozen Fever.

It was shown in movie theaters before the Cinderella Movie, an adaptation of the folk

tale in live-action, released in that same year.

On March 12th 2015, Disney announced that the movie will have a second part, coming

to the movie theaters in November 2019.

there is no doubt Frozen is a total success of the most iconic animation studio in the

world.

It entertained both children and adults, thanks to lovable characters, a high quality animation

and a soundtrack to remember.

We cant wait for Elsa to come back to the big screen!

How to use ginger as an aphrodisiac| Easy life - Duration: 15:07.

How to use ginger as an aphrodisiac| Easy life

Ginger has a stubborn aphrodisiac reputation.

But is it justified? And if so, how to use ginger as an aphrodisiac? Follow our tips and recipes.

What is ginger?.

Ginger - Zingiber oficinale - is a perennial plant native to India and Southeast Asia where it grows naturally.

It is one of the stars of Ayurvedic medicine and it is not for nothing.

It is part of the same family as turmeric, another plant with medicinal virtues recognized even today.

The part that is consumed is the rhizome of ginger, that is to say the part that grows under the ground.

In the Middle Ages, when the West discovered this spice with spicy and warm accents, ginger is at the heart of most sweet and savory dishes.

Used fresh or powdered it is a basic ingredient at the time because of its taste, but also its medicinal properties already recognized.

In fact, for 3000 years, ginger has been part of the arsenal of medicines of oriental medicine, Indian and Chinese in particular.

The active principle that gives it its spicy taste and its main properties is gingerol, transformed into shogaol during drying.

The ginger rhizome contains starch, proteins, fats, essential oil and oleoresin.

In particular, it is a source of manganese and copper.

The virtues of ginger.

Modern science recognizes ginger with the following medicinal properties:.

Antioxidant : Ginger is one of the most antioxidants plant in the world; whether raw, cooked or powdered.

On the other hand, associated with garlic and onion, these antioxidant properties are increased tenfold.

Anti nausea (1): It is proven that it reduces postoperative nausea.

In case of nausea and vomiting, for example in transport, the essential oil of ginger on a sugar may be an ally.

Eaten fresh it can help fight against morning sickness of pregnant women.

Promotes digestion  : It protects the gastric mucosa, stimulates the pancreas and bile production, lowers cholesterol and triglycerides.

Anti-inflammatory: Prevents colon cancer: A 2003 study (2) found that the absorption of ginger would prevent the development of cancer cells in colorectal cancer.

So, aphrodisiac ginger?.

There is little evidence in the scientific literature of the actual effectiveness of ginger on libido, let alone on the quality of erections.

Yet in a review of the scientific literature on the subject published in 2011 (3), ginger is among the plants recognized for their aphrodisiac effect, at least in animals.

It is indeed part of the plants that encourage more active sexual behavior.

Certainly in a man in good shape ginger will not necessarily have a very stimulating effect on the libido.

But it can have a beneficial effect in a tired, convalescent man, whose libido is at half mast because of excessive stress and physical or nervous exhaustion.

Indeed, ginger can fight against infections, lower fever (while warming!).

But it is especially invigorating and invigorating, and in high doses it can be cardio-stimulating.

In addition, its pungent taste and its ability to warm the taste buds are perfect for awakening the senses asleep.

But it is once associated with other plants that it acquires its aphrodisiac properties  : Tribulus terrestris, Maca or Ginseng are perfect partners to spice up your nights.

Recommended quantities: For a noticeable effect count 2 to 5 g of ginger powder to distribute during the day .

If you prefer fresh, 1g of ginger powder is equivalent to 10gr of fresh ginger.

10 to 50g of fresh ginger.

How to use ginger as an aphrodisiac.

To consume ginger you have the choice: grated fresh on your food or use powder.

It does not have the same taste at all, but its virtues are the same.

If you do not like the spicy side of fresh ginger choose the powder.

It is in this form that it is also used in gingerbread.

If you are a pastry chef and if you often make shortbread or broken (sweet) pasta add powdered ginger and cinnamon to your flour.

In addition the result is delicious.

On the other hand the essential oil of ginger concentrates the benefits of the plant and can be used for a toning and stimulating purpose.

In olfaction, on a handkerchief or by atmospheric diffusion, but also diluted in a massage oil, to warm up and stimulate the whole body (avoid the mucous membranes anyway!).
