Today we are celebrating 4 years of the Apparitions of Saint Joseph,
and we will have a very special program at the request of our Beloved Instructor.
He has asked us to study His Apparitions
and how they have deepened throughout the last four years;
and He has also asked us to study the previous programs,
how they are made, what happens on the backstage,
and how these programs follow the deepening of the Apparitions
and have been evolving, month by month, year by year.
When Saint Joseph made this request,
we felt that He was showing us that the program was transforming,
because in reality, it was His words that were deepening
and we could not look upon them the same way anymore,
studying them in the same manner.
Each program was being a reflection
of what Saint Joseph was building within each one of us,
in whomever wrote, filmed, edited video, audio, made subtitles, translated.
We are about fifteen brothers and sisters
trying to build this devotion to Saint Joseph.
And since the reason for the existence of this program is the awakening of devotion to Him,
we had to experience, each one of us, the awakening of this devotion.
Because just as it has happened to many of you who accompany us,
Saint Joseph was also a great mystery to us.
After 4 years of instructions having gone by,
when we listen to the first message of Saint Joseph,
transmitted on the 19th of March of 2013,
we see that there is a synthesis there
of all that He would work with us throughout these years of instructions.
It is as if those words were a prelude of all that would come after.
In that moment, they were very simple
words that spoke about of the consecration of life, of the experience of the sacred,
of the need to serve, so that we could transform.
And in the moment we heard these words, they seemed very well known to us,
and also, many of us even thought that we were already experiencing all that.
But the months were passing by and Saint Joseph gradually showed us
what it really means to experience each one of those things,
and how to overcome the barriers within us that prevent us from living them.
We saw that the consecration of life
is a result of an entire life of persistence, of constancy;
we saw that service is the result of a permanent surrender,
and that it deepens day by day until it becomes unconditional;
we saw that it is possible to see a new humanity being born in ourselves,
but that it does not simply emerge from a divine miracle,
it emerges from the effort of each one to transform and to transcend the personal human condition.
On that day, 19th of March, Saint Joseph tells us:
"Be open, dear ones,
so that My consciousness may be able to sow
the archetype of the New Family and of the New Humanity in your hearts.
This is one of the reasons for My presence in this time.
That by means of My consciousness,
you are able to wake up to the true life
a life of humility, chastity, and simplicity
a life of consecration, day by day, in each daily action,
awakening the sacred in all that would not seem to be so."
After receiving this impulse, we had our first challenge:
prepare the first program of Saint Joseph.
It was a new experience in all ways;
because in our work we had never done a television program.
We did not know where to start.
It was a program that must spread the devotion to the Most Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph
and we were also discovering this devotion within ourselves.
So to spread it was really a mystery.
We began to study the words of Saint Joseph transmitted in those first months
and we saw that, first of all, something should happen within us.
We began to reflect
upon why Christ had called us together for this task, to carry out this study,
and, seeing all the virtues that Saint Joseph expressed and was inviting us to experience,
we came to the conclusion
that it was because we really needed to discover and live these virtues.
At first we were a little nervous,
we decorated the entire text, were tense, made a lot of mistakes,
we needed the patience of everyone.
We knew that it was not an ordinary program,
that we are not TV presenters,
that we are monks trying to spread the devotion to the Most Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph.
And at that moment, we were trying
to know and at the same time make known to the world this silent Servant of God,
Who for the first time was revealing Himself in this way for humanity.
And during the first programs, we faced many challenges:
every time we were recording, something happened,
it rained, the camera broke, we forgot the entire text,
there was not enough light, the monastery had an extraordinary urgent task, it was a great struggle.
And we felt that, if all those obstacles existed,
it was because something very important was being built and we had to discover that.
This construction was happening day by day, month by month, within and outside of us,
with each brother or sister who was collaborating in the diffusion of the devotion to Saint Joseph
and at the same time, seeing it arise and grow within themselves.
On today's program, we will not only see what happened to us
on responding to the request of Christ to create this program,
we will see what happens within those who are behind the cameras
or the computers,
and that we know that if they were not there, we could never be able to fulfill this request.
Within and outside of each one of them something also was being built
and today we will see how this work gradually took place.
Preparing to record the program
Recording day
When we received the requests for the first programs,
the first thing we thought was:
"How can we, who know nothing and have never done anything like it,
and who have nothing to do it with,
manifest this Work?"
But immediately, the impulse that Christ had placed in us was so intense,
that our "yes" and our desire to collaborate in this project prevailed,
and that thought moved on quickly and we continued forward.
At the beginning, I would support the mountings, and helped to hold the microphone,
and stayed with some camera.
Until I began to edit a program, then another,
and as time
went by, was instructed to accompany the production of the program from the beginning:
from looking for a location to the transmission.
When I arrived, I would begin to edit but could not manage to accompany the messages,
nor did I pay direct attention, because I did not care much about it.
As I did not know anything about the task, I wanted to at least make the editing come out well,
so that it did not come out looking ugly,
that the music would not disrupt the volume of the voices of the sisters,
that the transition be harmonious.
I was more concerned about that technical part, and the messages kept going by,
I think just remaining in the subconscious, or in the unconscious.
In the beginning I started gradually, arranging the recording area,
trying to obtain lilies which was not as easy as it seemed
and trying to avoid any little cat walking in front of the camera,
then I began working with some camera, in the audio, until I got to the current task,
which is the revision of the editions.
When a chapter is revised, entering into its content is quite difficult,
because while the volumes of the audio,
the starting point of the songs, the finish point, and the images
are being watched, all this causes the chapter to be finished,
without entering into the message itself.
Saint Joseph, in His first messages,
told us some events of the history of the Sacred Family,
and through that example,
He pointed out some of the virtues lived by Them,
and explained to us how to achieve them, how to awaken them within ourselves.
He would speak about each virtue in a very simple way,
but with such a great love,
that He would awaken in us an impulse to seek them and to try to live them.
In the first year, Saint Joseph gave us some extraordinary messages,
and studying them, one of those caught our attention:
it was a message for the 7th of June of 2013,
where He explains why we must know Him
and why God had sent Him to instruct humanity.
We see in that message that the devotion to Saint Joseph must be known and should grow,
not for He Himself, but for us, for humanity,
because He represents an example of transformation
and transcendence of the human condition
that all of us need to experience to fulfill the Plans of God.
On that day, He says us:
"By the Infinite Grace of the Lord,
I am sent to your lives to guide the steps of the new servers,
of those who light the flame of the heart
through selfless service, empty of expectations.
I want to teach you to be simple and humble, as I Am.
Because it has already been said that the simple and humble of heart will inherit the Kingdom of God,
and so it will be, because the Kingdom of God is the dwelling place of the pure,
and purity exists in the heart of His Creatures
so that they may return to the House of the Celestial Father.
Draw close to My Heart to learn about simplicity,
about humility, and about charity,
for the world needs hearts that are able to live purity
in order to balance all the outrages committed toward God."
So we then began to study the history of the Sacred Family on the programs,
with the instructions of Saint Joseph, some passages from the Gospel,
and some passages from the book "The Mystic City of God",
written by Mary of Jesus of Agreda, as Saint Joseph Himself had asked us to.
These were initial impulses so that in a more general way,
we could get closer to Saint Joseph and to the Sacred Family.
After that, Saint Joseph gradually developed each virtue
that He announced in His messages to us,
and led us to more deeply understand what each one of those was about,
and how we could come to live them.
He gave us specific messages about devotion, compassion, service,
humility, chastity.
And gradually He was demystifying those virtues
that for many of us were apparently unachievable.
When we began to study the messages that spoke about each virtue,
we began to realize that it was not enough to read the messages and talk about them.
When we did not experience these virtues and at least tried to live them,
the program did not take place,
and for reasons apparently unconnected to our inner situation,
we could not record it.
When Saint Joseph talked to us about silence, for example,
we would prepare all the study of the program,
but the conditions for carrying out the recording
and reflecting together one day,
we saw that indeed we were not living silence
and we had not experienced that which Saint Joseph was calling us to.
It was during the first Sacred Week,
when Christ was with us,
that we experienced the silence that encompasses all the consciousness,
that silence that does not bother us, that does not arise from an effort,
from a duty; a silence that arises from the simply necessity to be in silence
and to unite with God in a way a little unknown to humanity.
After that experience,
the obstacles dissolved and we were able to record the program.
They are the main guardians of Mercy Mary TV.
At first, due to our lack of formation and knowledge,
filming a program of Saint Joseph was very difficult for us.
We all had many ideas,
many ways we wanted to do things
and we would use up a lot of energy in this construction of ours,
as a group, which did not exist yet.
We began to see that we had to change something.
We had to begin to transcend
some things to be able to help in the manifestation of this Work.
And not only transcend, but also begin to renounce what each one wanted,
so that on that day the Purpose could be manifested.
So I was very detail oriented,
to the point of my having some little misunderstandings with the editor,
but soon things between the sectors adjusted to each other,
adapting, until a harmony came into being among the sectors.
It was very difficult to manifest the teams of the program,
both for the program of Saint Joseph as well as the other programs.
It took some years of buildup,
because we gradually realized that it is not possible to participate in a work such as this,
along with the Divine Messengers, without aspiring to live it.
So, as time passed, each one went through many processes,
through many definitions, and having to take some steps
some steps so as to continue accompanying the impulse that each one was receiving.
Then, suddenly, when we offer to participate in that,
in the task itself, is when I began to pay attention
to the script itself that the sisters produce,
o the words they use, and I gradually realized how incredible it was.
Upon participating in this program, I realized that it is possible to transcend what one is experiencing.
That one sometimes despairs because one does not know how to act in the face of certain situations,
and on learning about the example of Saint Joseph,
that He also was human and experienced these difficulties,
this made me realized that it is possible.
For sure, this accompanying of the studies of Saint Joseph
and of the messages He left were very inwardly helpful in my process,
also in that step I took with this consecration to the monastery.
After two and a half years of monthly instructions,
Saint Joseph gave us an even greater impulse.
As our beloved Intercessor, He obtained from the Father
the Grace of delivering us daily messages, and from that moment on,
our relationship with Him became completely different.
He gradually entered not only into our lives, but into the depths of our beings,
unveiling spaces which were hidden, and pushing us into transformation.
And it was at this point that many of us
then began to discover who Saint Joseph
was, and were seeing that when we give Him permission,
this humble carpenter takes us into His hands as a rough wood
full of imperfections and converts us into an instrument
that will be used by God for the fulfillment of His Work.
After we began to work with the daily messages, something
happened that had not been foreseen:
I was assigned to be in a monastery in Mount Shasta, in the United States of America,
and that meant that for a long time
we would not be meeting to shoot the program.
We thought that the program would then be presented by two.
So our beloved Father, Saint Joseph,
gave us an unexpected solution:
to record one part of the program in Brazil and the other part in the United States;
afterwards, we would join the two parts together during the editing.
One more challenge. We had no technical equipment
nor a trained team in that moment.
So, a cell phone became the camera,
a wooden spoon became a clapboard,
and a wool glove seemed perfect to protect the microphone.
A sister of the Light Network and the monks of the new monastery
formed the new technical team that, without any experience,
certainly counted on the Grace and love they felt for Saint Joseph
to have everything happening in the best way possible
and that no one would imagine what was behind camera,
beyond the beautiful landscapes, of course, that this new location offered us.
At first we had absolutely no equipment,
we had a cell phone that made some nice videos.
Little by little we began to buy certain equipment,
but nothing sophisticated, nothing.
We left early in the morning, before the sun came up,
everything was still dark
and we went up the mountain or to different places.
The worst was trying to do the filming before the light changed
and of course the light changes in every instant.
So it was interesting to try to film a video.
The day of filming would be arriving and we woke up suffering,
because we knew that something would happen:
either the camera would not work or it was going to start to rain.
Something always happened, and for example,
to film a program of Saint Joseph would take a whole day of work
for a result of fifteen minutes and we would end the day, physically,
as if we had run a marathon of more or less 45 kilometers
Each filming we have had,
something is happening inwardly with us,
because when we finished the filming,
in general, our bodies were exhausted,
so something was taking place internally.
Normally, before the manifestation of each program,
I strongly feel some inner work or I am in the middle of a test,
where the answer is revealed in the study that was the content itself of the program,
of words He left months or years ago.
In general, I feel relieved during the editing, while I read or listen to His words.
It is as if Saint Joseph had seen
what I am going through and in that moment, He comes to talk to me.
So my role has been attempting to properly unite everything we have,
the songs that were done with all their hearts
by the musician brothers and sisters of the communities and monasteries;
the images of nature,
which are generally from the location where the programs are filmed,
and the inspired words of the sisters,
who with all care devote themselves to the study of His words.
To study the daily messages of Saint Joseph on the program,
we have to read all the messages transmitted by Him
throughout a month,
and our great challenge is making out of this incredible source of impulses,
a script of 5 pages.
The truth is that we want to read the entire message as it is,
and announce to humanity that all we need to fulfill the Plans of God
is in a written guide of the words of the Divine Messengers.
When we write a script of the program of Saint Joseph,
we live a mixture of gratitude, of joy, of sadness, of shame,
because we see that we have it all,
and many times, we do not give due importance to so much of the richness that exists in these divine words.
And I think that, more than transmitting information or of carrying out a study,
our aspiration today is of really being able to live what Saint Joseph teaches us,
and that this program can speak for itself because of the fact that it is real.
In those last years, we not only saw devotion to Saint Joseph being born within us,
but also an immense love for this patient Instructor,
who came to speak to us for a year,
and at each anniversary, He obtains the permission from God to stay among us.
In this commemoration of the 4 years of the Apparitions of Saint Joseph,
we want to transmit our living devotion, in the certainty that many of you
who are on the other side are also experiencing this discovery and little by little,
month by month, the request that Christ made us four years ago is being concretized.
And it is not only the building of a script that places us before inner challenges
and transformations, because the words of Saint Joseph
echo during the shooting time, on directing the program, in the video editing, of the audio,
in the subtitles, in the selection of the pictures.
We see how our beloved Instructor transforms our television into a carpentry workshop
and transform each one of us
into His tools so that, in the end,
the Will of the Father for this program can be fulfilled.
We gradually began to learn
and to try to perceive what the energy of the moment was, and to allow it to manifest.
So, suddenly, we saw that nature itself was already a ready scenery,
there was not much more to add to it.
We also began to see that the trees were what determined where we could film,
because they already generated an atmosphere, a protection.
We gradually saw that the sun and the clouds
marked the times when we could do a filming.
When we made this chapter, we felt Saint Joseph very near,
because we had to go to a very sunny location
where it was going to be difficult to record for several hours,
and we inwardly asked Saint Joseph to do something,
to put forth His Will to help us
and all of a sudden they appeared there were some clouds,
but it was not cloudy and all of a sudden,
just when we began to film,
some clouds appeared over us and it remained all cloudy until we finished recording.
For example, when we went to Castle Lake, this was beautiful.
The light of the sun shining on the water creating like stars on the water, the movement.
This is very special, to be completely with such great serenity in the heart
and to be part of that and to realize we are in the middle of all of this.
This really made one feel that He is with us and is accompanying us.
In reality, inspirations end up coming of what we are receiving,
of this instruction we are receiving from Saint Joseph,
and this begins to work upon each one, each one that participates in the task.
What I love about the programs is the simplicity and the delicacy
of the images, of the songs.
All of this creates a harmony, an inner peace
to which the paternal energy of Saint Joseph
also adds itself, as if He were beside you, understanding
what one is experiencing.
Because the fact that we do not know anything and do not have anything
was what permitted us to be here today.
Because it is not something material that Saint Joseph
is carrying out with this program and with our consciousnesses,
and that for this, it is enough to say: "Yes."
We are going to thank Him for making us this request,
that little by little transformed us,
let us thank San Jose for coming to our meeting every day.
O Humble and Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph!
Reflect in our life, Your serving Spirit of Love, Amen.
Thank you Saint Joseph for all what You give us.
And united to the Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph,
in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen
With this new idea of what the program of Saint Joseph is,
we hope that everyone can open themselves from the heart even more,
to expand this celestial carpentry beyond the screen
and that this carpenter of Nazareth may reach your homes, your families,
all the Communities of Light, all the groups of prayer,
and all those who we do not know, but that He does know.
And may the arsenal of tools of the Divine Work grow more and more each day.
