Youtube daily which Jan 26 2017

Aaron and CEO of Redcon1 and i'm here

today to talk to you about protein not

just Isotope, our whey protein, but whey

protein in general. Seems like there's a

lot of confusion on the market between

what is whey? I see lot of people say

One hundred percent pure whey protein so is

this a hundred percent pure whey protein?

Is the one you're currently taking, the one

you've heard about? The truth is that none

of them are really a hundred percent sure whey

sure we're okay with that they all have

carbs and some have a little lactose a

lot of lactose except for when it's a

hundred percent pure whey protein

they're usually meaning that there's no

other forms of protein like milk protein

or egg protein or anything else in it and it's

just whey proteins that that's one thing

is kinda like when you hear that people

are like all they get a little confused

the thing I really want to talk to you

guys about was types of whey protein

cheaper whey protein is called whey

protein concentrate, the whey protein

concentrate is totally fine it has that it had

a lot of good healthy parts to it but

also has a lot of lactose has fat and

carbs so much more fat and carbs and

that's just part of the whey protein

concentrate which doesn't mean its bad but It does mean

it's harder to digest its

slower to digest, just in my opinion doesn't taste

as good as the mix as well and it's not

good for building muscle so in comes whey

protein isolate which I hold in my hand

right here isotope which is higher

quality it's considerably more expensive

don't just mean to you as a consumer I mean to

me the supplement company are the

manufacturer it's more expensive in

general because you're actually breaking

down, you're isolating the part of the

whey protein that build muscle and

removing the lactose the carbon the fat

you'll notice isotope for example has

very low only half a gram of fat and

only three grams of carbohydrates per

scoop and 25 grams of protein per scoop

that means it truly is mostly protein

very little anything else and that's

because Its Isolate, now to get into a little

bit more specifics, is this is mostly a

fault it's a whey protein, protein that

is actually filtered ultra filtered cold

process micro and ultra filtered whey

protein isolate

so what that means is how the protein is

filtered down and basically what we have

in Isotope mostly until they're mostly we have an

isotope is the absolute highest grade of

protein so your body digests it, you don't

have any stomach upset

it mixes very well it tastes great

and the reason being is that we got the

best we paid for the best, you guys got

the best, and we don't even make it the

most in terms of cost now we're not the

only people with this technology this is

the highest newest technology in protein

manufacturing a bunch of other companies

do i like to think that we are the best

but protein is truly a commodity

so you know it's really coming down to

once you get through the technology the

taste and the texture and everything and

we make sure that this is something that

I'm proud of and that everybody here is

proud of Dallas McCarver is training for

the Arnold Classic right now actually

take that you believe in nine scoops a

day during his diet advice and took and

i can tell you had any lactose in

sensitivity or you had any kind of

stomach issues taking nine scoops any

approaching out there unless the very

highest quality would be difficult so

now you guys know a little bit more

about whey protein what makes isotope

special and you're not looking prices to

what kind of protein you should be

looking for

so if you want fast quick digesting

protein that's good for muscle games and

goes right to the muscle check out ice

until the red car

Smash School: The Basics (ft. Leffen, Armada, Hbox, PewPewU and Axe) - Duration: 3:41.

Leffen: Neutral is just kind of the

exchange where both people

can have access to most of their

options and then they try to see who can

get the first advantage.

Hungrybox: Neutral is like footsies...

It's like...

...teetering in each other's bubbles

over and over again, getting into

his bubble, trying to move where he is,

trying to see where he is.

It's like, predicting two steps ahead

where they're going to be

and looking for that opening.

That opening hit

which will lead into a punish.

Commentator: Ooh, tries to go for that

ninja up-smash.

That was definitely a ninja...

He's dead!

Dead!

Leffen: And then there's neutral

with advantage.

Like, when someone has gotten

kind of a hit,

but not in a full combo.

Like a Falco laser, for example.

That puts your opponent

under pressure, but it doesn't make them

instantly die.

Hungrybox: And neutral is getting to be

extremely, extremely important because all

the top players

their punish game is on fire right now.

They're going to hit their punishes, what?

95 percent of the time?

So that's just whatever...

Now it's all about neutral.

Where can you position yourself?

Where do you think he's gonna be?

Leffen: Some people don't really like to play neutral,

they would rather just like keep

going in for scrambles rather than play

like far-distance.

Neutral you really try to just out-space

your opponent.

Hungrybox: As focused as you are on punishes,

you've gotta have that same level of focus

on not getting punished.

And knowing where to put your character

at a certain time.

Using platforms efficiently, the edge,

so on and so forth.

Axe: Gimping is,

in short,

killing people at very low percents.

And Pikachu has a move called

Tail Spike. It's his up air and he can

do like a semi-spike with it.

Kind of similar to the trajectory of Fox's

Shine, so he can gimp people that way

and since he has such a good recovery

he can go really far off-stage and get

a Tail Spike and still make it back pretty much

no matter where you are.

Commentator: ...smash by Axe...

And going for a full ---

Woooooooowwwww!

[screams]

The Axe Effect!

The Axe Effect combo!

THE.

AXE.

EFFECT.

Armada: Recovery in Melee is pretty much

being off-stage

and making it back to the stage either by

grabbing the ledge...

Commentator: Easy back air...

Come on.

Oh my gosh!

Armada: Landing on a platform...

Commentator: Cloud nine.

Armada: ...or just landing on the ground.

Commentator: [gasps]

[laughs]

Oh, the tournament winner!

Armada: So, it's pretty much

your path from off-stage

to make it back.

PewPewU: Spacing...

is probably the most abstract idea

in Smash.

It's... you know, a lot of

people say "Oh, this is like an easy idea",

but like the levels of depth are ridiculous.

And so, spacing is all about controlling

some zone around you.

Leffen: Spacing can be far away

when you're trying to shoot projectiles

or it could be being close when you want to hit them.

And then, it's also

down to the move spacing, so like

Marth Tipper has another hit box if you hit it

at the tip

and another one if you hit it at the base.

So spacing can kind of

change that.

PewPewU: But, as a general concept,

I'd say spacing is just

the idea of moving your zone

of threatening-ness forward into

someone else's zone and just like

breaking down their defense.

Hungrybox: This is the closest game of all time!

Commentator: Oh, my lord!

One forty-three left.

[crowd screams]

[laughter]

Bad D.I. on the forward tilt, that could be it!

Oh, my lord! Duck clutches it out.

This Treatment Can Help Curb the Opioid Epidemic - Duration: 1:50.

Millions of people in the United States are struggling with a dependence on opioids.

And this problem continues to grow.

Opioid use disorder is often viewed as a moral failing.

In reality, it's actually a chronic disease like diabetes or asthma.

And like other chronic diseases, opioid use disorders can be treated.

The most effective therapy is medication-assisted treatment, or M.A.T.

which combines drugs with behavioral therapy.

So how does M.A.T. work?

Opioids alter the chemistry of the brain by attaching to opioid receptors.

When these drugs attach to their receptors, they reduce the perception of pain.

That's Dr. Peggy Compton who's done research on opioid use for NIH.

And a person with opioid use disorder is physically dependent on these drugs

and needs higher and higher doses overtime, which can lead to overdose or even death.

Fortunately, there are FDA-approved drugs can help.

They curb cravings and block the effects of opioids.

People are then better able to manage their disease which can help prevent relapse.

According to the U.S. Surgeon General, medication-assisted treatments

have been shown to facilitate recovery from substance use disorders and prevent relapse.

M.A.T. is crucial to long-term recovery and helps people live healthier, more productive lives.

Which Management Style is the Most Popular - Duration: 1:40.

Hi there, everybody.

I got a question from Pamela and it's, what are the top three management styles being

utilized right now?

Pamela, it's great that you're academic like that.

For those of you that don't know, there are all kinds of different management styles that

are out there.

There's autocratic, there's consultative, there's persuasive, there's democratic, chaotic,

lassé faire.

There's management by walking around.

There's even something that's called Asian paternalistic; no idea what that actually

is.

Pamela, I'll tell you what.

I don't actually care what the management styles, what popular management styles are

that are out there because it's kind of the flavor of the week as you can tell from that

list, and that's a very small portion of the list.

There's all kinds of definitions.

The thing is, is that one-size-fits-all management styles actually don't fit any.

You need to customize your management style to the team that you have.

Sure, you might actually have some sort of default that you use that covers most of the

basis, but if you aren't switching up the way that you're talking to your team, the

way that you're dealing with your team, managing your team, leading your team to each individual

person, then you are leaving productivity on the table.

While emotional intelligence gets talked about and is very important to what's going on,

it isn't a one-size-fits-all fix for everything in your management style and your life.

You need to focus on the person and what is going to get them to be working at peak efficiency.

Make those adjustments.

One-size-fits-all doesn't fit a thing.

Thank so much, Pamela.
