and now i'm using them chocolate so they

bronzer as an eyeshadow to create

natural natural shadows and you guys

know me the best that i use for blending

is a 217 brush from Mac

ok and now i'm using the mario palette

and the call that i'm using on her right

now is the bronx which is a Goldie

Goldie green really really pretty

resettle we don't see much better it

looks really natural interaction and on

the late i also add some of the Fifth

Avenue color from the same palette by

your comet and in a corner i'm using the

hollywood now i'm using a good steak

mitali mad and pencil in the color is

tara i love that now that I'm brought

I set them when i use the powder on top

I smudge it out looks really really

natural and i'm using this tag pencil

from urban decay and to finish off her I

i am using that Marc Jacob little bit

more mascara so far this masket is the

best in terms of a long-wearing what

yes my lashes are really hard to set so

this one helps to set them actually

pretty well now i'm doing contour with

the associate palette and it's the

medium to 10 12 contour kit

and the color that i use on her

is it doesn't see the contour that I do

on her it's more like a of bronze a

bronzy contour i'm not a big fan of a

really precise contour you those cut

contrary I don't like it much so like

that i want all blend it looks more

natural

ok and now we're gonna go back to the

brow i'm using that Anastasia brow Wiz

the color is medium brown and for brows

i always start with the bottom part

bottom line first and then i'm creating

the upper mine so how I browse a then

but I told her it would look better if

we can little bit just move it but we

still want something natural and I'm

sure you right now that the last part of

the brow is a smaller triangle the first

portion of the ballots and along in them

the triangle and the last part it's a

smaller triangle now i'm using the gimme

brow from benefit and all of because the

brush is amazing you want to be precise

it's small enough to go anywhere and the

color is a little color it's a number is

the number five so its darkest one

moment i'm fixing the bottom part of the

brush from it's a synthetic angle brush

from Mac now we move on to the other

side starting with them with the the

lower line again

it's very important when your natural

eyebrows and don't have like a pretty

shape you want to reshape them so when

you use a pencil or user something to do

eyebrows the role is to not follow your

your natural lines you want to create a

different line to make it look better

right

I like this side better and obviously we

don't have twins eyebrows right using

the gimme brow again to give more

texture to look follow

you might have noticed my pinkies on the

skin again on her face again to be

color from the mire palette again on the

brawn and because i noticed that it

wasn't showing much not highlighting

I like to play soccer and volleyball. I go skiing and skating in the winter. And spring and summer...

So my friends and I like to go out dancing. Sometimes we'll go out at night,

we'll go to a club or party, have a good time. Let it go. You know. And this one

night I had a hearing guy come up to me and my friends like you wanted to dance

with us or dance with me and he was obviously drunk and I didn't really

wanna have anything to do with him. He tried talking to me and I gestured to

him to show him that I was Deaf. I tried pointing to my ear, and, I guess because it was really

loud in there, he looked at me

(obviously you didn't understand what I said) and he tried to lean in to talk

into my ear. And I was like, "Hello! You saw us signing obviously I'm Deaf. Clearly he was wasted.

Whatevs.

I would also

like to thank you for all of your good

information your wealth of information.

I'm a first-time donator and now

a regular listener and I'd like to

comment on your solar stuff, but first of

all I'd like to ask a question about why

mail-in voting is more isn't prolific.

It's great, I'm in Oregon and we

have mail-in voting, and you get

your pamphlet about three weeks before

thevote, and you can sit down research

everything and make an intelligent

decision on who you want to vote for,

in the privacy of your own home. You don't have to

stand in line. It's wonderful . .

Yes, Louise and I lived in Oregon for

five years I've experienced it and I

agree with you Christine, the reason why

it is not more common, with the

reason why more states have adopted although

the Washington state adopted the year

before last, after watching what happened

in Oregon. But the the reason why is

not more common in the United States is

that red states bait Republicans hold

onto their power in red states by

preventing people from voting.

It's very very simple, there's

a about eight or nine principal

practices that they used to prevent

people from voting but that's how they

do it they prevent people from voting.

oOe of the main ways is knocking them

off the voting rolls. So if you're

going to mail in ballots and they as

they go out what about 5-6

weeks before the election?

Something like that?

And so you've

got plenty of time to

(a) figure out who you want to vote, for but

(b) you've got plenty of time to call up

the local voter registrar and say

"Hey Inever got my ballot". Would you

check and make sure that I'm registered

to vote and if I'm not what you sent me

would you register me and send me

another one? And the Republicans do not

want you to have

the ability to do that. They want to

surprise you when you show up at the

polling place. There's the

75,000 people who went in Wayne County

Michiga, in Detroit, in largely

black largely democratic Detroit,

who stood in line for hours and hours in

the freezing cold and finally went in

and voted. And their ballots were never

even opened. And Hillary Clinton lost

Michigan by 10,000 votes. 75,000 people

because those 75,000 people were knocked

off the voting rolls by Republicans in

Michigan. But they didn't know i,t until

they showed up the day of the vote, so

so it was way too late to do anything about it.

And that's, Republicans like that, and

so that's why you're not going to see

vote-by-mail in any red state, any day soon.

And to get it in a purple state,

a state where Republicans still

have some control and can veto

legislation, I think is it gonna be

extremely unlikely.

You may see some more blue states,

solid blue states going for it

although you've got California, Oregon

and Washington State. California is not

all mail-in voting now but it's very

common I believe. But more and

more states will be doing it there's

another state, I'm forgetting which one,

is it's doing it, but it's gonna it's

take a while Christine,

you were right.

Don't Support The Spina Bifida Association | #SpinaBifida - Duration: 4:06.

Hey everyone, welcome to #SpinaBifida

Let's talk about the Spina Bifida Association.

The SBA was an organization that was created in 1973.

It's purpose is to provide resources on Spina Bifida

and advocate for children and adults living with it.

Now if you may of noticed from my many tweets

and my recent video on care for adults with Spina Bifida,

I have a lot of problems with the SBA.

My first is the SBA's refusal to help adults with Spina Bifida.

about adult care and the lack of help from the SBA.

But to summarize, the SBA prioritizes

funds for children with Spina Bifida.

Which is great that children with Spina Bifida are being taken care of,

but once the kids grow up, the help from the SBA ends.

But this isn't the only problem the SBA has.

The SBA has a severe problem of lacking intersectionality

when showing and speaking on Spina Bifida.

When it comes to ethnicities of those with Spina Bifida

in the United States,

we find that Latinx make up the majority

followed by various people of color.

It's important to note that there are a lot of people who are white and have Spina Bifida,

but there is a large majority that are people of color.

If you look on any of the SBA's social media sites,

you'll find it's pretty white.

There's a lot of card clicking happening in this video...

The Spina Bifida Association has made it clear they

do not want people of color

representing the "face" of Spina Bifida.

Just look at all of their posts,

notice how they tend to, you know, lack in diversity.

And when it comes to diversity, the SBA completely

ignores gender identities and sexualities.

Completely erasing the lives of those with Spina Bifida

who don't fit in the gender binary,

don't fit in this hetro-normative idea that

the Spina Bifida Association pushes out.

Not to mention, they refuse to provide resources

for safe and healthy sex

for disabled consenting adults.

Adding to this harmful narrative that disabled lives,

including those with Spina Bifida, don't have or enjoy sex.

Finally my biggest problem with the Spina Bifida Association

is that they cater to the families of those who have Spina Bifida.

Most of the SBA's work is to help parents cope

with their disabled child.

Their work teaches these parents these ableist terms like

"handi-capable" or "differently-abled".

Terms that erase the expirences that disabled people

face on a daily bases.

Now while it's important that these family members take care of their mental health,

because having to deal with a world being ableist to their child is draining,

more focus should be on the actual lives that have Spina Bifida.

We with Spina Bifida are overlooked

on our healthcare.

Especially when it comes to mental health with adults.

But the Spina Bifida Association doesn't prioritize that

nor do they care.

At best, we get a little survey

that we can fill out, but I highly doubt they read it.

The Spina Bifida Association is only helping themselves

and is profiting off of the lives of those with Spina Bifida.

They refuse to acknowledge the diversity of Spina Bifida and the people who have it.

They refuse to improve the locations of clinics

and Spina Bifida programs across the country.

They refuse to care.

But if you care about our lives, share this video.

Refuse to support the Spina Bifida Association until every member

on their board has Spina Bifida.

Not a parent who thinks they can speak for us because

their child has Spina Bifida.

That parent doesn't live our lives.

So they shouldn't be able to dictate how we live

and what care we should have.

Refuse to support them until they actually make an effort

to improve our healthcare.

Refuse to support the SBA until it is actually about

people who have Spina Bifida.

Don't support them.

The Spina Bifida Association is problematic

and damaging to the disabled community

and the Spina Bifida community.

As long as they're having their way,

we're never going to get the help that we need.

INCREDIBLY EMBOLDENED AND ARROGANT GOP RUNS FACE FIRST

INTO A WALL OF POPULAR RESISTANCE TO ITS CORRUPT

AGENDA.

THE FIRST DAY BASICALLY OF THE NEW YEAR, THEIR FIRST

OPPORTUNITY TO LEGISLATE, WHAT DO THEY DO?

WITHOUT ANY WARNING

WHATSOEVER, AS ONE OF THEIR FIRST PRIORITIES, THEY TRIED TO

GET RID OF ONE OF THE FEW EFFECTIVE CHECKS ON LEGISLATIVE

CORRUPTION AND BRIBERY.

HOUSE REPUBLICANS VOTED YESTERDAY

119-74 TO ALL BUT ELIMINATE THE OFFICE OF CONGRESSIONAL ETHICS.

THERE WERE SOME REPUBLICANS WHO VOTED AGAINST IT, IT WAS

INVOLVED IN A PACKAGE OF OTHER RULES CHANGES AND MANY OF THEM

MIGHT HAVE VOTED FOR ANOTHER REASON.

IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR

WITH THE OFFICE OF CONGRESSIONAL ETHICS --

THUS, IT HAD TO GO.

BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY DRAINING THE

SWAMP, THEY DON'T HAVE ROOM IN THE SWAMP FOR A BODY THAT CAN

INVESTIGATE CORRUPTION.

WE WILL GIVE YOU ALL THE DETAILS OF WHAT

THEY TRIED TO DO AND WHAT ENDED UP HAPPENING, BUT WHAT IS YOUR

FIRST REACTION?

TO GIVE YOU SOME MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE OFFICE OF

CONGRESSIONAL ETHICS, IT'S AN INDEPENDENT BODY, INDEPENDENT OF

CONGRESS, AND THAT IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IN ORDER TO INVESTIGATE

POSSIBLE ETHICS VIOLATIONS THAT ARE TAKING PLACE AMONG MEMBERS

OF CONGRESS, YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THE BODY IS INDEPENDENT.

SO

IT WAS REALLY DIFFICULT TO PASS LEGISLATION THAT WOULD CREATE

THIS ORGANIZATION, IN FACT IT BARELY PASSED.

IT WAS AFTER THE

MIDTERM ELECTIONS IN 2006 WHEN DEMOCRATS TOOK HOLD OF CONGRESS,

THEY PUSHED FOR IT, AND IT PASSED BARELY, 207-206, ONE

VOTE.

WE KNOW MEMBERS OF CONGRESS DON'T LIKE IT, AND A

LOT OF OUR FOCUS RIGHT NOW IS GOING TO BE ABOUT HOW

REPUBLICANS SPECIFICALLY WANTED TO DISMANTLE IT, TAKE AWAY POWER

FROM IT, BUT DEMOCRATS HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AS WELL

BECAUSE AGAIN IT IS AN INDEPENDENT BODY THAT

INVESTIGATES UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR BY MEMBERS OF CONGRESS.

GRAYSON WAS TARGETED BY THIS ORGANIZATION, AND A LOT OF OTHER

DEMOCRATS HATE IT, BUT NONETHELESS IT IS IMPORTANT TO

HAVE IT, REPUBLICANS WANTED TO DO AWAY WITH IT.

WHAT IS SORT OF FUNNY IS IN THE WAKE OF THEM MAKING THIS

RULE CHANGE EVEN JACK ABRAMOFF IS SPEAKING OUT AGAINST IT,

AMONG MANY --

WHAT DID THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO DO?

WHAT ARE THE CHANGES THAT

WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE?

WHISTLEBLOWERS, THAT MIGHT AT FIRST MAKE SENSE, SHOULDN'T THEY

HAVE TO PUT THEIR FACE TO AN ACCUSATION?

MAYBE, BUT IF THEY

DO THERE COULD BE REPRISALS.

THE HOUSE ETHICS OFFICE UNDER

REPUBLICAN CONTROL COULD STOP ANY INVESTIGATION OF THE ETHICS

OFFICE IF THEY WANT TO, THEY COULD SHUT DOWN ANY

INVESTIGATION THEY DON'T LIKE, FOR INSTANCE PERHAPS IF THEY ARE

INVESTIGATING A REPUBLICAN.

THEY CAN'T INVESTIGATE ANY TIPS ON

MISCONDUCT THAT TOOK PLACE BEFORE JANUARY 3, 2011.

WHY NOT?

THEY CAN'T TALK PUBLICLY ABOUT THEIR FINDINGS OR EVEN HIRE A

SPOKESPERSON, THEY CAN ONLY COMMUNICATE, AGAIN, WITH THE

REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP OF THE HOUSE, AND IF THEY FIND ANY

EVIDENCE OF CRIMINAL WRONGDOING THEY CAN'T TURN IT OVER TO

LAW ENFORCEMENT, THEY CAN ONLY TURN IT OVER TO THE HOUSE ETHICS

COMMITTEE WHICH WILL THEN ELIMINATE THE INVESTIGATION.

AGAIN, UNDERSTAND THIS IS GETTING THE OCE JUST TO ENSURE

THAT THEY HAVE NO POWER, THEY CAN'T REALLY INVESTIGATE

PROPERLY, THEY CAN'T REALLY --

OR IF THEY DO, NOTHING COMES OF IT.

EXACTLY, THAT'S A GOOD WAY OF PUTTING IT.

THINK ABOUT THE

LEGALIZED BRIBERY THAT WE HAVE IN THIS COUNTRY, HOW WE HAVE

LEGALIZED CERTAIN FORMS OF CORRUPTION, AND THAT STILL IS

NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

THE VERY LITTLE WE HAVE IN PROTECTING THE

AMERICAN PEOPLE AND ENSURING THAT MEMBERS OF CONGRESS

REPRESENT US TO SOME DEGREE IS SOMETHING THAT IS BEING ATTACKED

BY MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, REPUBLICANS SPECIFICALLY IN THIS

CASE.

TO BE FAIR TO DEMOCRATS, AS I MENTIONED THEY ALSO DON'T

LIKE THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO ARE INVESTIGATING THEM, WHICH BY

THE WAY IS MADE UP OF FOUR DEMOCRATS, FOUR REPUBLICANS,

NEITHER OF WHICH ARE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES.

BUT THEY'VE NEVER

TAKEN A VOTE TO DISMANTLE IT, YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM A LITTLE

CREDIT FOR THAT.

BUT THE LEGALIZED BRIBERY, NOT ENOUGH.

THE FACT THAT YOU CAN TAKE UNLIMITED AMOUNTS OF MONEY FROM

CORPORATIONS WHICH OBVIOUSLY INFLUENCE YOUR POLICY DECISIONS

AND THE WAY YOU VOTE AND REPRESENT AMERICANS --

STILL NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

YOU WANT TO DO AWAY WITH ANY PROTECTIONS FOR THE

AMERICAN PEOPLE.

BY THE WAY IF THOSE CHANGES THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE WERE NOT

ENOUGH, THIS IS SO PETTY, THIS LAST CHANGE, I DIDN'T EVEN THINK

IT WAS REAL.

I CHECKED MULTIPLE SOURCES TO MAKE SURE IT WAS REAL

BECAUSE IT SEEMS SO CHILDISH AND PETTY -- THEY WERE ALSO GOING TO

CHANGE THE NAME OF THE COMMITTEE FROM THE OFFICE OF CONGRESSIONAL

ETHICS TO THE OFFICE OF CONGRESSIONAL COMPLAINT REVIEW.

SO IT IS NOT THAT THEY ARE INVESTIGATING ETHICAL VIOLATIONS

AND CORRUPTION, JUST PEOPLE WHO ARE COMPLAINING.

WHEN I STARTED

SAYING THEY ARE EMBOLDENED AND ARROGANT, I'M NOT JUST

EXAGGERATING OR BEING PARTISAN.

THEY ARE SALIVATING OVER WHAT

THEY WILL BE ABLE TO DO NOW THAT THEY ARE IN CHARGE, AND STUDIES

HAVE SHOWN WHEN YOU LOOK AT CORRUPTION, IT SPREADS.

WHEN

GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS SEE THAT OTHERS ARE ACCEPTING BRIBES OR

ENGAGING IN SHADY BEHAVIOR, THEY THINK I'VE GOT TO GET ME SOME

TOO. AND TRUMP IS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO MINIMIZE

alright so today's video is going to be

all about edibles and why they don't

work for some people as you guys know I

love edibles I think that they're really

great for people that have anxiety or

have told managing their pain and the

effects of edibles tends to be a lot

stronger than just smoking flower which

is why they're more desirable to a lot

of people that suffer from different

medical conditions there are a lot of

people that have reported that they

don't get any effects from having

edibles and there are couple different

reasons why this can be happening i'm

gonna tell you as a few this reasons

this first reason that i'm going to talk

about is super simple and it's really

easy to fix

so when people make edibles at home like

in their kitchen sometimes they miss one

huge crucial step not is the carving

their cannabis most likely whatever kind

of canvas you're using to make your

edibles going to have to BD card before

you actually use it in your butter your

oil or whatever extraction process are

using i'm not going to go too much into

whenever you do heat your cannabis what

and you think that they don't work

bodies don't do very well absorbing

their bodies could just have a problem

absorbing things in general so it does

make sense that it would absorb the

audible correctly but there are also

people not have something problems and

actually use edible soon like treat them

and medicate so so I really think it

depends on like the person in their

condition when it comes to that i've

also heard that eating a meal like hind

that before you have your canvas edible

will help your body to absorb the THC

better so so that's something that you

can also try out if you don't have the

best luck with edibles another thing

that can affect how you react to edibles

and general is your tolerance to

cannabis as a whole for example if you

smoke a lot of weed like really heavy

smokers most likely need a higher dosage

out of wool rather than someone who just

smokes occasionally or like just maybe

like on the weekends or something out

here in Colorado the edibles are marked

off and select 10 milligram dosage which

really isn't a lot i think even feel

like occasional smokers you want to have

like at least like between 15 and 20

ultimately I think you just have to play

around with it like dosages and

different edibles and just how your body

works with certain things those are

really all the reasons that I could come

up with as to why edibles may not work

I've got on my mind right now.

I'm kind of obsessive with checking it and I don't really know why.

And I realized that this time of year is the time of year that I have a tendency to quit

jobs.

5 or 6 years ago that I just up and quit my job to absolutely nothing.

I'm out.

I'm done.

Goodbye.

I quit.

And then I was unemployed for like 3 months so warning if you do that, be careful.

And recently I've decided that I'm not going to teach multiple places for fitness classes

anymore.

Part of that was it just wasn't really a good fit and part of it is like the timing isn't

the greatest.

And it wasn't a consistent schedule anymore and I really need consistency with how much

that I do.

Part of it was, um, I was treated kinda terribly once and I don't appreciate that.
