Hi. Today I will show you how to make garland made from Easter eggs.
Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.
Put big bead on a thread.
Split the end of thread.
And move the needle through the loop. This will secure the bead.
Now, put biggest styrofoam egg on the thread.
Add another bead.
And another Easter egg.
Add another 3 Easter eggs in the same way.
Then, add 3 beads.
Sew it to the long piece of ribbon.
Now, take another piece of thread. Put small bead on it.
Add small egg.
Add small bead.
And small egg.
Add another 4 Easter eggs in the same way.
Then, add 3 big beads.
Sew it to the ribbon at a distance of about 4cm from the previous one.
Now, take another thread and middle sized Easter eggs. Do the same as with big Easter eggs.
Sew it to the ribbon at a distance of about 4cm from the previous one.
Now, make a thread with small Easter eggs and sew it to the ribbon.
Take another thread. Put small bead on it.
And add chick.
Add 3 big beads.
Small Easter egg.
And another 3 big beads.
Sew it at a distance of 6 cm.
Do the same with second chick.
Sew it at a distance of 8cm.
Now, make a thread with small Easter eggs and sew it to the ribbon at a distance of 6 cm.
Now, add small Easter eggs, middle Easter eggs and big Easter eggs. Keep a distance of 4cm between them.
Cut several pieces of ribbon (about 15cm x 0.6cm).
Make the ribbon bows.
Tie them to the ribbon in the same places as threads.
And it's done.
This is a great idea for decoration of a window, door or wall.
You can use various colors and sizes of Easter egg.
Instead of chicks you can use small lambs, bunnies or makes a garland with Easter eggs only.

We would like to have the right to
produce wines of our choosing. We're not
asking for anything that other wineries
don't have we would just like an equal
playing field. My name is Dan Bailey.
I own a winery called Alexis Bailly vineyard
and we were located in Hastings
Minnesota my father founded our winery
in 1973 with the idea of producing wines
from Minnesota grown grapes. As a young
child I had a lot of interest in what my
father was doing. I did an internship in
France to learn about wine and when my
father passed away in nineteen ninety I
came to own the winery and i've been making
wine here ever since. I sometimes joke I'm the
hardest-working wine maker in the world
given the conditions on growing grapes under.
My father used to always tell me
that I should make wine that I like just
in case I do you have to drink it, and
I think I have a good palate and I make
wine to go to my tastes
I think I'm a pretty thoughtful winemaker.
The key to producing a good wine would be in
blending. it would be the sort of alchemy
of mixing wines together to create the
perfect harmony the perfect balance a
lot of the grapes that we grow in Minnesota
because we have a cooler climate tend to
be higher in acidity which is not a
style of wine that i like to make
because i don't think it's a very
approachable style and i think most
consumers also reject acidic wine, so to
get that proper balance it's
advantageous for me to be able to bring
in fruit from a climate say like
california where it's very hot and they
may have low acid. I can blend the two
together to find exactly the perfect
balance I'm looking for my wine. In the
state of Minnesota, we've been required
to produce 51-percent of our wines from
locally grown grapes. From our vineyards
we could purchase graves from other vineyards in
the state. Unfortunately we have a finite number of
vineyards that are actually producing so
it only allows me to bring a forty-nine
percent of my total production from out
of state. It is restrictive and my
ability to produce as much wine and the
types of wine maybe more importantly
that i would like to produce. That choice
should be mine to make not something
that would be dictated by the government
the consequences of having to produce
wine under the Minnesota farm winery Act
means that the wine industry of
Minnesota will always be very small
boutique wineries because we don't have
the ability to expand beyond what we can
produce here. We don't believe the law is
necessary for us we have a lot of
interest in growing grapes we have a lot
of interest in the new hybrids that are
being developed at the University of
Minnesota having the vineyard
surrounding the winery is an important
part of attracting customers to our
winery. The bucolic nature the serenity
of the vineyard contributes a lot to the
atmosphere that makes people from the
city want to come out to our winery so
we don't need the motivation of having
to grow our own grapes we already have
it. I've long been aware of the
constitutional issues with the
restrictions on me as a winemaker and
have felt that it was unfair I should be
able to do what so many other wineries
have the freedom to do and I shouldn't be
restricted just because I'm in the state
of Minnesota. The Institute for justice
works with constitutional issues and
we're very happy that they've teamed up
with us to challenge this law.

One of the things that's been helping
Experiment 27 stay afloat and stay profitable
is accountability from mentors.
And, in this video I want to run through,
we've been doing a monthly mentor update,
basically there's a list of people
that I've been sending information on our company to,
and I wanna run through one of these exact updates
to show you the benefits of doing it,
and give you an easy example you can use
to keep your mentors updated with your business.
This is the exact update that I sent out in November.
You can see it's got the good news,
the bad and the ugly news, it's got our revenue for
the month of November, 2016 in here, our pipeline,
our big strategic questions, and links to past updates.
The reason why I send this out is
one of the most valuable things that
you have in your network that you're probably
not taking advantage of are other entrepreneurs
or other business owners that want to follow your story,
and also want to give you feedback
and that can help you out.
So, sending these updates out that have your exact revenue,
you don't have to reveal these publicly,
but sending it to, like, five or six people
will hold you accountable, right.
You'll know that you have to report
on how your business is doing every month,
so it'll keep you doing it,
and then also, you'll get really valuable advice.
I've gotten some great advice from the people
that I've been sending these out to.
This idea came from Techstars.
Here's a post on the Techstars blog from 2016
that goes over a monthly investor update.
We don't have investors at Experiment 27,
so I tweaked it and then just sending it out to mentors.
So, I'm gonna link that down in the description.
You can check out that post.
And, that brings us to what to include,
and in this, I'm gonna run through
our actual November, 2016 numbers.
It's far enough in the past that it's okay to reveal,
plus I think I already revealed this
in a past video, so it's totally fine.
So, the good, we crossed the 400,000 ARR mark,
added another 100k in 30 days, lol,
talked about how we hired eight people,
how we had one refund versus what we were having before,
which was a high refund rate, I was talking about
how good our sales team is, nothing really bad,
and then our key performance indicators here.
So, last month's actual revenue,
this month's actual revenue, forecast
and then how we did versus the forecast last month.
And then, also the marketing pipeline,
talkin' what's coming, and then questions
that I have for the people, and then also any asks.
So, whether they have favors they can give,
you ask about that there, and then link to the past updates.
All of our past updates are in a Google drive
so anyone can go back and see what happened in the past.
And it's as simple as that.
Just by putting the numbers down
and sending them to your mentors,
you're going to improve, right.
What gets measured gets managed,
and what gets measured publicly
and has embarrassment tied to it
is more likely to improve over time,
as I've seen with the revenue for our company
going up every single month, except for December, 2016.
And, the last part is where do you get the mentor list?
Right, who are these people that I'm emailing this to?
Well, they're trusted people in my circle.
So, one of them is one of my
former bosses who I really look up to.
Another one is a friend that runs a business that
I randomly met staying in a hacker house in San Francisco.
And then a few others are bloggers
and YouTubers that I really look up to.
One that specifically asked for updates on the company
after I interviewed him on this YouTube channel,
and then the others that I've just
been sending without permission.
One unsubscribed, but then the other
is still getting the updates and loves 'em.
So, that's the way to do it.
Do I recommend just spamming these updates
to all of your mentors and seeing who responds?
I do recommend it because most people
are interested in this type of thing,
especially if you're actually crushing it.

DOORS EAGER TO BE AMONG THE
FIRST TAKING THE ENGLISH
LANGUAGE ARTS, THE ELA
ASSESSMENT ON IPADS, BUT THE
ROLL OUT DIDN'T GO AS PLANNED.
AN EMERGENCY CALL CAME INTO THE
WASHINGTON STREET ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL.
SOME THIRD GRADERS GOT THE
FOURTH GRADE EXAM.

GRADERS WHO GOT THE WRONG EXAM.
A MIX UP THE STATE DEPARTMENT
CALLS A TECHNICAL ERROR.
A SPOKESMAN SAYS OVER ALL THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPUTER-
BASED TESTING IS GOING WELL.
SCHOOLS WERE IMMEDIATELY
NOTIFIED SO THE EFFECTED
STUDENTS COULD STOP TAKING THE
