My singing skills don't need a chorus! [Singing Battle / 2017.03.29] - Duration: 13:21.

(Coming up)

Singing Battle continues.

(Good-bye, Min)

- It's a new host today. / - That's right.

I saw a fraction of his name and I was nervous.

A new star on Singing Battle.

Introducing the new host!

(Amazing!)

(He'll melt women's hearts, check out our new host)

(Soyeon eliminated)

(3rd place finalized)

So Coach Lee Sangmin

has 2 singers left.

This could be the finals.

Coach Park Suhong.

- I eavesdropped. / - Yes?

If we beat An Seha, we've won.

We...

Sorry to say this in front of your girlfriend.

Sangwook's not a concern?

- Why did we say that? / - I didn't say anything.

That's not it...

After eating a warm appetizer,

eat that, digest it.

This is the rice you always eat.

- The rice I love. / - Rice.

Beat An Seha.

Today's victory is yours.

(Nice)

It's because he beat Sangwook last time.

- He could beat him again. / - Okay.

Sorry for the confusion.

Sorry.

This round...

It could be the finals.

If Sejin can win this,

we could see another round.

What do you think of your opponent?

You watched him sing.

- He's not An Seha. / - What?

He's Kim Dongryul.

I listened to him. He's Kim Dongryul.

You can choose the song.

It could work to your advantage.

(Dilemma)

- I'm going to fight head on. / - Head on?

- A song that requires skills? / - Yes.

"Is It Still Beautiful" by Kim Yeonwoo.

- "Is It Still Beautiful." / - Sejin could win this.

- Everyone loves this song. / - No one dislikes it.

("Is It Still Beautiful" by TOY, 1999)

(Kim Yeonwoo, the textbook vocalist...)

(Sang it as the invitational vocalist of TOY)

(The song is still loved even after a long time)

I thought he'd choose a fast song.

I'm not good at fast songs.

I thought I'd be unlikely to win.

He's a real man.

He chose a ballad.

I never imagined that.

I didn't want to avoid fighting head on.

He's really good at ballads.

I should win with a ballad.

That's why I chose that song.

"Is It Still Beautiful."

I think we'll end by winning

without seeing Sangwook sing.

- That's the scenario. / - Really?

In front of his girlfriend?

- Don't be like that. / - What is it?

He can't win by just lazing around.

He has to work.

He should sing at the end.

We'll beat Seha and advance to the next round.

Wait and see.

Okay.

An Seha vs. Lee Sejin.

The battle...

Yes?

Can I have a glass of water?

Of course.

Can you drink it after I finish?

Okay.

An Seha vs. Lee Sejin.

The battle begins now.

(This battle will determine each team's destiny)

Think of your old girlfriend.

It's your song.

Relax.

You're the star on this stage.

Sing.

- Like conversing. / - Like conversing.

I felt a lot of pressure.

If I went on stage and ruined it,

it would hurt my team.

- 23 years? / - To me...

You shouldn't be looking directly at my eyes.

Don't look at his eyes.

I want to put you on the winner's seat.

I think that's my role.

(Pressured)

You can do it.

- Let's go. / - Good luck.

We are one.

Go, KBS!

KBS!

It could be the last time.

Do your best.

(Seha gets into the mood)

It could be the last song.

It's okay if I don't sing well but

I want it to appear sincere.

I'm going to sing

with that mindset.

That's my aim.

("Is It Still Beautiful" by TOY)

You look handsome.

You can do it.

(Seha doesn't need support)

(An Seha attacks first)

(His voice is sweet and gentle like the spring breeze)

He's a wonderful singer.

(Sejin begins singing carefully)

(It's not enough)

Their power is different.

(Kim Dongryul arrives in Kim Yeonwoo's place)

- He's a professional singer. / - For sure.

(Uses his hands to express emotion)

- Sing out. / - Don't lose in power.

(His seniors' expectations weigh heavily)

(Looks at him pitifully)

(The chorus that all men find challenging)

(High note rings out)

(Immersed)

(Compared to when I was with you)

Good!

He's good.

(The judges' scores will be revealed at the end)

(I'm watching you)

(His senior's beautiful imprisonment)

(Seha communicates with Kim Dongryul)

He has good technique.

(Carefully)

(About to shoot lasers out of his eyes)

(Rapper transformed into a ballad singer)

(Tears flow)

Nice.

(Natural emotions, gentle vibrato)

(Tries to remain calm)

You have to change.

(I want to root for him)

(He remains calm as he sings his part)

(Suhong doesn't stop beating him)

(This team seems to be at a concert)

(He really does sound like Kim Dongryul)

(Smile of despair)

Go!

(This spurt's his only chance)

(He uses all his strength)

(Glares)

He's quite good.

(We met)

You did well.

- Good, good. / - You did well.

- You sang well. / - It was sincere.

- You were good. / - I feel like crying.

You were good.

- You were great. / - You were good.

Good work.

Good job.

Nami, you seem really touched.

- I almost cried. / - This song...

Why are you in tears?

Just...

(Sobs)

I didn't cry earlier. I have to cry now.

I'm so proud of him.

- He sang so sincerely. / - Okay.

I know him really well.

Everyone...

- I'm so touched. / - I see.

Coach Park Suhong.

Wait a minute.

Why are you laughing?

Those 3 have gone home.

The chorus singers grabbed their sheets and leaving.

- Where did they go? / - We haven't seen the scores.

The chorus have gone home.

Are you making fun of us?

Wait.

Is this a joke?

It's obvious that he's lost?

Why go home early?

This is terrible!

You call yourselves professionals?

I know it! He knows it!

But this is so cruel.

We don't know who'll win.

Don't be ridiculous.

- Everyone knows. / - I don't know.

I'm not a fool!

- I don't know. / - Don't take me for a fool!

(Hilarious)

This is crazy.

Let's check out the first row's scores.

Please show us!

(Nervous)

(Obvious or surprising result?)

(Current score is 5:1)

(Relieved, head down)

(Unfortunate)

There are still 7 points left.

He could come from behind.

From behind?

(Hahaha)

Hey!

Stop it!

Please show us the final result.

(An Seha 11:2 Lee Sejin)

(Winner An Seha, loser Lee Sejin)

(Free from the imprisonment)

(The final moment)

(Peaceful)

(Falls like Buddha)

(Surprised)

Coach Lee Sangmin's team.

You've won!

Congratulations.

I'm so shocked.

Everyone was so good.

The strategy that I thought up

in the beginning worked well.

That's why I've won.

Okay.

Also!

- Today... / - Yes.

- Namkoong Min... / - It's my last show.

- I... / - It's his last time.

It's unfortunate.

It really is.

I feel really sad too.

I feel really upset.

It's my first time hosting.

I feel really nervous.

Sing first before you begin.

Sing?

(He does as he's told)

(Memories)

(Coughs)

(He was awkward in his first challenge)

That's how it feels to love.

Hey.

Are you picking a fight?

- That's not it. / - Don't lie!

Should I walk naturally...

- As I speak? / - You look dignified.

Singing Battle!

You took my role!

Singing Battle.

Battle.

The battle...

Begins now.

It's so fun today.

But wait.

When we let him go...

We shouldn't just let him go.

That's ridiculous.

- It's okay. / - Because...

No, no.

Vanish into the black hole.

It will help the show

and the host too.

I did feel curious every time.

Is it really scary?

On top of the black hole,

I'll deliver my final line.

I'm leaving the show but

Singing Battle will continue.

Everyone, good-night!

- It's upsetting. / - It's sad.

- No. / - No.

- He's going. / - No.

Don't go.

(Thank you to Namkoong Min, we wish you the best)

(Hahaha)

How does it feel?

So this is how it feels.

Thank you.

Thank you.

DISNEY CHALLENGE (feat. YiRou) - Duration: 9:55.

Hi! we are back again!

This time we have a different challenge.

What is it?

In this challenge, Disney songs will be played for only 10 seconds

Within 10 seconds, we have to guess the

name of the songs, and the movie

If you guessed it right, you get one mark for each

We actually found those songs from Youtube

We'll play Disney songs playlist and guess the songs

*The name and the movie of the songs will only appear after 10 seconds of each song*

How would I know the name of the song?!

I don't know

Do I have marks for this?

2 marks for you.

Our national anthem? (Malaysia)

I don't know, but it feels like the movie

It's been a long time since I watch that movie! (Hunchback)

I don't remember!

This song have a Mulan feel to it

A Chinese feel

Woah, I got it right!

I get 3 marks finally!

Maybe

I don't remember. I don't know the song

I don't know the name of the song really

*Answering a phone call*

Don't tell me this is Hunchback again

This kind of song is always from the Hunchback movie

It really is!

4 marks for me!

I should've said it out earlier!

I was guessing Aladdin in my mind but I'm not sure

Argh, I could've gotten 5 marks

Who's turn is it?

It's okay, we can guess together

Forget about the marks

This is easier to guess

I heard of this song before!

What is the name of this song?

All the animals sang together in this song

No points for character

These songs are more famous I guess

I don't remember the name of the song

Ahh, why can't I remember..

I like this song too!

I thought it was going to be very difficult

*Song suddenly interrupted*

After listening to all the Disney songs, makes me wanna sing one now

FULLTANK by Bo Sanchez 157: Are there some people who don't like you? - 30 Mar 2017 - Duration: 10:01.

I have a question for you other people

who are rejecting you like opposing you

and criticizing you and persecuting you

and blocking your path towards your own

growth and blocking your path towards

you no greater opportunity and are there

people who do not like you basically

that's my question and if there are

people who do not like you I'm only one

word for you welcome hahaha welcome to

the club welcome to humanity welcome to

Planet Earth you are in a place you are

living in a world where it is impossible

for everyone to like you everyone to be

pleased by you know we there are many

there are many flavors of ice cream in

the ice cream parlor and and you know

there are some people who like

strawberry there's some people like

chocolate and there's some people like

vanilla and you know you there are just

different tastes and different and so

there there will be people who will not

like you but here's the good news are

you ready for this even if ninety

percent of people do not like you if

there are ten percent of the people who

will actually like you and like your

product and like your message and like

your business and like you're you know

what you'll be very very very very ultra

successful in life I'm not kidding you

know they're there will be some people

who will like your message there will be

some people who will like you there will

be some people who will like your

product and it's it's it's enough it is

enough you do not have to make everybody

like you the perfect recipe for insanity

and misery and depression is for trying

trying trying trying to make everybody

like you you know what I'm thinking of

Mother Teresa why because mother Teresa

think about it think think of any other

person who is as kind and as generous

and as Holy as mother Teresa she passed

away some years ago but while she was

alive she was called the living

st. mother Teresa of Calcutta because

she lived in the streets of Calcutta

lived with the poorest of the poor lived

with that game of everything and then

she gathered a group of other women and

and made them into the biggest catholic

congregation of nuns and serve the

poorest of the poor all over the world

me think about so much help and love and

generosity guess what Mother Teresa had

bashers vendor there are people who

brought angry blogs about her and why

I'll tell you why because you cannot

please everybody they were criticizing

mother Teresa I remember in this way she

helped the poor she never went against

the oppressors duh that wasn't her call

but you see there are people like that

they've got they come from a certain

experience maybe they were oppressed by

people or a prayer you know and so

people who do not like you many times

it's not because of you many times they

go against you because of them because

of their experience and their pain and

their problem and there and so what do

you have to do you just tell yourself

they're not my own you're not my

audience it's ok you know what in my

crusade of helping good people grow in

their financial life and helping people

save and invest and teaching them how to

invest and teaching them

entrepreneurship you know so many

religious people and good people they

don't get that teaching they don't get

that message they get the message you

know be poor remain small don't think

about money and all that and what

happens is that they grow old poor and

they don't have the ability to help

other people and then they they ask they

keep on asking from other people for

help and and I say no we can do

something about it I thought so it pains

my heart and breaks my heart to see good

people suffer financially so what I've

done in the past well how many years now

20 years is just teaching people how to

grow in their financial life guess what

I get really mean bashers and insults

from a group of people that think that

I'm the Antichrist I'm

I'm the devil I'm havin a low evil

person you know I bring people to hell

that's those are the comments I receive

and you know what i tell myself you're

not my audience that's okay you cover

from a certain perspective and i totally

totally agree with with where you're

coming from you know but you're not my

audience I'm sorry and then I shift I

focus to the people that I am addressing

and I want to help I want to serve so

just just wanted to share that with you

I hi my name is bo Sanchez and welcome

to full tank your place of inspiration

way read the gospel for the day and I

pray that it will equip you are you

ready here we go our reading comes from

John chapter 5 and it is Jesus speaking

to the people who are rejecting him the

Pharisees the Sadducees the religious

establishment you would think that the

religious people and the religious

leaders of the time of Jesus were the

first ones to welcome him and support

him now they were the ones for crude is

crucified Jesus uh why they were

threatened you know Jesus was who's this

you new guy the new kid in the block

hello you know we've been here for the

longest time and you're taking over our

position on our crowd and people are

listening to you not to us anymore book

and Jesus said you search the Scriptures

because you think you have eternal life

through them even they testify at my

behalf but you do not want to come to me

to have life and you know they did not

like Jesus and when they did not like

Jesus they they pushed the Roman

authorities to crucify Jesus and it

Jesus was rejected you know think about

it so will you and I it's okay it's part

of life and I'm going to ask you this

question I just want to lead you in a

prayer but I want to ask you are you are

you experiencing criticism rejection

people looking down at you people saying

you're not part of us you know your your

others you know whatever your may be

socially or you're bringing out your

product and people are rejecting your

product or

I'd like to just just before we pray

just just two things number one

rejection could be purification

purifying your your resolve

strengthening your resolve purifying

your motives that could be that you know

and just say no I will continue to do it

like like me my example shared with you

I don't care if people criticize me I'm

still gonna do this crusade of helping

good people become financially free and

becoming rich but not all the other

money but but rich and heart and love

and so on but here's number two

rejection could be redirection meaning

to say you actually maybe have to adjust

something so that you can reach out to

more people can I what can I give you as

an example maybe how about this how

about how about this I wrote it down

here uh our prayer meetings before we

noticed that we were attracting older

people already people in their 50s in

their 60s you know those were the people

that we were attracting to in our prayer

meeting we were being rejected by young

people young people did not want to come

to our prayer meetings so this was years

years ago this was like you know I don't

know how long that was but but what we

decided was we were being rejected but

we wanted to reach those people and they

were rejecting us what we did was we

reformatted our prayer meeting to become

the feast and now the feast 285 feast

around the world attracting so many

young people we're bursting with younger

people what did we do we used rejection

as redirection we could have insisted

you know you know it when when we were

only attracting old women it's our

prayer reading and the young people who

are not coming we could have said no

we're we're gonna stick to our guns and

stick to our prayer meeting format and

how we do it we've done it like this and

will continue to do it now we we

readjusted we've reformatted we change a

lot so that we can reach the young

people so rejection could be

purification rejection could actually

also be redirection and I'd like to pray

for you now father in heaven thank you

so much that right now

your blessing every person praying with

me and in the mighty name of Jesus

Christ Holy Spirit work at their lives

given the wisdom to know too yes Father

God in the midst of the rejection and

the criticism that they're going through

I pray father that you strengthened

their resolve and I also pray for the

wisdom if they need to redirect and

reformat and change and adjust father

thank you I pray for more miracles I

pray for more blessings I pray for more

healing for every person praying with me

this moment in Jesus name floodgates of

heaven bless you amen and amen is the

name of the Father and of the Son and of

the Holy Spirit yeah i'll see you in my

webinar thursday night 8pm ok 8pm you

have to go to WWE lee rich club com /

Forbidden Games 2 - The Midnight Game (Don't Play It !) - Duration: 3:30.

Most of us dreaming of having an adventure

and it is not easy to have an enjoyable adventure

or journey in our world nowadays.

Some of us take the games as adventure.

But we are bored to play the same game with our friends.

In other meaning we are bored of playing against the same people.

If you want to have a new and real adventure,

follow the video until the end.

Because I will introduce to you a new adventure

that you can live it in your home.

This adventure is a game

but it is unlike any game because you will play it against the devil.

"WHAAAAAAT"

Yes, against the a devil himself.

If you have a strong heart, lets begin.

The game called "The Midnight Game".

To play this game you need a candle,

piece of paper, salt, match and a drop of your blood.

First of all, write your full name on the paper.

Then put the drop of your blood on it.

Then leave it until the blood dry.

Then put the paper in front of the door.

And light the candle by using the match.

Then put it on the paper.

The paper and the candle outside the door now and you are inside the house.

After that hit the door 22 times.

The last hit must be exactly on the midnight.

Which means you need to arrange your time.

While hitting the door, the last hit must be at 12 A.M.

Then open the door and turn off the candle,

by doing this you let the devil of midnight enter to your home.

Close the door, behind you, then turn on the candle.

The real game begin now.

Because the devil inside the home.

Try to walk in your home,

you are not allowed to turn on any light except the candle in your hand.

Because the only thing that you allowed to use is the candle.

Now, while walking in the house, try to avoid the devil.

If the candle turn off that means the devil inside the house.

For sure you have only ten seconds to turn on the candle.

If you could not turn it on,

throw the salt in a circle way arround you.

And stay inside the circle.

Other way the devil will show up himself.

Then you will lose your mind or you will have a hallucination for the whole night.

This will countinue untill 3:33 A.M. in the morning.

In this time, the devil will disappear.

For your information, this game has some rules and you are not allowed to broke it.

Which is you are not allowed to turn on any lights.

You can use the candle as we said before.

The other thing is that no matter what,

don't use a blood of other person.

Because you will need to pay for it.

And the price will be your life.

If you use another blood and not yours,

the devil will be angry and he will kill you.

To sum up, this is a true game.

And most of the people who tried it,

they lost their minds.

If you are real man, go and try it.

Have fun and please don't die.

When They Don't Buy Your Stuff - Duration: 11:05.

Today's question is:

I'm selling my...

program or product

and when it doesn't get accepted

I feel rejected personally.

It's a very very good question,

and we've all been there.

Trust me, when I started

coming out of my shell

in to the online world,

because I've been running my business

for almost nine years...

And...

it's been really comfy

in the last few years

beacause...

in the beginning,

I did a lot of networking

and...

all those things

that you need to do

in the beginning of the business,

getting myself out there,

which was very uncomfortable

at the time.

And learning all the ropes...

and I did it on the offline way.

So, back then

that was going to network meetings,

catching up for lunches...

And...

I'm a very introverted person,

I love sitting at home.

So, that was really putting me out

of my comfort zone.

But anyway, I did that.

And I've ran lots of workshops,

and...

did a lot of things.

And that created a huge momentum

in my business,

and so for the next...

few years after that

I was just able to...

really enjoy

the word of mouth

and the momentum that I've created.

And then I...

received the guidance

to start coming out of my shell again

and come out in a new way,

come out online

and share...

the wisdom and...

whatever else is flowing through me

out online.

And, again, this is like:

'I've never done this before!

This is so new! I have to know all these things!'

So, when I just started doing it,

recording my first videos,

which was a year ago...

And then I put them out,

I think I started in May,

putting them out to my subscribers

and out to YouTube...

and my Facebook,

and Instagram

and things like that.

And trust me,

you know what it felt like?

Honestly, it felt like...

and I was saying this

to my friend, as well,

I was like:

I feel like a slug

that was taken out of its shell,

and it's just so exposed,

I felt so vulnerable

And the reason I'm sharing this with you

is because...

we go through these phases

in our business

as we are growing

and evolving in the business.

So, yes, you may have asked this question

becasue you are

in the beginning of your business.

Like, maybe

you are just starting out

and you feel like

every time you put your offer out,

every time you put your...

program or product out

and if it doesn't sell, it's like:

'Oh my gosh! This is personal!'

And I'm going to tell you,

I'm going to talk more about

what's going on there

and what to do about it,

but first

it's to understand

that every time

you are going to go through this phase of

taking yourself up

to the next level

you will experience a degree of that,

lesser or greater degree,

depends on...

depends on the exposure, right?

So...

I'm sure that, you know,

if get invited

to speak in front of...

5,000 people

I'd feel just the same!

Like these videos, it's fine now,

I can post them,

I post my offers...

And I'll tell you, you know, this...

How to do this in a way

that doesn't affect you so much.

So, I do that now,

it doesn't affect me.

I like feel like bulletproof, really.

So, because I've grown into it

and that's okay,

so, I'm wearing it now.

And it's manageable for me,

and it's not personal anymore.

So...

But if I get asked

to go and speak on a stage

with 5,000 people

that would be

a whole new experience for me.

Well, what did you think?

I'm going to feel exactly the same

as I felt nine years ago

when I published my website

for the first time

and only 3 people knew about it:

me, my designer

and my boyfriend at that time.

Nobody else knew

the website existed.

But I couldn't sleep all night

that night

because I felt like I was standing

on Queen Street naked

for everyone to see.

But the truth is

no one saw me,

but that's how personal it felt.

So, what I'm saying is that

this...

experience

of feeling raw and vulnerable

in your business

is not something that

is going to go away completely.

Every time you move to the next level,

you will experience that.

But

you will have a way of dealing with it.

So,

the way to deal with it is...

First, to understand

that your product

and your program,

or whatever you are putting out there,

is not you.

This is really important.

Because

when we are stretching

to that next level

the reason it feels personal is

because we are

personally invested into it.

So, the faster you can

detach yourself

from being personally invested

into that next thing

that you are doing,

your program, your product,

the faster you can detach yourself

and take yourself out of it,

The faster you will stop feeling

personally rejected.

So, that's one level to it:

the personal attachment.

So, when you think about your product

or your program

you can go and self inspect:

Is the reason it feels personal to you

because you are attached

to the outcome,

to what should happen with it,

because you want to...

receive certain feedback

about this program

which will then

give you feedback

about you?

And we don't want that.

When you receive feedback

about your program,

whether it's good or bad,

it doesn't matter,

you'll receive both,

and that's ok.

Somebody may cancel,

you know, somebody may ask

for a refund,

it happens.

It happened to me,

and that's okay.

So, it's not personal,

because it's about the program.

Or it's the way

I talked about the program

that didn't make it clear

to that other person

of what to expect

and what not to expect

within that program.

So,

when I'm not attached

then I'm able to...

look at it objectively

and make any changes

that are necessary

in order for me to improve it

and to...

make it...

better,

make it speak

the right language

to the people

that want to buy it,

so it connects for them.

Now, if I am personally

attached to it,

which means I'm emotional

about the whole thing

then I'm not able

to look at it objectively

and to make changes in it

that are objective

and that are necessary

for this program

because my whole self is invested in it,

it's so personal

I think about it:

'What does it mean about me?'

And I'm lost

in what it means about me

rather than

what it actually means

about the program

and how can I make it better.

The first step is to identify

why you feel personally rejected

when your program or your product

doesn't sell

or doesn't go as well.

So, my guess is,

and really that's the only way

to feel personally,

is that you take it personally

because you are attached to it,

you are invested in it.

And you don't want to be

invested in it.

So...

the faster

you can extract yourself

from your program

or your product

the faster you can actually

objectively work with it,

improve it

and take it to where it needs to go.

So, that's what happened to me.

You know, in the beginning,

I was exposed,

nine years ago,

when I just started,

I had no idea what I was doing.

So, I felt really exposed.

But it went very quickly,

because it was so painful

Because rejection is just normal,

it's part of business.

It was so painful

I detached myself

from what I was offering.

And that's what I did

this time, as well.

It's almost like I've a little bit

forgotten what it's like

to put myself out there,

and so I had to go

through this learning curve again.

But I went through it very quickly

because

when I was putting myself out there,

it's like: 'Ouch! Ouch! It hurts, it hurts!'

Like: Why is it hurting?

Oh, it's hurting because

I'm having expectations,

and I'm attached to it,

and I'm invested in it.

I don't want to do this.

Actually,

my business

my program,

my product

are just a vehicle,

they are not me.

So, when you фre driving, for example,

here's an analogy for you,

when you are driving

you are sitting in your car

and you are driving,

not for a moment

you are thinking that you are your car.

That would be mad.

Right?

Because when you go on the road

here is what happens:

somebody might bump into you,

there is a puddle on the road

and your car gets dirty...

the bird poos on you...

on your car,

and lots of things happen

on the road.

So, your car

gets dirty,

your car may even get dented

but you don't take it personally.

You don't think:

'Oh my gosh, it's me!'

If you do

then you'll be in for a rough ride.

That would be really emotional

to be taking your car out

for a drive every time,

that would be so emotional.

That's just not sustainable,

that's not

how to go through life.

So, the same way for your business.

You take your business out

in the form of your products,

or offers, or programs.

And that's like your car,

it's like taking your car out

for a drive

to go from A to B.

And yes,

some may bump,

some may say:

'Oh I don't like it.'

'Oh, this is not for me.'

Some may ask for refund.

You may not get any takers.

That's ok,

that's just a car.

So, what happens with the car

when it gets dirty?

You just take it to the...

washing place,

and either somebody washes it for you,

or you wash it yourself,

it basically gets washed.

And then you are off on the road again.

It doesn't stop you

from driving, is it,

when a bird poos on your car?

Well, it's the same thing in your business.

Things happen,

and you will get rejected.

So, all you do

is just

fix up your program

if it needs fixing,

so you look at it objectively,

polish it, refine it,

change your language if you need to...

And you put it out again.

You take it out for a drive again

and see what happens.

So, I hope you can do this.

What You Don't Know About TESLA! - Duration: 11:10.

What You Don't Know About Tesla!

17.

An Affordable Tesla Right now Teslas are considered to be luxury

vehicles, and their prices reflect that.

What most people don't know, however, is that Tesla has always planned to release an

affordable car.

Elon Musk has long said in interviews that his plan for breaking into the car market

as a new player was to establish the Tesla brand as a well known high-end carmaker, and

then use that brand recognition to push into the consumer car market.

The Model 3 is that offering, and will start at just $35,000 when it is released later

this year.

16.

Second-Oldest Publicly Traded American Car Manufacturer

It may seem surprising, but Tesla Motors is actually the second-oldest publicly traded

American auto manufacturer, behind Ford which had its initial public offering in 1956.

This is because General Motors, or GM, despite being traded since 1916, went bankrupt and

had their stock de-listed in 2009.

GM did re-enter the stock market with an IPO in November 2010, but this was five months

after Tesla's IPO in June of 2010.

Chrysler re-entered the market in 2014.

15.

In The Company of Friends Although Tesla Motors is still considered

a new, up-and-coming car manufacturer, they've got quite a lot to show for their time in

the world.

Tesla Motors currently employs more than 14,000 people, has a market value exceeding $33 billion,

and has seen its stock rise more than 1000% since its first public offering.

Although the company technically hasn't had a profitable year yet, their annual revenue

continues to rise year over year, with revenues rising nearly $1 billion each year since 2013.

As of right now, Tesla Motors sells mainly direct to customers, as its sales model is

having difficulty gaining traction in many states.

In fact, Tesla currently only has 52 showrooms worldwide, compared to thousands owned by

other car manufacturers.

14.

Tesla Repaid Their ATVM Loan - 9 Years Early The Department of Energy lent Tesla Motors

a whopping $465 million to help them get off the ground and get operations set up.

They were given a term of 12 years to repay the loan when it was awarded to the fledgling

company in 2010.

However, Tesla raised over $1 billion in their second offering, and wisely chose to put about

half of those funds to getting their ATVM loan paid off - a full 9 years before they

were scheduled to do so.

13.

The Model S Broke The Stress Testing Machine The Tesla Model S, by far their most successful

vehicle to date, is renowned for being one of the safest, most durable vehicles on the

road.

It's so safe, in fact, that when the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration)

attempted to administer a crush test to the Model S, it actually broke their machine.

That's right - the machine designed to break cars itself broke when it tried to crush the

Model S. Because of this, the Model S holds the title for the highest safety rating of

any car, ever.

12.

Highest Ever Consumer Reports Rating Consumer Reports, the organization and publication

which is widely trusted for providing crucially accurate information about products, recently

gave the Tesla Model S the highest rating they've ever awarded any car - a 99/100.

This came after rigorous testing and retesting to ensure that they hit every possible point

and discovered every possible weakness, and even then they were still astonished by how

robust the car is.

The only points the car really got against it all had to do with how it charges - the

all-electric vehicle can take up to 12 hours to refill its batteries, and charging stations

are not yet available throughout the country.

Tesla has plans to change that, however, and already offers free charging up and down the

California coast.

11.

Tesla Supercharging Network Regarding that network up and down the California

coast, it's pretty remarkable already.

Formally announced in 2012, the network of superchargers aims to downplay anxiety over

the range of Tesla vehicles - owners and potential owners alike worry that they will not be able

to take long trips in their Tesla vehicle, since there currently aren't many places

to top up.

The network built by Tesla now provides a much faster option, and for free.

The network of Tesla charging stations currently offer a service which can charge your battery

to 50% in just 30 minutes, and are planning to integrate a system which will allow them

to swap your battery out for a full one, essentially giving you a full charge in about 2 minutes.

10.

A Name From Greatness The name Tesla is now a familiar one in American

households, and this is largely due to the excellent marketing and strategies of CEO

Elon Musk.

However, less people know where the name itself comes from.

The name Tesla is an homage to Nikola Tesla, a Serbian-American electrical engineer who

lived in the early part of the 20th century and is directly responsible for nearly every

modern electrical device.

Although Thomas Edison is given credit for bringing electricity to the masses, his systems

actually fell far short of those created by Tesla, and it was Tesla's designs which

have made our modern life possible.

Tesla Motors was named after this man to honor his legacy as well as to celebrate the work

he did.

9.

Elon Musk Wants To Eliminate Side Mirrors Although he has already significantly changed

the face of the auto industry, Elon Musk isn't done yet.

He also wants to change the face of the cars themselves - literally.

When the Model X was debuted, spectators noticed it lacked side mirrors.

Instead, the car used small cameras built into the doors, paired with monitors on the

inside of the doors, to replace the antiquated side mirror system.

This drastically reduced the drag coefficient of the vehicle (giving it far better aerodynamics),

while keeping the vehicle just as safe.

Unfortunately this broke Federal safety regulations, so the production model of the X does in fact

have side mirrors.

Nevertheless, Musk has stated that he will seek to change those law.

8.

Tesla's Patents Are 100% Open For Use Elon Musk has stated many times that his number

one priority with Tesla Motors is to change how humans interact with the environment.

To do this, he knows that he has to make electric cars viable for mainstream acceptance, as

well as make people want them.

Rather than just trying to do this on his own, though, Musk has taken a fairly revolutionary

step with Tesla - he has made all of its patents open for public use.

Musk encourages other manufacturers to adopt the creations and improvements Tesla has made,

in order to bring these features into public use faster and more widely than would otherwise

be possible.

This is an unprecedented step, and one for which Tesla has been widely commended.

7.

Musk Didn't Start Tesla On His Own Although Elon Musk deserves much of the credit

for the mainstream, widespread success of Tesla Motors, he didn't do it all on his

own.

In fact, the company was originally founded by Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning.

In fact, Eberhard served as the company's CEO until 2007.

Musk came into the company when he led the first investment round in 2004 and joined

the board of directors as Chairman, later of course going on to become the company's

CEO.

6.

The Gigafactory No one has bet on Tesla's success more than

Tesla itself.

In fact, the company is investing more than $5 billion to build what it calls the Gigafactory

1.

The factory, which will produce lithium-ion batteries both for use in Tesla vehicles as

well as home battery arrays for solar power, is being constructed in Nevada and, although

it is not 100% operational as of yet, is already producing batteries on a limited scale.

The name Gigafactory comes from the company's goal for the plant to be able to produce 35

gigawatt-hours annually.

It is expected that this facility will reduce the cost to produce a Tesla battery by as

much as 30%.

Tesla is so invested in this idea that a Gigafactory 2 is already being planned for Europe.

5.

Commitment to Renewable Energy Tesla means business when it comes to renewable

energy.

With a facility as large and energy-hungry as the Gigafactory discussed above, you'd

think that Tesla would have to cave and subsidise some of its power needs with traditional grid

power.

Not so, actually - the Gigafactory will run on 100% renewable energy.

Much of this will come from onsite solar sources, since the Gigafactory is being constructed

in sunny Nevada, and will itself be covered in solar panels.

Tesla notes on its website that the Gigafactory will offset its energy needs so much by generating

renewable energy that its energy footprint will balance out to essentially zero.

4.

Virtually No Replacements Needed A lot of people still don't quite understand

the appeal of electric vehicles.

And that's okay - companies have a long way to go before they can convince the American

public that getting rid of their gas guzzler is a good idea.

This is especially challenging when the entry cost for a Model S is just shy of $90,000.

But one fact which might help sway some potential buyers is that the Model S itself, once you

own it, requires virtually no maintenance.

The electric motor is far less hassle to maintain than an internal combustion engine, and the

car only has 6 parts which need regular replacement.

Those parts are the 4 tires and the 2 windshield wiper blades.

3.

Solving A Major Problem Although the Model S is known to be essentially

the safest vehicle ever made, Tesla ran into some bad press in 2013 when certain car collisions

resulted in vehicle fires.

This was due mainly to the battery packs which power the Model S being punctured and catching

fire.

Although the drivers all exited the vehicles long before safety became an issue, Tesla

nevertheless received a lot of bad press regarding the incidents, and was forced to respond.

Their response was total; Tesla installed three shields along the underbody of the Model

S which effectively eliminated the risk.

The shields consist of a rounded, hollow aluminum bar which deflect or absorb the impact of

any debris in the road.

The next piece, the most substantial, is a titanium plate covering the battery area as

well as the front of the vehicle, and not only protects the vehicle but will destroy

objects caught under it.

Finally a solid aluminum extrusion blocks any debris which might remain and absorbs

the impact, effectively negating the risk they pose.

2.

Bioweapon Defense As if regular everyday safety weren't enough,

Tesla Motors has equipped the Model X with a medical-grade air filter which is capable

of scrubbing the air inside the cabin of everything from smog to bioweapons.

In fact, this system is modeled after and specced to match that of hospital filtration

systems.

1.

What's In A Name You may have noticed that Tesla has what appears

to be a fairly straight forward naming system for their vehicles.

They've only produced three cars to date, but the names themselves, while simple, might

seem a bit arbitrary to you.

We've got the Model S, the high-end luxury sedan, then came the Model Y, the luxury SUV.

Recently announced and soon to be released is the Model 3, the consumer grade Tesla.

What do these names stand for?

Well, it might become a bit clearer when you realize that the next Tesla is rumored to

be the Model Y, and that Elon Musk himself has confirmed that the naming conventions

do have a purpose.

Let's line those up, and it should become clear.

S,3,X,Y.

See it?
