Youtube daily which Feb 18 2019

I'm going to talk about helmets today.

If you are new to the ice rink, you can borrow a lot of helmets. How much do you rent a helmet?

Can I borrow 500 won once? (about 5 cents)

It costs about 10,000 won (about 9 US dollars) per month if you get 20 times for 500 won a day.

A cheap helmet is normally in range of 10,000 won and when buying a helmet people are basically apt to think an inexpensive helmet is not safe.

Let 's talk about it.

Well, this one in front of me is a helmet I usually use for bicycles.

I called it Urban style here, and at first I put on this.

Weight is light, but let's weigh.

It looks like 236 grams. But when I put on this,

It was a bit chilly because there were a lot of holes. I bought this because my head was cold, but it is slightly heavy.

It's about 413 grams. It was okay at first but more and more

It was heavy and back of neck was hard.

I do not really spend money on expensive one.

I compared a variety of helmets and finally purchased this. This is Mr. SaGong's, and the design is the same. It's EVO.

How much did you buy it? I bought it for 70,000 won (about 60 US dollars) for acquaintance I know. Used? Used but almost as new.

I bought it for 150,000 won. (130 US dollars) Let's see what weight it is.

314 grams. I think a short track helmet is a little heavier than a bicycle helmet.

Would you like to see it again? This is new EVO

This is What Ahn Hyun-soo used, right? Yes shape. Is the graphics different? Yes.

If you look at the weight,

It's a little light. It weighs about 287 grams.

This one is what one of our crew have been using for 10 years.

It's like it's melted. Let's try the weight once.

Uh, this 418 grams and it is a little heavier than the Urban helmet. And last one is Maple.

Maple? It is not a genuine product, isn't it? Do you want to see the weight once again? I think it's light.

It is about 256g.

How much did you buy?

20,000 won. (about 15 US dollars)

The price is about 50,000 won. (about 45 US dollars) It's a helmet from a company called Feel Morys.

I do not know where this is called KOSTON. Two EVO. This is Louis Garneau?

No, it is LAS. Is it LAS? It's LAS.

This is Maple brand stickers attached helmet.

What is a good helmet? What is more dangerous and safer?

I think it is relatively unsafe to have this hole open. because

When you fall and bump into the blades, you can get stuck in your head like this.

You mean blade comes in like this? It's dangerous to come in.

The hole is a little small so it will not come in deep. (Frankly, if you are not fast as much as athletes , it rarely happens)

It looks like there are small holes for ventilation.

I think that is good. Yeah, I guess I did not feel hot while skating.

And inside,

It's packed in compressed styrofoam.

Can I see something? The structure is similar.

I think the lining looks a little bit more expensive. My bike helmet costs about 50,000 won (about 45 US dollars)

and there's no big difference with these high-end helmets we use.

Actually, there's no difference in these parts. Then is Styrofoam different?

I do not even know this at all (there is a slight difference). But the price difference is 50,000 won and 150,000 won.

The expensive bicycle helmet is 200,000 won and 300,000 won. Is it safer? I do not think so. What do you think?

You also ride a motorcycle? Yes. Structure of Motorcycle helmets is a little complicated. Right. Bullet-proof material on top of the styrofoam.

So the price goes up and the weight goes up. On the other hand bicycle helmets, short track helmets are simple to structure.

It's all about plastic attached on top of the styrofoam. Makes the advertisements glamorous

and it says Aero effects are good there, and there are some things that are more stable.

Is it true? I do not think so.

Just in my opinion

I think that you each can just buy according to the consumption conditions, according to the circumstances of your pocket.

(Expensive thing) It is used because it is pretty. In fact, a helmet that lends me 500 won at the ice rink

It's pretty good. It's light and it seems safe and not bad. You can choose one according to your budget.

Thank you for the good talk today.

If you have fun, please press like and subscribe.

News24 - Experts debate which club is best-equipped to win the Champions League - Duration: 12:00.

The Champions League knockout stages are already in full swing, with more mouth-watering games ahead this week

After last week's dramatic clash between Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, we see Liverpool take on Bayern Munich in their last-16 first leg at Anfield on Tuesday

Manchester City are also in action at Schalke on Wednesday, whilst the clash between Atletico Madrid and Juventus has the potential to be one of the highlights of the competition so far

With La Liga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona also still involved, plus Tottenham having one foot in the quarter-finals, the biggest competition in club football is all set up for a blockbuster finish

Here, Mirror Football writers debate which club is best-equipped to come out on top and lift the iconic Champions League trophy at the end of the season

John Cross - Paris Saint-Germain  I actually think the team best equipped to win the Champions League is Paris Saint-Germain

They have a squad easily capable of winning the trophy because it is arguably the best in Europe

Kylian Mbappe is the most exciting young forward and they won at Manchester United while missing Cavani and Neymar

That's some effort.  They have arguably got a stronger squad than Man City, Liverpool, Barcelona, Real Madrid and the rest

However, I'm not sure that PSG will be the team to win it as they have made such a habit of falling down in the Champions League, despite their riches and wealth of talent

I still fancy Manchester City as favourites - even though it's hard to win both the domestic title and Champions League - but ultimately the competition is so based on luck

David Anderson - Juventus  Ask Jurgen Klopp which team he wanted to avoid in the last 16 of the Champions League and his answer would be Juventus

Despite the obvious threat posed by the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona, who have virtually monopolised the competition, Juventus are the biggest threat in Klopp's eyes

Juventus have always been defensively strong and in Giorgio Chiellini and Leonardo Bonucci, they have one of the best centre-half pairings in world football

Klopp knows they are not getting any younger, but feels they have a big Champions League win left in them

Juve have conceded just 15 goals in 24 Serie A games and the teams that win the Champions League are solid defensively

They are full of confidence and they are running away with the Serie A title, having gone unbeaten in the league

I haven't even mentioned you-know-who up front who is continuing to bang in the goals

Cristiano Ronaldo has already scored 21 goals this season, even though he is supposed to be on the wane, and is the ultimate talisman

They also have one of the best coaches around in Maxi Allegri, who knows his way around the Champions League

Juve tick all the boxes for me and I feel this could finally be the Grand Old Lady's year

Neil Moxley - Paris Saint-Germain  Paris St Germain are as well-equipped as anyone

Manchester United could not have had more going for them last week and, unless they implode, the French side already have one foot in the last eight

They completed that victory without Edinson Cavani and Neymar too. The depth of their squad takes some beating

The Parisian team is miles ahead in the race for the title and the pressure is off them domestically

They should romp home.  All of which leaves them free to concentrate on the Champions League

After the humbling by Barcelona a couple of years ago, it does remain to be seen if they can produce when it matters

But then, the same can be said of both Liverpool, Manchester City and Spurs in this competition

PSG is the team for me. Mike Walters - Manchester City  After tipping City to win the European Cup before a ball was kicked, it would be disingenuous to desert them now

And there are no signs of the wheels falling off at the Etihad any time soon - axles, wheel nuts, hub caps, nothing

Even the tyre pressure looks perfect to the nearest PSI.  If anybody is going to stop them this time - and it's happened before - Paris St Germain looked a polished, affluent side at Old Trafford last week, and Kylian Mbappe continues to look the real deal with serious pace to burn

Super-rich oil baron state ownership, multi-squillion pound, money-no-object squad (don't mention financial fair play), top coach, runaway champions in their domestic league last season

all sounds very familiar.  The final could be like a spaghetti western shoot-out in the desert: A Fistful of Petrodollars against A Few Petrodollars More

Who says money doesn't hold sway over all else in football? Andy Dunn - Paris Saint-Germain  It may only have been against the team lying fourth in the Premier League but Paris Saint-Germain were impressive at Old Trafford and when Neymar and Edinson Cavani return, they have the firepower to go deep into the competition

But the team that is being slightly overlooked and can go all the way is Liverpool

They have the experience of getting to last season's final and their front three can cause havoc against anyone

Throw in a much tighter defence and a quality goalkeeper, there is no reason they cannot go one better

Tom Hopkinson - Real Madrid  Even without Cristiano Ronaldo and however unlikely a fourth successive titles might seem given their issues in La Liga this season, it is very, very difficult to look beyond Real Madrid

Their squad, man for man, probably doesn't compare to Manchester City's.  And over the course of a league season you'd put your money on Pep Guardiola's men seeing off the boys from the Bernabeu with some regularity

But in two-legged or one-off games at the business end of the Champions League, Real Madrid are peerless and despite Santiago Solari's problems you'd not bet big against them winning the tournament again

Matt Lawless - Paris Saint-Germain  I'm sticking with PSG.  They demonstrated why they are the team to avoid with their complete performance at Old Trafford last week - and that was without Neymar!  Yes, they lost at Anfield but Liverpool had no answer for Thomas Tuchel's team in Paris during the group stages

Manchester City will fancy their chances this year - but I also think Juventus could go far

David Maddock - Real Madrid  Real Madrid.  They've won it, what, FOUR times in the last FIVE years

So, y'know, they're clearly equipped to win it, in terms of squad, quality and - crucially - mentality

And they're already virtually in the QF. Aaron Flanagan - Manchester City  There cannot be much arguing that Manchester City have the strongest squad in the competition

Whether or not it will be their year remains to be seen, but their strength in depth gives them every chance of being able to juggle the league and Europe double

Just think, in City's 6-0 hammering Chelsea last week, they had Gabriel Jesus, Riyad Mahrez and David Silva all come off the bench

Leroy Sane did not even play a minute of the game.  What other team in Europe can boast that level of quality on the sidelines? Look the likes of Juventus, Barcelona and Bayern Munich's benches - they are not as strong

Some not far off, but quite simply not as good.  There is no reason why City cannot go all the way this year

It's about time they had a good run at it. Rich Jones - Liverpool  Liverpool have a rich tradition in European competition, and having reached the Champions League final last year there is no reason they can't go one better

Jurgen Klopp's side have tightened up their defence without losing any of the creativity and cutting edge which makes them one of the most potent attacking threats in Europe

The only concern is whether the energy they need for the Premier League title race could take its toll

However, the Reds always seem to raise their game in Europe.  Their last-16 tie with Bayern Munich will be a huge test, but they have the players and tactical nous needed to go all the way - as they showed to reach the final last year

Martyn Thomas - Barcelona  Barca have almost gone under the radar this season but are seven points clear at the top of La Liga and will fancy their Champions League chances

Their squad has been more than strong enough to cope with Philippe Coutinho, their most expensive signing, enduring a season to forget and Luis Suarez drawing a blank in Europe's premier club competition

Yes, coach Ernesto Valverde still relies heavily on Lionel Messi but Ousmane Dembele and Arthur, among others, have stepped up

The January addition of Kevin-Prince Boateng, although completely out of left field, does give Valverde the option to go more direct should he need to

Count the Catalans out at your peril.

Which Bible Character Are You? Discover Your God-Given Purpose - Kris Reece - Duration: 3:47.

hey my friends Kris Reece here. I want to talk to you today about which Bible

character reflects how you approach your purpose.

have you ever wondered what God wants you to do with your life?

too often we get caught up in the demands of life and the expectations of

others and we fall short of our purpose. if that's you I want to remind you that

you were created for a unique purpose. yes you. every one of us who is alive

today just as everyone whom we read about in the Bible was put here to play

a key role in the world. look you may read the Bible and think those people

were special. well they were. but so are you. they all had their share of

obstacles to overcome because no one is immune to life's challenges and no one

gets a free ride. Moses was no stranger to tough times.

Abraham took a few wrong turns and King David he certainly had his share of

stumbles. everyone mentioned in the Bible has one thing in common with each other

and with you too they had a god-given purpose that they

were destined to fulfill and I'm sure many of the people in the Bible felt

clueless from time to time but they embraced these three factors. their

strengths. God has gifted you very uniquely. the strengths he has given you

are no accident and they are not there by your doing.

stop downplaying what comes naturally to you and start embracing that God will

use that strength for your good and for his glory.

the next their circumstances. there's a saying that I love -circumstances don't

make a man they reveal him. God has you where you are for a reason.

stop thinking that everything needs to be perfect in order for you to fulfill

your god-given purpose. if Jesus can begin his life in a stinky manger, you

can be content with where God has you. the next, they embrace their next step.

most people become paralyzed by not knowing what to do to fulfill their

god-given purpose that's because they're trying to look at the big picture and

get everything all figured out look. if you're anything

like me God can't trust you with the big picture because you'll just mess it up.

instead he trusts us with just the next step and you already know your next step

so start walking. rarely does God clunk us over the head and reveal our entire

life purpose in one beautiful vision. instead he invites us to go on a journey

and I love the way proverbs 25:2 puts it. it is the glory of God to conceal a

matter it is the glory of kings to search it out. so are you ready to go on

a search your purpose is worth looking for I want to encourage you to click

down below this video and take our free quiz to tell which Bible character

reflects how you approach your purpose. this quiz isn't just fun the results

will tell you exactly which Bible character you resemble ,where you are on

your journey, what your strengths may be what to watch out for and how to move

forward. so go ahead and click down below this video to get started on discovering

what God wants you to do with your life. until next time remember nothing is

impossible with God

Iran showcases new submarine with ADVANCED WEAPONRY which can be fired UNDERWATER - DAILY NEWS - Duration: 2:42.

Iran showcases new submarine with ADVANCED WEAPONRY which can be fired UNDERWATER

IRAN has presented a new domestically-built submarine equipped with cruise missiles and

cutting-edge equipment.

Iranian President, Hassan Rouhani, attended the unveiling of the submarine in the Persian

Gulf.

The Fateh submarine has been produced amid mounting tensions with the United States and

Saudi Arabia, according to The Daily Telegraph.

The 527-tonne semi-heavy submarine has advanced weaponry, including torpedoes, naval mines

and cruise missiles, which can be fired from a submerged position.

Mr Rouhani said on Press TV: "From this moment, the Fateh Submarine joins Iran's naval

force with my order.

"Our defence power is solely defensive.

Our enemy's pressure and sanctions imposed on Iran have instigated our progress."

Iran is currently developing a large domestic arms industry due to international pressures

and embargoes that have carried it from importing many weapons.

The submarine, which is Iran's first domestically produced ship, is reportedly capable of operating

at a depth of more than 200 meters (656 ft) for up to five weeks.

Their navy already has up to three Russian-built Kilo-class attack submarines as well as cosmetically-produced

midget submarines.

In the past year, it launched a domestically built destroyer which state media said has

radar-evading stealth properties.

US President, Donald Trump, pulled out of a 2015 nuclear agreement and reinstated sanctions

on Iran in May 2018.

He said the deal did not do enough to curb Iran's development of ballistic missiles.

Mr Trump has also attacked Iran for its backing of para-military proxies in Syria, Yemen,

Lebanon and Iraq.

European signatories have also criticised Iran's ballistic missiles program.

However, they have resisted American pressure to scrap the deal.

Iran says it has missiles with the range of up to 2,000 km (1,250 miles), meaning Israel

and US military bases in the region are within reach.

Equity Research vs Private Equity - Which is Better? - Duration: 12:45.

hello everyone welcome to the channel of Wallstreetmojo friends welcome to the

tutorial on equity research versus private equity now this tutorial is

based on a very conceptuality regarding or you can see a dilemma solver because

an MBA was coming on let it be a CFA he's always into that dilemma

that what exactly should you should go for equity research or whether they

should go for private equity or Investment Banking and so on and so

forth so we are over here to discuss the difference between this two let's get

into the nitty-gritty of the same and understand what exactly goes in and

around see equity research and private equity they both both the profession may

seem to run along the same lines but there lies a huge difference between the

two of them equity research is all about let me write let me just draw things for

you a table that will be really be helpful for us to end to do some

analysis that is equity research and private equity and over here some point

of difference can be also the point of difference okay and this you see you

know let's begin so both the both the areas are really

lucrative but there is a huge difference equity research is all about over here

is finding valuations and you can say is researching and analyzing the listed

companies and stock exchange while private equity is all about researching

research is a main thing in in both the same in both the case when analyzing the

private companies and interpreting you can say with you know interpreting your

results so in this tutorial will try to point out the major differences between both

the profession and make it simple for you for your comparison so the second

point what is will be discussing what is equity research and what is private

equity equity research is a part it is a part of investment banking sector and is

meant for the intellectual and qualitative students your role as an

equity research analyst would include talking to forms traders and brokers for

discussing and sharing investment recommendation to recommendation for

clients so you would also have to collect information info and research is

is a part and parcel of your life if you are if you are into equity research so

basically you would have to collect information perform some financial

statement analysis FSA and based on the research you would be you'd prepare the

detail equity reports along with the complex financial models the financial

models is very important part of this relative valuation which is known as

comp comp valuation or precedent transaction method president transaction

whether is very famous once again p/e ratio PPV ratio

comparable coms and so on and so forth now let's see something regarding

private equity see a private equity analyst is a person who deals into

research and you can say analysis both okay but an analysis of what exactly

that is my question of private companies using the financial modeling techniques

see a private equity analysts the acts as a support to the private equity

companies and trading groups by providing an analytical and you can say

asset valuation support so asset valuation support and analytical support

is one key task the major focus is on recommending the strategies you know and

for the highest return on investments and balancing the equities and debt

instruments okay so if you like you know if you wish to

go into both the field they both are lucrative they both are really good but

it's on a personal choice to decide let's see some of the other details what

are the prerequisites that is required for this both the fields basically if

you see the prerequisites in case of equity research and in the PE let's see

usually CAS and MBAs are at the top of the choices of the recruiters for the

position of equity research analyst but it is not mandatory to have a commerce

background you have to master your analytical and quantitative ski skills

over here and you should have a strong interest in financial markets accounting

economics so you should also possess excellent communication skill in this

particular arena communication skills will play a major

roles you can say for pursuing the career in private equity a background of

Commerce and finance it is recommended Commerce and finance is recommended for

you should be an MBA to work in this field and should have relevant skillset

to handling multiple tasks logical reasoning analytical reasoning so

candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills a preferred

now let's see the employment outlook in both the case so the employment outlook

in this scenario see basic job roles that are part of equity research our

trainee ok so the very first step towards the career equity research is

being a trainee in a company it teaches you necessary skills required for

stepping into the shoes of associate and training can be of any time period you

can say between close enough to between 6 months to 1 year ok and and generally

it involves workshops case studies and lectures the second are the associates

training required in this is close enough to 1 year to 2 years ok and

they are hired as the associates associates are Equity Research Analyst

they provide written reports written reports and company opinions to the

sales department of the form the next is senior analyst the senior analysts so

the senior analysts are is a reputed position to inquire you would accompany

the CEO of the company in the doors and advise him on the special matters

generally a candidate works as an associate for around you know for 3

years and works as a senior analyst for several years before being promoted to

the position of vice president on the similar line of career progression in

the field of private equity it involves the designations which are as follow in

case of private equity the first one is the know known as the analyst he starts

at the level of analyst see as an analyst you would

be be supporting your team members and your major focus will be on financial

modeling developing your analytical skills so you're required to be an

analyst for close enough to 2 years before being promoted to the position of

associate the next is associate so over here the experience of around 2 or

more years in private equity firm would make you suitable for the position so

you can say 2 years you would review applications support your team members

in negotiations so negotiation will play a part over here and execution and

building contact execution the plan will will will play a major role in this

execution networking all will be major role playing drivers in in this

particular field so that is it and it requires a close enough to you can say

3 years of experience in this field as an associate before applying for the

post of associate director now next is associate director in this case the

minimum experience that is required is around 4 to 5 years and it's

compulsory for being an associate director sure you would be an important

part of a larger transactions and you would confine yourself to mid market

level mid market transaction as an associate director okay the next one is

a investment director let me read for you investment director so in this

scenario only those candidates who are highly experienced and I am selected for

this for this position so as an investment director you will play an

extremely important role in basically fundraising and taking strategic

decision strategic decision so over here the experience will play a major role

and your salary your compensation will be really high at this end second most

important thing only highly experienced and selected people are being selected

for this role now let's see something related to the compensation in

compensation in case of compensation talking about your career in the field

of equity research you're earning as an junior analyst would range somewhere

close to between $45,000 to let's say around $50,000 in case of equity

research annually and after or promotion as an associate you can expect a close

enough to in between 65,000 to 90,000 range on the basis of your performance

to both both the cases let's see see as a candidate post in your career in the

field of equity research the pros are you can say do you have good salary

undoubtedly okay but there is ample you can say of ample amount of exit

opportunities for work absolutely opportunity for work and the next one is

stable working hours so this are some of the pros there are some cons related to

this over here it is basically a desk bound job okay that is one bad thing

longer duration of in sitting in front of the computer sitting in front of the

the computer so this is again con and there is an interdepartmental pressure

in this particular arena in this in the in the field of private equity your

career is related to pros and cons would be as follow the first one is

you know there are convenient working hours so working hours are good the salary is

good salary again the same over here and there is ample knowledge to gain in this

particularly scenario okay so ample knowledge and there are some consolation

to this which is you can say in depth study and not much recognition is is

given in this particular end not much recognition as compared to other field

so what to choose see after reading the detail analysis of both the profession

this equity research and private equity it becomes clear that both of the

options can earn you good and give you really good monetary benefits by posing

your career equity research you can bring it can bring you in the limelight

as an aspirant of the private equity sector you would have to be compromised

in the limelight fact factor the private equity jobs can provide you valuable

experience which can be used later if you decide to foray into other sectors

equal research jobs are for those who have a strong liking towards the finance

and financial analysis so the decision to choose or any one of the given option

is extremely difficult as both the jobs can take your career to different
