Which pet is worth upgrading? Which one is the best?
Today's video topic is this.
So I looked all the pets in the game and compared them between each other. Thus, you won't waste your Crescerites.
Firstly, if you need critical chance, the best pet for crit chance is Arachna Doll
I didn't upgrade it because I don't need extra crit rate.
But if you need crit chance, I advise you to upgrade this.
Every level (pet color) you gain approximately 1700 crit chance
Blue pet is about 2200, and purple one would about 4000 crit
On legendary, you get up to +6000 crit chance
Apart from this, if you need more HP
Every %5 more hp pet is the same, so you can upgrade which you want.
Max value of these pet (legendary version) is %23 more hp
It's a good value but I don't think you would need more hp unless you are a tank.
Also, I realised this.
As for movement speed pet, this pet is the most productive one.
Because it gives 2% movespeed on GREEN version.
Look at this, blue and gives 5% movespeed.
Or, look at the another blue movespeed pet.
BUT, if you upgrade this green pet to blue, it gives 6,5% movespeed
With 5 Crescerite, you can get extra 1,5% movespeed compared to other blue pets.
It also means that this pet will be 1,5% HIGHER when you upgrade it to legendary.
As for movement speed, this is the best.
Today's game, wandering around first maps is not a good idea, because bosses drop for items and other ingredients is better.
A term which 'Running to the bosses' comes from this. More movement speed= more bosses
So, using movement speed pets is reasonable in order to arrive the bosses faster.
Apart from that, I upgraded damage pet
I also upgraded crit damage, because when I use it, my crit dmg 5.00, so I organized these pets for my shortcomings.
As I said earlier, I didn't upgrade critical rate pets because I don't need it, if you need I suggest you to upgrade arachna.
Anyways, I use crit dmg pet when I am doing solo map or without mage
Because as you know mage gives crit damage bonus to all group members. I use damage when I have a mage in my group.
Or, for selling items, this little doggy is effective.
On green, it gives 5% more selling price.
And max version is 20%, let me show you how it works.
Look at the price of this weapon.
When I use this pet, it gives more price.
So, it is a good pet in a long turn.
When you are selling cubes for 1k gold, with that blue version of this pet, it gives 1,100 gold, (1,200 on legendary)
Gold is precious nowadays.
After saying these, here is one of the most effective pet for me. Attack speed pet
This one, this gives 5% attack speed on green version, +6% each upgrade
There is also different attack speed pets, for example winter gnome, but it's stock version is already purple, so it can be upgraded only one time more.
And it only gives 13%, so not worth it.
So, if you want attack speed, this is the best one.
For now, I don't think using 50 Crescerite to upgrade damage pet is the best idea.
It gives 6% damage more but this damage is not so much in my opinion.
Here is the 14% more damage difference.
14% more damage gives me 2k damage, so 6% more damage gives me less then 1 k damage
So, for now, 50 Crescerite for 6% damage is so much.
You already take 25% more damage from the cheapest essence, and you get 150% more damage with q7 set. So 6% more damage means nothing.
I know, showing off with more damage. It looks cool. I agree with that.
When someone says 'I have 50k damage without essences'
OK, but, what about your crit chance? What about your crit dmg, attack speed? What about your defence values? etc.
Here I also chance my stats to max damage mode, but I won't. Because it is nonsense.
What's the point?
What I am trying to say is, your character stats should be balanced. You need everything equally, especially if you are a 2H DK.
If you try to get max damage, you have to lower the other stats, that's what I mean.
So, I don't think focusing SOLELY on damage is an optimal idea.
As you can see, I am trying to have a balanced stats. For example, my ressistance values.
By the way, crit chance is more important compared to damage, especially if you are a DK class.
Attack speed is also more important than damage, anyway.
So, for now, I won't upgrade damage pet.
Before that, I have 58 Crescerite, right now, I can upgrade two pet to purple, and one pet to blue.
So, my opinion is this: upgrade attack speed pet to purple.
%23 more attack speed at legendary, it is very good.
2,93 attack speed with purple pet, that's excellent
In this town, there is also a buff which gives %24 more attack speed for 2hours.
About 3,15 speed, very good i guess.
With q7 set and banner of war, you can get up to 4.00 which is max attack speed
So, as for attack speed, the more the merrier.
Playing with group has a lot advantages, when thinking of attack speed.
For example rangers gives attack speed to all party members, banner of war skill gives %37,50 as long as you have a party member nearby.
My point is, you can't join a party 24/7, you need to get points solo leaderboards for instance.
Solo is better for 2H DK's, I love solo maps because you are independent, you do whatever you want etc.
So, attack speed is advantageous in any case.
Because, with this great skill, the more attack speed we have, the less time we wait for our skills. For example, you get q7 set more quickly.
Every critical hit reduces the other skills, that's why I am telling attack speed and crit chance is more important than damage.
So, I suggest attack speed pet.
Also, I used this crit damage pet for a while, and it was efficient.
50 Crescerite for this pet is not necessary, however.
But you can make this blue or purple. It gives good crit damage
There is a pet called nefertari doll, but it gives 25 crit dmg ONLY in boss map, and it can't be upgraded because it is a unique pet.
Whereas, this pet gives 30 crit damage everywhere.
After that, I mentioned movespeed earlier.
If you don't this pet, I wouldn't recommend you to upgrade other movespeed pets. Because 1,5% movespeed is valuable in all aspects.
The other movespeed pets only gives 0,5% movespeed on GREEN version.
This pet's green version gives 0,5% for example.

But, green version of this gives 2% movespeed. So I will upgrade this. I use movespeed pet when I farm materi or farm ingredients for new royale gems.
We have now 28 Crescerite.
I can't upgade legendary pet now. That's why I will not use these Crescerites. Because on next release, presumably, new pet will be implemented.
So, I will save my rest of Crescerites.
Let's look again if we overlooked something.
+Rage or mana is not very efficient in my opinion.
+20 on legendary, not that good. Instead, you should upgrade attack speed, damage. IF you need crit, arachna.
For the other, I am checking again.
For tanks, this might be a good option. The percentage of this pet is not bad.
Is is only usable for tanks with shields.
23% more resistance on legendary.
Here is another defensive pet, it can also be upgradable.
I guess it gives 12% more on legendary both armor and resistance.
It is usable only for tanks with shields.
For this topic, I guess I've said all I wanted to say.
It's an another attack speed pet, but it gives only 2% on green version. Raptor pet gives 5% on green. So my suggestion for attack speed pet it better.
