EPCOT FOOD AND WINE BUCKET LIST || PLUS BIRTHDAY MONTH - Duration: 11:54.

hey everyone thanks for coming by Once Upon a Potts today we are talking all

about this year's upcoming Epcot Food and Wine Festival

so thank you so much for stopping by once upon a Potts again or if this is

your first time checking out a video welcome! today I am super excited we have

so much to cover first off it is August 1st so it is a birthday month

and that means that there's gonna be a lot of videos a lot of Giveaways going

on around Instagram and here on YouTube also there is the start of Epcot's Food

and Wine Festival I'm so excited so if those of you who know me from my

previous life as a food blogger you know that food and wine festivals are pretty

much my go-to and my specialty I'm super excited because I do get to go to this

year's Food and Wine Festival we just happen to have our September trip

planned and we'll be in Epcot on the Friday of our trip so hopefully won't be

too crazy if you've never been to Epcot food and wine festival it is pretty much

the creme creme de la creme Wow hey um like have no food knowledge whatsoever

the creme de la creme of all festivals that Disney holds what I love is that

they bring in foods from different countries that don't have pavilions

regularly represented in the park so today I am gonna talk about the bucket

list that I've created for myself for this year's Food and Wine Festival so

I'm gonna go ahead and start off with one that doesn't even have a country

affiliation really and when you go to Epcot food and wine you'll notice that

there are it's pretty much everywhere it's taken over the entire Park and in

future future world as you're walking towards World Showcase there are tons of

new food stalls set up that have lots of different sponsors and partnerships

you'll see like a dual partnership all MIT blued almond breeze Blue Diamond

Blue Diamond almonds I think it's and this one I'm really excited about is

boars and cheese it's gonna be called the cheese studio by Boris on okay so I

have to read these straight off my phone because I don't want to mess these up

because they sound delicious so the cheese trio comes with a profiterole

topped with borz on garlic and fine herb cheese and orange apricot jam then

there's a smoked salmon pinwheel with borz on shallot and chive cheese and

whipped cream cheese and everything seasoning and then a strawberry macaroon

with borz on pepper cheese sounds so good I'm so excited I love when you can

might try a few things at once and get a little sampling super excited about that

then there is a maple bourbon bores and cheese cake with maple bourbon cream

caramel and pecan crunchy and I'm very confused by this because it says it's

vegan hmm I don't know about that how can boars and cheese be vegan if you

know something I don't know please comment below because I have I'm very

curious as to how that can happen anyway let's move on so the next pavilion that

I'm really excited about and just a disclaimer I usually try to pick things

to put on my bucket list that don't typically have their own Pavillion all

the time but this one just sounded really good and the picture online

looked really good so we're gonna head over to China and there they have a

roasted duck bow bun now bow buns are kind of like my kryptonite just that

soft fluffy super smooth bun that oh it's so good and they fill it usually

would like some sort of obviously like a hoisin that makes it sweet but and

there's some sort of pickled vegetable in there too so delicious also on their

menu is going to be a mango bubble tea and I'm really excited to try this and

actually I guess I'm a little bit more skeptical to try this because if you've

noticed around Disney property they have the bursting bubbles and a lot of the

different drinks but nothing is actual boba bubbles boba tea if you're familiar

with boba cheese so kind of lunch I got this manga but mango bubble tea and see

what it's all about they do also have a honeydew cocktail that they're adding to

their menu that sounds absolutely insane and while we're talking cocktails can I

do a quick little plug so what would food and wine be without some sort of

fun theme shirt to go along with it right well obviously I did not forget

about that so I've created my new booze an around-the-world shirt and it has all

the countries listed with the little Mickey heads and the corresponding drink

for each pavilion now what I love about this is that you don't

have to use it just for food and wine it has all the standard countries and their

drinks on it but since there are a lot of families going and if you're like me

and you love to match with your little one obviously we're not gonna put some

boozing around the world drinking around the world shirt on the

kiddos right so well you're both in there's a good chance you want your kids

to be snoozing around the world so I had to get a little fun or a little creative

obviously please be responsible when you're drinking around the world don't

be dumb don't go into Disney Jail there there really are the Disney Jail

don't find out for yourself but there is a Disney jail I haven't found out for

myself don't like no I don't have a record in Disney my boozing around the

world and snooze it around the world shirts are available in my Etsy shop now

so order them soon so you can have them for your trip to food and wine or any

Epcot trip in the future okay now back to our regularly scheduled bucket list

alright so the next food on my bucket list for food and wine is in is going to

be in the Greece representation it's not even a pavilion it's like a hut but

anyway I think grace would be a really cool pavilion hmm what country pavilions

do you want to see added to Epcot World Showcase comment below and let me know

anyway back over to the greece food stall they have something called greek

loaded nachos so what it is it is thinly sliced pita chips all stacked up with

feta cheese olives peperoncinis tomatoes all this other delicious goodness I

think hummus is on there too oh my goodness I'm so excited to try it it's

great you can grab them and I think it's gonna be an easy walk around snack or I

can like she went on a little pro tip if you have kids

um the awning that goes over the stroller it's a great tray for your food

so you can put the awning over the stroller but your food on top and stroll

and dip and you're good to go actually did it with corndogs and go over to

Instagram you can see it over there so another food

at the festival that I'm excited to try is going to be in the Hawaii stall and

they have a grilled tuna tataki and I'm really excited because one of the

podcasts that I absolutely love and adore and pretty much the only podcast

that I do listen to is wdw radio show hosted by lumen jell-o he's like goals

for me okay but he did a review at the Nomad lounge and animal kingdom and

talked about this incredible tuna tataki and I'm really hoping that some chefs

talk to each other and maybe swap some recipes and some secrets so I get to try

it there because nomadland I'm not gonna get Kennedy to be quiet enough long

enough for me to like hang out in there so hoping that the Hawaii tuna tataki is

worth it so another pavilion that is a regular

pavilion all the time in Disney is Japan but their list actually had something

that I think both my husband who's an insanely picky eater and my daughter

who's a new leader because she's only one and a half will actually really like

and that is the teriyaki chicken bun and I'm assuming what it is again there were

there wasn't a picture for this one but my guess and we'll see if I'm right is

going to be like a steamed bun which I don't know why this is Japanese

collisional steamed buns or Chinese but anyway I'm thinking it's like a steamed

bun fully enclosed has some ground up or chopped up teriyaki chicken inside I'm

really excited to try it because I think my daughter and my husband will love it

alright I have a few more on my list next will be the Spain pavilion and this

sounds like a dream come true they are serving something called charcuterie in

a cone brilliant okay so what it is is a paper cone filled with Spanish meats and

cheeses and olives and pickled vegetables all in a cone so you can walk

around and you can eat it and you don't need to be like holding a cheese board

while you walk around I'm so excited about this this is gonna be delicious

super pumped next up Thailand in Thailand they have a

shrimp and scallop cake which hold the phone it's call up every

anyone who is saying scallop you are pretty much dragging your nails on a

chalkboard to anyone who's from the East Coast specifically Massachusetts

specifically the areas around New Bedford where scallops are from and

where they are harvested pretty much all the time if you've had a delicious scalp

it's from New Bedford and we can say it right so don't say scallop it's not a

basket Bal you're not a tile person right you're a tall person or you are

playing basketball or you're playing football stall up okay and then okay so

one tip that I do want to make sure that I convey and get across and I'm pretty

sure that this is still in effect go ahead trolls tell me I'm wrong in the

comments below I don't really care but last I checked if you are on the Disney

Dining Plan all of the snacks or excuse

me I just bloom I just blew the surprise

tonight anyway if you're on the Disney Dining Plan the food at the stalls count

as snacks most of them I believe most of them count as snacks so when you are at

the end of your trip and you realize oh my god I have only snacks and I don't

really want to bring rice krispie treats or all these cookies home remember that

ahead of time and use your snacks in Epcot for these different treats around

the park again I could totally be wrong I'm gonna find

out in September or you can tell me that I'm wrong now I don't care whatever

anyway super exciting again it is birthday

month so be sure to follow me on instagram at once upon a potts I have a

ton of things going on over there including my brand rep search I'm so

excited I got oh my gosh almost a hundred applicants to my brand rep

search and I found some great people and I just want to let everyone know it's

not about the numbers game it really isn't it's about the kind of quality

content and interaction and the fun that you're having spreading the magic on

Instagram so next time I have a brand rep search please don't be discouraged

by your numbers or that whole high school mentality of Instagram just have

fun with it and apply if you're interested in repping my shop so

with that said head on over to my NC shop to see all the new designs headin

over to Instagram subscribe below give a thumbs up if you liked this video or any

other videos that I have on my page that's gonna do it for me I'll see you

next time have a magical day

Train for hills in a flat place! (plus more running Q&As!) - Duration: 9:05.

How can you train for the mountains when you live in a flat place?

What trekking poles and budget packs do you recommend?

Are all ultras for mountain goats?

Find out in my new, weekly Q&A series answering all your trail running questions

Hi I'm Claire from Wild Ginger Films, the trail running advice and inspiration channel

If you're new here then make sure you click the subscribe button, and any

books or gear that I mentioned in my videos you'll find links to in the

YouTube film description below. Just click show more or the drop-down arrow

for details. So let's answer that first question.

So first of all this is definitely possible, but

you do have to use a bit of imagination and do multiple hill reps on the longest

rise you can find. My favourite weekly hill session for mountain ultras is five

times five-minute efforts up a one-kilometre hill, wearing my race pack

try to keep the same consistent speed throughout so avoid starting off a

flat-out sprint. Remember to keep your training specific to your race as well

so if the ascents are really really steep you'll probably be hiking so train

for that with multiple fast hiking reps on a really really steep hill, possibly

with poles if you think you'll be using them in the race. If the hills are more

gradual and runnable, do multiple hill reps on the longest gradual hill you can find.

There are a few technique tips you can use too, for example: Three Peaks

ladies record-holder Vic Wilkinson recommends a short quick stride, keeping

your shoulders and chest open rather than hunched over which compresses your lungs.

She also advises running at a consistent speed so that you get into a

steady rhythm up the hill. For more of her top uphill and downhill tips you can

check out the video here. If there really are no natural hills where you live or

work then do reps on stairs in high-rise buildings flats and multi-storey car

parks or even the slopes down into subways and up over bridges. A friend of

mine called Raj Mahapatra trained in London and Manchester, both very flat

cities, for the Bob Graham round about 65 miles with 42 peaks with over 8,000m

of ascent in the Lake District (the record that Kilian Jornet just broke)

Raj did hour-long sessions full of repeats (reps) on steps up two bridges and

on a short rise to a bench where he would do step ups and squats.

Inspired by Raj I created this 4-part Bench Beasting workout series so you can

use this to train for hills in flat places. The video is here

Legendary fail runner and busy working mum to two girls

Helen Whittaker nee Diamantides also did a tonne of squats and lunges in

training for the 2012 Dragon's Back race where she came fourth overall and first lady

Simple exercises like these will strengthen your legs for hills so check

out some really useful ones here.

Jason is doing the Great Eastern run

in Peterborough this October which is actually a road half marathon so on road

races are generally water stations throughout the race so I would actually

advise not carrying a pack with water as there's no need and it will just weigh

you down so you can tuck a gel and a 20 pound note into your shorts or 2 tenners

because they're waterproof these days, and to carry a smartphone

I would suggest a Sports Armband like this one here from Ultimate Performance

it's called the Ridgeway and it goes for about £16. If you still think you

need a cheap basic pack then I would consider this one it's the Kalenji

running pack from Decathlon which is £28, or you could go for the smaller,

lighter Ronhill Nano 3 litre vest which retails at £45 but I have seen it online

for about £35. I'm doing a budget packs test next so I will let you know how the

cheaper packs like this compare to those around the hundred pound mark

Yes I do use trekking poles on really long distances or on multi-day races. I swore by them

on the Cape Wrath Ultra earlier this year but I don't tend to use them on

single day races usually for me that's about 30 to 50 miles or possibly like

seven to nine hours in the hills and that's because I'm mainly running I just

used them when I know I'm going to be doing a lot of fast hiking for a long

time so they must be also easily collapsible for rocky mountain sections

when you need to use your hands too. I used to use the Mountain King Trail Blaze Carbon poles

that are about £110 and and they only weigh 231g

for the pair but during the Cape Wrath Ultra I found that the tip would get

stuck in the mud and when you pulled it out the other section

of the poll would also detach slightly which was both alarming and a bit

annoying after a while so next I would really like to try the

Leki Micro Trail Pro and the Black Diamond Distance Carbon Z that I've been

shown at recent trade shows so I feel a pole test coming on...

New subscriber Jane Hawksworth has been watching my Scafell Skyrace film

See it here, and she wants to know if all ultras are so mountain goat like?

Definitely not Jane there are hundreds and hundreds of other trail races and ultras that don't

have any technical exposed terrain and by that I mean rocky, high bits

there are tonnes on straightforward but still interesting paths and tracks so

one of my favorites is the Peaks Skyline race of about 30 miles around five

summits in the Peak District all on good clear trails across the Moors so there's

rocks underfoot and some steep hills so it is really interesting to run on but

nothing where you need to use your hands or any big drops that might make your

stomach lurch so even more tame underfoot than that you could try

XNRG's 3-day Druids Challenge race along the rolling fields and chalky clay

paths of the Ridgeway National Trail so both are really good ultras and highly

recommended I've done both and you can see more about the Druids Challenge here

this week's random thing that I saw which was cool is a Twitter post from

Montane ambassador Jen Scotney she made her two latest race medals into coasters

She says she doesn't usually keep race medals but she was proud of

these two long ultras and she wanted to do something more than just hang them up

Isn't that the best idea ever? I haven't done that yet with my medals I

would like to but my mum has made me this bean bag with my old race t-shirts

Isn't it brilliant? If you want to know how to make this head to my blog my

mum's written all the instructions on there it's www.wildgingerfilms.co.uk

That's the Great Eastern run that's the one Jason is doing

That's the Icebug, oh that's a great race in Sweden I absolutely love that, oh and this is

the Scafell Skyrace, that's the race I just mentioned - the one that Jane Hawkesworth

with was finding a bit mountain goat-like, that's an absolutely fantastic race

there's Kewick Mountain Festival 10 and 25k, and under the handle in here we've

got the Druids Challenge. The 3 Peaks race I haven't

actually raced that but I ran it after the race so mm maybe it counts,

I commentated. Stamford Striders, this is my local running club and our local race

the Stamford Strider Valentine's 30k, if you do it as a couple you get special prize

and this was a really amazing adventure race that Open Adventure

organised so it's the coast-to-coast adventure race we really really loved

that we did it a couple of times that's me

my friend Sarah and Kate who are my adventure racing buddies so if you want

to find out how to make this amazing race t-shirt bean bag or maybe you could

make a quilt in the same vein then go to my blog it's www.wildgingerfilms.co.uk

I'll put a blog post about my Mum's amazing bean bag on there.

So, my question for you this week is, "What do you do with your race memorabilia?"

Type your answers in the YouTube comments below and I'll read out the best one in next week's Q&A

Last week's question was, "Which athlete would you most like

to meet and what would you ask them?" I especially like this one from AJ who

wants to ask Joss Naylor, legendary fell runner, how he can make sure he

can still run when he's 70. This is a great question

and I am due to speak to Joss soon so I will ask him this. If you've got any more

trail running questions my weekly Q&A films then do type them below and subscribe if

you haven't already and click the notifications bell so you don't miss out

on any new trail running videos. Enjoy your next run, thanks for watching and I'll

see you on the trails

Review Rode Videomic Pro Plus - Duration: 6:13.

Rode Videomic Pro Plus Microphone that is directed to vloggers and those who love to make interviews!

Peace be upon you all. This is your host, Faisal Alsaif with a quick review of the Rode Videomic Pro Plus.

This Mic from Rode company is a professional mic that can be placed above the camera.

It comes with new features.

The sound quality is better than the previous version Videomic Pro!

The new mic is slightly bigger than the previous version

It comes with the Aux cable

It also comes with a USBC to headphone jack cable and a battery.

The battery is 1600mAh, which can give you up to 70hours of continuous recording.

The battery is better than the previous one!

The mic has automatic on/off feature

For example, if you turn off the camera while the mic is connected, the mic will also turn off!

If you turn the camera on, the mic will turn on too!

This feature will help you maintain your mic battery!

It has a 3.5 headphone port and a micor USB port!

It is compatible with all the camera that support the headphone port!

At the back, there is the on/off button

There is another frequency button to adjust your frequency from 75Hertz or 150Hertz.

There is another button to control the decibel.

You can adjust it to -10 decibel or +20 decibel.

It will help you to either reduce noice or record more voices.

If you want it to record more voices, use the +20 decibels.

If you want to reduce the noice, use -10 decibels.

Videomic Pro Plus comes with two features that you enable using the buttons.

You can enable the first feature by pressing the frequency button and the decibel control at the same time.

This feature will help you record better audio when there is winds or outdoor recording.

Or if you are using the deadcat!

The second feature is called Safety Track Mode, and you can enable it by pressing on the on/off button and decibels button at the same time.

This feature will help you record in one direction and reduce other directions.

This feature is helpful in crowded places or if there are other sounds you don't want to record!

The price of this device is USD300 or 1125 SR. Links in the VD!

It is great to use if you are a vlogger where the camera is away from you!

Ahmed is talking with me while he is 3meters away from me.

And I am using the Rode mic now. If you speak with Ahmed. His voice is ruining the recording.

My voice should be more clear!

Why? Because it is the Rode mic for vloggers. If you are in a crowded place, this will happen to you!

I knew he would do this!

This is the second department. You can use this mic for recording in a crowded place or a place that has echo.

It will be great to use in these places.

The battery last for a long time, and the battery is dead, you can use the USB port!

You can use a powerbank to charge it or you can use a AA battery and continue recording.

Something else we have to mention: it has antishaking feature which will help you reduce the sound of movement, steps or shakings

You have to be at least 70cm away from it to get the best audio.

If you are making interviews, make sure that the mic is directed at the one speaking, and also adjust the settings.

I am not wearing or holding any mics now.

If you make zoom out, you will notice that the sound isn't different, because the mic is already here.

Uusally, anyone responsible for the mic will have to make sure who is talking

If I move, he/she must redirect the mic towards me.

And if I move there, they must redirect it towards me again.

They also have to make sure that the mic doesn't appear in the frame.

Always wear a headphpne and plug it in the mic's 3.5 headphone port.

Make sure of the sound's quality.

Making sure of the audio quality will be helpful when editing.

We, in Tech Pills, use Audacity for audio editing.

The software is excellent and free. Links in the VD!

Something else I have to say about this mic, is that you have to look at your bundle.

If you use a deadcat in a place that doesn't have winds, it will be a mistake, instead, use the black sponge.

Also, check the environment where you are recording.

You can also use this 3.5 extension.

You can hook it to a camera or a rod!

where you can use it in interviews or you are recording something away from you.

This rod will help you get better audio, and you can make sure of the quality of the audio.

This is the end of the video. Glory and praise be to Allah. I witness there is no God but Allah. I ask Allah for forgiveness and I repent to Him.

Peace be upon you all!

Done Deal: Arsenal offer star winger double wages plus 5-year deal – Emery desperately wants him at - Duration: 2:46.

Arsenal have reportedly agreed a five-year deal with Alex Iwobi worth £60k-per-week to the midfielder

Reports over the summer had suggested that Iwobi was not in Emery's plans but it seems as if these were mistaken Iwobi, 22, has certainly stalled since he broke through into the Arsenal first team under Arsene Wenger

Fans have been hopeful that under Emery he could kick on again and get back some of the sparkle we saw when he first made himself known to us so reports that he could be sold were concerning

Thankfully, it seems like we need not have worried and can get back to looking forward to watching him start developing again

Iwobi admitted that he 'didn't do well' at the World Cup but admits being played out of position is a 'sacrifice'

Iwobi started for his country against Croatia before being benched for the games against Iceland and Argentina

He played just one minute against each of those two teams and was substituted against Croatia

In total, Iwobi played just 62 minutes in Russia."The number ten position is where I have grown up playing

When I play out wide, it is normally to sacrifice to help the team but anywhere I am told to play, I don't mind," Iwobi told Kwese Sports Mimi Fawaz before the Super Eagles game against Argentina

"I didn't do well against Croatia, it was a hard game for everyone. Iceland, I came on and I did my best but at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how I do as long as the team does well

In total, Iwobi has seven competitive international caps for his country since his debut in a friendly against DR Congo in October 2015

Picking up a total of 22 caps, he has played 90 minutes just three times.Nigeria finished third in Group D, one point behind second-placed Argentina

They won three points thanks to their 2-0 win over Iceland in their second game.
