What???
That was exaggerated but it's something like that.
Guys, I adjusted the lighting because it was too bright earlier.
Can you see my script? Yes, I have a script. LOL
If you don't want to walk around the city, then you can just ride the tram within the free tram zone.
Sometimes it's cheaper but they're the ones that's almost breaking down.
but in the City..
Drivers here are used to having cyclists around..
so that you can just ride your push bike..
or even better, just walk..
Because It's okay to walk around here..it won't make your booger dark..(it's not polluted) toink!!
It is quite expensive..
If you think about it..
..because I haven't been to Europe..
Oh my..poor me..
If you compute it for the day..
plus the snacks in between..
the coffee..
crepes...and all that..
You will probably spend $60-70 aud
STARVE YOURSELF. LOL!!!
If you really want to budget your money..

Child Style Adventures: Harry's Waterpark - Trinidad and Tobago (subtitles available) - Duration: 3:25.
Hi everyone, it's Mahlia!
Thanks for joining me
on this episode of CHILD STYLE ADVENTURES.
Today, I'll be telling you about
my trip to Harry's Water Park.
Harry's Water Park is located in Rio Claro,
Trinidad and Tobago!
Two hours of driving felt like forever,
But luckily, there was a lot to see.
so I was perfectly fine
When we got there, it didn't take long for me to see
why my mother says
that Harry's Water Park is the perfect place
for a family get together.
Me?
I was just happy
that there were entire areas
just for kids!
Many of the adults in our group
were happy enough to stay under the sheds,
but I was ready to get splashing!
My favourite area was the perfect combination
of my neighbourhood playground
and my community swimming pool.
There were places to climb,
places to swim,
and of course, places to slide!
I also tried my skills at canoeing.
There were difficult moments,
but I eventually got the hang of it.
When I got tired,
I got to relax at the Lazy Kingdom.
This also had some difficult moments.
There were so many things to do and see,
it was scary how fast time flew.
I barely got to check out the Nature Trail.
On a scale of ONE to TEN,
I would give Harry's Water Park
a NINE.
On one hand,
I wish I was taller
so I could access the bigger slides.
But on the other hand,
there were so many things for children,
I had fun any way!

I hope you enjoyed this video.

If You Want To Cure Diabetes Permanently | Therapies And Lifestyle Changes - Duration: 15:32.
hello welcome to our Channel today dr. Brenda Agarwal is with us hello Doctor
hello yeah nowadays diabetes become a major problem whities so like you've
heard diabetes has become a major cause for early illness and death in
populations globe across worldwide and the concern is that the prevalence
continues to increase India itself actually represents about 49 percent of
the total diabetes population in this world comparing to other yes
and that number puts it as further most recent records at 7.2 crores so the
concern has been that as these countries as people continue to progress
economically with increased availability of foods like fast foods and people
adopting sedentary lifestyles coupled with of course a higher risk
genetically say if your parents had diabetes we all include this right and
that all increases the risk for developing type 2 diabetes which is the
most common form of diabetes almost about 90% of the total diabetes
population that we see could you tell us doctor what are the signs and symptoms
of diabetes so oftentimes actually there is a big delay in the diagnosis of
diabetes and the reason being that a lot of people almost about 40% of people may
not have any signs of entance so it's usually during a routine general
examination that they get you know get a blood test done for blood
sugars or get a urine testing done for sugars and they are diagnosed with
diabetes but in some cases patients do complain of increased thirst yeah
definitely more thirsty they may complain of frequency a few our nation
that they have to get up multiple times during the night they face any problems
while which hydration no not really unless one or two you know of course
diabetes also increases the risk for developing urinary tract infections so
so some people may complain of pain during mixture is rising and burning
sensation during maturation otherwise they may just notice plainly an
increased frequency of going to the bathroom
some people may also complain of weight loss unexplained weight loss that they
have not been really trying to lose weight it will occur with everybody not
with everybody like I said you know not everybody is a book picture where you
know they have all the signs and symptoms but a lot of patients may
present especially if they have been actually who are suffering from this
condition particular condition right so especially if undiagnosed and their
blood sugars have been really high then they may present with weight loss
because of all the loss of calories in the urine ah okay some patients may
actually present with visual blurring their talk the interesting because
diabetes we know of one of the major concerns with uncontrolled diabetes is
that it tends to affect major organs one of them is eyes eyes so one of the
potential complications of uncontrolled diabetes is the development of cataracts
glaucoma retinopathy so a lot of times people may actually present with eye
complaints and that leads to a diagnosis we take this as a signs and symptoms
right so the patient essentially would come to the clinic and complain that you
know I'm noticing I don't see very clearly when I'm driving I don't see the
objects in front of me very clearly often Lee people will come late about
this right right so those are the most common concerns complaints some people
may just say that I just don't feel right I feel more tired you know I'm
generally feeling a little weaker tired and weak right so those are very general
symptoms but I think anybody anybody can face this so if anybody lands at any say
that right so we further question these people you
know whether this person appears to be at a higher risk for diabetes then may
you know then we may go ahead and suggest that you know that I'd be a flow
male yes it would be appropriate to get tested for it by artists who are the
people who tested for this diabetes so that's a good question because I guess
since there are no major science or science or warning science that will
tell you that you know could I have diabetes it's important to identify a
risk factor they can get an idea right so in general if we follow the American
Diabetes Association older age so age more than 45 but in the in diabetes it
depends on age too right we are talking about the most common form of diabetes
which is type 2 diabetes so older age is a risk factor we see that an Indian
subcontinent the South Asian population patients actually present a decade
earlier so these patients may even be of younger than 45 years of ages what I'm
trying to say then you know if they have any of these risk factors like they're
overweight with a BMI of more than 23 kilograms per meter square or if they
have one or both of their parents diagnosed with diabetes or any
first degree relative with diabetes then their risk goes up by four to six
percent of developing diabetes patients who already have a history of high blood
pressure or high cholesterol levels women who may have had a history of
diabetes during their pregnancy which is called as gestational diabetes yes are
also at a higher risk of developing diabetes prevent this for the child for
the means fetus no so babies don't have diabetes huh so it's basically it's the
same thing that these babies who are born to mothers who develop diabetes
during their pregnancy are at a higher risk of developing diabetes when they
reach their adulthood okay so it is not an immediate phenomenon but just like we
talked about that patients who have their mom or dad yeah mothers so they're
gonna get in a certain age yes so it is you know how it ends right so their risk
goes up by four to six percent and can we prevent this so that's an again a
good question because ideally we see that the reason why diabetes prevalence
is increasing is because of a change in our lifestyle yeah so we can't change
our genes but we can definitely change the environment next around us so
adopting a healthier lifestyle making sure that we eat a more healthy more
balanced diet which is rich in fruits and vegetables eating less it is
important to follow but if I died for the diabetes right so it is important
that you eat less of refined carbohydrates you know less of fast food
and make sure that we get some sort of daily activity the recommendation is
usually say at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise on most days
of the week so the you know people who smoke should be encouraged to quit
smoking you know if you have an effect so
smoking increases the chances of developing you know heart disease or you
know the risk for a brain stroke so that is why and these are the complications
that we you know associate with diabetes drinking cool drinks are taking the fast
food right so these are real problems related things so especially sugar
sweetened beverages how a comment like right so they should be idly consumed
very less people will skip these kind of things right so is there any chance to
avoid this diabetes that is that is why like I said genetics we can't change but
we can definitely adopt a healthier lifestyle to help improve our chances of
not developing or delaying the diagnosis of diabetes doctor could you tell us how
do we diagnose the diabetes so diagnosis of diabetes is usually based on a blood
test so there are three major criteria for diagnosing diabetes one is your
doctor may ask you to get a fasting blood sugar checked fasting usually for
about a period of 10 to 12 hours and then if the fasting blood sugar is more
than 125 right fasting means before for the meal
so any number or value more than 125 milligrams per deciliter is indicative
of a diagnosis of diabetes second test is also known as hemoglobin a1c or
glycated even see test which value more than or equal to six point five percent
is diagnostic of diabetes the third testing that is done is called
as a blood sugar which is more than or 200 milligrams per deciliter after an
oral glucose-tolerance test so oral glucose-tolerance test is a test where
your doctor will make well have you drink a sugary drink which consists of
75 grams of glucose and thereafter we check your glucose level levels and at 2
hours if your level is equal to 200 raises right then it is diagnostic of
diabetes we recommend that all these tests should be repeated on a separate
day ok to confirm the diagnosis we should go there again and again not
again and again but it has to be confirmed on two separate occasions we
make our diagnosis of diabetes could you tell us doctor or what are the
treatments are available for this so when you get diagnosed with diabetes
your doctor will first and foremost ask you to adopt a healthier lifestyle
which as we spoke about initially go to the first right
so modification in your diet in consultation with a dietitian and 30
minutes or more of some sort of moderate intensity daily exercise if your blood
sugars are noted to be persistently higher than what is recommended at a
follow-up of a minimum of three months your doctor may suggest taking
medications which may include oral medications or injectables like insulin
their insulin so the choice is usually guided by the history of the pills going
to take the insulin I'm suffering from diabetes not really I
think your doctor would be able to identify such weather yes whether you
are like at risk for certain complications from diabetes that would
best respond everybody required insight so your ideally yes the diabetes
develops when there is an absolute deficiency of insulin or your body stops
responding effectively to encircle needed actually who needed insulin so
they need to continue for the life long again this is an ongoing evaluation with
your doctor the doctors usually follow how your
blood sugars have been responding your daily insulin needs so they can stop
them in the middle right I mean if when it comes to normal level what happens is
that a lot of people may develop complications like you know they have
kidney complications or you know certain other issues may arise which may lead to
low blood sugars so if the doctors assesses that hey you know this person
does not need as much insulin they may cut down the need for insulin or you
know they can use suppose if a person there was a reason why they were using
insulin yeah so and if this reason it is so insulin is a hormone which an organ
called pancreas means it will reduce the in
and this hormone insulin is responsible for culturally controlling your blood
sugar levels yes okay so a deficiency of this hormone essentially leads to the
diet cooling of this blood Sugar's higher blood sugars and subsequent
diagnosis of diabetes so what I was trying to say is I think the thing to
include may be that the decision to continue medications or insulin or
choosing one medication over the other or choosing one medicine over insulin or
choosing one insulin over different other types of insulin also is very
patient specific okay I had a patient right and you know what if they have any
other comorbidities if they have any other complications how poor or how good
their blood shall control is so that is where your doctor can help you figure
out what would be the best websites and for best course of treatment for you

Palm Life's Resident Foodie Brad Prepares Caribbean Chicken Empanada Appetizers! - Duration: 14:10.
TASTE-TEMPTING CARIBBEAN CHICKEN EMPANADA APPETIZERS! YUMMY!
hey gang everybody hi and welcome newcomers to living under the pawns live
under the palms just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you for your
subscriptions and following us and we really do appreciate the thumbs up and
the sharing you know even over 60,000 subscribers hasn't been that yes it has
hey thank you yeah thank you very very much it's all for from your
encouragement and hopefully all for your entertainment and information we like to
get you some something different out there and hopefully that we're doing
just that and and our food maven Brad is going to be doing another killin eric
creation today and i'm wondering probably gonna be pretty darn good oh I
think it's gonna be really good we're gonna do an appetizer today and
it's going to be Caribbean chicken and bananas with a lime sour cream dip yummy
mm-hmm you said that's so Brad I just I just wanted to share with the viewers
that empanadas comes from empanadas Spanish or Catalan
verb meaning to cope or baking bread ah and the number one countries Argentina
and use of yes it is number two is Chile mm-hmm number three is the Cape Verde
Islands I wouldn't have thought that number four is the United States that I
could understand take it away and here we go look forward to it spend
the next ten minutes and salivate bye bye
okay so the first thing we're going to do is start with one tablespoon of
butter I like using unsalted for this particular at recipe and one tablespoon
of oil and bring both of those up to about medium-high once your butter has
come to a nice soft I won't call it a boil
but go ahead and add your onions and let them saute until they turn golden brown
you
okay once they look but they're getting that nice golden color on them we'll go
ahead and add our ground chicken
remember won't have to cook the chicken too long just enough to get rid of the
pink because they will bake for a while and then that will finish the cooking
the cycle of the chicken
okay that looks done enough now now that were drained we're going to add one cup
of Zante and raisins some people will use just regular golden raisins or
raisin raisins if you will and two tablespoons of ketchup Thank You mr.
Heinz yes thank you mr. Heinz I wish they were paying us to solicit them
that's okay yes it is and we'll just throw that around a little bit I'm not
turned down the heat just a tad two and chop up the chicken a little bit of
course
patrol Oh
I had a little bit more you need the the ketchup to just a coat we're not looking
to put this in a sauce it's just gonna be enough to coat and mr. Paul has our
lovely daughter sage beautiful cat well we're sage oh hello there she is
she loves this cooking you know sure it feels like she was a little senorita
back in Majorca yeah the stories of her courtesans a little bit more no send
only mom that will go in our delicious dipping sauce ah that looks nicely
coated now keep chopping up the chicken for nothing working with ground chicken
versus ground beef is your ground beef will crumble nicely and ground chicken
actually needs a little help and chopping it up into the nice size that
will fit into our trap empanadas because remember we're making hors d'oeuvre
empanadas not dinner empanadas so they're gonna be a little bit smaller
but oh so tasty you need twice as many sure
so that makes up for that problem
another difficulty rancheros out there
hmm now in this take 1/8 teaspoon of ground
cloves any bread is fine and just a touch of cinnamon and you notice if you
want to measure it out by all means please do that you don't trust them all
I have a pretty good eye I have a pretty good eye for measuring so generally
unless it's very specific thank you
there we go now we're going to let that cool off while we make our empanadas
casings see be right back
okay to make our crust actually I'm taking easy way out if you'd like to
make your own crust there are some wonderful recipes and ideas on the web
however what I'm using is a pie cake crust and to that we need to make
two-and-a-half to three inch circular round things to fill up our empanada is
so you can either use a cookie cutter or in this case I have a glass and just
start by putting the glass or the cookie cutter somewhere do a little twist twist
twist and then go around your pie crust to cut out the rest of your circles
now that you have your circles all cut out we're going to do is just take some
of our mixture and write as much as you can in the center just put a little
little lob of it right about there until all of your circles
okay now that they're all filled here comes the really tricky part and that's
to fold them without squeezing everything all over place you wet the
edges so we have to take a little bit of water and go around the edges and then
gently heat without ripping anything too much fold it over like so I guess they
break them and if you have the big ones you can break them yeah this one is but
these are too small to braid so on this I just go ahead and just tamp them down
with the fork and you do that on each and every one
once you have all of your empanadas sealed take a knife just take our egg
whisk it along make yourself a nice egg wash and go ahead and
don't worry about being neat or creative on this part just go ahead and egg wash
all of your in bananas
yeah
and there we go at the golden-brown and now we're going to go ahead and put it
in a 375 oven for 20 to 25 minutes until they're golden brown we'll see you when
we come out bye y'all
now while the empanadas are cooking we're going to go ahead and take a handy
rasp line and we're just going to go ahead and put some of the zest of the
line we'll write into the sour cream
and then
just a couple drops of some lime juice this is a Persian lime so it's not very
useful but there we go just a couple of drops and next add up hands are washed
after every move so chefs prerogative
mm-hmm oh very tasty I think that might just need a couple more drops of lemon
I'm sorry lime juice and we'll let that chill well what a beauty we are ah yeah
mm-hmm I can smell the Caribbean walking right through the air right now
and to go with that we have a nice ice-cold margarita on the rocks this
time not uh not our frozen that's slushie no but it's made with very very
good tequila yes represent blue agave onte yes so give
this a try mmm they're not that hard to make and they will be a hit at your next
party yeah bite sized enjoy oh yeah we will see you later guys and gals thanks
again Shipman will have some things he's been looking up in right now in the
planning stage but you're gonna have some good eatin
thank you very much bye now thumbs up

Photoshoot diary ǀ Day in the life of a fashion designer ǀ AD ǀ Justine Leconte - Duration: 15:19.
Hi everyone, it's Justine.
Earlier this year I said that I was learning more about photography and about how to create
good photos.
This video is the story of the full process of how I learned that, from learning the actual
skills necessary, to planning and executing an entire photoshoot.
You will see behind the scenes on the photoshoot day, and you will see the final results, which
is the photo.
I wanted a creative image of the jewelry collection that I designed.
Not something on a white background, like on a web shop.
This, we have everything we need already.
I wanted a better, more creative image.
Product photography is challenging because you're talking about very small pieces,
small products, and mine are in metal so they reflect light.
First I learned about the tools to get the technical part down, so to speak.
So that it's out of the way when I actually start creating images.
I watched tutorials on Skillshare.
Some of you may know that website already.
And I started with the basics.
Things like fundamentals of DSLR photography.
That's a good one to start with because you see examples, and he really says "This
photo was shot with shutter speed bla bla bla, aperture bla bla bla, ISO so and so.
If you change the aperture, this happens.
If you change the ISO, that happens."
I'm a visual person, so it helps me to be able to see the results and compare.
Then I dove into the specifics of creating flat lays, which is something that I could
reproduce and practice with pretty much alone, at home.
And I said, "Let's try and do a good flat lay of that jewelry.
With the props, with the lighting, whole program".
Then I thought, "Wait, if I'm gonna do a photoshoot, why not do a big one?" And so
one flat lay ended up being five completely different creative concepts and the mini-photoshoot
that I wanted to do became a full, full day.
No matter which item you're taking a photo of, I think that planning the composition
ahead of the shooting day is absolutely essential.
Each flat lay tutorial that you'll find online has a huge chapter on laying out the
things on the table, thinking it through before anyone even grabs a camera.
So I sketched what I wanted, I looked for props.
I tested them.
I got more props.
And in the end, I also built some of the props I used.
For instance, I found slices of wood.
I like it because the wood is warm; it has a warm color.
And it has texture on the outside.
But they were too new.
So I stained, I dyed the wood slices with tea.
Ahhh!
My tea was Darjeeling tea, so I'll let you guess how many sponges of Darjeeling you need
to get the effect that you would get with actual black tea?
And the answer is "It doesn't work.
I ended up using coffee."
I also machine-washed a specific thick paper, to give it texture, relief, see what would happen
to the color.
Thinking how can this possibly survive being washed, but the instructions clearly said
that the paper was water-resistant, so I tried.
First I tried to get it into the machine, and then I added detergent to see what happens.
On the day of the photoshoot, I was super prepared.
I was bulletproof.
I also think it's the only way to get five photos down in one single day.
You need to test, rehearse everything before.
You can't guess and experiment on that day.
Like, you need to know pretty much what the final result is gonna look like before you
even start.
I was trying to put a natural-looking hand.
That's still a bit more…
Uh-huh…
This corner…
Good thing that I'm wearing a dress.
You see the edges?
No, I'm fine with cropping.
Yeah.
The two little hands are here in the middle so the most important is that it's not like
this.
Yeah.
I need to change my seat.
Yeah.
This pose was a lot harder than I thought.
Like I needed to hold my hands super high above my head.
I was literally seated under the table.
You have to make it more…
This hand is not elegant.
The right hand higher.
There.
This has to be more elegant.
More elegant?
Extreme sport.
I'm like "Hold.
Like… do like this and look natural."
This one is the warmest, like right now I'm super tanned, so I think this one works better,
the apricot one.
That's also why I did my nails lighter.
Ok.
Here the contrast is better if I'm wearing silver, so it matches my undertone, because
I want all the backgrounds to be completely different in the five photos.
If I do like this, you don't see the hole.
I love the contrast.
The second photo was meant to be more graphic and also more colorful than the first one.
I just wanted to make it a bit brighter.
If you're going to do a pause, can you cream your fingers?
I think I've never been that tanned since I've lived in Germany.
The lower one I didn't touch I think.
But I will clean it again…
You will clean it again?
Thank you.
I can see everything.
There's some wind coming.
Do it again.
I made it darker.
Mhm.
The sharpness, I think it's sharper here.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's better.
The contrast is better.
I think just a normal T-shirt is not elegant enough, very basic.
And the blue one?
If I'm wearing a bandeau?
And you cut it out so I'm wearing nothing?
Yeah, that would be even better, actually.
We can do both.
Ok.
Yeah?
So this needs to be really black, yeah?
Yes.
And the back also.
Does this look really black?
It should look really, really black.
The contrast is great.
My collarbones need to be at the same height.
Like, it should almost be like, in the same method.
Yes.
So, we have two options here, black and white and color.
In the end this photo became two different photos, because I wanted to try it also from
the back, with a necklace worn the other way around.
And that's only possible if you plan more than one outfit, so I actually had four different
dresses and tops, and different necklines with me in my suitcase on that day.
That's the muscle?
Yeah.
There's nothing there.
Could you do another position with your arms, perhaps…
There is good.
This is a lot more green than I thought.
Yeah…
I mean this is the thing you're gonna see on the photo.
You know?
Cause also it's so big.
It's very present.
That's true.
Or I take just the little ones… the mini ones.
Like one bit like this.
Yeah, that would be better.
When you build houses as an architect, like you make a miniature city, for instance…
Oh, that's what it is…
You use this for the stones and everything.
Like those that you find next to a river, you know?
You want to make one?
I just don't want the props to be too big because the pieces are so small.
So the props should not shift the focus away from the jewelry, you know?
I also can go towards the right angle, doesn't matter.
But you need to change the light as well.
Ok.
Just turn.
Careful, careful.
Yeah.
Take the fabric.
Can you see where this starts, here?
Yes, I can.
No…
It should be behind the… behind the box.
I wanted it to be hidden by this box with the angle.
This is actually the flat lay that I wanted to do originally, before I got a little bit
carried away and turned that into a huge project.
Yeah, it looks good.
I'm gonna change the position.
I think this is a bit too much on the…
If you do a square, I think the jewelry is a little bit too much…
I see what you're saying…
On the top.
So we'd perhaps…
Yeah.
We can move that a little bit.
I think you can't see those.
Yeah.
This needs to change.
So…
Can we take another branch?
Very patient.
Uh-huh.
To do this job.
It's the art of flat lays.
Yeah.
You think it's easy… but it takes hours.
This is the result of the washed paper.
Now it looks old and used, which is exactly what I wanted.
Last shot.
This and this.
So in the end, I used coffee instead of tea.
Cause it's…
This is with tea.
This is with coffee.
And this is the original.
Lavender, dried.
Old books, with a nice texture and a nice cover, and this, which I found in an antique
shop.
Ok.
It seems that it's more difficult sometimes to make it look messy.
Yeah, it's harder.
It's harder, right?
Yeah.
Especially in a flat lay where you're planning everything.
And doing like… thinking it through in advance.
And then you put the props and it looks all symmetrical and geometric and you're like
"ugh".
Ok.
You know, actually, this…
This lavender thing was supposed to be olive branches.
Oh, ok.
I couldn't find any.
I went through all of Berlin.
So I took these ones, and in the end, nobody will know.
This photo, the last one, was meant to be completely different again.
You see it's afternoon light.
It's a completely different atmosphere and a different mood.
Even though both are pretty much from the top and pretty much like flat lays, this one
is about someone who just took off their jewelry, the pieces, and just let them fall onto the
bedside table.
Next to the book.
Next to an old, loved photo.
And they left.
They didn't think about what the layout would look like.
Everything should be like a little bit covered, yeah?
Yeah.
And also, random.
Yeah…
Like not so organized.
Is it too organized?
No, I think it's better.
It's like a warm light, but not too yellow, right?
Yeah.
Exactly.
But you can tell it's the afternoon?
Yeah.
Yeah.
In the end, you see that the five photos are completely different, and we've got options.
We've got vertical, horizontal and square ones.
Which is super practical to play with on social media, on my website, and you'll also see
more on my Instagram.
Actually, by the time you get this video online, published, I will have the final photos ready
to be shown.
Now I'm very curious to know, first, which photo, which layout, which mood, is your favorite
out of the five and why?
Second question…
Which one do you think best matches the original mood of the jewelry?
If you've seen my previous video where I explain the inspiration for this collection,
I think that one photo out of the five clearly is the closest to that concept, but I'm
curious to see what you guys think.
I'd like to thank Skillshare for sponsoring this video.
I learned the skills in their tutorials.
They made it possible for me to shoot that project with a team, and to even hire somebody
to document and film the whole day so that you guys could see it as well.
Skillshare is a membership-based website where you can learn a ton of different skills, including
photography, but not only…
There are many, many more things that you can learn on there.
And if you're interested in testing it, trying it out, here is my code for you to
get two months for free.
The first 500 people who register will get it.
I will put this link also down below in the description for you.
Did you enjoy being able to see behind the scenes on the day of the photoshoot?
If yes, thumbs up.
Thank you very much.
I know that my creative job is not like a regular office job, and I get tons of questions
about it.
In the future, I will do my best to take you with me more often, especially with fun days
and projects like this one because it's visually, I think, interesting to see, so
that you understand what I do all day when I'm not filming videos for Youtube.
See you next week in the next one.
Take care.
Bye.

An Early Video Debut - Farm to Table's Video for the OWL Community - Duration: 13:03.
hi I'm Mike today is the farm-to-table dinner on the ranch in a few hours
yes it's past midnight 75 guests will begin to arrive and enjoy a catered
dinner sourced mostly from right here a part of that dinner is gonna be the
viewing of a special video which you guys get to see first right here on our
Wyoming life
so a year ago this weekend we held our very first farm-to-table dinner it was a
completely stressful high anxiety horrible time leading up to it and when
we got there it went by so fast that we wish we could do it again
so we did this year today as a matter of fact and coming up on Tuesday I'm gonna
bring you a video of all the happenings from today one of the biggest parts of
our dinner last year was the debuting of a brand new episode of our Wyoming Life
I honestly don't remember which episode it was but it must have been a good one
because when we started selling tickets for this year's dinner one of the
questions that we were asked is if we were gonna debut another video the
answer actually turned out to be no we're gonna debut that video here for
you the attendees of the dinner they'll get to see it I'll just be a little bit
later I'm sure I'm gonna catch some slack for it probably well I guess a few
of the dinner guests our subscribers in fact I know they are but I also wanted
to bring you into the fold you guys are just as important after all
it's with your help that we've gotten to this point I had a little trouble coming
up with a video to do for the farm-to-table dinner part of the reason
is because a lot of the people who are at the farm-to-table dinner aren't
subscribers so we wanted to do something that would give them the gist of what we
do and why we do it so without further ado I would like to play it for you an
advanced screening of basically a clip show but it's our roundup on our Wyoming
Life
have you ever just had an idea an idea that seems silly it doesn't make any
sense an idea that your friends may even consider you crazy for even considering
I've had a lot of those ideas in my life in fact I spent a majority of my life
just trying to reach people I worked in radio for a lot of it and of course when
you work in radio you do reach a lot of people but aside from the fart jokes and
the 98 nine the rock brings you another 40 solid minutes of today's biggest rock
hits you're not really conveying a message did I met Aaron and we came to
this ranch well then I spent years trying to communicate with cows now cows
are great listeners then they might that might be because they know that I
control the food but still there's no message no deep thought eventually Aron
together with Aaron and I and our mom Rita and the cows and calves and every
little part of this ranch we found a new message one that we've been proud to
spread through Facebook YouTube podcast pretty much anywhere we can get somebody
to listen that message is simple agriculture is important it's important
enough for everybody to think about at least occasionally whether you're a
immediate Arian which really I don't think it's a word but I kind of like it
or the strictest vegetarian or a flexitarian or whatever you may be I'll
tell you a little secret agriculture still matters
it shouldn't be a secret but over the years it's kind of been put on the back
burner how many people have heard this my food comes from the grocery store so
I don't have to worry about the farmer or the rancher I'd like to think that
everyone knows that that's a joke but somehow I doubt it so we decided to do
our thing put ourselves out there 580 days ago we decided that if we reach one
single person and make them think about where their steak or their ears a corn
or their grapes come from then we would have succeeded and if we could show the
family and the people behind their food and make them care about that well
that's just icing on the cake one year ago today we sat here in the shop at
last year's farm-to-table dinner having just gained our 3,000 subscriber today
we have over 40,000 that's a lot of people who care from farmers and
ranchers to people who have never left the big city and I'm very proud of the
impact that we've made and I'm most of all proud of every single member of our
community because that's what we become so subscribe to our Channel
it may be only January but there's a lot coming up calving branding Gardens
season starts soon that means farmers market and more videos along the way so
subscribe and join us in our wyoming life those words started it all for us
and since that day Aaron and I have invited you to join us at our Wyoming
Life 225 times hey there I'm Mike and this is our Wyoming life
it's finally here hi I'm Erin and this is our Wyoming life today I have the
opportunity to take you around the ranch and introduce you to some of my friends
and co-workers see just like you I'm not friends with every animal I work with
around here and I'm sure some of your co-workers you just tolerate now not all
goes according to plan some calves don't want to come out of the chute and some
protest being in there in the first place but he's fine
say hi Mitch as luck would have it I only own one t-post pounder so Mitch
will get the honor of pounding around a hundred t-posts that need to get put
into the ground for this project and before you know it there'll be snow on
the ground actually it's snowing right now she is cleared to leave the chute
which she does in a hurry and proceeds to take out a camera my phone actually
well that's one camera down and once again proving that anything that can
happen will happen around cows
Corey can see
are we ready Bambi Watson are you the good parent I'm the sucker you see here
it tells me that I mean one yeah and Kenzie will tell me that your calf
heifer heifer at Springer yearling stocker bull Bullock maverick steer
freemartin pulled beef and dairy these are some of the sacred words of ranching
I don't know what's gonna happen with a peacock I have watched a lot of crazy
YouTube videos this last week where birds have gotten 3d legs and they've
been well taken care of and seemed to have a good quality of life after that
this is where we start to feel pretty surreal
once again gentlemen we can rebuild him we have the technology we make the
decision to move her and her calf inside the barn not only getting the calf
inside and on to some clean dry bedding but also closing her in with him and
forcing some bonding between the two
everyone stay away from the chickens and we'll get along just fine
when we talked about how smart at Fox is it reminds me of a story my dad told me
when I was a kid you see a young cowboy is out checking and repairing a fence
when all of a sudden he realizes that he dropped his hammer somewhere and he
can't get much fencing done without a hammer so he frantically goes back down
the fence line looking for it if he doesn't get this fence today then the
boss is gonna chew his butt and he might even lose his job the one he's been
waiting for years to get so he works his way back down the fence line he and it's
right there that he sees a fox walking towards him and in her mouth this is
hammer the Fox walks up drops the hammer and the young cowboy looks up with this
guy and he says it's a miracle and the Fox says not really your name is written
right on the handle at make sure they're able to get up and walk on their own and
we'll also tag their ears with a number to your tag that number will be
associated with them for their entire time here on the ranch it allows us to
keep track of their health their weight who their mom is
the only casualty the remote control for the drone which was run over by the
Gator did I break it you never know what you're gonna find
I'll never get tired of watching that once we can even start to get her off
balance she's gonna take a step away and I end up the one tipped over maybe
that's the whole point maybe it's not us cow tipping
maybe it's cows people tipping and I I promised him that no matter what I would
try my hardest to make sure that this ranch would be around for years and
years for our kids and their kids and that I promised him that I wouldn't fail
him with this I can pick out a calf laying in the grass from over a half a
mile away ascertain if the calves mom is around and see if the calf is moving or
down have they been hunted to extinction in
order to grace bar room walls and line the shelves of Cabela's or are they just
wonderful at hide-and-seek only emerging for their favorite drink
whiskey it's true the only way to catch a Jackalope is by enticing it with its
beverage of choice the only problem is the bait keeps disappearing they're
sneaky little creatures sport and running so fellow chicks and their
mother
so we've laughed we've cried and we've told a story our story that has changed
the way at least one person looks at agriculture maybe to doing this has even
changed how we look at the ranch and the entire world all of us involved from our
subscribers to everybody sitting in this room and everybody who put this whole
thing together want to thank you for coming out and supporting the ranch our
local farmers market and keeping that hope alive that hope that we all do care
where our food comes from the journey for us is far from over and you'll get
sick of us inviting you to join us in our Wyoming life I'm a little sick of
saying it but I'm not going to stop subscribe come along with us three times
per week as we explore the ranch life and escape the ordinary I'll see you
again on Tuesday until then have a great week and thanks for joining us in our
Wyoming life

I Spent $125,000 To Live The Van Life | Sweet Digs | Refinery29 - Duration: 4:59.
Hi, I'm Jessie,
welcome to my mobile Sweet Digs.
Before you come in, subscribe below.
The bus was $7,000,
and all in all, I spent $125,000 renovating it.
Currently, I'm parked in Asbury Park, New Jersey,
and I pay $100 a month in rent.
Expenses were carpenters, electricians,
the largest cost was the master carpenter that
I hired to do all the interior wood work.
I found the bus on eBay
and I loved the aesthetic of a 1966 Greyhound.
This is my reading nook
where I like to just cuddle up with my blanket and read.
But I use this space
for whenever I don't want to fold clothing, I just kinda throw it on,
so it's my catch all chair.
Growing up, I had a ritual with my mom.
She'd wake me up early every Sunday morning,
and we'd clean the entire apartment,
while she blasted either Queen or classical music.
So, for me it was always something that you just kept up with.
A lot of the
items that I have throughout my home come from my travels.
I bought the pillow in South Africa,
I got it when I was studying abroad there.
It's embroidered by women in a township,
and it gives back to their community.
I also bought this carved-wood box in Hawaii at a thrift store.
It was actually not for sale.
The owner told me that
someone was passing away on the island,
and wanted to give it to me
as long as it was something that I was going to
keep and value in my home.
Over here I have a seven-foot closet.
It extends to the same area that this does.
It's all one whole.
They're larger than anything that I had in New York City.
I grew up in Manhattan.
I had always lived in small spaces,
so it made downsizing pretty easy because all of
my apartments were around the same size as the bus,
which is 400 square feet.
I decided to downsize
more so because I wanted to live outdoors and spend less.
I love going hiking, and boating, and swimming,
so for me having this outdoor lifestyle was
only possible by having a tiny home.
Back here is my bedroom.
My favorite space in the bus is definitely the bed.
It's super cozy.
I love to sleep and just cuddle up here,
especially on cold winter nights.
I love to read with this antique lamp that I have in here.
I just started War and Peace for probably the fifth time.
I would like to finish it.
This is my kitchen area, I have lots of counter space.
The stove is propane, I have the propane tank under the sink.
It's a 20-pound propane tank,
which you can fill at any Lowes or Home Depot.
The water tank is underneath the bed.
I think it's about 50 gallons, 47 to 50 gallon tank.
And there's PEX piping
which leads it to the kitchen and bathrooms.
To heat the water, I have an instant hot water heater,
which is underneath the sink,
and it's meant for RVs and tiny homes, so it vents through the floor.
One thing that is really different from apartments or
other places that I've lived is that
I'm much more conscious of the amount of water
and propane that I'm using.
I recently learned how to cook spanakopita, a vegan version.
I had to bake it in the oven with pastry dough,
and it was a huge hit.
The plates and fruit bowl are a matching set
from my great grandmother.
They were from their apartment when they lived in the tenements
on Delancey Street.
When the apartment burned down
they saved the plates and moved to Brooklyn with them.
There's hidden storage throughout the bus.
Bus battery, charger, all of that stored in these cubbies down here.
In the baseboard of the kitchen,
I decided not to waste this space, and I put utensils
down here.
And in the back of the bus I have cubbyholes
acting as a night table all around the bed.
There's no dishwasher, but I have a large sink,
so I'm able to pile my dishes in there.
But I'm usually pretty fast with cleaning.
I have my shower over here.
In here I have mahogany wood strip floors,
so when I step out of the shower I can drip dry off.
All of the flooring underneath the mahogany wood
drains to the same place that the shower drains to.
And I don't have a great water tank,
so I make sure that all my shampoos conditioners
and body washes are biodegradable.
Here I have my bathroom.
So, I have my mirror and sink in here.
I previously had a compostable toilet, and I'm looking to update.
Up here, I have the driving area,
and also the guest bed and couch area.
So far, I've only had a couple people over.
Mainly people stay in the bed with me, it's just cozier back there.
But I do have a pullout bed in the front of the bus,
that's a queen size and fits two people.
The front area of the bus has a ton of windows,
the windshield is massive.
I would like to figure out a way
to make it more private for when I have guests over.
Can you comment with how I can possibly do that?
This is the original seat and steering wheel
from this 1966 GMC Greyhound commuter bus.
The horn still works.
*toot toot*
When the bus is in motion, I secure everything so that nothing breaks.
I don't have many delicate things,
but for my plates and all of those items I just wrap
them up when I'm on the go.
The tiny home movement is awesome,
I do hope that it becomes more mainstream and I think
that it has been lately.
People are surprised when they find out I live on a bus,
I think specifically when
I was on dating apps.
It's the best place I've ever lived because I designed everything,
so it was really just custom to everything I wanted
in closet size, kitchen size, all of these different spaces,
and it has the aesthetic that I just really enjoy living in.
I'm selling because I want to travel abroad for some time.
For my next dream home
I think I want something even smaller and easier to drive in cities.
Thanks so much for watching my Sweet Digs,
to subscribe click here,
and to watch more click here.

Kalin Veliov about Music, Live, Inspiration and Love - Duration: 9:19.
Hello my friends. Today we meet Kalin Veliov. Hi and thank you for taking part in my vlog.
Hi and thanks for the invitation.
It is said that if you want do succeed you should be tenacious, consistent, never to give up.
Which are your most valuable qualities?
It is undoubtedly true that if you want to be successful in any field
you should be very tenacious because a lot of times you may have different obstacles
or people who try to talk you out and shatter you. Life gives us more than enough hurdles
on our way and we should be unbending to carry on.
I think that one of my strengths is my persistence and that I don't give up easily.
This quality made me start my thing when I was still a child.
I remember when I was at the musical school, I was in 9th or 10th grade when I decided
I would learn who to play congas – these drums here.
Then by chance a few of them had been brought to a musical store in Bulgaria,
before that there was no place to buy them from, I talk about the 1990 or 1989.
Then a few of them were here and I started to learn how to play them by myself.
I remember one of my idols at the Conservatory Erol Rakipov – a successful Bulgarian musician
who has been living for many years now in the United States in Miami
where he manages his musical project there. Back then he was my musical idol.
He went by me and asked what I was doing. I answered I was trying to learn how to play congas.
He said it was a waste of time, that I would just hurt my hands and it was totally pointless
because there was nobody who could teach me and I would never learn to play well by myself.
And he went on his way. This was a knife in my heart, I wanted to cry,
to put my head in the ground but the punch that I mentioned earlier,
my will to win made me say to myself - I will learn how to play because of him.
And I did, after years of hard work things started to sound good.
So to be successful you should work hard and be consistent.
Pragmatic or emotional person are you? Which is leading – emotions or thoughts?
Deep down I'm pragmatic, Gemini generally are and I think this has the leading role.
But at the same time as a musician I am emotional.
I would like to be less emotional in certain situations
when I lose temper and yell but emotion is an essential part of our work and
sometimes it is the reason for creating very good things on stage or while writing.
However in our everyday life emotions can be an obstacle. I try to think and to find the balance.
To what extend music has helped you to preserve yourself as a human being and your values?
Music is a parallel world to live in and this is so cool, otherwise things can get ugly,
cruel and can hurt us. It is nice sometimes to be able to escape the reality
into your own artistic musical universe. I believe this is the reason for a lot of musicians
to preserve themselves as cheerful and positive thinking people.
However it can be very difficult to survive financially nowadays,
musicians are usually positive and joyful and this is because of the music.
You are active and energetic but it is not possible to be like this all the time.
What do you do when you feel low and stopped? What drags you up again,
what is your technique to make yourself go on full of energy?
Mature Nature is the place where I can't get enough of. This is where I seclude myself.
I can go just for a couple of hours or for days to recharge and purify myself
and then come back ready for the new battles of life.
We're surrounded by a lot of haters nowadays. I think that the opposite is love.
Who and what gives you love?
The little creature – Karina, my daughter. She totally purifies and recharges me.
She gives me new pure energy which help you be positive towards people again
no matter the bad things. Our children give sense to everything.
It is very good to have family and children
and the more they are, the more meaning they give to our lives.
If you could change one thing in people in our society what would it be?
Maybe to think more. Nowadays we Bulgarians are too shallow and not thinking people.
This leads to dramatic events on all levels. In everyday life, accidents on the road,
health issues, nutritional disorders and so on and that is because we don't think, we are illiterate –
I mean almost everybody attended school, managed to get through it,
some paid for it, some cheated, no matter the grades, graduated from high schools and universities.
But it is true that we do not reason, we do not read books, we do not learn.
The process of education and learning continues during the whole life, it doesn't end at 18, 19, 25.
We should learn new things all the time, we should read and develop, we should change for good.
This process stopped in Bulgaria long ago.
I think that is a question of personal choice and I hope my vlog will help...
Yes, definitely. I talk about the majority but not all the Bulgarians.
Of course there are a lot of positive examples and exceptions but they are less and
it is difficult for them to keep their heads above the slops.
So it is very important to spread our ideas, to gather more people.
It is like which will prevail – the illness or the health.
Thank you very much for the conversation.
Thank you. I wish all the Bulgarians sunny and positive summer,
to recharge and to start to change for good. ...

DIY - Industrial style wire mesh lamp - Duration: 3:29.
"Each light creates its own kind of ambience.
Today, I'll show you how to make an industrial-style lamp to give your home a modern touch!"
For that you'll need: a floor lamp with a round lampshade.
Wire mesh - two centimeters longer and wider than the lampshade;
a retro light bulb;
a spray can of matte black paint;
binding wire;
wire cutters;
pliers;
box cutter
and masking tape.
Let's go!
First, cut off several pieces from the binding wire.
Then, dismantle the lampshade.
To measure the circumference of the lampshade, wind the wire mesh around it.
Don't forget to leave room for the overlaps!
Now, tie the lattice together with binding wire.
Using the wire cutters, cut away the top and
bottom rows of the lattice.
Next, take the fabric off the old lampshade with a craft knife.
You should end up with two metal rings left.
Set them aside – you'll need them later for your new lampshade.
Make sure to remove the old glue from the metal rings.
Orange oil will help you there.
Now connect the rings to the wire mesh.
Use a pair of pliers to bend the wire ends around the rings.
Once it's fixed, repeat the process on the side:
Cut the first rows open, then remove the green binding wire.
Finally, bend the wire ends to the fix the body in place.
Now all that's left is the color.
You can spray your lamp in the color of your choice.
I chose matte black.
For this step, I strongly advise you to work in a well-ventilated place or, even better,
outdoors.
The vapors are really unpleasant.
Let the paint dry for a day.
Then you can re-assemble the parts and voilà!: a stylish new lamp with a wire mesh lampshade.
"I'd recommend to use mesh with thin wires like this – it's more flexible and easier
to work with."

How To Manifest Your Dream Life Now | Mornings with Stacie - Duration: 23:45.
Hello, hello! Good morning, good morning beautiful people of Facebook and good
morning beautiful people of Instagram. So, I have a question for you. Do you think
you have to wait until the stars align and you have everything figured out
in order to live your dream life? Let me ask you that question again. Do
you think you have to wait until the stars align and that you have all the
answers to everything. Like your finances are in order.
The situations in your life are in order. Do you think you have to wait
until the stars align to live your dream life? If your answer is 'Yes' I'm going to
say to you, Think again! You can actually do specific things right now in
order to start living that beautiful, incredible life you desire. If
you don't know who I am, my name is Stacie Walker. I'm a Business Strategist,
International Best-Selling Author - two times. and an Award-Winning Podcast
Personality. What I do is help ambitious entrepreneurs infuse
collaborative strategies into their business model to build a fun, profitable
and thriving business. That way they can put themselves first to design a
beautiful incredible life doing what they love. This is Mornings with Stacie.
Just to let you know, some of you who \
have been watching me live for a while, I
have a new schedule. My new schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 a.m.
Mountain time. Tuesday and Thursday, I'm not
streaming live or Mornings with Stacie anymore because I have the Ambitious
Moms Summit coming up. I have the Unleash Your Ambition Video Series
coming up and my schedule that I have had is just not working for me
anymore. My business has scaled I have more clients. I have two new
programs out. My schedule wasn't working for me
anymore so I had to do something. Either stays stressed out running myself to the
ground or pivot and create a schedule for myself that allows me to do
everything that I need to do in my business and in my life without running
myself to the ground. So of course option number two is the way to go.
So let's talk about you living your dream life. I really want to talk about
this. It has been on my mind since I woke up this morning about 3:00 3:30 and
one thing that I hear time and time again from a lot of people that I
connect with online even some people that I've even taken on as clients. They
basically don't think they can live their dream life at the present moment.
It seems like it's some far-off thing that's gonna happen as soon as they're
making a specific amount of income every month or until their children are in
school or are in college. I'm moving around my phone on
Instagram because I'm trying to share this with the Elite Society of Ambitious
Moms community. Now let me go ahead and do that. Then I can focus on having
this conversation with you because it's extremely important. There's so
many of you who are not living your dream lives right now because you think
you have to wait until things are different in your life and that's just
not true. You can actually start living your dream
life right NOW! Money shouldn't be a reason for you're
not living your dream life. The possibilities of living your dream life
are are high but it starts with your belief in yourself. If you're
able to actually do it. I say yes you can definitely
design your dream life right now... Today. I'm going to start
off at if you've been connected with me for some time then you know that I'm gonna start
with mindset. I used to be the biggest skeptic. I used to think that
doing mindset work was a bunch of BS. I thought it was just a way for people in
the industry to make extra dough off of people who were desperate to change
their lives. You know that they've tried everything and nothing was working so
they're trying to give the mindset work a try. Now, my
belief has completely changed because when I finally decided to give it a shot
my life started changing pretty quickly and I'm a firm believer in doing mindset
work. If you do not manage your mindset and work on it every single day
just as if you exercise consistently or eat meals or do the specific things
in your day, it's the same thing with your mindset, right. Because the thing is
is that you and I have basically been given beliefs since we were small or
even before we were born. Beliefs that aren't even originally ours to begin
with. So we took on these beliefs. Beliefs of others and adopted them as our own.
These beliefs we didn't question them at all. So, I started doing
mindset work, like really committing to doing it, I really just started listening
to my beliefs. Like the things that came out of my mouth or what
I would write down when I was journaling and I I discovered that I had a boatload
of self limiting beliefs I also didn't believe that I was worthy of happiness
abundance freedom wealth love joy happiness all of those things so what
ended up happening is that my life pretty much so mirrored my beliefs which
is something that you must really think about. So your
current beliefs have everything to do with where you are right now in your
life and in your business. So, you really have to take a look at what beliefs that
you've adopted or that you took on based on experiences that happened in your
life, you know, somewhere in your past.
you've really got to take a look at those beliefs in ask yourself is this
something that really serves me is this something that I truly believe in
because if you really sit down and take a look at your beliefs especially when
you realize that a lot of them aren't serving you what you can do is remove
that belief that's not serving you and replace it with a belief that does serve
you so I wanted to talk about like there's specific things that you must do
in order this is not to design your dream life right now now of course not
everything's gonna change and happen in one day this is going to take you being
committed this is going to take you setting intentions this is going to be
setting healthy boundaries with yourself and the people in your life in order to
design whatever life that you dreamed about right that you deserve right and
it might seem far off to you right now like for example maybe you want to
travel the world every every month and you want or you want to retire your
partner or you want to make $50,000 a month or you want to impact a million
people's lives there's so many things that that you can do to create your
dream life but it starts with like how do you do this how do you do this right
now especially when it seems like something so far away I'm gonna let you
know that if you start setting your intentions right now today
you will be living your dream life before you even realize it all right
good morning good morning August good morning Randall
so there's specific things that I do that have helped me finally live an
incredible life that I've always dreamed about and things weren't all laid out
right I shared I think it was like two weeks ago that when my husband and I and
you know my Mike hot that we moved to a Colorado we didn't have a plan right we
didn't even have a place it was a decision that was made when we lived in
Texas and believe me I I resisted for a moment because we didn't have a place we
didn't have four to six months of income to cushion us in a new state in a new
city especially Denver which is extremely expensive I mean the cost of
living is higher here than it is in San Antonio Texas so so but Colorado was
definitely on my list of dream destinations that I wanted to embrace
and that I wanted to experience let's see here August you say lol right me
either when we moved to Houston yes so the thing was that it was scary it's not
like I was like you know all gung-ho and ready to go I was excited but I resisted
for a moment because I was like you know what we don't have we don't have
quote/unquote the money right now we don't have a place to say like all of
these things were coming up that we're blocking me from going to where I I
wanted to go to right so and this is this is what I'm talking about right
here is that we seem to block ourselves when it comes to living the life that we
desire right there's really no excuse for you not to live the life you desire
you will make excuses and they will seem extremely
logical right like you can say well I don't want to uproot my kids from school
and it's like come on you know your kids will definitely adopt
you know they're they're not going to fall apart if you relocate to a place
that you desire because that place that you desire you know you do you realize
that you will be happier you will be on a higher a higher vibe of energy and
Happiness like the moment that we finally moved to Colorado my attitude
changed my mind was open even wider you know I was happier I am happier now
matter of fact one of my clients says that she had been watching me since
January and she sees the difference from January to now right like my client
Sylvia and the thing is is that we didn't have a plan the only thing that
we knew was that we wanted to move to Colorado as one of our dream
destinations right so fears will come up so at what I would love for you to do is
write down what your dream life looks like and I talk about this all the time
in the way that you do this is close your eyes and let's imagine for a moment
you got to use your imagination if money wasn't in this year if health problems
weren't an issue if nothing was an issue what would your incredible beautiful
life look like you write that down and you don't stop like what would you be
doing how would you feel right what things would you and your family be
doing what locations which you want to live like all of these right just for 10
for a moment that there aren't any there isn't anything blocking you from
designing your dream line the only thing that's really blocking you from
designing your dream life comes from right right up here and I talk about it
all the time we put these limitations on ourselves
and until you change the the way that you think about things in a way that's
gonna serve you that's not going to sabotage you you're gonna stay in the
same place because there's never gonna be a right time to move fruit up there's
never going to be a right time to start scaling your business there's never
going to be a right time to hire hire virtual assistant to help you make more
room so you can be more creative and put the work out there that you want to put
out so you can help people more people through your business
ladies and gentlemen I'm letting you know that you have to change the way
that you think about what your when you can live your dream life it does not
have to be some far-off thing right and the next thing is setting intentions and
the way that you do this is write this stuff down I always talk a lot about
journaling and writing things down because it sticks to to your mind it
sticks sticks sticks to with you so consciously and consciously right and
plus you wrote it down and even what makes it even more powerful is declaring
it with your mouth out loud and even more powerful is share it with other
people right accountability is an amazing thing so
you can live whatever life you desire but the very first thing that you have
to do is start working on your mindset and like I said I used to be the biggest
skeptic I used to think that it was BS right not anymore
this year I've committed even more to working on my mindset every day in the
morning for about two hours wake up at 3:30 in the morning ladies
and gentlemen and this was not an easy thing for me to do in the beginning but
the thing is I made a commitment because I knew I was worthy of happiness
abundance and freedom but I knew that there were certain thoughts that I had
that I no longer have that were that was keeping me from designing that life that
I desired right so each and every one of us has some type of money block and
beliefs that aren't even ours that aren't even real right and I know some
of you know exactly what I'm talking about in in an order for you to change
your beliefs you need to pinpoint what beliefs are not serving you right now so
you can remove those old beliefs that don't serve you anymore and adopt new
beliefs in a way that you have got new beliefs it's pretty simple you just
write down the opposite of that self limiting belief write it down in a way
that it will serve you and even if you do not 100% believe what you wrote down
at that moment that's okay because the repetitiveness of you working on your
mindset every day writing down that a new belief that you want to adopt and
then also declaring it out loud right out loud with high energy with happiness
hi hi vibe like when I do my affirmations and I declare a new belief
that I want to adopt I I dance around all right I will sway side to side and I
will smile and I will raise my head and say it with confidence even if I'm not
100 percent believe that new belief that I want to adopt but if I stay with the
process if I stick with it and trust the process
lo and behold what ends up happening that new belief starts manifesting into
my life and I'm not the only one right not the only one so start working on
your mindset get serious with this because I'm telling you nothing should
stand in the way of you living that incredible life that you deserve there
should be nothing not one single thing the only thing that's standing in your
way is your mindset right and that's it once you change some of these these
beliefs and like I said it's not gonna happen overnight
some may have them pretty fast and some may take years but it depends on how how
hungry you are for that life that you desire um how long you're willing to
commit I made a five-year commitment to mindset
work right and I've been you know a 5-year of like serious commitment and I
started this year and this year's not even over with but my business has
scaled faster than what it did in 2013 I make more income and work less I attract
the right people to work with so I can help them create more impact in the
world and create a business that they that they love that they enjoy I'm
happier right I live in a place where like I can explore the great outdoors
then and take everything in take in my surroundings and really take a moment to
pause you matter of fact yesterday you know during my off time for the morning
show mornings with Stacey I had breakfast with my my toddler I
made pancakes and we sat down watch one in this learning shows and spent some
quality time together we spent quality time together and I
love that good morning Hamburg good morning JJ
thank you for joining me so what I want you to do is really
really think about the Leafs aren't serving you and like I
said it can it can take some digging right because you've got to be aware of
what beliefs are not serving you anymore right and that that's all that you have
to do is like just change your beliefs just change them they can't be changed
it may take a moment to change your beliefs and adopt new ones but once you
do it a whole new world of possibilities will be open to you like guarantee it I
guarantee it I see it happening every day in my life in the lives of the
people that I love through my business in my personal life and also in the
lives of the people that I admire right I mean I'm not only a teacher I'm also a
student and you know my coach she is a eight-figure multiply figure a year
earner and she hasn't she has money blocks right you I assume that once you
hit a certain amount of income you in half once but she does and her goal is
to make a million dollars a month next year right but she has to break through
some certain beliefs you know she has to dump new beliefs in order to make that
happen so if successful people that you admire
are working on their mindset in getting rid of beliefs that aren't serving them
in adopting new beliefs that will serve them then isn't it time for you to start
doing the same you're worthy of that incredible life you're worthy of leaving
a legacy for your family you're worthy of providing for your family and the
people that you love in a way that they've never been provided for before
all right so I'm gonna end it right here but I appreciate you joining me this
morning for mornings with Stacey like I said I'm mornings with Stacey is Monday
Wednesday and Friday 7:00 a.m. mountain time you're more than welcome to ask me
questions I want to have a conversation with you I I just don't want to talk to

can add to the conversation you never know who who could read your comment and
it can literally change their life just like that so I welcome comments don't be
afraid to share your voice don't be afraid to speak up especially when it
comes to making an impact in people's lives and doing something great right so
thank you so much I will be back here on Friday hopefully yeah you took at least
one thing from today's morning's with Stacie I think the most important thing
