I had some plans

but then a goddamn storm started right before I left the house

All right, gents, in today's video, ten items that are worth spending big bucks on.

[Music] Number one.

Your haircut.

Now, what you're paying here for is the skill of the barber or the stylish because

let's face it, a lot of you guys are stuck with the same style for a decade for may be

twenty years maybe longer.

Why not change it up?

When you go see a skilled stylish or maybe a barber that has a different take, maybe

you've been sticking with that older conservative guy, you like him.

But maybe you find this younger woman, she just has new idea she's just graduated school,

but still has great skill-set getting great reviews.

So, go in there try something new, but don't be afraid to spend a little bit more money

on the hair.

Item number two we're spending more money on, your underwear.

And I know a lot of you guys are like, come on, Antonio, it does not matter, nobody sees

it and the stuff I've been using the particular style particular brand it works fine.

It may work fine, but does it work great?

These are your boys you're talking about, so why not take care of them with a high quality

underwear oftentimes made from a Modal – MicroModal material something that is even softer than

Find a company that has very soft just at least try one or two pairs.

Now, the next item on the list I know a lot of you guys knew would be on the list and

that is shoes.

Spend good money on shoes when you can actually make the upgrade.

Understand that most shoes are cemented.

That means they're held together with glue and they are made from poor quality materials.

Those are going to be shoes usually about under the $100 range, the uppers are going

to be made from an inferior type of leather and is going to fall apart, is not going to

age well.

What's great about good pair of shoes is that they age well.

Over time, they start to look better and that you can actually get them re-sewed.

So, that is the key area you want to look at when identifying quality shoes is the sole.

You're either looking for a Blake stitch or a Goodyear welt.

Now, a Blake stitch you can tell when you look on the outside you're not going to

see any type of stitching, you will occasionally see stitching around here, so I know that

it's been stitched together.

This one has a rubber sole that's been Blake-stitched.

A lot of Italian shoes are made with the Blake stitch.

This shoe as well is with a Blake stitch has a leather sole right here.

Leather soles are another great quality indicator.

If they are using leather soles you can tell it's probably a company that has invested

in the materials of the shoe.

When you see the stitching in and around the shoe and you see it also below, this is the

sign of a Goodyear welt.

When you're talking to the sales guy whoever is selling the shoe, look and do some research

is it a Goodyear welt, is it a Blake stitch.

Some people prefer one or the other.

I think that both are great options because both of them show that the manufacturer has

invested in the shoe and you spent good money on the materials and therefore you can tell

you're probably getting a great shoe.

[0:05:03] The next item to upgrade and spend good money

on, your suit.

When I talk about suits I'm talking about sports jackets, blazers, and suits.

The difference being a suit is a jacket and trousers made from the same material.

But, in any case when you're wearing a good-looking jacket, you want to look good, you want to

feel like a million bucks.

So, focus in on the style pyramid.

That is fit, that is function, and that is fabric.

Now, when you're first starting off you can compromise, but compromise on the fabric.

Maybe you're going to go with a particular brand that nobody's heard of, but make sure

it fits you well make sure it's the right function for whatever you need it for whatever

interview.

Now, if you wear a jacket often, this is your go-to work uniform, you want to spend money

to upgrade, maybe you want to upgrade and go from that no name company to a more well-known

company that has a wider range of fabrics and has higher quality control.

But, guys don't be afraid to spend good money on your suit.

Next up, let's talk about glasses.

So, no other accessory just sits on your face like this.

Think about that.

Guys, you may stick with one particular style, but why not change it up?

There's so many different options out there.

When you wear eyeglasses, use it as a style accessory.

Now, that may be too much for many of you guys, but maybe if you're in a creative

field you can find a way to make it work.

There are so many different ways that you can send the message by having actually options

when it comes to glasses.

And it's not just regular eyeglasses.

When it comes to sunglasses, maybe go for something that's a little bit more of a

statement something that's going to grab a little bit more attention or maybe you just

want to, you know, go with the classic something that has always worked, works for most face

shapes such as Aviators right here.

Guys, don't be afraid to spend good money on your glasses.

The next item I think is worth spending good money on, a good jacket or coat.

Now, the thing is is those are outer wear.

So, if you live in Seattle and it rains a lot, well, get a great rain jacket.

If you are over in Chicago and it snows a lot, well, invest in a great heavy coat and

a great light jacket that you can wear in the summer at night.

A great jacket can sometimes cost five to ten times more than a cheap jacket.

Why?

Because they're made in smaller batches oftentimes they are more difficult to adjust.

The materials, if it's a leather jacket the quality of the leather is going to play

a huge difference.

Then, there's the style aspect.

A lot of mass manufacturers, they produce jackets, well, let's just say do not look

good.

So, oftentimes when you find something you like, it may not be on sale, but I think it's

worth saving up and spending good money on a jacket that you're going to love, every

time you put it on you're going to feel like a million bucks.

Next up, don't be afraid to spend big bucks on quality luggage.

What you want to look at first is the hardware.

Okay, did they use good size zippers, are they coming from a good company, does everything

move smoothly.

Then, look at the stitching.

So, you want to go through, look is the stitching straight, is it aligned okay.

Then, you want to look at the material.

Are they using a good material?

Look at the small details, oftentimes the bottom of the bag, does it have small legs

right here?

This right here is a sign of quality.

Look in the inside, look at the lining, look at the design, the construction.

But, don't be afraid to spend good money on luggage that's going to last you a lifetime.

The next item you should upgrade and spend more money on, watches.

Now, I like fashion watches because if it wasn't for fashion watches I would not have

started wearing watches again.

I actually really like metal watches, very functional, works with almost all the outfits

I'm going to wear.

It's not about telling time, it's about relationship with time.

Guys, don't be afraid to go out there and explore fragrances and when you find something

Because it's about how it makes you feel.

Instagram controls my life so right now on my phone on my Instagram I have my

first pull up and it is hanging out with Katie or chillin by the pool all day

really I hope I get to show by the pool day because that's not super interesting

but it will make for a good video anyway without further ado let's hop in this

video and we'll get into the first options okay so I did the first poll and

it was to see if I wanted to chill by the pool all day which I was hoping for

or to hang out with Katie but almost 88% of you guys voted for Katie here's the

poll and here's the results an disappointed kinda wanted to lay by the

pool all day but I guess I'm gonna hang on Katie

just kidding I'm gonna hang with Katie okay so option number two ever to choose

my office this is one of my outfits it is a white not today's shirt from pax or

forever 21 and then I khakis from Tilly's and then the other one was my

black Calvin Klein shirt and just ripped some ripped jeans from American no I am

becoming fish so on to the next poll okay so option number three is what

should I listen to and I'm in my car I have number one option is taste by Tyga

and number two option is no music at all and I do not want to be no music I love

listen to music in my car and I hate not listening to music it is so boring so

I'm hoping that you guys choose option number one but knowing you guys little

savages will predict number two okay so it's only been a few minutes but you

guys are pulling through and it is 93 percent that I listen to

Tyga in the car so think of okay so we just hit the ten-minute mark and we got

evidence against them I mean the fact that he bought ten thousand dollar

business suits is his lavish but that's not a crime but they've been doing that

for three or four days their theory is that this money was an ill-gotten gain

that bypassed the IRS and this is what he spent it on well if it's a no gotten

gain and a bypass the IRS it doesn't matter what he spent it on they will

eventually get to that I think today or tomorrow or certainly by next week thus

far they presented no evidence of any crime just of the manner in which he

used this money you know anything about the jury no I'll tell you this yes I was

surprised that it was seated quickly because Manta Ford is very well known

everybody knows the potential connection to the president the judge said I don't

want to hear the word Trump mentioned in the courthouse it was mentioned once

that connection with the name of Trump Tower not in the connection with the

President himself exactly one of the guys who was closely aligned with mr.

JULY FAVOURITES // Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle // Lauren Dumonceau - Duration: 13:58.

Hi everyone, welcome back! Thank you so much for joining me. If you're new here or watching for the first time,

my name is Lauren, and welcome, I'm so excited to have you here. In today's video

I'm going to be sharing with you my July Monthly Favourites.

These are things that I have been using throughout the month of July or even longer than that,

that range from beauty, fashion and I even have a homeware piece that I'm going to be sharing with you.

Starting things off with some beauty products, the

first one that I have to show you has definitely been a

favourite of mine and I can totally vouch for the product because I've pretty much run out of it.

The bottle is almost empty and I'm about to go and repurchase this product. It is the L'Oreal Paris True Match Lumi

Glotion, and I picked this one up in the color 'Light Glow.'

I think that this is the most sold out product of the range just because the shade is so, so gorgeous.

So what this is, essentially, it is like an illuminating, kind of like a highlighter,

but it's a lotion that goes on your skin.

So, I actually apply this all over my face and that's what I've been doing on a daily

basis throughout the month of July.

It reminds me actually a lot of the Loving Tan Bronze Shimmer, but not as dark and more illuminating,

but it's the same kind of concept, but for your face.

So, it just gives you this really nice, kind of like underlying glow to your skin,

which if you're all about getting that kind of dewy, bronze goddess glowy look for summer,

then I definitely recommend this product, particularly in the 'light glow' shade. To show you guys what it looks like,

so, this is what it looks like when it comes out of the bottle. It's really glowy.

It looks quite like a rose gold metallic colour,

that's almost how it looks, like a creamy rose gold, and then I literally just blend it in and

then it creates this like really nice, gorgeous, kind of like rose gold,

kind of shimmer illumination on your face. Now after I apply the Glotion, I go in with the No.7.

Now this line is sold at Target and it's from the Boots company,

which is a drugstore brand in the UK. It's called Boots, I love it, and I so wish we had it in North America.

It's such a shame that we don't! So this is the Dual Action

Tinted Moisturizer. It is for all skin types and it also has SPF 15 in it.

Any product, lotion, moisturizer that has, or foundation even, that has an SPF in it,

particularly for summer, is awesome.

Especially because I am using the tinted moisturizer in place of my IT Cosmetics CC Cream. Now,

I absolutely love my IT Cosmetics CC Cream, I use it as a foundation.

However, I don't really want as much coverage for summer.

I really like the look and feel of a tinted moisturizer, and I wear it right on top of the Glotion.

So just to swatch it for you, I have it in the shade 'Medium.'

So, that's how it looks when it comes out of the bottle.

So, it basically looks like a foundation but it's a lot more creamy and definitely has a

moisturizer feel to it. It just blends right in over top of the Glotion, and then it gives you this really nice

kind of glowy, dewy, illuminated look. Now, I have been majorly struggling with my skin for the past few months.

I'm suffering from breakouts, and I don't really know what's bringing it on.

So, I had actually been reading about products that are supposed to prevent

breakouts, that really cleanse your skin and that's when I stumbled across this one and I went and picked it up from Target.

So, what this is, is essentially these are cleansing pads. It's a massive container.

I initially kind of wanted it more for travel; the containers a little bit too big, but I still bring it for travel.

It's these huge, very saturated cleansing pads.

What you do, is you literally just cleanse your face with them and they even have an exfoliating side.

Honestly, there is so much product on the cleansing pad, like I don't even need that much.

I probably only need like half the size of a pad, or two thirds of the size of the pad. They are seriously massive,

but they work very, very well and it's so nice to kind of have all of

your products in one, that really cleanses and gets all the dirt and everything off your face.

It really gives you a nice deep clean,

and I'm just really impressed with it. Another product that I just wanted to try out from Target; Target is really like a one-stop shop.

If you haven't been to Target, you need to go to Target. It's the brand Good Chemistry

and essentially what it is, is it's a body spray

with essential oils inside. I picked up the scent 'Blue Bell.' This honestly smells so amazing. It's refreshing,

it's a little bit fruity,

it's a little bit sweet, but not overpowering and I personally don't really like to wear a lot of perfume or a lot of fragrance.

I think I have a little bit of a sensitivity to it.

I definitely notice it when our passengers or even fellow co-workers come on board with cologne or perfume.

So this just gives you, kind of a really nice fresh feeling, and I spray it on usually before I go out.

It's not overpowering that it bothers you. So, this is a really nice product, it is a great scent for summer,

It's practical, I like the feeling of a body spray, and yeah, I'd really recommend this one.

I believe it was under $10.

Next I have a Wet Brush and if you haven't tried the Wet Brush then honestly, this product is a

game-changer. I have really fine

hair. My hair I find gets really tangled, particularly at the bottoms and around my neck,

and then it breaks off. I'm really putting in an effort to grow my hair at the moment.

What I like to do is, I take it into the shower with me

I put conditioner on, and I literally brush my hair in the shower and

then when I get out of the shower, after I towel dried my hair, I brush it again.

I've actually just

switched my hairbrush to this one altogether, just because the bristles are really soft, and I find that it's just a lot nicer and more

gentle on my hair. This one I picked up from TJ Maxx,

I have a smaller version like a travel size one.

I don't know where it is, but I have a travel size one that I picked up from Target.

That one goes everywhere with me. I use it on my layovers for work. It's great, I think I even

prefer it over the big one, just because I just find it like really soft and easy to work with. So,

definitely a favourite and definitely a product that I recommend checking out.

Mine is in this gorgeous marble print which is really fun, and they come in a ton of different patterns.

So I really recommend this one,

especially if you're looking for a nice gentle hairbrush for your hair.

The last beauty product that I have to share with you guys, is

this Sunless Face Tanner from the brand Coola. Now I was actually sent this product as a

sample to review and to try out, and to give my thoughts on the product, and it was sent to me by

Influenster. if you haven't heard of influenster, I definitely recommend that you check them out. I will link them below.

Essentially, they have sent me lots of different beauty products to try out.

So, I'm not required to talk about them at all on my channel,

I just want to talk about the product because I actually love it and I've been using it for several weeks now.

So essentially what this is,

it is a face tanner. Now, I normally use the brand Loving Tan,

but I'm way too scared to put that stuff on my face. The

Sunless Tan from Coola,

it comes out in a clear formula and you don't even need to use an applicator mint to apply it.

Basically what I do is,

I put a couple of pumps of it into my hand and then I just rub it all over my face

and work it in, and then I rinse off my hands with soap and water. I haven't had any staining of the

product onto my hands,

so no transfer at all, my hands have not turned a weird orange colour, and I just

really like the color that it gives my skin. The product does last for about three days.

The only thing is, I wish that it lasted a little bit longer because the product actually is quite expensive.

I did have a peek at the price online, and Coola products, they're really well known, they work really well,

they use a lot of organic ingredients and then they're also vegan and cruelty free which is a big selling point for people.

I also look for products that have good ingredients to put on your skin. So I really like that about Coola.

So overall, I really like this self tanner. It's not scary at all. It doesn't turn your face orange,

it just gives you this really kind of natural tan look and it doesn't over tan either.

I apply it before I go to bed and like I sleep in it for six to eight hours.

That's on a good night,

I normally sleep about 4 to 5 hours,

but I usually try and leave it on for about six to eight hours

before I remove it.

Now moving into a few more fashion based pieces that I've been obviously loving throughout the month of July.

So I actually talked about this robe in my

June version of 'What's new in my wardrobe' and I've been using it throughout the month of July, and this is honestly just such a

lifesaver in so many ways, and it's from Nordstrom. It's the brand Flora Nikrooz.

I think that's how you say it, not 100% sure.

It's in a size small to medium and I was just really drawn to this absolutely stunning

rose print. For those really, like hot mornings, hot days in general, especially when you pop out of the shower.

It's just been so hot, like we have air conditioning units in our house and I'm literally roasting to death.

I'm actually roasting to death in this video

as I talk about it, because I don't to open the windows because it's just been noisy outside,

but this has just been such a game changer for me.

It's perfect for throwing on especially when you pop out of the shower, when you're doing your makeup

and you're trying to cool off. I think this particular

colour is sold out, but there's tons of other gorgeous floral patterns and prints on the Nordstrom website,

I think from the same brand, if not similar brands, so I will link that below for you.

I definitely don't like to repeat myself and show you guys products that I've shown on my channel before, but when

something is good and you really like it, It's definitely worth sharing. So I talked about these

espadrilles, their the brand Treasure and Bond and they're from Nordstrom in my June 'What's new in my wardrobe video,'

and I absolutely love these and I can vouch even more for them than I think I could in that video.

They are a white leather. They also come in a tan and a maybe of black as well.

I love this like, kind of like stark white, it really makes your outfit pop.

It's really kind of clean and crisp and I've been able to pair them in so many different ways

with so many pieces in my wardrobe for summer. It's just a really nice leather material and they're super comfortable.

I actually wore them last night,

so we went over to our friend's place and we were there from like 7 until like 12:00 12:30am

In the morning, and I did not take these off. To be able to wear an espadrille that's this high of a wedge for

over five hours, I think is really impressive. I picked them up in a size 8,

I wear a size 8, I'd say they fit true to size, but I can't recommend them enough.

So this bag from Topshop made it into my favorites just because I find myself reaching for it so, so much.

It retailed for $70

Canadian dollars and I feel like that could be a little bit pricey for a really kind of trendy bag, and you're not too sure

how much you're gonna wear it. However, I have been wearing this bag

so much on my days off, like I reached for it time and time again.

I find it actually pairs well with so many outfits, and I have received so many compliments on this bag.

It's a really unique bag. I know we kind of see them all over Instagram and

Pinterest however, that being said, I haven't seen anybody walking on the street with anything close to this.

I haven't really seen anything except like the round circular bags.

I'll insert a photo here if I can find one, so you know what I'm talking about. I absolutely love this, It has this amazing

shoulder strap. I love it. It's in that kind of faux leather material.

It's black and contrasts really nicely with the bag. To take it a step further, the strap is removable.

They've also included a linen pouch

which I don't think a lot of the designer bags do, I don't think they do them at all actually.

I haven't seen them come with pouches like this. This is a linen style drawstring pouch, and I love it,

I use it, and it's removable.

So, I personally like the pouch. Everything's in there, and I just think that this is such a fantastic

designer dupe. It's super affordable if you're comparing it with the kind of luxury

designers that are doing these bags at a really higher-end price point.

The last thing that I want to talk about from my

July monthly favourites is this

adorable faux fur stool.

I found this one at HomeGoods and it has this kind of beautiful blush

faux fur seat, and then these wooden legs.

The price is actually going to shock you,

it definitely shocked me, it was $16.99.

$16.99 for this beautiful stool. I think it looks a lot more high-end

I mean if it was more of that kind of like Mongolian faux fur, it would definitely look a little bit more luxurious,

but for my home office,

like how cute and feminine and girly to have a cute little stool like this at that price point? You can't

DIY it for that price. It's really nicely made actually, and I just love the colour.

It's really soft and I just can't get enough of it. I just love the contrasting wooden legs,

I just think it makes it look so much more expensive. It's maybe something you'd see from like Anthropology

or Urban Outfitters. So, this was such a good find, like I was definitely expecting this to be closer to $40 or $50 dollars.

So, to get it for under $20, such a deal and definitely worth a mention.

So those are my July monthly favourites!

okay that's better good morning everyone well I guess that just gave away that

it's morning here I just woke up and I was inclined to share again all these

videos are literally gonna be me whenever I'm inspired to share something

because again it's it's just the messages of love and knowledge that need

to be shared so this morning I have to share obviously my purpose is to show

you how to have a spiritual life in an urban setting so I'm gonna give you an

example of what happened to me yesterday excuse me while I was on my hike so when

I heard that and this is a hike that I have done often so I know the trail and

I'm pretty comfortable with it mmm pardon me so I start off my trail and

when you first enter it starts kind of like in an uphill and I was like you

know what I want to run I feel like running so I start running and then I

get this weird pain in my knee a pain that like I've never had before and like

whoa like what is that so I slow down and I start walking walk it walk it like

I talk it so I walk and I'm like okay let me try again so again it's still a

gradual incline so I start running again and I get that same pain again and I'm

like what is happening this is not normal so then I start walking again and

I'm like you know what I'm I'm just gonna walk right now at least it's an

uphill and I'm moving right most important thing is movement and then I

get to a point so it on this trail when you get to a certain point it kind of

slopes downhill because there's like a lid a little mini made mini made

man-made Pond Lake pond it's called water dog

lake and I normally run a loop around it and normally when I run around it as the

path goes down towards the lake I go to the left and run around so I come back

up to this point but today I was like no I'm gonna run downhill straight down on

this side and go around the other way so I'm going downhill and so I'm like okay

let me try running on the downhill so I do the downhill and I'm fine on the

downhill like no pain with the downhill so I run what I can when I know this is

not pillow I like walk it and then when there's a downhill again I run it cuz

there was no pain and and I get and as I'm running this path around the lake in

my mind my finances pop up because lately and I'm gonna be honest it's been

heavy on my head you know some months as an entrepreneur you know the journeys up

and down so some months it's not always a steady stream of income especially

when you know you have a certain purpose so but each month somehow god provides

me with rent and bill money so anyways I'm we're nearing the end of

a month here and it's been on my mind and I literally am just like you know

what god I surrender like this is you take

control of my finances I know you'll provide me with the opportunities that I

need in order to make my rent because every month is the same right not every

month but like I'm always provided for and right as I release this stressor and

not worry about it I come to a fork in in this path and one

fort goes downward towards the lake towards back up to where I had started

and this other trail goes up and normally I'm always I do my loop

around the lake and then I go back home and today well yesterday actually it was

one of those just nope you know what I want to keep going so I go up and as I

am walking up this trail because granted it's still a little painful to run I'm

reminded of it being a metaphor in life right

we can always tread the same path and continue to go in circles right or we

can trust and have faith that something is gonna guide us and take us higher and

that's exactly what happened in that moment on that trail I allowed I

released control of my situation and trusted that something else is guiding

me and I was inclined to go on the higher path now I go up this trail and I

get to the top back to the mean like another main road on this trail and

again it's a steady incline and this time I decide you know what let me try

to run again I'm a look I'm warmed up now so I start running no more pain and

it's another thing another metaphor that popped up in my life because remember

remember every holy book every scripture that's out there is a metaphor for God's

presence in their life right and I think the sad part is is people take these

things literally now and and that's not how it should be it's all a metaphor for

your life for what you're experiencing in your life and for me that for me that

day on that trail was was just that so now I'm on the study incline and I'm

running again and no pain and I realize like no matter where we're at in life if

we know we're out of place well we're low but we're not supposed to

be there we need to go higher we're gonna experience some pain and certain

pains you have to work through and that's kind of what I did yesterday like

all along until I reached that point where I wasn't having pain I was still

trying to move or run in some way shape or form and it reminded me of that

saying if you can't run walk if you can't walk crawl but by all means keep

moving forward and and that's what I did yesterday and it's a metaphor for life

you can't with every little pain that hits you you can't let that stop you you

still have to find some way to move forward because that's the only way

you're gonna experience growth and so again the other thing so I'm I'm steady

incline again and I'm able to run a little bit and then I get this like

steep hill and I'm like I'm not running up of this so I'm taking my time I'm

walking I'm you know utilizing my muscles and it dawns and then there's

like another little path so you know like normally you have like a wide path

and you see where most people Trek and then you see like a part that some

people have but not everyone have has and I don't know why but I just

naturally went on this narrower path and as I'm going through it I'm like oh

there was prickly like weed thorn things and like of course of course I picked

the path that's gonna cause me more pain

but at the same time it's the path less traveled right I think it was Walt

Whitman that wrote that poem anyway so we still come out of it

and that's the thing you have to have a faith or belief in something greater

than you because when you do it will lead you out of those thorny paths it

will lead you away from that pain but you have to trust it and you have to

trust that guidance within yourself because if you don't that's when you

stay stuck in that loop that's when you stay stuck in the pain that's when you

stay stuck getting hit with thorns you have to trust that you'll get through it

and the other metaphor that applied to me in that same sense is because not

only was I breaking that cycle like I'm going just around the loop around the

water I chose to go up what it made me think about were you know they always

say in India the sages go to the Himalayas right to go find their

enlightenment and the Himalayas are like the highest mountain range Peaks

I mean no Everest is the highest mountain right in the world and what

dawned on me ins of metaphor goes is the fact that each struggle in life is

something to overcome to reach that next peak so you don't have to go to the

Himalayas to reach that enlightenment you just have to see what it is that you

have to overcome now so that you can go higher and then when you reach that

level you're going to be hit with something else and when you get past it

and grow past it that's another level higher and it's a metaphor for the hymn

it the Himalayas are a metaphor for the struggles in your life because each one

you overcome you're going to go higher and higher and and it's the same as in

don't quote me on this because I'm really bad bible quotes or even

anything in the Quran those are two scriptures that I need to delve a little

deeper and but you know the saying is turning the mountain into a mole turn

the mountain into a molehill I think that's what it is and that's how you

have to look at it you can't look at your problem as Mount Everest you have

to look at your problem as a molehill and as you overcome it you're actually

going to go higher but you can't think that your problem is already this high

and you're not going to be able to do it you have been faced with this struggle

because you have the strength and capacity to overcome it

if if you were not able to that same struggle would be given to someone else

and there's a reason you have it because you have the power within yourself to

overcome it you just have to trust that inner guidance so so yeah so the trail

yesterday was a huge metaphor in my life because I have a big move coming and I

realized I had to reach the point of comfort here in the Bay Area and I

wasn't seeing myself grow anymore and so part of me taking the higher road was a

metaphor of a place I'm in in my life right now where it's time for change

it's time for a new challenge and it's time to grow higher so yeah so I hope

this gives you some sort of guidance in how to apply those things in your life

because your life is going to be your holy scripture just know that God is in

us around us always and you have to have faith that and trust in that inner
