No, the Premier League season is not here early.  But we do have a blockbuster pre-season friendly to enjoy as Arsenal take on Chelsea in Dublin

The encounter is part of the International Champions Cup and the first real tests for new managers Unai Emery and Maurizio Sarri

Arsenal thrashed a young PSG side last weekend and have looked impressive in pre-season so far

Chelsea meanwhile have won both of their two matches under Sarri as they work towards Sunday's Community Shield with Manchester City

We will have all the action from the prestige friendly including team news, goal updates and much more

Arsenal: Cech, Bellerin, Mustafi, Sokratis, Kolasinac, Elneny, Ramsey, Guendouzi, Mkhitaryan, Ozil, Aubameyang19:1019:03Barkley out to impress Once compared to Paul Gascoigne because of his drilling skills, Ross Barkley has the ability to have been at the heart of England's midfield in the World Cup this summer

Instead, he was pounding out the lonely miles in the gym as he battled to reach the sort of fitness he hopes will resurrect a Chelsea career that never got started after joining last January and get him back with the national team

With places to be won in Gareth Southgate's squad for the finals, 2017-18 was a disaster for the 24-year-old

Repeated hamstring injuries meant he played only four games, all of them after that winter window switch to Stamford Bridge for just £15million

A once-promising England career came to a grinding halt and he could only watch as Southgate's young team got within 23 minutes of the World Cup final

Barkley had become the forgotten man. But the attacking midfielder is determined that, under new Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri, the situation will change – and he has been working feverishly to ensure that

Matteo Guendouzi, who has caught the eye in pre-season, gets another chance to impress

18:09Welcome Good evening. And welcome to our live coverage of the pre-season clash between Arsenal and Chelsea

The Premier League rivals face off in Dublin with just over a week to go until the start of the new season

Both sides have looked good under their respective new managers but this is their first real test

Chelsea are back in action as early as Sunday at Wembley in the Community Shield - so there are likely to be changes for this one

But nobody likes losing, even if it is in pre-season - and especially not against one of your biggest rivals

Traveler's notebook flip through, How to hand letter in your scrapbook - Duration: 12:58.

hello friends welcome to a new video on my channel I'm Smitha Katti I blog at

smilingcolors.com you can also find me as @theshinynest on Instagram I've

created a traveler's notebook style scrapbook for my recent Grand Canyon

trip and I'm excited for all of you to come along with me and take a look

inside it today I'm going to be sharing a flip through of my new mini album so

over me blog smilingcolors.com I've written a blog post that goes along with

this which gives you 10 tips about documenting your memories and creating a

traveler's notebook last week I happen to see a scrapbooking kit on Instagram

that I really fell in love with by a company called make a pretty life and I

really love their kit it was very appropriate for our trip this time

during the trip we took a lot of photographs and you might have seen me

share some of them on Instagram and I was very motivated to come home

and print photographs and I wanted to document them somehow

while the memories are still fresh in my mind and something that I like to do for

small trips like this is create a mini book so a couple of things I worked

extra out on the cover of this book because I knew that's what's gonna stand

out and that's what everybody's going to see I use this huge paper clip to keep

the book close because the book is kind of thick now and you can see that there

are a lot of pages and I like that this paper clip kind of keeps it all together

I believe a list of all the supplies I've used in the description box below

so don't worry about that right now we'll just take a look at the travelers

notebook for the title of Grand Canyon I did some gold powder embossing and how I

did that was on this paper die-cut I first used a pencil to sketch out Grand

Canyon and then I went over it with an embossing pen this is the market that

has some sticky glue on it and you can see it's kind of blue in color so I went

over my pencil line carefully with the marker and the blue color of the marker

helps you know how much you've covered while the glue is still sticky you can't

have to work fast here I poured gold embossing powder all over

the words and then I dusted off the exit

and now to melt the embossing powder I used a heat gun or an embossing gun and

then you just want to go over to all of the powder melts and becomes this liquid

gold that's so beautiful

this is such a WOW factor for this album I just love gold embossing powder so to

assemble the cover I just trimmed in scrapbooking paper and using the tombow

xtreme adhesive I glued it into place I glued everything else into place and

then I stamped the words you are here and I also added a pom pom ribbon to the

side of the book I like the way it kind of adds this whimsical feeling to the

book and to do that I just added a bead of glue to the outer edge of the inner

side you don't want to add too much glue because then it'll lose out and make a

mess so add just a little bit of glue and then place the ribbon on top don't

stretch the ribbon let the ribbon fall into place naturally and then let it dry

overnight and it should be good I placed a ziploc bag between the cover and the

front page just so that nothing would stick in place once it is completely

dried the next day I took a sharp pair of scissors and then I rounded the edges

to match the cover and there is when you open the book the first thing you see is

the stamp that says property of this was a stamp that is included in the kit and

I just stamped it with some black tombow dual brush pens and then I wrote the

words the Cutty family in

the next page is when the photo start so all of the photographs have been printed

at home I like to proof my photographs in Photoshop and then I print them on

till eight-and-a-half by 11 inch photo paper the paper I'm using here is a

Canon matte photo paper this is a paper I've been using for years I use it to

print photographs printables anything the paper is really bright and nice and

I love the photos that come out of it I just print out different sides of

photographs I don't print just one for basic size I like to print two by two

inches two and a half by three inches and I have all odd sizes I have like

five by eight I mix the sides of photographs and then I just trim them to

size using my trimmer the paper trimmer I'm using is beifuss cars and I've used

this one for years as well and I'll leave a link to it down below I just

stamped some little odd details I added some paper bit and to do my

journaling I'm using a black pen that is by tombow this is the mono drawing pen

and in the 0-5 thickness this pen is really nice for all kinds of journaling

and as you see in my scrapbooking Styles pretty simple I don't go over the top I

like to have photographs and I like the photograph to tell the story I adhered

the photographs onto the paper with the tombow xtreme glue as well and I like

the extreme glue because it holds tight the best part of this whole scrapbooking

experience is playing with paper for me I love all these little die-cuts I love

how I get to glue them and make stories come to life on paper

the next page there are more photographs more little bits of paper and some

journaling and then the next page go through all of the die-cuts that came in

the kit pick one that goes appropriately with the page whew it in and add some

journaling as you see as I adding big photographs at times and then I add

smaller photographs just to tell the whole story next this is about the road

trip I trimmed a paper tag here I added a little bit of twine for some dimension

and texture this was one of my favorite photographs I loved the rocks and the

people contrast to do the Zion National Park on this side I did some hand that

ring again I start by doing a pencil sketch first because I want to make sure

that my words are in the center of the page I like to use a four hitch or a six

edged pencil and I make sure that the pencil isn't too sharp because I don't

want it to leave indentations on the paper once they have my pencil lines in

place and I like how it looks I lightly erase the pencil so that it's faintly

visible but not really loud and then I go over that with my tombow dual brush

pen the pen I used today is an N 25 it's a dark black but not really darkest

black and I like the way it looks with everything else here I added these

stickers that say you Tom I used the sticker set that came with the pack and

the next page again more photographs and then comes page we went to Page Arizona

as well and another thing that I like to incorporate in my scrapbooks are maps

maps are easily available everywhere I think maps and typography are very

trendy these days I also leave a lot of place for me to

journal I have a lot of stories to tell and I want this to be something that we

can read 10 years later and remember fondly and many places I leave blank

space because I think that speaks nicely against a big photograph as well this is

a photo of the Antelope Canyon we loved that place it was just amazing and again

I keep pamplets something that had information that we found very

fascinating especially my daughter's I trim it to size add it into the book a

main thing for me while making scrapbooks at this point of my life is

that I have my kids participate with me what I did was I trimmed a regular eight

and a half by 11 inch page that had fit inside my book I told my daughter write

what she felt about the trip so she made this entire thing by herself she brought

all the pages she wrote the title and I like to see her perspective and I know

that 10 years later she's not gonna be writing like this it's a nice way to

preserve her handwriting as well and then comes the star of our trip the

Grand Canyon for the Grand Canyon here again I did some hand lettering took my

tombow dual brush pen and I did some brush lettering now if you've not done

brush lettering before I have a couple of videos on the YouTube channel which

explain what brush lettering is the next page is actually a pocket map and what I

did was actually I cut off the excess first with a pair of scissors and then I

folded it and trimmed it to that I had a nice straight edge beneath then to

adhere it into my scrapbook I used the tombow xtreme adhesive again

and I applied adhesive onto one half of the map first I placed the map into my

book and I positioned it correctly and then I just shut the book close to make

sure it stays in place and I opened it to find that it was perfectly presented

and then I was able to turn it and add adhesive onto the other side

I love the way this opens it shows all of the viewpoints there were so many

viewpoints on the South Rim I gave a nice check mark against all of the ones

we saw we saw many of them we saw like 12 or 13 viewpoints

the next page again I start keeping things simple because the photographs of

the Grand Canyon are really amazing so have large photos and have a smaller

photo and some some journaling on the side some places I don't the journaling

I just add photographs because these photographs were my favorite then for

this one here I added the word sunset love because we took a lot of sunset

photographs to make sure that my word sunset and love were centered I take my

stickers and I actually arrange them to spell my word onto the edge of some kind

of plastic packaging and then I bring it to the paper I make sure it's in the

right position and I press down firmly I'm adhering the top 3/4 of it then you

want to wiggle out of the packaging from beneath and press down the other quarter

left behind and you have perfectly centered stickers this comes especially

handy when you have to Center the second word because I wanted to add the word

love beneath it and adhere it into place so I added some more for the rest of all

the sunsets we saw and then added some journaling more photographs there are a

lot of photographs in my scrapbook more photographs some more journaling and

again these pages are by my kids my little girl world it was cool I felt

happy and sad that I missed home that is she's a homebody she loves home my older

daughter wrote a lot of more details because she's older and she was very

intrigued by all of the layers of the Grand Canyon so I'm not surprised she

wrote this she did some bettering of her own and she loved the Colorado River so

she would see the Colorado River every time every viewpoint the first thing she

would look for the Colorado River then I have some more photographs of the

sunset this is the sunrise actually and then this was one of the brochures that

had a lot of information that I had really liked so I decided I'm just gonna

trim it in and try to put it inside and I wondered the typography Grand Canyon

to be centered now we're almost near the end this one's all about my husband and

he did a lot of photography this trip inside I wanted to make a note about

that and the final one I thought this this little spread tongue got really

cute said I'll go anywhere with you I'd use some pink shiny tape and I love this

guest check this was also part of the kit and the final page thank you a lot

of planes trains and automobiles in this trip and I would how old my kids were

during this trip and that brings us to the end of the scrapbook as you can see

doesn't stay closed very easily which is why I like this huge paper jumbo clip

this book was also included in the kit but I have found many books like this on

Amazon and I've actually bought a couple of them I believe links to those as well

down in the description box so thank you so much for spending some crafty time

with me today friends I hope you enjoyed having a look inside of my travelers

notebook scrapbooks I definitely enjoyed sharing it with you make sure to give

this video a thumbs up share it with friends and leave me a comment below

letting me know whether you like seeing clip throws of albums and I will leave

you here today with a couple of my previous videos that I think you'll

enjoy happy crafting

American Horror Story Season 8: Here's Everything We Know - Duration: 3:49.

(eerie music)

- [Narrator] Last week saw American Horror Story

co-creator Ryan Murphy reveal the title

of the show's upcoming eighth season,

American Horror Story: Apocalypse.

Here's what we know so far about the eighth season

of American Horror Story.

It's gonna be a crossover season.

Ryan Murphy revealed in June that American Horror Story

season eight would be a crossover

of season one, Murder House,

in which a family moves in to a haunted L.A. home.

- Welcome.

- [Narrator] And season three, Coven, about a group of girls

who attend a special New Orleans academy for young witches.

Season one concluded with the family's newborn child

being taken by their creepy neighbor,

played by Jessica Lange.

And in the season one closing scene,

we discovered the child had murdered yet another babysitter.

- Now, what am I gonna do with you?

- [Narrator] Throughout season three,

the young witches of Miss Robichaux's academy

fought off evil forces like the Minotaur,

the Axeman, and the corrupting seduction

of becoming the next Supreme Leader

of the New Orleans witches.

Season eight's promo image is indicative of the crossover.

With season eight being a crossover

of seasons one and three,

it makes sense that the first image

from American Horror Story: Apocalypse

combines a newborn baby with an evil demonic force.

Even the poster is reminiscent of promo images

for the show's inaugural season

which showed the infamous Rubber Man,

an embodiment of sexual rage,

reaching out for the unborn child

in a sleeping woman's belly.

In the newly unveiled season eight poster,

which has the same red and black color scheme

of season one promo images,

a supernatural creature is reaching out for a child.

Season eight is set in the near future.

The title of season eight, Apocalypse,

provides a pretty good hint

that the season will take place in the future.

Back in January, Ryan Murphy did indeed confirm

that's the case, but we aren't talking about SCI-FI future.

We now know that American Horror Story season eight

is set approximately 18 months in the future.

This marks the first time a season

of American Horror Story is taking place

not in the past or the present.

Much of the American Horror Story cast is returning

but there are a few new additions.

We know that American Horror Story regular Sarah Paulson,

Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, and Billie Lourd

are all returning for season eight.

One new addition to the cast is legendary actress,

Joan Collins, who will play the grandmother

of Evan Peters' character.

Another new addition is Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman,

an actor and model known for the dark comedy series UnREAL.

It's been hinted that season one stars

Dylan McDermott and Connie Britton

could also be coming onboard for season eight.

As for the casting question in the back of all our minds,

there's been no word yet as to whether Jessica Lange,

who appeared in the first four seasons

of American Horror Story,

will be returning for season eight.

Ryan Murphy told Entertainment Weekly in June,

you will see so many fan favorites return

that you'll feel like it's The Love Boat.

It's rumored that Evan Peters will play

a gay hairdresser in season eight.

Ryan Murphy has said the actor, who just ended his stint

on the critically acclaimed series, Pose,

will play a comedic hairdresser.

Will Peters be playing gay

for the American Horror Story audience?

The tone of American Horror Story season eight

will be much different from last season.

Murphy revealed that season eight will be more

fantasy inspired and heightened, saying,

it's not necessarily as real

and grounded as the past season.

We're sort of getting back to Asylum and Coven.

That's the tone of it.

Expect a big twist in episode five.

We can expect some big surprises

in American Horror Story season eight,

according to Murphy himself.

It's a season unlike anything we've done

because there's a big hook to it, he says.

There's a huge thing that happens in episode five.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse

premieres September 12th on FX.

The Simulation of Reality and 3 Ways to HACK the System - Duration: 21:51.

in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you 3 ways to hack the system under this

understanding that we may be living in a simulation I'm gonna show you ways of

getting around some of the things that may hold us back and how we can use

certain perspectives to our advantage welcome back to another video my name is

Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness now in this video I'm

gonna be sharing with you 3 ways that you can hack the system of understanding

how we may live into what we call simulated reality simulation and this

has to do with a little bit of a comment that Elon Musk has made that then kind

of sparked my curiosity and then I started to study this which is actually

there's physics coming out that's showing that there's something called a

big theory of everything which is an explanation for how all of reality works

whereas a lot of times we get science that only shows how a part of reality

works there may be the study of biology the study of something else to study of

something else and people can look at it and they go oh this is some of the

commonalities this is some of the patterns but how everything works

together is often something that's not pieced together however with this

understanding of living in a simulated type reality this explains everything

from a certain perspective I'm gonna share that with you but I'm also gonna

share with you 3 ways to hack the system so that you achieve what you want easier

than ever now first off I've explained this story before but I'm gonna give it

just a little bit of a basis so in case you haven't seen my other videos on it

you kind of understand a simulated reality this is something I find to be

very not just curiosity very empowering because what it implies is that we are

much more than we can possibly imagine and in a way I believe that life is a

form of game life is a form of dream that we are dreaming we're having right

like I'm in a higher level of consciousness I believe that we are all

asleep dreaming that we are here projecting ourselves here

the thing is is this reality has a certain level of continuity where we're

like yesterday I did this in 2 or I will do this so therefore we create

this experience of a consistent dream which then to us makes us perceive and

say wow this is very real but in reality I think we are so much more than we can

possibly imagine and we are dreaming that we're here we're just dreaming a

long consistent dream that appears to be something that is very real we have our

senses our senses our interpreters of vibration so I can go over and touch a

pillow and go whoa this has a lot of this has a lot of sensation this must be

real but what is real because all that is is an interpretation of vibration we

can smell touch taste hear see all of these things are interpretations of

vibration they are way for interpreting information everything in our life that

we experience at a certain level is information it is a meaning that we put

in our mind or there's a neutrality in our mind about it but nonetheless it's a

way that we digest it data we could think of it like that and it's easy to

understand from the it's easier to understand from the perspective of a

computer because the computer can be an analogy but I don't think it's like we

live in a computer I think that that's just the analogy symbol that we use in

our reality I think that it works in a similar way I believe that we are just

in a way kind of in a virtual reality now what Elon Musk said is that he said

that this reality that we experience the chances of it being the baseline reality

like it being the real reality he says he thinks that that is less than a

percentage of a percentage he said like one in a million of a percentage or

something and what that means is that he thinks it's very very very highly

unlikely that this is a base level reality now what this means what this

implies is just like you think of virtual reality you know I was talking I

shared the story but my cousin came over to we had something going on my dad's

house like a year ago my cousin came over he brought his ps3 with this this

headset that you put on and it's like a VR headset and you're looking through it

and you actually think that you are there you actually think that you are

experiencing whatever is in your environment through this VR system and

we played to where we were inside traveling

through underwater we were underwater looking around we're wearing these

little suits that were giving us oxygen looking around we're in a shaft that was

being descended down into the ocean looking around seeing this with the fish

that are swimming by noticing the coral on the floor all of this really cool

environment it's cool because as you moved your head so did your environment

change and if you kind of trick yourself you'd almost think that you were there

but you know I was aware I was like oh I know that I'm not really there but your

brain it almost doesn't know the difference now the cool thing was there

was a shark that when it began to swim by and swam by over in the front and

you're like whoa you know there it goes that it goes away and you don't see

where it goes behind you and then all of a sudden you look behind you and there's

just shark that's coming at you and it bites into the cage that you're in

you're in this like cage going down like a scuba scuba snorkeling cage whatever

you call it and it bites into the cage you're like whoa it's like right in

front of you you see it like almost gonna bite into you it tears apart some

of the the cage and then you're like oh now the cage is open now the sharks

gonna get you and then you look down and as you look down you see a whole bunch

of space it's almost like you're feel like you're on a building or something

you actually get scared so the reason I'm telling you this is because my mind

did not know the difference between what I was seen and what I was experiencing

and the other cool thing is that the VR technology we have now is not even like

a percentage of what it will be in probably five or ten years this is a

very early early stages like imagine a brick phone now we got the iPhone it

could all do those cool stuff but imagine you got like a brick phone like

one of those big phones that used to talk in in the 80s if you were around

then you know like it's ancient compared to what we have now now in the same way

if this is already the case where the brain doesn't know the difference

between what's experiencing to what is actually happening imagine in five or

ten years where the technology is going to be we're not even going to know the

difference between what is reality and what is not reality now knowing that

this is a potential within our own life right now what's to not say that at a

higher level of consciousness we may exist we may project ourselves into this

reality for a certain purpose now what could that purpose be I think the

purpose could be to learn I think the purpose could be there's

something there's something as frustrating as it may be to have things

kind of slower here I think that in the higher levels of consciousness things

happen very quickly it's just like in a dream state higher level of

consciousness when you're in a dream state things happen all that you can

think of something almost immediately happens now our dreams we go to bed at

night and we wake up and our you know we're in our dreams

and we're like oh we're having a dream maybe I could do it I want it's kind of

cool we wake up in the morning and we go oh yes that was a dream that wasn't real

this is who I really am but the only reason we think that is because the

dream is a little bit more random we think it because we are here right now

so that must have been a dream that must have not been real but what if from a

higher level of consciousness we're actually awake at a much higher

level of consciousness we can imagine but our brain gives us symbols as to

what we may have been doing in this dream states because we wouldn't

understand from different perspectives we can only understand that which our

brain understands you know what I mean it's not like the we can understand

something that's beyond that of the dimension of time and space within we

live in you know so this is about understanding the possibility that maybe

we live and more of a simulation we're dreaming that we're here right now and

that because we're dreaming were here right now there's a certain kind of

experiences we can have now one of the most powerful things we do is we realize

there's a correlation between what we are thinking and what we are

experiencing this is called sometimes the law of attraction deliberate focus

when we focus we can then experience more of what we want and this is because

there's certain what are called rule sets of reality there's certain rule

sets for the how things work in our life these rule sets are like laws like the

law of gravity we've agreed to have this kind of collective dream together and

part of the collective dream is we're gonna have this thing called gravity

that keeps us all on the planet so that we don't fly away there's the rule set

such as the law of attraction or whatever we focus on grows whatever is

like onto itself is drawn more of so then we noticed that and we're like okay

well if I think negative thoughts like feel separated if I feel positive

thoughts but I think positive thoughts I feel more connected so these are

different aspects of certain rule sets we may have there may be rule sets about

the way cosmology or about the way our reality works and part

of this is becoming aware of the correlation between what we think and

what we experience so that's my spiel as to the simulated universe we may live in

we may be dreaming that we are here we may be immortal spiritual beings having

temporary human experiences for certain purposes because here things go up and a

little bit slower and higher dimensions things happen very quickly so it's

almost like instantaneously but here you get to think about what you want you get

to intend for it to happen you get to go through some of the challenges along the

way because there's more learning to be done in that experience than being in a

higher level of consciousness where just things happen as much as we say all

would be so amazing to just think of this and this happens as much as we say

that it's not necessarily the case from a soul level from a spiritual level of

consciousness from how we can interpret the kind of experiences we have so with

that being said the first way that we can begin to hack the simulated universe

that we may live in is understanding our thoughts understanding the direction

they're going in and understanding something called rulesets so have you

ever seen it to where somebody has like beginner's luck like they haven't done

something before they do it and they're successful at it but maybe after they do

it they're successful at it maybe after that they start to develop an

expectation they start to lose it maybe somebody's like oh I'm gonna go play a

certain video game for example and they play a video game and they're playing it

and they're they doing really good at it but then after a while they start to get

frustrated they start to develop certain patterns maybe eventually they get

better at it but then they feel resistance and things don't happen as

easily maybe it's a certain sport maybe it's some type of art whatever it is

this is because there's no expectation as to past experience that is driving

the expectation of what could happen and a lot of times something very good could

happen because there's not that expectation however many times when

people begin to have an expectation they create a pattern and what happens is

based on the prior pattern it's more likely that we continue to create that

over and over and over and over again so the key to it is almost seeing things as

fresh almost seeing things as it's your first

time ever doing it because what happens is any time we go into the past way of

thinking into the autopilot mind we then create from an autopilot type creation

mode it's almost like we can't create anything new because we're always doing

the same thing over and over again so what this means is the more we get

outside of our comfort zone and we do new things the more we have an ability

to tap into something that is a greater degree of change so this is a way that I

found to hack the universe because when you're to hack your simulated reality we

may live in because when you go to do something if you keep doing it from the

same energy if you think the same thoughts every day if you feel the same

emotions every day if you take the same actions every day you're gonna get the

same results every day because that is on an autopilot rule set that we have

created because we've conditioned this pattern into us we create the same thing

over and over and over again so the key to this is to moreso see how we can

bring in something new how we can begin to create from a perspective of I'm

gonna do something I've never done before because then we get outside of

that same rule set of how things have to be of feeling frustrated or some type of

just pattern that we've already created through conditioning so a hack for that

is to simply there's a hack that I use that has to do with setting a trigger

for me to wake up from the autopilot mind so what I do is this this trigger

that I that's call I call it the change technique it's something I think I

learned from dr. Joe Dispenza you go like this you go change clap your

hands change and when you do this it changes the physiology because then

you're you're sitting there and you're like oh yeah I'm gonna go do this and

you go do and you start doing it the same old way you've always done it

whether that's maybe some type of maybe mean feeling videos or me doing

something and doing some type of creative work and I'm always thinking

the same thoughts over and over and sometimes when I go to make an Instagram

video for example I get into the same mode where I think of the same thoughts

like I'm gonna always do this this video on self image or something like that and

I'm always think I'm like why am I always tried to do is video self image

well anytime I think of Instagram and trying to create a video for it for some

reason my mind goes there so clap I haves change and then I changed my

physiology and then I folk something completely new I focus on a

new perspective and that kind of shakes me out of that rule set of that

consistent pattern anytime I think about Instagram I think about making a self

image video you see so you can use that for anything set a trigger for you to

remember that that is the key to do something new to step outside of the

norm because when you do new things you gain the ability to not have this

pattern recognition that's going to create the same experiences over and

over again everything in our life that we experience is about probability

because it's about shifting through this experience of the simulation and we

create things to be more probable when we set intentions when we do new things

when we get outside of our comfort zone and these are ways that we can begin to

increase the probability of certain things happening

the second hack to that of us living in a simulated universe or simulated

reality could be that of understanding this idea I think this is so powerful

especially when we begin to apply it it's understanding the system itself so

just like we have an individual point of consciousness something we want to

experience in our life in the same way there's this collective consciousness

that we are all collectively having together we're having our own dream of

life but there's billions of other people have in their dream of life but

at a fundamental level we're having this dream of life together and we're

relating to each other because there's more to be learned when we're relating

to other people we're in our own reality just us one point of focus there won't

be that much to learn because it's just boring we're just on our own planet or

something like that but having more people makes it more fun the key is

understanding to the dream itself to the simulation itself there is a purpose of

the simulation itself and that is to lesson what is called entropy now

entropy think of that as chaos think of that as disorder and the purpose of the

system is to lessen the degree of entropy which means to almost increase

the the intention of unity for us to become more unified to learn but also to

integrate things into our lives to integrate experiences to integrate a

connection so when you see this this is how I use I'll be honest I already hack

the system of the simulation in a way and I've been doing it unconsciously

because what I do I always have this intention to add

value to other people you may have heard people like Gary Vaynerchuk who's like

take a lot of action add value add value I believe this I believe the more value

we add to other people the more good comes to us because what you put out is

what you get back the more goods you put out the more good comes back to you so

my core business model is how much value can I add to other people in knowing

that the more value I add to other people the more that comes back to me so

it's a win-win so I'm always looking to give more because at the same time the

the intention of the system itself is to grow is to lessen the chaos in a way

that you can lessen the chaos is by increasing the level of compassion in

you is by increasing your level of awareness by expanding your awareness

like I always you know say in the beginning my videos so that's my

intention because I realize this system has an intention of itself and if you're

only in it for yourself if it's a lose win situation for everyone else then

you're not going with the system you're going against the system so it's about

being aware of that doesn't mean you have to be the system's little you know

like going around doing everything for everyone else but what it does mean is

you're in your passion and you link up your passion to adding value to other

people maybe you create amazing art instead of just seeing it as art seen as

something that wants to be expressed through you see it as something I add

value to other people because as they're in their house they're looking at that

piece of art they're like damn that's a cool piece of art you see so it's about

having this understanding of the system itself and I choose to base my whole

business model around it and it works very well for me I find that things come

back to me I put out all this good energy at least what I appreciate to be

good energy and a lot of people feel that and that comes back in different

ways so understand there's a system there's an intention of the system and

if you haven't begin to integrate your passion into that of adding value to

other people I highly recommend you do it because when you do it you'll find

that things happen easier for you anyways because you are starting to go

with the system so the third part I want to talk about is that of understanding

social conditioning so just like imagine there's this grid around the planet

imagine there's a grid an energy field just like there's any

the energy fields around our body in the simulation that we live in and imagine

that around these energy fields there's certain thought forms there's certain

ways of thinking and when people think similarly we grow these thought forms to

where then many times we'll think we're having our own thoughts when in reality

we may be having the thoughts of social conditioning social conditioning is the

whole perspective that society will tell you or you will hear on the news the

news is a form of social conditioning many times oh it's bad out there in the

world is it really bad statistically it's been shown that we're living in the

best time ever that things are continuing to get better but the news

will make it look like things are horrible so when you watch the news

you're kind of getting kind of those thought forms I'm talking about like the

electromagnetic energy around the planet we start to link up to those thought

forms and we start to think those are our thoughts when they're really the

thoughts of social conditioning so what other forms of social conditioning well

it could be that of go to school for four years go to school for four years

and then you can work a job for 30 years then he could mention the retire then he

could travel the world you know there's a certain stuff or nothing wrong with

that if you're going to school I'm not saying school to bat I'm just saying

that a lot of times people just kind of doing whatever the social conditioning

is they're just going through the motions of it and so you know this is

the next logical step so what I encourage you to do is to step outside

of that bubble to realize you are so much more than you can priorly imagine

and to know that you don't have to agree with everything that you are told you

are creating your own reality and when you see that some people's beliefs

they're trying to regurgitate them on to you or uneven unconsciously they're just

kind of the way it is like that's just the way you think you see reality

reality is what you make it to be you step outside of the way reality is

supposed to be the social conditioning when you begin to think for yourself and

you begin to say what do I prefer to believe that's all up to you and your

own preference of what you want to believe and you can begin to

re-architect your own belief system by simply deciding and becoming aware of

where the social conditioning already is in your life when you're doing something

asked why am i motivated to do this why am I not motivated to do this begin to

find why you do what you do ask different questions become more aware of

these and anytime you're feeling triggered become aware of what this is

be able to observe your thoughts rather than react

to it these are all things that as you begin to do you begin to D plug from

that of social conditioning and then to replug as to who you are meant to be in

your life so remember we may live in a simulation we may be dreaming that we're

here right now we may be immortal spiritual beings having temporary human

experiences and we may forget who we are at a greater level remember that there's

certain hacks you can use simply becoming aware of the correlation

between what you think and what you experience is already a step ahead if

you watch my videos you're already there so congratulations another thing about

this is the key of the system itself is to lessen entropy it's to that of

increased love and increase win-win scenarios the more value you add to

other people the more that comes back to you the more that you are just yourself

your authentic self the more you add value to other people because energy is

contagious so that's something that I think the more you put out the more you

get back and the more you become aware of all of this the more you can begin to

see that this is about lessening the social conditioning being yourself and

as you do this you begin to create what you want in a very powerful way so

another thing I've done is I've created a free guided meditation that will help

you to raise your vibration which gives you more ability to navigate through

this simulated reality it's absolutely free you can put it in you see in the

top of description box below you can download it and listen to it for 21 days

I recommend that it can absolutely change your life another thing I'll be

doing is more live communities on Instagram so if you haven't followed me

on Instagram yet I'm gonna go and link my Instagram right here as well I also

do daily content there daily IG TV episodes and more interaction so if

you'll want more interaction for me go ahead and follow me there no other than

that I hope you enjoyed this video feel free to like this video if you liked it

Here is How We are all Manipulated - Duration: 3:15.

Have you ever wondered how people in power manipulate the masses!

you probably have been their victim without realising that!

But, how exactly manipulation works?

Imagine we have some kind of truth and false, our job is to remove the truth from the sphere

of the view of person that we are trying to manipulate.

You don't necessarily have to get rid of it, you can simply distract people from it

by drawing their attention to something else.

But humans naturally search and analyse, so if you leave someone with a lie, at the end

of the day, the human mind will find an alternative.

But whats fascinating is that, when you separate the lie into two parts, everything changes

(Lie number 1, lie number 2) The human mind starts thinking that one of

them is the truth, so it chooses the best option and calms down, thinking that he has

has found the truth when in reality thats just another lie.

For example, you are told: we either get rid of immigrants and get back our jobs or keep

them and stay unemployed! the choice is yours!

but they don't tell you that you can have both of them!

they push your mind to choose between two false solutions! if someone falls under this

kind of manipulation, he would not ask himself: why does he even have to choose!

The scale of this manipulation extends further than you think!

You are told: socialism or capitalism? but they don't tell you is that none of

these systems can exist without the other! and throughout the last century, the entire

world was divided because of it!

they say: you can either try to get rich but be unhappy or stay average and be happy! because

eventually money can't buy happiness! but they don't tell you that you can be

super rich and super happy at the same freaking time!

This is often done through 3 steps!

First, artificially create a problem that attracts attention.

The bad guys on the other side of the world want to nuke us!

if we don't do something, we will be destroyed! this noise attracts people, the problem might

really exist, but its often very exaggerated!

Then we are given 2 solutions, we either live in peace but under threat or attack that country

and solve the problem.

Finally, come up with 2 smalls groups of people who will generate a lot of noise! one that

passionately supports the war while other that promotes peace and that will divide the

entire society!

But none of these options are good for the society, they just benefit the politicians

and their friends!

This method is often used to distract people from real problems but also as a marketing

strategy.

Corporations artificially create problems to make some noise and draw attention to their

products and boost their sales.

There are countless number of example, but this video has to end! Thanks for watching

I will see you in the next one!

Here's What I Think About the Toyota Land Cruiser and More - Duration: 3:21.

Rev up your engines!

Dao says, what do you think about Land Cruisers, ok Land Cruisers are well made, Toyota makes

them, now the Land Rovers are rolling piles of junk, the English stuff, but the Land Cruisers

are really excellent made vehicles and can last a long time,

but realize, they are gas hogs, those things get terrible gas mileage because

their huge and they weigh a lot, I mean the newer ones are better than the

older ones, I had customers with the old ones when they were big straight 6 cylinders with

giant pistons and standard transmissions and they got like 7 miles a gallon in town with

the AC on, but they can last a really long time,

Atom bomb says, Scotty my 1999 Buick Century misfires only between 35 and 45 miles an hour,

I checked plugs, cylinder 3 the plug was worn badly, replaced that and it still happens,

what now, ok if you find that it's only misfiring at

that speed, what you want to do if have a mechanic do what's called a wet and dry compression

test of your engine, because it could be that the number 3 cylinder

is just flat wearing out, if that plug is worn badly and the other aren't,

it generally means you have a problem in the number 3 cylinder, and if a mechanic says

yes you know you're wet and dry compression ratio shows you got a serious worn part inside

your number 3 cylinder and that's a 1999 Buick, you might either live with it or get another

car, because to rebuild the engine is going to

cost you thousands of dollars to do it right so you know,

Hanson says, big fan Scotty, you recommended an automatic transmission over CVT but the

Corolla uses CVT thanks, well for a while you could have a choice,

you could get a regular or CVT and I'd say get the regular, but my son bought one with

a CVT that was a year old and he loves it, he says it gets better gas mileage than it

was even rated for so, you know I'm not a big fan of how CVT's drive and I personally

like a standard anyways, but Toyota makes pretty good stuff, that said,

do not buy a Subaru CVT, do not buy a Nissan CVT because you're going to have problems,

they have lots of problems with those, Dexbolt says, Scotty do you think it's a bad

idea to put a turbo into a 2000 Honda Civic with more than 220,000 miles, well it is if

you don't want to rebuild the engine, realize Honda makes very good engines, they

were originally a motorcycle company so their engines are top notch, their automatic transmissions

no, and their CVT transmission no, but their engines are really strong engines,

but that said, their made for what size they have and what power,

so you take a small Civic engine that's got 220,000 miles on it and you put a turbo on

it, you'll probably end up blowing the engine, that said if you want to rebuild the engine

or put a later model engine in it and turbo go right ahead, their strong engines,

but with that kind of mileage your kind of pushing your luck adding a turbocharger now,

so if you never want to miss another one of my new car repair videos, remember to ring

that bell!

Build of the Week S9E6: DreamScythe's Worm Commander - Duration: 3:33.

Welcome to Build of the Week.

I'm Bex from Grinding Gear Games.

This week we're looking at a Ranger build

that uses no ranged skills whatsoever.

In fact, it plays more like a Necromancer,

commanding an army of animated minions

to turn monsters into mush.

The most important item you'll need for this build

is the unique body armour Chains of Command,

which was designed with help from one of our players

from the chinese realm.

Chains of Command turns your Animated Guardian

into a self-propagating weapon spawner.

Whenever your animated guardian kills an enemy,

you'll animate a copy of its weapon.

Each of your animated weapons

have a 10% chance to animate a copy of your guardian's weapons on kill too!

To get the mayhem rolling,

you'll want to bring three or four copies

of the writhing jar unique flask.

This flask spawns some enemy worms

which make for quick and easy kills for your guardian.

An Overflowing Chalice unique flask

will help you refill your writhing jars

so you're never without a few wormy pals.

Since your animated guardian's kills

are the main source of your minions,

it's really important that it be able to hit enemies reliably,

so carefully choose which items to give your animated guardian.

A lycosidae will ensure it never misses,

but that's quite an expensive item.

Buying a good weapon from Vagan

and crafting some mods on it

is cheaper in the short term,

but since you'll be animating copies of it,

it needs to have good killing power.

Really, it just depends on what you can afford.

Keep your animated guardian alive for longer

by giving it items that will increase its life

or provide some life regeneration.

Giving it the unique body armour Bloodbond does both,

as does the fated unique shield The Oak.

Supporting it with minion life is helpful,

but giving it high-damage supports like Multistrike

is also a valid option,

since that will turn into even more minions later.

To get the most out of all of your animated minions,

run the Anger and Wrath auras

supported by Generosity

A Cast when Damage Taken setup with Convocation

will pull your animated army back to you when you need it most,

though you may want a 2nd Convocation

that you can cast yourself in emergencies.

On the passive tree, prioritise life,

skill effect duration,

flask passives

and minion passives.

The Necromantic Aegis keystone

paired with a Victario's Charity unique shield

will give your minions a pile of charges

and some extra defences.

The Pathfinder ascendancy

provides a number of strong defensive benefits

from using flasks frequently.

It also provides an avenue to gain flask charges during boss fights,

which is important in the event that your animated weapons die.

One of the best things about this build

is the fact that you don't have to 6-link your Chains of Command body armour

to get the most out of it.

The animate guardian's weapon skill is built into the item,

so 6 sockets will let you support your weapons with 6 supports

regardless of links!

Now get out there and show those worms who's boss.

These are all of the unique items you'll want for this build

in order of importance,

and how difficult it might be to find them

or buy them from other players.

These are the gems you'll need.

These should be very simple to acquire.

If you're interested,

here are the microtransactions

the character in this episode is wearing.

For more in-depth information about this week's build

you can find a link to the guide in the description of this video.

That's it for season nine of Build of the Week!

Thanks for watching and see you next time!

Here's What Trash Looks Like Around The World - Duration: 3:45.

- Hi, I'm Aria and I'm in Los Angeles.

- Hi, I'm Aishwarya and I live in Mumbai.

- My name's Luisa and I'm live in Sao Paolo, Brazil.

- My name is Red, I live in Tokyo.

- Hi, I'm Saba and I live in Berlin.

- I'm Giovanni and I'm from Mexico City.

- I wanted to see what trash looked like around the world.

So I contacted six BuzzFeeders, at offices around the globe

to go about their week, and throw away things

as they normally would, and at the end of the week

to empty out their trash, and just to sort it

and see what sort of trash they're producing,

and how they could potentially reduce their waste.

- [Man] Whoa.

- [Aishwarya] Let's put all the plastic on one side.

- Plastic.

Plastic.

Plastic.

(speaking in foreign language)

- [Aria] So that's more plastic here.

- Plastic, it just really stinks a lot right now.

- Make it stop, make it stop.

Why is there so much trash?

(speaking in foreign language)

I don't do any sorting stuff.

- Here in Mexico, we don't separate trash that often.

Finally I take my trash out, and it was weird for me

because it was like a weird week;

because I invited some friends and we have beers,

I eat a lot of chips, and I realized I make a lot of trash.

- I guess we don't really realize how much trash

we do tend to gather and build over the course of a week.

And this was a week that I would consider a light week,

in terms of me being at home.

I didn't do very much at home.

For a light week, I'd say that's a fairly sizeable chunk.

- Now honestly I'm very surprised at all the plastic

that I've collected, because at home I'm not into packaged.

Like I'm into a healthy lifestyle,

so at home I wouldn't collect a lot of,

packaged foods, and stuff like that but I guess,

I'm not as sustainable as I though I was.

- There is lots of cat food wrappers and

ice cream wrappers too because

it was very hot these past days.

Juice cartons.

Also this packaging for vegetables and salads, and grapes.

I don't know if it's a lot.

Some of it is probably not necessary.

This is the waste that I've produced during the week.

In total, I think it is a lot.

And I think it wouldn't be such a big problem

if we knew that all the recyclable parts

would be actually recycled.

(gentle music)

- I guess I could definitely work on myself.

Less takeout, more cooking, but if I cook,

then I should also pay attention to how

the vegetables and the salad and everything else,

all the ingredients are wrapped.

You can do better, Saba, is my conclusion to this.

(speaking in foreign language)

- Even if you don't produce a lot of trash,

you can always reduce it.

- When I buy a product, I never think about

the material it's made of.

I mostly just think about my convenience.

And I feel like now, I'm gonna be more aware and mindful

about the kind of trash I'm making.

I think everyone should just life one step at a time,

and if everyone does it, then it's definitely

gonna be a great, great future ahead.

- Hey, Unsolved is on a new channel, and now your part.

- [Both men] Subscribe here.

- That was my part.

Could Urban Meyer Be Fired? Here's What We Know So Far | Heavy.com - Duration: 7:50.

Could Urban Meyer Be Fired? Here's What We Know So Far | Heavy.com

Ohio State placed head coach Urban Meyer on paid administrative leave as the school investigates how the coach handled the domestic violence allegations surrounding former assistant Zach Smith.

College football insider Brett McMurphy reported he obtained text messages that show Meyer knew of the incidents in 2015, but did not take action against Smith.

McMurphy also reported Meyer previously denied knowing of the incidents.

"I was never told about anything," Meyer said per McMurphy.

"Never anything came to light, never had a conversation about it.

So I know nothing about it.

I asked people back at the office to call and see what happened, and they came back and said they know nothing.".

Meyer is still part of the Ohio State staff, but will not be at team activities while he is on administrative leave.

What would it take for Ohio State to fire Meyer after the investigation is concluded? Meyer's contract does have language that requires him to report violations of Ohio State's sexual misconduct policy.

ESPN detailed the specifics of Meyer's contract.

Meyer's contract extension signed in April includes language requiring him to report any violations by staff members of Ohio State's sexual misconduct policy to the university's athletics Title IX coordinator.

Also, as an Ohio State employee who supervises others, Meyer is required by the university's sexual misconduct policy to report knowledge of domestic abuse by a university employee.

According to the policy, "An individual need not be charged with or convicted of a criminal offense to be found responsible for domestic violence pursuant to this policy." Meyer's original contract required him to promptly report any violations of university rules by assistant coaches to Gene Smith and the Office of Compliance Services.

Failure to do so could result in termination with cause.

Meyer's contract states that if Ohio State is considering terminating with cause, he has the right to "explain the circumstances with his point of view before termination, unless the circumstances are so heinous that, in Ohio State's reasonable judgment, it would be impossible for [Meyer] to justify his actions.".

Courtney Smith Claims All the Ohio State Coaches' Wives Knew of the Allegations.

Reports from McMurphy as well as Stadium indicate Meyer knew of the alleged incidents.

Smith told Stadium she believed Meyer knew of the incidents.

"I do believe he knew, and instead he chose to help the abuser and enable the abuser and believe whatever story Zach was telling everybody," Smith told Stadium.

McMurphy reported the Buckeyes coaching staff knew about her ex-husband's actions.

"All the (coaches) wives knew," Smith told McMurphy.

"They all did. Every single one.".

Smith was in communication with Meyer's wife, Shelly Meyer, but did note she did not know if Shelley Meyer told her husband.

Here is a sample of the text messages McMurphy reported were exchanged between Smith and Shelley Meyer.

Shelley: "I am with you! A lot of women stay hoping it will get better.

I don't blame you! But just want u to be safe.

Do you have a restraining order? He scares me" Courtney: "Restraining orders don't do anything in Ohio-I tried to get protection order which is what started this whole investigation.

And that should go through soon finally.

It's hard bc you have to prove immediate danger.

Legal system is tough.

Basically you have to prove he will kill u to get protective order" Shelley: "Geesh! Even w the pics? Didn't law enforcement come to your place ever??".

Urban Meyer Was Placed on Administrative Leave by Ohio State.

Ohio State has not released a timeline as to when they expect the investigation to be resolved.

Ohio State opens the season against Oregon State on September 1, and the university is likely to want a resolution to the case by the start of the season.

"[Athletic director] Gene [Smith] and I agree that being on leave during this inquiry will facilitate its completion," Meyer told ESPN.

"This allows the team to conduct training camp with minimal distraction.

I eagerly look forward to the resolution of this matter.".

According to Eleven Warriors, Zach Smith showed a history of abuse prior to 2015.

Back in 2009, Zach Smith was charged with felony assault.

Eleven Warriors reported the 2009 police report noted Zach Smith "picked her [Courtney Smith] up by grabbing her T-shirt and threw her against the bedroom wall.".

The Reason Why Laziness Is a Sign of Intelligence Here's What Science Say - Duration: 3:51.

The Reason Why Laziness Is a Sign of Intelligence - Here's What Science Say

Does the couch call out to you?

Do your hobbies include afternoon naps and Netflix marathons?

Do you also consider yourself to be a genius?

A promising and insightful new study confirms what we lazy people have suspected all along.

Lazy individuals are in fact more thoughtful and intelligent than our highly active counterparts.

In this video, I'm going to show you the reason why laziness is a sign of intelligence according

to science.

But before we start, make sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't

miss any interesting updates in the future guys!

Also, don't forget to check link on the description below to see our interesting offer that might

be useful for you.

A study published in the Journal of Health Psychology suggests that individuals who have

a high IQ tend to spend less time engaging in physical activity.

Researchers from the Florida Gulf Coast University gave a large group of students a test designed

to measure their need for cognitive activity.

They used this to identify thirty students who expressed a strong desire to engage in

deep thought, as well as thirty students who preferred to avoid mentally difficult activities.

Then, the researchers gave each test subject a device to wear on their wrist which would

measure their level of physical activity over the next week.

The group who described themselves as "thinkers" were determined to be far less active than

the "non-thinkers" throughout the week.

Oddly, on the weekends, their activity levels grew closer together.

Although the researchers were unable to explain this phenomenon, I have a personal theory.

It is possible that "non-thinkers" engaged in habitual physical activity as a part of

their normal workday, while the "thinkers" did not.

On the weekends, the "non-thinkers" might have taken a break from their regular gym

routine, while the "thinkers" were more inclined to engage in recreational activities

and social outings.

Why Lazy People are More Likely to Succeed in Life

This connection between laziness and intelligence is thought to be a result of the way that

a highly intelligent mind functions.

Smarter people tend to have an increased capacity for internal stimulation and an inclination

to spend more time deep in thought.

While highly active people rely on external stimulation in the form of activity, more

intelligent people just don't need to do this.

Our minds can maintain an adequate level of stimulation from the comfort of our worn-out

armchairs.

This theory is supported by earlier research, which suggested that highly intelligent people

were less prone to boredom.

They also found boring situations to be less unpleasant, and were more able to easily cope

with them through increased internal thought.

Could it be then that "non-thinkers" engage in physical activity as a way to escape the

dullness of their inner world?

As lead researcher Todd McElroy warned, "Ultimately, an important factor that may help more thoughtful

individuals combat their lower average activity levels is awareness.

Awareness of their tendency to be less active, coupled with an awareness of the cost associated

with inactivity, more thoughtful people may then choose to become more active throughout

the day."

Well, that's the reason why laziness is a sign of intelligence according to science.
