Glitch/Color Split Effect - How to create it - After Effects Tutorial - Duration: 8:23.
Hey, what's up, guys.
Colorscream here.
Welcome back to another exciting tutorial.
Today we'll take a look at creating an automated glitch effect.
Let's take a look at this preview.
[Glitchy noises]
[Glitchy noises]
So let's start after effects.
Click "new composition".
Let's name it "Glitch Effect"
and hit ok.
In the composition create a new text layer
and enter "glitch".
In order to align the anchor point perfectly in the middle of the layer
Command-click the "Pan Behind Tool".
Open the align tab and align the layer with the composition.
In the end, let's precompose the layer.
We will name the composition "Glitch Typography".
The next step is to create a new solid which we will name "Noise".
Open the effects tab and search for "Fractal Noise".
Apply this effect to our "Noise" layer.
Fractal type is "Dynamic Twist"
Noise type is block
Select inverse
Contrast 200
Complexity 5.
In the transform, drop down deselect the "Uniform Scaling" checkbox.
Set width to 4000 and height to 2000.
Alt-click on the stopwatch next to complexity and create the following expression:
time * 3000
Pre-compose the noise layer
and call it "Noise composition".
Select the "Move all attributes into the new composition" checkbox and hit ok.
You can now hide the layer in the timeline.
Next, we'll create an adjustment layer which we will name "Glitch layer".
In the effects tab, we'll search for "Displacement map".
Let's set the layer to "Noise Composition"
Max horizontal displacement to 200 and max vertical displacement to 100.
Right now we have to create an adjustment layer for the controls.
Let's name it "controller".
Look for the slider in the effects window and apply it to the controller layer.
Duplicate the slider and rename it to horizontal
and vertical.
Open our slider options in the composition timeline.
Make some space for the Glitch layer options.
Unfold the glitch layer effects and alt-click the stopwatch next to the "Max Horizontal Displacement".
Enter the following expression:
value * ()
and now with the cursor inside parenthesis drag the pick whip to the horizontal slider
and divide it by 50
Do the same for the "Max vertical Displacement".
You can now see that the horizontal and vertical displacement is controlled by the sliders on our controller layer.
Next, let's apply some "Color split" effect.
Look for "Fill" in the effects tab and apply it to our typography layer
and change the blending mode to "add".
Duplicate the layer.
Rename the layers to their corresponding color names.
Now add another slider to our controller layer
and rename it to "Color Split".
Select the first Typography layer,
press "P" in order to display the position controls,
expand the controller layer,
alt-click on the stopwatch and enter the following expression.
x = wiggle(3, 30 * )
and use the pick whip to connect this expression with the color split slider
and divide it by 100.
You have to close the parenthesis
On the second line
[x[0], value[1]]
Copy this expression to other typography layers.
As you can see you can control the glitch effect with the sliders from the controller layer.
Now let's create another Adjustment layer.
Let's call this Bad TV Screen.
Search for "bad tv" in the effects window
and drag the "Bad TV 2 Old" onto the adjustment layer.
Add another slider to our controller layer and name it distortion.
Press "T" to show the opacity controls on the Bad TV layer
and connect the opacity using the pick whip with the Distortion slider.
I'll import two sound effects into the project and move them onto the timeline.
Now let's create some keyframes for the Controller layer.
And this is our final effect.
All right guys.
I hope you've enjoyed the tutorial.
As always, hit the subscribe button, like and comment on this video and we'll see us soon.

How To Make Shaahi Paneer शाही पनीर बनाने की विधि Yummy Yummy Recipes Baal Gopal Powered By Madhavas - Duration: 15:00.
Hare Krishna & Hello everyone!
Welcome Back! My name is Radhapriya,
but you can call me Radhika
and this is my little sister Krishnapriya
and this is NANDU!
Today, we are going to be making,
on the request of Mr. Subhash Saha,
Veg Paneer.
So today we are going to make "Shahi Paneer". (one of the varieties of Veg Paneer)
And for that we will need 6 big tomatoes.
But we will be using 8, because today is a special day.
Today is our Mom and Dad's marriage Anniversary,
so we are going to eat a little bit extra.
And we need some Paneer (already cut in small cubes)
Some Coriander seeds (To be roasted/ground later),
Making it for me?
We will need. Now this isn't the exact amount
But these are the spices that we will be using.
We will be using this amount and
you can be… you can use any uh amount as per your taste.
We will need over here, some homemade Garam Masala.
Some chili powder paprika
handful of cashews,
little bit of asafoetida (Hing), cumin seeds. (we have given the estimated amounts of spices in the description)
So, lets start with spice masters, Krishnapriya and Nandu.
They are going to be making the spice for Shahi Paneer today.
Krishnapriya is going to be roasting the spices.
I will cut the tomatoes into small little cubes.
Give us 5 minutes and we will be done in seconds.
Krishnapriya is going to grind the spices. (roasted recently)
Like this? Is this perfect, sir?
Yes. Like this, now do I press it? Yes
She is doing this in a coffee grinder. (you may use similar equipment to grind it coarse)
Hard work…
Nandu is also having fun. I am having fun and of course you guys would be having fun.
Radhika is not! (because she does not get to grind the spices)
Ok, now let go.
and we take the lid off
It's ground so nicely.
See, how we have made this.
Now the spice has been done.
Over here, we have 2 big service spoons
of ghee being melted (in big pan on heat).
Now, we are going to add some ginger (finely chopped).
Ginger is entering…
everyone say: Ginger… Ginger… Ginger…Ginger… Ginger… Ginger…
Here's Ginger and remember to do this in adult supervision.
And what we need to do is to (do before we) put the ginger,
Get a lid ready for a little safety.
so that it does not splatter on you
as the Ghee is hot AND we need adult supervision.
Do we have to have an adult?
Yes, its important to have an adult with you,
so that you do not get hurt or burns on your skin.
But if you are trained, are you allowed?
If you are trained (and well experienced),
then you can do it under adult supervision.
But if some adult is doing it, then how would you ask the adult?
Umm… We need to get a different adult for that…
See how we are doing this? (Ginger cooking nicely in hot ghee)
After 30 seconds, we need to add.
One service spoon full of chickpea or Besan flour.
So this is this…
You are making me hungry…
So, after a few seconds
After the ginger gets slightly brown. (we may start to add chickpea flour)
Remember, we are not adding onion or garlic into this.
This is Karma-free Krishnaterian food.
OK it's been about almost 30 seconds. We are adding this Chickpea or Besan flour.
You are making me hungry.
You can easily get it at Indian Grocery Stores.
And we mix it very nicely.
(adding chickpea flour and constantly stirring to prevent it from burning)
See, how we have created a yellow pasty kind of consistency
Do you need this again? (Krishnapriya has found little leftover besan in the red pot)
Uhh no.
See how we can see the little chunks of Ginger swimming in the besan and oil? Ghee (clarified butter).
That reminds me that I am going to swimming tomorrow.
See, how well this is getting mixed. (constant stirring)
See how our besan was yellow before and now it is slightly brown… look at this…
Now we are going to add some Hing (Asafoetida)
Can I put some too?
Yes, can you please add some home-made curry masala and paprika?
It's ok, can you tip it over please? OK like that!
Good job Krishnapriya!
I touched it so I need to wash my hands, before touching my eyes. (great safety tip by Krishnapriya)
So, can I wash my hands?
Yes wash your hands.
Come, lets go.
See, how the color has changed so quickly.
See, its orange now… Wasn't that magic?
Now, we will add out spice master's specialist masala. (roasted and ground corinder)
This is ground coriander, if you may have forgotten.
And that's made for Me and Nandu… Me and Nandu!
Yes, Krishnapriya and Nandu made it.
Look at this. This is brown, yellow,
to a pale color to orange to brown
Wow, look at that!
Why are you making me more hungry?
Now we have tomatoes (chopped) over here.
Can I put them in?
I will add this one in.
Oh, so many ओह, बहुत सारे
They're hundreds (not really).are they?
I want to stir this in… ohh it smells very nice.
If you get very nice smell of Indian cooking,
that means you're right.
Why are you making me so hungry?
Even I am hungry.
Me, Nandu and Radhika are grumbling
and I am also feeling a little bit Hangry that means that I am angry and Hungry.
So I just put H in Angry :-)
Look at this… Doesn't this look nice?
Now, how to know why we put Besan. (chickpea flour)
The reason we put besan is so that it thickens up the gravy.
The reason we put besan is because we can't add onion and garlic.
And usually it thickens it up a little bit.
And we can not add plain flour as this is our healthy recipe.
Are we allowed ginger paste too.
Yes, you can add ginger paste instead of ginger, if you like.
It also depends on your country (availability), wherever you live.
But is it alright if you don't like it or you don't have it?
Yes, its alright if you don't have um um ginger paste.
You can add any of those (Yeah)? (fresh chopped ginger or ginger paste)
See, what I did?
Now we need to let it cook till the tomatoes softens,
which normally takes 5-6 minutes.
So i will cover this and I will keep it on medium flame.
So this will be kept here (on medium heat) for 5-6 minutes
and we will check in the middle to see how it is.
While our tomatoes are getting cooked, I am stir frying some paneer over here.
See how its getting lightly golden and brown. (will prevent breaking later)
In this, we are going to add some salt and Hing (Asafoetida) for the flavour,
to make it a unique yummy flavor.
Ok, now i am going to mix this.
See, look at this. Looks very nice.
Now i am going to close the heat on this.
Now… WOW look at our tomatoes.
Just look at them. They have softened and turned into a light puree.
I will put the lid aside.
See look how mushy it has become.
Just look, and look at the thickness.
We did not even need to use onion and garlic.
look at that, it looks very nice, better than compared to before.
(better after thoroughly cooking tomatoes to also allow them to absorb the aromas of the spices)
See, look at this, I think this it's ready because it is leaving some of its clarified butter or ghee.
Look at that.
Now, i am going to use this very interesting tool called, the hand blender.
Before we use that we need to turn off all heat.
Still a little bit bubbly… just give it a little shake.
Now, this is a very useful object, we use it to blend all our curries
and gravies and whatever we have to make it into a very smooth gravy.
So, after we have done this and this is still not consistent
we can add water or milk and look after this the color will also turn orange.
(keep blending to achieve smooth consistency)
Look at the gravy, its all orange as i said.
As it is ending (getting ready), myself and Nandu are getting excited.
yay…
And remember do not add food coloring in
as that may contain animal products in it.
Look at this… this looks so nice.
now we are going to take this apart (hand blender).
See, look at the color, trust me I have not added food coloring.
It's natural because of the patience that we have waited for such a long time.
Look, we washed the dishes by the way. (well, Dad did the dishes in reality)
And look at this.
Now, we add our toasted Paneer.
and mix it in
Krishnapriya, would you believe we just made Paneer? (She meant Shahi Paneer)
But we can not make Paneer then how can we make Shahi Paneer? (good point, Krishnapriya)
I can't believe it Nandu. (Nandu agrees)
Silly, this is Shahi Paneer.
If you like, you can use triangular shaped paneer.
We are going to add some cardamom powder (10-12 ground cardamom ).
What is cardamom?
cardamom is Elaichi (Indian Term)
Cardi MUM?? (think she is missing her mum)
Its Cardimom.
silly, I will explain you later
You may add that as per taste. (you may start with little and go from there)
We mix it in. Now, just try to fold it (gently), so that our paneer does not get crushed.
Are we allowed the whole thing?
No
Then how will Nandu (and his Bal Gopal gang) eat?
Last but not least, we add cashew nuts.
I have added salt in our paneer
Pink Himalayan Salt, I have used.
because pink is my favorite color
but its also healthy
This is the one I have used.
You may use any salt.
If you like your Paneer to be more creamy, please feel free to add milk or cream to mix in.
If you don't like cream then you can use it as it is. We love it like this.
If you like more of herby flavor, you can add more coriander, fresh coriander.
And look at this, our yummy accomplishment is done!
See you in the temple! Bye Bye!
Now, we have done our offerings and we are ready to have our dinner.yum yum yummy!

We have just offered to Thakurji & Radha Krishna our yummy Paneer.
Nandu, Did you like it?
What's that?
Ohh. Nandu says he loved it. Even me and Krishnapriya loved it.
Let's go and check if our Mom and Dad liked it?
Mom, Dad, Do you like the Paneer?
Ohh. It's amazing! You have done a great job! Krishnapriya, you also have done a great job! AMAZING!
It's too good. Restaurant style, without onion and garlic and has been offered to Thakurji.
Excellent spice, everything is great!
So, now why don't you try the same recipe and let us know whether you like it or not.
Thank you for watching! Hare Krishna!

How to make Knit Crochet Bootie Slippers for Hot Russian 2 year old - Duration: 20:41.
this is going to be a child-size slipper the slipper is approximately five and a
half inches from heel to toe and approximately three inches across we
will be using a couple of yarn markers for this project and that can just be
any scrap of yarn it doesn't have to be anything store-bought just any type of
scrap that you have laying around the house it can be a rubber band a
paperclip old tails cut from yarn they're perfect for marking Y I'm using
red heart four ply worsted weight yarn an H crochet hook I'm going to do four
of the foundation single crochet there's one
to
three
for round one we'll be a chain one three single
crochet in this end stitch one single crochet in each of the next two stitches
three single crochet in the next end stitch now down the opposite side we
will do one single crochet in each of the next two stitches and then join with
the beginning single crochet and you can see right here I like to go through so
there's two loops on top of my hook and then wrap the yarn over and pull through
now for round two we chain one two single crochet in the first stitch and
we're increasing one single crochet in the next stitch two single crochet in
the last stitch which is an increase one single crochet in each of the next two
stitches now we're doing an increase again of two single crochet from the
next stitch one single crochet two single crochet in the next stitch for an
increase one single crochet in each of the next two stitches and we have
fourteen single crochet on round two and now we join
now I'm around three we chain one two single crochet in the same stitch one
single crochet in each of the next three stitches two single crochet in the next
stitch one single crochet in each of the next two stitches two single crochet in
the next stitch one single crochet in each of the next three stitches two
single crochet in the next stitch one single crochet in each of the next two
stitches and that will give us 18 single crochet on round three now we won't be
joining at the end of round three we're going to continue on working in a
continual round so we'll get our first yarn marker here and we just want to
mark this first stitch so we have an idea for our beginning stitches we'll be
taking it out later and moving it now we'll just do one single crochet in each
of the next 18 stitches
there's four five six seven eight nine
10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 and so we have 18 single crochet on round for the
next four rounds rounds five through eight will be one single crochet in each
of the next 18 and we'll end right here at the beginning with four more rounds
so continue on for four more rounds eighteen single crochet now I've
completed round eight and in this section right here in these rounds you
can add additional rounds if you need to make it longer or less rounds if you
need to make it shorter now this next section round nine is
going to be the top part of the slipper I'm going to attach my first yarn marker
in the next stitch and I'm going to count over nine stitches one two three
four five six seven eight nine and I'm going to attach another yarn marker we
will be increasing five stitches across the top part of the foot in these nine
stitches right here every other stitch will be an increase of two single
crochet in each stitch which will give us 23 single crochet on round nine so
this first one is our increase to single crochet in the same stitch one single
crochet two single crochet in the same stitch one single crochet two single
crochet in the same stitch one single crochet two single crochet in the same
stitch one single crochet two single crochet in the last stitch now we
continue on around on what will be the bottom part of the slipper in nine more
single crochet one single crochet in each stitch
now rounds 10 through 14 will be one single crochet in each stitch for a
total of 23 stitches and this is another part of the slipper where you can make
it longer or shorter
now I've completed round 14 round 15 I'm going to single crochet in two stitches
to get up here to the center and now I'm going to be changing the yarn markers
and I'll mark this first stitch here we will be leaving the top eight stitches
open and working in rows from now on now I've counted over eight stitches
here and marking the eighth stitch over and now with Row 15 we chain one one
single crochet in each of the next 15 stitches
now rows 16 through 20 will be a chain one and one single crochet in each of
the next 15 single crochet this is the third place where you can make the
slipper longer or shorter adjusting the size and this is the section that I'm
working on right now now row 20 and 21 are both going to be
decreases to shape the heel and this is the heel part right here and we'll be
doing a little bit of decreasing now row 21 we chain 1 1 single crochet in each
of the next 4 now we're going to be making 4 single crochet decreases each
stitch will be worked over two stitches so we'll be working over eight all
together and taking the eight and reducing them down to 4 so what I do
with my first single crochet decrease is put my hook through the stitch like this
pull the yarn through leave the two loops on the hook put it through the
next stitch like that wrap the yarn over the hook pull it through there are three
loops on the hook wrap the yarn over and pull through all three loops and that is
the first single crochet decrease and you do the same thing with the next one
you put the hook through the first stitch pull the yarn through put it
through the next stitch pull the yarn through I have three loops on my hook
wrap the yarn over the hook pull it through and that completes the second
single crochet decrease put the hook through the next stitch pull the yarn
through put the hook through the next stitch
after that pull the yarn through wrap the yarn over the hook pull through all
three loops on the hook now we have one more to do
you
and we've completed all four single crochet decreases and you can see how
it's shaping the heel right here now one single crochet in each of the next three
stitches
and that completes row 21 now we chain one and turn one single crochet in each
of the next two stitches this time we'll be doing three single crochet decreases
now the first and we'll do them the same way put the hook through the next stitch
pull the yarn through put the hook through the stitch after pull it through
we have three loops on the hook wrap the yarn over and pull through all three
loops on the hook and we'll do the next stitch the same way put the hook into
the stitch after that one now we have one more to complete
now we've completed our last single crochet decrease now do one single
crochet in each of the next three
and now we want to slip stitch this opening shut and just kind of turn it
inside out a little bit like this
and we're just slip stitching the two edges together
it'll take about four slip stitches you can sew it if you prefer sewing it
now we can go ahead and sew in the tail
we can take the yarn markers out no now we'll turn the store inside out and saw
the tail in at the beginning
and cut the yarn now trying to slip a right side out now we've completed the
slipper now we are going to be making the cup I'll join the yarn in the back
of the heel chain one and we want to evenly stitch 23 single crochet around
the cuff now if you find that you have extra stitches that's alright
what you can do is a little single crochet decrease like we did at the heel
here and you can join them together so there's not any extra gaps or holes but
that's a way that you can fill in if you have extra stitches which may happen it
may not happen sometimes it's all in how you crochet and put it together
okay now I have my 23 and I did about I did three joint single crochet and now
we won't join here at the end we'll just go ahead and do a single crochet in each

How to make a flower | Lace Flower | DIY Embellishment | Tutorial | Start to Finish - Duration: 10:27.
Hey guys!
This is Ruchi from Ruchi's Crafeteria!
Today I'm going to show you how to make these flowers which I made using this lace.
This lace I bought from Costco or Walmart..I don't remember from where I bought this one
but you can find it anywhere and it has these wires at both the sides.
These kind of wire....and if you are bending this.it's getting a shape.
Like this....So I'm particularly using this kind of lace which has wires at both the sides.
So let's start...
The length of my lace is 12" ...It's 12 inches?30 c.m. long and you have to cut it.
You need a needle and a thread.
It's a normal thread which we are using for stitching, nothing special in that one.
and you need this kind of half pearl which has hole at both the ends so you can attach
this to your flower.
Now I'm starting....just place your lace vertically and start stitching in the middle of your
lace.
I'm doing just normal stitching, up and down...
You no need to be very perfect in doing this stitching.
Just ...make sure that you do all your stitching in the middle of your lace.
You have to repeat this process till the other end of this lace.
Try to use the thread which matches with your lace.
If you have pink lace then try to choose pink thread for that.
so it won't be visible. ..
now I'm here at the top end..
Now..you have to just pull the thread up and shift your lace downwards...like this.
The more you pull your thread, the more you get the flower shape and just rotate it.
just move it in circle to give it a flowery shape.
Keep doing it till you are not getting the shape.
like this...I'm just rotating my ribbon/lace in circle.
This is the top of your flower and these two ends you just make sure that it has come in the middle of your flower..
so you can hide them behind your pearl.
If you want..you can make this end as flower front as well and you have to do the same thing ..
these two ends which has wire and all..
you have to just hide them.
Now what I'm doing is...
..placing both the ends in the middle and stitching to the top front.
You have to come at the top of your flower..
and take this two end where you start the flower..place them in the middle and just stitch to the front and...
take this end as well..
Now..just stitch a little bit here....to secure your flower.
Now go up in the middle....
...take your pearl...
and insert this into the needle ...
and stitch it.
Just repeat it one more time to make sure that it will not move.
....then just secure the back
make a knot and cut the end.
and now you can give it shape ..because it
has wire and thread so you can change the shape anytime whenever you want.
Your flower is ready!
Hope you like them.

U.S., North Korea working to make June 12 summit happen: Trump - Duration: 2:49.
President Trump, meanwhile, said nothing about the surprise inter-Korean summit for hours.
But then he came out and said the talks went well -- very well, in fact.
President Trump hinted that preparations are still ongoing for his own summit with Kim
Jong-un.
China's foreign minsitry also showed big welcome on the latest developments.
Lee Ji-won explains.
Hours after news broke of the surprise meeting between the leaders of the two Koreas, President
Trump made a short, simple comment on it.
"Those talks have gone very well.
They have gone very well.
Fully impressed.
Yeah, the talks have gone very, very well.
I'd rather not say, but the talks have gone well."
He also said the U.S. is doing very well in terms of preparations for its own summit with
the North, and that preparatory meetings were being held as he spoke.
Though he said he would not disclose where those meetings are being held, he said it's
very close to where they are, Washington D.C.
He then revived hopes of holding the summit on the scheduled date and at the chosen place.
"It's moving along very nicely.
So we're looking at June 12th in Singapore.
That hasn't changed and it's moving along pretty well.
So we'll see what happens."
This was the first time the U.S. has officially confirmed that the two sides are still working
on reinstating the summit, after Trump had unilaterally called off the meeting on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Reuters reported Saturday that White House spokesperson Sarah Sanders confirmed
that an advance team of White House and State Department officials would leave for Singapore
this weekend to prepare for a possible summit there.
China's Foreign Ministry has responded to the latest developments very positively.
In response to an email from South Korean newspaper the Kyunghyang Shinmun, asking for
China's response to Saturday's surprise get-together, a reply, in the name of spokesperson Lu Kang,
said that Beijing is watching closely and that it supports efforts by both Koreas to
lay a foundation and improve their ties and the regional situation through dialogue.
He also said that it's vital for the leaders of the North and the U.S. to talk in order
to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula and that the two sides should treasure this opportunity
and work with good will and patience to move in the same direction.
Lu also expressed support for the possible Pyongyang-Washington summit and promised that
China, as a neighboring country, will play a constructive role in solving the nuclear
issue and settling peace in the region through dialogue.

Archons Plant Negative Voices in Your Head to Make You Generate Negative Emotional Energy - Duration: 18:45.
Archons Plant Negative Voices in Your Head to Make You Generate Negative Emotional Energy
 Stop Them With This Program
I have received numerous emails from ordinary people asking me to explain the Thats
a Lie program I used to get rid of the voices I heard as a young woman. I did this
on my own without the help of psychologists or psychiatrists or their toxic drugs.
For those of you who hear voices or are consumed by strong and obsessive negative thoughts,
it is critical that you understand that the voices and persistent negative thoughts that
plague you are not yours. They come from outside of you and do not belong to you.
They are not hallucinations and you are not crazy. They are energy parasites and must
turn your energy negative in order to utilize it as food. Their survival depends on draining
and feeding off of your negative energy.
These are the same negative spirits known by the Gnostics in ancient times as Archons
and demons in todays biblical literature.
One big lie perpetrated by the establishment is that all people are powerless to combat
this disease. The truth is this is not a disease.
You are being attacked by a parasitic force outside yourself that installs negative thoughts
into your mind in order to generate negative emotional energy which they absorb from you
as food. You have experienced for yourselves how completely drained and depressed you feel
after being consumed by negative thoughts.
The Thats a Lie program is a mental program designed to empower you. It is a program
nothing and no one can take it away from you, except you. I am told by a clinical psychologist
friend that this program has also worked to help victims of schizophrenia get rid of the
voices they hear.
THATS A LIE PROGRAM HOW IT DEVELOPED AND HOW IT WORKS
I think the best way to explain how I was able to send away the negative spirits that
plagued me for years is to tell you a story. It begins some 40 years ago, after Id already
spent several years researching the brain to learn what was wrong with me and how to
fix it.
My initial research centered on conventional science. What I learned about the mechanics
of the brain was interesting but didnt help much as it only dealt with the material
world. The voices that haunted me were not of that world.
The story begins when a friend of mine was going on a trip around the world and would
be gone for 4 months. She invited me to house sit for her and babysit her Yorkshire terrier.
I jumped at the chance to live in a beautiful home in Mill Valley, California, secluded
from everyone else in San Francisco.
At that time, I was struggling with how to forgive my ex and his new wife for taking
my children from me and then poisoning their minds against me. This seclusion was a perfect
opportunity for that effort.
The day after I moved in and said Bon Voyage to my friend, I went to a book store to browse
around when a book fell off the shelf landing right at my feet. I picked it up to put it
back on the shelf but first I flipped through its pages. It was by Wayne Dwyer called Your
Erroneous Zones.
I took it to the book store coffee shop to browse through before deciding whether to
buy it or not, and opened it to a random page which read:
No one can make you feel good or bad. That is your choice. You have the ability to control
your thoughts and only you can make yourself happy.
I closed the book and whispered, Oh, my God! I did not know that! This was a pivotal
moment for me that changed the course of my life.
I took the book back to my friends house and began reading every page. Many times I
put it down to observe my thoughts. I wondered, Who is it observing my thoughts? What are
thoughts? Where do thoughts come from?
Where do thoughts go once we think them? How do I control them if Im able to step back
and watch them appear out of nowhere, realizing they are not coming from me, the watcher?
At the end of the four months my friend returned from her world tour, she and I had a lot to
discuss. First she had to show me all her slides of places she visited and people she
met. She looked vibrant and happy. At super I told her about the book.
Did you know that you can control your thoughts and that no one can make you feel
one way or another unless you allow it? I asked.
She did not know this either and though her childhood had been quite normal, she loved
the idea. She asked if I would leave the book with her.
As I drove back to San Francisco to find a new apartment, I continued having revelations
about my own mind.
In my new apartment, I spent time alone plowing through many texts about the brain and mind
before I came across a book by Robert Monroe called Journeys out of the Body. I practiced
some of the exercises the book recommended.
They didnt cause me to travel out of my body but did have another astounding affect:
I began to see flashes of memory from the first 13 years of my life of which I had previously
had no recall.
I didnt understand them at first until a flood gate opened and all the memories rushed
in suddenly. I was overwhelmed and could not believe the things I was remembering!
I felt like a deer in the headlights, understanding but too horrified to process everything all
at once. Flashes of my father being enamored with Japanese torture methods and using me
as his lab rat from age 3 to 6 surged into my mind; glimpses of spending six months in
a juvenile detention center at age 6-1/2 and spending two weeks in solitary confinement
appeared.
Finally flickers of spending 5 years in a Catholic orphanage where I and 500 other girls
suffered stunning emotional and physical abuse until I was released at age 13.
Astonished by these memories that were coming up, I sat in the middle of my living room
like a stone sculpture. When the movie of memories stopped, I whispered to the empty
room, Thats whats wrong. I got brainwashed. What do I do now?
The memory dump revealed that I was mind-controlled through physical and emotional torture. What
was so strange is that after the age of 13, my memories of my father are great!
He taught me to hunt and fish, and to be self-sufficient in the wilderness. He taught me advanced mathematics
and so much more. I grew up loving math and science. It seemed natural that I would study
civil engineering as a career path.
From everything I had read, I realized that early childhood experiences are embedded into
the subconscious as truth: My subconscious truth was first you get tortured (by a man)
and then the man treats your cuts, bruises, wounds, and then the man cuddles you and rocks
you to sleep and then you feel loved and safe again.
This was exactly the scenario I had been playing out in life without ever knowing why! Never
would I have understood this, had that dam not broken wide open when it did and for that
I am grateful. On top of that conditioned behavior, the voices kept telling me I was
worthlessness in this world but now with my memory returning, I knew differently.
I knew that the horrible things that were done to me; were not things I had caused,
chosen or deserved. So not only did I need to figure out how overcome being brainwashed
to fix my mind, I needed to find out how to get rid of the voices that plagued me and
continued to tell me horrible things about myself.
When I got back to work after the weekend, my boss called me into his office. Sherry,
he said, How would you like to learn computer programming?
I said, Sounds interesting. Whats going on?
He leaned back in his chair. We just got awarded a contract to develop a computerized
tracking system for a major Water District. I thought you would be the best candidate
to head up the project.
Sure! I said, Id love the challenge. When do we start?
Tomorrow, he said.
Over the next months I learned computer programming. Fifteen months later I had written the computer
code for the Water Districts tracking system and they loved it.
More than that, I saw a remarkable similarity between how computers process information
and how our brains process information, each running on a program that is inserted by an
outside programmer. While the computer program operates by its software code, the brain program
operates by electrical impulses traveling specific synaptic paths.
I wondered if I could write a mental program that would not only tackle the negative thoughts
i.e., the voices that were hounding me, but also eliminate or de-program the brainwashed
conditioning that was exacerbating the misery in my life.
My theory was to write a mental program and train myself to use that new program more
than the existing one until the new program became automatic and the existing program
atrophied, weakened to the point it could no longer perform, even if I tried. In other
words, rewire my brain.
I first tried to edit the code in my brain but it didnt work. It was way too complicated
to remember while in the throws of unconscious conditioned responses set off by life events,
or during Archon attacks. I needed to think of something easier; something I could remember
while in the midst of older programming being triggered by the world around me.
I now knew that all the negative things Id been taught about myself by my parents, the
Juvenile Detention Center, the Catholic Orphanage, public schools, and society in general with
regard to who I really was were not true. It was all lies.
I was not a bad and evil person destined to go to hell. I was not a crazy person.
I was not a selfish person. I did not hate myself or anyone else. I was not
born to hate life nor was I born to sin. I was not stupid, going nowhere.
I was not a bad mother.
None of those things were true and yet, prior to running the new program, I heard this as
truth by the voices and felt this as true by the mental conditioning all day and all
night long.
Because of that, I had seen bewildered surprise in the faces and eyes of others as I watched
myself over-reacting to their innocent words and walking away in embarrassment.
All I could do was cringe at my over-reactions later when I was alone. I vowed that if it
took me my whole life, I would find a way to fix this.
After some trial and error, I designed a mental program called Thats a Lie. I actually
have Wayne Dwyer to thank for initially setting me on the right track by pointing out that
we do have a Choice about the way we think.
In other words, we have the ability to take control over our own mind.
I also give credit and many thanks to Universe for the synchronicity of dropping Waynes
book at my feet and opening the door that allowed me to learn computer programming.
It was exactly what I needed to get started on the path toward fixing the root problem
so that I could begin to heal.
The Thats a Lie program worked perfectly on eliminating the brainwashed conditioning,
allowing me the mental space I required to become who I wanted to be instead of mindlessly
being what others programmed into me. My theory had worked.
Once I broke through and conquered the brainwashing effects, I was surprised to find that much
of what had been forcefully programmed into my brain as a child was still being utilized
by the spirit parasites against me.
I was still receiving negative thoughts and messages which sounded exactly like my own
thoughts. The prodding and poking, the suggestions, even demands coming from them were beyond
anything I could imagine thinking, much less doing.
If these thoughts were not coming from me and I could sit back and watch them flow through
me and feel disgusted by them, then they were from an outside source. Researching this,
I learned about the Archons of ancient times.
In 1947, texts were found in clay jars in Nag Hammadi in Egypt and, on these texts
was a story of what the Nag Hammadi people, 2,000 years ago, thought the world was about.
In Gnostic belief, Archons were planetary rulers and guardians of the spiritual planes.
The archons were associated with the seven visible planets, and perceived as agents of
the Demiurge, predatory beings who inhibit spiritual awakening by convincing humanity
of a false reality, forces of sin and temptation. They influence the way you perceive the world,
not the world itself.
The primary power in the world we inhabit is the indwelling divinity of the planet,
the Gaian intelligence, called Sophia by the Gnostics. If you are aligned to the Gaian
intelligence, you do not see the world as a place of fear and predation, but of beauty,
bounty, and magic.
This confirmed that I was not losing my mind but instead being attacked by negative, parasitic
spirit beings that are very real.
Now it was time to apply the new program to see if it would work on the Archon/Demon voices
that just would not leave me alone.
Once I actually applied the principals and stuck to them, the program worked just as
effectively on them as it did on the brainwashing.
In essence, this program denies the entities their battle. You are armed with the truth
that these parasites tell lies about who you are lots of them. By not engaging and
denying them the battle, you are not generating any food for them.
They must have negative energy to survive. They cannot generate it themselves. They have
no power of their own. If they cannot evoke negative emotions from you, they have no choice
but to leave or starve to death. If you are persistent they have to leave.
Heres how I worked the Thats a Lie program:
Every time I caught myself having a knee-jerk over-reaction to a thought or feeling, I would
say: THATS A LIE.
An example (one of many): Someone might say, You are just a stupid idiot. Instead
of allowing the old program to run that would cause me to agree and feel low self-esteem
or get angry about what the person said, I would consciously run the new program and
say to myself, Thats a Lie.
My logical mind already knew I was not stupid but my subconscious mind needed the new program
to be repeatedly run in order to create new neural pathways and a different recording.
How in the world could I work as a civil engineer and run an international human rights organization,
and run my life in spite of all the stuff that had happened to me if I were stupid?
The messages these entities were inserting into my mind were insane.
Click here to see a list of common lies these entities tell people. Apply the Thats
a Lie program to each and every item on this list.
The truth is that each of us is born as a pure being; each with a pure and sovereign
spirit, each with the potential to live a happy productive healthy and prosperous life.
By the time the world gets through with us, running us through the mill and negatively
programming us, we forget all of that.
For some of us the process is torturous (as was mine). For others the process is like
every day hearing and seeing, witnessing people say and do things that are nasty, egotistical
and completely contrary to the purity they were when they first arrived here in the flesh.
Thus, our subconscious records these things as truth when it is all lies. With our perception
of the world influenced by these lies, we become the perfect feeding ground for these
parasites to infest.
Unless we call it what it is.
Run the Thats a Lie program every single time you have a negative thought about
yourself, even if this means you have to STOP in mid-sentence for a re-do. Do this until
the program becomes automatic. When you do this, you will begin to see profound advancements
in communicating with your brilliant higher self.
When this becomes automatic, you no longer have to think about it because the old program
has atrophied and no longer runs. The software is corrupted. It cannot fire electric impulses
along those old pathways because it cant find them.
Then new doors and new ways of being and thinking will open to you. The voices, the Archons/
Demon spirits, are repelled by positive energy, so they will stay at bay. They may periodically
return to test the waters but you will be able to recognize their foul presence and
literally shrug them off with Thats a Lie.
This is not an overnight fix but it can be a permanent one. It is not easy and will take
time, effort and diligence. For me, it also took stubbornness and tenacity. Many people
just dont want to do the work.
For those not willing to do the work needed, the program will fail and they will continue
to be plagued with negativity and irrational behavior, triggered by the negative spirits.
This worked for me and, providing there is no organic damage to the brain, it can work
for anyone who utilizes it consciously and diligently. There is no compromise. You are
NOT the awful person these entities tell you that you are. Those are lies.
Your subconscious mind needs to know that what it recorded in your early years is false
information. It learns this by repetition.
Consider the alternative of not making the effort. Have no doubt that these beings are
energy parasites and will feed off of you until you change the programming in your subconscious
mind or until you are dead.
They need you for your negative energy to survive. They dont give a damn about you
other than as a food source.
Once you have worked this program as described above and absolutely know this works, you
will be able to teach others the same thing with great ease. This method is not to be
found in the text books, but should be.

Top 10 Ways To Make WWE RAW Better! - Duration: 8:40.
right I've had a proper saw boom this week I don't really know what it is I
think it's the toilet paper I've been used and then told my brother cuz I was
in pain and you know what he said he says have you been doing ale again
speaking of things that are red and raw we're talking about Monday Night Raw
today and things that could make it a little bit bare I've got 10 things to
make it better I've been doing some research and I think I found a winning
formula before we enter things thanks so much for the support on yesterday's
universe mode video we got over a hundred likes everybody loved it I don't
know why it had a video with me in it who loves a video like that but thanks
so much guys if we can get 100 likes on today's video I will do another episode
tomorrow on Monday let's do it right so this is 10 ways WWE can make raw batter
number 10 is the construct a well-rounded women's division now I love
women more than anyone Christ that sounded so rapey but for the first time
in Rawls history they have the biggest selection of women's talent they have
ever ever had and they still can't construct a good women's division now to
be fair they have broken down the barrier by giving the fans of women's
money the bank match Hell in a Cell match even a Royal Rumble match but this
means nothing when you don't have a strong women's division how good was
that Sasha and Charlotte few incredible matches great build on Raw and some
memorable title changes now which is back to six women tag matches every week
it really wouldn't be hard for WWE to build two women's fuse going into each
pay-per-view and no throwing Ronda Rousey into a title match this early on
does not count as a constructive women's division number nine those segments
those segments you know what I'm talking about they need to stop doing those
segments these ones right for Bobby Lashley sisters the Bayley this is your
life that all day who wrote this crap it surprises me why this stuff either makes
out the writers room and you can guarantee each year on Monday Night Raw
you get maybe like a handful of these segments every single year it's painful
it makes me question why I'm 21 and I'm still watching Monday Night Raw number 8
very the finishes now I love a good bloody RKO more than any internet fan I
know it's a huge part of the wrestling thing but if you want to make raw
matches feel a little bit more special a little bit more you need you not think
you should like mix up the finishes a bit you can tell in like 30 seconds
before Roman reigns wins a match because he starts going
doing those clothes line things Chiqui Superman punch here he gets ready for
the spear it's the same finish every week you know when he starts going
mental mental chicken oriental in the corner you know the spears come in
you know the match is over why doesn't one week he end with a powerbomb or a
Swanton bomb well maybe that one's a bit too far but these raw matches every week
just feel like we've seen them before I do think this is mostly true for the
tag-team division though and especially when they're trying to push a new talent
they just always end their matches the same makes it appear make it feel
different make it feel must watch number seven make raw les formulae did you
remember that row where this slide with a wrestling match you know a wrestling
match now I mean either what is it with Monday Night Raw a wrestling show spying
with people talking what's all that about why is that become the norm now to
be fair we do probably get like one show a year where it actually starts with a
match and it feels fresh and interesting it grabs your attention straight away
talking does not grab my attention especially because I like hearing the
sound of my own voice not somebody else's roar just feels so old formulaic
you can kind of tell what's coming up next before it even happens
women's tag match elías promo range underdog match oh let's have another
Titus worldwide squash hang on a minute it's time for another tag match you just
never get the feeling like you're watching something new every week I bet
they even have a bloody template on Microsoft Word just the insert each
segment they have each week mix it up a bit it might actually feel must watch if
you do that number six top overproducing the announcers table this has been one
for a while seriously gets on cushioning up there he will fix things what's with
the three analysis thing on Monday Night Raw they always talk over each other
that's why I sell my YouTube channel so I can talk about myself without people
interrupting three commentators it's overkill the problem is also the
overproduction of it how many times does Corey graves have to go oh look at the
Miz doing those kicks that Daniel Bryan stole from him or every time Sasha banks
comes out Michael Cole creams in his pants and he goes it's boss time every
goddamn time it's not natural it's not exciting I don't like listening to it
number five Universal Championship there every week I know that sounds like a
pipe dream at this point right this is going to cause some controversy so calm
down and we don't tweet this the bloody Brock
Lesnar but isn't only fair that the universal champion the main attraction
of Monday Night Raw is there every week now he may be excused for a week or two
to catch up on those blowjob announcers in Barbados but it's kind of difficult
for w-we to create a compelling Monday Night Raw when the only world champion
they've got isn't even there how is it even possible to have a proper men's
division when the top title is nowhere to be seen don't even get me started on
a pay-per-view and the universal championship isn't contested for joke
mate it's a bawdy joke I tell you now Monday Night Raw would be 10 times
better if the universal Championship was there every week number four more
fractions more factions it right what the hell happened to this I thought
Vince McMahon loved big sweaty men all in the room at the same time there's
like barely any factions anymore wipe into the shield evolution DX the
corporation the NWO the full horse men apart from Roman in his two big bunny
steps we haven't really got a trio anymore stables work great in
professional wrestling they're an intimidation factor and provide fabulous
moments down the years it felt like only a few months ago we had the likes of the
Wyatt family evolution the shield the new day causing havoc now all we got is
the B team the bloody B team what do you guys think do you miss factions in WWE
it feels like they've just completely got rid of them now I always loved them
how great do be did we feel in like 2014 and 2015 when they about the Wyatts
bloody evolution shield it was great number three make roaring Smackdown
compete November is the best month anyway considering it's Tom Krishna's
birthday but don't you just absolutely love it when the members of Raw and
SmackDown for some reason that time of year remember they don't actually like
each other now we're not really sure why they don't like each other but it's
quite unpredictable and it's always fun now I'm all for a bit of more
competitiveness and unpredictability in the WWE and wasn't the Browns but
originally soap to create a Monday Night Wars 2.0 between each brand what was the
point of the brand split if there isn't any bloody competition between the two
brands they should be enemies they should be competing against each other
make it exciting now it just feels like they'd probably be happy sharing a
Domino's Pizza together I've got the garlic dip though number two go back to
two hours mmm yes very original Tom I know it's true though less is more
or no I'm a massively violent fan and I can't bleeder you wait for it to return
but I'm not gonna watch three hours off it people have busy lives and with
Smackdown as well added on top that's five hours of wrestling in two days has
Rahl got better since he got the extra hour no no it hasn't
that's the problem raw actually felt a lot more must-see when it was two hours
now I don't even see how all cuz I don't have time Lord in Italy improve at all
when it got that extra hour and the only thing Smackdown Ivan is proven is that
you can't make a compelling wrestling show of just two hours go back to it do
it number one less of Roman reigns he's
Vince McMahon aware there are more superstars than Roman reigns how often
has it felt like the Roman reigns show every bloody week mate it's like Vincent
man logging onto pornhub and only seeing Roman reigns videos to watch
I heard the bronze struggle ones are quite good as well fans are getting
tired of seeing Roman at the top of the food chain boring the other talent in
his quest to become Universal Champion it's clear to see the fans and never
going to accept him occasionally they let braun strowman run the show and
these ross feel a little bit more exciting and fresh guys like bronze
Samoa Joe Rollins Kevin Owens Finn Balor have the capabilities that'd be the top
guide to and we'd love to see more of them on a weekly basis not Roman reigns
surely I'm not the only one that's getting sick of seeing Roman reigns
being the focal point of Monday Night Raw that's it people that's 10 ways to
make Monday Night Raw better what are your thoughts on that
haven't done it have I may draw better by suggesting these things which do you
think is the most possible thing to happen and which you think is the
biggest reason raw sucks at the moment do you even think it sucks let me know
down below also comment down below the next top 10 video you would like me to
do on the channel make sure to watch all the other videos we've uploaded this
week I've uploaded seven thanks watching people smash the like so let's get 100
take care spike your hair
