probably going to get is why not just blend a bit of peanut butter as it'll be
a lot easier to make and the reason I'm not doing this for this recipe is to
make it war and sprouted there are quite a lot of concerns about peanuts and the
mold that's present in them and I'm not sure if it's true or not but I do try to
sprout as many of my nuts and seeds as possible well virtually all of them I
treat peanut butter the stuff you buy the shops that isn't sprouted as an
occasional food rather than everyday food because I know if I buy a jar
peanut butter it will be on in 48 hours. I also like this milk as its raw and none of
the fats have been heated so they're all intact. You can if you like add some
sweetener or some vanilla but to be honest I like it of just the taste of
the peanuts and the water does taste a bit different to normal roasted peanuts
it doesn't have that roasted flavor it has more of a raw earthy flavor so I
think it's really nice and it goes quite well in porridge or I quite like making
some quinoa porridge with it in the morning so it's a really high protein
porridge with quinoa and sprouted peanut milk the fibre leftover from the peanuts
as you strain them you can mix some nutritional yeast a bit of coconut oil
some salt and some herb to be a bit for a pata a cheese it's not like my smoked
cashew cheese it doesn't slice really well but it's still quite nice to have
as a pate and you don't wasting the fiber then alternatively if you're
making a pie or a pizza base just pick put the peanut fiber in that and it adds
bulk and fiber to it and a bit of texture let me know what you think of

I make a Santa Monica green smoothie shake
and it gets me off to a very strong start
in the morning.
Our daughters love it, it just takes care
of a lot of their vegetable requirement during the day.
I use a NutriBullet blender because it's fast
and easy to clean up, and this whole process
only takes, like, 30 seconds.
So, let's get started.
So, I put in two to three cups of spinach,
fresh, frozen, you could use baby kale,
whatever herbs, greens that you like
that count towards your four cups
of required low-glycemic vegetables
during each and every day.
It's really good to have this in the morning
because it's quick, it's easy,
it really only takes 20 seconds.
I put my spinach in, I put some water
and some ice because you want it
at more of a thin consistency,
not gloopy and thick.
We use our shakes, of course,
the delicious Ideal Protein, I used Chocolate today.
Cappuccino, Vanilla are very popular,
Wild Berry Yogurt, lots of different flavors
to choose from, but make sure you use
a high-quality protein shake.
And voila, a nutritious, delicious way
to have a vegetable start to your day.

The green onions would fall out easily using the first method, so I used the second method for the rest of the pancakes
The rest is covered with plastic wrap to prevent moisture loss and there is also a paper towel to absorb the oil
Fry both sides until golden brown
Remove the excess oil
Cut and peel 2 tsp of ginger
Mince the ginger (I used a zester)
Add ginger [to bowl]
Add 1 tbsp of brown sugar
Add 3 tbsp of soy sauce
Add 2 tsp of rice vinegar
Add 1/2 tsp of sesame oil
Adjust to taste (I added more rice vinegar)
The finished dish
It tastes good!

Cut a hole (9cm in diameter) in cardboard circle.
Next, wrap the entire circle by using ribbon (25mm in width).
Cut off an excess of empty plastic-wrap roll.
Wrap the roll by using ribbon.
Add a strip of narrow ribbon.
Cut a styrofoam ball into 2 pieces about 1cm from the center (we need the bigger piece).
Make a hole in styrofoam.
Glue it to the cardboard circle.
Cover the styrofoam by using sisal.
Cut the strips out of ribbon. 3.8cm x 10cm.
Fold a side of a strip.
Apply glue on the opposite side and fold it.
We need 4 petals for each egg.
Glue the petals to an egg.
Glue the sisal to a bottom part of the egg.
Do the same with all the eggs.
Now, glue the eggs to the styrofoam.
Between them attach the artificial flowers...
...and the pearl stamens.
Add a decorative communion host.
Glue a pearl garland.
Pour the glue to the hole...
...and attach the handle.
Cut the strips out of ribbon. 2.5cm x 16cm.
Fold a strip in a half and glue its ends together.
Glue the strips under the bouquet to hide the styrofoam.
And it's done.
This bouquet will be a great gift for First Holy Communion, birthday or Children's Day.
Of course you can use other colors of ribbons and different additions.

Question from Joshua: "I would like to learn more about inking my manga. I am often confused about where to make lines thick or thin, adding thin detail lines on objects or clothing, and adding the solid black beta areas. Sometimes I feel my line work is too perfect and digital looking. I would also like to know the correct technique for inking objects and backgrounds as well. "
So his question is how to ink manga.
In Japanese manga culture, we call inking "Pen-ire".
"Pen-ire". Which process of manga making we are talking of?

For example, drawing an electric pole.
Are there electric poles in your town? It's called Denchu in Japan.
-There are few cities with electric poles in Europe. -Really? That's bad.
In Japan, there are many electric poles. Please google it.
In English, electric pole? Electrical pole?
Denchu is very familiar in Japan. Many electric poles in almost every city.

Anyway, imagine you drew things like this.
At this stage, this drawing has no realism.
I consider why this kind of drawing has no reality.
What I want to tell you, Joshua,
what makes the inking line thin and thick is
light and shadow.

How we put the idea of light and shadow in our drawing?
At first,
just decide which direction the light comes from.
The position of the sun.
Just decide it roughly.
And consider which side the shadow was made.

Just doing this, we can make a drawing more realistic.
This is where the light reflects, so I erase this line.

These parts are where shadows made so I left these lines.

If you step further, you make the lines of darker part thicker.

You draw just shadowy parts.
And erase the lighter parts.
You do not need these lines.
It will be like this. And this is enough,
If you draw shadowy parts, human brain complements the shape of lighter parts.
So you draw shadowy parts and omit lighter parts. It brings more realism to your work!
Now I'll tell you about how to draw a texture.
Different materials have different shape of bumps of inking line.
If this electric pole is made of knitting wool,
the line will be more fluffy like this.
But electric pole is made of concrete generally.
So we draw this with straight lines.
However, there are wooden electric poles in old days.
If you'd like to draw that,
you can draw grain of wood with thin lines like this.
This little difference of thin lines makes a feeling of texture and materials.
How we apply this method to character drawing?
It's same thing.
You draw things like this.
By the way, your drawing of a girl was very good, Joshua.
First, you decide where the sunlight comes from.
Then, consider where the shadows drop.
For example, this part. You make the line little bit thicker.

Friendz, our today's recipe is made with TOFU
Its gonna be very yum yum
and this is very good alternate..

and You must try this recipe at home
So Let's get started..
As you can see this is TOFU
Now we gonna slice it in cubes
You may slice it as you would like to have
This is 250 Grams of Tofu
we will slice it in Square / cubes
Tofu is best substitute of PANEER
Whenever You buy tofu from super market
and till the time we don't cook it
You should unpack and keep it in a container bowl
and must change the water daily
till the time you gonna cook it
and need not to keep into deep freezer
just dip into fresh water in a container / bowl
till the time you're not cooking it just change the water
So now here after changing its water
I wrapped it into 5-6 layers of paper towel
and kept it aside for 3 hours by putting
some weight on it, (could be heavy book)
so that extra water gets drained out
So now we can proceed further with cooking
In a big bowl add 1.5 tbspn
all purpose flour ( Maida)
or named as or white flour
then add 1 tbspn Corn starch
alternately you may add corn flour
1/4 T-spn salt
or as per your taste
1 tspn red chili paste
we will add water accordingly
to make thick paste
You have to make thicker paste..
to quote the TOFU with it
Now the Thick paste is ready
so now we gonna add
the sliced TofuS in it
and now we
will quote all the tofus by all side
then we will deep fry them in cooking oil
Deep frying pan is ready on stove
with hot oil
Friend, if you're very much health conscious
then you may fry it with Olive oil
apart from that coconut oil is also healthy
now slowly we gonna put it into hot oil
we need to deep fry them thoroughly
Its properly fried now & can put it off stove
and take them out on a tissue paper
Now for TOFU we need to make SLURRY
to make that, Add 1 tbspn
tomato sauce
1 tspn vinegar
Pinch of salt
we will add soya sauce later & that contains salt too
so make sure it should not get too salty
so carefully add salt as per taste
then add 1 tbspn soya sauce
1 tbspn green chili sauce
pinch of MSG Ajinomoto
and add some black pepper
Now Mix everything well
it will enhance the overall flavor of our recipe
So now our Slurry is also ready
So now. You can see here, I have chopped veggies
I have taken 1 green capsicum here
if you like you can take red or
yellow for better presentation
and I I have sliced onion in medium size,
grated ginger & garlic
and 1 green chili
Now on a stove, Have kept Deep frying nonstick pan
now here we will add
2-3 Tspn cooking oil
so now oil is hot
and 1st of all we will add garlic & ginger in it
Followed by green chili
THEN GREEN CAPSICUM*
And Onions
and saute
cook it on low flame
we will cook it for 1 to 2 mins only
and keeping sauteing
then later will add the slurry
after 2 mins you can add slurry in it
mix it well
let it be boiled for a while
as you can see now the sauce is
boiled & cooked properly
Now its time to add
The fried TOFU in it
And quote the sauce on TOFU thoroughly
This is going to be very tasty recipe i bet
You must try this one in your home kitchen
you're going to love it by having this

also because its rich in protein
& very good substitute of indian Paneer
and it has got no FAT

How to Make Perfect Angel Food Cake | The Stay At Home Chef - Duration: 5:46.Today on The Stay At Home Chef I'm showing you how to make
Old Fashioned Angel Food Cake.
This Angel Food Cake is light and airy and super delicious
It's the perfect angel food cake recipe To start you'll need to pre-heat your
oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then you'll need a tube pan. It kind of looks
like a bundt cake where it has this center hole but unlike a bundt cake
this has two pieces that fit together and once again it's called a tube pan
You'll need it to make an angel food cake and you'll need to leave the pan
un-greased. You don't want any kind of grease when making an angel food cake
Now there's something crazy about making angel food cake and that is that after
it's done baking you have to flip the pan upside down
So before we start you'll need to find a bottle that's the right size to fit into
the center of the tube pan so that you can balance it on top. Now I know that
this sounds a little bit crazy but trust me and it's a lot easier to figure out
what will fit into the center before baking then after. Next you'll want to
separate out 12 egg whites into a large mixing bowl. You want to let these sit
out for 15 to 20 minutes so that they can come to room temperature. This will
make for a much better cake if you just have a little bit of patience and let
them warm up. In the meantime we're gonna sift together 1 cup of cake flour with
1 1/2 cups -- here I'll get that sifting -- with 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
Now a couple of notes here: you'll want to make sure that you
use cake flour because it is much more finely ground and it's cut with a little
bit of corn starch and it creates a light and airy cake so don't skip out on
this and I actually don't even recommend making a cake flour substitute. Now a lot
of recipes will have you use regular granulated sugar but I have you use
powdered sugar because it is also cut with a little bit of corn starch and
it's much more finely ground and I feel like the combination of the cake flour
and the powdered sugar creates the perfect angel food cake. Now moving back
to our egg whites we're gonna add in 1 1/2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
1/4r teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and
1/2 teaspoon of almond extract and start whipping this. Now I'm using a hand mixer
today but you could also use a stand mixer or if you're feeling really strong
and like your arm won't give out you can beat this by hand with a whisk
Once your egg whites start to get all frothy and foamy start adding in another
1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar and I like to add it in about one tablespoon
or two at a time. Now this powdered sugar is in addition
to the powdered sugar that we sifted in with the cake flour so don't let that
confuse you. There's 3 cups total. Keep on whipping this until you have
nice stiff peaks that form, like so, where it keeps its shape and the egg whites
will have a nice satiny finish to them You want to make sure that you're
whipping your egg whites in either a glass bowl or a metal bowl because
they'll whip a lot easier than if you use a plastic bowl. Then we're gonna take
our flour mixture and I'm gonna sift about 1/3 of it right over the tops of
the egg whites. Then we're gonna take a large rubber spatula and start gently
folding this in and you want to be gentle as you fold because you want the
air to stay in those egg whites. You want to repeat this process of sifting and
folding in the flour mixture until it's all mixed in. Sifting it again it gives
it a second sift which makes your cake even lighter and fluffier. Make sure you
scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to make sure there's no hidden pockets
of flour. Then we're gonna take this mixture and transfer it into our tube pan.
I just kind of dollop it in there and divide it around the circle as
evenly as possible. It's always a little bit difficult to divide it around that
center hole. Then I just run the rubber spatula around one time to pop any air
pockets and then smooth out the top just a little bit. Then this is gonna go
immediately into a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. The top of the cake should be
browned and be dry to the touch and if you tap on it it shouldn't jiggle
Then you'll want to grab that bottle because you're gonna need to flip it
right on top and I know it's a little bit crazy but you just leave it upside
down like this for about 1 1/2 hours
to let it cool. You do this so that
the cake doesn't collapse on itself. It just hangs upside down and it doesn't
fall out of the pan and you just let it hang there for an hour and a half.
I know it's crazy! After the cake is completely cooled
we'll use a butter knife to saw around the edges to get it out
Release that center portion too and we'll be able to pull it out. Then you
also have to release the bottom portion Then you can flip it and it should come
right out and place it on to a cake stand and that's it!
Perfect Angel Food Cake! Don't ever let angel food cake intimidate you ever
again because I truly believe this is a recipe that anyone can make. All that's
left to do is use a serrated knife to slice and serve.
