I see you I am so silly I just had to do that yes I just want to do this video

it's been on my mind you know lifestyle change I am so grateful that I stopped

doing the content that I used to do I'm going to switch up you know my content a

little bit I'm gonna still keep it on weight loss journey even though the

weight loss journey will be over soon for me anyways because I had chose to

just get it all out the way at one time and not stop and start do that type of

cycle and and then we're here two years later trying to lose weight and not

feeling happy about myself but I used to do content on nothing but

drama and I think that when I got a handle of where I needed to be heading

and that was about health and wellness with myself with oneself I started to

focus it on different kind of content and that was document and my weight loss

journey and sharing it with the public and that was the best satisfying

gratitude feeling that I had got in a long time for my content is when I

decided sharing my struggles and my experience with the world and trying to

help people in a positive light instead of you know trying to cash in on

nonsense once I changed my direction on my channel that's when I had discovered

juice feasting and it has changed my life doing juice

fast I still call it juice fast even though they say it's a juice piece it's

a preference what you want to call it it doesn't make you right or wrong it's

just what you want to call it but I'm just glad that I got out of the drama

lifestyle of it all and started getting one with me and now being able to help

others with weight loss ailments that they might have such as cancer diabetes

sugar now I'm not a doctor I always let people know to talk to your doctor

before starting any regiment or diet program but any of my content

excuse me content that I do on my channel is only by my own personal

experience I'm not a professional if you need professional advice on your health

and wellness as a whole you should always consult with your physician but I

just want to let you guys know I'm very grateful for the ones that watch me and

hopefully the ones that I'm not subscribed will eventually subscribe to

the channel don't want to make this video too long but I would like to tell
