I wrote a song (kinda) - Duration: 2:53.

Hey! Let's try this again...

For those of you who don't know, I have been re-learning piano this year.

I say re-learning because I took piano as a child,

so I already know how to read music, I know where the notes are on the keyboard,

I'm just not that good at it.

And this week I've just been messing around on my keyboard a bunch,

and playing with this little melody line I suppose I've created,

and seeing what I could do with it.

Now I am certainly not a piano protege,

uhh,

or some star in the making at this point.

I am at a very basic, beginner level, and that's okay.

Although I'm not some epic songwriter or piano player

I'm proud of the progress I'm making,

and I think that's a good thing to show.

Maybe one day, I'll be really really good,

and I can look back on this and be like, "Wow.

Look how far I've come!"

And maybe other people who are pursuing things that they're interested in

can take a look at this and say, "Yeah! Everybody has to start somewhere!"

Soooo, yeah!
