Youtube daily what Dec 3 2018

and this also a message to every Muslim wife out there ! '' Don't ever make your husband be angry with you or offend him because if you do so

imagine ! that his bride-to-be in of the virgin of paradise will supplicate Allah against you '' and that's mentioned in a hadith narrated by Ahmed with an authentic chain of narrators

and it was narrated that the truthful prophet who doesn't speak from [ his own ] inclination ( peace and blessings be upon him ) said

'' if any woman offends her husband in the worldly life , then his bride-to-be of the virgin of paradise will say to her '' Don't offend him ! and may Allah destroy you ''

so , imagine ( oh , Muslim women ! ) when the virgins of paradise supplicate Allah against you ! and we don't wish the virgin supplicates Allah against any woman or any virtuous sister in Islam

rather , I wish that the virgin would invoke Allah for you not the other way round

so , '' if any woman offends her husband in the worldly life , then his bride-to-be of the virgin of paradise will say to her '' Don't offend him ! and may Allah destroy you

because he is just an outsider , and he is about to leave you and come to us ''

so if any Muslim wife offends her husband , and if she is probably disobedient to Allah and who ultimately will not make it to paradise

then the virgin of paradise will say to her '' Don't offend your husband ! and may Allah destroy you because he is just a host in your house and who is about to leave you

which means that he will soon die and come to us where he will enjoy us ( sexually ) and we will also enjoy him ( sexually ) in paradise

and that's why , I want to say to each and every believing Muslim wife '' Honor your husband , and care for him and make sure he is happy with you ''

What Is A Core Message And Why Do I Care? - Duration: 12:05.

So, if you're watching this video then you have the same question of what is a

core message? And why do I care? So, whether that's the language you use

they're not of calling it a core message this really is an important topic if you

want to succeed in business. So, definitely stick around for this one.

Michelle McCullough. Good friend, expert speaker, author. How do you define a core

message? -Well, if you're looking at it from a business standpoint, your core

message is what do you want to be crystal clear to your audience about who

you are as an organization and what you do. And the best way to get clear on that

is to think through how you want people to describe you. So, how would you want

someone to describe your business? How would you want to someone to describe

your product or service? -Sounds a lot like we're talking about brand here. -It

is a lot of your brand and some people will consider their brand to just be

their logo or their colors or their design. But really, your brand is your

promise. It's your commitment. It's the things

that you offer. And the ways that people know how you can solve a problem for

them. -By talking about it in terms of a core message, it takes the conversation

of logo or brand to where it really needs to be to kind of be an impactful

or to be a real a real brand. -Sometimes people will think about a core message

being a mission statement. That can be part of your core message. But chances

are people aren't going to describe your business with your mission statement. Now.

your mission statement is probably really valuable for your team. It's good

for the your employees, people who that you work with so that they know the kind

of traits and values that you want them to display. But I also think that it's

really important to go beyond your mission statement and think about things

about how you want customers to feel when they come into your store. How do

you want customers to feel when they interact with you or how do you want

them to feel as a result of your product or service. While feeling words

can seem like not very valuable. At the end of the day, people make decisions to

buy based off of feelings. And so, you have to help them understand what kinds

of things you want them to feel. And almost adjust your logo or your colors

based off of your core message and your foundational messaging as an

organization. -Okay. So, can we jump into some examples? -Sure. -I mean maybe we'll

pick some big, prominent, well-known companies.

What would you say Apple's core message is? -This is like a quiz. Uh-huh. Apple's core

message is simple, chic technology. So it doesn't have to be big. It doesn't have

to be difficult. It doesn't have to be detailed but it's simple but it's cool

and they want to be known for innovative technology that is... -I definite think

innovation is it... Yeah. Okay. what's the... What about Nike? -Just do it is their

tagline, right? But at the core of that is going in and accomplishing the things

that you really want. Like, if exercise is important for you,

get past all of the crap in your head and just do it and hopefully use their

products to do it. -So, how does a small business owner or a solopreneur really

defined their core message. -So, I think one of the best gifts you can give

your business every single year is sitting down at the end of the year and

asking yourself, "What worked? What didn't work? And what needs to change?" So you do

a little bit of evaluation. You see, you check your messages, you look at your

social media. Look at your blog posts and see if you feel like those messages

matched what your core messages as a business. And in most cases, you're going to

look at it and say, "It didn't. It didn't really match what I want." And maybe you

haven't really thought about your core message this strategic in this way. So,

now, as it after you've asked yourself those three questions, you say, "Okay, what

do I want to be known for? How do I want people to describe me?" And the trick is

you only can pick about 7 things. So, the mind can only remember 7 things

but the reality is is that your audience will probably only

remember you for one. But it gives you the opportunity as a business to list

7 things so that you can share different messages in each of those

places. So for example, I have a collision company that is a good friend of mine it

was a previous client. They're local in Utah. Obviously, their messaging isn't

going to go far. But their tagline is getting a car in a car accident could be

traumatic. Getting your car fixed shouldn't be. And that's one of their

core messages that while you might have had this traumatic experience and we're

going to take care of you. And we're going to make getting your car fixed to be super

easy. And we're going to make you feel cared about in the process. And I think that's

really great messaging. They also have a tagline that they use that is

exceptional care collision repair. But again, it kind of goes back to that core

message that we're going to fix your car but we care about customer service. Or

not just gearheads who are going to be punking out your car

and passing you the keys. We really care about the service part of that. And so, I

like the way that they thought through even on that small level, how do they

want people to feel working with them. And they put taglines out there that

supported those messages. And so at the end of the day, when people are

describing robear's collision, they're like, "Oh my gosh, those people were so

nice. They took really good care of me." And that's what they want people to know.

And to come back to. So, think about those core messages, think about 6 or 7

things that you can put out into the world that hopefully people would use to

describe you. And then give yourself 12 months.

Give yourself 12 months to put out there the messages that you really care about

and see if you start to get the kind of feedback that you want. And that people

are describing you in the ways that you care about. -So, I have a thought that I

want to get your take on. Once a core message is established, whether

intentionally or unintentionally, it seems that that's a hard thing to change.

There's one brand of car that is known for safety. -Sure. -And yet... And this was put

in... This was not my research. This was somebody else's research that I saw

presentation. But it comes to my mind that this car that's known for

safety, they then started doing some marketing as a luxury car. And it just

seemed a little off. The car might totally be luxurious that they're

promoting but it's like... "But that's of is? You know, that's this brand of car? Wait a

minute." And it just kind of opened my eyes to wonder. Do you agree that it's

pretty important to figure out your core message early on. Well at the same time,

we can re-evaluate and see what sticks and what not but if we if we're not

conscious of it early on then it can be hard to change. -Absolutely. So, but I will

also tell you there is hope. So, if there are people sitting out there thinking, "Oh,

wait. I think people are describing me in a bad way." I'm going to tell you a process

that we use that helps people transition to that. But if you're just getting

started, it's really good to begin as you mean to go on. And it's interesting

because there are a lot of people who have created their own monopolies, if you

will. So, like even back in the 80's, MTV got started and they didn't want

competition so they created Vh1. MTV and Vh1 were the same organization. The same

parent company. And... But then they made each of them their own unique brand. And

that car company, should they have just created a different line would have been

easier to promote that because they were trying to make a market shift. Your brand

lasts long beyond what you want it to sometimes. And so, it's really hard to

make... Because we're meaning making machines and we want to describe things

and we want to label. We want to say that's a flower and that's a tree and

that's a frame. You know, we want to be able to describe things. And so, it's hard

for humans to make that transition. But you can do that. And here... This is a

personal example. But my background is in marketing and advertising. I've done

marketing consulting and marketing speaking for almost 2 decades. But

3 or 4 years ago, I really wanted to produce a motivational book. In my

background, I love motivational speaking. I love motivational self-help books.

That's a piece of who I was and my interests. But it wasn't something I had

done professionally. And so, to launch that book, I

I needed to shift my audience from "Michelle McCullough, the startup princess.

Marketing... Coordinator marketing speaker extraordinaire" to "Michelle McCullough,

motivational speaker." And I can do both but my audience really didn't want me to

do both. They knew me as Michelle the marketing person. And so what I did is I

sat down into this exact same exercise. What I call the clarity exercise. And I

said, "What 7 things...? What 7 ways do I want people to describe me?" And the truth is,

is while they seem different, they're very similar. Marketing is telling a

story to get people to take action. Motivation is telling a story to get

people to change. And so, they're very similar and I had to do some of that

messaging. But I also had to say you know what? The things that you love about me

but people liked that I was a systems girl. People liked that I knew how to

message things. People liked the approach and positivity. But I could use those

same principles to share this. But then for a whole year, even before I launched

my book, I shared more of this part of me. And I was quick to say and easy to say,

"Hey, you might know me for this. But did you know that I got my first wrinkle in

day planner when I was 12? And did you know that I was the first person to ever

go through the Franklin Covey, what matters most training?" People needed to

know that it wasn't just me making us a quick decision or that I was completely

shifting my business. They needed to know that that was a part of me they didn't

know yet. And so, you can do that with your business too. Not, just an expert

business but even if you're shifting, figuring out how to say, "Hey listen, we've

always cared about X. But did you know that we love Y too?" And you can tell that

story but you have to be strategic and sharing those messages through social

media, through your blog posts, through your advertising. And make sure that it's

clear that people understand that you haven't changed. It's just a side of you

they haven't seen yet. And businesses that are successful with that like in

the beginning, Coke and Pepsi couldn't have anything else but Coke and Pepsi.

But they were like, "Hey, we're not Coke and Pepsi people. Were soda people." And so

now, they can have full lines of sodas and have different sodas in different

countries because the story came, became about soda. Not about coke. And so, you can

think about that and you can expand your business in your line. And in some cases,

it's going to need its own advertising. But as long as you tell the story, people

will come with you as long as they don't feel like you're abandoning them. And

going a different direction. It was a long answer but I hope that was helpful.

-Yes. So, I think are hoping that you get a sense that there's a lot here. That

there's a great importance of having a core message. It's really what takes

a brand from just a logo to being something that will really make a

difference that that people will really remember.

So, if anything, I hopefully this conversation has given you some tips of

being able to recognize first, what is a core message and why are we even talking

about it. And and how to... How to define what yours

is. So, make sure you subscribe. Look up Michele McCulloug. I'll put

What Arsenal boss Unai Emery shouted at players after Tottenham bust-up - Duration: 1:58.

Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang gave the Gunners the lead with a 10th-minute penalty to give them the perfect start

But a five-minute brain fade saw their arch rivals Tottenham equalise and then take the lead before half-time

Eric Dier netted the first - before sparking a touchline brawl after celebrating in front of the Arsenal fans

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino charged down the touchline to pull the players apart - then moments later his side were ahead

Rob Holding slid into Heung-min Son to gift Spurs a penalty which Harry Kane duly converted

The Sky Sports cameras panned to Emery, who had just seen his side throw away complete control of the game

The Spaniard held both hands in the air and gesticulated to his players to keep their heads

Commentator Gary Neville said: "I said earlier that the Tottenham players had lost their heads, now the Arsenal defenders have

"Unai Emery is saying 'calm down, settle down'. Tottenham fans are having a right laugh now "Arsenal are showing so much vulnerability, they really are

"Kane, Son, Alli, Eriksen - they are all making it difficult for them."

What's the difference between morality and ethics? - Duration: 4:05.

a question I'm often asked is to offer some explanation on the relationship or

the difference between morality and ethics.

I would like to add voice to this very topical discussion for the simple reason

that ethics defined

ethics understood

ethics practiced contains ingredients of morality

but in reality stands out on on itself as ethics

morality is the practice of conduct in

living found and grounded in cultures, in norms, in traditions over time

morality often does not have a reason or justification. It is the way of life of a people

Morality is that which we inherit from our parents, from family from

from communities which tell us 'dos', that are right, and 'don'ts', that are wrong.

Morality contains mores, what we call Morris, they transmit values quite well but most

often morality does not need a justification for its being we are

giving the simple answer this is how it is done in our place and this is how it

must be done.

Not so with ethics.

Ethics is the discipline in philosophy in

scientific thought that grounds the reason for activity especially of doing

the right and avoiding the odd on rational principles

Ethics goes into such questions as what ought I to do

why should I do it

what is the

alternative if I do not do it and what is the common benefit for a global

universal audience or presence or participant in an action that a human

being performs that might impact on the lives of others, but grounded on rationality

So the key difference between ethics and morality is that

whereas ethics is doing the ought because it is ought rightly to do so morality is

doing not just the odd but that which has to be done because we have been

taught to do so ethics grounds its arguments on reason

morality grounds its arguments on tradition.

Both of them might even

contradict because there are moral principles in areas that are not ethical

and there are ethical things but whatever is ethical most normally be moral.

To conclude this presentation therefore I wish to encourage a deeper

reflection on the relationship between ethics and morality to see both of them

as useful but to take a very clear distinction in ethics being an act of

the rational human being and morality being an act of the received, of the

legacy of the transmitted knowledge which we get in our lives and

societies and customs.

Thank you very much and see you next time.

What's In A Name? Dubois - Our Wyoming - Duration: 8:24.

- I'm a Wyoming native,

but I have never been in a community

that has the close-knit,

I would call it brotherly love

for one another that this little community has.

(upbeat western music)

(soft guitar music)

Dubois is a very interesting place.

This was the heart of the Rocky Mountain fur trade

because of the crossroads here.

You have a major trail going from the forks at

Riverton of the Papaja and Wind River over Togwotee Pass

to Jackson Pole.

And the north south is from upper Green River

down in the Pinedale area,

across Union Pass

and across Shoshone Pass up here on the Absaroka's.

And those were major paleo trails.

Back to the time of the Sheepeater Indians,

a branch of the Shoshone,

who lived in these mountains from the early 1700's.

The Shoshone were here quite a bit before that,

but so were the Crow.

We had Jim Bridger,

we had Jedediah Smith, we had John Colter,

we had the Sublette brothers,

who were key to the Rocky Mountain fur trade,

the Rendezvous, this was where it happened.

Those histories are just incredible

about how this country developed and how well known it was

by early White people

in the expansion of the West.

In 1879, one of my heroes,

the quintessential cowboy,

by the name of Andy Manso came here as a young man

about 22 years of age.

And he settled on what we now know as East Fork,

tributary to the Wind River

and he built the first Circle Ranch.

But Andy Manso was the man who pretty much

started what went on here.

He wanted to be a cowboy,

he was a son of an old French-Canadian fur trapper

out of Quebec.

He started raising horses for the carriage trade

in the East.

So he started using this country,

it was open range, free range they called it,

and he started raising horses up here.

And a lot of folks from the Fort Washakie area

took up cattle ranching

and used this area as a summer grazing area.

And things just started growing from there.

Probably the next biggest industry would've been

the tie industry, and that started in 1915.

Rails have to float so to speak,

and railroad ties were the crossties underneath the rails

that floated on a bed of rock.

Those ties didn't last real long,

even though they were creosoted,

they still had to be replaced on a regular basis.

The last real tie drive of the cut,

hand-hewn ties to Riverton were they were processed,

was in 1945.

The railroads needed railroad ties all over the country.

In those days all of those ties were cut by hand,

they were peeled, cut to length,

the ties were collected during the winter and spring

and summer, and decked,

that means they were stacked along the banks

of the Wind River

so that in the spring of the year after the river crested,

the ties were all kicked into the river

and floated to Riverton,

approximately 100 miles.

That took some doing.

There was a lot of man power.

One of the things that really supported in the later years

of the tie drive during World War II,

there was an established prisoner of war camp built there.

These were German prisoners who had been captured

and brought to the United States

and were sent out here to work the tie industry

from 1944 to about 1946.

Right now, our primary source of business is a little bit

from the forest service, telephone company,

the school district, the power company.

There's still a fair amount of cattle ranching,

dude ranching.

Out of the dude ranches of course there was also

the guided hunting trips and recreation trips.

There's a lot of different kinds of legends

about how the name Dubois came about.

1899 I believe it was,

folks that lived here wanted a post office.

So they applied to the federal government

to get a post office.

The government sent out a man, senator,

who name was Dubois,

that was how you pronounced the last name, D-U-B-O-I-S.

And when he came here to do the work

of setting up the post office,

he asked what people wanted the name of the town to be,

and they said, Tibo.

Tibo is a Shoshone word,

So the people here thought that would be an adequate name.

I don't know if he had a prejudice against Native Americans

or what it was, but he says,

"You can't have a name like that for this town."

So in his infinite wisdom,

he decided the name should be his name, Dubois.

Well that really agitated the people here.

And from the time he left,

the name became Dubois.

And if you look at the stickers that we have

and the window stickers that has the DB written on it,

underneath that DB you'll see the little printed section,

spelled out,

D-U hyphen, B-O-Y-Z,

that's how you pronounce it.

So that was our retaliation

about not getting the name that we wanted.

And that's how Dubois got it's name.

The irony to the whole thing is just 200 miles straight west

of us in Idaho,

is another town called Dubois.

Dubois, and it has a great big billboard with a picture

of the senator and all of that sort of thing glorifying him

because he was an Idaho representative to Congress.

And they pronounce, Dubois.

So that's the history of how our town

became known as Dubois Duboise.

There actually was a little place,

a little gathering of the tie hacks,

and they called it Never Sweat.

It was up towards Togwotee Pass.

Nobody had any problem with calling it Never Sweat

and there was a post office there for about,

on and off for about three years.

So there were two distinctive post offices.

I'm a Wyoming native who was born and raised in Rawlins.

And I lived in Laramie for a long time,

but I have never been in a community

that has the close-knit,

I would call it brotherly love for one another

that this little community has.

So we're struggling in some ways,

but in other ways we're blossoming

and I think we will continue to do so.

And our history is really the history

and the comradery in this community is what attracts people.

I've yet to run into anybody who visits this community

that doesn't go away with a feeling of,

boy I felt comfortable here.

This was really a neat place to come.

And we'd like to keep that.

What would happen if you went back in time and KILLED your Grandfather - Duration: 4:35.

the name comes from the paradoxes common description a person travels to the past

and kills their own grandfather before the conception of their father or mother

which prevents the Time Traveler's existence the grandfather paradox is a

paradox of time travel in which inconsistencies emerged through changing

the past some advocate a parallel universe approach to the grandfather

paradox when the time traveller kills their grandfather they are actually

killing a parallel universe version of their grandfather and the Time

Traveler's original universe is not altered it's been argued that since the

traveller arrives in a different universes history and not their own

history this is not genuine time travel in other variants the actions of the

time traveler have no effect outside of their own personal experience a time

traveler would not be able to change the past from the way it is they would only

act in a way that is already consistent with what necessarily happened but if

going back in time and killing your grandfather negates your own existence

because how cou you exist if your dad's dad didn't do you just spontaneously

vaporize the moment you stops breathing how is that even possible the first

solution to this famous paradox is that when you go back in time to kill your

grandfather you're not going back to your own history but a copy of your

history and everything you do in this version of your history will affect the

alternate future of the universe not your own think about it

all your atoms are scanned and destroyed in the process because there's no

cloning allowed in quantum mechanics then all that information about you is

teleported to the new location where a bunch of new atoms are used to

build a whole new but that's not good enough at

minutephysics because that solution kind of bypasses the paradox rather than

solving it what we want to know is what happens when you go back into your own

past not a copy of it basically if you go back in time and kill your

grandfather you don't exist so your grandfather can't be killed so there is

a strong reality happening in parallel here while all of this is 100%

hypothetical because no one's actually gone back in time to test this out as

minute physics explains subatomic particles regularly do multiple

different things in parallel a process known as quantum superposition if you

apply this kind of thinking to the grandfather paradox you get something

called a closed time loop where your grandfather is simultaneously dead and

alive and so are you as a result say I set up two small corresponding time

machines a and B and I position them so that when I roll a billiard ball into B

the ball travels back in time and reappears in the past through a with a

trajectory aim to disrupt the ball's original path and to be the implication

is that as soon as I roll the ball towards B the same ball will fly out of

a and knock it off its path a paradox is created if the ball is knocked away from

entering B how could it then come out of a the solution to this paradox must be

that the billiard ball is only lightly tapped by itself it still enters and

exists the time machine but at a slightly different angle well quite

simply you can go back in time and punch kick push your grandfather but you can't

kill him otherwise you wouldn't exist to kill him in the first place this means

our free will must be constrained if I meet a younger version of myself and

wish to kill that younger version and laws of physics will prevent me from

doing so

Homestuck - What the Trite and Banal Say - Aradia and Nepeta +Summoner (CC) - Duration: 5:06.

Someday soon I'll crumble

Someday soon I'll fall

My sanity I see now will not hold for very long

I hear the song of madness playing in my head

And someday they will come and they will drag me back again

Someday all your burdens you'll set down for a rest

And sit with me in comfort

Perhaps in happiness

Til then just know the signal that you hear is real and true

A frequency that few could, someone's broadcasting for you

Someone's broadcasting for you

Someday love could find a way

Is it foolish for to pray that what the trite and banal say

Love will find you too one day?

Someday when the sorrow fades past the heavy, weeping weight

There will finally be a day all your burdens fall away

And someday past the days of dread, past the scars and tethered threads

You will rise up on that day

Somehow love will find a way

And someday

Love

A thin breath away

The smoke drifts on up

With all that you hold and all that you're told

And all that you love

The signal is not far, we could find it if we go

An old abandoned factory Arcadia Corp once owned

If you want then we could go now, together you and I

Away in just a thin breath and leave this world behind

Someday love will find a way past the heavy, weeping weight

There will finally be a day when all your burdens fall away

Someday past the paths you've strayed

The betrayals and dismay

Past the long and jaded way, we will rise up on that day

And someday love will a way

All who fall will rise again

All the broken will be saved

Someday love will find a way

And someday

Love

One day one call

Will find us all

A thin breath away

And all that you knew

For granted or learned will suddenly turn

And never was true

I see that you have found me

That means then that you must be

Hearing the song only one could, so

After all these years then, your lover's song has worked and

There is much, my dear, that you must know

Machines not touched for years now must be started

And while that is done, that console over there

Just plug your Mascot in and it will play events that

Though long ago, it's vital that you hear

Do you wish to initiate sequence?

Vlogmas: Day2| Not Cut-out For Youtube| What Jake Paul and Emma Chamberlain Have In Common - Duration: 9:54.

on this second day of vlogmas I'd like to talk about how I have wanted to do

YouTube videos for years now like if you if you go onto my youtube channel and

you look at the about page it should tell you when I signed up and look it's

probably like 2012 but I've wanted to do YouTube long before that like from I was

probably in like ninth grade and I saw Ryan Higa videos and I was like yeah I

wanna I want to make cool funny videos like that I want to I want to have I

want to just hang out with my friends and make videos and we can make fun of

stuff and and joke around and have fun and there is always an excuse every

single time I'm like oh I don't have a camera then I get a camera it's like

this camera is not good enough then something else come up like I don't want

to edit my videos because my voice and I hate my voice and like I can't stand the

sound of my voice I don't wanna I don't want to edit my videos and like if I

can't stand the sound of my voice then other people won't be able to stand the

sound of my voice just the same so I've always always come up with different

reasons why I should not start YouTube and this year like earlier this year

like right around when I started like uploading most of the videos like around

February and my sister-in-law was talking to me and she's like I was

thinking about probably making a youtube and you know just making YouTube videos

and and I was like yeah I'll do it like I was thinking about that too but I've

always you know always said no it's not for me I don't have that thing that you

need to be a youtuber like if you look at all the youtubers they have what I

call the you factor you look at depaul brothers you know they're they're like

loud and frisky with their lives like they'll do

anything they're like yeah their adrenaline junkies are you look at like

um Isaac oh she she's very lovable like she has such a great personality

maybe even like I don't think that I even have like that serious like focus

to to like make anything the way that I want to make it like I don't have that

focus like a like a Philip DeFranco like these are the people I've been watching

for years like I've watched people from when they were in their bedrooms to

where they are now and I'm like like I couldn't have been making videos but I

I've been just using all kind of excuse in the book like I watched lovely tea

from when she used to sit on her bed and make videos and now like lovely tea has

her her little studio section I'm like oh that's really nice like I've seen

people even Philip DeFranco himself like from in his room to now like he's done

so much great things and I'm always just like I don't have that personality like

I I'm someone who my face doesn't always show the emotion that I'm feeling like I

could be I could be I could find something really funny and my face still

remains like this alright I'll smile but it looks so

insincere because I'm like dead behind eye but the thing is I've always wanted

to I don't know be more like that outgoing bubbly type person like even

look around YouTube even the people who are kind of like they're supposed to be

quirky their quirkiness is what makes them the icons or make them iconic or

YouTube iconic and you look at them their quirkiness that core Kunis comes

off it's like it's like a silent charisma for example Emma Chamberlain

everyone loves to hate on him and my Chamberlain for different reasons of

course but she have that thing she has do you factor

the thing that makes her so perfect for you too because people will see her and

you're like I can relate to that like I understand especially teenagers and like

yeah I'm completely going through that situation and she's kind of raw and and

just like saying whatever quirky thing comes to her mind at the time and she

just and she's just like automatically get a lot of people to pay attention to

her because of that quirky edge or that you factor like I'm

sorry I'm completely blabbing on but if you

understand what I mean a few weeks ago or maybe it's been a month or so David

Stoll made a video about how about confronting your fear when I watched it

I remember I wrote out a letter telling David so thank you for his years of work

on YouTube that like just like inspire me and how watching him from where he

started till now it's just been like a great inspiration that makes you want to

keep going keep at it even when you don't feel like it and I really wanted

to send him that message and I was like instantly I wrote like paragraphs

telling him thank you and then I deleted it because it was like probably never

gonna see this I mean no interests never seen it okay

however the point that I'm trying to make that it's taken me so long to make

even though I've been rambling on is sometimes you got to do something even

if it makes you uncomfortable because you want you want end goal and if you

know that you're that this thing can lead in the direction that you want to

go don't be afraid of taking the steps to go into the into that direction so

when my sister-in-law told me she was like yeah if you do it

I'll do it like we make videos together I was I was I

jumped at it I was like you know what maybe this is the time maybe this is the

kick that I need in a but to actually start a YouTube channel and even though

my sister-in-law didn't actually start making videos on YouTube I'm still

making videos here but she was such a motivation to start this and I'm glad

that I did and I'm glad I stuck to it I feel like I've always have asked things

like I've I tried learning the guitar I'm still not massive and I still have

not mastered the guitar I'm like I said I've I passed everything I some chords I

didn't know how to play play some chords and I know how to strum some stuff and I

know a few songs but that's it I've never gone and like commit to one thing

and just say yeah I'm gonna do it I'm gonna do it and this is the reason why

I'm vlogging this is vlogmas is kind of important to me right now because I

wanted that challenge like I'm looking for that challenge in my life to say

yeah I'm this is what I'm gonna do today I'm gonna actually get it done I'm not

gonna slack on it I'm gonna see this through I'm gonna make sure that every

day I put out a video even when I don't want to even when I don't even have a

specific topic to talk about just come on here and have a conversation maybe it

could be something from the heart like this conversation right now or maybe

it's just the a video of outside and of the different places I went to during a

day or how I'm feeling that at that moment like I just want to do that I

don't want to come here and be fake with anyone if you can find some sense in

what I've just said please just make make a goal and try to stick with it

it's been very difficult for me especially when it's just certain things

that it's not like a thing that's going to give me an immediate payoff right

away I tend to back away from me and I don't want to do that anymore so

this is a challenge for myself and I'm and asking you what is the challenge

that you you have in your life where maybe you've been putting off something

that you really want to do and you just be making a whole bunch of excuses

here's the thing when you fail there's always a lesson to learn so with the

listen learn so take the chance and fail or take the chance and maybe you'll even

win you never know but I just want to stick to it and I want to stick to

making videos for this what 25 days of vlog mist I'm holding myself accountable

to stick to this stick to

Banana skin thrown at black footballer in 2018 - we all know what that means - Duration: 4:04.

A banana skin. On a Premier League pitch. In 2018.  We've seen enough in English football not to be surprised any more

It was certainly no shock to see the rush of people on social media trying to explain away the actions of the neanderthal who hurled it at the Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang during the north London derby

You have to have been living under a rock or young enough to be still playing with slime on YouTube not to know what throwing a banana at a black footballer represents

Let's not kid ourselves. If this had happened in Spain, Italy or Russia we'd have had no compunction of calling it what it is straight away

Racism.  In England, we explain it away: We don't know what the person was thinking

Maybe he was reaching for the first thing he could find to throw on the pitch and found the banana skin

Really? Are we really going to do this?  Some fans argued that it's different in Spain, Italy and Russia - those countries have a long history of racism

And we don't??  This was the highest-profile present-day example that it really hasn't gone away in this country

Only last week Kick It Out released their report revealing racism is once again on the rise here in the UK

The excellent ITV4 documentary Out Of Their Skin opened many young eyes - and even adult ones - to the extent of the abuse black footballers have had to put up with over the last four decades

It included that iconic photograph of the then-Liverpool winger John Barnes dismissively back-heeling a banana thrown away a him

The sublime seeing off the ridiculous.  Less than a week after that documentary a so-called football supporter believes his frustration at his team conceding a goal entitles him to throw a banana

The reality is that we are in an age during which the racist feels empowered - inside and outside sport

Why would somebody not believe they have the right to perform an action from the dark ages?  It took the presenter of that documentary, Ian Wright, to call the north London derby incident what it was on Match of the Day 2

"I've played against Spurs and I've taken a lot of abuse but never ever has it been racial," he said

"Now Spurs have to deal with this because some idiot has done that. It's not only embarrassed Spurs but it has embarrassed the Premier League because it has gone around the world

It's really unfortunate to see."  My favourite excuse of the lot? The one asking whether we would "cry racism" if it was an apple or a banana that had been thrown

Its the phrase "cry racism" that grates. As if people don't have to right to speak out if somebody abuses them on the basis of the colour of their skin

Here's a question. Would the guy have thrown a banana skin at an Aaron Ramsey or a Lucas Torreira?  Of course not
