Youtube daily what Dec 2 2018

Hello everyone. It's Asagi.

Usually I make videos about Japanese culture and dancing.

Please check out my channel if you are interested in culture exchanging.

I visited Munich, Germany the other day for the first time.

It was a business trip... but I also had a time for sightseeing this time so I got a lot of things.

I will show you what I got!

So let's jump right into it.

I always show this when I go abroad...

Tada

Most of big cities have Hard Rock Cafe so I always get one.

I went to Bayern this time so I chose the one a girl who has a beer.

She has a Diandl, German traditional clothes. So cute!

I also see people who get mugs from Starbucks around the world

I'm not a fashionable person like that lol

And mug cups take a lot of space...

It's exciting that they have a new design every time I visit new places.

I love collecting these pins.

Next, I will show you what I bought from a German super market.

Germany has a Christmas market that starts 23th or 24th of November

I went there a few days ahead so it wasn't a full Christmas mode.

But they already had Christmas candies!

I got many of them!

(Don't know the name in German)

I heard these cookies are for Christmas.

These got a really strong ginger taste...

I don't see ginger cookies in Japan... they are not popular I guess...

And most of Japanese cookies are crispy right?

But German Christmas ginger cookies are fluffy!

Soft! Like, is that a cake?

I also got mini version so I will show you now.

These are small like this.

I can smell the ginger already!

See

It looks like this

It's soft!

It's so filling, and thick... delicious!

I love this flavor!

German friends said some people don't like it because of the strong ginger flavor.

It's worth trying if you like a ginger flavor.

Also I got beers from a super market.

People in Munich... or more like Bavarian?

They drink beer from Mornings! Isn't that awesome? lol

They are usually stronger than Japanese beers.

But they drink in morning, or lunch time during work like they don't care.

That doesn't happen in Japan!

You are alcoholic if you drink in a day time in Japan lol

It was quite a culture shock for me.

I mainly got Bavarian ones that I liked when I drink, or ones made in Munich.

I didn't research well but the limit you can bring to Japan is 2 litters.

You can carry 4 bottles of 500 ml beers.

So I got 4 bottles back to Japan with me.

2 bottles went to my family who love beers so much. They were happy with it.

The other two went to the person who is a boyfriend..

He drinks a lot so he was happy too.

I also got chocolates which I give to my colleagues and things like that, from a super market.

It's better to go to the super market in town since it's less expensive.

Next, I'm showing you what I got from Viktoalien Markt, a market in Munich.

There are various things you can find in the market

not only fruits, vegetables,

but also hand craft products.

of course beers, and flowers as well.

But, they only had German explanations.

It was tough a little bit since I cannot read German.

Had no idea what it says.

But staffs there speak English, you can talk to them to choose what you want to get.

And I got this.

Portini with salt

It's got a package like this.

It grind into powder when you twist.

It smells like...

It smells good for sure but

Is it because I'm Japanese?

It smells like a bonito broth lol

To be honest, I'm not really sure how I can use for... maybe pasta?

Let me know if you have an idea.

I already gave it so I don't have that anymore but

I got a Christmas ornament for my mom.

The one shaped with a bird which wears a Santa hat.

It was super cute I thought it was good for my mom and me because we love birds.

I also got a fruits smoothie and fresh fruits in the market

but I will show you in the other travel video.

The rest of the things are from dm, organic super market.

Japan doesn't have many organic super markets...

Or super expensive if there are some

It's not so common.

But Germany has a lot of dm

You can get things pretty easily... So I did!

Let's start with foods...

I couldn't get liquids or heavy things so

So I mainly got instant foods.

This one is an oat meal

Put a hot milk and you can go.

Got quinoa salad since I love quinoa.

This looks good too. Chia seed pudding I guess?

Put water and you can cook in 15 min. I'll definitely try.

I'll put it on my instagram so please check that out.

I don't even know what it is but I got it.

Red cabbage with an apple flavor I guess?

Apfel means an apple so...

I got it because it was unique and looked healthy anyways.

It says it's no.1 in Germany. It must be good!

I'll show you some cosmetics next.

It's actually not from Germany...

It says made in UK

I can't really get dried shampoo in Japan...

So I usually get one when I visit Western countries.

It smells so good... it's a cherry fragrance.

Also it's a vegan product.

They don't test on animals.

And when it comes to Germany, Kneipp!

I got more than 10 packs but they are gone because I distributed to friends and used by myself.

These look like a winter / Christmas version

Look very lovely.

I got this because I haven't seen in Japan.

You can use on your body and face...

Let's open up

It looks like a light texture.

It didn't spread that much.

It certainly has an oily texture though.

Cool cool

It looks useful for body. It spreads lightly.

But has a strong fragrance compare to Japanese products

I figured Germany is very dried!

We say Japanese winter is dried, but you can't compare to Germany.

Japan is more moistened I think... it's a little humid here but

I always freak out how dried other countries are.

I also got on a airplane... my skin was dead cause of dehydration.

It's painful even for guys if the skin get cracked...

I recommend to be careful and bring oil with you.

The last thing is...

Doesn't that look cute??

I got them on a first sight.

It was on a hand cream section... so I assume it's a hand cream.

It comes with a form.

I might give them to friends so I'm not using this now.

I also got clothes but I don't wear it now...

How can I show you...

I will put a picture or something.

It's a working clothes so simple.

That's all I got. How was it?

It would be great if it was either informative or you enjoyed like you visited Germany.

I filmed some video when I traveled and editing. Please stay tuned for that!

I enjoyed this product review thing...

It's exciting to show you what I got.

I'll probably do that with Japanese product as well.

So that's all for today! Don't forget to like this video and subscribe to my channel!

I will see you in the next video!

What is account based marketing? Interview with Steve Watt ABM Leader & Advisor | The Pe:p Show - Duration: 7:42.

So when you say you can close bigger deals faster.

How is ABM more effective?

There's traditionally been a big disconnect.

Marketing creates a lot of leads.

They throw them over the fence the sales sales doesn't respect

the quality of those leads with account based marketing they

become one team.

Pretty much every event they go to these days to talk about a

count based marketing.

I'm sitting here with Steve who does all kinds of things where

count based marketing?

And he's saying that we would ABM we can close bigger deals

faster.

Oh that sounds nice but like first of all.

So why does economist marketing really account based marketing

is about getting multithreaded multi touch multichannel and

really going hard at the accounts that you absolutely

need to win instead of a big funnel demand?

It's incredibly focused.

So is it sales or is it marketing.

It's both.

So traditional funnel is like we have a bunch of leads and we

want to get go after companies between 10 and 30 million in

e-commerce and then you know like we have the various touch

boys you know at the end we have like five you know sales or

whatever.

So I call this marketing funnel is different account based

marketing basically flips that funnel upside down and says

let's start with the accounts that we most need to win.

The most important accounts for us the most lucrative accounts

then let's go after the right people figure out who the right

people are in those accounts.

Now let's figure out how we're going to engage them and bring

them to us.

So instead of starting with a big funnel like this and hoping

to get some revenue out the bottom we just flipped right

upside down and we go right for the bulls.

OK so let's let's play a role playing game like let's say that

we want to sell to some Mexican TVs at Nike maybe we have

blinked.

Then we identify the decision makers are also how do we what

happens from there on to until we close the deal?

Sure.

Well the first thing would be to recognize that it's it's not

just going to be a couple of executives at Nike if you're

going to turn a big company like that your way it's probably

going to involve a lot of different stakeholders a lot of

influencers and potentially some blockers.

So we're going to start with making sure that Nike's even the

right account for you.

Let's make sure we're doing our research to know whether we

should be going after them if we are then yes as you said we're

going to identify all the key people then we're going to

figure out how we really map to their strategic priorities if we

can not very clearly show how our product or solution

Keightley maps to their top priorities.

We have no sale.

Let's not spend a bunch of time and a bunch of money on it.

Once we find that then it's all about multi touch multichannel

cadences of activity to engage them and bring them to us as a

WADAs multi touch me into this chasm was send them e-mails we

take them all out of wining and dining.

What's happened.

Maybe that and more.

The key here is there's no silver bullet.

There's no one channel there's no magic email or Magic event or

magic piece of content that's going to cause Nike or any other

big company to jump into bed with you.

It's going to take it's going to be a journey and there's going

to be multiple touches.

So it may it's probably is going to involve e-mail and social and

Web sites and face to face and conferences and content and more

and more and more and success and ABM is all about getting

that stuff lined up right.

So you can test it and prove it and do the right activities in

the right sequences and bring them in.

What's the deal size where it makes sense like is there a

minimum limit upper limit.

I've heard people say deal sizes over 20000.

I've personally been successful with about a 5000 dollar deal

size.

It really I would agree there is there is a minimum.

If your if your deal sizes 100 box ABS is not going to work.

It's definitely you're in big funnel demand and at that point.

But whether it's 5000 or 10000 are your deals 100000 are your

deals a million.

It's really about calibrating the economics calibrating the

spend versus the gain so that ultimately what you're doing is

you're bringing in the right accounts in an economically

viable way.

But how is it really different from sales you know like us we

do build a prospecting list that we think are good first and then

we go after them?

And in B2B I don't expect them to close during the first call.

So what's the difference here.

Well a couple of differences.

One is it's way more likely to be effective because it engages

people in different ways.

Nobody is answering their phone.

Nobody wants cold calls.

If you dial the phone enough yeah you're going to have some

degree of success.

But how many people fail and alienating along the way.

I mean I hate when when I hear people say our sales it's a

numbers game you know.

And dialing for dollars.

It's like yeah if I keep calling sooner or later I get that demo

sooner or later I get the sale.

Yeah but you probably burning your brand.

I mean in 99 companies to get that one sale account based

marketing done right you're not burning your brand anywhere

you're actually building engagement building brand

building reputation in all of those hundred accounts on your

way to hopefully selling 5 10 20 of them.

So it's more effective in that way because it really it's more

about the end user it's more about the company it's not just

me me me billing and dialing and dialing until somebody will take

a meeting with me.

I'm actually doing my research on understanding them and I'm

delivering something of real value to them across whatever

channels it is that they want to engage with.

So it's kind of like inbound marketing.

But we identify a specific person to market to like here's

the free downloadable the PDA.

Here's the report.

Just value value value.

And I'm not even asking for a sale in the beginning is usually

you're not.

Exactly.

You probably have to build some brand you have to build some

reputation out to build some engagement not just with one

person.

I mean one of the fallacies of conventional B2B marketing is

this idea that any individual buys anything they don't they

don't even if you've got a senior person they don't make a

buying decision in isolation.

They had their peers they have their teams they bring others

in.

You know it's six eight 10 people involved in every meeting

of the decision depending on which data you look at account

based marketing is much better positioned to engage broadly as

opposed to those phone calls and those e-mails and other things

that are dealing with the one individual cut.

And so when you say you can close bigger deals faster.

So whereas you know what's happening with how is IBM the

more effective?

It's a way to be way more efficient and way more effective

in not only your spend but also in your human time in the where

your people spend their time.

There's traditionally been a big disconnect in B2B organizations

where marketing creates a lot of leads.

They throw them over the fence the sales sales generally

doesn't respect the quality of those leads because they're not

particularly aligned with the sales teams priorities and you

get these these two organizations a sales

organization the marketing organization working if not at

cross purposes at least they're certainly not harmonized.

And that's really inefficient and ultimately ineffective with

account based marketing they become one team and they work

together and they get aligned around what accounts they're

going after what people in those accounts and how they're doing.

And they operate as one and when done right it's so much more

efficient and so much more effective.

And that's why you can close bigger deals more quickly if you

want more interviews like this.

So expect much out.

Walking on Glass - What to do in Shanghai Layover - Duration: 16:49.

So, I'm nervous-excited. I'm in China. I'm in Shanghai and I'm just leaving on a

train to leave the airport and head into the city of Shanghai. Never been here

before. It's a couple times from getting off the

plane to here. I've stopped somebody and they spoke English so they could help

guide me but everything's probably in Chinese. But I booked this flight to Manila.

I knew that I'd have a lot of time in Shanghai. And so I was hoping to be able

to explore. But I didn't apply for a visa early enough. It wasn't a problem at all.

There was a line I had to fill out paper and they didn't really ask me any

questions. Because they knew that I'm coming back tonight to the airport to

catch my flight to Manila. So anyway, I'm in China.

Alright. Just got off the train.

And says exit.

It's exit.

I'm hungry. There's no English anywhere saying... It

ask the guy. He speaks English like

about any meat or dairy. Well, several people got in front of me in line. So I

don't think I was waiting in line correctly. But the guy didn't speak

English anyway. So... So I'm putting raw eggs and stuff.

I don't know how to ask him not to put egg in mine. So, I'll go find somewhere

else to eat.

So, I went back to the subway and was trying to look for signage but it was

all in Chinese. So, I asked a guy, "Do you speak English?" And he said, "Yeah", which

first person I asked fucking this which was very handy. And I explained that I'm

just looking to explore for a few hours. Where should I go? And he pointed at a

picture with a big tall building. I said, "Sure."

So, he... He helped me purchase a subway pass, Metro pass and told me to ride this

train 5 stops. So, I'm here at this cool City... Whoo... I think that was... I wonder

if that's the... That kind of looks like it... Let's go see what that is.

So, I feel like I'm a tourist in New York City but without the ability to

understand anything. New York City was quite epic.

I kind of feel the same way here but I feel lost. Right, I'm hungry and across

the street... Oh! Looks like it's coming out. Looks like there's some food options.

Let's see what I can find to eat.

Amazing too. This is like a big tall walk away.

It's taken me a bit to orient myself and familiarize myself here but...

Were they cool as there's these above-ground walkways in the entire

city. So, I can just cross over the street there's walkways that go wherever I want

to go above street level. So pretty cool. I guess I'm heading towards a mall. This

time I found any food. Before I go, I found an option that said it was fried

tofu. We found that that's not available. The restaurant doesn't open for a couple

of hours. That's still 9 a.m. in the morning. Anyway, I'm going to find some food.

This time not the only tourist here.

We're here in the mall and it looks like they have food. This place is under

construction or that aren't open yet. Because people don't eat this early.

Or just me. We're going to make my way over here because I have to say this is one

of the coolest buildings I've ever seen. My definitely... My favorite building here.

There's the spiral one right there. It's like hollow on the inside. This in right

here, that is pretty heavy. Okay, I found something promising. Right down there.

That word restaurants that's calling my name.

And I just bought some groceries. I bought some fruit juice and some water

and a couple salads.

I think it's like banana sauce.

I just bought what I would recognize.

Just find a nice place to sit down so I can enjoy my food.

This, I can handle.

Not sure what that meant. Not quite sure what this is but it's cool so I'm

walking through it.

Okay. So little time is passed. I'm actually hungry again and I found that

Del Taco but they don't have beans. So was going to order a bean burrito with

no cheese but they don't have beans at Del Taco in Shanghai. So, instead of

wandering, I found a tour bus.

It's about a two-hour tour. I can go on a ferry. I don't fully

understand everything. Figure somebody else showed me around.

I don't know. Ferry tickets bus, tickets and something else.

I just took this ferry and cross this waterway. So, somewhere else. But people

are just scattering. I don't know where the tour group, tour man... I don't know I'm

supposed to go. (Laughs)

So, that's where I was. Clever by those buildings.

This is cool. This is definitely a tourist trap.

But I'm doing, I'm a tourist today.

Check out what I found here.

Okay, so I just paid extra come into the Shanghai at city temple. It's reading on the

wall outside. It looks like area has thousands of years of

history. So, I'm just going to check things out and then walk around be

respectful.

The tour bus, they figured out so I got a show you. So, the entire city of Shanghai has

this tour bus. It's like five different lines that are different color and you

just buy a pass and for two days, for 48 hours you can just get on and off the

bus as many times as you want. Any color that you want to go to whatever sites

you want. So, I just kind of got lucky I took the ferry across this river and

then I took the bus to this old city but I'm ready to head back and I want to go

up to the top of that thing right there. So, heading up right there.

Okay, when I came earlier the, lady said, "Come back this afternoon and go that

ticket was afternoon." So, I came back. Looks like it's a little bit more

intense. It was like... I get the idea that there's rollercoasters up there. A lot of

stuff up in there. VR roller coaster. 95 meters. Didn't expect to see buildings

like this in Shanghai.

We're here.

Nearly the highest spot. And the windows don't have rail on.

You can see.

Keep coming back to this building, my favorite.

It's a transparent observatory.

Okay. So, I just got down. Didn't take me quite as long to get down as it took me

to get up. But now I got to make my way back to the airport. Let's see if I can

do it and see if I can make it there in time. I've given myself 2 and a half

hours to get to the airport. Well that's before my plane board. So, should be okay.

Hopefully you enjoyed this episode. If you want more like this, give it a thumbs up,

comment below. Let me know because episodes like this take a lot more time,

take a lot more work but they're also a lot of fun. So, I appreciate hearing

that. Be sure to subscribe I'll see you tomorrow.

One Dev Question - What language is VSCode written in? - Duration: 1:00.

What language is VSCode written in?

VSCode is built on a platform called Electron,

which is built by GitHub, it's sort of the marriage between Chromium and

Node.js which allows you to build, to easily build,

cross-platform applications using web technologies.

VSCode itself is written in TypeScript,

CSS and HTML for the majority.

Initially, it started out as JavaScript

but we found that it didn't,

it was difficult to keep adding features to it

just because of the the size of VSCode,

So, TypeScript has a bunch of

strong typing which, is just basically for free, you get a lot of safety in that.

Because it's built on web technologies, if you're a web developer

you can come help contribute to VSCode,

just using Javascript, TypeScript, CSS and HTML.

AFTER GARASI, THE AIU (JAPAN), KILMS, WHAT'S NEXT?? // #talkwithAIU - Duration: 8:52.

Previously, Aiu Ratna was known as someone who

looked really gloomy

Someone who seems tomboyish in nature, sometimes gothic.

Many people said that

I don't talk that much, snobbish, and many more.

I don't laugh too often.

But, as time passes by...

until finally I went to Japan.

Being able to...

experience a lot of exciting things there.

Then, I went back to Indonesia to explore new things.

And finally meeting someone who made me happy.

Now I might look different than before.

Now I'm more...

mature, maybe...

more feminime, unlike before...

and maybe, there will be differences in my musicality.

Right now, I really want to

avoid playing sad songs.

Because, in my experience of playing sad songs...

it seems like there are always sadness which follows.

Things that are unsettling are happening.

So...

in the future...

because I'm happier now.

Now I wanted to play more positive and happier songs. So those who listened aren't always sad and hopeless.

Currently, I can only think about playing songs with positive vibe

with positive lyrics.

Probably with lyrics which is more uplifting.

Because I believe that...

everyone have had their own struggle

love struggle, life struggle, and much more.

But still, we always wanted the happy ending.

Because, who doesn't want to be happy?

The next single probably will...

be a song which I made for the first time...

containing words that are mostly about...

love. A happy love. Not the usual sad kind of love.

As of right now...

I want to always sing happier songs.

With beats, notes, and rhythm that are...

fun to be sung together.

I had lived 4 years in Japan...

I had learned the language, made a lot of friends...

and thankfully, there's Aiushiteru.

Which until now, I still notice sometimes...

they still gave me a 'like' on my photos, videos, or any project that I currently worked on.

In a way, I wanted to repay them somehow.

That's why, on the next project I wanted...

All of my songs to include...

3 languages.

There's Japanese, Indonesian, and English.

Ideally, one song will include 3 languages just like my previous song "Musnah".

Maybe if that's too difficult...

because writing a song with 3 languages is not easy.

Maybe there will be versions.

Different versions. There's Japanese, Indonesian, and English version.

I used to like 'dark' songs.

The early sounds of Sheena Ringo.

There's Korn...

Evanescence...

several emo bands...

I also liked Mr.Big, and even older bands.

That was past me.

As for now...

because I wanted to make positive songs...

happier songs...

it seems like I have to change my mindset.

Starting from the colors

even though I really love black.

but, there should be something which will make the black colorful.

Probably from the treatment of the music video...

or probably from the song itself.

My biggest inspiration is probably still...

pretty much Sheena Ringo.

Because, she seems like she was...

having a gradual change and almost like what I experienced.

Her earlier songs are darker....

then, after Tokyo Jihen she became brighter...

and now even brighter and colorful.

So...

well...

I still like...

basically I like Japanese music, and a lot of the musician there.

In Indonesia, there's one musician I really love following at this time...

which got me inspired by her life...

is a singer with a very different genre than I am...

jazz singer, Andien.

She seems so bright...

seems like her life is so happy.

I wanted...

to be colorful like that, but in a different kind of music and genre as hers.

In this project, compared to previously...

where I had a full team of producer, manager, and else...

there's a lot.

Sound manager, sound producer, and many more.

Compared to now...

I'm going solo...

helped by my husband.

I'm doing this project on my own.

Everything is handled by ourselves and with friends that I chose.

Because if...

previously, in major label or indie label which are not our own

there are always things that are...

not what we wanted, but they stated otherwise.

Sometimes I didn't want a song to be written this way

but, they said it's better like this.

It feels like there's a coercion to it.

but still, for a musician, it's not okay.

What I'm aiming for is actually really high...

but I realized...

because I've just restarted my career...

so...

I can't be too pompous about it

just like when I was in Garasi...

the scale was very big.

Compared to now, to reach that kind of scale is probably difficult

since this is an early stage.

Garasi was also known outside of Indonesia.

The movie was played in Malaysia...

in Japan, India...

in Madrid, Spain, and more...

also Germany.

I wanted to replicate that.

but I realized...

it's difficult if I don't have the link to do that.

hopefully, there will be a way which can get my music to be heard...

outside of Indonesia, especially in Japan.

Because...

Japan is a place which I treated as my second home.

Because I used to lived there...

a lot of my friends are there

lots of Aiushiteru is also there

So, yeah, hopefully...

those wishes came true.

What Rashford said to Mourinho moments before he took him off for Man Utd - Duration: 1:57.

Jose Mourinho has revealed that Marcus Rashford asked to be subbed moments before he took him off in Manchester United's draw with Southampton

The Red Devils boss started the England international up front against the Saints, but he picked up a knock towards the end of the fixture, and was eventually replaced by Anthony Martial

, and explained how he wasn't prepared to risk him suffering a serious injury by keeping him on the pitch

After the match the Red Devils boss told BT Sport: "Fatigue, [Rashford] was injured, he was asking to come out

"It was not that kind of injury, some players with that kind of injury do not play for two weeks but Marcus, I am pretty sure will be fine for the next one

"But it's one kick here, one kick there, one fall here, one fall there. Fatigue, lots of running, lots of movement, 75 minutes and he was done and we tried then with Martial replacing him

"  Mourinho reserved special praise for the forward alongside Phil Jones.  He added: "I would say Marcus Rashford was a mad dog until he was very, very tired and with little problems

That appetite, that desire, that fire you have, you need that to recover the ball faster and to recover the ball higher on the pitch

One Dev Question - What differentiates VSCode from a simple text editor? - Duration: 1:48.

What differentiates VSCode from a simple text editor?

If you look at VSCode for the first time

it looks very basic it doesn't look like it's doing

something special and there's not many things that you need to understand.

The interface is basically start coding and do something.

Once you start using it though, you realize there's much more to it

than a normal text editor,

like TextEdit or Notepad++ used to have. First of all you've got all the

theming, you've got all the auto completion, you've got some linting

already built in, you have some auto completing for things like Emmet already

built in right now, so the more you use Visual Studio Code, the more you find

that the code is the starting point but it extends the thing for you.

The other bits that are in there that you might not see upfront or you don't know yet

about is that there's a terminal built-in so all the build scripts and

all the functionality that you need to do inside your product that you

want to build, you can do directly from the Visual Studio Code editor, rather

than having to jump between terminal and editor all the time, which you used to

have in the past. There's also an integrated Git workflow which allows you

to actually use to pull requests, to push request to commits inside your

editor without again having to go to the command line and do it there.

So it is a simple text editor with extra features that you can turn on and turn off,

or use or not use while you're doing it, but the beautiful thing is that all

of it is customizable and picky, and the more you use Visual Studio Code, the more

you will find out that some of the things that you didn't like in big IDEs

that you thought were superfluous or just too much, actually help you write

much better code. And this is something that we wanted to do with VSCode,

we're going to give you a text editor, that is very lightweight

and simple, but it has all the features that

make you a better and more effective developer the longer you use it.

hello guys let us ask you a few questions are you lacking of energy and

you are tired every day and you're completely repulsed when even mentioning

about healthy thing and working out don't worry I can imagine that it's true

but on the other hand do you want to simply feel good and satisfied when

looking at the mirror oh are you just chasing a sustainable lifestyle which

you feel fulfilled spiritually physically and mentally so the question

we're trying to ask is when you wake up every single day do you just want to

feel awesome if you have not already consider subscribing because every week we spill our valuable tips tricks

and the hacks on happy and healthy lifestyle and if you're really

interested click that Bell icon so that you can remain up to date the question

we wanted to answer was how do you enjoy a healthy and happy lifestyle complete

formula as we already mentioned hours of valuable tips tricks and hacks on

healthy lifestyle nutrition activity and putting your mind on ease while

increasing your productivity vitality self-esteem and boosting your energy to

live the life you always wanted so here's Wera and Lakii your trusted friends

we were experimenting with our bodies for over a decade

we failed so many times trying different diets trying to loose weight gaining

muscles getting the fantastic muscle definition

or wherever you name it, as I said we tried different diet try to overcome

sugar cravings and we failed many times after that we understood something and

we developed a simple a formula which will help you seamlessly and almost

effortlessly maintain sustainable healthy and first of all happy lifestyle

not only caring for your body but also for your mind so the complete formula is

based out of three complementary elements gym food and mine so let's take

each of these three things one a design gym activity is a crucial part of being

a human being as human beings we are designed to conserve energy hunt cook

and rest so if you want to stay at home order some food in don't think it's

unnatural however evolutions take in a very very

drastic change and our environments changed which means everything is a

click away at the moment which makes it more and more important to introduce

activity to our daily lifestyle environmental changes such as over

consuming alcohol because of peer pressure the fact that you can get any

type of food delivered to your doorstep within 20 to 30 minutes or the simple

fact that you work at a desk job and you are mentally exhausted and when you come

home all you want to do is sit back and turn on Netflix these are the

environmental changes that we are referring to that makes it more and more

and more important that you need to introduce activity on a daily basis and

what we mean by gym within the complete formula and what we want to share with

you are tips such as what's the most effective way of training how to train

smarter not harder how running could be even harmful what's

the best posture how could you introduce activity or

movement whilst you are doing a desk job and we also want to share with you the

mistakes we've made so that you will no longer make that

number two food how could you make informed decisions about the food that

you choose to feed yourselves using an analogy it's simply you're the car

choose the right field that you would pump so that it functions as long and

efficiently as much as possible during this journey you also get to know what

eating less doesn't necessarily translate to a weight loss why eating

egg yolks doesn't increase your cholesterol white diets

destroy your metabolism and result in gaining weight why a lack of sleep and a

high sugar intake will disrupt your hormones and why we should understand

about insulin if you don't even have diabetes last but not least largely

undermined and ignored by the fitness industry mind every time when my friends

are some other people they say oh I want to change my life I want to go on diet

start gymming okay this is fine but no one even mentioned how mind health can be

introduced to the change so on this channel and in the upcoming episodes

we'll cover topics like how and why you should nourish your mind why mind health even

matters and and how your gut health can affect your mind and what is meditation

and why you should know about this and practice is everything to your surprise

we will also reveal and break down the connection between the cortisol also

known as stress hormone and blood sugar inflammation and weight gain yes

exactly stress affects your blood sugar so we can gain weight even if eating

less or totally eliminating carbs so this this way meditation and controlling your

stress level it's very important so the third part would be mind so it's

one thing to actually understand what's right for you it's a complete different

challenge to actually understand how you can support this so that it becomes

successful in your daily lifestyle actually this is why we think that most

of us who start a healthy lifestyle have trouble seeing it through so let us

share with you what worked for us and helped make this simple but yet powerful

formula very seamless and effortless and naturally introduced to our daily

activities and daily lifestyle all that said their underlying ideology the

complete formula is mindset shift and behavioural

change because to change everything in your life for long term your brain has

to change first before your body does this is very important and this is

actually the secret to make that leap into a sustainable healthy lifestyle

yeah absolutely so why don't we take a simple example which is very relatable

to most of us hopefully you've tried it I'm pretty sure I've tried it and we've

all tried to lose weight but the funny part is we try and chase a very

short-term goal but we want to take the time here is to try and tell you and

emphasize the fact that and this is not a very effective way there is no point

doing something very temporary for your health and consistently bouncing back to

a position that you end up even worse then you start it off so rather than

chasing these fake changes or goals from a health perspective what if you dug a

little bit deeper and actually understood the value of living and very

healthy lifestyle I personally think or we personally think at that point you

would accept these changes and it would be a much more easier way of introducing

that to a daily lifestyle so stop chasing the 10 pounds that you want to

lose before you go on a beach holiday but actually understand what food to eat

why mind health matters and why physical activity is so important exactly just a

quick summary we couldn't stress this enough that there is no point of

changing something temporarily especially it's very beneficial for your

health and then bouncing back to the same routine or and end up even worse

and the other thing is very important a total GameChanger before you lose weight

actually you have to get healthy first so all that said probably when you think

of healthy lifestyle healthy eating and working out working out the first

thought which comes to your mind is a constant struggle but you couldn't be

more wrong it doesn't have to be like that on this channel we'll help you

develop the mindset within yourself that eventually will become a part of who you

are and will not challenge your willpower anymore so you will never have

to face the dilemma or whether you should eat something or shouldn't be

eating something you will not eat it because you just don't eat it period so

if you were to actually make this decision the answer is within complete

formula because it's based on three simple principles balance moderation and

nourishment these three principles will simply just like Wera said before will

equip you to sustain any change that you've introduced to your lifestyle

don't just trust, but you should, let's challenge this together one of the most

common ways that we all try to lose weight is using a specific diet but

without a doubt we could tell you that there's a high probability that all of

these diets failed and the reason behind it is quite simply

put but slightly scientific that's simply because the diet that you were on

was not balanced with the actual nutrients that you need to absorb it was

not moderated based on the right amount of calories it was too restricted and it

was not nourished because you were focusing on macronutrients but not the

full context of actual nutritional majority of the mainstream diets that we

encounter on a daily basis are purely focused on three basic things that is

restricting your calories reducing your weight or gaining some amount of muscle

and all of these things are usually restricted within a certain amount of

time but have they ever gone a little bit further and ever asked you what do

you do after this diet over how do you manage motivation or how do you

challenge yourself to continue sticking to these caloric limits or specific food

groups or macronutrients have the diets given you advice on how to deal with

breakdowns or simply just what to do after that diets over or we guess not

because that's the whole point it's never sustainable so just to quickly sum

up about balanced moderation and nourishment in terms of moderation

we will tell you and we'll cover on this channel why you shouldn't be cutting off

carbs from your diet well you shouldn't be restricting your

calories or why simply fasting maybe not the greatest solution for you in terms

of balance we will simply help you and show you how to bring balance to your body

how to rebalance your hormones how to bring your mind to your body or as you

wish recondition the body to a new mind in terms

of nourishment what we understand by nourishment is nourishing our body

through first of all Whole Foods full of nutrients and nourishing our minds with

providing it with the space and challenges it requires to grow so if you

decide to stay with us you will see that this principles moderation balance and

nourishment are embedded in every tip tricks and hack we will share with you

so you must be thinking we're against every mainstream diet so that would mean

naturally that we're coming up with some new spanky thing actually funny enough

it's not the case we're not discovering anything new all we've done is made a

fair assessment of how the human body functions we've debunked some of the

myths we've sifted out the truths and put together something that simply works

very seamlessly for you and for us that is complete formula a holistic approach

to our life as a human being and this formula seamlessly connected three

inseparable components gym food and mind our goal here is to be your guide and

guide ourselves in understanding our body everyone is

different and simply there is no one meal plan that will fit everyone we cannot

stress this enough how bio individuality matters as I mentioned

before everyone is different everyone has different needs but still we are

human beings that is why I will share with you the

foundation basic concepts of nutrition physical activity how our body functions

mind health so you will be able to understand your body and figure out

on your own what actually works best for you

by implementing formula on daily basis you will be able to make firstly

informed and educated choices food choices and nourish your body and mind

and find balance between them for the rest of your life that's it for this

video and if you wish to understand a little bit more about gym food and mind

we've also made three specific videos about these three components the links

are below if you can relate to the struggles we share with you like lack of

concentration problem with weight loss problem with different diets and sugar

cravings please comment below and share your story so thank you very much for

sticking around with us it's been an absolute pleasure and we hope that this

video gave you a little insight to how you can live a healthier lifestyle if

you like this video please give us a thumbs up because it really supports our

channel and will support our take off with the journey also please share with

anyone you think we might like this video and comment yeah oh just simply

say hi thank you very much

What The Best Way To Seal Crawl Space Vents? | Open Or Closed Crawl Space - Duration: 2:08.

Hey there, Michael Church, Crawl Space Ninja.

We've got a great question from Sean in Kentucky.

And he wanted to know, "What's the best way to seal my crawl space vents?"

Stay tuned.

Okay, Sean, you had some great, great points.

You've got a cinder block wall, should you fill the wall with concrete?

Should you put a cinder block in there?

How should you seal off that crawl space vent?

Well, you can do all those things, but one of the easiest things to do, they make an

exterior crawl space vent that's made out of plastic that you can purchase.

Slap that dude on there and caulk around it, or maybe even put a masonry screw through

it to attach it.

The only problem with that is, is it doesn't insulate.

So if you live in a climate where it gets really cold, that thin piece of plastic isn't

really going to do a lot of good or doesn't have an R-value that's real good to keep that

thermal from transferring into the crawl space.

So what we recommend you do, is you seal it from the inside with a foam board.

We try to go at least an R-10, but it depends on your climate.

If you're down in Florida, you could probably get away with an R-5.

If you're up in Minnesota, you may need an R-20.

But here in Knoxville, we typically use our R-10 termite resistant foam board, which by

the way you can purchase on our DIY store, and I'm going to put a link down below.

Gives you 10 pieces precut to fit in a cinder block size space, and then you use either

caulk or spray foam around it.

We've also made another video about how to air seal vents, and I'll put a link to that

down below too.

That's a great question.

We recommend you use R-10 foam board.

That way if for some reason you got to tear it out to do something, you don't have to

worry about busting through cement or cinder block in order to do it.

So, thanks again.

Hope you make it a happy and blessed day.

We'll see you later.

WHAT ABOUT ETERNAL REWARDS? (An Amazing Personal Experience With Jesus About This IMPORTANT Topic) - Duration: 17:57.

Well, we're going to be playing a video clip here of an individual by the name of Mike Bickle

Mike Bickle has done an exhaustive

teaching on

eternal rewards for believers and

I would encourage everybody who is interested in knowing about

What Eternity has for them to check out?

the teachings that

God has given Mike to share. It's about a

Part series I think and I'll share a little bit more about that, but I want you to hear

his testimony

That I think is so critical for every person to

Hear so let's listen to that now and then I'll make some comments afterwards

This subject of the judgement seat of Christ and eternal rewards is one of the most important themes in the Word of God

Jesus talked on this subject more than any other teacher and

The body of crime een in the Word of God because he knew the most about this subject

Therefore he saw its value like nobody else

This theme is referred to I mean like every other page in the New Testament

Maybe not exactly but I mean, it's it's at a major theme

But it's mostly neglected in the teaching of the body of Christ

I've been really captured by this subject over the years. I'm gonna share an experience I had about 40 years ago

That really stirred my heart up and I've since that time I've looked every time I go somewhere

To another city and go to a Christian bookstore or now online

I look for books on this subject and there's not very many of them and

the body of Christ by neglecting this subject it brings us into a

Place of real weakness and it's a real missed opportunity

Even godly believers. Don't talk much about this subject

But it was subject talked often about and taught about by the apostles in

October

1978 about 40 years ago. That was a young pastor and

I had a

powerful life shifting supernatural encounter, I've shared this many times over the years because it's marked me that dramatically I

Think of this encounter on a regular basis not everyday, but I mean many times in a week. I'll think about this encounter

It's as vivid and real in my mind today as it was near 40 years ago. I

Went to bed one night

It started in a dream, but it ended up in a visionary a kind of encounter. It's hard to describe exactly

What the term is?

But I was in this dream Jay more than a dream and I was kneeling

Before the Lord as I was I literally saw the Lord in this dream experience

it's the only time I've ever had an encounter of this level of this kind like this and

He was looking right at me

With a very serious look

He wasn't angry, but he was sober he was serious

He said the most startling

shocking words to me

He said you're saved, but your life was wasted. I was really troubled by that

Because I know I'm kneeling before the Lord again

I've never seen the Lord in a dream like it directly face to face like this except for this one time at this level

and

I'd been a

Dedicated devout believer for maybe six seven years at that time

And I thought I was seeking the Lord hard as far as I knew it I thought

my life was wasted and

I begin to

Protest this idea in my mind. I didn't say it

because of who I was in front of I

Said this is a mistake

This is a mistake you got the wrong person

I um, you know reading biographies of the great missionaries and fasting and praying and seeking the Lord and giving money and

Really pouring myself out and every way I knew

Serving people and trying to be humble and better to dunnit it up notice his head trying

Then a thought rose up in me by the Holy Spirit

Very strong resounding in me. It is impossible to manipulate the man Christ Jesus

Because when I was saying in my mind

You got the wrong person the Holy Spirit says you'll never change his mind about what he's evaluated

So I was panic-stricken, I mean I had this sense of dread

So I cried out. Can I have another chance?

Can I have another chance at life?

Natural life and then the next thought that rose up in me by the Holy Spirit. It was more than a thought

it was a resounding word in my spirit the

verse Hebrews 9:27

It's appointed unto a person to die once and then they're evaluated. You don't get a second chance

You can't go back and do it again

So I was left in this

Tremendous sense of loss and regret. I mean I was weeping

I mean, I was heartbroken. It was wrenching

and as I'm

Weeping and I'm kneeling before the Lord in this dream experience

Tears are flowing down on my shirted. My t-shirt that I'm wearing is wet in this dream, but suddenly I wake up

I'm not in bed. I'm a couple steps over in the room. I don't know how I got there

I didn't I don't remember getting I'm going there and I'm kneeling and the exact same posture

I was in that dream and my t-shirt is wet with tears and I go like what how did I get from there to here?

What was that?

It's very disturbing

And I sit there for awhile very sad, but perplexed and I go Lord. I don't understand

Why would you say this to me? You know, I'm in my early 20s and young pastor and

very

again, sorrow regret pain

perplexity and the Holy Spirit made it clear to me that

He was allowing me to feel that regret and sorrow

So I would live in a way now

So that I would not have regret on the last day when I stood before the Lord

There's like the Holy Spirit was saying let's fast forward many years

If you live at a certain

Low level of dedication, which is common in the body of Christ

If you are content with that standard of dedication

Fast forward some decades you'll stand before the Lord and you will have regret

so I got the feel the

Anguish and the sorrow of that feeling it was in

retrospect one of the most gracious encounters that the Lord could give me

because it it it wound did my heart way back then and as I understood that I I said lord I

Fear regret more than anything else in life. I

don't want to regret on that day and

I believe that there are many believers that when they stand before the Lord on that day

They will be aware of how they wasted their life in a negative sense

Beloved the greatest appointment in your life is yet future

It's with a man

He's a great king

He's Christ Jesus every one of you that are a believer you will meet him on that day

There isn't a point today. It is the most significant appointment in your life

And when your eyes meet his eyes on that day

Whatever he is thinking about you is the most

Significant evaluation of your life in this age. I

Don't care how many people are applauding you or how many people are criticizing you one extreme or the other or both?

None of that will matter

Only what is in his mind when you meet eye to eye

Not so far from

from now, I will him face-to-face and he will remember that day and

I will understand then how gracious it was that he let me have that heart wounding

piercing experience

Again, I've thought about that day thousands and thousands of times

Bad head cold for a couple of weeks

You can probably tell I'm still a little hoarse nasal, but but God can use donkeys

So we'll give this a shot see how well it goes

Again I just want to encourage you to if you're a young Christian and

Eternal rewards is a whole new

Topic that you would like to know more about and what God wants you to

I would encourage you to take the time to check out Mike Bickle's

Multi-part teaching on eternal rewards just punch into youtube search

Mike Bickle bi ckle

Eternal rewards and you'll see part one. I think it goes through maybe part eight

Maybe more than that. But anyway, you'll find that for yourself and take the time to listen. I

Listen to people who teach about eternal rewards and I'm very careful in endorsing somebody

if I don't think they're quite

Right on regarding what they had to say about eternal rewards, but I endorse Mike Nichols teachings. I think he's hearing from God and

So that's why I mentioned his name, but let me just share something here

I'm always my heart is to reach young Christians or those who aren't Christians yet and

And to help them along life's way

you know if I

came out with a video with a title that I can help you become a

multi-billionaire and

five easy steps and

if I could come up with a card to get enough people to believe that I

Truly knew what I was talking about. I could probably get millions

Visits on that YouTube clip in a very short amount of time

But

When you title a YouTube clip to say I can tell you how to maximize

eternal rewards for yourself in heaven

You know, very few Christians are gonna click on to it and I fully believe

There's a reason for it beyond what?

Many

Understand so I'm going to share this with you

Satan knows everything about eternal rewards. He doesn't want anybody to be saved

meaning getting to heaven and staying in heaven

And he does not want Christians knowing about the eternal rewards that we can be laying up for ourselves

after we get saved

He's not gonna hit him. So he didn't let anybody else to have neither

And I have noticed in 35 years plus of being a

born-again Christian that a lot of Bible teachers pastors

shy away from this topic of eternal rewards because

There's so little information in the Bible about

it

It's kind of like

endtime prophecy fits in that category a lot of pastors Bible teachers don't want to teach about endtime prophecy because there's so little

truly that they can say this is the way it's going to be a

Lot of it of speculation. A lot of it is is

Maybes and possiblys and so rather than go into that arena

They shy away from it and there's wisdom in that

so

However, I'm not convinced that God wants this thing of regarding eternal rewards such a secret. I

Think Satan is doing the thinking of more Bible teachers they and what they realize

that God does want us to be fully aware that

beyond our salvation there is

eternal rewards Jesus clearly told us about it in Matthew 6

He said to lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven

Don't prioritize laying them up on earth prioritize laying them up in heaven for yourself

So there's a clear mandate to understand as much as God will give us understanding of eternal rewards if we're wise

if we're wise and

I'm hoping whoever is listening to me speak right now. You're in the category of the extremely wise

Now I know there's a lot of Christians that I run into who's been Christians longer than I have under you brought you bring this

topic of eternal rewards up and it's like, oh, well, you know I

All I want to do is get to heaven in here

Well done and good and faithful servant enter to the joy of the Lord. I don't want to talk about eternal reward just though

We have to go on some sort of

guilt trip

Talking about eternal rewards. It's in the Bible. I think a lot of it just false humility

Or believing a lie

Or both and the lie being well everybody gets to heaven

Gets the same rewards, you know, God's gonna divvy them up and we'll all get about the same rewards. It's not Bible

That's why I encourage people to to

investigate mike nichols teaching because he's got a clearer understanding God has given him phenomenal revelation about

eternal rewards for believers and

There are some others that

Are saying the same thing, it's not just Mike Bickle, but so my friend I'm not gonna go on to

endless

diatribe of

Trying to convince you of the wisdom of understanding all you can about it

rewards I

see so many Christians

Just putting in their time waiting did I get into heaven squandering time?

squandering finances squandering time

Deluded into believing

This is really not important. It's not

And

So they don't think a whole lot about it. They're looking for rewards now

Most Christians are looking for rewards now especially in America

We want our rewards now

They don't care about what's gonna happen heaven will take care of itself. Well

mighty men and women of God have said what we do in this life after becoming a Christian is what's going to determine

the eternal rewards that Jesus is going to give us the father and the Holy Spirit is going to give us

in eternity

So

I'm going to say anymore just be encouraged

to get a good handle on eternal rewards and I believe truly that if we purpose to

You DO NOT Gain Weight From A Injury I Explain What Causes The Weight Gain - Duration: 3:59.

hey guys back with another video today I'm talking about a friend of mine that

just recently had an accident and broke her leg she's also on a weight-loss

journey and she's panicking because she thinks she's gonna gain all the weight

that she lost back and I was trying to explain to her that she's not going to

gain the weight at all usually when someone injures themselves

and they were on a weight-loss journey and they start to gain weight back that

is not from the injury because like I always tell people and I really hope

that you guys pay attention through this whole video so that you can get what is

causing the weight loss and what is weight gain I'm sorry yeah right weight

loss what's cost causing you to gain weight

and what's not first and foremost if you break your leg in you today can't work

out that's fine because the biggest problem we all have starts in the

kitchen I say this all the time in all my videos and I guess I'm gonna continue

to say it for the rest of the time that I'm making YouTube videos on my channel

one I'm a relatively small Channel so it's not like I get a lot of views of my

videos so it's not like yeah we do hear this all the time now if I was reaching

the masses with this message I probably wouldn't have to say it as much but my

channel was relatively small and at this point I don't get that many views so I

can say this to as many people as I can reach at this time so that you guys get

it if you don't get control over what you eat it doesn't matter if you're

working out or not you're going to gain weight weight loss spots in the kitchen

you have to get control over your eating the fact of the matter is the only way a

person loses way is when you eat less calories if for

your weight you can only eat 2400 calories to maintain you have to at

least - from that 2400 calories 500 calories a day to lose one pound it

takes 3500 calories to lose a pound if you want to lose more you have to eat

less as simple as that some people want to lose more than just a pound if you

want to lose weight you have to have control of your calorie consumption

whether you're counting calories or just eating until you're satisfied you have

to control your eating you're not gaining weight from the injury you're

gaining weight because of what you are sitting around eating and again I'm

gonna keep saying this to you until you guys get tired of hearing it weight loss

starts in the kitchen you have to get control of what you put in your mouth

you have to make yourself understand that this does time in your life if

you're trying to lose weight the only way you're gonna lose weight is if you

stop not eating but what you're eating and how much of it that you're eating

you have to cut that in half in order to see the scale go down if you don't get

control of the eating habits your weight is going to go up and that's not gonna

be because of broken leg or broken arm that's going to be the food consumption

how much food you are consuming in a day is how much you're going to gain in a

week so I don't want to make this video too long just wanted to let you guys

know please don't use injuries for why you are gaining weight you're gaining

weight because you're eating more than you should be consuming for you so with

all that being said please subscribe to the channel like and share this video

will make it a favorite and I'll see you guys in the next video bye for now

Nick Jonas Knows What Priyanka Chopra Wore on Their First Date — Down to Her Lipstick Color - News t - Duration: 5:03.

So in love!  Just hours after PEOPLE exclusively announced that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas had tied the knot in India, the couple got close and cuddly and showed off how well they know each other in a series of videos published by Vogue

Taking bets on who would end up being the winner of "The Newlywed Game," the couple both admitted that Jonas would likely reign victorious

"You're a terrible person," the Quantico star, 36, joked after the 26-year-old singer shared that he felt pretty confident she was "going to lose

"  After easily breezing through questions about their first kiss and where they met, Chopra laughed as she asked Jonas to share the "most diva thing I do

"  "You have a list for this one, don't you?" she asked as Jonas jokingly flipped his card to maximize his writing space

However, when it came time to share his answer, Jonas had simply written two words: "You're perfect" — although he went on to agree that Chopra's answer, which was that she can't cook and always orders food, was accurate

Putting himself in the running for most devoted man ever, Jonas also was able to remember everything Chopra wore on the pair's first date

While the actress was only able to remember that she was wearing pants and a t-shirt, Jonas described her outfit as "blue jeans, white tank top, black leather jacket, hair parted down the middle and a red lip, of course

"  "Details, baby. Details," he remarked.  After revealing Jonas' one celebrity crush (Shania Twain), the couple ended up sharing an intimate detail about how they spend their alone time

Asking each other to come up with their "favorite activity" they do together, Jonas replied that "mine is obviously alone time," and proceeded to list talking, hanging out and "stuff," which he did not elaborate on

"I think 'and stuff' is great. Yes stuff," Chopra shared, before sharing her own answer

"Cuddling with his head on my tummy," she replied, adding that her answer was "too intimate

"  "That falls in the 'and stuff' category," Jonas lovingly replied.  In the second video, Chopra showed off some of her best dance moves while Jonas played his song "Close

"  In between dance moves, the pair got super close and cuddled for the camera, and by the end of the clip, the pair were holding hands as they left the dance floor together

The couple tied the knot during a Western wedding in Chopra's home country of India on Saturday, PEOPLE confirmed exclusively

The nuptials, held at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, come just four months after the pair got engaged in July 2018

Chopra was a glowing bride in a custom Ralph Lauren wedding gown, and Jonas, too, wore Ralph Lauren

In fact, so did both families, all of the bridesmaids, and all of the groomsmen (which included Chopra's brother Siddharth and Jonas' three brothers, Joe, Kevin, and Frankie)

The groom's father, Paul Kevin Jonas Sr., officiated Saturday's Christian ceremony, where the couple exchanged wedding bands by famed jeweler Chopard

Following the ceremony, the couple celebrated their first moments of marriage by offering a glimpse at one of their fabulous pre-wedding events

"One of the most special things our relationship has given us is a merging of families who love and respect each other's faiths and cultures," Chopra and Jonas both wrote in an Instagram post

"And so planning our wedding with an amalgamation of both was so so amazing. An important part for the girl in an Indian wedding is the Mehendi

"  A Mehendi ceremony is a Hindu wedding ritual that typically happens one or two days before the wedding

In a typical Mehendi ceremony, all of the women in the bride and groom's families, along with close friends, gather together while the bride has elaborate henna designs applied to her hands and feet

Guests will usually get a few designs on their hands as well.  On Sunday, the bride and groom will continue their epic wedding weekend with a Hindu ceremony to honor Chopra's background

"It is super important to Priyanka to have an Indian ceremony that honors her heritage and culture, just as it's important to also have a Western ceremony that honors Nick's Christian upbringing," a source told PEOPLE earlier this week

"They are doing both."
