people, the process, the stories and the innovations behind craft alcohol. And I

Dashing through the snow in a one-horse open sleigh over the fields we
go laughing all the way ha ha. I am NOT gonna make you keep listening to me
singing, I promise! But man I love the holidays! And one of the things I really
love is finding the perfect gift for the people that I love in my life. So in the
spirit of that and to get us all ready for the holiday season we've pulled
together a gift guide for the craft booze enthusiasts in your life. We have a

links to just click and buy and get everything you want to get but I wanted
to give you a quick rundown of some of our favorites off of that list. First we
have the kind of standard kind of barware type stuff right. So like this
glass here. I love these glasses the way they're cut. I just think they're
beautiful and they make me feel special whenever I'm drinking a cocktail, like
now. But then in addition to the barware we also have lots of fun books
that we love. So for the wine lovers in your life we have Wine Folly. I'm sure
you're familiar with her if you like wine if not check her out on Instagram
she's awesome. Also this is kind of less of the super deep education but more of
the fun read in the wine space Cork Dork. Man I love this book. I flew right
through it. It's super fun and helps you kind of better understand the process of
learning to become a Sommelier through someone else's eyes which is really
quite fun. And then we have things like The Periodic Table of Cocktails as well..
So it's another one of our favorite books on there. And this is really fun
because it has all different amazing
cocktails and it tells you a little bit of the story of them, gives you a great
recipe. I honestly often just kind of flip to
the appendix back here. Find the spirit that I'm interested in working with that
night and then I find a bunch of different cocktails. And kind of pick
around and play around and pick one and try one out. So now that you have a book
and you know all these great cocktails to make. We have some exciting news that
you may have heard about already from us because we've been talking about it
quite a bit Shots Box. So this is a monthly craft

necessarily, you want to kind of understand one winery and their style. So
I love this new concept. I think it's a really great idea and a bonus of Vinely is
that because you're getting one winery at a time you actually get a number of
benefits to those wineries as well. So if you go visit them in person in
California you actually get deep discounts on bottles and you also get
free tastings. So it's essentially like joining twelve
different wine clubs but you're only joining one wine club, genius, genius,
genius. So I think that is an amazing gift for someone in your life especially
maybe for a significant other because then you get to enjoy the wine that is
getting delivered too. Just like with Shots Box, I would probably do a
significant other for that one. The next one we're gonna stick on wine for a
minute. And this one is more experiential because I don't know about you, but sometimes
I really like to give the gift of experience and especially maybe you want
to go with them and have an experience with them. And so this is a wine tour
company but it's really unique and it's my honestly my favorite wine tour
company because I think they cut through a lot of the like mass Disneyfication, like
same old same old, part that exists in wine country today. So they're called Max
Napa Tours and what makes them super unique is that
they are Sommelier led wine tours. So the people who are leading these wine tours
they're not just drivers. They're not just even like super educated drivers
who've been doing this for 20 years and know everyone in the industry. They're
actually trained Sommelier, right? And so what that means is that while you're in
the car with them you can be learning everything and anything you ever wanted
to know about wine. And they also come into the winery with you and layer
on their kind of expertise and their palate and their Sommelier kind of
training to your tastings as well. So they're really great honestly they go to
such off-the-beaten-path places that I haven't even heard of half the wineries
that they go to and I've been going to wine country forever and ever and
consider myself pretty in the know up there. So this is great for someone who
loves wine country, has been going for a while but maybe needs something a little
bit new or it's great for people who are just starting to get into wine but
really want to do it the right way and really want to learn deeply and really
understand what they're learning as they're starting to get into it. So Max

them out as well. The last thing I wanted to share with you is cider because I
can't end this without talking about cider. You all know if you've been paying
attention at all that I love cider! So it's similar to kind of the Shots Box for
spirits and the Vinely for wine. I figured what makes a better gift than
actually sending cider to someone's house. So we featured two of our favorite
local producers here at Ethic Ciders and Tilted Shed Ciders in the article itself
but we also referenced our Thanksgiving article because we wrote a whole
article about Thanksgiving cider that listed eight different cider makers
across the country that deliver and ship right to your home. And so I love the
idea of just getting someone three or six bottles of cider as a gift.
Especially if you know maybe they're gluten free, maybe they just found out
they're gluten free and they're really mourning the loss of beer right? That's a
great gift for someone there. Or maybe they just love cider and you want to
introduce them to new cider makers, craft cider makers from all over the country.
Give the gift of a cider this holiday season, I love that, I would certainly
love to have it. BAM! Your holiday shopping is done from the comfort of
