(wolves howling)

(heart beating)

(serene music)

[Claire V.O] - I once thought it was

impossible to feel alone.

I mean, how could I?

I'm surrounded by people.

(group chatting)

I have the best group of friends

that anyone could ever ask for.

They are loyal and encouraging.

And my boyfriend, Jacob, is the sweetest guy I've ever met.

- [Jasper] What's been happening, bro? - Not much.

What are you guys talking about?

- [Claire V.O] My older sister, Brooklyn,

is inspiring and supportive.

My mum and dad are still together

and in love, which I admire.

And my younger sister, Emma, who despite her

typical sarcastic teenager attitude,

I cherish more than anything.

(group laughing)

I have the perfect life.

Or at least that's what other people see.

Or maybe it's just what I want them to see.

'Cause it's easier that way.

Easier than telling the truth,

and being judged and ridiculed,

and made to feel isolated and secluded.

Made to feel like I'm not normal, whatever that is.

(sombre music)

But the truth is,

I'm at a point in my life,

Where I'm tired of pretending.

I'm tired of feeling alone.

I'm tired of... living.

And I know what some of you are thinking.

She's just looking for attention.

What gives her the right to feel depressed?

But see, that's the funny thing about depression.

It doesn't give a fuck what you think.

(keyboard clicking)

Dad?

Dad? - Hmm?

- [Claire] Can I talk to you for a sec?

- Of course you can, baby.

Just give me like an hour, and then I'm all yours.

(keyboard clicking)

- It's kind of important.

- Well, so is this, Claire.

This actually puts a roof over

your head and food on the table.

Not just some argument on Facebook about some boy.

- It's not about some boy. - Claire, what did I just say?

(phone buzzing)

Hello, Patrick speaking.

Yeah, I'm aware there's a deadline, okay?

I'm doing the best that I can.

Claire, I'm sorry, okay?

We'll talk soon, I promise.

No, I'm here.

I'm sending it through as we speak.

(knife chopping)

- Mum?

Mum? - What?

- [Claire] Can I talk to you for sec?

- You can see that I'm busy, honey, so.

- It's kind of important.

- And cooking dinner for the whole

family after a long day isn't?

- I didn't mean it like that.

- [Eva] Not now, okay, just...

- [Claire] Can I help?

- You can help by getting out of the kitchen.

Look, honey, I'm sorry.

I've just had a really long day.

I'm stressed.

We'll talk later, okay?

- Okay.

- Go. - Em?

Emma? - What?

- Excuse me?

- What do you want?

You just made me lose.

- (sighing) It's just a game.

Why are you so angry all the time?

- Why are you such an idiot all the time?

- You know that if there's something that's

making you angry, you can always talk to me.

- No, I can't. - Why not?

- Because your an idiot, and I don't talk to idiots.

(knocking) - Brooke?

Brooklyn?

- What's up? - Can I talk to you for a sec?

- [Brooklyn] Of course, what are sisters for?

- Lately I've been feeling-- (phone ringing)

- Hold that thought.

Hey Cass.

Oh my god, tell me all about it.

No, I'm serious, I want to hear everything.

We'll talk later, okay?

- It's kind of important.

- Okay, well I'm on the phone right now.

So, it'll have to wait.

Stop being so selfish.

No, I'm serious.

No, No, tell me.

(sombre music)

- [Claire V.O] I don't want you to blame

anyone though, it's no one's fault.

Sometimes we just get so caught up in everything around us

we forget about who's right there in front of us.

♫ Too many liars

♫ Too many fires

♫ Someone to always start it

♫ Too many places

♫ Too many faces

♫ Used to take up spaces

♫ How many criers

- [Eva] Claire, honey, dinner's ready.

♫ Haven't I shaken

♫ Haven't you taken

♫ All the love I gave you, wasted

- No, I'm not kidding.

No, that is so true.

No, really.

- [Eva] How did you go with that deadline?

- Yeah, I got it in.

- They still gonna pay you?

- [Patrick] I'll have to wait and see.

As long as we're together, right?

- [Brooklyn] That's so true.

Oh my god.

(sombre music)

- [Claire Voiceover] Some of you will say this

is just a cry for help, but you're wrong.

You only cry for help if you

believe there is help to cry for.

- Not on your phone at the dinner table.

- [Brooklyn] Mum's being a phone Nazi again.

I've gotta go.

- [Patrick] Not at the table, you've been told.

- [Eva] Well, if I'm a Nazi, that makes your father Hitler.

- [Emma] I can agree with that. - Can you?

(repeated gasping)

(heavy breathing)

- Could you please go and get your sister?

- [Emma] She's right there.

- [Patrick] Your other sister, smarty pants.

- I don't know where she is.

She's probably still being an idiot somewhere.

- Don't call her that, she's not an idiot.

(loudly crying)

(gagging)

(crying)

- Claire!

- [Eva] Don't scream, I could have done that.

- Why didn't you then?

- Please just go and get your sister.

Okay, I'll get her.

(repeated coughing)

- You're so lazy.

- You're so ugly.

- You're so adopted.

- Dad.

- Don't tell her that.

She's not adopted.

- (knocking) Claire?

Claire?

Oh my, Claire, Claire, Claire!

Oh my god, Claire!

Oh baby, no, no, no, no.

Oh my god, oh my god, wake up, Claire!

Wake her up, wake her up! - Claire!

- Wake her up, please.

My girl, no (crying)!

No, no!

- [Brooklyn] Call an ambulance!

- Get her up! - Baby, wake up, wake up.

(group crying)

- [Brooklyn] Call an ambulance.

- Wake her up, wake her up!

Go baby, go baby, no, no!

Wake her up would you, please.

No, no (crying)!

- Claire, baby, please?

- No, no, no!

Get her up, wake her up!

Wake up, wake up!

No, my baby, no, no!

- Claire!

She's okay, Claire, please baby.

Baby, open your eyes.

- No, don't stop, wake her up.

No, no, no!

No, no, wake up, wake up!

No (crying) no!

My baby.

Wake her up, please, wake her up.

No, no!

(serene music)

- [Claire V.O] Pain is only temporary.

But the decisions we make are final.

(crying)

There are no second chances or do-overs.

And it's our family and friends

that have to live with those decisions.

A decision that I wish I could take back.

- Come on, that's really enough.

- I'm fine.

- [Claire V.O] A decision I wish, now, I didn't make.

- I'm fine.

- [Claire V.O] And although it may be too late for me,

it's not too late for you.

Because despite everything that has happened,

this isn't a sad story.

I don't want you to cry for me or feel bad.

I don't even want you to think

what you could have done to save me.

Because this story isn't about me, it's about you.

All of you.

And even if you don't see it straight away,

someone is always watching, listening, and caring.

So don't make the same mistake I did.

Don't ever give up.

And when you're at your lowest

and you think you can't go on anymore,

just remember, you're never alone.

It's not just you,

'cause I'm here too.

♫ I'm never alone in my mind

♫ 'Cause you're always here right by my side

♫ And I know it's true

♫ That I never loved anyone quite like you

♫ And I know it's true

♫ Wherever you go, I'm here, too

♫ Wherever you go, I'm here, too

♫ Wherever you go, I'm here, too

Paul Manafort's trial could be bad news for Donald Trump. Here's why - Duration: 3:53.

</form> Donald Trump's former campaign chairman Paul Manafort's trial is underway from today

It's the first trial sparked by Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Russia probe.  But despite Manafort's indictment having sprouted from the investigation into alleged links between the Trump Campaign and the Russian government, the prosecution don't plan to try to prove collusion with Russia in this case

But that's not to say the President's lawyers won't be watching the courtroom very, very closely over the coming days

Here's everything you need to know about Paul Manafort, what he's accused of, and how it could be bad news for Donald Trump Who is Paul Manafort?  Paul Manafort, 69, is a veteran lobbyist, political consultant and a laywer

He spent a decade working for the Party of Regions in Ukraine - the party of disgraced pro-Russian ex-President Viktor Yanukovych - building a deep contacts book in Ukrainian politics

In March 2016 he accepted a role on Donald Trump's 2016 campaign team as campaign manager, a job he held for three months before resigning in August

What is he charged with?  Manafort is on trial in Virginia on tax and bank fraud charges

He faces 18 criminal counts, which centre on allegations that he hid much of the $60 million he earned in Ukraine in undisclosed overseas bank accounts and failed to pay taxes on it

Prosecutors also accuse him of lying to U.S. banks to obtain real estate loans in a bid to fund expensive suits and maintain a lavish lifestyle after his client, Yanukovych, fell from power in 2014 and the money stopped

Manafort has pleaded not guilty to all the charges. Is he facing any other charges?  Yes

He's co-defendant in a trial in Washington DC, where he's charged with money laundering, failing to register as a foreign agent and witness tampering

He's pleaded not guilty to those charges too.  That trial is a lot more likely to focus on trying to prove collusion with Russia

So if this isn't about Russian collusion, why is it important?  First of all, it's a test of Mueller's power

A Manafort conviction would give momentum to Mueller, who has indicted or secured guilty pleas from 32 people and three companies since the probe started 14 months ago

An acquittal would support efforts by Trump and his allies to portray the probe as a "witch hunt

"  Prosecutors have said they will not present evidence of collusion at this trial

But they are seeking provide details of Manafort's work for a pro-Russian political party in Ukraine, raising the possibility that new information about his Russian connections could emerge

Manafort has filed a motion to have details of that work excluded from trial.  U

S. District Judge T.S. Ellis said he plans to rule on whether that Ukraine-related evidence can be included after the jury is selected, a process starting Tuesday morning

A total of 16 jurors, 12 regular and four alternates, were today chosen in the Washington suburb of Alexandria after being screened for potential bias

"Those documents are relevant," Ellis said, referring to prosecution exhibits showing the nature of Manafort's funds, but added that it was not the end of the issue

Arsenal and Chelsea face off in Dublin - here's how they're both shaping up ahead of new season - Duration: 6:21.

Unai Emery's Arsenal and Maurizio Sarri's Chelsea meet in Dublin on Wednesday night in what will serve as a precursor to their Premier League clash later this month

The London clubs are set to face one another in the second game of the season and the two new bosses have their chance for a closer look at their opponents

Sportsmail has analysed Arsenal and Chelsea's pre-seasons so far and what is still to come ahead of the fast-approaching 2018-19 campaign

ARSENAL – Following his appointment, Emery declared he wants his team to play with style and personality

So far, the suggestions are he will use the same system he deployed at Paris-Saint Germain

It involves intense pressing and keeping possession, and a sneaky peek via a long-lens camera at Emery's tactics board in Shanghai suggested he will use 4-1-4-1

CHELSEA – Sarri came in and immediately ordered daily double sessions in a bid to have his 'Sarri-ball' take shape

It is a style of play very similar to Pep Guardiola's, and it took Manchester City a year for their footballing philosophy to work in the Premier League

Will Chelsea be patient enough to wait for Sarri's 4-3-3 passing and possession-based system to work? He hopes so

ARSENAL – So far, Arsenal have signed Stephan Lichtsteiner (Juventus, free), Sokratis Papastathopoulos (Borussia Dortmund, £17

7m), Lucas Torreira (Sampdoria, £22m), Bernd Leno (Bayer Leverkusen, £19.2m) and Matteo Guendouzi (Lorient, £8m)

No stand-out superstars, but this is smart business from Emery. He has identified the areas he wanted to strengthen and is doing so

Big Papastathopoulos ought to be a good fit in the Premier League.CHELSEA – Chelsea have brought in Jorginho (Napoli, £57m) and Robert Green (Huddersfield, free)

More are set to follow.Jorginho was a big buy for the new boss because he is so key to Sarri's system

He never shies away and it all goes through him.The midfielder will have less time on the ball in England than he did in Italy, so has to get to grips quickly

PLAYERS WHO COULD SURPRISE YOU ARSENAL – Emile Smith Rowe signed a long-term contract on Tuesday and is tipped for big things in the red of Arsenal

He will be kept around the first team this season and has already impressed Emery on the tour in Shanghai, scoring in Arsenal's 1-1 draw against Atletico Madrid

Smith Rowe only turned 18 last week so is in no rush. His is a talent that needs nurturing

CHELSEA – Callum Hudson-Odoi has perhaps been the most pleasant surprise from Chelsea's pre-season so far

Just 17 years old, the forward has looked formidable on the left of Sarri's front three, starting against Perth Glory and Inter Milan

When one on one with defenders, he has the ability to leave them for dead. Will Sarri use youth in the Premier League? That remains to be seen

ARSENAL – Arsenal walloped Boreham Wood 8-0 in Emery's first game in charge. They followed that up with a 1-1 draw with Atletico Madrid and a 5-1 victory over a weakened PSG side in the International Champions Cup

So far, so good, as far as Emery is concerned.New signings Lichtsteiner and Torreira are yet to join up with their team-mates after the World Cup

CHELSEA – Chelsea beat Perth Glory 1-0 in Australia then drew 1-1 with Inter Milan in Nice, with Pedro scoring both of their goals

There have already been signs that 'Sarri-ball' is making a mark at the club, with lots of short, sharp passing and attacking play

The likes of Eden Hazard, Thibaut Courtois and N'Golo Kante are still on their post-World Cup holidays

BUSINESS STILL TO BE DONE ARSENAL – Emery is said to be keen to bring in two more signings before the end of the window, though to do that they need to sell

Danny Welbeck and Nacho Monreal are apparently those on the market.Aaron Ramsey has also attracted interest from Chelsea, as revealed by Sportsmail

A direct winger and a left back are the priorities for the Gunners.CHELSEA – Chelsea are looking for a new No 1 amid the saga over Courtois' contract

They will only sell the Belgian goalkeeper to Real Madrid once a replacement is found

The club have also held talks over Juventus defenders Daniele Rugani and Mattia Caldara as Sarri seeks ball-playing centre backs

Inter Milan midfielder Matias Vecino is another target.Gonzalo Higuain is closer to joining AC Milan as it stands

Here is How We are all Manipulated - Duration: 3:15.

Have you ever wondered how people in power manipulate the masses!

you probably have been their victim without realising that!

But, how exactly manipulation works?

Imagine we have some kind of truth and false, our job is to remove the truth from the sphere

of the view of person that we are trying to manipulate.

You don't necessarily have to get rid of it, you can simply distract people from it

by drawing their attention to something else.

But humans naturally search and analyse, so if you leave someone with a lie, at the end

of the day, the human mind will find an alternative.

But whats fascinating is that, when you separate the lie into two parts, everything changes

(Lie number 1, lie number 2) The human mind starts thinking that one of

them is the truth, so it chooses the best option and calms down, thinking that he has

has found the truth when in reality thats just another lie.

For example, you are told: we either get rid of immigrants and get back our jobs or keep

them and stay unemployed! the choice is yours!

but they don't tell you that you can have both of them!

they push your mind to choose between two false solutions! if someone falls under this

kind of manipulation, he would not ask himself: why does he even have to choose!

The scale of this manipulation extends further than you think!

You are told: socialism or capitalism? but they don't tell you is that none of

these systems can exist without the other! and throughout the last century, the entire

world was divided because of it!

they say: you can either try to get rich but be unhappy or stay average and be happy! because

eventually money can't buy happiness! but they don't tell you that you can be

super rich and super happy at the same freaking time!

This is often done through 3 steps!

First, artificially create a problem that attracts attention.

The bad guys on the other side of the world want to nuke us!

if we don't do something, we will be destroyed! this noise attracts people, the problem might

really exist, but its often very exaggerated!

Then we are given 2 solutions, we either live in peace but under threat or attack that country

and solve the problem.

Finally, come up with 2 smalls groups of people who will generate a lot of noise! one that

passionately supports the war while other that promotes peace and that will divide the

entire society!

But none of these options are good for the society, they just benefit the politicians

and their friends!

This method is often used to distract people from real problems but also as a marketing

strategy.

Corporations artificially create problems to make some noise and draw attention to their

products and boost their sales.

There are countless number of example, but this video has to end! Thanks for watching

I will see you in the next one!

Here's What I Think About Buying a Used Diesel Truck and More - Duration: 4:31.

rev up your engines, Chris Mill says, Scotty why do these

clowns with Diesel's with over 120,000 miles want so much for their trucks, the

rest of the truck is a regular truck, well because everybody wants a diesel

that can pull a lot of weight and still get decent gas mileage, you know if

you're pulling stuff with a gasoline engine, you're gonna get horrible gas

mileage, but a diesel doesn't it care if it's pulling itself or pulling a bunch

of weight, it's still gonna get about the same gas mileage and that's the reason they

sell them for so much money, it's just the way the market is and there's nothing

you can do about that, if you want one you're gonna have to pay more money because

that's just how the market is these days, Ali says Scotty I got a 1966 Rambler

Classic, any tips on bleeding the brakes, yeah it's an old car it's simple, all

you want to do is, get another person and have them pump the brakes, then bleed the right

rear tire, do it four or five times, then bleed the left rear tire, do it four or

five times, then bleed the right front tire, do it four or five times, then bleed

the other tire in the front, four or five times, that should do it, now if you can't

get the air out that way, then you got a bad master cylinder or something

that's sucking air in, those all cars are real easy to bleed brake, because it doesn't

have anti-lock brakes, all the modern cars with the anti-lock brakes you have

to have a fancy computer like I have in order to actuate the solenoids and bleed

the air out, but on that old thing it's so simple, just do one wheel at a time

like I said and you won't have any problems, Kay says, Scotty I

have 1997 Celica 1.8 160 horsepower manual around 300,000 kilometers, I think it

burns some oil are the 7af engines proned to burning oil, can it be the PCV

valve, okay change the PCV valve and after that there's nothing you can do

the engine is going to be worn, you got a lot of mileage 300,000 kilometers, if I were you

I'd switch to Castrol and use like their 2050 oil and see what happens, it won't

hurt an old engine like that, and a lot of times it'll burn less oil because

it's better engine oil, try that they're good engines, their very good engines, but

you got a lot of mileage so it's gonna probably burn a little bit of oil but

you put in the heavier weight castrol oil and change the PCV valve and see

maybe it'll burn a lot less that way, I often do that when I work on people's

cars like that, Gavin Vicar says,

my girlfriend's 2000 Yaris has a hissing sound from the brakes as they come

to stop, I change the brake booster, master cylinder, vacuum lines, but it

still hisses, okay did you change the check valve on the booster, if you've got

a bad check valve on the booster, it will hiss and you know that should fix it, now

you said you change the booster, but did you use a brand new one, or a rebuilt one

because if you use a rebuilt one, the rebuilt ones are often absolute junk

and they'll still hiss so it could just be that you used a rebuilt one and you

shouldn't have used a rebuilt one, you should have used a brand new one, I see

that all the time and of course check lines going to the booster to make sure

that there's no loose, you know they just fit on, you might want to put a little

radiator screw clamp where they go on instead of that cheap clamp that they

come with, DylanSand say, my dad has 49 Studebaker that blows the 50 amp fuses and

dies right in the tracks when you turn the wipers you know what's wrong with it

well it's got something wrong in the wiper system you know, if it only does it

when you turn the wipers on either the fuse that turns the wipers on or the

wiring go to the wiper or the wiper motor is shorted and dead, so you got to

start testing all that stuff, the easiest thing is first, unplug the connector to

the wipers, then if you turn it on and it doesn't blow it, you know it's the wiper

motor, if it still blows up then you know it's the fuse or the wiring going to the

wiper, you check it sections at a time, anytime you have electrical problems you

want to check it one section to the other, that's just how that stuff works, simple

always simplify stuff especially electrical work when you're working on it, Ed Colt

54 says, thoughts on cars going to these push start and buttons I hate them, I

hate it too because I have to fix them and it's such a pain, I have the computers that can

fix them but it's still a pain in the butt when it says well I gotta go to the

dealer and buy the special computer module and reprogram them and then

somebody you know get a new key for your car used to cost you a buck and a half

from the hardware store, I had a customer that lost their key that was one of

those keyless systems on a Toyota Prius and it cost his like 1200 bucks at the

Toyota dealer, so I hate him too, so if you never want to miss another one

of my new car repair videos, remember to ring that Bell!

Here Is Why Trump Is To Blame For Terrorists Potentially Getting 3-D Plastic Guns - Duration: 1:30.

TRAITORS HERE ARE THE 4 REPUBLICANS WHO VOTED TO SHUT THE GOVERNMENT DOWN - Duration: 14:08.

TRAITORS: HERE ARE THE 4 REPUBLICANS WHO VOTED TO SHUT THE GOVERNMENT DOWN

According to CNBC, 4 Republican Senators joined the Democrats efforts to shut the government

down on Friday night.

As we reported earlier, we were just one vote away from getting a deal passed in the Senate,

but we had a few GOP Senators stab us in the back.

The backstabbers are as follows: Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Jeff Flake of Arizona,

Rand Paul of Kentucky and Mike Lee of Utah.

Here's the report from CNBC:

A House-passed stopgap bill that would avoid a government shutdown fizzled out in the Senate

late Friday night, leaving Congress negotiating frantically as the midnight deadline to fund

the government passed.

The measure failed in a procedural vote by a 50 to 49 margin.

Five Democrats — Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Joe Donnelly of Indiana, Heidi Heitkamp of

North Dakota, Doug Jones of Alabama and Claire McCaskill of Missouri — had backed it.

Four Republicans — Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Jeff Flake of Arizona, Rand Paul

of Kentucky and Mike Lee of Utah — opposed it.

So did Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell for procedural reasons.

As nearly all Democrats and some Republicans opposed the measure that failed to work its

way through Congress on Friday, lawmakers saw government funding lapse, at least temporarily.

The proposal that failed in the Senate would have funded the government through Feb. 16

and reauthorized the popular Children's Health Insurance Program for six years.

As the vote remained open into early Saturday morning, several bipartisan senators appeared

to confer about a way forward.

McConnell and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer then walked off the Senate floor together,

only to return and continue talks with other senators.

Numerous senators crowded around Schumer as the clock hit midnight.

To be honest, I'm baffled by Rand Paul's vote.

I have no idea why in the hell he would support a government shutdown over illegal immigration.

I can believe Lindsey Graham and Jeff Flake pulling crap like this, but Rand?

C'mon man.

This shutdown is a DISGRACE, but it's all on the Democrats.

They wanted a deal for illegal immigrants and they simply didn't get it.

Twitter EXPLODED after the Government was shut down:
