To assign a Work Schedule to a Vehicle, Go the admin toolbar and select "Vehicle".
On the list, click the "Edit" icon for the Vehicle you wish to edit.
Scrolling down, you'll come across a field called 'Work Schedule'.
You can either create a new schedule from scratch by adding the timezone, days and times.
Then naming it and clicking 'ok'.
Otherwise you can select a previously created work schedule from the drop down list.
When you are done, click 'Save' to finish.

To edit an existing Vehicle's Details, Go to the admin toolbar and select 'Vehicle'.
Locate the Vehicle you wish to edit and click the 'Edit' icon.
Add or edit the vehicle name.
If the vehicle will have a 'static' driver then select their name from the driver 'dropdown'.
If no driver is assigned then the vehicle is 'dynamic' by default.
Update any other fields you require like make, model stock number, and so on
Scroll down and update any of the custom fields that you may have.
When you are done, click 'Save' to finish.

By default, the change will take effect from 'today', but you can backdate if you wish.
Then update the Odometer value with the correct reading.
If the change is larger than expected a warning will appear.
Click "Update" to lock in any changes.
When you are done, click 'Save' to finish.
