TODAY MORNING or THIS MORNING which is correct?

help you improve your English with minimum effort maximum benefits so there

are a lot of time expressions which confuse people and effectively there are

no rules it's just that certain expressions that I would say that they

are always used together so collocations and no we cannot say today morning we

must say this morning let me give you some other examples

you can say this morning this afternoon this evening you can't save this night

but you can say this week this year if you want to talk about this night you

have to say tonight so this morning I went to school this afternoon I went

shopping this evening I cooked a delicious dinner and tonight we're going

out to the pub and this week we've been out quite often so this is what you use

with this

today cannot be used with any of them you can't say today morning today night

today evening today is just not used with any of these so forget them

and that's why I believe in full immersion because if you are reading

listening to music watching films you just won't hear those expressions and

you won't be tempted to translate from your own language and use them you will

just use what you hear last is another example you can't say

last morning you can't say last afternoon and you can't say last evening

but you can say last night and you can say last week last month last year so

instead of saying last morning y'all have to say yesterday morning if instead

of saying last afternoon yesterday afternoon instead of saying last evening

yesterday evening but you can say last night you can say last week and you

can't say yesterday night or yesterday week tomorrow can be used with all of

them except for weekend year so tomorrow morning tomorrow afternoon tomorrow

evening tomorrow night but not tomorrow week or tomorrow here in that case you

use next next week and next year because next cannot be used with any of the

other forms unless for example the next morning the next day in a narrative you

can say she went out with her boyfriend and the next day they went on holiday

for example that is the only way you can use next with day but if you're speaking

about tomorrow you can't use next and say next day or you can't say next

morning next afternoon next evening so it's really quite easy you say tomorrow

morning tomorrow afternoon tomorrow evening tomorrow night and then next

week and next year you say this morning this afternoon this evening tonight and

this week and this year then you say yesterday morning yesterday afternoon

yesterday evening last night and last week last year no

other combinations are possible why don't you try writing in the comments

Why do I use M4A4?

I don't understand people who use M4A1-S.

I tried using it in scrims and at a tournament...

I don't understand how someone else uses it. It's impossible to kill anyone.

M4A4 on the other hand... You spray three people down like a man!

Imagine you have M4A1-S and Ts rush B, five of them jump out.

You spend 10 bullets to kill the first one,

the remaining four take care of you.

That's why M4A4 is my best friend!

M4A1-S doesn't fit positions that I play.

I must make a lot of noise, have a lot of bullets and so on.

Why do I use silenced M4?

First of all, they can't hear you if you use silencer.

If you are shooting from far away, enemies can't pinpoint your exact location.

Secondly, stability. For me it's important to kill one guy, the another one.

I am capable of getting a kill or even two when I use silenced M4.

It's possible that I could kill even more if I didn't use silencer,

but M4A1-S is more stable.

That's why I use it.

They deal the same damage,

but M4A1-S has lower recoil.

That's the only benefit.

It has fewer bullets and it feels sometimes that bullets get jammed, so you shoot slower.

But if you play a lot and get used to it, it won't bother you.

AMERICA'S PATRIOT PAC 3 VS RUSSIA'S S 400:WHICH IS BETTER? - Duration: 6:12.

Air defense has been and will be a very important aspect of a nation's military capability.

In any modern battle scenario, air dominance is critical.

A credible air defense system makes it hard for the enemy to achieve air dominance and

because of this has a significant impact on battlefield strategies.

Modern air defense systems are capable of not only taking out aircrafts but also cruise

missiles, UAVs and some even have the capability to intercept ballistic missiles.

Major militaries have spent huge effort to design and field capable air defense systems.

In this video, Defense Updates compares AMERICA'S PATRIOT PAC 3 AGAINST RUSSIA'S S 400 and

find out which is better.

Lets get started.

The American Patriot Missile System is manufactured by Raytheon.

It entered service in1981.

Patriot systems have been sold to many countries like the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Japan,

Israel, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait to name a few.

The Patriot system is expected to remain in the service until at least 2040.

Russia's S 400 is designed by Almaz Central Design Bureau as an upgrade of the S-300 family.

It entered into service in 2007.

The system has been sold to China and India has also committed to acquire it.

The radar is the eye of an air defense system and is used to detect and track targets.

The AN/MPQ-65 Radar in Patriot Pac 3 is a passive electronically scanned array radar.

It is equipped with IFF (Identification friend or foe) and electronic counter-countermeasure

to resist jamming.

The radar has a range of around 160 km.

S 400 uses multiple radars depending on threat perception.

The primary one is either the 91N6E Big Bird Acquisition and Battle Management Radar or

92N6E Grave Stone Multimode Engagement Radar These have range of around 600 km.

The main radar is complimented by target acquisition radars like 67N6 Gamma de and 9N6 Protivnik

ge radars in L band, Nebo SVN in the Very high Frequency band and Nebo m in Multiband.

The Nabob svn & Zebu m have claimed capability against stealth aircraft.

S 400 has radars with better detection range and the versatility makes it a winner in this segment.

Patriot Pac 3 introduced the new MIM-104F missile, which is also referred as the PAC-3 missile.

It has reduced size compared to previous Patriot missiles and is more maneuverable.

The missile uses hit to kill strategy though it has small high fragmentation warhead to

enhance the kill probability.

For aerial targets, like aircrafts & drones, Patriot MIM-104F missile has engagement range

of 160 km whereas for ballistic missile it has a range of about 30 km.

S 400 deploys multiple missiles to cover its full strike envelope.

1. Very-long-range 40N6 (400 km)

2. Long-range 48N6 (250 km)

3. Medium-range 9M96E2 (120 km)

4. Short-range 9M96E (40 km)

For aerial targets like aircrafts & drones, S 400 missile has maximum engagement range

of 400 km whereas for ballistic missile it has a range of about 60 km.

Clearly, the S 400 is equipped with missile having significantly more reach and gives

it a major advantage as it has much greater engagement range.

The maximum speed of targets for successful elimination is up to Mach 6.5 or 2,200 m/sec for Patriot

and Mach 14 or 4,800 m/sec for S 400.

So, S 400 can take down targets that the Patriot cannot handle.

This is very important as hypersonic missile are coming to fore.

The deployment time for Patriot is 30 min whereas its 5 min for S 400.

This means military commanders will find S 400 to more agile.

Launch angle of Patriot's missile is 38 degree whereas for S 400 its 90 degree.

The vertical launch enables missiles of S 400 to have seamless 360-degree target envelop.

As evident, S 400 has a better operational matrix when compared to Patriot Pac 3 and

will make it a more effective system in a battle scenario.

The Patriot is a system that is designed to provide medium range air and missile defense

over a small area.

It can be termed as a point defense system and suited to provide protection to vital

sites like air bases.

The S400 is a heavy-duty system that is designed to provide powerful air and missile defense

over a wide area.

Though primarily a defensive weapon, its incredible range gives it offensive capability when placed

near border region.

Russia's S 400 out performs America's Patriot Pac 3 by a large margin.

It is considered to be the most deadly air defense system and rightly so.
