BREAKING: America On HIGH ALERT…

Here's What We Know Palestinians will never be defeated and "will

not accept" the U.S. embassy move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, the Lebanon-based deputy

chief of Iran's narco-terrorist proxy Hezbollah declared hours before the dedication of the

new American consulate building on Monday, Breitbart reports.

The Palestinian nation is protecting its land and opposes any compromise or surrender, Sheikh

Naim Qassem said on Monday, adding that the coming days will prove the fact that it is

impossible to defeat Palestinians.

Sheikh Qassem further denounced the arrogant powers' policy of "stabilizing occupation"

in Palestine since the Nakba Day, when Israel was founded 70 years ago.

He also voiced Hezbollah's strong opposition to compromise or bargain over territories

or dignity of people, promising a "full-fledge and unrestricted battle" against the occupiers.

Tasnim News

RWT News Reported, Muslims should wage jihad against the U.S. as a response to America's

decision to move its Israel embassy from Tel Aviv to the capital Jerusalem, Al-Qaeda leader

Ayman al-Zawahiri said on Sunday.

"I believe the current US president is not capable of identifying and judging the long-term

consequences of his actions.

Spur-of-the-moment and uncalculated actions cannot continue in today's world.

Feeblemindness is costly for statesmen and they will eventually have to pay the price."

The U.S. "must not think that such actions… can remain without a response," he said.

The protesters burned American and Israeli flags and chanted, "DEATH TO AMERICA!"

They also waved Palestinian flags and banners proclaiming Jerusalem as "our eternal capital"

and calling it a "red line".

The Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza claims that so far 52 Palestinians were killed and

1200 more were wounded in riots taking place at 12 locations along the border.

The casualty numbers, which are expected to rise, could not be immediately verified.

Hamas has a history if exaggerating casualty claims.

More than 35,000 protesters amassed at a dozen locations along the security fence, with many

engaging in skirmishes that pushed the death toll Monday to the highest in Gaza since a

2014 cross-border standoff between the militant group Hamas and the Jewish state.

What Should I Start Drawing With? Art Tips by Jacob Sheetz - Duration: 7:03.

So you wouldn't get bit of drawing

You don't know what pen to use

Don't know where to begin or it's all the variety of pens that are out there. You just you completely lost

Well, the one pin out with the vias to start out with is the big ballpoint

the reason you want to start out with this pen you can get really good with it is because

You can shave with it like a pencil

You can make darker lines you can make lighter lines

You can you have more versatility with this than you do a lot of other pins

And you want to start out with this rather than starting out with a pencil?

Because when you're drawn with the pencil, you have the ability to erase

You're gonna spend a lot of time

Erasing and trying to fix your mistakes whereas with a ballpoint pen

You can't really fix your mistakes. You could erase somewhat but not very much and

Another good reason to start with this is because they're really cheap you can get them anywhere

You can you can like I said you can shade with them

They're pretty good for stippling. They're not as good as they say if you use a marker or a pen

like a technical pen or something like that, but those are very

technical pens

mechanical pens they're

way more expensive than what these are so they're really cheap and you get them anywhere and

I've got I've got all kinds of they use an example. I've got as you can see I

Have a ton of them. So

I'm never gonna run low of nose, but

Yeah that thing another thing I like about these is that

you know you the

Points of them and again, they come in different sizes. They've got another fine the extra fine

Actually

And another thing I like about these is that they come in different sizes

If you got defined you get the standard and then they also make another kind of ballpoint pen. That's made by big

and that is the

Crystal kind which I have a whole bunch of right here

And I will show you that

Got quite a few of those as well and the difference between those and these is that the other ones

That they're not as good of a shading but back to my point about these is that

When you're drawing with these you can be able to shade stuff. So let's say I have a square here

Okay, so you get your square and I want to shade a corner

If you just press it lightly from one side to the other you can get

Gradient across it

And depending on what do you want to draw? This is this is a really good for when you want to draw very detailed

Or say you're wanting to a hair

I really like doing these for what I'm doing quick sketches of portraits of people

Because know that they're so cheap and I don't have to worry too much about it. You know, I

damage the pen or I run out of ink because these you can just draw so long with these and

Unlike pencils you don't worry about them breaking all the time. You don't have to worry about getting so many different sizes

no with pencil you get a

you've got to get all a different type of

Different shades of all the pencils and you've got your head and your need eraser and all that

So it was a good for shading you can

Crosshatch wasn't anything you can do with it with a pencil you can do with these and I think they work better

And because you can't erase

It teaches you to learn how to draw

without

Spending so much time at racing and

it helps you become more confident with their drawing, you know, say you're one to

say you can even draw a circle right say you spent a long time trying to draw the basic shape and you

Know if you're doing with the pencil and then I go when you mess up and then you spend time

Erasing over that and spending time over and over and over

trying to

Get better and I think that you know using the pen is there's a completely different aspect to it to where

It makes you more confident and every time you know

You go to make a circle to where if you practice over and over and over and over again

And you can get better and it's not

those are completely perfect, but I guess they're okay for circles, but I'm

banking my point is that

You know, there's a sheep you can get anywhere. You can do everything you do with a pencil. It's also come in different colors

we've got the red the black the blue and

You've got them in different sizes

So there's never a shortage of them. It's not like you have to worry about running out. I've had this one for

Several months I've been drawing with the end haven't gone through it yet. So if I have this many of them

just know just think how long how long they last but it's gonna last we probably will the rest of my life or until the

point where it was the ink goes bad, you know and

I've heard people say that you know for drawing of these. No, they're not

They're not archival and everything, but I've seen drawings that people have done

You know 30 some years ago was a ballpoint pen and the drawing was perfectly fine

because if you're using this to sketch or to improve your drawing

There's no reason to be so worried about

Trying to make it

Archival to last forever. This is a notice great to use for your sketching and the paper I have here is some cheap printer paper

so you've got cheap pen cheap paper and

They're easy. Take them anywhere on the go

Don't worry about know they cost of them and all that so

that's the

Reason why I like using a big pen and I'll continue using them to do portraits and practicing do have strike joy

But definitely love them the most for doing to join

great for that so

Thank you for watching and if you have any questions, but let me know and he said other suggested you have about

other

types of artwork or

different

Utensils and stuff I use for drawings

Anything just let me know and I'll get back to you about it. But for now

Have a good day

What If Someone Uses the Columbo Tactic on Me? - Duration: 6:01.

For years I have been advocating using a technique of asking questions in order

to maneuver more effectively, carefully, and persuasively in conversations with

people who disagree with you, okay. Now, I call it the Columbo Tactic, and there's a

lot of folk nowadays who don't know what that means, but it's a TV character from

four decades ago who was a detective who will use questions in a fairly

unassuming manner, under the radar, unthreatening to get the information he

needed to trap the bad guy who did the crime, okay. So I found that it's been a

really effective way of maneuvering and stopping a challenger in their tracks,

turning the tables, getting them to think and to put the Christian in the driver's

seat of the conversation. Even though the Christian's not doing most of the talking,

they are the ones who are managing and directing the conversation, okay. Now,

there's a liability, at least some think it's a liability, and the question comes

up, "What if somebody else is trying to use the Columbo Tactic on me?" That is,

what if they're using the questions to maneuver me, to manage me, for them to be

in the driver's seat, okay. Now, there's a very simple answer to that, and it

depends on what question you have in mind. In the Columbo method, the game plan

that I talk about in the book Tactics, I talk about three different uses of the

questions or the Columbo Tactic. One is to gather information, and we use a

question like, "What do you mean by that?" or some variation. Another one is to

reverse the burden of proof so that if somebody else makes a point, they make a

claim, we can ask them, "Well, how'd you come to that conclusion?" or "What are your

reasons for that?" The third use of Columbo is to make a point. So you're

asking a series of questions that's building to a conclusion where you can

make your point, okay. That's it. That's the basic structure

of the Columbo Tactic. That's the basic game plan. So what happens if somebody

uses those three methods towards us? Well, do I mind, do you think, if somebody asks

me what I mean by that? No, I don't mind. I'll tell you why.

Because normally I have a pretty good idea of what I mean by something I've

said because I've thought about it. Now, we use the question with them because

often times they say things they've been socialized to say. They pick them up in

their environment. They haven't thought about it, but they throw them out and

stonewall the Christian, okay. And so when I asked, "What do you mean by that?" they

sometimes don't know how to answer. But if somebody asks me or somebody asks you,

I hope you can answer with some substance because you know what you mean

by that, okay. What about the second question?

You make a point, you advance your view in some fashion, and they say, "How did you

come to that conclusion?" Do you think I mind answering that question? No,

because in most cases, I have come to a conclusion. That is, I can give at least

some reasons why I think the point I offered was reasonable because I've

thought some of this stuff through. Now, if you don't know what you mean when you

make a point, or you don't know the reasons that you hold the view, well, that

could be a problem. And all that means is then you've got to bone up, you got to do

some homework, but there's no reason you should fear those questions if you're a

thoughtful Christian. It's the third use of Columbo that could be a problem

because in that case, a person is using questions to kind of lead you down the

primrose path, and you're making these commitments, but you don't know what

trouble is gonna get you into. Now, the way I use Columbo number three is not to

trick people, but to get pieces of the argument on the table to lead to a

conclusion that's legitimate, but it might be other people are trying to

trick you. And so when I feel that I'm being asked a series of questions that

is leading me down the primrose path, I'll stop the person. If I'm feeling

uncomfortable, I'll stop the person and say something like this. I'll say, "You

know, it sounds to me like you're using your questions to make a point," which

is the third use of Colombo, use your questions to make a point. "It sounds like

you're using questions to make a point. How about this, why don't you just simply

make your point instead of asking me these questions?" because maybe I feel a

little uncomfortable, I'd rather cut to the chase, whatever, "Why don't you just

make the point rather than asking these questions to get there?" Now what you end

up doing there is you cut off the tactical move that they're using against

you, then they can just simply make their point and you can invite them to give

the reasons for it or ask for clarification, and you've kind of gotten

out of the bind. Of course, they could also do that with me. If I'm using

questions to build to a point, and if they say, "Why don't you just make your

point?" And remember, say that in a friendly, genial way, okay?

Not defensively. But if they ask me, "You know, it sounds like you're just trying

to make a point with your questions, why don't you cut to the chase and just make

your point?" You know what I would do? I'd make my point. The point I think, would still

be a good one, but I lose a little bit of a tactical advantage. Nevertheless, I can

still make my point. So those are the ways that you can deal with somebody

using the Columbo Tactic against you. And incidentally, everything that I've said

is actually in the book Tactics: A Game Plan for Discussing Your Christian Convictions.

What is a Personal Vision Statement and How to Use it Successfully - Duration: 7:00.

Have you ever felt lost about your future? Have you ever wondered which path

to take that would actually lead you down to your goals? Well if you asked any

of these questions, then this video is for you because we are going to take a

look at personal vision statements and how to use them successfully.

Hi, my name is Adriana Girdler. I'm a Productivity Specialist, President of

CornerStone Dynamics and MyVisualVisio.com, and in today's video we are

going to take a look at personal vision statements and how to use them.

Successfully people are sometimes surprised that I tell them that a person

can really benefit from an individual vision statement, because when you hear a

vision statement, you really think of the corporate or organizational vision

statements. But guess what? There is a great reason why they are used, because

they are a fantastic strategy tool, they allow you to understand "where exactly do

you want to go" and then from there break things down into manageable chunks that

are executable. Which is why a lot of organizations are very successful. So

here's why as an individual you really need to take a look at your own personal

visual vision statement. The key is to use it as your own personal GPS, your own

compass in life so that you can say yes and no to the right decisions.

Before we move on, what exactly is a personal vision statement? A personal

vision statement embodies the person's highest value and aspiration. It inspires

people to reach for what could be and to rise above their fears and preoccupation

with current reality. So in essence, it is a picture of how you want your life to

be. So what are the benefits of vision statements? Because if I'm not convincing

you yet that you even need to have one, let's think about those benefits. So the

three benefits are, number one: it clarifies what you really want out of

life. And I'm not talking about the superficial stuff, okay I know we want a

house, and a car, and all that stuff, but I want you to go beyond that. Really go

inward to understand, down the road, have do you achieved what you know is truly in

your heart's desire. Not about the stuff, that will come, but have you really

touched inward to understand who you are and what you're about. The second benefit

is: once you understand your vision statement it allows you actually to

create goals. Man, that is really important because I don't drive around

to a brand new location without understanding my map.

Really my Google Map, to understand how to get there. And in life, we shouldn't do

the same thing. But yet we do! So by understanding what your vision is, the other

benefit is, it allows you to actually create the goals that you need and to

break those down into manageable tasks. And last but not least, even more

important than all the rest, is your personal vision statement it can be your

litmus test. It allows you to vet things through it, to ensure that "is every

decision you're making allowing you to achieve ultimately what you want out of

your life". So how do you even write a vision statement? Well I actually have a

workbook right over here you can check it on my website MyVisualVision.com.

And it really goes through all the steps that you need to really understand

inwardly what is it that you want, who are you really,

what do you desire, how exactly do you want your life to unfold, and it's very

in-depth and I highly recommend it. However, you just don't have to do my

workbook, there's tons of things on the internet as well. My recommendation is

you take this journey to actually find what your vision is. But more importantly

what I want to spend my time on is 'how do you use it successfully'. Because what

I find a lot in corporations and with individuals, is you spend all this energy

effort on creating your vision statement and then you file it away, and you never

look at it. So, why put that energy and effort if you're not going to use it as

an actual tool. So let's talk about that. So how do you use it so that you can be

successful? Well the number one tip I recommend is surround yourself with it.

Take a look behind me.That's my personal vision statement. I have it on canvas, I

have it everywhere, I have it on screensaver on my computer, I have it on

my phone. Not only did I have this one here in my office office, I have it in my

home office. You have no idea how important it is to have it with you all

the time because when the doors of opportunity come knocking, you're not

going to be necessarily in one location where your vision statement is. You're

gonna be in lots of places, so you want that reminder to go 'I'm gonna stay on

course and I'm going to either say yes or no to that opportunity because it is

aligned with what I am and who I am". Other things you can do is mouse

pad. So here's mine on a mousepad but not only that is, I even have my team

members, they have theirs on their mouse pads, because guess what, at CornerStone

Dynamics we believe in what we preach, and I really believe in this. I can't

tell you how it is so easy to get what you wanted of life when you are clear

with what you want out of life. So surround yourself with your vision

and use it every day as a litmus test. Take a look at it, wake up understand 'am

I doing everything in my power in order to achieve what I want with my vision?"

Because again, the vision statement is your own internal GPS, your compass in

life. And in my own personal story, which I'm so excited about, without my vision

here, there's some things I just would never achieve. I've written books, I

became a TEDx speaker, I traveled the world on business which is all part of

my personal vision here. And there's so much more, and every day I'm always

looking to make decisions that are aligned with my purpose. So when I get

asked "how is it that you accomplished so much Adriana?" it's not because of luck, it

is because I'm very clear with what I want, and so when opportunities present

themselves, I ensure that they're in line with my vision. And you can do the exact

same thing. So to recap, if you want to get the most

out of your life, then you need to have a vision statement. Number two, with that

vision statement you have to break things down into manageable chunks, break

them down into goals, so you know what you're trying to achieve. And you can do

that many ways. Through the workbook on, the internet, there's lots of resources

out there to have you know how to create one and how to break it down in

manageable chunks. But most importantly, don't file it away, use it every day as

your litmus test and have it around you. I promise you, if you were to do these

simple things, it makes a huge difference. On that note, I want to thank you for

watching this video, if you can give it a thumbs up that'd be greatly appreciated.

Twice Reaction: 'What Is Love' MV [GERMAN/ENG Sub] - Duration: 13:02.

Hey y'all!

I'm back with a new reaction video on a Kpop video.

And today it's all about the girl group Twice.

Those who are new to Kpop will probably have come round Twice quite often already.

Twice belongs to JYP Entertainment, one of the top three Kpop agencies up to date.

Twice consists of nine girl from different countries.

So they're not only from Korea, but also Japan and China, or better Taiwan.

It is save to say that Twice is a typical mainstream Kpop group.

Probably everything what comes to your mind hearing Kpop, is Twice.

It's playful. Fun. Colorful. Cute. And just a little sexy.

And all girls are pretty.

And so Twice made their way to the top.

I like their music because...

it's uncomplicated which doesn't have to be negative at all.

Sometimes you just simply want to move to music.

Or just sing along. Or shut off the outer world.

And that's what I like about Twice

That's what they've done well so far.

What I kind of struggle with, are the music videos from Twice.

So...

Not quality wise, but how they're constructed.

They don't make alot of sense to me so far.

And I felt like the music video didn't match the song well.

I am looking forward to Twice's dance, because Twice always has fun and easy to copy dance moves.

Their dances are just like their songs.

And now let's get started with the music video "What is Love" by Twice.

So, again... a simple opening. It's like "Oh, we peek inside how Twice act normally".Ok.

Oh high-school-

And of course Nayeon has the opening verse!

She always has! Just not once or twice.

[sighs]

Oooh, Jeongyeon is so pretty!

oh! OH! Oh my God!

Oh Momo and Jeongyeon!

All right, they are experimenting a little.

Ok.

Aww, Tzuyu looks so sweet! Those little wings on her.

What the- what's this? So, ok, later!

Lalaland.

So they feature different movies. We already saw a scene of "Ghost" before.

And "Romeo and Juliette"

Oh Mina with her little mole there! So cute!

[snorts] Oh gosh!

Dahyun!

That dress of Sana is a no no!

Eeww!

The dress of Momo isn't that nice, but the others are.

Especially the on of Chaeyeong. The yellow dress is so pretty.

Aaahhh!

My Dayhun!

Uuu!

The little one!

What movie was that? I didn't get it.

I pretend I'm shouting, but I actually am not. [laughs]

That was a bit weird, but ok.

[snorts]

Momo is so funny, really! In her own kind of way. She is a dork somehow.

[sings along] What is Love?

Aw, thos ball gowns are so nice!

Well...

I guess I do think this music video fits the song better than those of Twice before.

For example "Signal".

I still don't get why there had to be this alien.

Yeah I know, it's about picking up signals, but still.

Same as "TT". I just didn't get the point of the Halloween theme. Whatever!

Now...

this is actually nice. Though I don't think the music video is really connected to the lyrics.

They don't reflect them.

It can't really stand alone.

I guess that's what I find kind of weak when it comes to Twice.

Because my preferance - as you might know already - is if

either the music video complements the song in all ways.

Dancewise, and by the outfits and the overall concept.

Or a music video has to be a whole new entity.

And for my liking this never really happens with Twice.

Still, they've taken in different elements.

Every girl has her own featured movie.

As I mentioned before, there are many different ones.

I recognised "Ghost". ehm "Romeo and Juliette".

Whta else did I say? "Lalaland" and, Mathilda and Leon.

Also Marilyn Monroe and Charlie Chaplin

That popped up a little.

That wasn't bad. I mean you always have to feature all nine girls.

Which isn't easy.

But it worked here.

It always works well in Twice's songs.

A little weird to me was that...

Although I really like Jeongyeon. Jeonghyeon is so cool! I like her. She is somehow...

Yeah, she does has swag. And I find her somehow, cool!

Well, not sure how to feel about her take the boy lead.

I mean she is kind of tom boyish.

Just by the image which was created around her,

but I don't think that means she has to play the guys her.

But then Dahyun and Tzuyu also do that, which I like.

So I guess it's ok then.

The song is catch as usual. Not so strong yet, as those before.

For example I felt "Knock Knock" was super, super catchy. Same as "Cheer Up" or "Like OOH-AAH".

It not like that yet. Also the dance wasn't as strong.

I mean of course. "What is Love?" That question mark is a fun feature.

But the dance wasn't that catchy. But maybe you should check out the live stage.

To really see the details of the choreographie.

The dance really sometimes gets lost in the MVs.

I believe that is why I liked the typical MVs of former days.

Where the groups just showed their dance moves and not as much concepts, backdrops-

Or you have several settings, but just simply dancing in a box.

Because I always enjoyed the dance in Kpop the most.

In all I'd say this Twice song appeals to me.

I want to check out those outfits of the girls again. Because Twice always have so, so, so lovely outfits.

So something is happening at 6 o'clock.

I like that they're always shown as if they don't take themselves too serious either.

So cute.

But I have to say this opening scene reminds me of Girls' Generation.

Though I don't want to compare, but that's just how it is.

Poor Nayeon!

Bytheway I love freckles. And they look supe rcute on Nayeon.

It wasn't Momo, but Sana. Sorry! I mixed up Momo and Sana! So sorry!!

So Jeongyeon and Sana have that little romatic scene at the beginning. Sweet!

I wondered why Momo appeared twice.

Aww, Tzuyu really looks adorable as an angle.

Little Juliette.

Though she doesn't have any expression in her eyes. What a pity.

And Jeongyeon looks so fly.

In that boy's uniform.

[laughs]

The dance is so simple. I mean...

relatively simple.Kpop always has strong dances-

Everything is tough in Kpop, so it is really relatively simple.

I'm not a fan of Twice's rap. It always seemes forced.

Sorry!

[sings along]

Ah, it really is super bubblegum poppy.

Right, so Twice watch themselves acting in different movies.

The idea is nice though.

Maybe you shouldn't expect that much because Twice is a very mainstream group.

But they're doing their job so well.

I still feel like compared to all other Twice songs, this one is a little shallow.

It's very, very girly. Music wise.

I still prefer "Knock Knock".

And "TT".

And "Like OOH-AAH".

Those were my tracks.

For all those who like riddles, you can try to figure out all songs themed in the music video.

I already mentioned those I recognised right away.

Looking forward to see how fast you are,

because I guess most are better with movie than me.

Also take a look at other Twice music videos.

Especially if you're looking for something fun.

Something to just sing along. Then Twice has really, really fun songs.

And then you can also try out the dance moves, because they are really easy to follow.

That was it for today. I'll see you in the next reaction video again.

So long! Bye!

What is a Remote Repository? [Beginner Git Tutorial] - Duration: 1:53.

What is a Remote Repository?

A remote repository, often called a remote, is a Git repository hosted on the Internet

Cloning a remote creates a local version of that repository on your machine, giving you

a sandbox to experiment without affecting the original codebase.

Cloning also establishes a connection between the local repository on your machine and the

remote repository, allowing push and pull actions with the remote project.

Multiple clones of a single remote can be created by other team members, enabling others

to collaborate on the same project efficiently and with less risk to the original code.

Let's see how this works in GitKraken.

Let's say we wish to collaborate on this GitHub project.

Copy the clone URL and then open GitKraken, access the folder in the upper left, and under

the Clone tab paste the repo URL.

Once cloned and opened, GitKraken will automatically populate the Remotes pane on the left with

the name of Remote and its branches.

Now we can make our own changes and push them up to our remote so team members can access

our updates.

GitKraken also lets you manually add remotes by clicking this plus icon.

Here you may paste either the SSH or HTTPS URLs for the repository to add the remote.

This is great for adding forks of your project to see what changes team members might be

working on.

They're pretty cool!

If you like this video, please subscribe to our channel or watch other videos in this

series.

Thanks for watching and we'll see you in the next video.

What Are The Biggest Obstacles To Becoming A Millionaire? - Duration: 8:23.

Alright friends, Kris Krohn here with Limitless Wealth TV.

And today, I am going to share with you the number one obstacle that gets in your way

of becoming a millionaire.

So recently one of you submitted a really great question.

What are the biggest obstacles to become a millionaire?

And that's a really good question.

You know, it's interesting.

I've become a millionaire, multimillionaire so many times over.

I've been asked this question so many times that I thought that you know what it'll actually

be super useful to do a video today and share some idea with you.

Here's want I really want to tell you right now.

Most people actually think that the function of making a million dollar has to do with

the opportunity.

I totally disagree.

Being a millionaire is a mindset.

Being a millionaire is a belief and it is a way of thinking.

So if you really want to know like what the big obstacles are, you're going to find them

in the mind.

Because the mind is field with ideas like making money is hard.

The mind is also field with ideas like it takes money to make money.

And there's also people that have ideas for example that money is bad or evil or that

you're not a good person if you have a lot of it.

Or you have to cheat or steal to get it.

So there's all this conflict that the majority of us will come into the world with.

Now, by the way, why is that?

You got to understand that the majority of the world is poor.

We have to find a way to justify why we don't.

So what we do is we have to create ideas that helps us make sense of our world.

If you come from poverty, if you come from even a middle class family, the reality is

even if your parents made a $100,000 a year less or even around that mark, You're still

going to have a lot of these ideas.

And I'm going to tell you right now that if you want to be a millionaire, you can't do

it and make room for this ideas.

So the weird thing here is that the questions is are these truth or are these opinions?

And I'd tell you right now that I believe in truth with the capital T but then there's

also truth with the lower case t.

And a lot of that is really...that's just another word for opinion.

Making money is hard.

I'm going to tell you right now, you're wrong!

For some people, for me, I'm like, "what the heck are you talking about?"

But if someone has a job at fast food and they can get another job or maybe they're

struggling to college so their not going to get a degree.

For that person, the idea, if they believe money is hard, they've already set a financial

ceiling of what's possible for them.

They're never going to be a millionaire, absolutely not.

The pathway to becoming a millionaire when you have this crappy mindset, Dude , it sucks!

It would be massive hard work.

Saving almost everything.

Living in impoverished and maybe 50 years later, you'd have a million bucks.

But you'll hate the journey of getting in there.

When you got it, it's not like you're going to spend it.

Because you have spent training yourself of how you can be that dude, that woman, that

person.

So, if you want to know how to overcome this obstacles, you need to sit down and get very

conscious about what your belief system is going to be.

In fact, what of the things that I would recommend you to do, is go to amazon and get my book,

it's called Limitless.

I spent a lot of hours and a lot of money putting together the top limiting financial

beliefs.

Hundreds of them.

And then what I did is I wrote them out and then I gave you the positive affirmation.

That book right there that you can pick up for next and nothing, it is worth it's way

in gold.Because I've already given you the mindset of the multibillionaire and how they're

thinking.

Now, I'm not a billionaire yet because that takes time to just state and comment to creation.

But I'm not telling you that the rate that I growing in making money is it a possibility

for me?

Absolutely, it's a possibility for me and frankly it can be for you.

It all comes down to your thinking.

So let's look at these ideas here.

Making money is hard.

Is that really true?

And some of you I'm sorry, you're going to watch this because I'm like, poking the berry

like "of course it's true!"

Do you think it's true for everybody?

Do you think it's true for Bill Gates or Warren Buffett?

Do you think that's really true?

Do you think it's really true for the capital T like for all people it's hard?

Of course not.

No one could agree with that.

Don't subscribe if you're not jamming on this one, okay?Subscribe if you like it.

This is just an opinion and it's popular.

Do you really ant to go with the popular vote even if it's a sucky vote?

Even if it's a sucky vote?

I would say no.

So when I was really young, I just decided to go with a different idea.

Making money is easy.

Now did that all of a sudden make it easy?

No.

Guess what a mind does that believes that.

It starts looking for oh, here's a hard way, here's a less hard way here.

Guess what the mind will going to tell you to run with?

The less hard way.

When I started doing real estate investing, I started asking myself this question, of

what's the strategy that takes the least time, money and effort?

And the least risk.

And makes the most of money.

Well, guess what I was doing?

I was creating a filter.

Which meant that I would remove everything for my perception.

It was hard, heavy and difficult.

Next one.

Money is bad.

Is that really true by the way?

My personal experience is that money is a magnifier.

If people make bad choices with money, then when they have a lot more money, they'll probably

make worst choices.

You had other people like Mother Theresa.

When she left this planet, she left this massive financial legacy that still benefiting the

world today.

What I am telling is that yes, if you want to find examples of people that are bad with

money, but also find people that are good with money.

You'll find both.

And who cares about trying to come up with an absolute idea for everyone.

The reality is both existence can't be true.

What is true is that some people are good with it an d some people are and with it.Some

people do good.

Some people do bad.

The question is are you and what are you going to do?

I made a choice.

Money is good.

With money, I can do good things.

With money I can bless people, with money I can take care of my family, with money I

can take trips, with money I can leave a legacy.

Those ideas have served me.

So I share them with you today and I invite you to try them on.

Here's the last one.

It takes money to make money.

Oh my gosh!

False, false, false, false.

If you want to believe that's true, then your mind can only perceive which opportunities?

The ones that require what?

Money.

But if you actually say, I can make money from nothing.

Just efforts, guess what opportunities you'll now be able to see than you couldn't before.

You open the door and the door will show you opportunities where effort is the exchange

of making money.

Do both opportunities exist?

Yes.

That's why this is false.

So instead the idea that serves me is that making is easy, money is good, with money

I do good things, and then it's easy for me to find ways of making money then don't take

money.

All I'm doing is controlling my perception.

You and I were perceiving billions of bits of information in every second.

Which one's are we actually seeing?

The ones that are directed by our beliefs.

All we've done today is talk about those beliefs.

Number 1 obstacle on becoming a millionaire, it's right there.

It's the obstacles that you've created that are in your way.

And no money making opportunity will free you of these ideas.

In the end, even if you do find an opportunity that makes some money, trust me it's a matter

of time before you lose it.

Because this what will prevail in the end.

If you really want to make money and you really want to get rid of the obstacles, don't look

at the opportunities, instead, start by looking at this and the way that it's trained and

then we train it.

Here's another belief for you.becoming a millionaire is easy.

All it takes is the right mindset and you got to be trained on that mindset.

I offer a special series of events that actually people will fly in town from all over the

world and spend 3-4 days with me so that I can actually get under the hood, take that

brain, give it a little good brainwash and actually help empower you with the mindset

Diet For A Dancer | What foods do Dancers Eat? How important is a balanced diet for a dancer ? - Duration: 2:03.

Namaskaar !

A diet for a dancer is something that we all

need to ponder on .As dancers

there are certain requirements that the body has.

So, we must have a balanced diet .

Having said that ,

I personally believe that you should eat

everything that the country offers you .

Just be careful of

what you are eating ,

how much you are eating ,

and when you are eating !

Once you know your metabolic rate

get that sorted out first and then

place the food according to that .

As the sun goes down or the

day is coming to a completion

try and avoid very high carbohydrate foods.

Also, if you add in an element of

proteins and replace the carbs with

the protein , it might be easier for you .

Why do we need so much of carbohydrate?

well, we all know that carbohydrates are slow energy

releasing foods & as dancers, we need

that energy !

Also as dancers we need a lot of protein.

Why ? Because when we are dancing

many a times we are

destroying certain cells & we are

repairing certain cells & for that

we need the protein !

So a balance between the protein

and the carbs has to be maintained .Personally,

i have all my carbs till mid -day

and then more of proteins, post

mid-day .

Yes , keep a balance between the vegetables & the fruits

They will add to you .

Make sure your water intake is balanced too

You are hydrated ,and you are ready

for good creative work on the dance floor

whether its in the studios or on the stage .

30-Year Vs. 15-Year Mortgage - What's Best? - Duration: 3:21.

Do you favor a 30-year fixed amortizing mortgage or a 15-year fixed amortizing mortgage?

Well, I always prefer the 30. I'm going to tell you why.

Hi, I'm Keith Weinhold, host of the long-running "Get Rich Education" podcast.

I'm also a writer for Forbes and the Rich Dad Advisors.

I used to think 15s were better than 30s, in fact I used to have a 15 on my own home,

but I've since learned better, and I've only used 30-year fixed amortizing

loans for both my primary residence and for my income properties.

Look, someone with the 15-year loan can point out "I can show you right here all the interest

that I'm saving," and they're absolutely right, they are saving an interest

expense, but what that person fails to consider is the fact that it's not that simple.

Instead, if you invested the difference between the lower 30-year

payment and the higher 15-year monthly payment, and you turned around and

invested that in more income property, you're almost always going to be

substantially further ahead than you would be with the 15-year loan.

Additionally, the 15-year doesn't give you any flexibility. You must continue to

make that higher payment. What if you lose your job? Well, like I said you must

continue to go ahead and make that higher payment. So, the 30-year

gives you greater flexibility, and it gives you greater cash flow - you have more

discretionary income every month to do what you want to do with it.

Additionally, on your income properties oftentimes with the 15-year loan it won't provide

you with any cash flow, but with a 30-year loan and its lower payment

now you have greater cash flow. You are after creating income streams for yourself,

not creating bank servitude for yourself. So, keep that in mind when you compare the

30-year versus the 15-year loan, because what is visible in savings in the 15-year

that's something, but what is not visible is the investment gain and the

flexibility that you would have with the difference. So, consider the 30-year loan.
