Vince McMahon UNHAPPY With Roman Reigns Reaction! WWE Want HEEL TURN?! WrestleTalk News May 2018 - Duration: 4:28.
Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News - I'm Oli Davis.
WWE Toothers There are many unanswered mysteries in the
WWE.
Who threw the pie at Kevin Owens?
How big is Batista's *ahem* Batista Bomb, his finishing move, his Deacon, you catch
my drift?
And who really is Byron Saxton?
The truth is surely out there.
But the tooth… is currently getting knocked out of everyone's faces.
How's that for a segue!
After Cesaro's brutal uppercut on Xavier Woods from this week's SmackDown left the
New Day member with one hole and two partials in his tongue, now Charlotte Flair appears
to have lost a few gnashers in her house show match against Carmella in Germany last night.
In celebrating after the match, Charlotte posed with a fan at ringside, but covered
her mouth saying "I can't take a picture I lost my teeth".
Charlotte is racking up the injuries, as the Wrestling Observer Newsletter have confirmed
she's been working through a ruptured implant since before WrestleMania - for which she'll
reportedly have time off for following WWE's European tour.
Vince McMahon On Roman Reigns Backlash Last Sunday saw WWE put on one of their worst
pay-per-views in recent times, the ironically named Backlash.
Ironic because WWE's booking prompted a very real crowd backlash as the audience chanted
against the show's Roman Reigns Vs Samoa Joe main event and walked out on the match
early.
According to WrestlingNews.co, however, everything backstage was totally fine… totally, totally
fine.
- as a source apparently told the site about the fans walking out:
"Vince McMahon no sold it backstage and he chalked it up to the show running late
until 11:30.
Fans wanted to beat the traffic and kids needed to go to school on Monday.
Simple as that.
If Vince was upset he sure didn't show it backstage.
He wasn't expecting this massive face reaction in the New York market.
It was business as usual and it didn't seem to bother him."
This is directly contracted, however, by the Twitter account Slice Wrestling - which has
previously broken details on the Jey Uso arrest back in January, and the first to reveal backstage
talks about Ronda Rousey main eventing next year's WrestleMania.
They have a decent track record, which means their version of events backstage at Backlash
should be taken with… less salt, I suppose?
Oh wait, no - they've capitalised every word, which means this is all totally true
"Vince McMahon Was Not Happy About Large Groups Of The Audience Walking Out Of #BackLash
During The Roman Match As He Values The New York/New Jersey Crowd More Than Any Other.
This Was Said To Be A Big Eye Opener To Vince McMahon On The Current State Of The WWE Product"
Which gives context for Slice Wrestling's next tweet.
You know what's coming.
The thing we've been waiting for for about five years…
WWE Want Roman Reigns Heel Turn?
A Roman Reigns heel turn!
"Report: WWE Officials View Turning Roman Reigns Heel As A Last Option In Their Attempts
To Push His Character.
If All Else Fails The WWE Universe Could See Roman Win The WWE Championship And Then Turn
Into A Mega Heel To Begin Programs With The Top Faces On #RAW"
Again, written with every word capitalised.
Boy, they are confident.
Roman has just entered a feud with Jinder Mahal on Raw, though, and live event advertisements
have the two programmed against each other through July.
It's unlikely that Reigns will be turning heel on the already heel Jinder - that's
only a double turn that works in Canada - so the next opportunity for a Roman heel champion
would be following Brock Lesnar's next rumoured title defence at Summerslam.

Man Utd and Justin Kluivert WANT transfer after Ajax contract talks break down - Duration: 2:48.
Man Utd and Justin Kluivert WANT transfer after Ajax contract talks break down
The young talent and son of former Barcelona striker Patrick has built a strong reputation for himself in the Eredivisie.
Kluivert's stock has risen in the Netherlands after an impressive season with Ajax.
The 19-year-old forward, who prefers to play from the left, has 10 goals and five assists in 30 league appearances.
But Ajax are not ready to break the bank to keep Kluivert long term it seems.
According to The Guardian, discussions over a new deal have not gone well after the Dutchman demanded to become the club's highest-paid player.
"Jose Mourinho, who coached dad Patrick at the Nou Camp, is targeting him" Kluivert is represented by super-agent Mino Raiola and has asked for £1.3m a year, as well as a proportion of any future transfer fee.
Ajax, though, will not give any player more than £880,000 a year (€1m), which has led Kluivert to ask for a significant signing-on fee instead.
No agreement is forthcoming and a sale is looking more likely with his current contract expiring in 2019.
United have been linked with a swoop for Kluivert and The Guardian add Jose Mourinho, who coached dad Patrick at the Nou Camp, is targeting him.
Barcelona and Roma are other possible destinations, but it is said Kluivert favours Manchester United.
Should the Netherland international join ahead of the 2018/19 campaign, it will cast even greater doubt surrounding the future of Anthony Martial in Manchester.
The France international, 22, has fallen down the pecking order and Kluivert would only offer more competition for a place.

Top 5 Wednesday Rewind: Books I Want to Reread [CC] - Duration: 8:01.
Hey everybody, it's Anna, and welcome back to my booktube channel. This week is Top
Five Wednesday, da-da-da-da-dah! If you are new to Top 5
Wednesday, I will go ahead and link the Goodreads group downstairs in the
description box for topics and such. This month we are currently in the midst of a
Top 5 Wednesday Rewind-- [sings] I remember that book, I might just remember that book for
the rest of my days-- so many feels. Anyways, we are in the midst of a Top 5
Wednesday Rewind edition because our lovely moderator Sam is in the middle of
moving and graduating from graduate school and big life updates, so basically
what that means is that this month, we are going to be doing some topics from
previous months. And it's up to our discretion which ones we decide that we
want to do, so I decided to go with a topic from-- when was this?-- November 2016,
which is books that I want to reread, because this year I have set us a goal
for myself that I really want to reread a lot of old favorite books. So we will
go ahead and begin with what I have currently been rereading, and this is
kind of cheating because it isn't just one book, it's seven books, but that's the
Chronicles of Narnia series by CS Lewis. Now this might show up again in the
books that I've changed my mind about because I have really complex feelings
about this series. I read them as a child, I loved them as a child, but since
growing up and having like a really complicated relationship with like
religion and faith and all of that sort of thing, these books have kind of taken
up some weird real estate in my mind, where I still really really like them
for what they are, but I have a lot of problems with them that I didn't think
about when I was reading them as a kid. And this is my first time rereading the
whole series since I was a kid. I've reread individual books but never the
whole series, so eventually I'll probably make an entire video about that, but that
is not today. Okay, the next book is one that I've read pretty recently and
that is "Persuasion" by Jane Austen. I believe
I've read this book about twice before. The first time I thought it was okay; the
second time I was kind of blown away by how awesome it is!
This is Jane Austen's final novel. It's considered the most autumnal of her
novels, written kind of towards the end of her life, and is about this woman, Anne
Eliot, who is no longer really young. Granted, this is in the 19th century, so
being past your prime means you're like 28 or something like that, but yeah she's
kind of considered to not be a youthful woman anymore, and she had her chance at
true love, but she was persuaded out of it by a well-meaning but ultimately
misguided relative who thought that she would be better off trying to marry
somebody who would give her more like prestige and material goods instead of
love. And this is the story of what happens when she is reunited with that
old flame that she turned down all those years ago. This is a really great book.
I think it's a really underrated Jane Austen novel, and I'm excited to reread
it. Okay, next up is another classic, and this one it's been a little bit longer
since I've read, and that is "Little Women." I have this absolutely gorgeous Penguin
in Bloom edition of it, and this is a thick book! How many pages is this? This
is like a thousand-page book-- Oh 777, plus extra materials. It's been a while since
I read this book, but in case you're not familiar with it, it is the story of four
sisters: Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy. All with very different and sometimes clashing
personalities, coming of age and growing up together during the Civil War period,
and this follows the story of their lives, especially Jo, who is kind of the
main character of the book, as she's kind of struggling with the strictures that
are placed on women of her day and she really tries to fulfill her ambitions of
becoming a famous writer. This is a charming book. It's another book that my
feelings toward it have kind of changed the older I've gotten. Some of the more
moralizing aspects of it seem really silly now reading it as an adult, but
then I just remember the fact that Louisa May Alcott actually just wrote it
that way because that was what her publisher thought
would sell the most and make her the most money, and she really liked writing
smut, so whenever I'm just like, oh this gets to treacly for me, I just try to
remember that Louisa May Alcott was doing this somewhat tongue-in-cheek. I'm
sure that like the sisterly relationships part was very sincere, but
come on: anybody who can write an Amy can't be this sappy and treacly all the
time! Okay, and then these next two books are books that I actually read last year,
but I enjoyed them so much that I wanted to read them again. The first one is
"Queens of Geek" by Jen Wilde. Jen Wilde's second book, which is called "The Brightsiders"
comes out on May 22nd I believe, so maybe I'll try and like read
this as a companion. Like, reread this as a companion when the new book comes out.
But this is the story of-- let's see-- yeah, let me just go ahead and read you the
blurb because it's been a little while since I read it and I don't want to give
misinformation. I'll give first impressions. [reads] "Charlie likes to stand out.
She's a vlogger and actress promoting her first movie at Super Con, and this is
her chance to show fans she's over her public breakup with co-star Reese Ryan.
Then when internet famous cool girl actress Alyssa Huntington arrives,
it seems Charlie's longtime crush on her isn't as one-sided as she thought. Taylor
likes to blend in. Her brain is wired differently, making her fear change, and
there's only one thing in her life she thinks will never change: her friendship
with her best guy friend Jamie, no matter how much she may secretly want it to. But
when she hears about a fan contest for her favorite fandoms, she starts to
rethink her rules on playing it safe." So this is a really awesome like LGBT
positive and focused romance. There's like really good bi representation
in here. I think it's a great novel about fandom, about like the
power of geekery and conventions and the fun that you can have with those.
I actually read this book before going to my first convention, and it just got me
like even more excited and hyped up to go to that. And then the final book, which
I swore that I really wanted to just reread it as soon as I finished it, but I
needed some time to recover, is "Six of Crows" by Leigh
Bardugo. I was especially reminded that I want to reread this book because Leigh
just recently got the cover reveal for her new book, "King of Scars," which I
believe is coming out in 2020. It's gonna be so long to wait! But luckily she's
written five, six? Six including the short story collection, aha! Six other books
that I can read while I'm waiting for "King of Scars" to come out. "Six of Crows,"
to put it in one sentence is a story about a group of unlikely misfits turned
friends, maybe some of them are little friendlier than others!, that get
recruited to perform the heist of the century, the year, the Millennium, that
nobody else can pull off except for them and what they find there. And I will just
leave it at that. If you like stories about suspense and friendship and you
like shipping and you just like having your heart smushed and gushed into a
million tiny pieces while you read, you should really read "Six of Crows." Yep.
that's all I'm gonna say about it before I start getting too emotional again, but
I really freakin freakin love this book! It's wonderful. So those are all of the
books that I am looking forward to rereading. I will hopefully get to all of
them this year. Leave a comment downstairs if you'd like to talk about
any of these books with me. Thank you all so much for watching, and I'll see you in
the next one. Bye!
