HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE SALSA 💗 JUSTICE - Duration: 2:11.

Hi, I'm Girl With Heart Ambassador Sage.

Today, I'm going to be making pineapple salsa.

To make pineapple salsa, here's what you're going to need.

Half a red onion, half a green pepper, half a red pepper.

Four Roma tomatoes, two and a half cups of pineapple.

You can also used canned, but I recommend using fresh.

And half a cup of cilantro.

To start building your pineapple salsa,

you'll want to put your pineapple in a bowl.

Then, you'll want to put your tomatoes in there.

Then, your peppers.

And red onion.

And I forgot to mention,

you'll want to chop up your cilantro and put it in there.

You'll also need three halves of a lime.

So one and a half limes.

You'll also need a little bit of salt.

And if you're feeling extra spicy,

then you can add a little bit of diced jalapeno to it.

So now you want to mix your salsa.

It will be very pretty.

Now we have our salsa.

I decided to make a chili lime chicken taco.

Looks delicious doesn't it?

How to make a lemon yoghurt cake - Duration: 1:47.

Lemon yoghurt cake.

First heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Grease and line a 10cm x 22cm loaf pan,

allowing the two long sides to overhang.

This helps get the cake out of the pan once it is cooled.

Use an electric mixer to beat the butter, sugar and grated lemon rind

in a bowl until pale and creamy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time.

Stir in half the flour until just combined.

Then stir in the yoghurt.

Stir in the remaining flour,

followed by the milk.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan

and smooth the surface.

Then bake for 55 minutes.

To test if the cake is cooked, insert a skewer into the centre.

It should come out clean.

Set aside in the pan for 10 minutes,

then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

To make the lemon icing,

sift the icing sugar into a small bowl.

Stir in the lemon juice.

You want just enough to make a runny paste.

To make the topping,

combine the lemon zest and the caster sugar in a small bowl.

Spoon the lemon icing over the top of the cooled cake

and spread to the edge.

Now sprinkle with the lemon topping.

Set aside for the icing to set,

then cut into slices.

This cake is perfect with a cup of tea.

make a really really nice and healthy recipe grilled salmon and grilled vegetable

it's extremely healthy easy to make and the ingredient are simple so first of all

make sure you get wild lemon stay away from farm-raised salmon and for

the vegetable just chose the vegetable that you guys prefer let's start

together I'm gonna use so we're gonna need the black pepper some lemon

seasoning some I have here mixed herbs and some crushed red pepper and some

garlic powder so I did put a little bit of each of these herbs here and I'm

gonna make sure you add also some olive oil and some lemon juice and let it sit

for at least fifteen minutes so we need to give some time to the salmon to

absorb all the flavor ; some olive oil and then to the grill we don't want to waste

so I did put our sockeye Salmon on the grill so I'm gonna start adding all our

vegetable here you're gonna mix well and then we're gonna add the vegetable to

the grill also make sure you flip your vegetable on both side like in the video so it is grilled on both side

our grill the sockeye salmon is ready with grilled vegetable it looks really

really good then it tastes really really good also hope you guys try it please

BEST WAYS To Make Artwork For Your Font - Illustrator Typography Tutorial - Duration: 10:49.

what is up people welcome back to Satori graphics home of design content

right here on YouTube he's typography Tuesday the series we're

bringing you guys a graphic design tutorial or a video every single Tuesday

that's based around typography design if you want to skip the intro moved the

timecard in the corner to jump right into today's tutorial now last week on

typography Tuesday's I showed you guys my new fun I made myself script Satori

and also showed you how to use font self to actually generate a font file of um

artwork but today I'm going to show you guys how to make the artwork itself with

two different methods in Adobe Illustrator so follow along and jump

into my tutorial today here at typography Tuesday on how to design your

artwork for your very own font in two different methods

this is the first method of creating your very entire graph you are working

in the ability straighter in involves the use of a Wacom tablet or any drawing

tablet for that matter if you don't have a drawing table where you simply don't

want to listen to this method skipped the timecard in the corner for the

second method in today's tutorial you want to plot the rule is to access the

guides and to do this press command will control I and then simply drag the

guides down to fit your hand lettering topography into you can adjust the color

of your guides as well as them being dots or lines in the illustrator

preferences right here if you right to control click the artboard you can lock

and hide the guides if you feel that you need to we are going to be creating a

calligraphy brush for a typography artwork so go ahead and open up the

brushes window here a lot of these settings will be personal preference to

you and your hand lettering for the third and final setting should be set to

pressure so when you press harder on the drawing tablet the line will become

thicker this is essential for some quality hand lettering typography

artwork now these settings might take some time

to experiment with and to get right when you already take the tablet pen and

start drawing your lettering between the guides if you feel this headings are not

right go into the brushes window and double click the brush here

you can then adjust the settings and once you're ready apply them to the

current stroke I will just draw some more hand lettering to show you how the

Tidy of the letters after generating them I forgot to bring down the guide

with the ascender which will represent the higher stretch our letters like

before you can write or control click to hide unlock or lock the guides your

lettering is now a stroke instead of a vector path and if you want to edit the

lettering fully we want to outline the stroke which will enable us to

manipulate the data path once you have outlined the stroke you'll probably see

overlapping areas on your typography artwork which needs to be tidied up

simply access the Pathfinder window and then use the align option on each

individual letter secondly we can go into the simplify option here and click

preview to see real-time changes it's always better to have a little anchor

points as possible on your typography whilst keeping the general shape of your

lettering

press a on your keyboards access a direct selection tool which would allow

you to move anchor points around and stretch out the handles furthering your

manipulation of your typography people have asked me how do I get large anchor

points well if you have illustrator CC you can adjust the size of our anchor

points in the preferences which can be very handy indeed

lastly the amazing smooth tool be very handy indeed for you to edit typography

you need to locate the smooth tool and then select the lettering with the

selection tool and then click back onto the smooth tool carefully smoothing out

the lettering or click an anchor point over and over again take your time to

utilize these techniques to make your very own typography artwork in the

illustration so that was the first method on how you can design artwork for

your very own font using a debut illustrator we're going to be going into

the second method now and also let me know in the comment section below which

one these methods you find more useful and which one do you think you'd use to

graphic design content the second method of making your very own typographic

artwork uses a pen tool I'm going to show you how to create fluid and

professional typography using the pen tool to begin you might want to maybe

draw out your typography onto a sheet of paper then scan or snap a picture and

upload it to illustrator as a template to do around for the purposes of today's

video let's say this letter on screen here is actually something I created and

mocked up onto paper and uploaded its illustrator

you can of course these image trace function but I feel it's very useful to

know how to use the pen tool in a professional way to make typography

here I have a calligraphy style letter locked down as a template to draw around

you can press ctrl or command I to open up the rulers and then we need to use

vertical horizontal guides the place just where the letter touches when we

use the pen tool we can use the tricks and techniques that we've just covered

at 90 degrees angles but never use 45 degree for typography I will show you

what I mean now so carefully place your guides just touching the letter 90

degree angles

with the pen tool click but with Alt + Shift held down and then drag our handle

in the direction that you want to head

never bring the handle pass you're posing guide so in this point here I

will not move it pass to guide on the right you now have a curve line to which

you can move to the next point hold down shift M if you click and drag to make

the handles keeping things in 90 degrees angles the entire time we can use alt to

adjust the handle curves taking our time to be precise with everything shifts

will help keep things level also from the new point to repeat the process of

holding down alt and shift together and then drag our handle and then make the

new point if you carry on with this technique carefully you'll be able to

draw out perfectly smooth and crisp lines using the pen to an illustrator

it does take some time to get used to but it is the most methodical and best

way to work with a pencil when creating lines illustrator especially for

typography such as this practice this technique and master the pencil with

typography

so there is today's video on two different ways that you can make your

very amar work for a fun design using a de Beulah straighter i showcase to you

two different techniques today but which one did you think was the more useful

and a more practical method for making a font using euro my work for me

personally i prefer just to get out the Wacom tablet and just freehand draw and

then take the tools from Adobe Illustrator to kind of smoothing

everything out and finalize it but this is a contrast to how I used to be I used

to actually like to draw my font out on paper then you know as I showed you

upload it to illustrator and then use the pen tool to go over it you know I do

think you have mastered the pen tool to actually do that method I don't know

we're not all amazing at using the pen tool I know I certainly wasn't for a

very long time so that's why I showed you two methods today in satara graphics

typography Tuesday's video I'm actually working on my subscription-based website

annual fee but it's going to be courses graphic design vectors it available for

Eggs Bell Pepper Cabbage Filling Sandwich | Easy to make | Light & Delish - Duration: 5:52.

For the bell pepper and cabbage filling

we need bell peppers

cut into thin strips

Thinly sliced cabbage

I'm using red cabbage because I had it at home

you could use the green cabbage instead

Sliced onions

and some chopped garlic.

So heat some oil in a pan

add in the onions

Cook them

Till they are lightly coloured

This will take a few minutes.

The onions are light pink in colour now.

We'll add in the bell peppers

Stir fry

for a minute or two

They'v released their aroma

so I'll just add in

the cabbage

and the garlic

season it with salt

and some white pepper powder

Adding some Worchester sauce

also called Worcestershire sauce

It is loaded with flavor

and my favorite

light soy sauce

Remember light soy sauce is quite salty

That's why I added less salt

in the first place

we can always adjust it later a

Minute or two more for this to get done

That looks lovely!

Add in some tomato ketchup

That looks ready to me

The cabbage has wilted

but the bell peppers

are still crunchy

and this is the right moment

to turn off the heat

We'll let the filling cool down to room temperature

Let's prepare a simple salad

some sliced cucumber

sliced tomato

Few pickled olives

some sprouts

Keep it in the fridge

till it's time to dress it up.

I'm using a garlic loaf to make the sandwich

and I am expecting to get 3

regular size

or two large sandwiches from it

using a knife

Just slit it

open lengthwise

There you go

To make the sandwich

we will also require

Some lettuce leaves

sliced tomatoes

and sliced boiled eggs

If you want you can grill the bread,

but I'm leaving it plain today

some butter

Don't be shy of it

that's where the taste lies really

use any butter you want or margarine whatever you like

Now for some mayonese

you can use any mayonnaise you like

eggless with eggs, flavored,

Anything will do

home made, store bought

spread it out

Add in the bell peppers and cabbage filling

Please the sliced eggs

slice the loaf in half

Please the tomato slices

This half

I plan to leave it open

so I am placing the slices of tomatoes here

Season with a bit of salt

And some white pepper powder

The sandwich is ready

That's out of the fridge.

We'll dress it with some olive oil

This is extra-virgin olive oil

Salt

White pepper powder

honey, or maple syrup

just a few drops

and some lime juice

I'll dress it with my fingers

That looks nice and lovely

Let's get in our serving tray

To make it interesting

serve the salad

in a lettuce leaf cup

DIY Summer Magnets | How To Make Magnets For a Fridge or a Locker - Duration: 3:55.

Hey whats up you guys? My name is Emily and in this video I'm going to show you

how to make summer magnets in three different ways.

Lets get on with the video!

For the first magnet, you want to get a piece of cardboard

and you want to draw out a Popsicle on the cardboard.

Then you want to cut it out.

When you're done cutting it out you can paint the Popsicle

any color that you want and you want to wait for it to dry.

When the paint is dry, you can get a Popsicle stick

and if you need you cut the stick so it can fit onto the Popsicle.

I cut my Popsicle stick with wire cutters but you could just break it with your hands.

Then you can glue the stick onto the back of the Popsicle

and then you can glue a magnet on the back.

If you want you can paint a face onto the Popsicle

and you can tie a bow out of ribbon and glue a bow onto it.

For the second magnet, you want to roll out one or more colors of Polymer clay

that's similar to any color of fruit in between two pieces of parchment paper.

You can also use wax paper.

Then you want to cut the shape of the fruit

that you want to make out of the clay

and make sure it's bigger than the magnet your going to use.

I made a strawberry so I made the fruit out of red clay and the leaves out of green clay.

When you're done cutting out your fruit you can smooth out the edges with your finger.

Then you can attach any details like the leaves to the fruit.

When you're done with your fruit

you can lay it out on a piece of tin foil or a piece of parchment paper

on a baking tray and then you can put your clay onto it.

Then you can bake the clay at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

You do want to check the clay's instructions before baking the clay.

When the clay is done baking, you want to take the clay

out of the oven and you want wait for it to cool off.

When the clay has cooled off you can paint more details onto the fruit.

I used a pencil as a paintbrush to paint the yellow seeds onto the strawberry.

When the paint is dry or when the clay has cooled off

you can glue on a magnet onto the back.

For the last magnet, you want to draw a image of anything that you want onto a piece of paper

and you want to make sure you make it big because your image will shrink.

Then you can trace the image on a piece of Shrinky Dink plastic with a permanent marker.

You can also color the image now or you can wait until after baking it.

When you're done tracing your image you can cut it out.

When you're done cutting it out you want to put onto a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil.

Then you can put it in the oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit

and wait for the plastic to curl

and flatten back out and wait 30 more seconds

until taking the Shrinky Dinks out of the oven.

Make sure you check the Shrinky Dink instructions before baking.

When you're done baking your Shrinky Dinks you can take it out of the oven

and then you can quickly flatten the plastic with a piece of cardboard.

When the Shrinky Dink has cooled off you can paint it.

When the paint is dry you can glue a magnet on the back.

and that's how you make these summer magnets!

How to make a T-shirt for my body and draw pattern. [sewingtimes] - Duration: 8:47.

I'll show you how to make a t-shirt for my body.

How to draw a pattern is in the second half of this video.

First, copy the pattern onto the fabric.

Modify the neckline down 2cm to attach the ribbing.

Measure the length of the modified neckline.

The seam of the hem is 2cm and the seam of others is 1cm.

Copy the sleeves pattern.

The seam of the hem is 2cm and the seam of others is 1cm.

Calculate the neck ribbing as follow.

Width: (Around the front neck + Around the back neck) * 2 * 0.8 + seam. Length: Width of the ribbing(2cm) * 2 + seam.

Stitch shoulder seams.

Top stitch shoulder line.

Stitch side seams.

Join ends of the sleeves band to form closed loop.

Turn inside out sleeves.

Overlap sleeves and arm hole.

Set in sleeves.

Join ends of the ribbing band to form closed loop.

Press seam allowances fold.

Mark the fourth quarter of the ribbing and neckline.

Keep the pin in line with the quarter point.

Stretch the ribbing and stitch along neckline.

Press hem allowances to inside and stitch within 1.5cm.

The basic style T-shirt has been completed.

I'll show you how to draw patterns easily and simply.

6cm is adjustable because it is spare.

The length of the T-shirt can also be adjusted as desired.

The neckline is adjustable.

Cut the back neckline.

Cut the front neckline.

8cm( length of the sleeves ) is adjustable.

The top shows the curve that goes out, and the bottom shows the curve that goes in.

Now you can make different styles of T-shirts if you transform this pattern.

demo video today and you can get a little bit, well I know I can, it's

possible to get over worried about whether you're doing make one in the

right way and there are more ways of making one stitch if you're in the

middle of a row you need to increase and you can make them look fancy and make it look

interesting but if you're just starting out. But if you're a beginner knitter

basically need one technique and I'm going to show you that today. I'm going

to show you how to do it make one while you're knitting. Alright, let's get to it

so I'll show you how we increase and by increasing stitches usually you will

have in the pattern the abbreviation m1 which means make one so here we go I'm

going to knit to the three stitches and then I'm going to show you this little

loop here which sits in between the two stitches from the previous row so that

little step of the ladder there and you want to look at this ladder and put it

on your needle on your left hand needle so from the front you move your left

hand needle over that and then you put your right hand needle into the back of

that stitch so effectively you can see that we're actually

twisting that and once you knit it you can see that you've got a twisted stitch

there you've twisted that little step , that first step of the ladder and you've

knitted it. If you continue to knit, if I just do a few more stitches you will see

that that looks neat there in between those first three and the last three

stitches you can see that little one that we've made there well I hope that

was helpful for you just a demonstration about increasing your stitches if you're

a beginner knitter this is really the only technique and you need to learn to

How to Make Your Ex Miss You and Want You Back (Without Using BS Mind Games) - Duration: 9:05.

Hey there, it's Clay with modernlove.life and this is Relationship Inner Game.

Now in this video I'm going to tell you what it takes to make your ex miss you.

OK?

And when I say how to make your ex miss you, what I mean is how to actually make your ex

genuinely miss being with you.

I'm not talking about like weird little mind games and text message stuff that like a 13

year old middle school kid would do or something like that.

I'm talking about like what it takes to actually have like a real relationship with your ex

so they miss interacting with you so they want to get back together with you.

And so that the two of you can have a good strong chance at having a strong flourishing,

successful relationship in the long run.

OK?

So don't expect any BS mind games or anything like that from here on out for this video.

But what's important to realize is that the reason your ex would miss you if they were

going to miss you is because being together with you felt better than being apart from

you and if your ex broke up with you, then at some point they thought that being a part

from you felt better than being together with you.

So you're going to have to kind of turn things around if that's going to happen.

So how do you build these positive emotional connections with your ex so they actually

start to miss you.

So they actually start to associate positive things with being together with you and they

start to associate negative things from being a part from you.

And the answer to that is that you have to understand the complicated emotions that your

ax is going through during this whole breakup stage.

OK?

So in pretty much every breakup that I have observed after helping thousands of people,

I have seen a certain dynamic play-out about emotional reactance and emotional reactions.

Is this kind of resistance that you feel towards interacting with another person?

You know, maybe it's somebody that you don't particularly like or somebody that you think

might have a hidden agenda or an ulterior motive.

And so you just kind of shut down and want to pull away and back off or maybe even run

screaming towards the escape exit or something like that.

When you're kind of in this sort of a emotional state, and for better or worse, if your ex

broke up with you, they are at least feeling some degree of this emotional reactance when

it comes to interacting with you.

OK?

It could be extremely high, in which case your ex is just not responding to you.

They might not even want to talk to you.

They might just completely ignore your messages or, or not pick up the phone when you call.

It could be anywhere in between but we've actually identified five distinct individual

stages that your ex goes through on this journey towards being totally closed off to being

open and actually missing you and wanting to be in a relationship with you again.

So I just described the first one, the first stage of getting back together.

That's where your ex just won't even talk to you whatsoever.

We call that stage one the wall of reactance.

Now the second stage where you're their reactance is a little bit lower, but still pretty high.

That's called the test drive stage where your ex is going to give you one word responses.

They're not going to be really emotionally invested in the conversation.

They still will respond to you sometimes, but they're not going to be very involved

in the conversation.

You're going to have to do most of the lifting.

OK?

And when they're reacting is even a little bit lower, maybe around the 50 50 point you're

going to be at the third stage, which we call riding the dragon here.

Your ex is kind of waffling back and forth because sometimes they have mostly negative

feelings towards you.

Sometimes they have mostly positive feelings towards you, but again, it's just like, you

know, 51, 49, 51, 49, 51,49.

It's just, it's just like a little see-saw or a teeter-totter kind of balancing right

around that mid point, right?

Just a single grain of sand on one side or the other could be enough to shift the balance.

And so this is what we call riding the drag and this is the middle one and you'll experience

a lot of hot and cold behavior.

You'll experience a lot of mixed messages and it can be very frustrating if you don't

know what you're doing.

The fourth stage when your ex is reactance is quite low and their positive emotional

feelings for you are quite high.

We call this the crisis point and this is where your ex, is it could actually be trying

to actively discourage you from spending time with them or getting back together with you.

And the reason they do this is because they enjoy spending time with you, believe it or

not, but they are actually hesitant about continuing to do so because if they continue

to do so, they will have to directly confront any sort of obstacle or uncomfortable situation

that they might need to deal with in order to get back together with you.

This might be, you know, ending a rebound relationship or uh, maybe telling all their

friends and family that, hey, you know, yeah, we broke up a month ago, but now we're getting

back together, or something like that, right?

That can be a little bit embarrassing and they don't want to do that unless they're

absolutely sure that it's going to work.

So that's the crisis point.

And the fifth and final stage is when your ex's emotional reactance towards you is pretty

much zero and their positive feelings towards you are pretty much completely full.

OK?

And this is what we call new beginnings and this is where your ex would be very open to

discussing the idea of getting back together with you - very agreeable with it.

If, if you know, you did bring it up and although you'd really have to do, is just work together

with them to discuss strategies and ways that the two of you can be a more successful couple

and you can have a healthier, happier, more enjoyable relationship for both of you.

OK?

So in terms of how to make your ex miss you, you really need to take your ex on this journey

from wherever they may be at, you know, your ex may not be at of reactance to start out

with.

They might just start boom right there in the middle at Riding the dragon and then you

just have to kind of help move them through the stages from a, you know, in this case,

riding the dragon to crisis points to new beginnings.

But if your ex is way back there at wall reactance and you have a lot more work to do because

you've got to move them up from all reacting to test drive from test drive to writing the

dragon from riding the dragon to crisis point.

And then from crisis point to new beginnings.

So you have a little bit more work to do.

And by focusing on this emotional journey that they go through, that is how you get

your ex to miss.

You know, you might be wondering, how do I actually guide my ex on this emotional journey?

And the way that you do that is that you have to focus on the quality of the emotional connection

between the two of you.

You have to focus on that emotional connection because your ex's emotions are really what's

going to govern a their degree of emotional reactions or emotional positive feelings towards

you, and also their emotions are what is ultimately going to make them decide if they want to

be in a relationship with you again, so you have to stay laser focused in on that emotional

connection.

OK, now we have a lot of skills and strategies and exercises and tools that you can use to

really help your eggs.

Along this journey we call these advanced relational skills and what these are are certain

ways of being, certain ways that you can bring yourself to interactions with your ex that

will create a context for the two of you to have a much more rewarding, uplifting, and

connecting emotional experiences.

When the two of you are together, if you continue to use these advanced relational skills over

a period of time, what you'll see happen is that your ex's emotional reactions towards

you will decrease and they're positive emotions towards you will increase, OK, effectively

you will be moving your ex from the the, the earlier stages of getting back together like

wall reactants, test drive, writing the dragon and so forth, up through the other stages

to the point where they're actually at new beginnings.

OK, but you have to stay focused on the emotional connection.

Rockler Plywood Challenge / How To Make A Plywood Marking Gauge By BCDesign - Duration: 8:56.

hello and welcome to the BCDesign channel today I am going to be using this piece of plywood

to make a marking gauge the first step with this is to set your saw fence for

3/4" inch I'm going to do this by just using the piece of plywood as I know that is 3/4" of an inch

so this piece is going to be used as a centerpiece of the marking gauge it will

have a nail or a screw put through the end here to act as a scriber the next

piece I have to cut is a three inch square piece that will be used as the

fence for the marking gauge

this piece is gonna cut down into a three inch square piece and its going to act as

the fence for the marking gauge I'm just going to use my square to mark a

straight line at the edge of the piece of ply and I'll trim this off just so I

have a square edge and then I'll mark down another three inches and I'll cut

that off so I have my square fence piece that's going to be 3 inches x

3 inches

nice straight line now I need to measure down three inches

& cut the fence piece off

I've marked my centerpiece that's going to have the scribe on it marked at 10 inches and

I just have to cross cut that off

Now that I have my scribe piece cut and fence piece cut I am going to have

to mark out the fence so that I have the hole in the middle for the scribe to move

up and down I'm going to have to use some chisels and cut I so I know that

this piece is 3/4 inch of an inch square and this piece is three inches

square

I set my caliper for 1 1/8 inches I basically scribe a line along all four

edges and then you'll be left with the hole that you need to take out of the

center for this piece to slide through so I've marked the center piece that I

need to remove on both sides now so what I'm going to do is I'm going to start

chiseling from both sides so I'll meet in the middle and try and keep the hole

as square as possible

I finished off the hole Its not the best work I've ever done but it will

do for this project and it slides up and down the scribing peace perfectly so the

next thing I have to do is drill a hole to put this bolt in that will act as the

stop for the fence then I also need to drill a hole and put in a pin or a nail or

something to act as the scribe I need to make a knob that goes onto the bolt

that's going to be used to tighten the fence onto the scribe piece so what

I have to do now is just mark around the bottom of the bolt or the top

I should say

I just need to chisel a piece out and glue the bolt in I am just going to use a

few drops of a super glue and glue the bolt into place

and I'm going to set it aside and leave it to dry I'm going to trim it off

so I have a square knob try and keep the drill bit as straight as possible so

the handle will go in nice and straight

this is just a piece I have under need to stop tearing from the inside of the

fence so that's the hole for the bolt drilled

this is just little panel pin and I'm going to cut the top off and use it as the

scriber for the marking gauge I marked the center point near the tip of the

scribe where I'm going to drill the hole to put the panel pin into

add little bit of super glue to the end of the panel pin

add a drop to the hole shove it in

I think it works quite well so I'm going to call that a success that's the marking

gauge finished

feels like now imagine what if scenario is what is oh yeah now that you're

filled with all that hope and happiness about the upcoming event you're ready to

start preparing your homemade cupcakes let's get you started

now what you're gonna do is go out to your local supermarket or bakery and you

want to make sure you're filled with happiness and bliss during this entire

step to ensure that you easily and effortlessly attract the cupcakes made

somewhere with the most love following your local health and safety department

standards now you're ready to prepare your area you will need a hammer a

rolling pin decorative paper and a container to put the cupcakes on

before proceeding any further you're going to want to wash your hands to

ensure any remaining negativity is fully removed now prepare the decorative paper

by putting it in the packaging that you plan to bring the cupcakes into the

potluck if any negative feelings crop up here there is risk that the paper will

rip now start transferring the cupcakes from the container into their new

container to take with you to the party if negative feelings crop up during this

step what you want to do is push everything aside take one of the

cupcakes hit it with a hammer followed by a rolling pin roll over that and Nan

aggressively roll out those negative feelings if there is lack of

satisfaction still what you'll want to do is take one or up to five of the

cupcakes and eat them ensuring that you have enough left to take with you to the

party oh there is satisfaction restored now once feelings of satisfaction joy

bliss and happiness have been restored continue to transfer the cupcakes to the

new container once all cupcakes have been transferred gracefully cover them

with a lid and now they're ready to take with you to the potluck you'll want to

ensure you keep those feelings of happiness and bliss right up until the

party ends to ensure fabulous things happen to you

and that's how you make homemade cupcakes for a potluck you thought was
