this is going to be a crochet ball what type of animals or creatures will you

make out of your crochet ball I am using four ply yarn and a size H 5 millimeter

crochet hook take the loose end wrap it over your main strand now you have a

loop take the loop fold it over your main strand put your hook below the

center strand back up the opposite side this creates the slip knot work a chain

3 1 2 3 join with the beginning chain putting your hook right through the

first chain wrap the yarn over pull it through pull through the loop on your

all well and good of course which you need but what I'm gonna be talking about

today is the back end now no I'm not talking about parsa's I'm not talking

about booms or anything like that I'm talking about email marketing now if you

are not doing any email marketing in your Shopify store or you're not

collecting email addresses you are missing out on thousands absolutely

thousands and it actually worries me how many people are not doing this because

you're literally missing out on printing money which I like to call it printing

money so print money system okay but not to worry about it I'm gonna go over

things in today show you how I'm doing it and how you guys can do exactly the

same so again you can start literally getting this print money system in place

and start making more money with these stores so let's jump into the screen and

let's get right on with it okay so before we actually get into the details

of the Nigri of how to do things I sort of let everyone know about the giveaway

okay now obviously I like to walk the walk as well as just talking a talk

which you know not a lot of people like to do nowadays so as you can see here's

from campaigns here and if you go into Shopify if you're going to MailChimp

you'll be able to see this on your left hand side as soon as you literally log

in with your reports that so as you can see this is just a quick screenshot to

show the actual proof that the the emails that we sent last week with the

revenue that we generated as well so moving on one of the diseases talk about

the actual how we actually got to do this okay how it all works and how you

guys can do the same now I'm gonna jump into a top tip at the end so if you do

stay to the end follow all the instructions that I'm about to go over

then obviously you'll get my top tips at the end which is gonna be super

important to making sure that how you guys can literally replicate what I'm

doing so the first thing you need to be doing of course is connecting an email

client to your Shopify store now the two most common apps out there are MailChimp

and klaviyo I personally use MailChimp not for any specific reason I saw both

of them are really good at what they do klaviyo I think is a little bit more

expensive but you can do your research behind the both of them but they both

serve a purpose to send in emails in bulk to your your customers so either

all I generally use MailChimp now to install one of those literally you can

just go into the App Store and as you can see here's klaviyo

email marketing for Shopify and then obviously MailChimp you just go into the

App Store do a quick search and you'll be able to find the apps click get and

then be able to install it on your on your store so that's how to do that okay

that's the first thing you need to be doing is making sure you've got one of

those two in place okay so that you can actually start capturing emails and

start sending out some emails to your customers campaigns promotions and those

sorts of things next thing you need to be doing is making sure prior to all

this actually you need to make sure that you get this point

first which is make sure that the box is ticked in your check out second settings

I believe it is in my free course there'll be a link down below I'll go

through obviously how to set that all up so you had to set up you store it the

correct right way I've made this personally made this mistake before you

know I didn't have the Box tick so that the customer agrees to email marketing I

was making loads and loads and loads of sales they were all going into MailChimp

but they weren't active ready for me to send you know email campaigns to because

of course that box wasn't ticks meaning that of course they didn't agree to

email marketing so you know I wasn't necessarily allowed to send those people

email because they didn't agree to it so super important you made sure that you

ticked that box prior to installing one of these email clients or if you do it

before it doesn't make a difference as long as you've got that box ticked okay

like I said in the link down below to my free course you'll learn how to exactly

do that but it's in the checkout settings if you want to do it right with

right and now obviously then what you need to start doing is collecting emails

okay so how did you collect emails first thing you're gonna start collecting

emails from is obviously you buyers people who purchase from your store okay

so people come to your website purchase stuff their email will be captured okay

you can email you can market to those guys again and again and again provided

and of course they don't subscribe unsubscribe from your your emailing list

of course but there's other ways to actually collect emails as well

obviously when you do your when people come to the your website and put comes

to your website initiate check out but don't purchase

again you can capture those emails which automatically will be done we should be

able to again start sending people emails and stuff like that but there's

other ways so pop-ups is another great way so as long as they're not intrusive

people generally thought pop-ups were old school sort of thing but pop-ups do

work okay and you can obviously at the bottom of your your website as well have

a you know a sign up for you know exclusive discounts exclusive promotions

and all those sorts of things and start you know collecting emails that way well

there's a great app as well called we leo

which is a fantastic app and you know you may see it on a lot of Shopify

stores and how it works so if you just again go to the App Store and type in

wheely Oh that's how it's spelled click get it is a it does come at a cost but

you know it's great and how it works essentially in short is people come to

your website and then when they exit what happens is it springs up a little a

little wheel and it makes it interactive and fun so there'll be different things

on the wheel such as get 10% off get free shipping get whatever and people

can spin the wheel and whatever it lands on they then unlock that back reward

essentially so it's a great way to capture people after put in their email

address of course to play the game so that is a great app to use as well to

capture emails which again you can use to remote to send emails to keep making

and printing on that money okay so of course what you want to do is actually

then once you've got emails is start sending emails you know start sending

emails out to people now there's a few different types of emails that I

personally use ones it goes without saying discount emails okay so sending

emails to people which then represents a 10% off 20% off 30% off here's the

discount code all you've got to do literally is create discount code in

your Shopify store put it in the email make it look nice say you know 10% off

here's the code click to buy people can just go jump onto you store use the code

bingo while they've got a bargain now of course you can the amount per

cent you can vary the amount that you can put in there you know because of

course you're not having to factor in advert costs because you're not

factoring in advert cost Facebook or influencers or anything like that you

can you've got a more profit to play with so that's one thing that you can

use as one email another email is deal of the day okay which is again it is a

great one to use any certain products that you've got in any certain niches so

say for example you've got a product that was hot that's no longer hot

anymore and you some more of it or you've got new

products or something like that that you want to sell some more of again deal of

the day is a great email so literally for this email all you have to do is

create an email with just promote in one specific product to a certain niche so

let's say for example you've got a cat product to care new cat products or an

old cat product that you were selling which is no longer hot you want to sound

more of or you need that money all you've got to do is create an email say

here's the cat is the cat toy or whatever it is you know get 10% off

today only now that will be the discount all you don't even have to discount the

product just have the the product on your website discounted already at your

price and then people can just click on it they're not gonna know the difference

and they'll just purchase it because they feel that is a deal that they're

getting for a day okay for thirdly sorry is a free shipping offer very

self-explanatory of course it is literally get free shipping today so you

can literally create discount code and say you know what it'd be free ship or

get free ship today or you know ship to you whatever it may be okay create

discount code for free shipping people can then surely just go through the

email and collect that free shipping what I find personally is that people

will either be a discount person or a free shipping person okay you'll find

that sometimes you discount emails will work a lot better you'll find sometimes

free shipping emails will work a lot better okay so some of them will work

and it's always best to mix them up instead of just giving people a shedload

of discount emails or a shedload of free shipping emails mix and match them so

that of course you know people are getting different deals different weeks

within the month and stuff like that now my final email campaign he's product new

product arrivals because you're building an email list in a certain niche you

care let's say for example you're building I'm gonna go back to the cat

example okay let's say for example you've got a hot list of email buyers

okay or people who are initially at the checkout or just expressed an interest

in your store okay these people are all interested in that certain niche for

whatever reason it may be so any new product that you get ok capsule

cap ball cap whatever it may be ok the easiest people to promote you

firstly before you start sending adverts to Abdul paid traffic or anything like

that trying to acquire new customers all the time is the people that you've

already who already generated it interested in all you've already got

people first okay and when you have in slow months and all those sorts of

things this is the thing you need to be doing ok it's the back end email which

make you money and once you've acquired them you're not spending any additional

money to acquire new customers ok you can literally just send out emails to

these people and bank and that's what I person you do and that's what I want you

guys to start doing ok so now finally for my top tips ok my top tips so here

we go what you shoot to be doing what you need to be doing with these emails

okay is always put in a time constraint always put in a time constraint in these

emails okay so here's an example valid so when you do create discount code or

something like that okay that make sure you make it valid for X amount of time

so whether it be 24 hours or valid until X date you know because people it

creates urgency and people have a what we like to call a FOMO now the most

stands for fear of missing out people always have a fear of missing out on a

great deal ok so once you put in that you know that urgency in there by

setting that day in stone saying you know once this date has passed you can't

get this deal no more people's natural instincts kick in - then get hold of

that deal it's just human nature ok another fantastic one is which I like

to use is you know valid for the next hundred customers or valid for the next

50 customers or whatever it may be ok it doesn't have to literally be valid for

that amount you could have you know two thousand people purchase okay but say

that it's only valid for 50 people but no

know the difference of course but it gives that urgency and that's the most

important thing is setting that they set in that urgency in time and that

scarcity so that people generally think damn you know I need to get hold this

deal now or I'm gonna miss out or I'm gonna have to pay more which no one

likes pay more for anything who likes paying more for something when you don't

have to so you know that is my top tip so is anything you take away from this

video it is that now remember email marketing is not dead 100% not dead and

How to Make Easy Vegan Cheese - Duration: 7:50.

hello I hope you like my recipes for nuts and seed cheese's. I just want to give a

few tips to make these so you'll be successful as possible. The first tip is

to use agar agar powder. You can get agar agar in a block form or in flakes but

it's best to use the powder is this is the most potent form. Agar agar is just a

seaweed extract and it comes from the Malay word

agar which is the type of seaweed. It's quite common in Asian

cuisines and you can get it a lot cheaper in Asian shops then you can get

it in health food shops. Always use a pure agar agar powder. Also you need

to constantly stir for the 5 minutes to activate the agar agar. Do it in a figure

of 8 then 0 to stop any from sticking to the bottom of the pan. This

means it won't be incorporated into the mixture and then you won't have enough

agar agar to make the cheese set properly. The last step is to check the

taste of the mixture after blending. It should be a lot stronger than you want

because you're adding it to the agar agar that will water down by

over half so it should have quite a strong taste to it and if it isn't

really strong and salty then you do want to add a bit more salt or a bit more

smoked paprika or whatever to suit your fancy. Some people do have issues with this

called cheese as it isn't fermented and it isn't dairy but at the

end of the day it needs to be all cheese so that people know what it tastes like

and what it looks like. These recipes are great because they slice and great it's

a great alternative to normal cheese because sometimes when you want a vegan

cheese and you don't just want a mixture a source you want something you can

slice and have on a crack or something like that and this is a great

alternative to normal cheese and it's also unlike most vegan cheeses that are

full of unhealthy oils this has no added oil whatsoever and the only fat comes

from the nuts or seeds in the cheese. At the end of the day the word cheese has

changed over time I was looking at a Victorian book and that was calling

fruit jams fruit cheeses back then so seeing as it's always changed I don't

have any problem at all calling these cheeses also I'm base near cheddar

summerset the home of the cheddar cheese so my sunflower cheddar is probably a lot

more cheddar than lots of the other cheese's out there ;). I'm adding tumeric in

all these because I think a bit of spice from the cayenne pepper

really helps to elevate the flavor and tumeric is so nutritious and full of

good stuff anger is a golden flavor all that I add a pinch to most things. You

really don't taste either these on their own but you'll find to leave them out if

you don't have them or you don't like eat these tastes. I hope I've answered

G-day it's Lola berry here with my buddy guy I'm actually gonna teach you

a recipe which makes me a bit nervous because this one's the chef

extraordinaire this recipe is totally vegan it's a

basil pesto we're using the hemp seed oil YUM and the actual hemp seeds, the hulled

hemp seeds as-well. you gonna help me out yeah nice, you

can boss me around you tell me what to do. I get so scared because your the chef.

so about two tablespoons are going in here. Hemp oil's amazing it's got that

perfect balance of omega 3 to 6 ratio which means as inflammatory great for

brain health, great for skin the hair, the nails. so going without a cup of kale yep

basil I like to go pretty hard on the old basil, yep so good so about a cup and

a half I reckon I get so scared teaching you stuff you don't have

to be scared you don't. This smells so good though, so if you're wondering how

much of this stuff we're going with about a tablespoon and a half of savoury

yeast flakes that's like our vegan cheese okay awesome so it'll make it super

cheesy yeah so good B vitamins it's kind of like think of like a multivitamin

this is our hero so this is the actual freshly one week ago hulled hemp seeds

how beautiful all Aussie, all Aussie so with this stuff think about like zinc that's your

immune system pretty sure it gives you like 40% of your recommended daily

intake of magnesium so that's great for stress yeah

magnesium I look at like a traffic traffic controller of your entire body

okay so you need it for everything now the only thing we don't have is any acid

which I know your chef brain would be probably wanting some acid in here am i

kind of right I do like a bit of um lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

if you've got some lets add it in. All right so it's time to blend, lets do it

You have the honours of pressing the button. What numbers good, lets start with one, start slow

maybe some more hemp oil ? yeah awesome, chuck it all in there, it's big batch, yeah

Oh a little um blitz at the end there, smells so good, so green and so healthy. Thats YUM

that's SO good, you wouldn't, you wouldn't even realize there's no cheese, or

you wouldn't realize it vegan at all. so how do you serve this happy place

yeah show , we get some GF bread yeah toast him up, this bread is like a sprouted

paleo grain free bread. I'll do the avocado if you want to get the

bottom layer on, get the pesto game happening

so there you have it a super simple easy, healthy pesto and we're using the

hemp oil so you can use that the place of any oil. so good for you with all the omegas

and look how pretty we made, that is gorgeous vegan pesto, hemp oil,

hemp seeds avocado breakfast is served..

Hi. Today I will show you how to make sunflower with candies.

I made it by request from my viewer.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Cut off about 1/4 of styrofoam ball.

Make a hole for a stalk.

Wrap a wooden stick by using crepe paper.

Next, cut a piece of green tissue paper. 40cm x 20cm.

Stretch it a little, fold it 3 times in a half...

...and cut a shape of leaf.

Cut a piece of yellow crepe paper. About 45cm x 22cm.

Stretch it a little,..

...fold it a few times...

...and cut a shape of petals.

We need 2 strips the same as this one.

Now, cut a strip of tissue paper. 30cm x 15cm.

Stretch it a little, fold it and cut a slightly smaller petals.

Apply glue on smaller strip...

...and glue it right below a middle of the ball.

Now, glue 2 strips of bigger petals below the small petals.

Unfold the petals.

Glue the candies to the center of flower.

Add a sisal between the candies.

Pour glue to the hole and attach the stalk.

Glue the leaves under the flower.

Finally, gently unfold the leaves.

And it's done.

This flower will be a lovely gift for Mother's Day, birthday and other occasions.

Instead of pralines you can use other kind of candies e.g. chocolate balls.

For combination and normal skin: coconut or sesame oil.

For oily skin: aloe vera gel or coconut oil.

To improve these benefits along with the smell, you could also add a few drops of essential oils:.

Lemon: very cleansing, cleaner.

To make these peelings all you need to do is simply mix the ingredients well and place them preferably in a glass container that you can store in a fresh and dry place, or in the fridge.

To make a stimulating and aphrodisiac peel: powdered cinnamon, powdered ginger, and a few drops of essential ylang-ylang oil.

For a more aromatic and refreshing peel: in addition to essential orange or mandarin oil, add grated orange zest.

For a delicious peel: add pure cocoa powder and a few drops of essential mint oil.

For an anti-acne peel: ingredients should consist of sodium bicarbonate, aloe vera gel, a bit of coconut oil and a few drops of essential tea tree and palmarosa oil.

How do I use it?.

Apply a bit of the peel to a previous washed area without drying, and gently massage in circles.

Cover the entire area to be treated and avoid sensitive areas, like those around the eyes.

If you are applying the peel to your thighs, glutes, etc., you could press a little more firmly and notice how the circulation is activated.

Let the ingredients work for one or two minutes and then rinse with water.

Your skin will be moisturized by the oils, but if you have dry skin we recommend moisturizing once again.
