FINISHING THE SO PERFECT SPECIE

Since the first necessity to win,

this word kill all shameful evolution.

Of the first ideologies

to the ideological apex.

Of the first fights

to the monopoly of the last war.

No hope remained,

materialize yearnings.

Prophecies swore the chaos

and they had confirmed this present.

The nanotechnology assumes all form

of organic and mechanic lifes.

The most concrete version of the total destruction

arrives at end!

The reluctance of the men

to fight to reverse

that is already stated.

The last look discloses

a horizon unrecognizable and disturbing.

The last day falls as well as all a specie,

before invincible.

Crying the reality,

the last agony,

finishing the so perfect specie.

Travel to Sochi, Russia (2018 vlog) | SO NICE! - Duration: 4:19.

Hello from Sochi!

This is the most famous beach resort in Russia

Look at this! This is the Black Sea

But at the same time, it's a very famous ski resort

Those are the Caucasus Mountains

I'm here in Sochi on a business trip

So I don't have the time to cover the city

like I normally do

But I thought it would be a shame

not to show you guys at least a little bit

First thing I learned about Sochi:

This is a huge city

And I mean really huge

In area, greater Sochi beats Moscow

by a thousand square kilometers

It has a fraction of the population though

But this goes to show how important it is

to carefully choose the hotel because you may end up

like two hours away from

what you really want to do in town

92 miles of beaches, how crazy!

This here is an urban beach at the Olympic Park

but there are also deserted beaches around

Most of them have rocks, like this, instead of sand

Not sure how comfortable it might be

to sit or lay down

but if the water is nice, who cares, right?

This area here is Adler

a lot of what you see here was built for

the Winter Olympics in 2014

Also, there are a lot of modern constructions

So actually several Russians told me

that this is the new hottest place to be in town

And, you know something else?

Sochi has a Formula One circuit

The Russian Grand Prix

happens around this Olympic complex

now also famous for the FIFA World Cup

World Cup Stadium!

It takes almost three hours to drive across the city

80% of the municipality

it's actually a protected nature reserve

I'm amazed to see all these birds. It's so beautiful!

So many houses and apartments here

seem empty

They might be like summer houses

Nice!

I know what you guys are thinking

that a beach in Russia is probably cold the whole time

But actually not really. I shot this video during low season, Wednesday afternoon

Sochi has a very similar latitude compared to

Cote d'Azur in France

So it is hot in a good part of the year

But if you're one of those that prefer skiing, snowboarding, snow in general

the mountains are just 40 minutes away

2,000 meters above sea level. There it is cold!

I was able to experience a little bit more Sochi

than I could show in the video, so if you have questions

just let me know, I might be able to help

And if I'm not that knowledgeable, I've got lots of new Russian friends who are!

How Did Japan's Imperial Family Last So Long? - Duration: 4:05.

Japanese legends say that the first emperor of Japan was Emperor Jimmu, who began his

reign in 660 BC.

The legends also say that he died at 126 years old, so as you can see, we can't trust that

date.

The first Emperor we can historically verify was Emperor Kinmei, whose reign started in

539 AD, more than a thousand years after the mythical date.

That means the Japanese Imperial House, the Yamato Family, is about 1500 years old.

Still the longest surviving continuous monarchy in the world.

The longest we can verify, at least.

So the question is: how did it survive so long?

After all, China has a much longer history, and Chinese dynasties collapsed all the time.

What made Japan different?

The most common answer I've found is: Oh, the Emperor is just a figurehead, so the powerful

people thought, "We may as well let them sit on the throne, what's the harm?"

And yes, that's part of the answer, but it's not the entire answer.

Sure, for most of Japanese history, the Emperor had little power, and it was the shogun or

regents or clans that ruled.

But that wasn't always the case.

For example, in the Heian Period, the Emperor had fairly significant power, and the conflict

in the Imperial Court was about who got to enact laws in the Emperor's stead and who

can put their people on the throne.

Another example, during the Kenmu Restoration, an Emperor ousted the ruling shogun to briefly

restore a civilian government.

Even if the Emperor held NO power at all, you could easily imagine some narcissistic

Caesar-type character overthrowing the Emperor to found a new dynasty, with actual power.

But this didn't happen.

Many times you had powerful clans placing someone friendly on the throne instead of

their own leader.

So, the Emperor having little power is not the whole story.

The missing part?

Religion.

Japanese emperors all claim to be directly descended from the Sun Goddess Amaterasu,

the most important kami in the Shinto religion.

The legendary Emperor Jimmu was said to be the great-grandson of the Sun Goddess.

This idea took root in the public consciousness, and became the basis for the Emperor's political

legitimacy up until the 1950s.

You were a legitimate emperor only if you came from the same bloodline as the Sun Goddess.

If not for this idea, the Yamato Imperial House probably would have ended long ago,

replaced by another, more powerful government.

The Japanese found ways to work around their pesky Emperor.

The Heian court had the position of regent, an official who ruled and made decisions on

a young emperor's behalf, until the emperor came of age.

Makes sense.

But then, when it came time to give power back, regents started saying,

"Uh...no.

Nah nah nah nah."

This became common practice, those exact words.

Regents and retired emperors realized that religion actually made it hard for the Emperor

to rule.

You see, the position of Emperor was both religious and political.

The Emperor had to participate in all kinds of rituals and ceremonies, they had to travel

to all these different temples.

They barely had any time to make political decisions...to the point where Emperors started

to retire early, so they could finally get some work done from behind the scenes.

In the Sengoku Period, the Imperial Court's economic and political power were at their

lowest.

When Toyotomi Hideyoshi rose to power, could he have eliminated the Emperor forever, and

started his own line?

Perhaps.

It's hard to say whether people would have stood for it.

He might have thought this too and decided against it.

Toyotomi Hideyoshi came from peasant blood, not nobility.

He wanted the Emperor's blessing, which brought authority and respect.

So he gave the Emperor back some power in return for the Emperor's support.

You see how the Japanese bent over backwards to keep the Imperial Family?

It was fine, because the elites already set a long precedent for ruling from the outside.

The people needed the Emperor to have legitimate blood, and the respect of the Emperor was

too great to risk messing with.

Hey, you.

So I did something different with today's video, less art, if you noticed.

I explain why in the description, and let me know if you agree or not.

Thanks for watching!

Why are Democrats so against Gina Haspel leading the CIA - Duration: 14:50.

I think they'll be very very valuable sources of information on these North

Korean prison labor camps and the awful horrendous conditions to which innocent

people are subjected and it's important for us to call out North Korea on their

horrific behavior towards towards their own population and towards our citizens

as well you know I want to go Israel tonight earlier today a couple

hours ago multiple missiles fired by around from Syria no Israeli has been

hurt I talked to high-level government

sources Colonel North has his sources in the IDF thank God but Israel has struck

back tonight from my intelligence sources they went directly to where

those missiles were fired this of course was in retaliation to Israel effectively

taking out a lot of these sites that they have been using in Syria dr. Gorka

yes so the the wonderful thing about the nation of Israel is that they have

capabilities in the region that are unmatched and when they feel a

threatened when they they have the requisite intelligence they take action

the the massive change for Israel now is that now they have us to stand with them

shoulder to shoulder as the vice president said on the anniversary of the

69th year of the founding of the State of Israel I was in the room with the

vice president says we stand with Israel Israel's enemies are our enemies and in

a week look what's over this weekend look what's gonna happen Daniel Hoffman

Jerusalem now the capital so many people promised it happened president Trump

another promise cap extraordinary sea change on absolutely but I think this is

a precursor for more kinetic action in Syria Iran is using that territory

against Israel and I think I fear that it may only get worse it may and I don't

know if I'd take on the Israeli Defense Forces nor do I think you take on

Israel's best ally the United States thank you both when we come back the

media continues to do Robert Muller's bidding Gregg Jarrett former Trump

campaign aide Michael Caputo they're up next a lot more breaking news straight

ahead

all right despite president Trump's huge foreign policy gains this week as we

await the release now we know these hostages are on their way home thank God

the media still continues to do Robert Muller's bidding they can't stop

talking about Russia right Russia stormy stormy I just it's unbelievable

here with reaction former Trump campaign aide my caputo and the author of the

upcoming book this will be a number one bestseller the Russian hoax the illicit

scheme to clear Hillary Clinton and frame Donald Trump Fox News legal

analyst Greg Jarrett all right let's let's go right to where

we are so every single time subpoenaed documents they slow walk right every

single time they say we're doctored for national security we're finding instance

after instance where wasn't about national security for example

Comey who lied right said the FBI didn't think Michael Flynn was lying or they go

to the next step which is they just say no and Congress has oversight so now

there's a threat that they will be held in contempt rod Rosenstein and Jeff

Sessions you you even have members of Congress who've now drawn up articles of

impeachment against Rosen Stein because that's how far you have to go to get him

to capitulate and follow the law if you ask the Department of Justice and the

FBI for documents that you're entitled to as members of Congress in your

oversight capacity if you ask them for their grocery list they'll say that's

classified sorry national security secrets intelligence information lives

will be jeopardized when push comes to shove and they have to hand over the

grocery list you find out it's meat and potatoes and cookies and there's nothing

whatsoever to do with national security or privilege classified information

which means the Department of Justice and FBI cannot be trusted to be honest

because they're trying to cover up their own misjudgments and corrupt conduct all

right let me go Michael Caputo I I've watched you in interviews you were on

with us last week you were recently before a special counsel for how many

hours for three hours and I think it was a little shoulder

sooner than they had hoped yeah and they said you will be watching you on TV they

did and it was very clear they'd been watching me on TV all along and

initially I was pretty scared about it because it's pretty expensive to go out

there but I'm not very scared about it anymore

I got to tell you that you know these slow-walked foyers and these other

requests for documents this isn't new to the Trump administration this is the

same reaction we got from the DOJ the IRS and I think they're the same people

this is a problem that goes back for another presidency maybe even two and

it's got to change fast because the American people deserve to have these

documents and certainly the congressional oversight to Jesus as a

threat will be watching oh absolutely I think that you know who said hey you

remember the name of the attorney that said the legal fees they know that many

others are as well I think that the cost of these investigations the Senate the

house mauler are keeping a lot of people quiet but I'm not going to be quiet

anymore do you know who said it which attorney I

do I'm not revealing the names of the attorney or the two FBI agents that were

in there with me I think that they were mostly pretty pretty professional I

don't think they they they discuss these issues with somebody who appears on TV a

lot it's mostly people who are you know behind the scenes quiet people like you

know JD Gordon others who've been doing their jobs for a Mary as many many years

I hear that and I hear like oh well watching you on TV yeah well you know

well you'll get it go on that idiot Hannity show that's so I interpret that

oh you know we'll be watching the government is possessed of immense

unfettered power they can destroy your life they can leave you penniless as

they did with Michael Flynn and for what it turns out he was telling Flynn that

through hell so his house that's right Michael Caputo had to sell his house

they can ruin your life that's how powerful the gray Donovan's in the

Reagan years there do I go to get my good name back what the Titus is all

said and done there'll be many of those people Newt is neck

we are awaiting the arrival of three Americans that are now freed from prison

in North Korea now they are due to arrive back right here in the United

States within hours they will be greeted by President Trump also another big

story we are following tonight president Trump's nominee for the CIA

director Gina Haskell was grilled by Democrats during her confirmation

hearing earlier today hospital in fact defended her record and the record of

the CIA take a look first of all CIA follows the law we followed the law then

we follow the law today I support the law I wouldn't support a change in the

law but I'll tell you this I would not put CIA officers at risk by asking them

to undertake risky controversial activity again joining us now the author

of the brand-new book it is out June the fifth Trump's America and of course you

can get it on Barnes and noble.com we have a link on Hannity com former

Speaker of the House Fox News contributor Newt Gingrich's with us she

followed the law we know that only three people were waterboarded including

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and because he was waterboarded Mr Speaker he gave up

the courier which led to bin Laden these are people after 9/11 3,000 Americans

slaughtered I find a lot of the questioning today was beyond insulting

for MS hospital well it was beyond insulting and I actually thought that

Marco Rubio had it perfectly at one point when he said to the committee if

we can't approve her who are we going to confirm as you know virtually every

senior intelligence person has come out and said she's the right choice she is a

great professional she has served the country as a patriot and frankly there's

something a little disgusting about partisans who put their party about

patriotism and who are willing to attack and smear those who have literally given

their lives for the purpose of defending America and I think you can go back and

pick out Democrat by Democrat people who I think really should be

ashamed of the way in which they dealt with somebody who has spent her entire

lifetime trying to keep us safe including people who frankly behave in

such a partisan way that no wonder she's disgusted with them frankly I think

she's an American Hero along with Jose Rodriguez and those

other people that that were able to get information to save American lives it

seems like many people have forgotten I want to move on to North Korea we're

waiting these hostages now that are coming back with Secretary of State pump

have Chuck Schumer literally said today he goes whoa he is warning that Kim

jong-un is trying to con Donald Trump into letting his guard down during

nuclear negotiations and he doesn't want the American people to fall prey to this

and I'm like the only person that got conned was Bill Clinton who paid you

know billions in energy subsidies to Kim Jong Un's father the only other person

that got conned was Barack Obama and John Kerry when they gave 150 billion to

the mullahs in Iran that are chanting and threatening again today well I mean

my only point would be the same as I said a while ago Senator Schumer as he

has with blocking appointees keeping the US government undermanned in many ways

crippling our ability to do things senator schumer once again would rather

be a partisan than a patriot he'd rather try to score points which are pretty

stupid points we have no evidence at all that Mike Pompeo who graduated first in

his class at West Point and who was a remarkable student at Harvard Law School

I don't think Pompeo is going to be conned by anybody but more importantly

why can't why can't the Democratic leader of the Senate be happy for a

minute the three Americans who've been locked up for a year in a dictatorship

are coming home why couldn't this be an evening of being happy for their

families and I just think the partisanship is so bitter that they just

can't bring so forgetting President Trump really is

this though that if Donald Trump successful and we have 14 states with

record low unemployment lowest level of unemployment for african-americans

Hispanic Americans women in the workplace the tax cuts are working

revenues that are at all-time high and now the president is having huge success

in North Korea when the median Democrats were warning he's starting a nuclear war

because he dared to warn Kim jong-un and show a military presence and call him

little rocket man and they were scared to death

oh no he's starting nuclear war and it's the same with the Iranian mullahs if in

fact the world would join us the Iranians would have no choice but to

stop their nuclear program well that's exactly and by the way the Congressional

Budget Office report that says that this April was the highest revenue in

American history think about this it's that such dramatic economic growth

there's the highest revenue the largest surplus exactly the opposite of what the

Liberals said would happen and as you just pointed out you know if if they

could bring themselves to put America first rather than partisanship first we

could get a lot done in the world mr. speaker good to see you all right when

we come back ed Henry is with us with a live report on these three American

hostages released from North Korea we are awaiting their arrival back on US

soil good news straight ahead

alright Fox News Alert according to the Israeli military air raids were sounding

in Israel as Iran fired multiple rockets into the country they fired those

rockets from Syria Israel tonight has retaliated now Fox will continue to

monitor the situation throughout the night also a big night we can't wait for

the arrival of three American prisoners held hostage in North Korea at Henry got

the hostages freed the Israelis retaliating and of course America took

out withdrew from the horrific Iranian deal against my words not yours sorry to

drag you into my commentary that's right and that's why we're doing the news shot

and what's interesting is what a difference a year makes think about last

summer when the president's critics were saying his hot rhetoric might lead to a

nuclear war instead we may now be on the brink of a peace summit and yes three

American hostages freed new this hour we've learned the president spoke today

by phone with the president of South Korea moon jae-in to discuss a curious

statement Mike Pompeo second secret trip to North Korea officials telling us the

president told his counterpart he's looking forward to welcoming him back to

the White House may 22nd to get on the same page about the president's summit

with Kim jong-un that call follows Pompeo meeting today with Kim in

Pyongyang for 90 minutes to lay the groundwork for the president's meeting

with Kim that I mentioned about we're expecting that to happen in early June

today the president ruled out the Korean Demilitarized Zone for the meeting with

the dictator the president saying today the release of three these three

hostages sets the table nicely for that summit now what's also interesting is

that since the DMZ has been ruled out for the some of the focus now so the

possibility of this happening in Singapore for now the president's

getting ready to head to Joint Base Andrews here in Washington before to get

those hostages showing we're so glad to have them home also I thought some

prayers of the family about a warm beer all right we'll always be fair and

balanced you

Why Are There Still So Many Racist Trolls In Online Gaming? - Duration: 6:32.

- [Narrator] I've been playing video games for a long time.

And as long as they've existed, the industry

responsible for them has been riddled with race issues.

Whether it's stereotypical portrayals

or just the lack of diversity in general,

games haven't been too welcoming for players of color.

But worst of all, gaming online

is a really toxic and racist environment.

- [Gamer] Ni-- (bleep) Ni -- (bleep) Big black ni -- (bleep)

Big black ni -- (bleep) Big black f -- (bleep) ing

fat ni -- (bleep) black ni -- (bleep) er.

(urgent music) (typing)

- In 2002, NFL quarterbacks Peyton Manning

and Matt Hasselbeck played each other

in a game of NFL Fever.

There was a twist, though.

The two players were thousands of miles apart.

Microsoft used this event to promote Xbox Live,

an online gaming service that allowed people

to play and talk with each other

without being in the same room.

Enter middle school me, who just got his hands

on a copy of Halo 2.

This was post- 9/11, so kids with weird names like mine

weren't the most popular at school.

To get away from some of the bullying

at school, I turned to video games.

So imagine how 12-year-old me felt when I logged on

to Xbox Live for the first time, and

was almost immediately called the N-word.

As I got older, the same things kinda happened.

People were still calling me the N-word,

and saying racially insensitive things to me.

After a while, I just kinda got used to it.

It was normal, and it was just something I had to

deal with if I wanted to play games online.

It's not just Xbox, PlayStation and Twitch

have these issues, too.

There are countless examples of this online.

- Gaming is not made for women, people of color, right?

It's really not made for marginalized bodies.

- Kishonna Gray is the director of the

Equity in Gaming lab at Arizona State University.

She published a study that followed four black gamers

and their experiences online.

The players mentioned that they experienced racism online

a lot, and that they kind of just got used to it.

- (sigh) A lot of folks have just normalized

what happens to them in this space.

Because I remember, like, back in, like, 2007, 2009,

or something like that, you know, Microsoft

had issued this press release that said

racism's not a problem on their network, right?

But they were solely relying on the quantitative data,

the number of complaints that people would file,

and because a lot of gamers of color had normalized

what was happening to them, they wouldn't

file the complaints, right?

People don't do it because in their mind,

they think that nothing's gonna be done, they think that

the stakeholder within the space, Microsoft, Xbox, whoever,

doesn't care about that and about what's happening to them.

- I'm not really playing competitive games as much anymore,

so I'm not talking to as many people online.

But I know that professional gamers can't really avoid it.

Terrence Miller is a professional Hearthstone player.

He faced a very public display

of racism during a tournament.

A bunch of commentors in the Twitch chat

were sending tons of racist messages

directed towards Terrence.

The chat moderators couldn't keep up.

How did that affect you, just as a player in general?

How did you feel when you left the tournament

and you knew that this happened?

- I'm like, onscreen playing at the time,

so I don't really know what's going on.

I'm getting a bunch of messages on Twitter and Discord

and stuff like that, everyone's like, "All this stuff

happened" like, "Are you okay?" Like...

I know my mom saw it for sure, and

she didn't really understand why they were like that

at the time, and I just kinda had to explain it to her.

- At the tournaments, and at the events,

can you talk about your experiences there as a black person?

Is it way different than it is online?

- It's definitely way different than it is online.

I've experienced no racism whatsoever.

People are anonymous on the internet, so like, they're

one way when you're not around, and then

when they know that you're there, they're

more careful with what they say.

- The fact that people act wild behind a computer screen

isn't that surprising, but is anonymity the driving

factor behind the racism in online gaming?

- Yeah, I think it is the driver for racist comments, yes.

So, in that piece, I talked about this online disinhibition

where when people get online, they'll say and do things

that they normally wouldn't do in physical spaces, right?

Which is just what Terrence M described, right?

He's like, "Wait a minute, y'all callin' me the N-word

online, you're all here now, you not sayin' nothin', right?"

'Cause there can be real-life repercussions, right?

- So how do we solve this?

Microsoft's current strategy is a reputation system.

The more bad reports you get, the worse your reputation is.

If it gets bad enough, you're only allowed to play

with people who have similar bad reputations.

But gaming companies should have zero tolerance

when it comes to racism.

Racist players should be permanently banned.

That's a no-brainer that provides

immediate relief to players of color.

But outside of banning players, I think

there's something that can be done in the long run.

It really comes down to diversity.

Gaming companies should be held responsible

for changing the culture of gaming as we know it.

When companies discuss how to fight racism online,

are voices of color being included?

And if so, are they being listened to?

Here's an example of how diversity could help.

- So I was banned because I asked a guy

why he called me the N-word.

All that they saw, all this algorithm saw

was that I used the N-word and

then I had to be ousted from the space.

So think about, you know, a lot of black men

utilize the N-word in their everyday speech practices

and their everyday text practices,

and then they get banned because

they've used the N-word in these spaces.

So, for instance, if I was at the table with Xbox

whenever they decided this, I coulda told them

black people are gonna get punished.

Black people who might use this in their everyday

speech practices are gonna be the ones

that get punished from this.

So I get what you're doing, but you need to have more people

at the table to help, to be a part

of this decision-making process.

- It's not just diversity in employment, either.

Terrence says a showcasing of diverse players

could also help fight racism.

- In the fighting game community, there's a lot of

people of color, and I feel like you don't really

get these kind of stories coming from that game.

- When I reached out to Microsoft, they told me

that keeping everyone safe was a priority for them.

That's great to hear, but further measures need to be taken.

What happened to 12-year-old me

should be an outlier and not the norm.

✅ Salvador Sobral: Neues Herz!
