hi friends welcome to The Cooking Channel kitchen to kitchen today I'm

gonna share with you mutter paneer recipe that's favourite among kids as

well as adults it not only looks great but also tastes delicious if you enjoyed

see how to make the matar paneer recipe in a pan add about 3 tablespoons of oil

unmelted clarified butter as the oil and clarified butter gets hot add 2

teaspoons of cumin seeds and as it starts to crackle add 8 to 10 peppercorns about

5 to 6 cloves 1 small piece of cinnamon about 5 to 6 cardamom 2 bay leaves

medium-sized some hing and give this tempering a quick mix next add 2 medium

onions and I have chopped them into small pieces fry the onions really well

for few seconds the flame is on the medium soon enough they will turn

translucent like these just give them a quick mix and now add 2 teaspoons of

ginger garlic and coriander paste fry it well for few seconds until the ginger

garlic and coriander paste kind of cooks well

start adding some spices so one teaspoon of turmeric 2 teaspoons of kashmiri red

chilli powder 1 teaspoon of store-bought kitchen King masala 3 teaspoons of cumin

and coriander powder and salt to taste I have added about 2 teaspoons fry

everything really well next we are going to add one cup of green peas and I'm

using frozen ones if you have fresh green peas even better give everything a

really good mix next add 350 grams of paneer and I have cut it into medium

cubes like these be very gentle as you mix it since we

don't want our paneer pieces to break cover and cook it for about 3 to 5

minutes on a medium flame after about 5 minutes let's open and check notice that

there is some water released now add fresh tomato puree and to make that I

have used 2 Tomatoes and I have just grinded them in my grinder give everything

a really good mix now we are going to add about 1 cup of water add 1 TSP of

sugar and give everything a really good mix

the flame has been on the medium throughout cover and let it simmer for

about 8 to 10 minutes on a medium flame open after about eight minutes and

notice that the oil has come to the surface just give it a quick mix like

this

one of the key ingredients now about two teaspoons of kasoori methi just crush it

with your hands like this and drop it give everything a really good mix the

mutter paneer recipe is almost ready we are just gonna let it simmer for a minute

or two and then switch off the flame and garnish with some coriander leaves

enjoy this mutter paneer recipe with some garama garam parathas rotis or

chapatis or it goes extremely well with even jeera rice if you enjoyed today's

Right, so I'm gonna show you how to make it very quick salad

it's only requires three ingredients, just 3 ingredients. So without further ado let's go to my kitchen and

See how to make it

This is one of the quickest lunches you can ever make

And why is it very quick? Well, for a start, it's a salad

Secondly, you've only got 3 ingredients. Just 3 ingredients. So you've got a vegetable you've got Nuts, and then you've got

Natural Yogurt. So, what are the 3 ingredients? In this instance, I've got

Arugula (wild rocket) wild rocket and the nuts in this case is; Peanuts

roasted peanuts

Indeed you can use any other nuts you like and use walnuts

You can use pine nuts you can use cashew nuts. It depends on your preference

And indeed, you can actually varied from day to day. You know, so that you don't get bored?

And what have I got here? I've just got Natural Yogurt. Okay, natural yogurt. This is Low Fat natural yogurt

You can use Full Fat Natural Yogurt if you like but I prefer Low Fat yogurt okay

So how do we make it? It's very easy.

My vegetables are already washed alright, so this is the Arugula. Always wash your vegetables

By the way, I've got another video that shows you how to get rid of pesticides off your fruits and veg. The

So we put a vegetable right in the salad bowl

Alright in this case like I said we're using

rocket, arugula and

Next we scoop in the Natural Yogurt. Now, this tub of natural yogurt is actually

500 grams okay, this is 500 grams but we're going to use about half

which is

250 if you want to be greedy you can use 3/4 of it, okay, so we just scoop the

natural yogurt into

The vegetable

So like I said you can always alter it. You could use spinach

And

any vegetable that tickles your fancy you can use okay, so that's half of the tub gone in there

so that's about 250 grams of natural yogurt that's gone in there and

Next you just add the nuts on top. That's it

You just mix it all in together

Mix together

Now some people say Oooh, can you use, why should you use yogurt in your salad? Well, you can. Well,

Don't forget coleslaw. What's in coleslaw?

vegetables and

Mayonnaise. So, if you can use mayonnaise, why can't you use natural yogurt? It's as simple as that and

It tastes great trust me. Okay. It does taste great

a mermaid and make waves eye shadow palette from tarte can make it any longer

the title yeah yeah we just did a quick makeup look it was Laura's first time

using it first impression mm-hmm I've been using it I've been liking it

we'll put some swatches in right now = but yeah they're really pretty and if

you guys want to see how we created this look it's just really fast just yeah

yeah we just wanted to show you like our reactions to using it mm-hmm so as well

as like it's not gonna be like an in-depth tutorial as well as like maybe

ideas of what colors you can use for this yeah yeah yeah

dry but my eyelids need greasey you know just blessed I need to think

yeah I shouldn't that what you mean she's gonna use the Color Splash yeah

whoa that is so pigmented like this is actually prettier when you swatch it to

be honest I've never used this color before oh it's kind of like buttery dude

I honestly love tart shadows because they're made of clay the Amazonian clay

crap that's so pigmented but it's like really pretty

honestly I just don't wear a blue on my yeah I feel like it looks good on you

and I feel like okay don't you think that this color like they could have

done it really wrong and it would have looked really bad but this blue I don't

know they did it kind of well I don't know if you can see it but it's like

blue with gold reflux well like what I really like about it is

where the light hit it has like a gold he'll look to it because of the bowl

yeah her eyes look like they're twerking

I really like this color though it's like a really pretty dusty rose

that's really cute I'm gonna go in with lagoon it's like the darker blue I

really like that color shift are you using look good yeah I don't

know what to go in next I'll probably go into shipwreck to death deep in my eye

I'm just like doing my finger and then blending it out with a brush because I

feel like the so I've been using this palette for a while I haven't gobbled

into the Blues yet so this is my first time but um the shimmer shades work the

best to me with your finger I'm gonna gonna wing this out and make it a cat

eye because I don't have eyeliner today because I the this these two colors um

did you use I used sure thing for my first color that dusty rose color and

now I'm using shipwreck but they complement each other so well I'm

feeling the Ariel vibes right now Asian area looks honestly this has like such a

variety of colors in this palette but like they all go together yeah they do

somehow right somehow yeah so I like winged it out and I'm just gonna blend

it so it's not as harsh I guess okay but I almost feel like with the Blues you

don't have to be so exact with it like they blend so easily

this just entire thing blends so it is I'm not even trying really like it makes

me feel like I'm perfectional when I

think I want to keep it pinky so I'm probably just gonna use this that's like

my little whoa that's so pigmented so since that color was pretty dark fresh

in my food I just kept it on like the outer corner yeah blending it in with my

finger I'm gonna go back and shipwreck and just deepen this corner out because

now I just feel like everything looks the same

I'm gonna go in with Splash again it's a teal color and just do like the inner

corner half of my lower lash line with it so maybe in the inner corners I'll

put splash this is like a really cool color guys it's like a dual crumb pink

it's a pink shadow with blue mm-hmm I really like bubbles I'm gonna go back

and I'm gonna go into sandbar and just lighten this part up right here just to

give it a bit of more transition I'm gonna go in with a look at what I just

did to me that's the most intense I've ever seen your eyes but it's like I'm

gonna blend it all out guys then I'm gonna go in saltwater oh that is so

pretty Wow I'm loving this and then with my

pinky I'm gonna go in froze a oh that's a lot more Goldy than I thought it would

be yeah is a gold shit for me I'm just going in with nude beach and I'm just

gonna put it like right there to accent kind of enhance them and of gold that

splash yeah I'm gonna go in Mariposa and just put a little bit of blue right here

just to give it a more gradient effect because I don't want it all to be bright

bright bright bright bright dark what do you think you kind of have Cleopatra

vibes right now this is what I did when I I don't have Queen with eyeliner so

I'm gonna wing out the shadow I'm gonna just do my one of my lights Chin's

no okay but for a first impression what do you think I'm really liking it like

this is my first time using a tart eyeshadow at all but you can definitely

use this palette for everyday - yeah I use it for everyday um I like using the

shore sand bar short thing and you're brick they're the three ship brand shape

right there the three match sheets they're kinda

in that pink I would say pinky side and then I just like putting one of the

Gold's in I was like just the center and it's such it's as such such a quick

morning like honestly they're going I am NOT a blue eyeshadow wearer

what this looks kind of good so let's review it

what I really really like it like I'm considering getting it but then at the

same time like Chanel has it so like it you get 49 shadows for $42 plus tax of

course but there's a lot do you live in like I don't know I think it's worth it

I really like it and I feel like this is happening

the packaging is so good feels expensive and like every time you open that aren't

you just gonna be like happy and you know you have a mermaid brush all I

really like it but like the consistency is like a creamy buttery consistency so

it blends out really really well really need a lot like for me and Laura

like we just tap our brushes in or if we use our fingers we just you know it's

not like you're using a whole bunch and you get like this like the pay off lot

of good in it yeah like I don't know like can you see

mine I use four colors in total I think but I really like it and it's really

easy to transition from day to night with these colors yeah I also feel like

well this one only comes with three matte shades sorry it's really bright

three matte shades but like if you already have like a lot of you know

neutral tone palette like this is such a good supplemental palette

it has so many of different like shimmer shades see the shimmer shades is what

really that's kind of why I bought it because like I have so many palettes

that are like matte not even matte just like basic like and the shimmers you

basic the shimmer shades aren't anything special you know yeah well this one has

such I really like these ones like salt water bubbles splash like that's so

pretty about a different one yeah but in terms of like the pink shimmer shades um

I've seen them before kind of thing but I really like this for the different

blues that it has as well as like the diversity of the Pink's like they're all

really really buildable off of each other like you can literally just take

that palette if you're ever traveling and like you could make so many

different looks pop it it's also very true like it has

some like cool toned purples and some but the thing is like depending on what

you mix it with it yeah be warm yeah yeah so like I mean like even with

Chanel's blue like it has gold in it so it's like oh although it hers is it very

cool like it's still I even added normal to it

yeah like I don't know it just every color literally complements each other

me and Laura give it two thumbs up I think it's it's really fun out of five I

want to say like maybe a 5 mm I wish I could have seen more blues just because

I'm really into the blues but like when do you ever use that many blues I feel

like it's such a trendy color right now that a lot of people will you'll see it

a lot more often right now like they'll only blue that super Trinity is the

cobalt blue which is in here the lagoon really cool but it's like in the same

family I would say I don't know like I think for me I give it a 5 just I give

it a 4 out of 5 packaging all the shades match and it's different

from what I've seen but it's also because I don't have a yeah yes sir Lisa

because I already have like so many pinkie mauve palette that's why I'm just

like I'll give it a four out of five because

I already have those colors but I can see where you're coming from

so are you guys probably get five out of five like the pinky kind that I have is

more like terracotta like if you've ever seen the tartlet in bloom palette it's

like a orangie undertone this is more like a rosy and then very rosy undertone

and have some cool tone blues that could pull warm if you wanted it to so I don't

know I really enjoyed it I really brings it brings me joy every time use it yeah

how Chanel came to my house and I saw what she was wearing and I oh yeah yeah

oh notice I was in my pajamas all day and all it's like I don't know what to

wear for the video I'm just gonna copy guys down to the friggin earrings say

changing into what I was wearing and I was like I like where this is going come

This is AI:UX, a miniseries focused on 10 guidelines

created to assist you in the design and development

of AI-based systems.

I'm Daria Loi, an Intel researcher.

And today, I will talk about guideline number four,

do not make machines human.

Made them capable of helping humans.

In my research, people articulated

that they prefer a relationship with intelligent systems

where the system is in a subordinate role.

In other words, they want to be in charge, with no ambiguity

on who is in control.

The system should always ask before acting,

unless otherwise specified or authorized.

Attributes in machines that seem humanlike,

like independent thinking, make people uncomfortable.

So here are a few tips to address this matter.

Design helper systems with clear power boundaries.

Avoid designing systems that behave

or are perceived as assuming or arrogant,

like a human might be.

If emotion recognition is your focus,

tackle emotions by context and add in the system ways

to educate people about the capability.

Do not underestimate people's skepticism

on usages' reliability.

And finally, consider using emotional understanding

to help people and to connect with others.

While conducting this research, one participant said,

it's hard to have something be that much in control

of your life when you're already not

in control as it is, almost like you are in jail when you're

at home.

Surely, this is not the sentiment we want to inspire.

When reflecting on humanlike machines,

another participant said, half jokingly, this intimidates me.

It's like having a controlling husband.

Quotes like these are a good indication

that we should prioritize our focus towards designing

AI systems that are capable of helping humans,

but not trying to be humanlike.

looking to make more money working for shipt in this video I'm going to show you

four easy tips to quickly make more money working for shipt when you find an

ad for a job that offers twenty to thirty five dollars an hour you can

expect that most of that money involves earning tips these are service industry

jobs where most of your income comes from gratitude received customers that

feel well taken care of will let you know by generously tipping let's face it

that's not the easiest way to make thirty five dollars an hour I've been

working in the service industry my entire life throughout this time I've

learned that there's four key steps that when you follow you'll make more money

through the gratitude that you receive tip number one be a good communicator

are you good at texting if so you'll be a great shipt shopper texting is how you

communicate with your customer this is your first opportunity to make a great

impression shipt helped you do this by running your first text for you now the

key is you want to stand out from everyone else once you send that first

text don't be afraid to follow up find something positive to say like the

store's not busy I should be able to get your order done quickly or go through

the order and find something relatable to talk along I noticed you're know

about the family size loaf I'll make sure and get that for you if you're

having a hard time just come up with something positive to see this place is

packed and I'm looking forward to this challenge starting the conversation with

something positive will always lead to a positive experience tip number two going

above and beyond having to deal with substitutions is always a challenge but

in reality it's a great opportunity to continue your conversation with your

customer don't be afraid to break the bad news that the product you're looking

for is unavailable use this opportunity to show them that you're willing to go

above and beyond to satisfy their needs not finding the right substitute is a

loss for you you're making a percentage of every dollar that customer

spends at that store doing that little extra shows the customer you care

sending over a picture of two comparable products is something the customer will

really appreciate sometimes a customer will ask you to add an item to the

shopping list this is your opportunity to become a great salesperson showcase

the product they're looking for and something that complements that product

possibly making a second sale these kind of actions tell the customer you really

care about the job you do tip number three be accurate this is the most

important tip I could give you it makes the difference between a great tip and

no tip at all a lot of the products on the shelves look very similar being a

shipt shopper is like taking part in a scavenger hunt going too quick and

making mistakes is very costly a simple misstep like buying the wrong one of

these and you may find yourself not only without a tip but having to complete an

accuracy refresher course I'll talk more about that in a future video

when it comes to shipt shopping be thorough check your UPC codes and if you

get this screen triple check your product don't be afraid to ask an expert

these guys love to help out they'll get to know you by your first name tip

number four be friendly now you would think that goes without saying but the

fact that no matter is some people don't enjoy having strangers in their house

when you get there know your customers first name and use

it when you introduce yourself this will set them more at ease use your

best judgment if they're blocking the doorway ask them if they need any

assistance if they leave the doorway open for you say the words may I commend

if they do allow you to come in ask them where they'd like their grocery store

have a friendly conversation complement the layout of their house talk about how

cute their pet is keep the conversation Pleasant listen to what they have to say

as you continue to unpack their groceries once you're done unpacking

plan your exit thank them for using shipt and tell them you look forward to seeing

them the next time around and that's it I know some people might find this

information debatable but trust me these four steps are the difference between

overly friendly and not friendly enough now I'd love to hear back from you what

How to Make Ceviche | Lakeside Table - Duration: 2:47.

You're such a beggar kitty... yes you are

get it baby, get it... that's a good boy

Hi guys, I'm Madalaine from Lakeside Table

and if you've ever been over to my blog

you've probably stumbled across a recipe or 2 that

was inspired or borrowed from

my really good friend, Deb Hatfield,

She's a really good cook! We've even taught a few

cooking classes together too.

Well, she and went to Aruba for her 50th birthday

And...

we ate ceviche until

we stuffed ourselves silly... no we

didn't eat this cute little guy. We put him back in the ocean.

But we are making Ceviche today!

It's light and fresh with tons of lime and avocados

every time I have ceviche I am

immediately transported back to the beach.

First start off with 1 1/2 pounds sushi grade fresh

raw fish. I like to use 1/2 pound salmon

1/2 pound tilapia

and a 1/2 pound tuna

Cut the fish into bite size cubes and set it aside

Next cut up 1/2 pound raw shrimp

that's been peeled and deveined

add that to the fish

add 1 cup fresh lime juice to the fish and shrimp

cover it and refrigerate it for at least a half hour

You'll know when it's done when it turns from translucent to

opaque

While that's refrigerating, put on gloves

and devein a jalapeno and take the seeds out

mince it with a 1/2 red onion

Then cut 1 avocado into small cubes

Add 1 cup diced cucumber

and a half cup grapefruit sections

after you take the fish out of the refriegerator

Mix these in with them. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

And gently mix it all together.

Ceviche is great as an

appetizer with chips or you can eat it as a meal

all by itself

This is how I like to eat it! In a margarita glass over some baby greens

So much zesty lime

and just a little heat from the jalapenos

And this was so easy!

Hello

Today we are going to do some tutorial

how to make sword for the cosplay

example for it will be Finn's sword from adventure time

and we are going to use foam pvc

some paint

knife

we don't need more things, maybe putty or paint roller or spray

it is on you side

I choosed that example because it's simply sword

and I can show you on it nice technics how to make it

If you will know that technics

you will be able to make more advanced swords

its cheap to make it

because big sheet of pcv foam costs something about 10$ plus paints

I think that making off that project will cost ~20$

so let's get started!

First step is draw first sketch on the foam pcv

you could print this sketch by printer but I don't have it so I will draw it by hand

Drawing is done so we can start cutting

you should use sharp knifes because it's easier to cut foam pcv

I'm using blade from OLFA

they are more expensive

but they keep sharpness for longer time

the parts of the sword are done

every thing is nice cuted

and for stick together I will use CA glue

with activator

ok Sword is sticked

It took 5 minutes

CA glue is very fast with activator

Now we need to draw all edges like the line of the blades, profile of the handle

Ok, detailing is done

Now it's time for primer

Some guys do not putting primer but it is good for adhesion paint and will be more durable on convents

alright, sword is painted.

I forgot to tell you one thing about primer

primer is good for finishing little scratch on the surfaces

thanks to before final painting you have a chance to change something on your project

and now we go to do final painting

sword is finished

everything is nicely painted

Now we need to do is handle but I'll show this to you in the next scene where I will show you more detailed sword

i painted sword with paint roller and brush but you can use spray if you want that depend from your choice

I think you can do this project in one day

if it's more advanced it take more time of course because there is more parts for cutting
