Youtube daily life style May 10 2018

good morning everyone today I would like to talk to you about life

I recorded lots of videos for you guys but I just kind of trashed them all

because they didn't work out very well but over the course of the last few

weeks I have had a lot of interest in the life over easy videos some of you

guys have contacted me and said that they're your favorite videos even more

than the boys but I love my boys but sometimes if people need a break from

kids I was just about to start ramping up and doing two a week instead of just

one and life happened I just want to take a moment and let you guys know that

I do plan on coming back it's probably not gonna be in the kitchen like it once

was setup with eggs and everything because I'm finding now that with a nine

month old and a four year old that's getting pretty impossible because to

create the perfect scenario to get the lighting done and the eggs done and to

be able to carry on a 10 minute conversation it's really hard because I

barely have 10 minutes right now Boston is upstairs sleeping and Beckham is

watching Sesame Street and pretty content so I could talk to you for a

minute if you don't see me for a week then you know that something happened life

happens I am going to be filming a video immediately right after this so the next

video if you see me in this nice flip-flop shirt again then you know that

I took my extra 5 or 10 minutes to record you you guys another video I'm

going to take each moment I can to come to you and share we have thoughts

and ideas that I've had as a parent and some of the solutions that I found along

the way and just to maybe brighten your day a little bit so it's not gonna be

over the kitchen making eggs but right now I'm sitting outside on my front

porch if you even call it a porch it's just our little platform that you walk

up on to get the door you may even see the reflection of the camera in the back

I can't fix it all because again I'm not in my studio of my kitchen anymore

so you might see me in my bedroom you might see me in my yard gotta be in the

yard here in a minute and we're gonna be talking about the vegetables and all

that I went over with you guys on the green thumb video and show you guys a

little bit of that but just know that I'm here I still plan on doing these

videos I'm wanting to amp it up to two times a week because I've had lots of

requests from friends and families and emails coming in and I think it's a lot

of fun when I actually have the time to do it so this will let you know I am so

here and until next time I hope you have a good day bye

Style Rewind 1: 1950's: Here's Why This Skirt is Going to Work - Duration: 4:50.

Welcome to Style Rewind.

Let's turn back the style clock and dust off vintage pieces in your wardrobe.

What is old is new again.

Let's get ready to travel back through time.

For this episode, we are going to travel all the way back to 1953.

Okay.

So it's 1953.

Look who's on the cover of the magazine.

Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, and look she's posing with a cigarette.

When will ever see a celebrity with a cigarette on the cover of a magazine, right?

Only in the 1950s.

And then you can see one of the great headlines form that year, Everest is Conquered.

So there we are, 1953.

What's going on style-wise?

You take a look at these images and you could see what they all have in common.

You can see they all have these really gorgeous, very feminine silhouettes.

That's because it's something known as the circle skirt.

You can see it's a skirt that has a little flair to it.

It does have a great A-line shape.

For those of us with curves, it is a god-sent.

You will love this style of dress.

You can still find them today.

It's called a circle skirt.

If you want to go into Google to find them, go look for it and it's just going to be

called circle skirt.

You can see it's very gorgeous, flattering, feminine silhouette.

If you don't want to go on Google to find them, you can always venture into your closet,

depending on your age if you are watching this and see if you can locate any or you

can go to your mom's house or your grandmother's, your aunt's, or great grandmother, depending

on your age, and raid their closets and see what they have.

Just try to dust off to find any circle skirt you can locate.

You see here on the screen, I have this gorgeous red circle skirt and fell in love with it

when I first saw it.

Again, you may locate different ones if you go and raid different people's closets and

then it's like free, right?

You can also look at second-hand shops, consignment shops to locate some of these skirts.

Like I said, ladies, those of you with curves, you will love this.

You'll fall in love with it and you try to buy more of these to add to your wardrobe,

I promise you.

This is a great circle skirt.

This is one that I just found shopping online.

Many of you will be able to locate it and fell absolutely in love with it.

How do we take this idea of a circle skirt and bring it to modern day and make it into

a modern day outfit without looking like you just stepped off the set of Mad Men or something,

right?

Let's go.

There you go, a modern day outfit.

It still has the red circle skirt, modern day touch of the denim blouse with it.

You will just tuck that into the skirt.

Love this look because it's super feminine and then you have the kind of rugged denim

modern shirt that goes with it.

Love those period together, and super feminine.

You're still wearing it with a pair of heels, black and white striped.

Again, it's something unconventional to a very conventional silhouette.

And then another feminine touch is those bow earrings that I've added to it.

See, you can take with old and make it new again and fresh and fun.

We'll continue to do that throughout this series.

I have another little feed for you, it's not just vintage items but also vintage-inspired

hairstyles.

Now it's time for Hair Rewind.

I scoured YouTube to find easy to-do hairstyles from that era that are also modern and you

could wear them today and you would get compliments on it.

Not only make it for a wardrobe but let's add the hairstyles to match and so you get

even more compliments, right?

Here we go.

This gorgeous you see '50s inspired vintage updo.

It walks through step-by-step how to do it.

It doesn't take very long.

Like I said, I scoured YouTube, found hairstyles that I liked that were inspired by the different

decades.

That would be easy to do and it's not going to take you all day to do this.

So you'll see and watch the video and it's an excellent video.

Just click on the link below this video to go check it out.

It's very short.

You'll love it and hopefully you'll find a way to start incorporating this hairstyle

into your routine.

Like I said, I'm sure you're going to get a lot of compliments on it and just follow

step-by-step.

All the stuff too, it doesn't require all these extra tools and accessories to pull

off the hairstyles.

Hopefully you'll enjoy the ones that I give to you in this series.

So that's it.

I'm tired of the 1950s.

I'm ready to go back to present day so let's go back to 2017 where the host of The Apprentice

is now president of the United States.

That's it for Style Rewind.

I will see you on the next episode as we travel to other decades.

How to Attract Love Into Your Life by Letting Go! - Duration: 23:26.

Hey everyone it's live on Friday happy Friday to you I hope you had a great

week it's Hillary silver here and we're gonna do our live on Friday so and can I

just tell you that is my closet door in my office and it's always open

everyone always walks into the office opens the door leaves it open and it's

like my dirty little secret where I shove everything oh my god okay hi Lisa

hi Laura thank you guys for being here it says that there's somebody else here

but I can't see who that is so thank you guys for showing up today

I am I'm gonna talk to you guys today about one of the biggest mistakes that

women make when they're in when they're dating and looking for love and and

actually somebody in the group Laurie Emery reminded me of this because it was

something that we talked about a while ago when we were doing our work together

and and so maybe you guys can tell me if you can relate so the Chinese finger

trap what is the Chinese finger trap it's 3:00 a.m. oh my gosh what are you

doing up so early so early or late what are you doing are

you a night out or do you do the night shift like what's the deal

ikat how are you my newly married bride everybody got just got married yay

congratulations I hope you are enjoying your new title of wife you've graduated

from fiance so what is the Chinese finger trap do you guys remember back

when we were little kids and there it's still around but it you know the little

five-and-dime type shops or in those junky little gift bags that we get here

and there those Chinese finger traps are those woven kind of wicker II type

things and they look like a tube and you stick your finger in and then when you

try to pull them out it clamps on really tight

remember that ? put a one in the chat box if you guys remember what I'm

talking about I know that back when I was little I would do those and then I

would get panicky when I couldn't get my fingers out and even recently somebody

gave me one and I got panicky what I couldn't get my fingers out you remember

Lisa I totally remember and you too Laura

so this is the same thing about dating. what on earth does a Chinese

finger trap have to do with dating I'm gonna tell you so when you are when you

stick your fingers in that Chinese finger trap and it clomp clamps on

tightly and your first instinct is to yank and pull your fingers out and then

what happens is when you do that you guys know what happens remember what

happens it gets even tighter and it clamps down even tighter and you're

trapped and you cannot get your fingers out and when that happens I I don't know

about you all but I'm like panicky I feel anxious I feel like I'm having some

kind of um claustrophobic reaction like oh my god I can't get my fingers how am

I going to get this up it feels terrible so what happens when we want love and

we're lonely and we're fucking tired of going on lots of first dates and we're

fucking tired of feeling like we don't know why this isn't happening for us and

we feel like everyone else is getting it except for us you know all of that

painful shit drives us to try even harder and harder and harder to make it

happen and I'm a go-getter so I do that in other areas of my life for sure I

chase after what I want with everything I have and sometimes and that's just

like trying to pull your fingers out of the trap the harder you you chase the

harder you try the the more stuck you become okay and especially if what

you're doing is the wrong stuff like swiping and swiping and swiping being on

every single dating app that you can find and check

your phone every five minutes to see if you have a new new response or a new

connection or frantically searching on the internet like Google googling for

advice or trying to figure out how you can text this guy so that he won't think

this but I'll think that instead or you know trying to be overly sexy so that

you get the attention that you want and that you'll you know reel him in that

way or you know kind of like easing the the feelings of loneliness and sadness

by soothing yourself with shopping or drinking too much wine or eating too

much I'm a food girl so I eat when I you know I I can't I can leave a glass of

wine on the table but my plate will always be empty you know we fill that

void with things like staying busy and taking care of everyone else in our

lives and / giving and then feeling depleted and unappreciated and even

resentful or we work so much because at least that we can control and we feel

successful there and so we just push and we push and we push and we do the wrong

thing and the wrong thing and the wrong thing but then we wonder why we're stuck

and nothing is changing for us please tell me like put a 1 in the chat box if

this sounds familiar in any way shape or form or if you do something that's a

little different but in the same vein let me know I'd love to hear from you

guys about that don't be shy you Lisa so so what's the antidote to this the

antidote is not chasing the antidote is not thinking that you have to go out

every weekend all the time with to every event with all your friends because you

have FOMO fear of missing out that you have to be you have to see and be seen

and if you're not dating and you're if you're not like on the social circuit

getting dressed to the nines spending all this money on on drinks and

food and the social life just so that you can be seen and

hopefully meet somebody but then at the end of the night when you have it like

gotten you have it like had a guy ask you out or ask you for your number you

haven't met somebody you like the nights of failure right that's just not the way

to do this the way to do this is to just not be so tied to their outcome that you

want to not be so tied to the outcome that you want whether that's having that

lasting loving relationship even though you so crazy want it or not being so

tied to the outcome of meeting somebody on any given night or not being so tied

to him asking you out on a second date because when you have that energy that

you're chasing and chasing and chasing it comes off as frenzied frenetic

frantic desperate II overly eager and needy and anxious and and and people can

sense that from you a mile away not just people but men and they will run for the

hills and also the universe and I am NOT a woo a person but I believe this it's

taken me till I'm 45 to actually believe this but I do believe it that when you

are looking to chase something down but you're not doing it in the right way it

will remain elusive for you so not like just like the Chinese finger trap but my

other favorite metaphor is chasing down oh you woke up at 2:30 a.m. after having

a dream that I was on a reality really just a TV show for women where that when

men were there for sex oh my god girl I love that that's why you're awake oh my

gosh hi Maggie oh my gosh that is so funny you're feeling slightly offended

why are you I'm Alyssa why are you offended tell me what part offended you

please let me know I am all ears I can handle that so what I want to say what I

was going to say is chasing and chasing and chasing is like grabbing at a wet

bar of soap fast fast fast fast and it just

keeps slipping out of your hands and slipping out of your hands and you can't

hold on it oh well that's what it is right

tell me Maggie is it a Chinese finger trap or not isn't

that a Chinese finger trap that's so funny you guys Maggie's a friend of mine

and she loves to pulp yank my chain and sometimes I can't tell if she's serious

or if she's just being funny see it is I love you too

okay so chasing after a wet bar soap fast will keep slipping and you won't be

able to grasp it and it will always stay beyond your control

but if you slow the fuck down and you gently carefully intentionally pick it

up you will be able to hold it in your hands

and I believe the secret to getting your fingers out of a Chinese finger trap

it's a knot pull pull pull but it's to push them towards one another so that

the the material can loosen its grasp on your fingers does it make sense so with

love and with finding and attracting your most not just your most perfect

ideal mate but attracting lots of men to choose from the key is to just slow the

fuck down and focus on what you can control and so instead of going out

dressing to the nines dropping fifty hundred dollars a night on drinks and

food and entertainment with your girlfriends just so you can hope that he

will find you and then feeling like you wasted money and time going out if

nothing happened and it was a failure you're focusing on like your dream

that's right you're gonna focus on what you can

control which is enjoying yourself that evening you're gonna go and you're going

to be present with your friends and you're gonna really taste the food and

you're gonna drink that wine or have your martini or or you know whatever

that is that you like and you're gonna feel good in your

clothes and you're gonna feel like a goddess and a beautiful powerful woman

and you're going to connect with your friends and have deep conversations and

laugh your ass off and while you're busy enjoying the evening that is likely when

you are going to attract this like plethora of men to choose from because

your energy is going to be radiant and even if he doesn't show up in your life

that evening you will have had an amazing night control what you can so I

met my husband playing ultimate frisbee when I first moved to Denver I didn't

know anyone and I had played Ultimate Frisbee in college so I signed up for a

beer league like a rec league and I was playing at 5 o'clock there's a game at

5:00 and a game at 6 and it was over the summer so I was playing my game at 5 and

I it was hot because it's August in July or August or July in Denver and I'm

wearing my sports bra and my shorts and I cheeks are red and I'm sweaty and I've

got my visor on and all I'm thinking about is like that point I just scored

or running the fastest that I can or go team you know I was totally present in

my experience of playing this sport and as I'm walking off the field to get a

drink and let someone else sub in for me he walked right up to me and asked me

what the score was and it was just an excuse to talk to me because he had been

watching me play sports he had been watching me running I did

not look good you guys well I might have looked good in my little outfit I admit

but I was like sweaty and red cheeks because that happens to me when I get

hot and I workout and my hair was probably dripping sweat like not the

same scene that you would have at a bar where you're all dressed fancy so the

point is instead of chasing chasing chasing and keeping this at the

forefront of your mind and feeling like until this happens for you your life is

shit because it's not you are successful you make a good living use you support

yourself you take care of yourself you have friends you know how to make shit

happen in your life and so enjoy that and focus on what you

can control because while you're just busy enjoying your life and your own

company he will come I promise yes Maggie a plethora of men to choose from

it's like turning on the faucet and having them pouring out because that

energy is magnetic your magnanimous they cannot help but be drawn to your energy

the energy of a woman who feels good about herself and is enjoying herself

since you stopped controlling and let your gratitude and love flow you've been

living in such an abundance I love that Maggie I love it yes he will come Laura

he will and you don't have to go on a reality TV show where they're there

cruising for sex oh what a funny dream that is so I hope my message will

resonate with you all today let me know nobody posted their questions like I

posted a little graphic yesterday that I was taking questions Oh

pole dancing that's so funny because my husband and I signed up to take hip-hop

lessons together and the class before ours was a bunch of pole dancing women

so we got there and my husband's like oh he's watching all these women pole dance

and I'm like uh just you know look over here that's funny

upside down splits you know hanging upside down do it if it feels good for

you do it if it feels empowering you know sometimes I feel like that pole

dancing thing is really about a woman's way yes

embracing your feminine full board oh thank you thank you thank you

um so thank you guys for being here I hope that message today was helpful stop

chasing think of the finger trap in your mind think of the wet bar soap in your

mind and shift your focus to what you can control yeah you can ask anything

I'm not gonna give specific like you know I want your question to be

something that everybody can of it from I just posted it yesterday

that said QA Thursday and I like everybody dumping their questions in so

that I can like pick something that will fit for a lot of people and be helpful

for everyone I'm trying to decide if I should go here or go there but I'll wait

and see what comes up with you guys all right so here's what I want to say now

I'm gonna save it for another day I guess that's it I said my bit if anybody

wants to sign up for a breakthrough session with me I will put the link at

the bottom of this if you have if this resonated with you and you want to talk

more about it how do you change your blueprint of who you think you want

versus being open to what is in front of you oh my gosh that's a great question

and it's such a good question for everybody let me read it again how do

you change your blueprint of oops of what you think you want versus being

open to what's in front of you trading expectations for appreciation how to

that how to do that in a mate well so I just think it's really important to have

a vision for what's important to you and that starts with getting really honest

with yourself about who you are what you think and need and feel and want and

what your values are what your desires are and honoring what is called your

erotic template and I just had this conversation with my husband this

morning because I was telling him one of the things that I loved about him and

find up the sexy and appealing about him so for example I grew up with a father

who had food issues he was overweight didn't take care of himself he didn't

work out he ate like shit and he you know just I just watched him with this

behavior and unfortunately it led to his early demise by the time he was erotic

not neurotic by the time he was 67 he was in a scooter and that's when he died

and so my early imprint my early experience with men led me to never be

able this is just me this isn't a judgment on anyone else this is just me

I could never ever be attracted to him who was overweight ever or a guy that

had food that loved food like I would like have images of my dad shoveling

food in his mouth especially when nobody was watching he thought nobody was

watching I mean it was just appalling to me and I watched him with this kind of

unusually a critical eye for a kid and it just imprinted on me what is a

turn-on and a turn-off and I knew I knew that I would never be

able to go on a date with a guy who was the slightest bit out of shape and

that's just me it doesn't not bother a lot of other women clearly this is a

very obese nation and there's someone for everyone out there that's just me

and I'm just giving that to you as an example so please don't take that as a

judgment but that's just my thing and so my husband is an athlete he always has

been he works out he takes care of himself he likes to he can actually

unfortunately eat anything he wants so I have to have extra discipline in the

house but he works out really hard yes exactly you never thought that you would

be attracted to a redheaded short guy but he's adorable so you have somebody

in your life that you didn't see before and now all of a sudden you are and so

that's the thing you have an erotic blueprint and there's a this is a

delicate balance between you attract older men well you might attract them

but are you attracted to them it doesn't matter what what you attract it matters

what at what what is attractive to you okay so women say this all the time they

say well but he likes me I'm like so the fuck what a lot of people will like you

just because he likes you is not a good reason for you to date him if you don't

like him right got it so so that's a delicate balance between knowing what is

true for you are you are you going to be able to stay to be attracted to this man

in all these different ways or or not because you like Maggie I have always

liked tall dark and handsome Blondie's are not my thing and I tried

to date a redhead once because I liked him and and he was a great athlete and

it was I was drawn to him in that way but once he took off his shirt one time

I was like oh my eyes I can't do this yes so Maggie what's happening

is you're shifting what's attractive to you and honor that and allow yourself

grace and space to expand right nice to see you Sally thanks for being here I

remember once when I was younger and this was a stupid immature example but I

you know this is what night before I met my husband and I was young and and and

hadn't done this work yet and I really felt like it was important that I found

a guy who liked to dance isn't that stupid now I think that's stupid but you

know I wanted a guy who could dance and be an athlete and dah dah dah dah and I

was at the airport once and there was this guy in a wheelchair like the the he

was an athlete but he was in a wheelchair so he by Christ and we were

having a drink while we were waiting for our flights that got delayed and I found

myself wanting him to ask me out and it didn't happen and that's fine and I got

on the airplane and I just enjoyed the feeling of expanding my world and

opening myself up to more possibility that I could actually be with somebody

who was in a wheelchair when I always thought I wanted somebody who'd be able

to run with me and play tennis with me and dance with me and I I loved that

moment of growth that I had it was life-changing it really was and so for

you Maggie if you've always thought that you are attracted to one thing and

you're now feeling like you are open to something else that's so important but

what you can't do is force it you can't want this to happen and so you just

shove down parts of yourself because you want it to happen if you're not

physically attracted to him it doesn't matter if everything else is

important that's important you have to have it all because as a sex and

marriage therapist for nearly two decades what I see are people coming to

me back in the day back in the day when I was seeing pot clients privately they

would come to me and they would say he's a great parent we are great teammates we

get shit done together he treats me well but I'm just not

acted to him or our sex life sucks and there's just no passion in chemistry and

so they are in this dilemma where they're trying to decide do I stay out

of loyalty and this is the bet I made I have to lay in it or do I deserve to

have passion and chemistry and I want I want that so badly in my life and if you

sacrifice that now because you so desperately want love you will pay for

it later I promise oh I just got a phone call I forgot to

turn off my notifications alright so I hope that was helpful you guys thanks

for asking that question Maggie I love it love it love it

I'm going to hop off I have a call with somebody somebody who's interested in my

program and and then I am recording a new webinar for all of you guys you be

so have a great Friday have a great weekend

keep up the posting and the questions and the support for one another and the

engagement in this group it's been phenomenal and I've been enjoying it so

much and I appreciate it so so much hi Jill I didn't see you here this whole

time I'm so glad you're here thank you guys Laura go get some sleep

girl and I will see you guys later have a great one I love you all bye

"Life Under The Palms": This And That For May, 2018! - Duration: 15:28.

It's May...It's Another Sultry Summer In South Fla.!

hey gang it's Paul back again I have a lot of wonderful things to talk to you

about but this is kind of just the filling I think I can't believe that

we've been off the air for a few weeks now ever since our initial foray into

life under the palms I think it was going well but it's very difficult to to

have Brad balance a really taxing job that gives him a not much relaxation and

I kind of said can we do can we do a film today can we do a film today place

it next for sure so he might do a cooking segment on Saturday I'm hoping

so I went out in the garden today I tell you what I acted the reason I'm naked is

because I had to I have to change three times the clothes are all in the washer

and it's one of those days that it makes you kind of realize mmm look we're just

about getting into I can't seem to take that they yes forward to heat that well

anymore whether it's that affected them on different medications now because I

mean oh I'm having a little bit of recovery time oh why do you get to show

you this either today we're like oh this is the scar that the dermatologist made

to remove my cancer from my chest yes indeed his twinsies like crazy but

healing and I was a little bit got that bit paranoid feeling like did she give

it all that you give it all that you get it all and now I don't seem to be as

concerned about biggest items starting to get my energy back but then I go

outside into this crap and it feels like it's just something uses somebody just

popped a balloon in and and I was I was deflated almost next minute yeah I just

don't know if it's if it's post-op weakness probably is but then at then

guys they found out that I had a dentist appointment Thursday and I already knew

that I had an implant put in here cuz it's a book toothless crap there was it

was a root canal it didn't take went bad so had to go to a periodontist he ripped

it out in the same day he put in an implant oh this is about a year ago and

my regular dentist one just have time for it to heal and he was gonna put a

bridge over troubled teeth for months for the other well that was all very

well then that's what they went into the doctor with the intentions of having him

work on well it turns out that I was having a twin G molar problem ever since

a couple of Thanksgivings ago we were in Los Angeles I had I woke up dis horrible

I text the side of my mouth in it but whoa it just looks so much so I'm we

were at staying at Hollywood B&B our lovely place on Hollywood Boulevard and

and orange grove and that's two wonderful people Sarah and Albert from

from Terry over there and she just my mom it says let's see Paul if we find a

doctor who this is Thanksgiving morning now let's find a doctor who was open and

he can you know picture up so you can recoup a little bit of your Thanksgiving

field all right sir you can give it a try excuse me that's her little named

Lane she found one and then she gave me the phone numbers of where's the sad

would you like to take a guess who might be open to serve the needs of those that

are well-heeled uh-huh Beverly Hills he's doctor mass Edgar Hemi what a great

guy he is a really super periodontist and he worked on my my bad tooth what he

did is he drilled through the the kept the crown that was on there

and he got to the root and I was able to put more cement crap in there and fill

it up and and this was this was now 11 o'clock on Thanksgiving morning

he didn't have any other place to go because well he was going to mom's for

dinner figured that you know I thought wow what guy what a guy of course they

they said well we don't usually take your insurance we don't work with that

one but you know what they submitted it and they took they took 25% I think so I

thanked him for everything because they wouldn't have done that in southern

Florida we're just too rare yeah we're just an ST here you don't have insurance

you pay for it all we take credit cards but I don't want to put it on my credit

card oh it's okay yeah you know you'll get a

nominal interest rate but this play doctor will be paid and you'll have a

better tooth yeah but also have a huge bill no no no no don't worry about that

you need you need help well anyway dr. Ibrahim he took care of me I had a good

rest of that Thanksgiving and this is my new a couple of years ago since that so

we weren't less this pest thanks to viewer with our friends in New Orleans

so this is the December 5th March April May so yeah it's about a year and a half

and it just started to twinge again so so I went to dr. Sullivan's who's in

pembroke pines florida good guy very old-school Brad likes and several of his

employees go to him and I enjoy beating him too

so he said to me Paul I think we're gonna you're gonna lose that tooth see

take it out and care I don't need it of course I wasn't thinking all the

ramifications so that means I got to go back to his buddy the periodontist here

get another implant put in and then we have to wait a respectable at least

three months to put this bridge which we did know about an input of bridge in

here so caching caching caching so I thought oh this is really not what I had

in mind but I was forced into into taking care of it because

last Monday I start to get a nasty earache and I didn't really put anything

together to connect it connected that's so to speak but it looked to me like it

was probably just you know maybe I I had this year with when I had my car wreck

the airbag hit me in this year and I shattered eardrum never was fixed I just

didn't I had one ear I'm a man or old homosexual monaural so the so when I

went to dr. Sullivan's I went into you know just get the cleaning and the usual

amps gonna tell them that I was having some problems over here I didn't connect

the dirac with it though well what happened was evidently up and it's been

happening because I've been feeling kind of chilly when it's hot out and I've

been feeling hot when it's not hot out everything was a little out of whack I

thought I was getting back the mononucleosis that I had back in 1989

which was a pisser it it it really wrecked me for about a whole year and I

got involved all these sick people from chronic fatigue syndrome Wow would their

trip ah that then everything was you know they have to strain all their foods

get old it you know the gluten out they get old the processed carbs out make

sure they were using unbleached flour and you know brown rice and you know I

just fell in with that group they ended up making me feel lousy er just because

they were so much into their their narcissism in terms of their their

illness and they never addressed the fact that a lot of it could be

psychological so they were such in a bit of pity here well that dead only went so

far for me so I kind of extricated them from from that you know myself from that

group and you know not surprisingly within a two three months I start to

feel better because I wouldn't have the psychological component that I had

before so anyway that's where that's where I was going with this and I'd been

I've been taking some longevity capsules it's supposed to basically work with the

stem cells to repair DNA and slow or reverse the process that's going on in

terms of the crumbling and the destruction of all the beautiful parts

that make me so special but do you know what I start to feel really good after

about two weeks they're very much better and I think it was because I am starting

to get stronger again from the inside you know a muscle man I'll never be but

I still feel pretty well this muscle is working well you know and I'm coming up

with with the much expected one-liners like I used to do and I'm coming up with

with just the weight that I lost I thought or you know names that I

couldn't remember anymore god I was on a straight shot to

Alzheimer's or something of that effects senile dementia and you know guys that

I'm so freakin young it's ridiculous you know I I make no bones about that

there's probably nobody you know in this range of age that or few that act as

goofy and and teenagers I do I don't care because it really it's not an act

it's the only time I really feel alive so that's what that's what we're doing

so I gotta go back to the doctor so missus coming Thursday he's gonna

discuss strategy but he wants to know if I've been ill he described the week of

amoxicillin for me three times a day I hate to take antibiotics but not so I

don't have too much trouble with it from the indigestion just a little bit but

not bad I'm on my third or fourth day now it's gonna be finished on Thursday

when I go back to him again within the second day I did the three doses one day

that I picked up the prescription but and took the fourth dose the next

morning the earache was gone whoa he was treating me for bed a bad

crown with bacteria in it that probably was causing the pain he didn't and I

hadn't told him at the time that I was having a bad ear ache but look at the

distance that you had from that tooth that's right over here to the where that

your your pain was that's not very much is it and when I press down

whoa that really hurt so is a direct conduit in the jawbone from there to

there yeah so I got it it's so I don't end up like Jim Henson I got to get this

fixed anyway so that's what's going on

this is so this is not really what would I say a copacetic and relaxed spring

season that we're heading into this is a lot of shit going on

I mean the government stuff is making me nuts I'm trying not to focus on it but

it's still so ridiculous and bread he's getting closer to retirement you know we

keep saying two years two years you can do it you can do it you've been heaps

hating it and I don't know really what to say other than Jesus actually facing

something that's crummy but I guess he's about three years

younger than I am and I you know I know what it's like to get to that point

where just about say screw you mom ended this and I and I know he wants to say

that almost every Monday morning when you get it it's up but I noticed the

last few Sundays they've been cranky Sundays because he's misdirecting

frustration out on other stuff and oh boy and then we have Mother's Day coming

up this Sunday that should be a joy uh Elaine will be harping and harping and

Harper done of all those things that she does so I might make quick exit I should

take my own car so I can leave earlier than the two of them could just you know

pet each other on the back say happy mom happy son because I'm just a I'm just

the foundling guy was I was found in the trash can behind their senior citizen

complex and they took me by the scruff of my neck and say we'll adopt you are

you paper-trained do you drink milk or water yes yes no and yes so you know

that's gonna be interesting this coming Sunday so I'm healing better I wouldn't

be surprised as this amoxicillin isn't even taking of a little a little bit of

the the bacterial stuff that after they opened me up what happened with this

cancer was all the way down to the rib bone so they have to scrape the bones

and that's why it's hurting so much it's good thing

I went into air and got that taking care but this is what two months already

almost so guys be patient life under the palms is mm it's all well and good and

it's had ready to start serving you again but just give us a little time to

reorganize our brains I I just sort of came out of my my cardboard box this

morning I said to feel better until I went outside now I'm back inside and I

feel great I don't know what what Brad had into today I know he had an early

real estate closing at 8 o'clock he had all the paperwork done he usually leaves

here around eight or a ten so I guess he left this morning at 6:00 I was out

after having been up most of the night with mice my oh I smashed my finger on

Sunday with the with the the garden loppers I tried to get into a narrow

area you see how yeah it doesn't look so bad on TV but that matches the one that

I did a couple of weeks ago too so yeah like yeah it looks like a finger fungus

but no it just smashed nails I am a freaking mess so I'm stinging healing

and I'll be there for you guys remember what I always used to say in 2018 in

2017 and 2016 be good to yourself you're the best friend you'll ever know I love

you guys Brad loves you subscribe what you can and if you need

you like us press the bell for updates and make sure that you take care of

yourself this I want to see you again mrs. Paul your life under the pawns guys

Increase Your Life Energy by Eating as a Yogi (YOGIC DIET) - Sadhguru 2018 - Duration: 39:32.

when we say food we are talking about the material with which we build up

we'll build this body right now physically what we consider as ourselves

he's essentially a heap of food that we have eaten so how can we not pay

attention to this because it is the building material with which we are

building this body and when we build something we must know towards what

purpose we're building it if you want to build this building

however wonderful the design is the material that goes into it makes the

difference so the design may be great but what kind of material we actually

structure this body with makes a whole world of difference right now largely in

every culture people are eating the way they are eating because our fathers and

mothers ate that way our grandfathers and grandmothers ate that way and it

goes back we need to understand when they ate that way they did not have

options it was food was about survival they ate what was locally available and

what they ate on that they became the next days culture but today we have come

to a place where wherever you are in the world you're in Doha but you're eating

fruit and fresh vegetable which I'm sure 100 years ago nobody ever tasted so now

we have choices it is time to consider what is it that should go into our

system first of all what is objective in the yogic culture we have this if you

want to be a menial laborer you want to work 10 12 hours a day physically you

must eat one way you want to be an athlete you want to eat another way you

want to be a warrior you must eat another way you

to use your brain you must do it another way you want to be loving and nice you

must eat another way like this for different objectives we differently so

bringing a little bit of awareness about this whatever I say now is not hard and

fast do's and don'ts this is about conducting our life more consciously

every aspect of our life whatever we do if we simply move our hand like this

unconsciously it moves one way if you move this consciously it moves another

way if you simply throw words out it happens one way if you throw these words

out consciously it happens another way sim similarly if you simply throw food

it happens one way if you consciously take it in it happens another way so the

idea is to bring awareness and consciousness to every aspect of life

including the food which is an important part would may not be for many people a

deciding factor because their life may not be so precise in requirement but

definitely plays a significant role for example you know taking myself as an

example the level of activity that happens in our day-to-day life we have

seven days of the week 365 days working 20 hours a day at least for almost 25

years I managed with only two and a half hours of average sleep per night

now I'm getting little lazy and I'm stretching it too far out or sometimes a

little more the choice is this do you want to live have we come here to live

an experience life or I have already here to somehow avoid life and one day

if you're sleeping 8 to 10 hours a day in 24 hours that means you're

effectively sleeping away 45 to 50% of your life

so whether instead of living for if you live for hundred years you're actually

awake only for fifty years of your life which is a sheer waste of life so this

must be very clear are we here to experience and know the why brains of

life and its fullest depth and dimension or are we here to somehow pass it then

be done with it so only if you are concerned about making life happen at

its highest possible level then what you consume becomes an important part of

this there are many ways to look at this in brief amount of time that we have it

could lead to confusions if I go into very sophisticated way of looking at

things to come down to something very simple if you look at any machine when I

say a machine we have seen all of your deeply engrossed in your cell phones and

seeing whether you take a cell phone as a simple machine it's not simple for you

oh you take a car or a computer whatever all of it needs some kind of energy to

perform let's take a car as an example suppose you take a petrol driven car and

put diesel into it it may still manage a little bit but it will not function at

its optimum in this way if you look at it this machine the human mechanism is

the gadget on the planet it is the highest and the most sophisticated

machine on the planet that we have known any number of machines are there but

nothing comparable to this one this is the most sophisticated machine we're

still not able to figure out a single molecule of DNA has to have it functions

with all our brain we still can't figure it that's how complex and sophisticated

it is when you have such a machine how you conduct it becomes very very

important it is so subtle the very way you sit and stand affects the way it

functions shall we do a little experiment with you and

shall we do a little experiment with you if you're willing to sit up with your

spine erect you keep all the five fingers five fingers together that means

you must keep you from down if you keep your five fingers together and place it

upon your thigh gently placed do not press gently placed what we will do is

don't do it right now look at me holding it upon your thigh like this with your

eyes closed breathe slightly deeper than normal

watch how you normally breathe slightly deeper than normal and notice how the

air fills up into your lung or in other words where is the maximum expansion and

contraction observe this as you're doing this I will say switch with your eyes

closed without breaking the rhythm of your breathing just turn it over and

again when I say switch get back in these two positions something very

fundamental about your breath will change I want you to notice what is the

change and you must be able to tell me you will be able to notice this only if

your spine is erect your eyes closed and your mind is focused on your breath

shall we do this please close your eyes all the five fingers together gently

placed upon your thigh slightly deeper than normal just inhale and exhale

noticing how the air fills up in your lungs your eyes closed

switch turn your hands on

switch again

please open eyes do not be some change between the two can you tell me what is

it okay what is happening and what she said is when you hold the palm facing

down you will feel the expansion more in your diaphragm region when you do this

suddenly the most little higher up in the chest why this is happening is among

the three lobes in the lung if you keep your hand facing down the maximum

expansion and contraction happens in the lower lobe of the lung if you just turn

it around it most of the middle lobe of the lung this is just by turning your

hand over the very way you breathe is altering itself it's not just the breath

the very way the life and is function in the body are altering themselves simply

because you turn your hand over how many times in a day and consciously do you do

this now you are sitting yourself into your turmoil and hoping to be peaceful

life does not work like that on this planet this is like you sit in your car

you don't know what these three pedals are kick any one of them whenever you

feel like it and you know what a jerky driver you will be right now please see

this this is what is happening it is not that you do not know peace in your life

it is not that you do not know joy or ecstasy in your life it is not that you

do not know love in your life you know all these things but none of them are

still there its jerky because the driver is joking because the driver knows

nothing about the machine you have been gifted with the most sophisticated

mechanism in the universe we know and you are handling it like it's a crude

thing so once you have a machine like this it's important what kind of fuel is

going into the system when we say what kind of fuel what kind of fuel is this

machine designed for as I said there are many many ways of looking at it the

simplest way is elementary cannot from the mouth to the anal outlet digestive

process happen and many different levels now what kind

of food is this digestive system designed for if you look at the animal

kingdom largely in the world there are carnivores and herbivores but animals

which eat vegetable material and those which eat meat between these two

coordinate Wars and hurtin herbivores there is a significant difference in the

way their bodies are constructed and particularly their elementary can on

which is the digestive process one basic thing is to start with if you look at

all the herbivorous animals they have incisors in the front cutting teeth and

molars at the back which are grinding teeth the coordinators animals have

incisors not so well-developed molars and they have two extra pairs of canine

that is if you want to eat meat in nature to tear the meat and eat you need

this extra pair of teeth somehow please check you don't have them and if you

check the your moment of herbivores and carnivores all the corner Wars have only

cutting action in their jaw moment they have to just cut their smoke pieces and

eat it all the herbivorous animals have cutting and grinding action because

you're supposed to grind your food why this design difference is if you ever

put a little bit of rice in your mouth and leave it there for a minute and

close your eyes and observe will notice the rise will turn sweet roar eyes will

turn sweet in your mouth because the carbohydrates are being converted into

sugar right here in your mouth region because there is a certain enzyme called

Talon in your saliva which every herbivorous animal has which starts the

digestive process in the mouth region itself

none of the corner Burress animals have this so they only cut and eat swallow

their food viewers are supposed to chew their food and eat if you go looking

further the length of the elementary canal if you look at it in all the

corner various animals it's only three times the length

in all the corner Burris in the hall the previous animals the length of the

elementary canal is approximately five to six times the length of your body do

you know what is the length of this pipe running through your body there are

doctors I'm sorry it is anywhere between 24 to 30 feet which is approximately

five to six times the length of your body

so in this kind of elementary canal if you put the duration of time that the

particular food item takes to pass through if you put wrong to the system

it will take anywhere between 70 to 72 hours to pass through the system

if you cook if you put cooked meat into the system it will take 48 to 52 hours

to pass through the system if you put cook to vegetarian meals it will take 24

to 30 hours to pass through the system if you put an uncooked vegetable it will

take 12 to 15 hours to pass through the system if you put a fruit it will take

1/2 3 hours to pass through the system if you keep raw meat outside in summer

for 72 hours what happens similar things happen in your body or in other words

enormous amount of rotting process happens an excessive bacterial activity

is taking taking place within the body keeping this bacterial levels lower in

the body becomes the biggest function that the body is functioning and doing

right now which makes one I see that with regular Londoner these everywhere

either coffee or worse coke is being served because without that most people

will fall asleep on the table because that is the nature of food that we are

consuming the level of inertia that this food is creating is such now all the

doctors particular rests are saying minimum eight hours you must sleep sleep

is not a requirement in the body restfulness is a requirement in body

when I say restfulness right now I am standing walking and

speaking but if you check my pulse on an empty stomach you will see my pulse will

be somewhere between 36 to 44 right now it may be in the range of around 50 if

body is going at an easier pace the amount of rest that it demands in terms

of shutting down will come down considerably it's like you have a car

which needs 15 days in a month it needs to be serviced you could as well walk

ride a bicycle you know if it needs one day in a month service all right if it

needs 15 days servicing servicing in one month's time it's not worth having that

is how one will begin to feel about their own body when it needs too much

servicing you wonder why the hell you are here that thought will very easily

come when you when the body pulls you down people will wonder why I here what

am I doing this questions will come business women who have big plans in

their life the most important thing is have a vibrant and alert body which is

willing to do what you want which is willing to stay awake which is willing

to wake up when you want it doesn't fall asleep in the middle of something it's

very very important to have an alert in agile body now nourishment problems are

there so living in a desert if I just depend on vegetables after all

everything has to come from somewhere I may not have enough nourishment that

problem is there so if nourishment is a problem if we have to eat some kind of

non-vegetarian the best way to eat it is what is farthest away from us in the

evolutionary scale we must eat that the closer they are to us the more

information to process when I say more information to process right now you

understand you need to stand this that your body is forming itself the way it

is forming itself only because of a certain level of memory and information

that it carries when I say memory and information

people think memory and information is in their mind know what your mind

carries is a miniscule a body carries a trillion times more memory than you can

imagine for example Michele do you remember your

great-great great-great grandmother how she looked no you don't remember half

your great-great great-great grandmother looked but her nose is sitting on your

face right now because your body remembers your body remembers how your

forefathers were a million years ago it is not forgotten you might have

forgotten but your body remembers there's a phenomenal amount of memory in

every cell in this body and similarly the more evolved a particular creature

is the more complex it has become the more distant to absorb and make it a

part of itself so suppose you eat animal which has emotions the moment you

consume an animal with emption s' the complexity of information in that animal

is such that it will not integrate easily into our system if you eat an

animal which does not have so much thought and emotion its ability to

retain its own structure is very minimal and it integrates itself into our body

as a part of ourselves very easily so when we consume something this is the

fundamental criteria that we want to eat something which is a simple life without

consuming some life you cannot exist here whether it's a plant vegetable

fruit animal everything is life now the idea is to consume a simpler life which

has less capability of thought and emotion the more capability it has your

ability to integrate that will become less or in other words the nature of

that animal will start manifesting within ourselves in some ways it is not

that if you eat a camel you will come a camel tomorrow morning but over a period

of time a little camel istic trends can come

so unless when somebody is extraordinarily physically active they

are able to manage this to some extent as physical activity comes down how

consciously you eat makes a world of difference a human being need not be

serviced for eight hours a day if only if he or she eats properly the kind of

food substance which easily integrates into the system the kind of food

substance that will not create inertia but it will create dynamism the kind of

food substance which will not need to stay in the body for long periods of

time something that passes through the system quickly coordinates animals have

a short elementary kennel because meat prices through the system slowly happy

words have a long elementary canal because visible matter passes through

the system very quickly and we have a long elementary canal and the purpose of

a long elementary canal is a more complex process as possible when a more

complex process is possible what it means is the quality and the nature of

the food in some way impacts us in character in the way we are in the way

we think amount and behave within our cells and around us

so how consciously we consume food and how conscious we are as to how food

behaves within us if you are conscious enough if something appears in front of

you you will simply know whether to eat it or not eat it if that kind of

awareness is not there one has to have function by information as to different

foods how they behave and they do not behave I was speaking to a medical group

in our in United States and I told them the way America is eating right now if

you change the way you're eating you can bring down 60% of the incidence of

cancer in this country simply if you change the way you're eating because

you're eating food which is one on an average about 45 days old in the yogic

culture if anything is cooked within one and a half hours you must

consume it from this Tao straight to the plate

always I'm sure in this culture also it was like that till recently so as you

keep the food and it starts deteriorating

if you eat deteriorating food and then you're wondering why your own body cells

are working against you that cannot be healthy we are spending billions of

dollars in research for the ailments we have created we need to understand this

every human cell every cell in this body is essentially programmed for health but

right now 70 of the ailments on the planet or chronic or in other words they

self created there are infectious diseases which are an invasion from

another organism that has to be dealt with medicine all the chronic ailments

whatever it is is manufactured from within I would our own body manufacture

ailment for us simply because without understanding the fundamentals of how it

functions and one important part of it is what we consume and how we consume if

we change this one aspect as to what we are consuming and how we consume it

health could be a natural process for most people I would say 60 to 70% of the

population will never get help if only there is a little more conscious way of

eating on this planet if you have questions please

this

hello thank you for a very inspirational speech I have two problems chocolate and

cigarettes and I know I need to stop them but what is your advice for me to

have more self-control thank you a cigarette is not a

foodstuffs I will leave it alone about chocolates it happened one day on the

Florida beach a man walking and he found a lamp a kind of a lantern which was

sticking out of the sand he took it out and just to check what it is took his

shirt and just wiped it and lo a genie arrived you heard the story before

so the genies had three gifts whatever you want three boons

I will give you what do you want he said Wow I want to read Ferrari right there

on the beach a red Ferrari arrived then he said wow this is for real I want

million bucks 1 million dollars in the backseat then his head what is the third

one he thought about it and said I want to be irresistible to women he turned

into a box of chocolates so when it's something so precious in a woman's

conference I want for chocolate chocolate is a very positive thing

the problem with chocolate is you're eating with sugar ok if you just eat

chocolate it's a very one thing to eat but you're mixing with such enormous

amount of sugar which will definitely cause damage to the system if you can

eat it without the sugar that will be great and similarly for the cigarette

without the tobacco if you smoke it it would be great

that's why I said chocolate is great it's the sugar which is the problem

that's up to you

see we have gotten used you can like cigarette or coffee or whatever these

are nervous stimulants if you consume Minerva stimulants it'll pep you up for

a certain amount of time and then dump you so you can zoom let's say next two

years you consume coffee every day in the morning one day if there is no

coffee you will freak you'll get headache you will get all kinds of

problems because you are used to the nervous simulant now if you use any kind

of småland or intoxicant upon your nervous system your ability to pussy

will go down when i say your ability to perceive see if i stand here with my

eyes closed if somebody enters this hall with my eyes closed i will tell you what

kind of person has entered this home oh is this some yoga no even your dog can

do it isn't it yes or no your dog is sitting under the sofa somebody at the

door he knows who has come yes or no does he

know or not he knows now when a dog can know why is it that you cannot know

simply because we dull our nervous system in so many different ways first

of all living in urban centers our no system is dulled by excessive input the

type of food that we eat stimulants intoxicants all these things if you tell

your nervous system the statement that you're making to life is I want to dodge

life I want to avoid life I don't want to experience life so if that is the

thing if we cut a nerve in your spine you will not experience anything shall

we do that you're trying to do it slowly I am talking about doing it more

efficiently is that what you want to do to yourself because only if your nervous

system is at its highest level of relaxation and alertness

only then you will know life in its entirety otherwise simply what somebody

has told you and thoughtless that's all you will know you will not perceive life

the way it is Oh whether you're consuming coffee

cigarette this that if by choice somewhere you're doing something that's

up to you I don't get into those aspects of your life but if it's compulsively

happening in your life it's time you do something things that we create it

should not rule our lives isn't it if you're doing everything by choice

consciously it's up to you if they are compelling you to do certain things it's

time you worked on it it's time you did something about it

how it works normally if you spin it hello but if you if sometimes we cannot

wave stress and that's why we are consuming more caffeine more sugar

whatever is chocolate or or more carbohydrates so if there are any other

equivalents that we can use under stress I mean food equivalents so we we are

addressing this as if a stress is a part of as if stress is a part of your life

this happened to me a few years ago when I first went to United States wherever I

went people were talking about stress management

I couldn't understand this where people talking about this management my

understanding we manage things which are precious to us our family our wealth our

business and whatever else whatever is precious to us why would

anybody want to manage stress it took me a while to understand these people have

made a conclusion that stress is a part of their life stress is not a part of

your life you must understand this your stressful not be you have children your

stressful not because you have a business to run your stressful not

because life is not going the way you think it should be going you stressful

simply because you do not know how to handle yourself your own body your own

mind your own emotion and your own energies are in conflict with each other

they're in a state of friction if this was well lubricated they definitely

would not be any stress if this system was going very smoothly within yourself

there would not be any stress essentially means friction isn't it

however wonderful a machine that you may be driving in terms of your car if you

drive it without the engine lubricants or engine orell it won't last for ten

minutes the same thing goes for this if the necessary lubrication is not created

if the necessary alignment is not happened within you then everything

seems stressful have you at least noticed this much what one person thinks

is very stressful another person is dealing with it effortlessly it should

so it is not a situation which is stressful it is your inability to manage

yourself when you are given such a sophisticated machine what I am asking

you is did you ever read the user's manual you know did you ever pay

attention as to how this functions now we just did one simple experiment this

and this every day you are doing it but you think you don't have to pay

attention to this there is a system there is a whole science as to how to

bring attention to every aspect of your life the very way you sit stand breathe

eat every aspect of your life if you handle it consciously you will see it

will become something else there is a whole science as there is a science and

technology to handle the external there is a whole science and technology to

handle the internal you have to invest certain amount of time in that we are we

are here we are at a business women conference can you give me in three

practical steps how we can manage to be vegetarian to do yoga and to manage all

the problems that we have around us in this world in 3 steps 1 2 3 practically

right

if you if you just had a hammer and an anvil which is the most basic tool 1 2 3

I could teach you in 3 steps but you have a very complex sophisticated

machine which is capable of incredible things when you have such a machine I

would say let's pay a little more attention to it if we want a good deal

out of it if it was a very simplistic thing we could have done it in a very

simplistic way but anyway right now we have only step 4 time for three steps

one thing you could do is we offered it to you right here otherwise you this is

offered free to millions and millions of people across the world it's a simple

process of meditation which takes 12 minutes you can go on the net and with

the guided voice you can practice this it is a technology for well-being it is

not a philosophy it is not an ideology it is not a religion it is not a belief

system it's just a technology for in developing 12 minutes you invest on this

in your diet make 40 percent of your diet into fruit and vegetable which is

fresh and alive live cells not dead ones bring 40 percent into daily life

whichever way it's convenient for you it is best if it's brought as one single

meal as dinner or something but if that's not possible just add it somehow

whichever way but if it comes as a separate meal it's most effective and

simple yoga cannot be taught like this because the simplest of yoga involves

phenomenal amount of geometry today Yoga is being taught as a fitness mechanism

like they teach aerobics they're teaching yoga we would not want to teach

something like that because something very profound if it's taught in a very

simplistic way you will lose the possibility suppose I give you an

airplane you're given an airplane and you don't know what it is I come and say

you chop off these two wings which will anyway obstruct things and drive it like

a car you may like it but it's a disaster to drive an airplane with

chopped off wings so the third step would be

you invest two or three days to learn something very simple don't go for big

things something very very simple two or three days you invest to learn something

and bring it into your life it will do a phenomenal change in your life these

three things three steps good morning and anyway to tell you I'm not a

businesswoman but I'm running more than half a dozen businesses and foundations

and activity and moments and projects across the world so I'm not somebody who

sits in a cave and meditates all the time okay good morning thank you very

much for your lovely speech I'm not a businesswoman I'm a legal expert for the

National Human Rights Committee in Qatar my name is hello actually is a very

clever person who invited you to this conference really very enthusiastic to

know your opinion about the concept of business and investment because most of

business in this capitalist ISM world it's about accumulating money and

reinvested and accumulating money and again reinvested and have ambitious you

have said those women who have a very big plans I can feel that it has been

sarcastic with your compassion with people who have running after big

achievements and big plans so does business conflict with

enlightenment is the question at no point was I said take what I told her

yesterday was she said she has big dreams yes if you have big dreams the

bigger they are better and if they are very big you must understand you will

never get to make it happen in a short span of lifespan that a human being has

if your dream is really big if your dream is so big

if you take one step in the direction it's a success other people may think

otherwise it doesn't matter but because you have such such a large big huge

dream in your mind what you do may not manifest today but you have taken the

right step and set the most set into motion a possibility which will happen

over a period of time that would not set in sir Carson that was said because she

was feeling depressed the things that she wants are not happening I said the

bigger your dream is the more it will not be fulfilled but it's okay but we

have taken a few steps in the direction and that's what makes it happen now for

us here as a business conference here what we need to understand these there

was a time a few hundred years ago when the religious leadership had the maximum

influence on the societies in the world in the last hand after that military

machines built themselves big and military leaders became the most

influential leaders in the last 100 years democratically elected leaders

have become the most influencing factor on the planet but in the next 10 to 25

years you will see that business leaders economic leaders will be the biggest

influence on the planet but economic or business leaders have come with a tag

around their neck as you were mentioning that they are rested interest they're

only interested in their profit so it is a it is a time and history that business

leaders have to move from a simple ambition of personal profit to a larger

vision of well-being because such a responsibility is coming their way if

they don't want to fail in this responsibility it's time that business

leaders move from simple ambitions that one has to a larger vision of

transformation and well-being thank you very much

Sometimes I only have like 30 minutes or 60 minutes to spare in an entire day

so that doesn't really give me a lot of time to go to the salon.

so what I love the most is that I can you know...

grab a few minutes at home

I can you know... exfoliate

and it keeps my skin moisturized, but at the same time

it also smoothens it out and it keeps it also sort of like soft.

And I love that I can just sort of like bring it with me wherever I go

I can like put it in my suitcase when I'm traveling

sometimes you know, you need touchups in between pedicures

and that helps too.

Number 1. you need to make sure that your feet are moisturized - no dry feet.

You also want to make sure that your skin is smooth - no calluses.

A great polish is a must.

Choose the colour based on how you're feeing

or the weather or the season

but, you have to finish it off with a killer pair of heels.

That's one of my favourites.

A Day In The Life of Austin Overstreet | Northwest Theory 9 - Duration: 3:54.

Okay so what are we doing?

So we are on our way to do a showing down in Puyallup

If my GPS will work.

Alright so when you're rolling out to a showing, you know

you gotta put on some trap music.

Alright so we just got here and there's a neighborhood watch sign that's

how you know it's a safe neighborhood!

Cool so we are on our way to do a final walkthrough with a buyer that I'm

working with for a condo here down in Lakewood that I actually happen to be

the listing agent on as well! But yeah we'll be doing the final walkthrough just kind of

making sure everything has been squared away and yeah, should be fun!

Alright so we just pulled into this condominium and we're gonna get started

with this walkthrough!

So basically Chicago will probably give you a call

probably today or Wednesday and set up a signing time for you.

Which normally signing will happen the day before so typically they may want

you to come inside on Wednesday or they can send a notary

they'll basically kinda ask how you prefer it to be set up!

I mean for closing basically they'll just set up signing with you

you'll go out there, sign and then as far as like the day of

closing you don't have to do anything I mean I'll just meet you out here with keys

and yeah, we'll go from there!

So we are getting ready to head into this photoshoot with the infamous, the one and only

Bob Vernon, legend in the business!
