Salut Youtube today you are going to come with me and we're gonna learn

French fast! I'm actually here with my French

professor Aurélie and we've come up together with an amazing plan which is

how to learn French super quickly because in the next three months I need

to up my level of French a lot because I'm going to be passing my DELF B2 exam

if you're actually looking for a French professor in Paris or anywhere in the

world I definitely recommend orally because she actually specializes in

French courses online as well. You can find me on my website which is called

Parisoclock.com you can find all the info there. Sharing my love for French and the

French culture is a passion. I myself love languages I've been living in

Mexico Germany and the u.s. so I really love learning a new language and helping

people who are also passionate about languages so I'll be happy to help.

It has just been so useful to have things fall into place and it's made a huge

difference so I can definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend so without further

ado let's get into the video which has our hacks or our tricks to learn French

as quickly as possible from 0 up to conversational and strong intermediate

within six months if you're living outside of France and as quickly as

three months if you're living already in a french-speaking country

So we've been working on a concept of how to place a little bit of French in

your everyday life we truly believe that we have 15 hours a week you will be able

to improve your French so 15 hours a week my sounds like a lot of time it

sounds like a lot but we have some really good tricks that will definitely

help you the first thing that you could definitely do is to put some French in

your daily habits by listening to podcasts it's about taking those rituals

that already exist. We assume that 30 minutes per day in the morning you're

either doing some sport or you're listening to music or something while

you're getting ready in the morning or you're on your way to work or school

whatever it is but we assume you have 30 minutes in the morning there are some

very good podcasts in French so it's on your phone you put your headphones and

you're ready to go. So we have some recommendations, so actual podcasts to

learn French the first one is coffee break French and

this is a podcast where they actually take someone who speaks no French at

all and the first season is about teaching her all of the basics and so

you'll learn along with her and then you've got season 2 3 & 4 which become

more and more advanced then we also recommend listening to podcasts for

enjoyment on topics that you're actually passionate about and I'm gonna put a

link down in the description box below with a list of 30 podcast ideas to get

you started

The second thing that you can do is try to think about what you like to do in your

free time in the evening things that you would normally do maybe you like to

watch the series maybe you like to watch a movie maybe you like to watch some

YouTube videos things that you would normally do and try to do this in French

for instance I am really interested in in health and food in in veganism so

right now I'm watching videos about this topic doing it in another language of

course it is a way to practice this language so find a particular theme

that you're really interested in that you're passionate about that you want to

learn more about and try to find videos in French. Exactly a lot of the youtubers

out there subtitle their videos for example even me I do all of my videos

subtitled in English and in French we'll put some ideas for youtubers to check

out Netflix it's pretty easy you just have to switch the language to French

you can put the subtitles either in English or in French depending on your

level think about your other rituals, do you watch the news every evening? Why not

watching the global news in French? And you know do you like to listen to music

while you're cooking in the evening maybe? You could change it to French

music and again we'll link down in the description box below some nice French

music that you can start listening to. All of these things add up. We say that

you can find easily one hour per week night you know Monday to Friday to be

able to integrate French into your daily routine so that's another five hours on

the counter

Another idea to make things really stick is to play with these kind of

applications that we have available to us so what I would recommend is to take

something like Duolingo or Babbel and to do it 15 minutes a day seven days a week

so where do you find those magical 15 minutes because we're all very time poor

well what I would do is in the morning if I had a coffee break I would take my

coffee by myself and I'll do a little bit of work on my app before going back

to the my desk also something yet you can do on your commute home this kind of

thing I think 15 minutes we can find relatively easily seven days a week so

now let's move on to what you can do at the weekend when you have more time so

something that you could do if you like to watch movies is watch moving French

of course and maybe if you're a beginner you can start with something easy like

for instance a Disney movie if you like Disney movies or anime movies and then

once you've reached a higher level you could switch to a regular movie

something that just came out and that you be wanting to watch anyway. exactly

and this is perfect because I remember what it felt like to be a

beginner I chose films like The Lion King because I knew the storyline off By

heart it's almost like watching a film with no sound and then you just see

what's happening and you know what's gonna happen it's the storyline but you

don't realize but you're actually absorbing a lot of French and a lot of

little words here and there like a puzzle you know bit by bit you'll start

to understand more and more and more

it was gonna come and I'm so sorry you knew it was coming

the French grammar yes its toughest it's complicated but all we're asking for to

add to the counter is two hours per week it depends on how you like to learn but

this - do you want to explain what this is? - yeah this is like a Bible, even for

French people when we were little at school and we need to learn French

grammar as well that's what we use it's very very well done it's very precise

you find all the rules that you really need to know if you are someone who

enjoys rules and you're someone who likes to write things down and learn

things off by heart and this kind of thing this really is you know as Aurélie

said it's the Bible so you can't do much better than this it's very detailed.

If you're someone like me and you need something very practical I need to do

the exercises I can read you know the rules and it doesn't make sense to me

and then I start doing the exercises and things start to click and so I use this

book which is Grammaire progressive de français and actually you have the

beginner intermediate and advanced levels and it's just there's like one

page of explanation and then it jumps into exercise after exercise after

exercise and you've got the answers there are lots of let's say more

fun books out there like there's this book the frequency dictionary of French

is the most 5000 most frequently used for each words for example if you're

someone who just wants to jump into conversation doesn't really care about

the academic side and just wants to get going something like this might suit you

a little bit more. There are loads of options out there I'll put all of the links to these

down below in the description so you can buy them if you'd like

but there is something I think important would you say as a French professor

about learning the basic yes you cannot go around you need to know the

foundation it's the foundation of your knowledge of French and then you move on

to other fun stuff but the fun stuff needs to be connected to the to the

foundation to the grammar.

At the end of the day it all comes back to speaking to

practicing to just speaking speaking speaking so conversation is really key

here for you to improve your French so this will take just one hour per week

there are tons of things you can do hardly anywhere in the world you will

find a French club you'll be meeting people will be really happy to practice

and speak with you maybe they were gonna exchange let's say Rosie was to join she

will speak English and then the people speak French to her. It's called "Franglish"

I think in Paris, the language exchanges, and it's like speed dating

but language speed dating. And if you don't have access to such a club you

will find tons of websites online some will be free to be an exchange also that

works both for speaking and for writing because there also you know web sites

where you can find French pen pals for example and this kind of thing that's

why we said at the start that this plan will get you up to a conversational level

easily in six months if you're outside of France but if you're in France it's

only three months because you have so many opportunities to speak that it

should all come together a lot quicker. Just one note on the speaking and I know

it's so easy to say and harder to do in reality and I was a huge victim of this

I'm speaking of experience like don't worry about the mistakes honestly it's

like the more mistakes you make the bitter because they learned that much

faster

As you guys can see we've tried to focus really on free things that you can do to

self teach yourself French but I have to say the final thing that will just make

everything fall into place is to have a French professor and what we're talking

about here is 45 minutes to 1 hour per week for maybe 2 to 3 months and you'll

see a world of difference this person will follow your progress

there will identify the points that you need to work on they will adapt their

class to your specific needs with a one-to-one relationship it's really it's

really helpful and it's really I think it goes faster for you to improve

because it's really focused on on what you personally need if you're super

serious about investing and learning French and becoming fluent to the point

where you can converse with native speakers I think it's definitely money

that you won't regret spending you know you've got French professors like Aurélie

who actually don't need to even live in your town you can do it by

Skype and we have no problem paying you know X dollars monthly for our gym

membership, think about it this way you're training your brain to

be able to have a brand new skill and a new language it's like it's like buying

a gym membership for a few months to get nice and fit in French! Cool so I hope

goals I'm passing this exam in July this year so I'm gonna do a check-in video in

How to IMPORT and EDIT Motion Graphics Templates in Adobe Premiere Pro CC Essential Graphics Panel? - Duration: 7:49.

Hello and welcome back to Premiere Gal for another Tuesday tutorial today

you'll learn about some new updates to the essential graphics panel and how to

properly install and locate your motion graphics templates you purchase or

design yourself on your computer in this tutorial I call motion graphics

templates moGrt files so let's get into it to start just make sure that

you're in the graphics workspace of Adobe Premiere Pro to change that just

go up and select the graphics tab up here at the top on the right side here

this is the essential graphics panel and in the latest update of Premiere Pro

there is a new user interface design so before in the previous version of

Premiere Pro you organized your moGrt here into folders well now the folders

are gone and now there is a search bar where you can search by keyword to

filter your moGrts okay and also to the right of that search bar is a star

and you can actually hit the star on any of the moGrts below to favorite your

most commonly used moGrts so if you hit that star you can filter by your

favorites and if you ever need to rename a moGrt from the Browse tab that you

have here or add any new keywords just hover over the moGrt and hit that i

button which stands for info and then here you can type in a new title or add

any keywords that'll help you search for your moGrts in the future and below

the search bar you will find a new local templates folder which I'll show you

where to find that folder on your computer in just a second and you can

also search in your Creative Cloud libraries if you have any moGrts

stored there you can also increase or decrease the size of your moGrt

thumbnails which is the preview of the moGrt so you can easily identify your

moGrts visually so how do you install an moGrt into the panel down at the

bottom right there is a little plus button here which means you can install

or add a new moGrt into your central graphics panel for example if you

purchased a MoGrt from my website PremiereGal.com/store

or got a free moGrt from my website you can just select the moGrt

file and it will install into your local templates folder and using this method

you can only install one moGrt file at a time but what if you have multiple

moGrts to install at once for example I recently purchased this

YouTube essential title pack and an essential typography library moGrt

pack by EasyEdit from Envato markets videohive and there are over 30 moGrts in

one of these packs at lower thirds trendy titles colorful transitions

search bars and a whole lot more and I've linked to these exact packs in my

description box below so since there is so many moGrts in this pack you can

actually install all of these at once by dragging the moGrts into your local

templates folder so where is this mysterious local templates folder well

on your computer it's actually called your motion graphics templates folder

and it's hidden within your application support folders on your computer on a

Windows PC you can find your motion graphics template folder within your

AppData folder here and if you're a PC user I'd suggest you pause this video right

now and take a screenshot so you can write down this folder path so you can

find your folder but because I'm a Mac user I'm going to show you how to

navigate to this folder right now so first you're going to go to finder then

you're going to go up to the menu item go then select go to folder and it will

default to library just keep it like that and then hit go then from here go

to application support then Adobe and then common and then here is the motion

graphics templates folder also known as the mysterious local templates folder

and here is where you can install and see all the moGrts that you have in

your essential graphics panel because there were folders to organize your

moGrts in previous versions of Premiere Pro if you were using the essential

graphics panel you might see some folders in here from before but

you can just ignore those you don't need to make folders anymore so if you want

to install this large pack of moGrts that I recently got from Envato

Videohive what I will do is just click to select this first moGrt of the pack

then hold shift to select the last one and then I will drag all of them

together and just drop it into this motion graphics template folder and now

back into Premiere Pro and we go back to the Browse tab here and select the local

templates folder I'm going to scrub down and you will see that all the moGrts

that I just dragged into that folder are here and now I can drag and drop any of

them into my Premiere Pro timeline to begin editing and from the Edit tab you

can make any edits to this pack such as updating the text the position and you

can change some colors and adjust the scale until it looks right and of course

you do not have to work from templates you can also design your own titles and

shapes from scratch in Premiere Pro using the edit tab here just click off

the moGrt first in your timeline and then go to the Edit tab and you will see

here that there's a bunch of different controls and you can make your own text

shapes and I have a full course on how to design your own moGrts in Premiere

Pro available on Pluralsight and I'll link to the full course in the

description box below and lastly you can search Adobe stock here from the Browse

tab for motion graphics templates and you can search for free or premium

templates which you have to purchase if you're interested in getting one of the

free templates here you can click on the info and you can hover over that

thumbnail for a preview of that template which is pretty cool and below that

it'll show you duration sighs and what Typekit fonts are used so you will be

asked to sync those Typekit fonts once you drag this template into your

timeline and it also gives you a brief description and some keywords and then

of course just hit that download cloud button here to download it into your

central graphics panel now if I go back to search and type in one of the

keywords from that template it will appear here and then I can drag and drop

it and use it in my Premiere Pro timeline so I've linked to some of the

premium Adobe stock templates that I've designed myself in the description box

below but I encourage you to check out some of the

free templates here just to see if you like using moGrts in your projects so

Good morning guys, it's 6:30 AM here.

A beautiful wednesday in Medellín.

I'll be honest guys, I'm exhausted.

Last night I hung out with friends

for the first time since the documentary.

So, first time first time since September.

First time that I'm actually hanged out with other humans

that weren't my videographers or my salsa teacher.

But, whenever I go out, even though I didn't have any alcohol,

I didn't even have water just to try not wake up to have to pee the middle of the night,

I still just got a really crappy night of sleep.

5:30 this morning, about 5:45 this morning,

I was kind of rolling around and I thought to myself, I could try sleeping more, but

what I'm going to do is just wake, have my coffee,

I'm going to kick some ass,

I'm gonna feel tired.

When I do feel tired, I'm just going to take a nap.

And then I'll wake up, and then I'm going to kick more ass.

Sleep is definitely not one of the things I'm good at,

I really struggle getting good quality sleep.

For many, many years, I've tried many different things.

Right now, I'm taking a product called Yin Reserve with Reishi mushroom

a couple hours before I go to sleep.

I'm also eating a little bit of almond butter before I go to sleep

which has Tryptophan, which is that thing that you hear about that turkey has,

which is why everyone falls asleep after their big Thanksgiving dinner.

I think right now I'm having trouble sleeping just because I'm just excited.

And there's so much going on my mind is just.

I'm meditating even more, I'm meditating 3 times a day now.

Yeah, my mind is just ..ugh...

It's really hard to just get it to stop.

Anyway, I'm gonna work for a little bit,

I'm going to get my juices flowing, so to speak,

and today we're gonna talk about

just getting started.

But let me collect my thoughts first, because I'm still kind of scatterbrained and

I'm trying to wake up.

Alright guys, so let's get into it:

How to get started.

So we'll also talk a little bit about how not to stop but, one step at a time.

So this is something that I've thought about, and really really studied for many, many years.

But, as you guys know, I spend a lot of time alone,

And I've never really verbalized any of this, and I'm also not the best speaker.

So, I'm gonna do my best here, and please bear with me.

First, let me start by saying that as a whole the Western civilization,

we love to complicate things,

and we love to complicate things because that gets us justification for why we suck at those things.

Specifically, in this case, like, why we suck at starting things.

So starting something is literally just as simple as starting it

But we like to complicate

I think that there are entire 300 page books with 20 chapters

just on how to start.

And the main reason for that is that we live in capitalistic societies,

and unfortunately, the more confused you are,

the more you think that things are outside of your control,

the better you are at just being a consumer,

and capitalism is designed to create consumers.

There's no money in having control over yourself.

So, the first thing you need to do is realize that it's probably not as hard as you're making it out to be.

And that needs to be your mindset, and it's the truth,

and I'll show you why in a second when we impact that.

So, historically, I suck at starting things.

My main issue was that I was always a perfectionist,

and admittedly, I'm still like a little bit of a perfectionist,

but nothing that keeps me from ever starting anything.

So, my form of procrastinating, not starting, was basically just waiting for the conditions to be perfect.

And I think that's what most people struggle with.

And I would literally repeat this exact same pattern in everything,

like gym, diet,

I remember, for years, what I would always do is

I would eat a bunch of crap on the weekends,

and then I would always tell myself that I'm gonna get serious about things on monday,

and then monday would roll around and I would just make up some other excuse

and that's how I got fat

So ultimately what happened was I actually developed a habit of not being able to start things,

telling myself lies and really believing them.

And every single time it was, okay,

"This time is gonna be different",

And it never was different because I just never went any deeper.

And another huge part of that equation, I think,

was that I was tremendously afraid of failure.

So, if you don't start something you can't fail at it.

I think that's an issue that most people have as well

I just thought the failure was this horrible bad thing that had to be avoided at all costs.

So, after my epiphany,

what happened is that I started taking a lot more risks,

and risk is risk of failure.

And I failed a lot.

And at first it was it was really painful.

But then I came to link two very positive things in my head.

First was that after every failure I had 2 options, right,

I could sit there and sulk, which I did a lot,

or I could learn from my mistake and take action.

Over time, I came to realize that whenever I failed and I sulked,

nothing happened, and whenever I took immediate and powerful action,

I always came back stronger than the moment before I failed, every single time.

So, I came to understand the significance of the the Phoenix Rising.

That's why a phoenix is it's actually one of my tattoos.

As humans, we don't improve linearly,

like we have to destroy ourselves repeatedly,

to understand our limits and how to move past them.

So, I learned to connect taking massive action

after failure as an extreme positive,

as a key to growth.

And after you fail a thousand times,

after I failed a thousand times, I came to learn that failure is literally the

most powerful way to learn.

It's better than any book, any teacher, any lecture,

failure, repeated failure, the more frequently I was failing

the more I came to understand that I was doing the things that were helping me to grow as a person

I actually began to seek failure,

I began to seek discomfort,

And I developed a very positive association with those things.

Not that I would literally start a project and try to fail,

but I would give everything that I had without restriction,

without holding back.

So fast-forward to now, and when I think something is a good idea,

I start immediately.

I don't wait for Monday morning.

I don't wait for New Year's

I don't wait for the perfect condition because, really, it is always the perfect condition.

But ,seriously, last year I had the idea to do a youtube series,

And literally within a day I had two videographers,

I put a bunch of equipment,

I hired a production assistant,

and within one week we were traveling to places, and

recording for this Colombia travel/lifestyle series.

I mentioned this specifically because it ended up being a huge failure.

The scope of the series was way too broad,

I spent tons of money, and time, and energy,

and my core business, Agent Fire, really, really suffered

I thought I knew it all,

and then the floor fell out, my business suffered,

it took me a full year, it took me pretty much all of 2017 to actually recover.

Moral of the story is that I destroyed myself,

and then I was reborn.

I was sulking and it took me a while to get out of that funk,

but then I took action, massive powerful action.

So in November of 2017, towards the end of the year,

I started having the idea to do a documentary,

where I took massive action in three important areas in my life.

And I didn't wait.

I had the idea to do the documentary and, within 24 hours,

I had most the ideas planned out,

I had a videographer again, and within a week,

I was filming this documentary.

And there were challenges, there were lots of them, and I failed in a lot of ways.

But, overall, the documentary was a tremendous success as far as experience.

And I can't wait to actually put it all together for you guys to hopefully see it.

But my business, my spirituality and my expressive abilities,

they all thrived like never before,

and none of this would have happened had it not been for the massive

failure of the youtube series a year prior.

Because I failed that youtube series, but I learned.

And I learned why it failed,

and the reason that failed was because I was doing something that was pulling me away from my nest egg,

my core business, my core focus.

With this vlog, my business is a primary focus,

many of these episodes focus on things that I'm doing

and my ability to grow my business at an exponential rate.

I can't stress enough, like, that is how you grow.

Growing is not a linear thing,

It is taking a risk, failing, taking massive action, and coming back a little bit stronger

So guys the key to getting started is just to,

at first, it takes some time to really reflect on

why you are having so much trouble getting started in the first place,

and not the superficial symptomatic bullshit.

Sit in a chair for hours, alone, without a TV, without a cell phone,

and really ask yourself, be honest with yourself, about why you're having so much trouble getting started.

Maybe take a few days, or weeks, or months to figure it out.

But then once you do figure it out, once you have some sort of idea,

don't wait, just start. Just fucking start.

You don't need to read a 300 page book,

I promise you, you don't need to watch Oprah.

Just start. You will fail and you will have challenges,

but the important thing is that you start.

And just start, and everything else will fall into place.

Gym time.

They write that on all the cups.

Anyway, today is definitely a double coffee kind of day.

I don't like to drink more than one cup of coffee a day,

but my options are go to the gym exhausted or

drink two cups of coffee, so...

I think I've made my decision.

Gym is another thing I always used to have a ton of trouble starting.

When I finally did get around to starting and I would stop,

and I had trouble starting because I was self-conscious about my body,

I was self-conscious that other people go to the gym,

people they were actually like really in shape,

they'll be like looking at me, when really nobody gives a fuck.

Everyone's just kind of doing their own thing.

Well, I was hyper self-conscious of that, and

Yeah, finally. I just stopped doing that one day.

I don't remember exactly the process for that.

But I can tell you that I stopped.

I started and stopped the gym probably like 20 times

for the first 10 years that I was working out.

And then every time I would stop,

I was basically always waiting for the the perfect conditions to just start.

I was always just procrastinating it and again just fear of,

You know, really subconsciously

I didn't want to start again because I was afraid that I would stop, I was afraid that I would fail.

I was really really stupid.

But, again, this is stuff, for me personally, that had to happen,

and it had to happen that many times for me to finally get it.

Hey guys, I'm in a lot of pain.

I feel like throwing up, got a headache, but

kind of happy because, look at this delicious Ketogenic meal.

Ok, so, just to give you guys a quick macro rundown,

we got a 100 grams of avocado, two eggs, 50 grams of 70/30 beef,

and 25 grams of almond cheese.

Let's give this a taste, see see how this turned out.

And threw some mustard in here.

It's such an insignificant amount. This is sugar-free mustard, so we're just not going to count it.

There are a million different ways to make eggs and

pretty much all of them are tasty.

Anyway, I'm gonna eat this and I'll see you guys in the next scene.

I'm a huge advocate of MCT oil, and this is C8 MCT oil.

So, I've been hearing a lot of good stuff about this.

This is actually an even more refined version of MCT oil, which is already a refined version of coconut oil.

This is red reishi mushroom.

I've been using this before I go to sleep. It's been helping a little bit.

I'm still having sleep issues,

so it's supposed to relax you,

so I usually mix it in with a tea or with some magnesium stuff before I go to bed

This is a chef's hat.

I got a little outfit for Luz.

Chlorophyll concentrate,

I've been hearing a lot of amazing stuff about this as well, and as a workout supplement, so,

let's give this a shot for the next couple of weeks, and see how that works.

I'm a huge fan of ghee.

Okay, I love cooking with it and that's what I throw into my, in addition to MCT oil.

That's the other half of what I throw into my bulletproof coffee in the mornings,

and so, I found this ghee online, and it's a little expensive.

it's 40 bucks a bottle.

It's called Eat good fat.

This is a Four Sigmatic coffee.

Truthfully, I'm not a huge fan of this.

But, it has less caffeine than regular coffee, and sometimes I need coffee in the afternoon

I don't want to drink a regular coffee because that'll affect my sleep.

These are Fat Snacks Cookies, so I have been wanting to try these out.

I had a friend recommend these to me.

These are basically keto friendly cookies.

Ghee.

I wanted to get two because I go through this stuff pretty quickly.

It's a new mouse.

So this is another Gorillapod from Joby.

We already have got two of these,

but they they look a lot bigger in the photos so the ones that we got,

they're just too small.

The camera that we're using right now, especially with the microphone on top, and the lens connected to it,

It's heavy.

This is a hundred grams of cabbage,

Sauteed with a tablespoon of coconut oil, that is 30 grams of almond butter,

this is a hundred grams of 70/30 beef with two medium sized eggs

And this is mustard with ketchup.

The ketchup is like a calorie free, sugar free, ketchup,

and the mustard is what I bought this morning, which has

I'm not even going to count it in the macros, but it's like 20 calories, okay

Yep, healthy. It is sugar-free.

The Salsa was another thing that was,

it was a little hard for me to start, but at this point, I got to Colombia about four years ago and

I was already at that point where I was getting really, really good at just being able to start things.

Again, starting, especially anything that it's skill-based

means you have to basically start from zero and that's the hardest part is just getting past that.

But, like, once you start, when you get past that first class

I think the second class is easier, then the third class,

it's like your first day of work, so the first day is really scary,

you don't know anyone and then you start to know people,

and the second day is a little less scary,

and then you start to make friends, and then, you know, becomes like home.

Then even with Salsa, like we were doing just now, I basically I realized

Daniela showed me a guy named Jeremy, you guys will be formally introduced upon shortly,

And, I saw his style and I realized that this guy really understands energy.

Like, really, really understands energy and movement.

And so now, like immediately even though I was already advanced very far with what I was doing with Daniela,

I realized: I have got to learn from this guy.

And now here I am, like immediately, the second I saw that I knew,

I reached out this guy,

and now we're working together now.

I'm basically having to start again from zero.

I mean, not from zero, but all of the movements now, everything is different.

Everything I'm doing now is new.

But I know that this is the sort of stuff that, not only this is the way I want to do it,

but this is the sort of stuff, learning this is, once I get the basics down,

I'm going to be able to excel at a much, much faster rate than what I was doing previously, so...

Start. You start. Just start, Just start

Speaking of starting, I'm gonna start to eat the rest of this food, so I'm gonna go.

DRAW A KITTY :P HOW TO DRAW KUNG FU KITTY - Duration: 9:01.

Hi, I'm James Brown and welcome to Pattern Designers.

I hope you're having a great day wherever you are in the world, whether you're in NYC,

whether you're in LA, whether you're in London, whether you're in Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong.

In this tutorial, I'm going to run you through how I draw a kitty in adobe illustrator.

How to draw kung fu kitty in adobe illustrator.

Okay, let's get started on drawing kung fu kitty in illustrator and open up illustrator,

create a new document, A4, landscape and create.

I'm just going to place in a sketch of kung fu kitty I did earlier.

Move it over to the center and lock in position.

With a brush, I'm just going to draw it freehand.

It's actually smoothing the line out so it's not got a super hand-drawn feel but ... which

is I want it a bit more of a hand-drawn feel.

But, let's just get it all drawn and I'll talk about that later.

We'll draw the mouth and then do some whiskers.

I'm just trying not to go over the bandana with the whiskers.

I didn't want to have a black and white line to show the whiskers.

Then, let's just get these eyes done.

We're nearly set, nearly done.

I'm just going to unlock the drawing and move it across.

It's not too bad.

Then, just going to

make that black and fill these white and just make his bandana black.

I'm just going to try surround these lines and then fill it in with black to save a bit

of time.

Going to do the same with this and make the lines work for the little creases in the bandana.

Just make them white.

Make the inside of this black.

Send to back and then make the inside of this black and send to back.

And just make that inside of that black as well but send them to front, so those white

lines go behind.

Then you have this kung fu kitty.

I'm just going to move his nose over slowly to see if I can make him smile a bit more.

There you go.

So he's a bit cheekier.

Just going to make his ears a bit sharp, a bit higher.

I think that's good.

I'm just going to tilt it so it's not on so much of an angle.

I like that.

Next, I'm going to just check out some brushes.

Go to open library.

Just try that vector hero pack.

It's too lumpy.

Let's have a look.

Yeah, don't mind that.

I'm just going to have another look and see what other brushes I can use this time.

Sketch, try sketch and see what that does.

Yeah, let's have a look at these.

That vector tool kit, I'll just show you what it is.

It's called the vector brush toolkit and there's a bunch of different brushes that you can

use just for illustrator.

I'm just going try to look at these, see what these look like.

Not sure about that.

No, definitely not.

[inaudible 00:06:24] that wiggly stroke looking like.

It's [inaudible 00:06:33].

No, I don't like that.

That's not good.

Let's have a look.

There's vector hero, let's have a look.

This might be skinnier.

Think he's going to be just, yeah, simple like that.

That's the brush I'm going with.

Just, pull that side of the nose out so it's not so tilted.

So that this and bring it up so make his nose a little bit smaller and he's a bit cuter.

Just see what if I add a little bit more detail to the ears over there.

Maybe this just needs something like that.

Yeah, I think that's what it needs.

That's good but I'm just going to chop these, so it hasn't got the big point on it.

Yeah, I'm happy with that.

That's good.

I make a Santa Monica green smoothie shake

and it gets me off to a very strong start

in the morning.

Our daughters love it, it just takes care

of a lot of their vegetable requirement during the day.

I use a NutriBullet blender because it's fast

and easy to clean up, and this whole process

only takes, like, 30 seconds.

So, let's get started.

So, I put in two to three cups of spinach,

fresh, frozen, you could use baby kale,

whatever herbs, greens that you like

that count towards your four cups

of required low-glycemic vegetables

during each and every day.

It's really good to have this in the morning

because it's quick, it's easy,

it really only takes 20 seconds.

I put my spinach in, I put some water

and some ice because you want it

at more of a thin consistency,

not gloopy and thick.

We use our shakes, of course,

the delicious Ideal Protein, I used Chocolate today.

Cappuccino, Vanilla are very popular,

Wild Berry Yogurt, lots of different flavors

to choose from, but make sure you use

a high-quality protein shake.

And voila, a nutritious, delicious way

to have a vegetable start to your day.

How to SING in SLOW MOTION (Effect from Coldplay - Yellow) - Duration: 5:33.

Hey, what's up! It's Chris from Brooker Films and in today's video, I'm going to

show you how to sing in slow motion. So let's get into it!

Being able to sing in slow motion whilst staying in time with the track is a

cinematic effect that is most commonly seen within music videos, but how is it

achieved? The effect is actually much easier than it appears, it just requires

a bit of practice from the artist. So, you first want to start off by speeding

up your track. Now, I typically like to speed up the track by 200% - so that's

double time, but if the track contains a lot of lyrics or is a fast paced track

anyway then this might cause your artist some real difficulties, so just

try to speed up the track as much as you can. Now, the next step is the actual

process of shooting your footage. Playback the track in double-time on set

and get your artist to perform to the music, just make sure that you set your

camera to 60FPS so you can slow the footage down in the edit

This effect looks even more epic when there's more movement within the frame

in this example, you'll see that I was using two smoke flares to really show

off the effect but feel free to get creative

So, once we have our footage

it's now time to get this onto the computer and get it synced up to the

track. So let's get into it!

Okay, so once we've loaded up Adobe Premiere, we're

just going to import the footage, so we're just going to double click (or right

click if you're on Windows) and import. Okay, so once you've found your footage

you're just going to press import and then we're just going to create a new sequence

So, we're going to go up to file, new sequence and we're just going to call this

'slow motion'. We're going to go over to the settings tab and we're going make sure

that the time base is 23.976 FPS, the frame size is 1920x1080

we've got square pixels and then we're good to go. Okay, so now

that we've got our sequence, we're just going to import our file

and now we need to import our music that we performed to, so this is the original version (not

the sped up version). So, you're just going to go over to your finder and you're just

going to drag that in. So once that has been imported, you can also drag that

onto your timeline. So a typical camera will shoot in 48

FPS and then you have the option of slowing that down in the ddit

So you go to speed/duration and you would select 50%. Once you've

adjusted the speed, you now need to sync this up to the

music. Now this will be fiddly because you are going to have to go through and look

at the mouth movement and try and match that up with the correct lyric in the

song. So, if you sync that up correctly, you should now be performing

in time with the track. So, to take this effect even further I would colour grade

this, so I'll go over to effects tab, search for lumetri, drag lumetri color on

top of the footage and we're just going to add Basic Correction. So, I'm just going to

add the 'Alexa Default LUT' and then I'm just going adjust the levels because that's a

bit bright, so I'm just going to drag that underneath the lumetri layer. We're just

going to pull down the gamma, pull up the white input and then I'm just going to add

a little bit of saturation in there. So, I'm just going to go over to the fast

color corrector, drag that in between the levels and the lumetri color and we're

just going pull the saturation up to around 160%

So to make this look

even more cinematic, I'm going to add some anamorphic bars on top of the

footage. Now, as you can see I shot in widescreen but adding these anamorphic

bars will make the footage look even more cinematic. So to do this, we want to

go over to our project and we're just going to press this 'new item' icon and

we're just going to select 'new black video' and we're just going to press ok

Now we're just going to drag that on top of that layer and we're just going to do that one more

We're gonna select both of these black video layers and we're going

to go over to our effects tab and search for crop. Drag the crop on top of both of

these, then you're going to go over to the top layer and adjust the crop

on the top to 85% and you're going to adjust the crop on the bottom layer to

85%... And there you go! There's the anamorphic bars completed.

The slow motion singing effect is a very cinematic effect and when done correctly

it can really help to add a lot of production value and professionalism to

your films or your music videos

How To Dance To AVICII'S LEVELS (Tribute) - Duration: 15:14.

hey everyone today's dance lesson is a tribute to Avicii and we're gonna be

dancing to "Levels". I'm going to teach a special move called the Avicii spin for

you guys so. As some of you may know Avicii unfortunately passed away

recently and he left behind an amazing body of work. He was also one of the

important artists that helped EDM cross over from Europe into the rest of the

world and I have a lot to thank important because I just absolutely love

dancing the EDM. I can also really relate to Avicii because he's known as an introvert

and I myself am one too so a lot of times he just wanted to like stay at

home and craft his art and I can really relate to that. If some of you have watched my

travel vlog, I'm often out in different places and just dancing in public but

it actually takes me quite a bit of courage to pull that off, but I hope that in

coming out of my shell that it helps you come out of yours just a bit. Also I hope

you don't mind, Bobby wants to be here today so he's

going to be accompanying us for part of the lesson. So once again I'll be showing

you a dance move that goes well with song "Levels" and for this dance practice we're

going to start slow and then we're going to go full speed. And of course we're

gonna keep it upbeat so today's move I call the Avicii spin

and it looks like this. So it's a fun move and then augments on one of the

other dance moves that I teach - the spin step and we're going to mix it up with the

pas de bourree and some other steps so this lesson it's gonna be a little bit

trickier than normal okay so let's get into the Avicii spin

this is how it looks again nice and slow

just like that. Let's talk about rhythm. The first three steps I'd like to be on

rhythm so boom boom boom you might not be able to step as big if it's a faster

song so you might be able just do a diagonal step like this rather than

stepping all the way in front and around that's okay I like that just as long as

you kind of have these three steps to help you get the rhythm because once you

go into the turn you're gonna lose all your rhythm. So once again one two three

and then you're gonna turn now I like to tuck my foot in behind for this version

but there's so many versions you can do. We'll get into that shortly

so step step and then spinning with my right foot behind my left. Of course of

course when I do it sometimes when you see in some of my dance videos I go for more

spins so I can go like this and then spinning again. Now you can tell that the

more you spin the more you lose the timing so it's really important that

once you finish spinning you get the rhythm back and you get your basic step

which we'll go into in a bit now let's talk about momentum so this whole step

helps you get the momentum. Same with my arms, it kind of looks like teaching a beginner

how to snowboard. Use your arms. But this wind up helps you get that spin

and of course with all house dance you're a little bit on your toes, so you

can't really see it but I'm spinning on my toes. Of course if you lose your

balance and you start spinning on your heel, no problem, just make sure you step

out and regain your balance so you don't fall flat on your face

Let's try it again really slow I'm gonna step step step and spin using my upper

body moment so for beginners like I said I like to have these three on time but

if you can't get it and you have trouble getting spin,

don't worry about that just do the bigger step in and then spin. Also note

that when we're actually dancing in a track at full speed it's gonna be

trickier so it's gonna come really fast like that. So that's why I recommend that

maybe you could try doing it slower and then building up on it so that you can

get the spin. The most important thing again you gotta catch the rhythm after you're

done spinning so you're back to just dancing to the song. So just a quick

variation for those guys who want a little more you notice that I tucked my

right foot behind if you want to do more spins then you can tuck behind kick out

come out in front I used this to kind of go for more spins spot your turn so you

don't get dizzy and that's how you can kind of spin infinitely if you want now

We're going to complicate things just a little bit so the basic step that we're

going to use to merge into the Avicii spin is the pas de Bouree

but because the song that we're going to dance to is light and bouncy we're going to do it

light and bouncy to keep things happy. So the pas de bourree is a move that I cover

stuff so we're going to do the pas de bouree and we're going to transition into the Avicii

spin looks like this

one two three spin, just like that. So I'm gonna show it looking from behind

because I think it really helps, all right on my count

stable position. Okay so we got the pas de bouree integrated with a spin step but

we got to transition back. This is where it's tricky because doing the

Avicii spin, we lose timing on it but I gotta tell you guys we can go freestyle

if you do two spins or you're spinning a little slower, or it goes a little

fast, you gotta be able to adapt and catch the move depending wherever you are

just a quick example. For example if I spun and I did a double spin with my leg

in front I'll transition with my foot in the front like this for the pas de bourree

or if I transition from behind I'll just step back like this

and do the pas de bourree like that so there's many ways you can capture them

and immediately get back into rhythm maybe you're starting with right foot

back first but once you finish the spin you gotta go

left foot back first. It's not a big deal but to simplify things for you guys

we're gonna go we're going to do the variation where I'm spinning with my

foot behind and we're going to step back , go right back into the pas de bouree

and that's gonna be like a 1. Okay so let's break it down, we're going to start

with the spin step, one set of pas de bourree like this 5 6 7 8 1 2 3 and spin

stepping behind 1 & 2 3 & 4 & 5 & 6 7 & 8

alright again let's try it spend step 5 6 7 8 1 2 3 and spin 1 & 2

3 & 4 5 6 7 & 8 ok I'm gonna show it from behind spin

step 5 6 7 8 1 2 3 & 4 1 & 2 2 & 4 5 6 7 & 8

ok now we're gonna try doing the whole avicii spin step with the pas de bourree

How to upload an email list into

Kartra. In this video, in my series of

videos on Kartra, I'm going to show you,

simply and easily, how to upload an email

list into Kartra.

In a previous video, I compared and

contrasted three excellent platforms

Kartra, Clickfunnels and New Kajabi

and I made the comment that whenever a

new platform is launched, you

always have to do that "Big Think" - you

have to weigh the pros and the cons, and

ponder whether it's worth the time, the

effort, and the hassle to move all of

your content to a new platform. I've

spent the last couple of weeks playing

around with Kartra and I'm loving it. I

love the fact that it's a comprehensive

platform, but I also like its simplicity.

Let's go over now to my computer and I

will show you how to upload an email

list into Kartra. Here we are, over on

my Macbook. I've already logged into my

Kartra account, and as you can see on

the left hand side, there's a dashboard

with all of the different products, pages,

campaigns, forms, memberships etc. If

you're going to upload an email list,

come over to the left-hand side and

click "My Campaigns" and you will see at

the top here, you have options of Lists,

Leads and Tags, and this is the generic

page underneath here, showing you the

different kinds of subscribers, you can

have. The different color-coded

subscribers. All you need to do is click

Lists, come over to the pulsating, green button

here, on the right side, "New List" and

enter the name of your list. I'm just

going to put "Import List" and I will copy

and I will call

the public description the same name.

Click "Next" and I go to a page, where I

have three options. I've created a list

so I get a nice green tick, and now I can

either go "Back To My Lists', "Import My

Leads" or "Create An Opt-in Form". I'm

going to "Import My Leads". I have already

downloaded my leads from my

previous autoresponder. I'm going to say

"Import Leads", click Next. Then I come

to the page, where I can import a file. I

have my file ready for importing. I just

click and drag or I can Browse and find

it, but I'm going to click and drag and I

have successfully uploaded my email list -

that fast! Save and Next. If you want to

upload another batch, you have an option

here. If you want to "Reset and Start

Again", you have the option here, but I've

uploaded my contacts. I'm going to say

Save and Next. Kartra will ask you to

select the fields that you want to use

within your email list. I'm only going to

go with First Name, Email and the Dates

Subscribed. I am going to come here to

Select and put First Name; select Email.

To have Date Subscribed - it doesn't have

the field already here, so I'm going to come

across and do "create New Field and call

it Date Subscribed -Create and 434

records will be imported. One of the

things, I really like about the Kartra

importing of lists, is that it searches

for spam emails, duplicated emails and blocks

some and if they're ok, it will import

them. I have two emails here that

won't be imported - Save. Now I'm being

asked to sign assign Tags. I'm going to

say Change Yes

Assign Tags to select the category - No

Category. In this "create a new tag,

I will call this in Original Import

List and the tag will be the same. I'm

not going to subscribe them to any list

right now, and in the same way, I'm not

going to subscribe them to any sequences.

I'm going to Save and Save, Add and then

Save and go to Save. Next, how did I

collect these emails? By Email Double

Opt-in, which becomes especially

important now that the European GDPR is

coming into play. Are they hosted in a

commercial CRM platform? I'm going to say

Yes Kartra. I am confirming that I am the

owner of the site of my site, Wisdom To

Wealth Mastery.com - then submit. Type my

email address - info@wisdomtowealthmastery.

com - send. A code has now been sent to

this email to confirm that I am the

owner.

Kartra has sent me a validation code via

email 1 4 7 3. Add my code 1 4 7 3 -

check and Kartra has verified my domain. I

submit. I am already connected with

Facebook, I did that when I set up my

dashboard - submit again and my phone

number is verified. We are almost done.

Proceed to the final step - save. And it's

been successfully submitted, and we will

review it in the following 24 hours. Do I

want to import more leads? Not at the

moment. I will do that at another time

and do I want to return to the leads

pages? No, I don't want to do that either.

What I also love is the way Kartra is

the same as Webinarjam and Everwebinar,

which is not surprising, because they are

both products from Andy Jenkins and

Mike Filsaime, but you have this same

series of clicks across the top of the

page, as you progress through any one of

the processes,

that would be involved in Webinarjam,

Everwebinar or Kartra. It feels the same. It

makes your learning curve quicker, if

you're already familiar with Webinarjam

and Everwebinar. That's all there is to

importing an email list into Kartra.

How much weight should you use for your power training first and foremost let's define what power training is I've outlined in previous videos

Without having a braking or deceleration to rev it up how much weight for power training

But first and foremost definition of power or power training power is force multiplied by velocity

which means as opposed to strength training you wanna maximize not only the weight on the bar you want to maximize the

velocity power training can be

categorized in different efforts ranging from 0% to 70 maximum of 80% and each effort has a

certain movement velocity and an appropriate exercise

Selection for that effort so now it's up to you
