Well a good midday to everyone on Friday the 25th of May 2018 Alberta has arrived

I told you this morning that was going to

intensified but it's doing it in faster than I expected

so here's what's going on with it alright the first name tropical storm

for the 2018 hurricane season is Alberta the winds are 30 knots which equals

around 40 miles per hour the minimum central pressure has dropped it last

time checked early this morning it was 1,000 900 bucks

now it's 1005 millibars if you're tracking it 19.7 north 80 6.8 west it's

moving north northeast around 6 miles per hour what does all this mean well we

got lots of charts let's check them out first we have the rainfall okay if you

are down around the keys and southern Florida all the way up this area you

have a very good chance now of receiving at least 6 inches of rain 6 inches of

rain moving on up to the Panhandle over in the area here you have a chance of

four inches of rain as we move easterly some in Florida all the way down to here

believe it or not right in this area on this is a good - and I'm gonna say two

to three inches despite what this chart says ok over right in here where I think

it's probably going to come up we're gonna check that in just a moment

another six inches wherever you see this orange 6 inches of rain at least as

expected dark green is 2 inches at least expected and up where where I'm at I'm

gonna get I'm right around in here I'm gonna get two inches of rain out of this

thing folks can you believe it just a little north of me one inch of rain all

the way through sense moving towards Western North Carolina

two inches of rain and in Western North Carolina look at that

six inches of rain and in parts of South Carolina also in Georgia

and in South Carolina along the coast from Wilmington North Carolina along the

coast of South Carolina about halfway to State that's a good four inches of rain

so this is what the rain is looking like at this time of course remember all of

this stuff can change my friends now Alberto is a subtropical storm

subtropical storm Alberta this is the current path it's not wrote in stone or

chiseled out it could change but this is what it's looking like now just as I had

suspected anywhere from the Florida Panhandle over to Mississippi now it's

going to remain a storm once it hits land it should start to die down and

after it moves in just a short section of land it should turn into a depression

center as it is showing here but this could change and this is all going to

happen Monday between 7 a.m. and 7 a.m. Tuesday the tropical storm watches as of

now is down around Cuba and of course off the coast of Mexico right in here so

this is what the time frame is looking like as of now as of right now this is

tropical wind speeds and where you guys should start to feel them I'll give you

a time frame in a moment this is just for tropical storm wind speeds okay but

they're going to go a pretty big swath there now what you're looking at here is

the 50-knot winds which is around 58 mile per hour and I wanted to make sure

you guys saw this because wherever it does come in you guys are going to have

some wind speed probabilities in the 50s close to 60 miles an hour well let it

run through one more time right quick and you can see the area's right up in

here now this morning remember I said it

could have some hurricane winds in it well it does as a matter of fact

wherever you see this it doesn't look like any of those hurricane winds as of

now will reach land but this is way off okay and when I said those winds I mean

a gust we're still going to have to keep our eyes on it but this is what it's

looking like this is turning it has turned into a real tropical storm and it

looks like it is going to keep building so we got to keep our eyes out and open

and wrapping it up here's the key messages from the National Hurricane

Center for subtropical storm Alberta regardless of its exact track and

intensity Alberto is expected to produce heavy rainfall and flash flooding over

the northeastern Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico Western Cuba southern Florida and

the Florida Keys rainfall and flooding potential will increase across the

central Gulf Coast region and the southeastern United States later this

weekend and early next week when Alberto is expected to slow down after it moves

inland now Alberto could bring tropical storm conditions and storm surge to

portions of the central and eastern Gulf Coast later this weekend and early next

week although it is too soon to specific specify the exact location magnitude of

these impacts residents in these areas should monitor the progress of Alberta

as tropical storm and storm surge watches may be required later today and

tonight and folks that is the number one killer I'll just say it not that this is

going to kill anyone I certainly hope not but sponsors when it comes to

hurricanes is the number one killer so please please keep coming back

checking out my updates because if these storm surge watches come out which they

probably are later today or tonight you need to know about them in the areas now

the rip current is going to be horrendous it's going to be bad folks it

will affect portions of the Yucatan Peninsula and western Cuba and will

likely spread along the eastern and central US Gulf Coast later this weekend

and I think probably all the way up because we have bad rip current

advisories out for I live the whole eastern coast is going to have rip

current advisories and warnings as well as around in this area so please keep

this in mind okay I'll be back later this afternoon with some up-to-date

The Belgian toy retailer Dreamland

is having a contest

to win an exclusive T-Rex LEGO Jurassic World set.

This was found on Brickset,

and the image of the actual set is pretty small.

You can see it also includes a pedestal build.

There's this image of the dino

that makes it clear this is an exclusive dinosaur.

The contest page says

there's only going to be 500 of these worldwide,

and the store itself is giving away 100...

so this is going to be a very expensive prize item.

We have no other info of where this will be available

outside of Belguim,

and cue the internet's uproar

for this being an exclusive set

that very little people will be able to get.

You would expect me to rant

about how it's not fair they're only making 500 copies,

but I don't mind actually.

Maybe I'd feel different if it was like,

an exclusive LEGO Simpsons figure or something -

I'd probably be more passionate.

But I understand that some things in life

will be exclusive prize items,

and not everything is fair.

I'll grab the popcorn to see the internet uproar

that will be following this discovery

of a LEGO dinosaur limited to 500 copies.

Do you Often Wake Up Between 3 am to 5 am?

Here is what it means

We often see on any news or magazine that some of us have experienced many weird conditions,

some paranormal, and some others experienced a normal or even magical conditions.

And believe it or not, our sleeping problems, or our sleeping habit for some of us, also

have it own means.

So, now we are focusing more on these problems and what it means if we suffer from one of

these.

For instance, when we persistently wake up, or some other sleep-related issues at the

same time.

But, before we are going any further, it's better for you to classify your sleeping pattern

and then answer these question.

Do you experienced any trouble when sleeping?

Do you often wake up in the night, especially in some certain time?

If yes, then at what time do you regularly wake up?

Now, remember your answer and let's continue.

1st.

Let's talk about time and our Energy Meridians.

It's always a scientific fact that our body is actually full of channels through, which

energy is directed to our whole body consistently.

If you might remember a little thing about it, these channels are called meridians.

They have their own role in distributing our energy, and some are considered to be more

important than the others as they carry the most of this energy, in Traditional Chinese

medicine, it's called Chi.

Still in traditional chinese medicine, these meridians, when troubled, will need a proper

healing, usually they are using Acupuncture or other type of practice (such as Chi Qong

or medication) which helps Chi to flow better.

So, we are come to the 2nd topic, do you often wake up in certain hours?

In the Traditional Chinese medicine, every Meridian is activated every couple of hours.

And why is that, it's in order to achieve a balance in our energy matrix and to maintain

a proper health and stamina.

Then, what happen if a meridian is troubled, right, the Chi will not be able to flow through

it, and causing any symptoms to manifest when the channel is activated.

Though the symptoms could be really different from one person or another.

For example, we have a troubled sleep because our meridian is troubled, or we may be able

to sleep but repeatedly waking up during those certain hours where the associated meridians

are activated.

If you do experience some of those things, then we come to the 3rd and most important

topic, let's take a look at all the possible times when you frequently encounter a troubled

sleep.

And, please keep in mind if your country uses 'summer daylight saving time,' then you

need to rule this extra hour out.

The time between 9 pm – 11 pm: You are in a Grumpy Mode ON

It's a regular sleeping time and most people normally start sleeping around this time.

But because of a tight schedule, daily pressure, and a lot of to-do list, we often carry some

into these anxious thoughts.

The meridian related to this time is called the "Triple Burner", it rules over most

of our natural functions by corresponding with Hypothalamus and endocrine system.

So, do you suffer from problems related to this?

It's only logical that when you have some trouble to sleep at this time, then your anxiety

must be pretty strong, the element related to this problem is Fire.

Now please ask this Question to yourself: Do you lack of pleasure in your life?

Antidote: Do the balancing Hatha Yoga breathing technique which will help you calm your Chi.

Meditate on peace.

Find more quality time for yourself.

#2 - The time between 11 pm – 1 AM : You are in Anger Mode ON

Most of us is already sleep around this hour.

However, some of us might find it extremely difficult to sleep during this time, or maybe

repeatedly wake up, making them lose their sleep.

So, do you often Wake up around 11 pm and 1 AM ?

The meridian related to this time is the one of Gall Bladder, it also the very meridian

in which related to migraines and persistent headaches.

So, do you suffer from these?

According to Chinese Element System, this meridian corresponds to the Element of Wood

. When you wake up during 11 pm and 1 am, then you may need to let your anger go.

Ask this Question to yourself: Why are you so furious?

Antidote: You need to let past go and make peace with it.

Embrace you decisions because you made them with your current wisdom.

Try having a bath before going to bed.

#3 - The time between 1 pm – 3 am: You are in a Hate Mode ON

While the majority of people should already be snoring around this hour, but if you keep

on waking during this time, an issue related with hatred may haunt you.

And the most common problem is self-hatred.

The meridian related to this time is Liver one.

So, do you think you are often suffering from problems related with your liver, stomach,

sexually related issues or arthritis?

And why do you feel this hatred burning inside your heart?

Everything about hatred and anger is related with Wood according to Chinese Element System.

Ask this Question to yourself: Why can't you forgive yourself?

Antidote: Healing meditation is what you need.

Put love and peace inside your heart.

#4 - The time between 3 am – 5 am : You are in a Fight Mode ON

During this time when we are sleeping, our body should experience the lowest temperature,

thus we are usually rest in a deep sleep.

Now let's keep in mind that some people may wake up regularly during this time, so, are

you one of them?

First thing first, we might already mention to you in the previous video, but let's repeat

this again, so during the time between 3 am – 4 am (called the 'witching Hour') is when

the most mysterious phenomena occur.

Therefore, if you can sense a mysterious energies around you, then you may experience something

called the 'Awakening'.

And the 2nd thing, during this time of hour, the meridian which related to this time is

'Meridian of Lungs', which is considered to be the most 'magical' meridian, it's related

to the sense of freedom.

So, if you think something is blocking your path, or if you want to break free from something,

then the Anxiety has already kicked in.

The question is, what causes this anxiety?

Now that you remember again about the 'Witching Hour', do you think you are under attack

by something like dark forces, or is it just the anxiety?

By any means, you have to figure this out before you can sleep well again I guess.

Ask this Question to yourself: Why are you Alert?

What do you fear?

Why are you under attack?

Antidote: Proper grounding can help you as it fortifies you defense system.

Moreover, you can call upon the Blessings of Archangel Michael.

Time between 5 am – 7 am : You are in a Confused Mode ON

It is the time when most of us wake up and prepare ourselves for a new sheet of daily

activity like working, studying, and any other responsibilities.

However, a few of us may schedule their wake up few hours later.

If despite you want to wake up later, but you constantly wake up during this time, then

again, maybe there is something wrong with the meridian.

So, apparently the Meridian of Large Intestine is activated during this hour, if you experiencing

a problem related to this meridian, you might suffering a not so good situation such as

constipation, hemorrhoids or maybe allergies.

So do you think one of these is the problem?

In addition to that, according to Chinese Element System, this meridian is associated

with the Element of Metal.

The meridian of Large Intestine is responsible for our body's "detox" system.

What do you need to let go off?

What is bothering you?

Why does your meridian so intensively try to throw negativity away?

Ask this Question to yourself: What is poisoning you?

Which feeling, or person is so toxic that keeps you trapped ?

Antidote: Peppermint scent and tea might be the answer as it help you abolish emotional

and psychic parasites.

Well, those are what really means if you often wake up during those time.

The point is, you can see the participating guilds you can vote for at the bottom of that

image, and there's a symbol next to each.

Those are the so-called reactions you can show towards the post.

So for example if your favorite video of the competitors from Mars was SemperInvicta, then

you press a like, but as you can see personally I liked the video of Roses the most, so I

gave it a "wow" sign.

every day. There appears to be a new trend amongst high school boys, and it's

not swirlies, but it does happen in the bathroom. All these high school boys are

filing into the bathroom and singing the theme song to the video game, Halo.

It's very intense, it's very solemn so you would probably get why you know a 14-

year-old boy would want to sing it, would want to be into it.

14-year-old boys love dark stuff and you know it's edgy, its edgy and dark.

These videos have been popping up all over the Internet the past few weeks, and

you kind of have to admire how wholesome the whole thing is.

I mean this is the first time I can remember a high school trend taking

place in the restroom that doesn't have to do with bullying, drugs, sex or

witchcraft. One of the more watched videos is from

Las Vegas Academy which @migruelf said took only two minutes to get all

eighty guys in the bathroom. And plenty of people have seen this one shot at

Churchill High School in Livonia, Michigan. Churchill High student Kyle

Matanzas has been collecting videos shot from their version and has been posting

them throughout the day. Well, he's supposed to be in school. Kyle! Kyle! Kyle,

no! Pay attention. Kyle, you need to learn Spanish. Kyle, you gotta

get good grades. Kyle! Kyle! Kyle! Kyle! There's also some great footage from

outside of the bathroom from girls wondering what in the ever-loving f*ck is

going on.

So how did this all get started? The inspiration for this latest crop of Halo

sing-alongs may be this video posted to the YouTube channel "smadder" on April

3rd titled "singing the halo theme in my school's bathroom."

But the trend likely started well before that, when Ian Park, a football player for

Slippery Rock University, did it by himself in a locker room in December

2016.

Interestingly though, Park is now a rookie offensive lineman for the

Philadelphia Eagles who decided to come out of choir retirement to join the

trend.

But here's the thing -- the reason they're all probably just going to the

restroom to sing? The acoustics are great in the bathroom. Have you ever done it?

Have you ever been in there and sang a little song in the bathroom? Yeah. It's

really good. I think everyone should record their albums in bathrooms.

Recording studios actually should just be bathrooms. Then you can just piss and sh*T

whenever you want while you're singing. As a professional singer, musician,

actress, comedian, writer, host, driver, cameraman, sound guy -- I have to say that

the bathroom acoustics really are great. I have a lot of experience working in

them... and I just really enjoy them and I really support them. And the thing is is

when you go to the bathroom and you sing in them, you really just feel kind of

like the essence of like you feel very safe because you hear those voices

coming from all around the room, you know, and I just feel like very protected, safe

and I just feel like somebody's watching over me. So singing the Halo theme in

these kind of locations is really nothing new. Here's a video from 2014

with angelic-voiced Max singing in an empty church in Switzerland.

And if you

dig around on YouTube, you'll find plenty of similar covers of the theme and

locations with such acoustics. So the official verdict is -- singing the halo

theme? Not a new trend. Singing it with 80 other dudes in your high school bathroom?

Sort of a new trend. psychoknuckle summed it up pretty well.

She tweeted: "when people say "boys will be boys" it shouldn't be referring to sh*tty

behavior in order to dismiss it. it should ONLY refer

to singing the halo theme in a school bathroom." What other video game theme

songs should be sung in the bathroom between third and fourth period? Let me

Jurgen Klopp insists Liverpool will attack the Champions League final in their 'own way' and is committed to the adventurous philosophy that has made his team Europe's most potent force.

Liverpool completed their preparations for the showdown with Real Madrid with an open training session in Kiev's Olimpkskiy Stadium in which Emre Can put himself in contention for a place on the bench by coming through unscathed.

Klopp has been bringing Liverpool to a peak since they completed the Premier League season 12 days ago and his mood in the press conference was reflective of the way belief he has in his players: the German recognises Liverpool are underdogs but is not in the least bit concerned.

This has been an unexpected adventure but Klopp is determined it will have a successful conclusion and he will not divert from the exciting brand of football that has carried Liverpool past Porto, Manchester City and Roma in the knockout stages.

He said: 'We had unbelievable quality on the bench for most part of the season.

It is not about comparing the good things for Real Madrid with our things.

We are in a much better position than a few weeks ago.

'Eleven or 12 players had to play the last six to eight games.

We are as fresh as we can be after these two weeks and fitness will not be an issue for tomorrow.

'Playing a final and winning a final each team needs a bit of luck.

We will never compare anything they have with what we don't have.

We are fine with the tools we have and we will use them and not think about what the other team has.

'Maybe a few clubs have better things than we have but they are not in the final, we are.

We did it our way and we want to do it our way again and we will see what it leads to.'.

The German says Liverpool can have no excuses after two weeks of meticulous preparation.

Klopp also launched a defence of his counterpart Zinedine Zidane, saying that the Frenchman is already proving to be as good a head coach as he was a player.

He continued: 'If a lot of people think Zinedine Zidane has not a lot of tactical knowledge and then people think the same about me that would be really funny.

'The two managers in the Champions League final have no clue about tactics? What would that say about the game?.

'For me, Zinedine Zidane is one of the best five players of all time in football.

I'm longer in Liverpool than he is at Real Madrid and he can win the Champions League for a third time.

That's never happened before.

'Unfortunately, I have to accept that he is as brilliant as he was as a player.

This group of players work like a clock from Switzerland.

I saw his team playing a lot of times and it is just fantastic football.

Real Madrid will be fighting for their third successive Champions League title on Saturday.

'It is organised when it needs to be organised and chaos when it needs to be chaos.

They are all world class players but it is football and always there is an opportunity for the other team.

'Zinedine Zidane has been fighting all his career, from where he grew up in Marseille he had to fight.

It just maybe didn't look that way when he played.

'I saw his face when someone asked him if Liverpool would be hungrier in this final.

He is still a fighter.

Regardless of who is hungrier come Saturday night, one thing for sure is Real Madrid go into it with vastly more experienced.

Indeed, the first XI will be much the same from the one who have won three of the last four tournaments.

Klopp concedes that Real Madrid's experience will be a 'very important' factor and says the Spanish side will be more confident when the game kicks off.

Asked how Real Madrid will feel when they step out for a third consecutive final, Klopp joked: 'I wouldn't know, I've never been twice in a row in the final.

'Experience is very important in a final and I am pretty sure in the second before the game Real Madrid will be more confident than we are but that is not a problem because the game doesn't end in that second, it only starts.

'We've had two weeks to prepare and analyse.

I've looked at the teams they've played and they have played really strong teams but they never played us and we are Liverpool.

'Not only are we a really good football team but this club has in its DNA to go for the big things.

We are Liverpool.

Nobody expected us to be here but we are here because we are Liverpool.

The team with the most goals in the run to the final - it's us.

'I can't believe it but it's true.

'We scored the most goals and had exceptional performances.

The experience they have is an advantage 100 per cent but in the game experience does not help you all the time.

'We need to make it as difficult as we can for them.

We cannot try to fight on their level but tactics in football are there to bring a better opponent to your level and when they are on your level you can beat them.'.

Here's a French sports car manufacturer that hasn't actually manufactured a sports car – or any car, for that matter – in around two decades

And yet the target that this Lazarus of the automotive world now has its sights set on with its first production car since 1995 is a true sporting giant: the Porsche 718 Cayman

Welcome, then, to the new Alpine A110. We first caught wind of a revived Alpine back in 2012 but it wasn't until four years later – with the launch of the Alpine Vision concept in Monaco – that we were presented with an idea of what such a car might look like

And credit where credit's due, the resemblance between that concept and the Première Edition car you see here is almost entire and complete

The more important resemblance by which this new A110 will be judged, of course, is to one of the prettiest and most distinctive sports cars of all time: the A110 Berlinette of 1969, designed by the great Giovanni Michelotti

The original A110 was the truer realisation of founder Jean Rédélé's vision of a lightweight, compact, highly agile sports car given to excel on mountain passes than anything that came after it and it was the car that enabled the Alpine-Renault team to claim the World Rally Championship manufacturers' title in 1973

It is through these same virtuous instruments of lightness and agility that, a resurrected Alpine will hope, the new A110 can become the champion of its segment

The car was born out of a joint venture with Caterham Cars in 2012 that was subsequently axed in 2014, so Alpine's parent company, Renault, now shoulders the burden of investment and risk of effectively launching a sports car brand from scratch all on its own

But if the venture proves successful, it could be expanded to bring us a family of Alpine models – particularly if all the talk of 'ambitious plans for the future' among Alpine executives is to be believed

The A110 certainly has its work cut out to force its way in among cars like the Cayman, Lotus Elise, Alfa Romeo 4C, BMW M2 and Audi TT RS

But, as you may remember reading, the early signs have been very promising indeed

Time to find out if they were reliable signs.
