I am reality

Before we even go into the consciousness levels, we need to understand what the consciousness

even is.

Our brains generate the 1,000 trillion synaptic connections responsible for our memory, impulses,

desires, fears, dreams, and even little things like making sure everything is working normally

without you having to consciously manage it.

But what isn't taught mainstream is that our brains are a receiver of information, that

is processed through our consciousness

The brain and the consciousness work together, but aren't exclusively connected

Religion and spirituality calls this the soul, but it's more than that

because our consciousness vibrates like the atoms that hold this universe together at

certain frequencies, we are all made up of the same thing that created the very beginning

of the universe.

That's why Jesus, Buddha, monks, shamans, the Egyptians, Native Americans, Quantum Physics,

and many other sources educate the fact that we are all literally connected.

So now understanding the brain from the perspective or conscious awareness that, who you individually

are isn't bound to physiology confined to within the physical body, on this physical

form of existence; we can begin to understand how our electromagnetic thoughts interact

with and control our electromagnetic bodies in this electromagnetic universe.

These different vibrational states are called dimensions, and these dimensions of reality

exist mentally and physically, should I say non-physically for the higher levels.

But we are talking about the mental states today.

We call them consciousness densities or awareness levels.

This isn't just some unimportant spiritual science shit either when you raise your consciousness

every aspect of your life gets better as you become more intuned with the resonance of

the universe.

So let's begin with this model I created trying to understand this better.

Humans, us, if you still identify as one nowadays, begin consciously and physically on the third

dimension.

Where everything on this base-wave frequency is dense and physical; it takes longer for

thought to turn into form.

So how do we do that?

Making shit happen.

In the third dimension, its purpose and your purpose here is to adapt to reality.

Do I accept reality as it controlling me? or as something I can control?

As with everything else in life, but because we have free will this makes this difficult

when you have the option to ignore your gut feeling (intuition) and you know, start listening

to the people you associate yourself with.

And then becoming a victim of everything around you.

This consciousness level deals with the physical reality, surviving day to day seen through

the lens of fear and anxiety in the present moment.

Which is the case for most of the planet no thanks to; the overexposure of fear-based

media, the processed food diets we enjoy but our brains and bodies don't, the obnoxious

high sugar intake, shit sleep schedules, working at long hour jobs that don't pay shit but

degrade mental and physical health, using the little free time we have left and spending

the little money we earned on alcohol or weed or drugs or games or excessive binge watching

to escape waking life, and numb ourselves from pain, believing in what the mainstream

media and government tells us to do without questioning it, being negative because everyone

else is, I could really go on for as long as people still make complaints.

When you are third dimensionally aware, you are free of conscious thought, the furthest

away from being self-aware.

Impulse is natural here.

This is why for some people, bad things always seem to happen out of nowhere; seemingly out

of their control.

This is also why the poor stay poor and the rich stay rich, the mindset is what allows

the corrupt shit to slide and have people primarily blame the system, instead of primarily

their own actions.

Only a minority are an exception to this, so don't @ me Black Twitter.

In the third dimension you are asked; Do I react to this reality and let my emotions

consume me?

Or do I reflect on this reality and let my logic consume me?

A classic fight or flight response.

The adversity you deal with third dimensionally is when you let one side of the question pull

you down.

Whether you react to every little thing in life

Milo Yiannopoulos: "I think the grievance brigade, victimhood, you know the idea that

hurt feelings are some kind of special currency, I think that needs to come to an end and America

agrees."

Or analyze every little thing in life

Therapist: "The only connection between your unquestionable intelligence and the sickness

destroying your family, is that everyone in your family; you included, use intelligence

to justify sickness.

You seem to alternate (duality) between viewing your own mind as an unstoppable force, and

as an inescapable curse.

And I think it's because the only truly unapproachable concept for you is that it's YOUR mind within

YOUR control."

...you become attached to this specific reality.

In this dense conscious awareness, ignorance is the struggle mentally; rejection of the

other side of thinking.

scarcity is the struggle physically, and fear is the struggle spiritually or consciously.

We're going to use consciousness and the spirit or soul interchangeably, it's the same thing.

So to ascend from a third dimensional awareness into the fourth, you need to let go of the

scarcity mindset.

Because nothing lasts forever in this reality and you need to have a strong foundation for

what you consider important and not important.

The materialism born from a mass-consumerist society and the glamorization of celebrities

and other stupid shit that doesn't actually matter, that only makes people hate themselves

more because of the factors they have no control over and judge other people as a result of

this while still trying to chase temporary things we already know we won't be satisfied

with when we get them, makes it really hard to prioritize things in life when you think

in this conscious awareness.

Money is a tool acquired by mindset, and it controls our time.

It's literally all about a perspective switch.

You will never have money in abundance with a third dimensional consciousness unless you

win the lottery, which is purposely made to make money off people who think this way,

or unless you take it by force.

Not me though, 2nd Amendment...and Castle Laws.

I call the third dimensional state of awareness Earth Consciousness, because these simple

problems really only happen here.

Oh nice you did it, you ascended into the uh fourth dimension, lemme give you a tour

of the place.

Must've been hard because people can be stupid down there sometimes, but its all part of

the plan everyone evolves at their own rate.

Now, unlike in Earth Consciousness where you're adapting to reality; in the fourth dimension

you have awareness of multiple realities, you intuitively know that there's more than

what is seen by the physical perception.

The purpose of the fourth is to be aware of multiple states of existence so that you can

directly take control of your own reality.

The question asked here is; Do I trust my intuition in the present moment to guide me

to where I want to be in the future?

Or do I analyze the non-existent future, based on information from the past that's no longer

relevant?

When you are fourth dimensionally aware, you seem to attract more open-minded people into

your life.

Time feels slower than normal, coincidences start to occur more regularly and have meaning,

called synchronicities.

Dreams become more vivid and you feel more rested even on days where you haven't slept

a straight 7-8 hours.

Indigo children are already born with this consciousness level, but it's repressed.

That's actually the case with most of our generation because of the things Iisted earlier.

When you don't really know who you are, you cling on to the thing that most resembles

you.

Your identity, and the materialistic things that don't last forever become the same.

So that's where bandwagoning comes from, why people are greedy.

Now like I said in the third dimension, the adversity there was becoming attached to the

reality.

Because when you don't have a strong grounding in your own reality, you feel like you need

to seek validation from the external, rather than looking internally and KNOWING what you're

worth rather than seeking worth.

But when you're fourth dimensionally aware, it's the exact opposite.

You become detached to reality.

Because you're overwhelmed by the option of choice!

So you don't feel grounded because you don't know where to start.

This is why so many people are depressed, they have the conscious awareness of being

able to realize that they CAN take control of their lives, but don't know where to start

therefore doing nothing is the better choice especially when everyone on the internet mostly

through memes and the SJW movement, encourage inaction and complacency.

Obviously, it's not the best way to live but it's a way of life for a lot of people.

The main problem with our society is that, we've been conditioned to be afraid of risk.

Instead of embracing it because it's an inevitable stage of life.

It happens to everyone in every stage of life.

There's always gonna be risk with something.

The inherent risk in doing ANYTHING is not knowing the other side of something.

You know the grass is greener on the other side.

When you make a decision, you can't go back and make another decision.

That's why time travel is so fantasized, because of the idea that you don't make mistakes.

That's the thing about risk because when you do fuck up on something because that's inevitable

due to inexperience of course, you have to start somewhere; you know what not to do the

next time!

And that should be empowering, that shouldn't be something to be afraid of.

Do I trust internally to my intuitive subconscious knowing?

Or do I trust externally to the beliefs or labels that shaped my incomplete understanding

of my reality?

The answer is simple, you will know yourself better than anybody else.

When you are fourth dimensionally aware, you are free of conformity.

You just know what is right or wrong without having to be told it by somebody; Intuition

is natural here.

In this open conscious awareness, possibility and impossibility is the struggle mentally.

Action and inaction is the struggle physically, and doubt and faith is the struggle spiritually.

I call this Void Consciousness because it feels like you're in a limbo; aimless and

motionless without guidance.

This is where the idea of Nihilism and all that comes from, because you have so many

choices because you're aware of the fact there's infinite realities and whatnot but you don't

know where to start.

You don't wanna make a mistake at all, so you choose to feel safe, over moving forward

and risk being successful.

This inner and outer struggle between the two halves is called duality.

Duality is important to exist, because that's what creates balance obviously.

We already get this from the idea of the Yin & Yang which is talking about the same thing.

In terms of the brain, duality happens on the two hemispheres.

In terms of conscious awareness if you wanna understand that the best way; I see it as,

third dimensional state of awareness is on the left brain.

Because everything dealing with the reality in the Present has to do with the left brain.

Exploration, discovery, having to figure out what's presented in front of you...within

the five senses.

But the right side of the brain, that's fourth dimensional thinking.

Because that has to do with creativity and seeing the bigger picture of reality.

It's beyond the five senses.

Because when you're too left-brained, when you're too logical; anything beyond the five

senses doesn't exist to you.

It's beyond your conscious awareness.

Plankton: "But it's becoming increasingly obvious, I can deny it NO LONGER...I am small."

But then, if you're too right-brained dominant, if you're too creative thinking; it's hard

to formulate plans.

It's harder to get shit done.

It's beyond your conscious awareness.

Patrick: *Oof* *Oof* *Oof* *Silent Oof*

And just like with anything else in life, it's moderation.

You have to learn how to merge these two sides of the brain to create unity, to create peace...within

the mind.

But it's also harder to explain spirituality to the left-brained dominant side of Humanity.

And we're in a left brain dominant society obviously right?

Explosion of technology *phone coincidently rings at the same moment of mentioning this*

You speak more in proverbs and fortune cookie nonsense than objective, practical reality.

Which is what the left brain operates on.

So to ascend from a fourth to fifth dimensional awareness, you need to let go of doubt which

is the hardest thing you'll ever do because our society encourages it.

All these negative people don't want you to dream because they couldn't when they tried

to, so it's better to hold everyone back with you than accept the FACT that you failed because

YOU gave up.

Learn what made you who you are; your race, your culture, your age, your school, how your

family raised you, the friends you chose to be around with, what you eat, how you sleep,

how your room's organized, etc.

You need to focus on the things you have direct control over in life, instead of the things

that have control over you.

That's how the things that cause you suffering cease to affect you in a damaging way.

And when you gain control of more things in your life, you start getting more creative

because you have more room in your fucking brain to think about things other than what's

constantly about to hit you at the next moment.

And you have to merge these two ways of thinking you have to merge your creative thinking and

your logical thinking to create unity, which is when you reach the fifth dimensional state

of awareness; Unity Consciousness.

And then you mix that creative thinking with your logical planning to manifest your goals

into reality.

So in other words; You don't give a fuck when you know who you are, and nobody's gonna tell

you otherwise.

And because of this, you start getting shit done.

I'm 18 and understanding this inner duality was how I got out of severe depression last

year, which I've had since I was 7.

I was always introspective, and knew I couldn't kill myself because there was more to life,

but I grew in a home where hearing "I love you" or "I'm proud of you" was as rare as

trying to get the ray gun the first try in the mystery box.

And I was an introvert too most of my life, so it wasn't easy opening myself up to recieving

support and unconditional love from people.

I had to master myself so that I wouldn't believe the doubts others projected about

themselves.

Howdy.

Most people aren't at this point yet because it takes patience, but you've made the time

and for that you will reap the long-term benefits...nice.

In the fifth dimension you are now consciously beyond the point of adapting to reality and

simply being aware of more than one reality, you are now a Creator of reality in the current

state.

This is different from the two awareness levels from before, your thoughts directly interact

with the larger spectrum of the universes' electromagnetic fields, also called the Akashic

Records in spirituality; allowing you to understand things easier than before, connect the dots

between abstract ideas faster, and thoughts rapidly manifest into reality on a consistent

basis.

Synchronicities happen on a daily basis and it becomes ridiculously easy formulating plans

because doubt is no longer something that holds you back; Intuitive thought becomes

subconscious.

When you are fifth dimensionally aware, you are free of duality; the clash between the

left-brained logical thinking and the right-brained creative thinking.

Both sides have merged in unity, and because this weight has been lifted you start to feel

unconditional love for yourself and the universe.

Everything is viewed through the lens of "Nothing's good or bad, the present moment is really

all that matters which will create the desired future.

Every experience is something to learn from, regardless of if it's positive or negative.

If it's negative, I know what NOT to do the next time and if it's positive then that's

great."

And as a result of this awareness time feels it has slowed down considerably.

I personally raised my consciousness to the fifth on 3/23/18, at 4am (the actual date)

The Eternal Vanguard: *inhales* "WHAT"

I just record my experiences and make notes about this type of stuff, learning's actually

fun when you're doing what you want and not what others tell you to like.

Which is uh, I'll save that school topic for another video.

This is actually the best time to explain some important facts about consciousness,

you can't mentally comprehend the higher states with any kind of weight until you experience

it for yourself.

In spirituality they're called veils; that's actually how I'm able to articulate the fourth

dimensional awareness, because I'm past that point now.

So I can look at it and understand how it affected me on an individual level, then I

compared it with research which confirmed my findings so I'm proud of that.

Some people call this Unity Consciousness but I like to call this state Freedom Consciousness

because that unity of the brain frees you and my goal is to get everyone on a fifth

dimensional state of consciousness.

I don't know much about this state yet, when this first happened...it was weird.

So, I heard a completely different pitch that I've never heard before and it was in my head

I just hear some nigga now "aye you got tinnitis"

Naw not at all.

I don't really know how long, but long enough.

Long enough for me to turn my head like a fucking dog.

It was as if like we were in a game, and some nigga replaced the white noise audio file

with harmoniousfrequency.mp3

But I figure with adversity in the fifth dimension, hate or grief is the struggle mentally, vitality

is the struggle physically, and acceptance is the struggle spiritually.

So to raise your consciousness from the fifth to the sixth, which is called Christ Consciousness

because Christ or Christos means light and this is the level Jesus was at when he was

alive; It's also called Super Consciousness, you have to love unconditionally.

You have to accept reality in all states of existence, and just see them as part of a

natural order being guided, not controlled, by the universe in resonance and dissonance.

You have to be enlightened *cue Buddha*

Now at the sixth dimensional level of awareness, you are a very, very, very, very tiny minority

on this Earth.

On a biological level when you reach Ascension, a chemical excreted from the pineal gland

called dimethyltryptamine or DMT, which is the physical biochemical form of light; starts

flowing naturally down the spine hitting each cluster of electromagnetic nerves that have

their own resonant frequencies, like everything else in the universe.

And it affects our mind, body, and spirit directly which is what we call the chakras.

The natural flowing of this chemical circulating inside of you which is called the Kundalini,

activates the geometric resonant frequency of the human body itself; in the shape of

a star tetrahedron called the Merkabah/Merkaba.

It's also called Ezekiel's Wheel, or the Light Vehicle, or the Light Chariot, or the Light

Body, or the Rainbow Body, or the Two Spinning Dorito Chips (nobody calls it that lmao)

It doesn't really matter what you call it, the point is it's a star tetrahedron geometrically.

These two triangular prisms spin in different directions creating a vortex of energy, which

is in the shape of a torus; which is the same thing that powers everything else in our universe

that is living, which is what creates infinite energy (the center of which is called Zero

Point Energy).

You are at the same level as the Ascended Masters, a group of multi-dimensional beings

who have reached the state already and are reaching higher states at this present moment.

Jesus Christ, Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Swami Vivekananda, Count Saint Germain, Saint Goo-ling

(Gu-ling?)

Uh...Lil Broomstick (shoutout to Sethical)

Basically, once you reach this conscious awareness you go from, having intent in the 4th dimension,

to manifesting in the 5th dimension, to creating miracles in the 6th dimension.

This is when thought and matter become the same thing because matter is a denser form

of sound, which still vibrates from the atoms that make it up so literally anything can

happen which is why the Bible records Jesus rubbing sand in the blind to see, walking

on water, turning water to wine, etc.

The only difference is that now we have a wider imagination from a century of movies,

tv shows, games, and stories so whoever reaches this state will be very creative.

Oneness is natural here.

Past this point, we can't even use human words to describe these higher dimensions, and since

these veils between consciousness act as video game patches you can't get Christ Consciousness

and start destroying the world, it doesn't work like that.

You wouldn't have made it past the fourth level anyways still thinking that life should

be destroyed.

Which is why the Global Elite and other tyrannical powers still think third dimensionally; they're

consciously stuck in the idea that people must be controlled, for them to feel like

they're in power.

Because there always has to be an imbalance on that level of awareness...to feel important.

When you have control over the materialistic items of that reality, the people who are

attached to those materialist things...you effectively have control over them.

Do you see a similarity for each dimension?

Whether that be in mindset or actual realm?

Adversity.

In every aspect of life on every level, there must be difficulty.

Because you cannot grow when everything is given to you.

You cannot grow when there isn't any kind of resistance in your life.

I'm thankful for my childhood because I had to struggle to grow; to move forward you have

to push back.

Against your artficial doubts, against the people who gave you those doubts,

against the shitty audio inconsistencies in the video.

Against the things in life that exert free will over you, who will convince you that

you have no power.

You don't have power when you give it to them, don't give up.

Acknowledge the past without dwelling on it, and then use that knowledge to move forward

in the present moment,

Right now.

- Okay. / - I painted the picture today.

Morning.

Before noon.

I'm in charge.

We'll eat delicious food.

- We'll have the breakfast buffet. / - I'm hungry.

Just follow me.

How will we get there?

First off...

- Don't do things like this. / - For you two...

Don't make us do that.

I rented a car for us.

In Guam, people should rent a car

because they can rent a car with Korean license.

That's right.

Let's head out.

Let's go.

Turn around.

Battle...

Battle...

Let's go.

Just do it.

Trip.

- Let's go. / - Go!

Go.

(Battle Trip 2-year-anniversary special in Guam)

(First day is planned by the hosts)

I'll be in charge of the morning.

This looks good.

Morning.

I'm in charge.

- It's so good. / - So good.

- Sikyung, you take care of lunch. / - Okay.

Hey, are you insane?

Hey!

That was scary.

Stop.

Help me! Help me!

Hey!

Stop it!

- What about dinner? / - Dinner?

(The Guam professor will take over at night)

I see the dolphins!

- Where? / - Dolphins!

Out of 5 points.

1.9 points.

3 points.

(Sook is in charge of the morning)

(Sikyung in charge of the afternoon)

(Hwijae in charge of the evening)

(Battle Trip 2-year anniversary special in Guam)

(Second day is planned by the viewers)

Today, we will choose from the requests

that viewers submitted for us to try in Guam.

We'll draw them.

It's random.

(The randomly chosen activities will be carried out)

I'll lend you $40,000.

I'll go first.

Hey!

No way.

Sook, run!

You'll die once you come down.

Making me do this...

(Sook time)

(Brunch cafe)

This looks so good.

What is this?

Okay, I've chosen here for breakfast.

It's a good restaurant locals like.

Review.

"It's the best restaurant I've dined at in Guam."

They say they'd go back here if they return to Guam.

Now...

Convertible.

It's not a convertible.

Why not?

Not a convertible?

It's too sunny for that.

It's not this, is it?

- We'll go over. / - No way.

- Hurry up. / - This is ours.

What is this?

It's cute.

No convertible?

I'm in charge of the morning schedule.

- It's not a convertible? / - Come with me.

There's no convertible.

- Get in now. / - Geez.

Gentlemen.

- Get in. / - Seriously.

Thing is...

Geez.

Can't I drive?

No way.

Men shouldn't drive.

Hwijae, trust me.

Goodness.

This is new too.

- This wasn't here before. / - It wasn't.

There are tons of new shopping malls.

You're right.

If you look on the left,

there's a shopping center.

This wasn't here before.

I don't think this was here before.

It wasn't.

(Hotel)

(Brunch cafe)

(4 minutes by car)

If you look in here, it's packed with people.

It's really popular.

The locals, not tourists,

line up to eat here.

What's good at this restaurant?

At 10:30 a.m.,

we can order from both the breakfast and lunch menus.

You must come here at this time

to try food from both menus.

I heard this is a must-try dish.

The Loco Moco comes with a special sauce.

They say the sauce is really good.

- It looks delicious. / - The sauce...

Was made by accident.

They added the wrong ingredient

but it was so delicious.

That's how this special sauce was developed.

A lot of other places tried to figure out the recipe

but they won't tell the last two ingredients.

On top of that, this is a gravy sauce.

It's made from the meat stock.

Just think of it as grease.

That's a great base for sauce.

It's so good but...

To tell you in advance,

the gravy sauce is unlimited.

Unlimited.

- It is? / - Yeah.

I like anything that's unlimited.

If you have around 1L of gravy...

You could die.

Unlimited.

We're ready to order.

- Loco Moco. / - Loco Moco no. 1.

- Benedict Chamorro. / - Chamorro Benedict 1.

- And a Salmon Benedict. / - Salmon Benedict 1.

Okay.

Should we start with three?

- Yeah, that's about it. / - Okay.

Should we doggy bag the leftovers?

- Of course. / - Okay.

We must.

Will we have any leftovers?

Nope.

Serious?

There are three of us.

But...

We have two big men here.

But the size...

- An Eggs Benedict is tiny. / - It's tiny.

- It's only this big. / - Oh, really?

- It's like one bite. / - But...

First meal should be grand.

I'm looking forward to this.

Kim Sook's first meal.

(On the Jeju-do trip, she ate)

(And ate)

(And ate some more)

(She ate 5 meals in 1 day)

Can I eat all of this?

I've prepared something.

It was hard to bring this.

I took great care to bring this.

It's so funny.

Great care...

Wait...

Here.

- What is this? / - What is that?

Take a look.

Ta-da.

Ta-da.

(Travel toppers are trending these days)

(Great for taking unique travel photos)

These are a trend these days.

How do you use them?

You take the photo like this.

Once the food is out...

I thought it was for when you tan your skin...

Then you'll have this tanned onto you. No?

Try that out.

(Uninterested)

(He's uninterested as well)

This is so Kim Sook.

You're telling me this isn't pretty?

- Let's see. / - You're telling me this isn't pretty?

It looks like he's trapped.

It's better in the sky.

- Yeah, that looks nice. / - The sky looks nice.

(Guam and the sky by Hwijae)

Here we go.

We've got the French toast right over here.

Your Loco Moco and Eggs Benedict are coming.

(Chamorro-style Eggs Benedict with ground meat)

(Eggs Benedict with plump grilled salmon)

(Hamburg patty with gravy sauce)

(A perfect combination of the Loco Moco)

What do we eat first?

Just eat the dish you want first.

- I'll slice this up. / - Yes, cut that.

Pop the egg.

First meal in Guam.

With bread.

I'll try it.

And salmon.

Sikyung.

And salmon.

Sikyung.

How is it, Sikyung?

We've lived to eat this, right?

Amazing.

It's not that fattening.

This sauce isn't that fattening either.

So it's quite light.

So it's good for breakfast.

You can tell whether

the sauce is fattening or not?

My body can tell.

You'll know what I mean once you taste it.

This is the lightest Eggs Benedict I've had.

You're right.

I was very curious about this red potato.

Red potato.

This is red potato.

Red...

- Red potato. / - The red potato...

It's like...

It feels like a mix of potato and radish.

The texture.

Let me try this one.

Benedict Chamorro.

Chamorro people are the natives here, right?

- Chamorro people. / - Saipan and Guam.

(Chamorro Benedict)

(Different to an Eggs Benedict with ham and bacon)

(It's a fusion dish with a Chamorro-style sausage)

(Chamorro Benedict, $14)

Don't touch this one.

Why not?

I must take a photo.

- Hwijae. / - Stick your camera here.

It's too much work to wait for you.

- I must take it. / - Just stick your camera here.

And take photos like this.

I don't like taking food photos.

But when else will I come here?

I have to take photos.

Look how beautiful the colors are.

Upload that photo.

It's so beautiful.

When else will I come here?

I have to take photos.

Look how beautiful the colors are.

Upload that photo.

It's so beautiful.

I'll be back some time.

This dish seems very rugged.

The Chamorro sausage tastes very light.

It's healthier than you'd think.

Also...

It's really...

- Hwijae. / - Yes?

You've been to Guam so many times but never here?

Yeah.

You wasted your trips.

I had no idea this place existed.

Try that dish now.

What is this dish?

Loco Moco.

This is the must-have dish.

It's like a burger...

It's like a burger patty.

Wait. Is that rice and ribs?

It's like a hamburger patty.

It is similar to a burger.

Try it.

(He takes a good portion of the rice and the patty)

How is it?

Is it good?

It has to taste good.

Oh, this one...

This one's quite dangerous.

I should try it now?

That dish is so good.

You have to eat this.

This is the one.

It's the one.

It's so good.

Imagine a really rich mushroom soup.

Really rich. Completely savory.

Add Hamburg steak,

fried egg and rice to that.

It'd be weird if this tastes bad.

We used to add rice to cream soup when we were kids.

The kids will love this dish.

100%...

We should order extra sauce.

One sauce right here.

He's really polite.

(Adding more gravy sauce)

Let me just pour one first.

This feels like around 800 calories.

You can't bother with weight gain here.

You just have to eat.

This one is so good.

When you eat this dish,

it might get too greasy.

With this sauce,

it will refresh your palate.

Think of it as a reset button.

(Dinanche)

(Chamorro-style spicy pepper paste)

(Conne peppers are used to make the paste)

(The spiciness is piquant like Cheongyang peppers)

(Welcome to dinanche)

It's very spicy.

- Very spicy. / - Okay.

- Dinanche. / - They gave us only this much.

This smells strong.

Smells good, right?

Smells good, right?

What's good?

Smells good, right?

What's good?

I can't eat this.

Did you try it?

Did you just eat it by itself?

It's spicy.

Koreans must order this.

Isn't this a punishment?

No, it's spicy and delicious.

It might be too spicy for you.

It might be too spicy for you.

It might be too spicy for you.

Goodness!

How much did you eat?

This is so delicious.

It's really delicious.

How is this delicious?

But with this sauce, you could finish all this.

How much did you eat?

How much did you eat?

Someone is punching the side of my mouth.

Hwijae, this is so good.

It's so good.

Isn't it so...

It's so good.

- You can start over, right? / - Yes.

- The sauce is... / - Let's start over.

(Looking around)

What?

You can have mine.

- Do you still have some? / - Yes.

I like dinanche.

Goodness.

It's so delicious.

It's not the spiciness that makes you angry.

It refreshes you then goes away.

It goes so well with this.

Did you come here for brunch or the spicy sauce?

Dinanche.

Seriously...

Are you going to keep eating dinanche?

Yes, dinanche.

This...

- You can't eat this dish alone. / - You're right.

You need dinanche.

You must eat it with dinanche.

Among everything in Guam, this is my favorite.

- This is only our first meal. / - The color of the sea...

The hotel, and Eggs Benedict are nothing

compared to this. You must try it.

I'm sure Koreans will love it.

This is all the sauce I ate alone, right?

(Sikyung finished 6 cups of sauce alone)

How would you rate this restaurant?

Let's make it out of 5.

I've been to Guam many times

but this is my first time trying this brunch.

Let me be honest with you.

Out of 5 points,

I give it 4.5.

Sikyung is busy eating. Don't bother.

I'll go out for a minute.

You should rate it like this.

Before and after dinanche.

How many points before dinanche?

3 points.

What about after dinanche?

4.3 points.

I'm serious.

Let me tell you why.

Eggs Benedict is common in Korea as well,

if you've tried the dish, it's a bit...

You'll be like, "What is this?" With the bread...

Just as I said, it's like a good soup

with rice and meat so everyone will like it.

But with the dinanche,

I've gone crazy. I ate everything.

Dinanche, dinanche.

(Hwijae goes into the water first)

(Sikyung joins as well)

Let's go, Sikyung.

Let's go, Sikyung.

Sikyung, I will go catch some fish.

Brother, how is it living off the grid?

I've been living off the ocean and nature

here in Guam for...

(Cracking up because of Sook)

20 some years now.

20 some years now. Living off the grid.

I'll go and catch some fish.

Can you come in now so I can get out?

(20 years in Guam but still scared of the water)

It's cold! It's so cold.

It's so cold.

(Okay)

(Everyone is in the water now)

(Inside the South Pacific Ocean)

(With crystal clear water)

(They relax and watch the fish)

(So excited)

(Hwijae is getting ready to dive)

Are you going to dive? Go on.

(Hwijae is showing off his swimming skills)

You're like a mermaid.

You were really beautiful.

(They are enjoying and relaxing in the sea)

(They head back after they complete the day's activities)

(Making raw fish with Sikyung's catch)

(Precious)

If we'd caught one each...

This is enough.

This is worthy of "The Fisherman and the City."

You'll get sick if you eat too much.

- Let's have a drink first. / - Good work.

- Good work, everyone. / - Please score generously.

It's good.

I think it tastes better than Jeju-do.

- I can't believe this. / - What is this?

It's so chewy.

- It's clean and sweet. / - Oh, my.

(Tastes clean and sweet because they caught it)

- This is it. / - I've lived in Guam for 15 years for this.

Guam is so nice.

Sir, what's your English name here?

I'm known as Nanda Kim here.

Are you okay?

I can't believe that Battle Trip came to Guam.

I'm so thankful. Please promote Guam a lot.

Tell them who good Guam is.

- Sir. / - Sook.

I heard you live under here.

You just live here.

- I'll get going now. / - She lives with the Dragon King.

(Sook is so funny)

You're enjoying it so much.

- It's so good. / - It's so good.

The fish itself is so good.

It tastes good after playing in the water.

Can't we buy some more fish?

We can buy it at the supermarket.

Sikyung, let's fish more.

Sikyung, let's do some more fishing.

How much is this course?

How much for a family of four?

$180.00

$50 for adults. $40 for children.

If you convert that to the Korean currency,

that's between 50,000 to 60,000 KRW.

That's a good price.

- It's a great price. / - Yeah.

How many points should we give this?

Sir.

For me...

The dolphin tour...

I will give it 5 out of 5 points.

But I deduct 5 points for the fishing.

You have to catch the fish to be fun.

So it's zero but then for snorkeling.

If you include snorkeling

and eating the fish we caught...

- I give this... / - Out of 5.

5 points.

Yeah!

Full score.

Sikyung.

I almost cried because of the dolphins.

- He's going to give a full score. / - The dolphins are...

Very interesting to humans.

Their existence is so grateful yet heart breaking.

For me, I think you must come here with family.

It's a must.

When the dolphins jumped,

I really thought of Seoeon and Seojun.

Even if you couldn't catch any fish...

Just being able to enjoy this sunset with your family...

This deserves 5 points.

So 5 points.

(Cheer)

If you get lucky and catch something like this...

- That's amazing. / - That'd be 10 out of 10.

Since the sun is setting, we need to have dinner.

- Aren't you hungry? / - Normally...

- Yes, after being in the water. / - You are, right?

We ate something greasy earlier.

We will get rid of that greasiness now.

- Let's go. Okay? / - Let's go.

I'll travel by water.

- Sir. / - You can ride the boat.

But you have bad knees.

I hear your Korean name is Dragon King.

I'll leave first.

Stop it, sir.

Here's How To Trick SIRI Into Swearing - Duration: 4:33.

SIRI has a foul mouth!

SIRI….are you rude?

Hello and welcome back to IO, I am your host, Rebecca Felgate and today we are talking all

about my personal favorite little robot troll – Siri!

Before we get into this I want to know what you get your SIRI to call you?

Here is what mine calls me….

I have tried to get him to respond to Keith the Beef, as that is my Siri's one true

name!

Siri is often the gift that keeps on giving – he slash she has all kinds of glorious

Easter eggs.

You can make SIRI say all kinds of things, here are a selection of my favorites…

There is a whole world of joy awaiting you with SIRI…however this past weekend….some

people discovered a pretty PG 13 response from the bot.

SIRI…what a banter lad!

All you have to do, apparently, is ask SIRI to define the word mother.

Now I haven't tried this until now….so we will see how

it goes.

So when siri says, do you want to hear the next one…he says, it is a noun, short for

mother.

Yeah…we can't let you hear that word here on IO…Siri is waaaay too rude for us, but

feel free to try it for yourself.

Also, there are other ways to get SIRI to swear… would you like to hear a secret….

Not many people have figured this one out.

Siri will read out any text you want to hear.

So, you could get your friends to message you a whole bunch of words and Siri will read

them out….or you can save your own number in your phone as your Siri's name, text yourself,

and get Siri to read it out.

Let me demonstrate….

Yeah….

So….

That is a whole bunch of robotic filth.

One of my favorite tweets about this news is from Cherie 98 who wrote: No matter how

evolved as a species we become, or how fair technology takes us, someone, somewhere is

going to find a way to insert the word.

Earth is the Beavis and Butthead of the universe lol.

Mate, I think you are right!

So guys, what do you think to this?

Any other Siri easter eggs we need to know about?

What weird stuff does Alexa say?

Or the google glass bot?

Any mad lad banter?

Are words just funnier when robots say them?

Before I go I am going to read a few responses to a video I did at the weekend about a SNAKE

massage…if you haven't seen that video yet, you absolutely need to check it out!

YA ITS ME said: Oh, hell no. ….. which is pretty much my feeling on the situation.

Neffers Kivoh said: I would like to try snake massage I like snakes its chill to have one

around the neck with vibrating muscle?

….sorry, whaaaaat.

Nothing chill about a snake to me, but you do you.

Shadow Ultra said: Potato Massage….. good idea….

Let's ask siri what he thinks…..

Cool…..

MAJOR News Out Of Boston…

Here's What Just Happened U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Officers

assigned to Boston Logan International Airport arrested two passengers with active warrants

for Financial Card Forgery and Conspiracy to Commit Obtaining Property by False Pretense,

attempting to board an outbound flight. On Friday, April 27 two Citizens of Romania,

Mr. Lucian Giurgiuveanu, 37-years-old, and Mr. Catalin Puscasu, 35-years-old, were scheuled

to depart from Boston Logan Airport to Portugal.

CBP Officers confirmed Giurgiuveanu and Puscasu were exact matches to active National Crime

Information Center (NCIC) arrest warrants, with full extradition out of Ashville, North

Carolina, for financial and property crimes.

In addition to the warrants, Giurgiuveanu and Puscasu also failed to declare currency

on a previous outbound departure attempt which resulted in a seizure of nearly $32,000.

CBP Officers intercepted and arrested the subjects as they attempted to board their

flight.

Working in conjunction with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Ashville Police

Department, and the Massachusetts State Police (MSP), the subjects were taken into custody

and will be extradited to North Carolina to face charges.

"Our vigilant and highly trained CBP Officers are adept at stopping fugitives entering and

attempting to depart the United States," said CBP Boston Area Port Director Clint Lamm.

"CBP works closely with our law enforcement partners to intercept these wanted individuals,

and ensure they face their criminal charges."

Criminal charges are merely allegations.

Defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.

CBP routinely conducts inspection operations on arriving and departing international flights,

arrests an average of 21 wanted persons a day at U.S. ports f entry nationwide and intercepts

narcotics, weapons, currency, prohibited agriculture products, and other illicit items.

Every year, CBP Officers across the Boston Field Office conduct hundreds of arrests of

individuals wanted for crimes ranging from homicide and assault and battery to sexual

assault of a minor and possession of illegal weapons.

WAR ALERT: Here's What We Know - Duration: 3:01.

WAR ALERT: Here's What We Know Speaking at the Ministry of Defence in Tel

Aviv, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed Iran was continually expanding the

range of its ballistic missiles.

Israel also claims that they have proof that the Iranian government has a secret weapons

program.

Netanyahu showed a video that he said was taken from Iran's top-secret nuclear facility

in Tehran.

The Israeli Prime Minister said the new evidence proved that the Iran nuclear deal signed in

2015 by President Obama was "built on lies," according to The Daily Star.

The news comes just hours after Israel closed off its airspace on its northern border as

a response to a supposed threat from Iran.Netanyahu said he was "sure Trump will do the right

thing," because of Israel's claims that the 2015 nuclear deal made by former president

Barack Obama is being ignored by Iran.

"After signing the nuclear deal in 2015, Iran intensified its efforts to hide its secret

files.

In 2017 Iran moved its nuclear weapons files to a highly secret location in Tehran."Speaking

in English, Israel's leader showed pictures and videos supposedly of some historic secret

Iranian nuclear facilities, as well as Iranian documents and plans to develop atomic weapons.

Netanyahu claimed Israel had gotten a hold of half a ton of files on Iran's nuclear

program and also added that the Iranian government was keeping up its nuclear weapons program

for future use.

Netanyahu added that he had personally shared the intelligence information with the United

States, which it allegedly confirmed as true.

However, it is highly important to note that most of the evidence presented by Netanyahu

was from before 2015 and therefore before the signing of the nuclear deal.

According to Fox News, President Trump called the Iran nuclear deal a "horrible agreement

for the United States" in response to Prime Minister Netanyahu's bombshell allegations

about Tehran's covert activity, but he stopped short of saying whether he'd abandon the

deal ahead of a looming deadline.

Trump addressed the claims made by Israel during a Rose Garden press conference Monday

afternoon, moments after Netanyahu held a dramatic presentation revealing intelligence

he says shows Iran is lying about its nuclear weapons program.

"That is just not an acceptable situation," Trump said.

The president added that Netanyahu's claims show Iran is "not sitting back idly."

"They're setting off missiles which they say are for television purposes," Trump

said.

"I don't think so."

Trump has repeatedly expressed a desire to exit the Iran deal, which was signed during

the Obama administration.

A crucial deadline for re-certifying the deal is on the horizon.

Here's Why Jeeps Have Such a Loyal Fanbase - Modified 2017 Jeep Wrangler - Duration: 2:56.

welcome to wacky Wednesday's, where everyone has a chance to show off their

car mods, and here's this week's winner, alright this is my 2017 Jeep Wrangler

sport, I switched out the plastic bumper for a metal bumper, that added a lot of

weight, I put on some metal fenders which allows me to actually get some bigger

tires eventually, but I'm not going for a big rock crawler, just trying to get

something to play with through the woods and handle some better mud, I did do limb raisers, which happens to be my favorite mod, which only cost me about $20, cheap LED

lights off amazon, cost me maybe 20 bucks a pair, they're really just 18 watts they

don't draw a lot off the battery and just kind of more for fun, then down here

I actually did the barricade side steps just kind of helps out the wife get in

and out, I did do a locking gas cap on the back, and I don't really

know why they don't come with them, I understand the whole open concept and

World War 2 and blah blah blah, but you know nowadays kind of nice to have a

lock on a gas cap, I did do the dv8 rear bumper, and it's got the built-in LED

lights, which is super nice, I finished hooking up a couple of things

on it though, but that's got a full CB set, and a whole bunch of other

little goodies that just make jeeps fun, they don't do wonderful down the highway

but nobody buys these things for gas mileage, my gas mileage actually went

from probably about 20 miles to the gallon all the way down to 14, at least

that's what the dashboard tells me, and it's been an absolute fun vehicle

there's a ton of aftermarket support for these things, which is just great, but

every mod does have its consequences, and you will have to deal with them, anyways

thanks for watching and have a great day, well that was this week's video and to

have your car mod shown on my channel here, check this out, so if you never want

to miss another one of my new car repair videos remember to ring that Bell!

Meet the Author: Stuart Neville (HERE AND GONE) - Duration: 2:46.

Hi I'm Stuart Neville the author of HERE AND GONE which I wrote under the

pen name Haylen Beck

When I was a teenager at the Royal School of Armagh in Northern Ireland I

wrote a short story along with everybody else in the class and I'd harbored

ambitions of being a writer for some time but never really expected anything

to come with that but I was surprised then when my English teacher took the

story to a convention and shared it with all the teachers and told me about afterwards

and in all the years later when I was struggling to write or trying to come

up with something right and was struggling with confidence I always

thought of that one story of the teacher who liked it enough to share with other

people I took that as a sign that maybe I could do this even though every other

instinct I had said I couldn't

I think what I like most about being a writer, specifically a crime writer,

is the kind of support network there are of all the writers and how communal it is

there are various conventions throughout the year at Bouchercon and various things

in the U.S. Harrogate in the UK all the Crime Writers get together get drunk share

war stories and there's almost no rivalry amongst there's just this

real kind of feeling of we're all on the same team we're all fighting the same fight

The thing I enjoy that most actually is, for writers being usually quite solitary

it's that social aspect what I really like

I quite like to go and visit the place that I'm writing about it's with

HERE AND GONE which is set down in the state of Arizona just purely by

coincidence an opportunity came up for a road trip through the state I've been

contacted by a guy called John Joseph Dari from Northern Arizona University in

Flagstaff in the north of the state and they were teaching my first novel under my

own name as part of their course and he asked could I come along and talk to his

class. It just happened to coincide with me doing an event at the Poison Pen

bookstore in Scottsdale Arizona but I've often done that with other books

For instance I've gone to New York for example to look at certain areas so if

I've said something there but or just be books I've written there set in Belfast

I was just walking on in Belfast getting in through the color and the feel and

the sound and the smell of the place I think helps an awful lot when you're trying to

write about it
