Leaders & Companies are Lying…Here are 3 Reasons Why - Duration: 11:25.

I'm sick and tired I'm literally sick and tired of seeing all these posts,

articles and videos describing the traits of good leaders and how good

leaders should act versus bad leaders and so on. no matter if these are in the

form of images, info-graphics, or posts and with this amount of content I started

really to believe that we are lying to ourselves because all this content will

not really solve the leadership problems that we have inside our companies.

People are not missing information. People are fully aware of how a great leader should

act and what he should do. But they are still not executing. They are not

behaving or acting as good leaders, no matter if they have good intentions or

not and no matter how much knowledge they have regarding leadership.

do you want a proof? simple. Stop ten people on the street and ask them the golden

question ''what are the characteristics of a great leader?''. You will be surprisingly

shocked that everyone knows the right answer. You will hear instantaneously

answers such as integrity, honesty, fairness, team player, and on. You will

hear answers that can fill books. Now let me ask you if almost everyone knows how

a good leader should act and on top of that all of this educational content is

available online and offline, then why do we have horrible leaders? or why do

leaders who know by heart the traits of great leaders, act in contrast to what

they know? to apply a new behavior we need mainly two things: Education to

build skills and knowledge regarding this behavior, and Execution.

Education is available. People already know how a true leader should act and

even if they do not know there are thousands of courses and books about

this topic. Now let us move to the execution part. Managers do not act as

good leaders because they discovered that being a good leader will make them

lose in today's era and work environment. Yes, maybe they will win the love and

respect of their teams but if they do not deliver then they will be out of the

game soon in this competitive. world. The toxic environment and the

pressure forced on them from the top management is destructive. Let's take an

example. Let us say that you were newly appointed as a manager of a team. As a

new manager you start with good intentions and you want to be a real

leadership role model. Step by step during the physical year you feel the

pressure to deliver and hit the targets. Not only this, each year you hit the

numbers the management sets stretch targets and you feel more and more under

fire to deliver. You start spending more time at work. Your work-life balance

fades away, and you do not remember the last time that you saw your daughter or

son at home while he or she was still awake. All of this for a bunch of few

extra dollars or euros per year. Ah, by the way do you know that after reaching

a specific salary range any additional salary increase will not make you feel

happy and will be meaningless? because every $1 of salary increase will bring

you hundred dollars worth of more pressure and tasks to do, and more time

at work. Under all this pressure to deliver, angry executives pushing you, and

lack of your basic needs, you start to change. You start shooting randomly on

anyone. You start doing this because your capacity and patience are over. You do

not have enough capacity to handle your team problems and to grow them, because

you are now focusing more and more on how not to get shot from the

management during the next meeting, and you will do this under any cost. Your

perspective changed from ''I want to create a great team culture and change the

performance of the team'' before being a manager of course, to ''I want to survive

and keep my position''. Welcome to the middle point of the rat race. You know

Mike Tyson the legendary boxer summarized the situation in a quote

that I adore. He said ''everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face'', and

now you are punched in your face and you have no plan except survival. so what is

the solution? how can we really fix leadership

problems within organizations? the solution is divided into two parts. Part

one is about correcting the wrong beliefs. And part two is the action plan.

And I will start now by correcting some wrong beliefs. First, as a rule you

must know that the true measure of a leader is not during the calm times. Any

person can do well and be a great leader during the calm times. the challenge is what

type of actions and decisions this leader will take during the hard times?

when he or she is under fire. This is the true measure of a leader. Second, the true

measure of leadership has nothing to do with results. I know a lot of horrible

leaders that deliver because their teams are afraid of them or want to avoid them.

There are also companies that achieve great financial results not because they

have a great culture or because they are a wonderful place to work for, but

because they are industry leaders that built names from 30 or 50 or even 80

years ago. And this repetition and what they accumulated financially in the past

is why people and clients keep coming to them over and over, and that's why they

are still in business. And by the way, this is very dangerous because sometimes

winning makes people blind and unable to see the real problems. They think ''if we

are winning then everything should be okay''. Third, I saw a lot of companies

hiring or promoting a good potential leader in the middle of a messy

situation and expecting him to deliver. This will never happen. Getting a

potentially good leader and putting him in an organization which is suffering a

lot of internal problems, and with not enough resources and collaboration, and

most importantly openness to change from the people around him, will not change

anything. In fact, you will lose this good leader sooner or later. it's exactly as

if you said Leonel Messi is the best football player in the world let us

invest all our club money in buying him, and do not bother about the other team

members. Because Messi will do everything. he is

the best player in the world. And of course, this is a horrible approach

because no matter how Messi is talented, he is only flourishing and winning

because he has a lot of super players around him in Barcelona. It is the

combination itself between talent and teamwork and culture that made Barcelona

successful, not the talent of Messi alone. and if you doubt what I say ask yourself

''why the performance of Messi differs when he plays in Barcelona than when he plays

with his country Argentina? Now let us move to part two which is the action plan.

1. if you want to know if a company is a good place to work for or

not, and if you want to assess the leadership performance inside this

company then look on the sensitive positions such as the CEO, the president,

and general manager. Focus carefully on their actions and listen carefully to

what is being said about them. Focus on their repetition regarding their character

and behavior, and what they care for and believe in.If they have the right

attitude and behavior, then most probably the executives will have the right

behavior also. And this will impact the whole organization. Think about it for a

moment. Who will you choose to work on your team? someone who is totally

different than your character and behavior? or someone who's aligned and

supporting your vision, behavior and culture? and even if you filled an executive

position, and you found one of your team members not aligned with you, then most

probably sooner or later he or she will leave because you will not tolerate each

other. Unless of course you will keep him only because he's achieving results, no

matter what is his behavior, and with this, you are making a big mistake.

so, in short, you and your direct reports are reflections of each other's

characters, behaviors, and actions.

2. The right leadership starts by selecting the

right CEO for the company. In big companies, this is the

responsibility of the board of directors of course.

If they will choose a CEO based on his previous results, or if company

politics got involved in this selection, then it's over. The selection should

of course include his previous performance, but this is only one selection criteria

and not everything.

3. If the board chooses the right CEO, with the right

attitude and behavior, he will choose the right executives. He will choose

people who are similar in behavior like him and who can help him promote the

company culture that he wants.

4. The CEO should give clear instructions that

hiring and keeping employees should be based on their personal behavior and if

they can fit the company culture or not. He should ask his top and middle

managers and HR, not to hire people only for results or because of their C.V's. They

should hire for character.

5. Choosing the right executives and heads of

departments will ensure that the vision and culture of the CEO will be

transmuted to the rest of the organization effectively with respect to

the vision of the CEO of having the right company culture in place. This will

ensure that they will always try to make the right selections when they are

choosing the middle managers. And when this happens, a potentially good leader

will not find himself under fire most of the time to deliver. There will be a

balance between calm times and pressure times and even during the pressure times

this will be healthy pressure. And when this happens, potential leaders will have

a real chance to flourish, and to apply great concepts, if they were trained and

prepared correctly. Is this going to really happen? can really a big

organization starts fixing their culture and leadership problems from up till

down. I am sure that a lot of people who will watch this video will say it's not

possible, because there are a lot of other factors involved inside

organizations, that makes it harder to make true changes or make a crucial

decision. Nevertheless, I shared my true opinion

instead of just moving with the flow and writing more and more about beautiful

leadership traits and wonderful rosy role models that we rarely see inside

our organisations, or that we see, but only during the calm times.

Stop dreaming about beautiful leadership and idealistic traits. Let us move one

practical step towards really fixing the workplace.

Till next time

BREAKING: America On HIGH ALERT…

Here's What We Know Palestinians will never be defeated and "will

not accept" the U.S. embassy move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, the Lebanon-based deputy

chief of Iran's narco-terrorist proxy Hezbollah declared hours before the dedication of the

new American consulate building on Monday, Breitbart reports.

The Palestinian nation is protecting its land and opposes any compromise or surrender, Sheikh

Naim Qassem said on Monday, adding that the coming days will prove the fact that it is

impossible to defeat Palestinians.

Sheikh Qassem further denounced the arrogant powers' policy of "stabilizing occupation"

in Palestine since the Nakba Day, when Israel was founded 70 years ago.

He also voiced Hezbollah's strong opposition to compromise or bargain over territories

or dignity of people, promising a "full-fledge and unrestricted battle" against the occupiers.

Tasnim News

RWT News Reported, Muslims should wage jihad against the U.S. as a response to America's

decision to move its Israel embassy from Tel Aviv to the capital Jerusalem, Al-Qaeda leader

Ayman al-Zawahiri said on Sunday.

"I believe the current US president is not capable of identifying and judging the long-term

consequences of his actions.

Spur-of-the-moment and uncalculated actions cannot continue in today's world.

Feeblemindness is costly for statesmen and they will eventually have to pay the price."

The U.S. "must not think that such actions… can remain without a response," he said.

The protesters burned American and Israeli flags and chanted, "DEATH TO AMERICA!"

They also waved Palestinian flags and banners proclaiming Jerusalem as "our eternal capital"

and calling it a "red line".

The Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza claims that so far 52 Palestinians were killed and

1200 more were wounded in riots taking place at 12 locations along the border.

The casualty numbers, which are expected to rise, could not be immediately verified.

Hamas has a history if exaggerating casualty claims.

More than 35,000 protesters amassed at a dozen locations along the security fence, with many

engaging in skirmishes that pushed the death toll Monday to the highest in Gaza since a

2014 cross-border standoff between the militant group Hamas and the Jewish state.

Walter & Helena Cass Collection appeal - Duration: 2:14.

The Walter and Helena Cass Collection

is a remarkable record of a family not only living through

the tumultuous years of the twentieth century,

but also the story of these two remarkable people

Walter and Helena.

Walter was a commanding officer at Gallipoli and at Fromelles on the Western Front.

He then had a significant role in the military in Melbourne

after that, until his death in 1931.

Helena had a different kind of role.

She was a journalist after Walter died,

so in a way her story is about someone who found a profession

as a woman in a period when it was rare for women to have professions.

And I think it gives us another understanding about

Australia in the twentieth century.

For over 160 years, the Library has been conserving

and preserving collections.

And it's important to ensure that collections like this

are not only valuable to us now,

but will be valuable to future generations.

So we're aiming to raise $100,000 by the end of June

and we're seeking your support to do that.

That will help us bring the stories within the stories of this collection to life.

It has thousands of items; from maps, to diaries,

to beautiful prints and it has love letters,

it's a beautiful love story.

The love letters are a very special part of this collection,

which were sent by my grandfather to my grandmother

while he was at war.

The letters take us inside Walter and show this

very romantic soul.

The Library has been very fortunate to acquire this

wonderful collection,

but our work on it has really only just begun.

We need the specialist skills of staff across the organisation

to preserve and conserve the collection,

and catalogue it so that it's

truly accessible to the people of Victoria.

I'm very grateful that the material has come to

to the State Library, because now they've found a home

and they can be organised and understood and made available.

It really is a collection of extraordinary depth

and we can't wait to be able to

make it more readily available to the public.

Here's Who Is About To Be Booted From Trump's Cabinet - Duration: 10:47.

Here's Who Is About To Be Booted From Trump's Cabinet

After just one year in office, Donald Trump has already fired numerous members of his

administration.

Now, the latest people to be on his chopping block have been revealed.

The Los Angeles Times reported that one person who may be in danger is Trump's Secretary

of Education Betsy DeVos, who has been met with protests and ridicule since she was appointed.

She was particularly mocked for a recent "60 Minutes" interview in which she gave vague

answers on school choice, sexual assault on college campuses and other issues.

Steve Schmidt, a longtime Republican strategist, described the interview as "bad."

"She humiliated herself and the administration," he said.

"That's what Trump hates most — humiliation.

But, for now, she remains."

Another person who could be in danger is Trump's chief of staff John Kelly.

Insiders say Trump has turned on Kelly and that the president has complained the management

structure in the West Wing doesn't suit the freewheeling style he employed as a businessman.

Kelly also recently made negative headlines when he acknowledged he mishandled accusations

of domestic abuse that were made by ex-wives of Rob Porter, who resigned in February from

his job as White House staff secretary.

Trump's Secretary of Treasury Steven T. Mnuchin is also on the chopping block, as

he has been making the news for all the wrong reasons.

Back in August, he took a military jet from New York to Washington, saying he needed a

secure phone line in a trip that cost $25,000.

He also received criticism for flying on a government plane to Kentucky, where he viewed

the solar eclipse with his wife.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been on the chopping block ever since Trump slammed

him for recusing himself from the Russia inquiry last year.

"So why aren't the Committees and investigators, and of course our beleaguered A.G., looking

into Crooked Hillarys crimes & Russia relations?" Trump tweeted last summer.

Schmidt said that at some point, the humiliation "may just be too much to overcome" and

that Sessions "might leave on his own … you would think that might have happened months

ago."

Who do you think the next person to be fired from Trump's White House will be?

Let us know your thoughts

in the comments section.

The Robots Roaming the High Seas - Duration: 6:52.

Intelligent.

Indestructible.

And with no humans on board,

these sail boats are plotting

their own course through the waters of San Francisco Bay.

If this guy gets his way,

soon there will be hundreds of them

trawling the ocean for data.

(electronic music)

This is Richard Jenkins.

And he's someone who likes a challenge.

Here he is trying to break the world record

for land sailing in 2009.

I registered at 116 miles an hour,

which I thought was kind of a low bar

and I could do it in maybe a year

and it was actually anything but easy.

Instead of one year, it took Jenkins

a decade of toiling in deserts around the world.

But break the record he did,

clocking just over 126 miles per hour

in his own custom designed vehicle.

The next challenge was a nod to Magellan

with a modern twist.

It encouraged me that nothing has ever gone

around the world unmanned and it's kind of the last

great records to get.

So Jenkins set out to build a robotic sailboat

capable of circumnavigating the globe.

In 2013, he sent the world's first unmanned vessel

across an ocean, going from San Francisco to Hawaii.

We actually called it the Honey Badger

because, you know, it doesn't give a shit,

it just plows through anything.

And somewhere, amidst all that,

he found the time to start a new business.

Based in this former aircraft hangar, in Alameda, California

Jenkin's company Saildrone has already raised

90 million dollars from investors.

And here's what's got those venture capitalists so excited.

A 20 strong fleet of autonomous sea-worthy drones.

Who put the shark faces on them?

That was me, last weekend, I just freehanded that.

Powered only by the wind and sun,

these GPS guided bots can survive

at sea for months at a time.

Bristling with sensors, scientific equipment,

and cameras, they beam back real time data

and images via satellite from the ocean surface.

These two vehicles are on their way back from

a seven, almost eight month voyage.

Probably 10 thousand miles.

Where did they go?

Down to the Equatorial Pacific,

studying El Nino affects on the equator.

Right.

You wanna know what it looks like?

Is this the camera view?

Yes, this is a real time camera view.

And there it is, that's a picture from

Equatorial Pacific right now.

It's nice and sunny.

It's always sunny.

It's always sunny down there.

Right now, Saildrone is busy

prepping for a new mission.

The 2000 mile round trip to an area of Pacific Ocean

known as the white shark cafe.

Great White's come to this remote spot to hang out

for months at a time and scientists have spent decades

wanting to know why.

So we're working with Stanford University

to take these vehicles and literally follow the sharks

to the cafe to understand, literally,

what they're doing there.

Is it food, is it reproduction?

No one really knows.

The drones are ideal for missions like this.

They're much cheaper than large research ships

and can collect many different types of data.

PH, chlorophyll, humidity, radiation,

wind speed, direction, temperature,

the list goes on.

We measure everything you could possibly measure

near the surface of the ocean.

And data like this sheds light

on something that affects everyone.

The weather.

There really is infinite use for

more accurate weather and climate data.

So a big focus for us this year is deploying drones

into the hurricane field so we can find out how strong

they're going to be and where they're going to land.

And the impacts of that information is huge.

So for insurance risk, financial markets,

and for people's safety.

On an unmanned craft, hurricane force winds

would shred a conventional sail.

So instead, the drones harness the wind using the hard

vertical wing adapted from Jenkins' land sailing days.

When wind passes over an airplane wing, it produces lift.

In this case, the wind produces thrust that moves

the sail drone forward.

Jenkins invented a tail, with a small adjustable tab

to control this force.

It stops the wing from spinning out of control

and lets the robot make snap sailing decisions.

Everything about the craft is 100 percent

salt-water proof and submersible.

Today I'm hitching a ride to see Rich deploy

two of his drones to the white shark cafe.

There's not much wind so they're given a tow

into San Francisco Bay before being released.

There's enough wind here now we can start sailing.

We just left the city and this is where

we normally let them go.

Goodbye drone.

As soon as their released, they're on full autonomous mode.

You guys have gone 200 thousand nautical miles

without an incident?

Yep, we've had the drones operating for four years now.

And not a single scratch on the vehicle.

And nobody's every phoned it in as a, like a UFO

or some sailor's like what the hell are these things

doing out in the water?

No, they behave really predictably

and safely around ships.

And there are animals that come up and check them out?

Yep.

We got some really good pictures.

So, there's a spotted fur seal, jumped on for a ride

up in the Chukchi sea about 65 degrees north,

and hung out there for about six hours.

These drones have a two week journey ahead of them

before they make their shark rendezvous

and soon, they'll be part of an even bigger fleet.

I want to get a thousand drones

within three to four years.

And that gives us full global coverage

so we have as much or better data of oceans

that we currently have for land

and that will transform our understanding of our planet.

Raef - Ramadan Is Here (Music Video) - Duration: 4:18.

With hope in our eyes, we search through the skies

waiting for our old friend

With loved ones nearby and our spirits high

a blessed time we'll spend

In both love and in fear to Allah we draw near

hands raised to the sky

O Allah, please forgive us

and guide us to Paradise

Ramadan is here!

Allah's mercy is near!

Time to give, time to share, time to show we care

cause Ramadan is here!

All day and all night, noble words we'll recite

Healing our hearts with Quran

Revealed on the Night of Power

A guide for this world till the end

Like past nations have done, we'll fast for the One

Creator, from Him shines all light

O Allah, please forgive us

and guide us to Paradise

Ramadan is here!

Allah's mercy is near!

Time to give, time to share, time to show we care

cause Ramadan is here!

With friends and family, we'll break bread and be

thankful for all we have

Spending our nights in prayer

a chance for a brand new path

A month to let go of grudges we hold

Time to make it right

O Allah, please unite us

and guide us to Paradise

O And guide us to Paradise!

Ramadan is here!

Allah's mercy is near!

Time to give, time to share, time to show we care

cause Ramadan is here!

Ramadan is here!

Allah's mercy is near!

Time to give, time to share, time to show we care

cause Ramadan is here!

O Ramadan is here!

Tapping Into The World Of Spirits Here Is What You Need To Know - Duration: 4:42.

Tapping Into The World Of Spirits.

Here Is What You Need To Know

by Conscious Reminder

Have you ever wanted to connect to the Spirit World?

Well, I became intrigued by the Spirit World a few years ago and I thought to myself that

I must have a plan to tune into the Spirit World.

I really tried to make a plan and failed at it all the time.

I was almost going to give up when I met a friend who told me that I was doing it all

wrong.

She told me that I didnt understand the Spirit World that well and she also told me

some rules to connect with the Spirit World.

Here I am writing all that she told me.

It helped in my journey and I hope it helps everyone who wants to be on this journey.

Things you need to know about the Spirit World 1.

We are all psychic.

Yes, this is true.

We are all blessed with intuitiveness.

2.

The catch is that we are all at different levels of psychic.

Some of us are really sharp because we practice our intuitiveness more than others and we

trust our gut feeling as well.

On the other hand, some of us are just beginners.

Wherever you are in the journey, you are a psychic and you can surely become better at

it.

3.

There is no fixed way to become better because all of us will have different journeys; unique

in every way and this is why we all have our unique purpose to serve.

4.

The aim of this journey isnt about reaching some higher level of psychic as many people

mistake it to be so.

In fact, the journey is about finding yourself and focusing on your spiritual growth and

work on your Self.

5.

Never doubt your psychic abilities.

The journey isnt about becoming closer to the Spirit World.

It is about having faith in your psychic abilities and your intuitiveness.

Rules for connecting to the Spirit World #1: There are no specific rules that are there,

ironically.

This is because everyone is on a journey that is one of its kinds.

Each of us is on a different level of psychic and this makes the journey very personal and

thereby there are no fixed rules to abide by.

Respect your journey and the place where your journey takes you.

#2: Focus on whatever you are getting and say it.

Sometimes we lose the information that is important because we dont say it.

We merely recognize it but that is surely not enough.

Say it and it will always help you.

#3: Have faith in what you see first.

This is because what you see first is always the most accurate and closest to what you

are searching for.

So, when you are on this journey, trust the first.

#4: You are centre of all this process.

So believe in your emotions and your intuition; it will be worth it, surely.

#5: Let the process happen to you.

Dont worry about being right.

#6: Remember to take permission of the reader while you are involved in this process.

5 Steps to Connect with the Spirit World 1.

Intention: Declare your intention at the very start so that you can give and receive messages

from the Spirit World.

Make sure the Universe hears you and is a participant in your journey.

2.

Meditate: Meditation will help you in settling your mind.

When your mind will be settled, you will be able to make a better connection with the

Spirit World.

3.

Listen: Listen and keenly observe all the signs that are happening around you.

These signs will guide you in your journey.

4.

Create a Reading Screen: The reading screen is where you will receive the messages.

Try and develop this reading screen.

5.

Use your Clair abilities: Use all your senses/ Clair abilities because you need them to develop

a better connection with the Spirit World.

Use your senses to reach a higher level.

One additional thing to remember: Focus on your dreams as well; sometimes they may have

messages and signs for you that shall be important in your journey.

Tasnim NewsRWT News Reported, Muslims should wage jihad against the U.S. as a response

to America's decision to move its Israel embassy from Tel Aviv to the capital Jerusalem,

Al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri said on Sunday.

I DID IT! 🔥Here you have my new amazing project: MY PATREON PAGE | VLOGS - Duration: 5:19.

Hello everybody! My name is Amarna Miller and this is my Youtube channel.

As you know I usually don't do self-promotion videos

but today I want to announce something I have been working on for a while

and that's my Patreon page!

Patreon is a micro patronage website similar to Kickstarter or Verkami

but with the option of support projects that extend over time.

And what does that mean?

Basically you can contribute the amount of money you want each month and in

exchange you will receive different rewards like postcards, stickers and my

eternal undying love!

Plus you will be helping me create independent content

but I will talk about that later on.

Pledges can go from one dollar to the amount you decide.

"A fistful of dollars!"

When you become a patreon you get access to exclusive post instantly!

And of course you can withdraw your contribution at any time.

In case you're wondering why I have decided to do this,

I want to explain you my situation.

I have been creating content in front and behind the cameras for years:

I write chronicles, articles and columns for different media,

I'm posting basically in all social networks,

I give talks in the TV, on the radio, in universities ...

Yeah that was a bit of self-promotion :)

And more recently I have opened this

YouTube channel to talk about subjects that I feel the world needs to know:

ecology, sustainability, feminism, sexual freedom...

I consider myself an activist, and I try to use a large part of my mental efforts

to communicate things that I feel need a voice.

For example talking about sex workers rights

or how I have managed to be extremely happy living with the bare minimum.

My aim is to continue making interesting content: both inside and outside of YouTube

without giving in to the demands of the market or the requirements of the media.

But sometimes is complicated...

and tiring

and frustrating.

The cost of creating is high and a lot of times I end up spending more time and resources

looking for distributors and sponsors instead of doing what I really have to do:

Create!

Shoot my videos. Write the scripts. Release new articles.

Patron allows me to bypass the commercial system

and connect directly with my followers.

This platform allows my content to be independent,

controversial,

diverse and risky!

Don't get me wrong, I really like when brands want to collaborate with me

and I feel grateful to have sponsors, but sometimes I feel there are subjects that need to be told

in which very few brands want to collaborate.

I want to continue talking about all these subjects but also need to make a living...

So I think Patreon can be a good way to get support directly from the people who want to help me.

By the way I will be free from the limits imposed by brands,

being able to focus entirely on making the Stuff* that I believe is important and

interesting to my audience. No need to think what "sells best".

Not depending on the sponsors to carry out my projects means that I can go crazy thinking about new options.

I can reissue my first book

I can write pro sex work guides

can improve the quality of my YouTube videos...

My list of interests is pretty huge and I'm always happy to try out new things.

What's next, maybe a podcast?

I love strange propositions and I love to hear but the content you would like to see.

Also other networks like Twitter, Facebook or Instagram don't allow to have

constructive conversations or to learn from the discourse of the others.

But Patreon makes it very easy to create a community and learn from all of you!

This isn't only a platform where I want to share my content, I want to go one step

further and create discussions. A forum where we can share our interests and try

to fix the world one step time.

Summarising a lot, your patronage will go towards:

Pay a fair wage to those who work with me.

Cameramen. Editors. Designers.

Improve the quality of my videos on my YouTube channel.

Lightning! Sound equipment! A proper tripod... please!

Write new articles and develop new Stuff* without limits.

Of course, the more budget I have the more crazy shit I can do.

Like traveling around the world in 80 days, going to the North Pole and record the northern lights...

or interviewing Inuits in Alaska.

On the left side of my Patreon page you can see the active goals

and read about the things I intend to do with your support.

And on the right side you can see the rewards that you can receive depending on the pledge you make.

And that's all! That was a good summary :)

I'm going to leave the link to my Patreon page in the description box of this video.

I really hope you like it. The text is written in English and in Spanish

and yeah! Please don't be hard on me is the very first time that I do all these

so I will assure you that this page will evolve over time.

And If you watched all this video you are awesome! I'm forever grateful for this opportunity

and remember that each and every one of you are an important part of my life!

Please give me your feedback in the comments!

And remember to follow me on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook

and also in my Patreon page if you liked it :)

Bye, bye!
