Ali: So I'm really excited, this is my first car

and I've been saving up some money for it

and I think I'm finally ready to take the plunge

and get my own car.

The number one most imporant factor for my new car

is just the size of it.

For the work that I do, I need to be able to

transport really large pieces of plexi-glass, of wood,

I need all my tools in the car.

4x8 sheet of plywood needs to be able to fit in there.

I guess what I envision is like some sort of suburban or...

Or even, like, maybe a station wagon,

like an old station wagon would be cool.

I'm also, like, not afraid of a mini-van.

I think, like, a lot of people are a little bit like,

"Oh my god! No mini-van!"

I'd totally rock a mini-van.

Jim: Given how you're going to use it,

I'd probably think about it, right?

Throwing those seats out, put your artwork in the back,

and being confident that you're going to be able to go

from point A to point B safely, securely

and doing all that you need to do is great.

And when you want to go out to the mountains and have fun,

put those seats back in, roll the windows down and

let your baby blue mini-van fly.

Ali: Something that's important to me is like, style.

I need a big car but it's gotta be looking good.

I like old cars.

Classic cars, I guess?

Definitely has to have some swagger.

Like, one of my fantasy is

owning a powder blue VW bus.

Jim: Cool old cars need to have

a cool friend that's a mechanic.

And then the second thing I would say

about cool old cars is that they don't work

exactly like the modern cars do.

And so things like steering, acceleration

just turning it on in the morning,

whole different experience on some of those cool old cars.

So unless you're really looking for an adventure,

and I mean every driving experience could be one,

then I think she'd really focus in

on something that's a little more on the reliable side.

The mini-van's probably going to do it for you.

It's going to be there when you need to move your stuff,

it's going to be there when you need to move your friend.

And really, if cool is what you're looking for,

I'd go to some guy that can peel on some vinyl,

plastic flames on it

and you can have your Scooby-Doo mobile out of it.

Over the last year, my work has been growing

and my need for a vehicle has been growing,

and so this car is really like,

a symbol of a big and bright future

that my work is going to keep growing

and that I'm going to keep needing a car

to transport everything.

It's just really exciting because it's really, to me,

it's just a symbol of, like, there's a lot going on

with my work and I'm really excited about it.

Liberated NK Hostages Hand Pence & Pompeo Note As They Land, Here's What It Said - Duration: 4:19.

Liberated NK Hostages Hand Pence & Pompeo Note As They Land, Here's What It Said.

Early Thursday morning, President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, Vice President Mike

Pence, and Second Lady Karen Pence welcomed home three American hostages who had spent

at least a year in captivity in North Korea.

As the liberated prisoners landed, they handed a note to Pence and Secretary of State Mike

Pompeo.

Now, we know what it said.

According to The Daily Caller, three Americans returned to the United States early Thursday

morning after at least a year in captivity.

North Korea released Kim Dong-Chul, Kim Hak-Song, and Kim Sang-Duk into the custody of U.S.

officials on Wednesday, and they arrived at Joint Base Andrews a little before 3 a.m.

on Thursday.

President Trump boarded the plane to greet the released detainees and then emerged with

them at his side.

Three Americans held captive for more than a year in North Korea arrived at Joint Base

Andrews outside Washington well before dawn Thursday to a hero's welcome featuring President

Trump, Vice President Pence and first lady Melania Trump.

Shortly before 3 a.m., in pitch black skies, a U.S. government plane made its approach

to the runway with Kim Dong-chul, Tony Kim and Kim Hak-song, having been preceded by

a jet carrying Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

A large American flag suspended by two fire engine cranes was arranged on the tarmac,

which was lit by banks of spotlights.

The plane carrying the three Americans pulled up in front of the giant flag.

The president and first lady boarded the plane, while Pence, his wife, Karen, and Pompeo waited

on the tarmac.

Then Trump emerged followed by the three men, two of whom raised their arms in triumph and

relief as they exited the plane.

[Source: The Washington Post] Some eagle-eyed viewers who watched in awe

as the three hostages stepped foot on American soil for the first time in so many months

caught a brief — but significant — moment between the men, Vice President Mike Pence,

and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who is largely responsible for their release.

As the men disembarked their plane and made their way to the waiting reporters at the

end of the tarmac, they stopped to greet Pompeo and Pence.

It was then that one of the hostages handed them a note.

At first, the contents of that note were mysterious, but we now know what it said, and it could

not be a more meaningful message considering the horror the hostages lived through in North

Korea.

The handwritten note contained Psalm 126: 1-3, which tells of the Lord bringing the

captives back to Zion.

Psalm 126:1-3 King James Version (KJV)

1 . When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.

2 .Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they

among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.

3.

The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

CBS News' Margaret Brennan shared a photo of the note on her Twitter page, writing,

"Pence showed me the psalm & personal thank you handwritten on a notecard by the 3 Americans

freed from North Korea."

This would seem like a major news story, yet networks like CNN and MSNBC have skipped right

over it, instead offering more and more coverage to Stormy Daniels.

Could it be because it was the prisoners' Christian faith which gave them hope all those

months that their horrifying ordeal would ultimately end and they would be freed?

After all, no can really deny at this point that the media has not been a friend to the

Christian faith or those who follow it.

If these men had been Muslim refugees, however, you can bet that the press would be covering

their every move.

Please share this beautiful story so that others will know the message the three Korean

hostages handed Pence and Pompeo on Thursday.

It is truly inspiring!

I didn't.

And even...

I was thinking of coming here in the weekend...

Our chance was for today.

Who knows when I'll be back in Istanbul again.

Literally, I sat down on the pavement and cried.

I wanted a bagel and they didn't have those.

You'll miss being here, again.

After you leave.

I will.

But you're not eating, anything at all.

I don't want anything.

Look, have some of this walnut jam at least.

Great, isn't it?

Right, it is.

I think I'll miss having breakfast here at most.

I Wish i Had Been Here From Day One - Duration: 4:21.

so messed up that there's almost nothing he can do and therefore he can't be

blamed there there are people who really like

John Kelly within the White House there are people who think there are areas

where he has done a good job dealing with staffing has not been an area where

he has won much praise there was a lot of feeling that he let people hang on in

roles where they shouldn't have been that he could have gotten rid of what

people have described as deadweight or in jobs that didn't really have you know

real roles earlier on what I think that's significant about this interview

is that this is not driving a message about the administration this is driving

a message about John Kelly and I think that John Kelly who has gotten very

beaten up in press accounts recently is concerned about personal brand image you

know it's interesting you say that because when Kelly came in and then

intermittently during his tenure I've heard from those in the service who've

worked around him and they they keep pointing out the you know generals or

politicians you know Jen is a man of decorated service his family made the

ultimate sacrifice on to the cause of American freedom he deserves his respect

his deference and his honor but that when you get to the level that he's at

they're politicians they're worried about how they're perceived they're

worried about their own future and that's something that Kelly I guess

evidenced by this interview has to balance devotion to country doing right

by the president but I can't let this guy drag me down with them and I don't

want to be seen as being the same kind of political animal right I think that's

right and I think that look you have seen people over and over who have you

know hitched themselves to president Trump end up just essentially as

roadkill in terms of their own personal reputation I think that he is weary of

that I think he wants to make sure that he is not completely defined and that he

is defining himself there is always speculation about how

long John Kelly is going to be in this job I really don't think that the

president has it in him to fire a 4-star marine general I could be wrong but I do

think that he has created a climate where it would be uncomfortable for John

Kelly to stay and if John Kelly chooses to go he will the more he gives

interviews like that the more it is going to raise questions about what his

long long term plan is here Maggie I don't know if you were listening to the

president's rally last night but he introduced the possibility that perhaps

two terms would not be enough for him and the crowd ate it up listen

to this so I said unless they give me an extension for the presidency

which I don't think the fake news media would be too happy about

actually they would be happy because when I'm not here

their ratings are going to see how many charms will he be serving do you know I

don't I don't think anybody credibly believes that Donald Trump is looking to

spend more time than he needs to in this office even though I think he is having

fun right now I think the problem with a remark like that is this is not you know

they give me an extension on term limits there are there are there are laws about

this this is not sort of up to people's whim it's interesting his his current

lawyer Rudy Giuliani did a similar thing in in New York right after September

11th where he tried to get an extension on his own term and it did not meet very

well except Giuliani was serious about it I don't think Trump was serious about

that I think that's a device to get this crowd worked up against the media which

is Trump's favorite clearest punching bag and then Bloomberg actually did get

it extended correct suppose the city wanted him so much Anthony Weiner those

were the options and people went with extending terms well Maggie strange days

to be sure thank you for your insight as always have a good weekend thank you

president Trump thanking North Korean dictator Kim jong-un after the release

of three American prisoners does the leader with an atrocious and well

deserved bad human rights record deserve praise let's break it down the State
