Hey guys its Sagar from Tecworkz.

And in this video, I will be unboxing the iPhone 8 Plus, and give you my initial impressions

about it.

I am definitely going to get the iPhone 10, whenever it goes on sale in India, but that

might take some time, so I decided to give the 8 Plus a try as well.

This time, I went with the gold phone, since its a new colour, and I really liked the way

it looked, in all of the promotional videos, I have seen so far.

The size of the box, is similar to that of the iPhone 7 Plus.

But the colour of the box, matches to the back of the phone that you go for.

Getting straight to the unboxing.

Just like with the 7 and 7 Plus, you are no longer greeted by the phone as you open the

box.

Instead, you get a sleeve, holding this welcome to iPhone leaflet, SIM tray removal tool,

some regulatory information, and the apple stickers.

We then have the 8 Plus, sitting in all its glory.

I love how this new colour looks.

its not the regular gold colour, that was introduced with the iPhone 5S, and its not

exactly rose gold or pink, its somewhere in between.

But for now, lets keep the phone aside and look at the other things in the box.

There is a normal 5 volt 1 ampere wall charger.

This phone supports fast charging, it costs 73,000Rs, but a fast charger is not bundled

in the box.

I don't think, this is the way it should be.

Anyways, moving on, You get the wired EarPods with a lightning pin connecter, and a lightning

to 3.5mm headphone jack adaptor, if you want to use your own set of headphones.

Then there is a lightning cable for charging and data transfer.

Now lets put these things aside, and take a better look at the phone.

Other than a new colour and a glass back, the design is mostly similar to that of the

iPhone 7 Plus.

This might be a good or bad thing, depending on wether you like that design or not.

On the left side of the phone, you have the silent switch, and the volume buttons.

On the right is the Power button and a SIM card tray.

At the bottom is the Lightning connector, speaker grill and no headphone jack.

Earpiece speaker above the display, works as a front firing speaker, to give you stereo

sound while consuming media.

We had this feature on the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, but this time it is 25% louder.

Thankfully, we still have a home button below the display, and a fingerprint sensor under

it.

Back of the phone is now all glass, instead of an all metal unibody design.

Apple says, its the toughest glass on any smartphone, but it is glass, and it will break,

if it falls down from a big enough height.

This makes the phone a bit heavy, as now its an aluminium frame, sandwiched by 2 glass

slabs.

The Apple logo, iPhone text and the quad LED flash are all flushed under the glass back.

The dual cameras at the back might look the same, but the sensors inside are updated.

You still get Dual 12 megapixel cameras.

One has a 28mm lens with f/1.8 aperture, and the other has a 56mm, telephoto lens with

f/2.8 aperture.

We get an improved portrait mode, and a portrait lighting mode, which is still in beta.

You can now shoot 4k videos at 24, 30 and 60 fps.

And 1080p Slow motion videos at 240fps.

Its just amazing to have these features packed in a smartphone.

Here are a few images that I took, in short time that I have had this phone.

I will have a dedicated camera review of this phone in a few days, and hold my verdict about

it until then.

But the performance is looking good so far.

The hexacore, A11 Bionic chip inside the phone is a power horse.

It blows away the competition with its benchmark scores.

Phone starts up really fast, apps open quicker.

But if you are coming from an iPhone 7 or 7 plus, you would barely notice any difference

in day to day performance.

Not because the 8 Plus is not fast enough, but because the 7 and 7 Plus are still really

fast phones.

That being said, 8 Plus comes with iOS 11 out of the box, and it is filled with little

bugs here and there.

Nothing too major, but there are small inconsistencies throughout the user interface.

There are dropped frames, specially while using 3d touch on the home screen.

Apple has released iOS 11.0.1 and 11.0.2, which fixes some issues and bugs.

But the dropped frames, and other small bugs are still there.

I hope we get more updates soon, so all of these issues are resolved, and we get to experience

the smooth UI that we are used to on the iPhones.

Anyways, these have been my first impressions about the iPhone 8 Plus.

To sum it up, I don't mind the similar design, but I am looking forward to the iPhone 10,

I like the glass back, I love the new gold colour, dual cameras have been impressive

so far, specially for shooting videos, and iOS 11 is a good step ahead, but its comes

with a few bugs, at least right now.

What Your Sexual Fantasies Really Mean, Plus 5 Common Types

Why do people have sexual fantasies?

Ever fantasize about having a threesome?

Or having your wrists bound to the bedpost in an extra-steamy sex session?

Well, you are far from alone: For a study published in 2014, researchers asked more

than 1,000 adults about the contents of their sexual fantasies and found a few common themes.

Fifty-seven percent of women, for example, said they had dreamt about having sex with

two men, while 37% had fantasized about sex with two women.

And 46% of men said they fantasized being tied up.

But why do we have fantasies in the first place?

"They're a powerful way to increase arousal, and distract from anxiety," explains Ian Kerner,

PhD, a New York City-based sex therapist.

"A lot of people fantasize during sex and may be conflicted about it—but the fantasy

could be doing a valuable service of helping compartmentalize stressors that normally get

in the way of arousal."

In other words, fantasies help you escape from everyday life, and reach that blissed-out

state where nothing matters except what's happening right in the moment.

No two sexual fantasies are exactly alike, of course, but they do tend to fall into one

of five categories: submission, domination, exhibitionism, voyeurism, and group sex.

Submission

In a submission fantasy, you make yourself vulnerable to the will of your partner in

some way.

Maybe you are blindfolded or handcuffed; or your partner whips or spanks you.

This scenario can be especially thrilling if you're used to always being in control,

Kerner explains.

Imagine a CEO who spends the majority of her time telling others what to do and how to

do it; she may be turned on by the idea of giving in completely to her sexual partner.

"Many fantasies offer a counter point to our real lives," he says.

In some cases, submission fantasies can be therapeutic, too.

For a survivor of sexual assult, the scenario that unfolds in her imagination may be related

to her trauma: "The fantasy offers the chance to reactivate a painful memory, but be in

control," Kerner says.

"It can have a healing effect."

He gives this example: "One woman I worked with who experienced date rape had a fantasy

about being Super Girl, and her boyfriend is a villain with kryptonite that renders

her weak."

She was re-living her trauma, but in a safe environment, and through the lens of pleasure

rather than pain, Kerner explains.Domination

A domination fantasy is all about being control, whether that means tying up your partner,

or simply calling the shots on positions.

This type of fantasy tends to be popular among women who are in relationships with traditional

gender roles, says Kerner.

"A normally submissive person who feels powerless a lot of the time may enjoy fantasies

that center around her sexual power."Exhibitionism

Have you ever thought about getting busy with the blinds open, excited by the possibility

that a neighbor might catch you in the act?

Or have you thought about what it would be like to have your partner watch you masturbate?

If so, you may be turned on by so-called exhibitionism fantasies, another very common type of fantasy.

An exhibitionism fantasy involves any scenario in which you perform a sexual act for an audience,

whether it's your husband or girlfriend or an unsuspecting stranger.

It can create a sense of vulnerability that can be a turn-on.

Typically, sexual fantasies have one central theme, says Kerner: "Most of them involve

some kind of power exchange."Voyeurism

Many movies and television shows have depicted voyeurism, which is the act of secretly watching

others engage in sexual acts.

But voyeurism doesn't just happen on the big screen; it's the stuff of many fantasies too.

In a voyeuristic fantasy, you may want to watch your partner masturbate, for example,

or spy on him via webcam.

It's important to note that not all sexual fantasies are scenarios people actually want

to act out.

The scenario may remain in the fantasy stage forever—and that's perfectly O.K., says

Gracie Landes, a New York City-based marriage and family therapist.

"Fantasizing can simply be an escape, a way of daydreaming," she explains.

"Just like people don't share every thought that comes into their head, they don't need

to share every fantasy."Group sex

In pop culture, threesome fantasies are often portrayed as a point of contention for couples.

But if you're in a committed relationship, says Kerner, a threesome fantasy probably

has less to do with wanting sex with a stranger and more to do with wanting to see your partner

in a state of pleasure.

Kerner says some couples interested in group sex will dip their toes into the scenario

by going to a sex party and simply watching.

If you're interested in actually trying a real-life threesome, Kerner suggests pitching

the idea to your partner in a way that feels inclusive: Have an open dialogue about why

you want to invite a third person in, he says.

"Present it in a way where you're not diverging from your partner," says Kerner.

Rather, the idea is you'd be experimenting together.

Apple Looks Into iPhone 8 & 8 Plus Battery Swelling

Apple iPhone 8 Plus units began shipping on September 22, but a few new owners have noticed a peculiar issue.

The battery on some of these phones seem to swell and cause the case of the iPhone to break open and crack, exposing the inside of the phone.

Apple confirmed to techcrunch that they're now looking into the issue, but the spokeswoman declined to comment further. So far, cnet has rounded up 6 reports of the issue. The stories so far are based on social media posts.

The reports vary: some users say that their phone arrived cracked and some report that the phones swell once placed on a charger.

The phones crack open without any signs of scorching or explosion. Since the phones have only been on sale for a few weeks, it's early in the life of the device.

There's a possibility that this issue will become more prominent over time. These issues have shown up in phones in Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Greece and Canada according to a roundup by The Guardian.

This problem is reminiscent of that of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 issue where batteries caught fire and the phone was recalled.

Apple has yet to release figures for the first weekend sales of the new iPhones, so it's unclear what percentage of users this is affecting at this time.

It's also still unclear whether this will cause a domino-effect where phones will have to be recalled or not. So far, there have been no injuries.

Some analysts have said that consumers may be holding off on the iPhone 8 and waiting for the iPhone X instead, which will be available for pre-order on October 27.

Some sources say those phones may not ship on time due to a lack of production materials, so consumers may not be able to pick up their iPhone X until early 2018.
