time to create yourself and your adulthood.
As I have learned, it is truly better to work hard, at the building of your future, while
your young and others are at play.
The idea is to work at the creation of yourself, while you are young, so that you may relax
and play as you get older.
Play is for children to engage in the difficult work.
You must realize quickly, that the 20 year old you has dependent on the 10 year old you
for its very survival.
And the 30 year old you, is depending on the 20 year old you.
And the 40 year old you, is depending on the 30 year old you.
As an example, think for a moment the decision you made as well as the decisions made for
you at age 10, weather you were conscience the decisions made had an effect on you.
And yes, the decision made early, will or has had, profound effect on your well being.
The point is to be a friend to yourself, to be a guarding angel, to look out for yourself,
this is one of the techniques, when building your future.
If the 10, 15, 20 and 25 year old you did not make the right decisions, likely the 30
year old you is suffering.
But you get grab a hold of your life right now, and create the future you desire now.
The future is truly depending on you today to make the right decision for its well being.
This is what it means to be a friend to your self.
Do not wait until your 30, 40 or 50 or even 60 years old to ponder how careless you lived
your life at age 20, 25 or 30 or even 35, grab a hold of your life now.

This is a continuation of the fight
that we've seen in episode one,
where Rick and the gang have basically
taken the fight to the Sanctuary.
And now episode two is us going to a separate compound
and we're just trying to take out
as many of the key members as possible.
Action! Woods-Robinson: This battle is the first time
that we've seen the Alexandrians come together
and just grab the bull by the horns and take charge.
We see Eric and a few other scattered Alexandrians
really being encroached upon by The Saviors,
and they're running out of bullets.
If he's gonna do anything, it has to be now.
[ Engine starts, revs ]
When I read the script, I was first thinking,
"That's so badass.
That's awesome that he's getting this moment."
But also, "Holy crap.
This is gonna be a really tough scene to shoot.
Simons: We're doing it all practical.
There's one big stunt where we're gonna run over
two stunt guys at the same time.
We're doing a reverse car hit.
[ Engine revs ]
We've got a car with kind of a sloped trunk on it.
It's real simple, and you'll never see it on frame.
When the car comes at you,
they're just gonna lift up on this apple box,
which gets them going on the trunk
and then onto the roof.
Woman: Cut! Great! Man: Nice! [ Clapping ]
[ Indistinct chatter ]
This is it. The stunt's done,
it looked awesome, and, uh...
They're probably gonna take that out of my paycheck.
