Southampton captain Virgil van Dijk was involved in a summer-long transfer saga.

His quotes whilst on international duty suggests it's not over yet.

He was linked to Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal but the 26-year-old Dutchman seemingly

had his heart set on Liverpool - a club desperate for his services.

Jurgen Klopp failed to secure Van Dijk's signing and the Reds' defence has looked shakier than

ever in the early stages of the 2017/18 campaign.

Van Dijk - who has only made two substitute appearances so far this season - was forced

to train alone over the summer after handing in a transfer request.

The Southampton star has certainly not given up on his dream to join Liverpool and offered

some revealing quotes whilst away with his country.

"Halfway through the season, maybe we can see what's possible," Van Dijk told Fox

Sports, as per The Guardian.

It appears Van Dijk will continue to angle for a move to Liverpool instead of focusing

on his football at St. Mary's.

On the failed switch to Merseyside, Van Dijk added: "I have no regrets.

I wanted to go one step up, but eventually Southampton did not want to let me go.

You're a professional, so now I'll give everything to the club."

Following some dismal defensive displays, Liverpool are expected to try and strengthen

their defence when the January transfer window opens.

By letting the club know of his desire to leave, Van Dijk is attempting to force Southampton

to cash in on him.

Will Southampton finally relent when Klopp comes knocking again?

How to Make Ice Cream Rolls | Easy Homemade Ice Cream Rolls Recipe - Duration: 6:12.

How to make Ice Cream Rolls Easy Homemade Ice Cream Rolls Recipe

Hello and welcome back to In the Kitchen with Matt, I am your host Matt Taylor, today I

am going to show you how to make ice cream rolls, oh yeah, I had a request to make ice

cream rolls, so here we go we are going to make some ice cream rolls, they are pretty

easy to do, a little tricky at times, but we can do it, let's get started.

First we want to take a sheet pan or like a skillet or something, and we want to get

it really cold, so I would put this in the freezer, for a couple of hours, I have one

in the freezer right now, now we take a small pot, and then what we are going to do is we

are going to add, 1 fourth cup of heavy whipping cream, two tablespoons of whole milk, and

then one tablespoon of sugar, simple as that, that is our ice cream base.

Now let's take this over to the stovetop and let's heat it up.

All right so what we want to do is we want to turn our heat up to medium high.

And then we want to bring this to a boil, it is going to happen fairly quick, what we

want to do is we want to dissolve the sugar into the milk and cream, and we want to stir

it, keep stirring it.

All right and you keep stirring it until you see bubbles like that, it is good to go, take

it off of the heat, and now let's go ahead and transfer it to a bowl, and then we want

to chill this and let the liquid cool down, so I am going to put it in the refrigerator,

for about 20 to 30 minutes.

All right once our cream has cooled, I am going to take a couple of Oreo cookies, or

you can use chocolate chip cookies, you could use strawberries, other kinds of fruit, a

lot of different things you can put in here, I am going to just go ahead and dip these

in there, soften them up a little bit, and then on your pan that has been chilled, let's

go ahead and just pour this on there, okay, and now for the fun part, chopping.

We take a couple of paint scrapers or putty knifes, and we are going to go ahead and come

in here, and you kind of just scrape things around and kind of chop these cookies, and

mix it in with the cream, and what this is going to do, is it is going to incorporate

and add air into the cream, which is going to help to make a nice, a nice creamy roll,

just go ahead and do a lot of chopping, so you do that until it is all mixed in, and

then what we want to do is we want to come in here, and we want to just flatten in out,

okay and then we want to put this in the freezer, ideally for four hours, and that will make

sure it is nice and ice cold, otherwise if it is not cold enough, when you try and roll

it, it is going to not roll, so let's put this in the freezer for four hours, and then

we will roll it out.

Okay we take it out of the freezer and then we work really quickly here, like that, like

that, that, that, and like that.

I got this bowl here, which I put in the freezer.

I am going to do this one.

Ice cream rolls, and then if you like, go ahead and I am going to put some cool whip

on there, and then I am going to top it off with some chocolate chips, and some nuts.

There you go amazing ice cream rolls made at home.

All right and that is how you make ice cream rolls, pretty easy to do, it can be a little

tricky, here are some trouble shooting tips.

One if when you go out to roll it, and it is kind of gets all mushy and it is not rolling,

that means it is not cold enough, so you need to let it chill at least 4 hours.

Another good thing to do is to take your paint scraper or putty knife and put it in the freezer,

along with it, and also your bowl, that you are going to serve it in, put that in the

freezer as well, and work quickly, right when you take it out start rolling, and you would

hold the scraper at about a 45 degree angle.

And that should help roll it right up.

Pretty easy to do, if I can do it, you can do it, make your own ice cream rolls at home.

I am Matt Taylor this has been another episode of In the Kitchen with Matt, thank you for

joining me, as always if you have any questions or comments put them down below and I will

get back to you as soon as I can, thumbs up, down in the corner push it, don't forget to

subscribe to my channel and check out my other videos, take care, time for me to dive into

this, oh yeah.

Come here little guy, whoowee, mmm, mmm, this really is amazing.

Ex: Minimize Cost to Make Open Top Box - Function of Two Variables - Duration: 9:41.

- AN OPEN TOP RECTANGULAR BOX IS BEING CONSTRUCTED

TO HOLD A VOLUME OF 350 CUBIC INCHES.

THE BASE OF THE BOX IS MADE FROM MATERIAL

COSTING 6 CENTS PER SQUARE INCH.

THE FRONT OF THE BOX MUST BE DECORATED

AND WILL COST 12 CENTS PER SQUARE INCH.

THE REMAINDER OF THE SIDES WILL COST 2 CENTS PER SQUARE INCH.

FIND THE DIMENSIONS THAT WILL MINIMIZE

THE COST OF CONSTRUCTING THIS BOX.

LET'S FIRST DIAGRAM THE BOX AS WE SEE HERE

WHERE THE DIMENSIONS ARE X BY Y BY Z

AND BECAUSE THE VOLUME MUST BE 350 CUBIC INCHES

WE HAVE A CONSTRAINT THAT X x Y x Z MUST EQUAL 350.

BUT BEFORE WE TALK ABOUT OUR COST FUNCTION LETS TALK ABOUT

THE SURFACE AREA OF THE BOX.

BECAUSE THE TOP IS OPEN, WE ONLY HAVE 5 FACES.

LET'S FIND THE AREA OF THE 5 FACES

THAT WOULD MAKE UP THE SURFACE AREA.

NOTICE THE AREA OF THE FRONT FACE WOULD BE X x Z

WHICH WOULD ALSO BE THE SAME AS THE AREA IN THE BACK

SO THE SURFACE AREA HAS TWO XZ TERMS.

NOTICE THE RIGHT SIDE OR THE RIGHT FACE

WOULD HAVE AREA Y x Z WHICH WILL BE THE SAME AS THE LEFT.

SO THE SURFACE AREA CONTAINS TWO YZ TERMS

AND THEN FINALLY THE BOTTOM HAS AN AREA OF X x Y

AND BECAUSE THE TOP IS OPEN WE ONLY HAVE ONE XY TERM

IN THE SURFACE AREA AND NOW WE'LL CONVERT THE SURFACE AREA

TO THE COST EQUATION.

BECAUSE THE BOTTOM COST 6 CENTS PER SQUARE INCH

WHERE THE AREA OF THE BOTTOM IS X x Y

NOTICE HOW FOR THE COST FUNCTION

WE MULTIPLY THE XY TERM BY 6 CENTS

AND BECAUSE THE FRONT COSTS 12 CENTS PER SQUARE INCH

WHERE THE AREA OF THE FRONT WOULD BE X x Z

WE'LL MULTIPLY THIS XZ TERM BY 12 CENTS IN THE COST FUNCTION.

THE REMAINING SIDES COST 2 CENTS PER SQUARE INCH

SO THESE THREE AREAS ARE ALL MULTIPLIED BY 0.02 OR 2 CENTS.

COMBINING LIKE TERMS WE HAVE THIS COST FUNCTION HERE.

BUT NOTICE HOW WE HAVE THREE UNKNOWNS IN THIS EQUATION

SO NOW WE'LL USE A CONSTRAINT TO FORM A COST EQUATION

WITH TWO VARIABLES.

IF WE SOLVE OUR CONSTRAINT FOR X BY DIVIDING BOTH SIDES BY YZ

WE CAN MAKE A SUBSTITUTION FOR X INTO OUR COST FUNCTION

WHERE WE CAN SUBSTITUTE THIS FRACTION HERE FOR X

HERE AND HERE.

IF WE DO THIS, WE GET THIS EQUATION HERE

AND IF WE SIMPLIFY NOTICE HOW THE FACTOR OF Z SIMPLIFIES OUT

AND HERE FACTOR OF Y SIMPLIFIES OUT.

SO FOR THIS FIRST TERM IF WE FIND THIS PRODUCT

AND THEN MOVE THE Y UP WE WOULD HAVE 49Y TO THE -1

AND THEN FOR THE LAST TERM IF WE FOUND THIS PRODUCT

AND MOVED THE Z UP WE'D HAVE + 21Z TO THE -1.

SO NOW OUR GOAL IS TO MINIMIZE THIS COST FUNCTION.

SO FOR THE NEXT STEP WE'LL FIND THE CRITICAL POINTS.

CRITICAL POINTS ARE WHERE THE FUNCTION IS GOING TO HAVE

MAX OR MIN FUNCTION VALUES AND THEY OCCUR WHERE THE FIRST ORDER

OF PARTIAL DERIVATIVES ARE BOTH EQUAL TO ZERO

OR WHERE EITHER DOES NOT EXIST.

THEN ONCE WE FIND THE CRITICAL POINTS,

WE'LL DETERMINE WHETHER WE HAVE A MAX OR A MIN VALUE

USING OUR SECOND ORDER OF PARTIAL DERIVATIVES.

SO ON THIS SLIDE WE'RE FINDING

BOTH THE FIRST ORDER AND SECOND ORDER OF PARTIAL DERIVATIVES.

WE HAVE TO BE A LITTLE CAREFUL HERE THOUGH

BECAUSE OUR FUNCTION IS A FUNCTION OF Y AND Z

NOT X AND Y LIKE WE'RE USED TO.

SO FOR THE FIRST PARTIAL WITH RESPECT TO Y

WE WOULD DIFFERENTIATE WITH RESPECT TO Y TREATING Z

AS A CONSTANT WHICH WOULD GIVE US THIS PARTIAL DERIVATIVE HERE.

FOR THE FIRST PARTIAL WITH RESPECT TO Z

WE WOULD DIFFERENTIATE WITH RESPECT TO Z

AND TREAT Y AS A CONSTANT WHICH WOULD GIVE US

THIS FIRST ORDER OF PARTIAL DERIVATIVE.

NOW USING THESE FIRST ORDER OF PARTIAL DERIVATIVES

WE CAN FIND THESE SECOND ORDER OF PARTIAL DERIVATIVES

WHERE TO FIND THE SECOND PARTIALS WITH RESPECT TO Y

WE WOULD DIFFERENTIATE THIS PARTIAL DERIVATIVE

WITH RESPECT TO Y AGAIN GIVING US THIS.

THE SECOND PARTIAL WITH RESPECT TO Z

WE WOULD DIFFERENTIATE THIS PARTIAL DERIVATIVE

WITH RESPECT TO Z AGAIN GIVING US THIS.

NOTICE HOW IT'S GIVEN USING A NEGATIVE EXPONENT

AND IN FRACTION FORM

AND THEN FINALLY FOR THE MIXED PARTIAL

OR THE SECOND ORDER OF PARTIAL WITH RESPECT TO Y

AND THEN Z WE WOULD DIFFERENTIATE THIS PARTIAL

WITH RESPECT TO Z WHICH NOTICE HOW IT WOULD JUST GIVE US 0.04.

SO NOW WE'RE GOING TO SET

THE FIRST ORDER OF PARTIAL DERIVATIVES EQUAL TO ZERO

AND SOLVE AS A SYSTEM OF EQUATIONS.

SO HERE ARE THE FIRST ORDER OF PARTIALS SET EQUAL TO ZERO.

THIS IS A FAIRLY INVOLVED SYSTEM OF EQUATIONS

WHICH WE'LL SOLVE USING SUBSTITUTION.

SO I DECIDED TO SOLVE THE FIRST EQUATION HERE FOR Z.

SO I ADDED THIS TERM TO BOTH SIDES OF THE EQUATION

AND THEN DIVIDED BY 0.04 GIVING US THIS VALUE HERE FOR Z

BUT IF WE FIND THIS QUOTIENT

AND MOVE Y TO THE -2 TO THE DENOMINATOR

WE CAN ALSO WRITE Z AS THIS FRACTION HERE.

NOW THAT WE KNOW Z IS EQUAL TO THIS FRACTION,

WE CAN SUBSTITUTE THIS FOR Z INTO THE SECOND EQUATION HERE.

WHICH IS WHAT WE SEE HERE

BUT NOTICE HOW THIS IS RAISED TO THE EXPONENT OF -2

SO THIS WOULD BE 1,225 TO THE -2 DIVIDED BY Y TO THE -4.

SO WE CAN TAKE THE RECIPROCAL WHICH WOULD GIVE US

Y TO THE 4th DIVIDED BY 1,500,625 AND HERE'S THE 21.

NOW THAT WE HAVE AN EQUATION WITH JUST ONE VARIABLE Y

WE WANT TO SOLVE THIS FOR Y.

SO FOR THE FIRST STEP, THERE IS A COMMON FACTOR OF Y.

SO Y = 0 WOULD SATISFY THIS EQUATION

AND WOULD BE A CRITICAL POINT

BUT WE KNOW WE'RE NOT GOING TO HAVE A DIMENSION OF ZERO

SO WE'LL JUST IGNORE THAT VALUE

AND SET THIS EXPRESSION HERE EQUAL TO ZERO AND SOLVE

WHICH IS WHAT WE SEE HERE.

SO WE'RE GOING TO ISOLATE THE Y CUBED TERM

AND THEN CUBE ROOT BOTH SIDES OF THE EQUATION.

SO IF WE ADD THIS FRACTION TO BOTH SIDES OF THE EQUATION

AND THEN CHANGE THE ORDER OF THE EQUATION

THIS IS WHAT WE WOULD HAVE AND NOW FROM HERE TO ISOLATE Y CUBED

WE HAVE TO MULTIPLY BY THE RECIPROCAL

OF THIS FRACTION HERE.

SO NOTICE HOW THE LEFT SIDE SIMPLIFIES JUST Y CUBED

AND THIS PRODUCT HERE IS APPROXIMATELY THIS VALUE HERE.

SO NOW TO SOLVE FOR Y WE WOULD CUBE ROOT

BOTH SIDES OF THE EQUATION

OR RAISE BOTH SIDES OF THE EQUATION TO THE 1/3 POWER

AND THIS GIVES Y IS APPROXIMATELY 14.1918,

AND NOW TO FIND THE Z COORDINATE OF THE CRITICAL POINT

WE CAN USE THIS EQUATION HERE WHERE Z = 1,225

DIVIDED BY Y SQUARED WHICH GIVES Z IS APPROXIMATELY 6.0822.

WE DON'T NEED IT RIGHT NOW

BUT I WENT AHEAD AND FOUND THE CORRESPONDING X VALUE

AS WELL USING OUR VOLUME FORMULA SOLVE FOR X.

SO X WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY 4.0548.

BECAUSE WE ONLY HAVE ONE CRITICAL POINT

WE CAN PROBABLY ASSUME THIS POINT IS GOING TO MINIMIZE

THE COST FUNCTION BUT TO VERIFY THIS

WE'LL GO AHEAD AND USE THE CRITICAL POINT

AND THE SECOND ORDER OF PARTIAL DERIVATIVES JUST TO MAKE SURE.

MEANING WE'LL USE THIS FORMULA HERE FOR D

AND THE VALUES OF THE SECOND ORDER OF PARTIAL DERIVATIVES

TO DETERMINE WHETHER WE HAVE A RELATIVE MAX OR MIN

AT THIS CRITICAL POINT WHEN Y IS APPROXIMATELY 14.19

AND Z IS APPROXIMATELY 6.08.

HERE ARE THE SECOND ORDER OF PARTIALS THAT WE FOUND EARLIER.

SO WE'LL BE SUBSTITUTING THIS VALUE FOR Y

AND THIS VALUE FOR Z INTO THE SECOND ORDER OF PARTIALS.

WE SHOULD BE A LITTLE CAREFUL THOUGH

BECAUSE REMEMBER WE HAVE A FUNCTION OF Y AND Z

NOT X AND Y LIKE WE NORMALLY WOULD

SO THESE X'S WOULD BE THESE Y'S AND THESE Y'S WOULD BE THE Z'S.

SO THE SECOND ORDER OF PARTIALS WITH RESPECT TO Y IS HERE.

THE SECOND ORDER OF PARTIAL WITH RESPECT TO Z IS HERE.

HERE'S THE MIXED PARTIAL SQUARED.

NOTICE HOW IT COMES OUT TO A POSITIVE VALUE.

SO IF D IS POSITIVE AND SO IS THE SECOND PARTIAL

WITH RESPECT TO Y LOOKING AT OUR NOTES HERE

THAT MEANS WE HAVE A RELATIVE MINIMUM AT OUR CRITICAL POINT

AND THEREFORE THESE ARE THE DIMENSIONS

THAT WOULD MINIMIZE THE COST OF OUR BOX.

THIS WAS THE X COORDINATE FROM THE PREVIOUS SLIDE.

HERE'S THE Y COORDINATE AND HERE'S THE Z COORDINATE

WHICH AGAIN ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF OUR BOX.

SO THE FRONT WIDTH WOULD BE X

WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 4.05 INCHES.

THE DEPTH WOULD BE Y,

WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 14.19 INCHES,

AND THE HEIGHT WOULD BE Z, WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 6.08 INCHES.

LET'S FINISH BY LOOKING AT OUR COST FUNCTION

WHERE WE HAVE THE COST FUNCTION IN TERMS OF Y AND Z.

IN THREE DIMENSIONS THIS WOULD BE THE SURFACE

WHERE THESE LOWER AXES WOULD BE THE Y AND Z AXIS

AND THE COST WOULD BE ALONG THE VERTICAL AXIS.

WE CAN SEE THERE'S A LOW POINT HERE AND THAT OCCURRED

AT OUR CRITICAL POINT THAT WE FOUND.

I HOPE YOU FOUND THIS HELPFUL.

How to make raw chocolates with The Rawtarian - Duration: 12:40.

I'm Laura-Jane, The Rawtarian, from therawtarian.com. And today, we are making chocolate. So easy

and actually tastes delicious. A little bit of patience is involved, but I think it's

worth it. All we're going to be doing is blending

these ingredients in the blender and pouring them into molds like this. Or if you don't

have any of this, just pour onto like a cookie sheet or in a big brownie dish. Like just

pour it in something so that it can be skinny. So a big casserole dish. Whatever.

The ingredients that you need for this recipe would be 1 cup of raw cacao powder, ¾ of

a cup of coconut oil. Your coconut oil should be liquid and that happens when it is warmish.

It shouldn't be solid and chunky. If it's solid and chunky, put hot water in a bowl

like this. Quite hot. And you're gonna just put your chunky coconut oil—I hope you can

see this—in the bowl. Just ultimately, you just want to melt the coconut oil but you

can make it. And if you sit it like this, it'll melt

quite easily if you keep stirring it. Of course, you're not mixing these things together.

You're just creating a double boiler so to speak.

Anyway, if your coconut oil is clear and transparent like this, you're good. That's 3/4 of

a cup. This is also ¾ of a cup of maple syrup. It's

the best sweetener for this recipe. You could use others, but I definitely prefer maple

syrup for sure. And we have ¼ of a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.

So all we're going to be doing—once we pour it into the molds, we do have to wait

like maybe 5 hours. 3, 5 hours. But like I said, it's worth it.

So when blending, we always start with the creamy, sort of liquid stuff first. So this

is the coconut oil. And another thing I'll mention as well is this recipe, you want to

have everything kind of organized beforehand like your molds out because you don't want

to have it sitting too long in the blender after it's blended. You want to blend and

pour right away because sometimes, it can kind of separate and get weird if you're

too slow. So just make sure you're organized like

this. That was, of course, cacao powder. And what we're going to do is just blend and

even if you have a crappy blender, this should work just fine. And make sure that lid is

on tight, and you're gonna blend from low to high until you have sort of liquid chocolate

gold. But first, you must plug it in. It is plugged

in. first, you must turn it on and then you go from low to high.

It's blending quite well. I'm just going to show it to you and then sort of stir it

a little bit. Not sure if you can see this. Really, it's already looking quite good.

You know what? I'm almost going to say that it's done. There's a tiny layer of cacao

powder that didn't quite get blended at the top, but look at it. It's chocolatey,

amazingly, chocolatey goodness. So now what we are going to do, and like I

said, if all you have is a big dish, kind of—well, I won't waste time but, at the

end, I'll show you another option. But I have these silicone molds. This is my favorite

one. It makes little chocolate bars. Basically, all you're going to be doing

is pouring the chocolate into the molds, and these are bars. I'll just make one of these

chocolate bars. It tastes good, even at this stage, but what we want is hardened chocolate

bars. Bars. And these are also silicone molds. You might—these

are really easy to find. These individual ones, you can find them as cupcake holders.

Silicone ones. And they're very, very inexpensive as well.

So all you do is we'll do the bar first. Hopefully, you can see this. Just smooth it

out and like seriously. Delish. Chocolate. Tasty.

That really just tastes like chocolate sauce at this point, and the only thing that is

going to change when we freeze it is the consistency and the texture. The solidity. So those are—that

one is probably fine. And basically, I'm just leaving this one till last.

And if you go to my website and look at the actual recipe for this, right now anyway,

the photo that I've used is you'll notice has these little waffle prints and that is

because I used this mold. And I love silicone molds. I never use metal pans anymore because

these are so much easier to get everything out of. Because you'll see in the second

part of this video or at the end of this video, when I come back with the frozen result, you'll

see how easy they are to pop out because they're flexible.

So that's essentially the gist of these chocolates. They're definitely my favorite

chocolate recipe in terms of trying to make chocolates. And lastly, I mentioned before

I was going to show you. If you don't have anything, any silicone

molds, you could just pour the entire chocolate mixture into a glass dish, maybe something

even bigger than this. Whatever you have, just make it work., you just want to make

it so that's it not too thick so just pour a thin layer and just freeze this, and then

you could just cut into it like chocolate. So basically, we're gonna pop these in the

freezer for like I said, it doesn't take too long, maybe like certainly at least 3

hours. But by 5 hours, they should be pretty solid as long as they're not too thick.

And certainly if you leave it overnight, they'll be perfect

Now like many other of my recipes, you need to keep these in the freezer until you want

to eat them. Because very quickly within half an hour, if this was frozen solid, at room

temperature, it would turn back into chocolate goop again. So you can't send thse in kid's

lunches. They are gonna melt on the bus at the morning. They'll be kind of goop at

the end, but they're delicious. You can eat them right out of the freezer.

This is my go-to recipe for chocolates. They're awesome. And I will just say we're gonna

throw these in the freezer and I'm gonna come back shortly and show you how hard they

are. It is about 5 hours later, and I have frozen

our raw chocolates by The Rawtarian. Here they are. Listen. Boom. It really has maybe

only been 4 or 5 hours so it hasn't been too long. You can wait that long for chocolate.

And here we go. Let's go in order. I'm the type of person I always save the

best for last, so watch this. Chocolate.

Chocolate. So these will be called little chocolate bundles.

These are chocolate bars. These pans or molds are financier pans or molds. Check it out!

Oh baby! Chocolate bar #1. Oh baby! Chocolate bar #1. Oh baby!

Chocolate bar #3. Oh snap! They're there. See? They're supposed to

look like gold bars. They're kind of like upside down granola bars. So that was fun,

right? Chocolate bars. So what I actually do at home, I pop them

out of the molds. I guess this is what I do. I might leave them in or just go like this

on a sheet like this and throw this back in the fridge. Freezer. Not fridge.

And like I said, save the best for last and look how cute it is. Remember our mold? Please

work. I feel like this I'm scared all of a sudden. So I see I wasn't very fastidious

about the edges. It just kind of—ah yeah, it might need to go a little longer. Why?

Why, Rawtarian? Why? Why is it being difficult? I don't know why. Maybe I need to cut it.

Okay. I save the best for last and I actually was saving the worst for last. Why? Why, chocolates?

They're punishing me. I don't know. How do I normally do this?

Oh my gosh. No. it's gone a mess. Oh. This is so sad, but you get the gist. Those ones

worked. I think they haven't quite been in long enough. This is painful.

Or maybe I do normally—how do I do this normally? Oh my gosh. What should we do? I

think we just keep going. I think this is real life.

I think if I wasn't doing this on film with you right now, I would just be like oh, these

need a little more time and I'll put them in the freezer. See, these are close.

Being in the kitchen is a scary place. Yeah, they need more time, but I want to show them

to you. Okay, I think I might have gotten one. But

see? You'll see my photos. We got one. It's really sad looking. But you'll see my photos

and I did it perfectly before in the past. And the only thing is we need to let them

sit for longer. So good though.

So that is how you make raw chocolate. And like I said, they do just probably need a

little longer so maybe more than four hours. But as you can see though, the reason is like

this: if I cut it, it's not quite as solid. It's kind of like the equivalent of a cookie

that has a soft center right now. Yeah. But look how tasty. Oh my gosh. So good.

Chocolatey. Fudgy. Longer. Bye.

Musical Performances Guaranteed To Make You Cry - Duration: 6:56.

Some musical performances will make just about anybody cry.

Whether the performer got emotional or because the song itself is so darn sad, sometimes,

you can't help but be moved to tears.

The following are musical performances that are guaranteed to make just about anyone cry.

Ashly Williams on The X Factor USA - "I Will Always Love You"

Ashly Williams performed "I Will Always Love You," a song written by Dolly Parton and made

popular by Whitney Houston, on The X Factor.

When Williams was just 14, her mother was murdered, and Williams performed this song

just before what would have been her mother's birthday.

She soars through the song, and at the end, among thunderous applause, she points to the

heavens and mouths "for you" to her mom.

If that doesn't get you, what will?

Williams went on to compete on Kelly Rowland's reality show Chasing Destiny in 2016, and

her girl group, June's Diary, just released a mixtape called Male Edition that features

covers of "Hey Jude," "Poison," "Stay," and other songs by male groups.

This performance, though, dedicated to her Guardian Angel, is what led the way to her

success.

"Love… you!"

Kelly Clarkson on American Idol The Farewell Season - "Piece by Piece"

The first winner of American Idol, vocal powerhouse Kelly Clarkson, performed "Piece by Piece"

during the final season of the show.

Clarkson wrote the song when she was pregnant with her first child, River.

It's about how she was able to discover love for herself even after her father's abandonment

when she was young.

"He'll never walk away, he'll never break her heart, he'll take care of things!"

She told the Huffington Post,

"A lot of the reason why I wrote 'Piece by Piece' was I guess I didn't realize the gravity

of the situation until I had a child of my own, and until I experienced love like I do

with Brandon on the daily."

It's no surprise that Clarkson got choked up during the song, and practically everyone

in the world cried along with her.

Especially Keith Urban.

He looks positively wrung out, emotionally speaking, by the end of the song.

Adele at Brit Awards 2011 - "Someone Like You"

James Corden, when introducing Adele and "Someone Like You" at the Brit Awards 2011, said,

"If you've ever had a broken heart, you're about to remember it now."

And he's not kidding.

The song is so loaded with emotion that even the album version makes tender-hearted people

cry.

"Sometimes it lasts in love and sometimes it hurts instead..."

Adele makes it through the performance, but she falls apart right after.

It was, after all, the first performance after her throat surgery.

But it's a tearjerker of a song nonetheless.

So much, in fact, that psychologists from the University of London studied it to find

out why.

Turns out that if we like that song, we're nostalgic people with a penchant for suffering

through someone else's pain.

Ouch.

Connie Talbot on Britain's Got Talent - "Somewhere Over The Rainbow"

Little Connie Talbot was only 6 years old when she performed "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"

on Britain's Got Talent in 2007.

"Somewhere over the rainbow…"

As if hearing an adorable little girl with a British accent sing wasn't enough, her voice

is otherworldly.

She has no front teeth, and isn't sure how she'd feel about singing in front of the Queen

— but she holds the judges and audience in rapt attention during her a capella performance.

Talbot came in second on the show, and she's still singing.

Lady Gaga on Howard Stern Show - "Edge of Glory"

Before Lady Gaga sang "Edge of Glory" on the Howard Stern show, she got a little choked

up saying what the song was about:

"It's about also knowing in your heart that you might never reach that glorious moment

until you die.

So live life on the edge."

Then, she sang the living heck out of the song and it is so soulful, so emotional…

"I'm on the edge of glory and I'm hanging on a moment of truth."

...that by the time she hits the last note your heart will be beating fast and you may

have to fight back some tears.

Norah Jones at Detroit Fox Theatre - "Black Hole Sun"

A tribute to the fallen musician Chris Cornell, Norah Jones uses her otherworldly voice to

wrench the hearts right out of the folks at Detroit Fox Theatre on May 23, 2017.

"Black hole sun, won't you come.

Won't you come..."

Her cover of "Black Hole Sun" came just days after Cornell's death, in the same theatre

where Soundgarden played their final show.

Simon & Garfunkel at The Concert in Central Park - "Bridge Over Troubled Water"

Simon and Garfunkel were a popular singing duo before they first broke up in 1970.

They reunited a few times, most notably perhaps at The Concert in Central Park in 1982.

Art Garfunkel got up and performed his famous song — with tears in his eyes — perfectly.

One YouTube commenter said,

"I was at that concert.

When he sang this you could have heard a pin drop."

"Like a bridge over troubled water."

That's quite a feat for an event that had 500,000 attendees.

Watching it all these years later, you can see why.

Whitney Houston at Super Bowl XXV - "The Star Spangled Banner"

The sad fact that Whitney Houston is no longer with us is enough to make most music fans

cry, but emotions were especially high during this performance in 1991 because of the Persian

Gulf War, and patriotism was strong.

Add that voice, and it makes you cry for a country in crisis.

"Star-Spangled banner yet wave!"

Houston's crystal clear, pitch perfect performance came ten days after Operation Desert Storm

started in the Persian Gulf.

She was already a star, but in that moment she was so much more.

Jordan Runtagh, in a remembrance for People, said,

"armed with no more than a song, Houston galvanized an uncertain nation."

"And the home of the BRAVE!"

Music moves us, and that's a good thing

It's a magical thing when a song, or the performance of a song, can elicit strong enough emotion

to make people cry.

So don't be ashamed as you sit there clutching a handful of soggy tissues.

Those are tissues filled with the magic of gifted songwriting and passionate performance.

DIY Coasters: How To Make Dyed & Stenciled Boho Coasters - Duration: 9:03.

Hi, I'm Kitty and I'm Jennifer and we're the O'Neil Sisters

And we're going to show you how to dye and stencil wooden coasters. Let's get started.

To make the stenciled coasters we've got some wooden coasters and this is just an unfinished wood square coaster.

We have four of these and we're going to dye the coasters with Ultra Dye

made by Plaid. And this is meant to be used on natural materials like wood and fiber. It works really well.

You can see the grain through it. It's pretty.

We've got a stencil. This is designed by Handmade Charlotte, and we think it's very cute. Kind of Boho. We love this elephant.

And we're gonna paint through the stencil with this white acrylic craft paint using sponge paintbrushes.

We're going to use protective gloves when we do the Ultra Dye because it really is a strong dye. And

once we've done all these techniques on our wood coasters,

we're going to seal the coasters with clear

coat or clear sealant spray sealant and that will make them waterproof as coasters.

And then we're also going to put some felt feet on the back just to protect the table from the coasters.

So to dye the wood coaster with the ultra Dye, what we're gonna do is pour just a little bit of the dye

into the

disposable bowl. It's

more than a quarter size. It's spreading out now, but you don't need much of the Ultra

Dye. And basically we're gonna paint it on and wipe it off like a wood stain. And

it has this really gorgeous vivid color and

it lets the would show through which is the thing that we like about it. And

you can leave the dye on for longer or shorter amounts. You might want to experiment a little bit.

We actually did a bunch of tests with wooden clothespins to see which colors

we liked and to see how long we like to leave it on.

And

we like it on pretty long because we like this vivid color. I'm

painting the sides

of the coaster and

then we'll also paint the back here. You'll be amazed at how fast this goes

because you just paint it on and wipe it off. It's really kind of a no-fail

process. If you put it on and

wipe it off, and it's not bright enough, just put more on and

then wipe it off again. So then to wipe this off,

let's start on the other side, because that's been on there longer. You just use a paper towel...

take it off the excess, very much like doing wood staining. So isn't that beautiful that wood grain showing through?

You can see you definitely want to wear gloves for this because this stuff gets everywhere.

So that is looking gorgeous. I want to do the sides here.

And once this is all wiped off, you can really tell when you're looking at it in real life,

whether you've got all this dye off. It would look wet if the dye was still on there and instead it looks dry.

So now I'm gonna let this dry completely. Give it a clear coat and then we'll be ready to stencil.

So our coaster which has been Ultra Dyed this beautiful orange color,

has been sealed with clear coat, and it's dry now and now we're ready to stencil.

I've got some white acrylic craft paint here.

You don't need very much for this and so squeeze a little bit out there.

And then I'm gonna line up where I want my stencil.

And

we're gonna do four coasters all together, and we'll use these other images on the other ones,

but I think for this demo I'm going to use the elephant.

He's so cute. And

the stencil is a little bit transparent. I can see the edge of the coaster underneath it.

So I can line it up.

So there's a little bit of room in front of his trunk here and a little bit of room behind his tail,

so that he fits on the coaster. And

then ordinarily I would tape the stencil down to whatever I'm stenciling on, like a cutting board,

but as you can see the stencil's bigger than

the coaster, so I'm just going to hold it with my fingers and hold it carefully.

And I can move around where my hand is, but I just want to make sure the stencil stays in the same spot.

And I'm gonna use my sponge paint brush. You can use a sponge pouncer which is made for stenciling,

it's...because it's flat circle. But these work just fine, too.

And I'm just gonna pick up a little bit of paint and

then I'm gonna take a little bit of paint off. So I don't want a bunch of gloompy paint on there.

I just want a little bit of paint. It's a very dry process. We don't dilute the paint.

Basically, we don't want the paint to run under the stencil, so you want to hold the stencil down tightly with your fingers and

then just sort of dab up and down

gently.

Just dropping the paint in between the edges of the stencil,

trying not to have it bleed underneath. And

That's all there is to it. And I want to make sure when I move my fingers

that I don't pick that stencil up and move it. I want the stencil to stay in the same spot.

I don't have the advantage of taping it down.

Although I suppose you could cut this image out if you wanted

so that it did fit. You could tape it down and that might be a good idea if you have done very much

stenciling before.

And I'm just gonna dab it on there.

I can see a little tiny bit too much paint on that, so I took a little bit off of

the paintbrush.

I'm just dab dab dabbing

just with white paint. And we just chose white as a design decision.

It's kind of a Boho look to have this on top of the

pretty colors that would showing through and

it matched the stencils. We thought the stencils have kind of a Boho look.

I'm really just dabbing up and down lightly

because I don't want to press the paint under the stencil. I

just want the paint to sit straight down

through the openings in the stencil. So it's really a very light touch

I've got going here.

And I have all these little holes, I want to make sure I get through those. And

this stencil's plastic, which is nice because it's reusable. We can just

rinse it off after we do this one and we can use that elephant again for another project. And

they make paper stencils too. That's fine, but you can't reuse those. That's a one-time use.

So I need to move my hand over here to a different spot.

And I need to make sure that when I lift my hand up I

don't lift that stencil up. So I'm gonna hold it down

over here and just migrate my fingers over a little bit. I think that worked fine.

You can see why we don't want to dilute the paint because that would make it run under the stencil which is what you don't

want.

This is just a single layer I'm doing of the white paint, because we we want it to look a little bit

pale.

Just like the Ultra Dye

let the wood grain show.

We don't mind if the the dye and the wood colors show through into the paint. That's fine. That's part of the look.

We don't want it real

super opaque. But if you want it more opaque,

that's your decision. And you can just put on more paint as you go. Don't do it all at once. Do it in layers

Because you don't want it to seep underneath.

I'm just dabbing that last little bit there.

Before I lift this up, I want to make sure I didn't miss any spots. All my circles are covered.

And now I'm going to gently lift up my stencil.

There's my cute little elephant. He looks adorable -- a little bit of bleeding over here

where it came through, but you know it kind of looks like the same shapes that are in the design here,

So I don't think it looks too bad/

It looks really cute.

So now I'm going to let this dry completely and once it's dry, I'm going to coat it with the clear coat spray paint. And

I'm gonna also put these little feet. These are a little adhesive, self-adhesive

felt dots. I'm gonna put four of those on the back of the coaster. And then my little stenciled coaster is all done.

Las Vegas Shooting 4chan Exposes Those Set to Make Huge Profits from Attacks - Duration: 6:45.

Las Vegas Shooting 4chan Exposes Those Set to Make Huge Profits from Attacks

Following the horrific Las Vegas shooting, which an anonymous 4chan poster warned three

weeks prior to to the event, a more sinister agenda outlining the secret agenda which drove

the actions was also revealed by the same poster. The anonymous 4Chan poster revealed

an elusive 'missing motive' behind the Las Vegas attacks, which most of the official

mainstream press have been unable or simply refused to provide. But how plausible is this

theory?

Names of individuals and companies who had conspired behind the scenes have come to light

with some obvious suspects.

George Soros, who warned about 'conspiracy theories' just one day before the attack took

place...was he expecting a backlash

Are we looking at one of the most obvious false flags in US history?

According to Squaker.org: Our mysterious poster specifically mentioned two corporations set

to make bank in the political aftermath of Vegas.

First up is OSI Systems, Inc.

A company who develops and markets security and inspection systems such as X-ray machines,

metal detectors, and other expensive A company who develops and markets security and inspection

systems such as X-ray machines, metal detectors, and other expensive security-related devices.

As of this morning, the companys stock price is now at an all-time high for the year.

Potentially even more interestingly, after a recent low on the day of the 4chan posting

in question 9/11, the stock has been on a steady climb upwards ever since.

The other named entity, the Chertoff Group cannot be tracked in the same manner as they

are a privately held company.

The company describe themselves as a premier global advisory firm focused on security and

risk management.

Whose professionals include former Cabinet-level officials, senior intelligence and national

security officers, private-equity CEOs, and experienced investment bankers from the most

distinguished Wall Street firms. For those organizations that require tactical security

support, we work hand-in-hand with clients to conduct comprehensive security assessments,

establish effective risk management frameworks, and build more resilient organizations capable

of navigating todays threat environment.

Michael Chertoff, official DHS photo portrait, 2007.jpgThe Chertoff Group though leads us

to its founder and one of only two specific names alluded to in the original post.

Michael Chertoff the Harvard educated son of a Rabbi who served as head of Homeland

Security under George W. Bush, and also happens to be the co-author of the Patriot Act.The

bill responsible for the removal of more Constitutionally protected rights then any other in modern

times.

Beyond founding the Chertoff group, he also co-chairs the Bipartisan Policy Centers

Immigration Task Force. As mentioned in the prior article Michael has already been formally

accused of abusing his homeland security position to make money selling full body scanners.

That is only the start of his past shady dealings however.

As he has been involved in the stifling of investigations related to both 9/11 and Al-Qaeda.

He also may potentially have the Clintons in his debt.

As despite his close friendly ties to many prominent Democrats at the time, was appointed

as special counsel to the Senate Whitewater Committee.

A Committee which had been tasked with looking into allegations against President Clinton

and his wife.

Allegations that quickly went nowhere once Chertoff got involved. The other name mentioned

is almost just as shady in his own right though.

Billionaire Casino owner Sheldon Adelson is heavily tied into politics.

Long-serving as one of the key GOP mega-donors who helps the party win elections.

In fact he wrote the Presidents inaugural committee a 5 million dollar check at the

start of the year, the largest ever donation to an incoming President.

He is said to be frustrated currently that Trump isnt taking a more extreme pro-Israeli

stance in his policies, however.

As Adelson is a strong supporter of the Jewish state and even owns the daily Isreal Hayom

paper, along with being in regular contact with Prime Minister Netanyahu. The real questionable

stuff starts when you consider that the Chinese government formally accused Adelson and his

company of helping U.S. intelligence agencies spy on Chinese officials.

Beijing believed that the CIA and FBI were using Adelson owned casinos operating in Macau

to gather blackmail material on their people. They took this threat so seriously even they prevented

the establishment of a U.S. consulate in Macau over their concerns.

This story came to light even only after an ongoing lawsuit had already previously revealed

that Adelson ordered spying on local Macau officials through his resorts in the region.

If nothing else, the two men in question, Michael Chertoff and Sheldon Adelson are certainly

powerful men with a history of shady financial and governmental dealings.

If you were going to pick two people who would simply have the connections and resources

to arrange an incident like the one in Vegas, you couldnt cast a better pair.

Lets keep in mind though its not like these two were called out to fit the narrative only

after the fact, but rather singled out weeks ahead of time, along with the target location

of Vegas. With calls from all sides for increased security measures nationwide, its not that

unlikely we could be facing the Patriot Act 2.0 sometime in the near future if the fear

mongers get their way.

Who could possibly be happier about that then the author of the original version, who of

course just happens to own one of the companies set to profit most from such legislation.

Nothing is a better motivator then money and power, and certainly both are to be had here

in the aftermath of the horrific attack in Vegas.

While all of the above could be a coincidence, at the very minimum these two certainly will

likely both mange to profit in the months to come.

Along with their friend Mr. Soros, who has actually previously made a killing investing

in OSI Systems stocks in times of national crisis.

We call this technique a 'Split Screen'.

And in today's vlog, I'm going to tell you when and why this effect might be used.

You'll also learn how to create a split screen effect yourself.

But first thing first!

The split screen technique is often used in movies, romantic scenes, music clips, DIY videos, and others

The unusual screen arrangement grabs people's attention can achieve several objectives...

For instance, in movies, we can watch two events that happen in different locations simultaneously

The split screen is also a good visual tool to bring variety to your clips.

So if you want to make a cool stylish vlog for your social network - go ahead and use

a split screen, then count the likes!

Your most creative ideas can become a reality with the help of a split screen effect.

How to make Ghee from Malai at Home - Make Ghee from Milk Cream - Best and Easy Method by Lata Jain - Duration: 6:06.

Namaste, Welcome to Lata's Kitchen

We can easily prepare clarified butter a home with milk cream

Lets see how it's done

Here I have about 2 cup milk cream

After boiling the milk, I let it cool down at room temperature.

This milk cream is formed at the surface of milk, which I have collected for 10 days and store in refrigerator.

Heat it for 30 seconds

Take it out into a large bowl and whip

Whip it in one direction

It is still cold, we just melted it for 30 seconds

It is becoming harder and grainy

Its texture has changed

We can see the milk has started separating the butter

After it gets separated, add some cold water

Mix, then separate the butter on one side

We will melt this butter in a pan / pot

Keep the gas low and keep stirring it often

We can make cottage cheese of the separated milk

For this Heat it and add few drops of lemon juice or vinegar

Milk will split, Remove extra water and wash it off. Cottage cheese is ready

We can see clarified butter separating

You can see the grains of milk solid. They are still white

Heat it still these grains get brownish

Turn off the gas

Use a large utensil while preparing this

Let it cool down a little

Now filter out the grains from clarified butter

Use a fine strainer

You can mix this grainy khoa with paratha dough or mix with wheat flour and make panjiri

Our pure desi ghee is ready

Thanks for watching !
