As well as developing and testing missiles,... North Korea is forging ahead with its nuclear

ambitions.

The International Atomic Energy Agency is warning that Pyongyang has ramped up efforts

to produce parts for a new nuclear reactor.

In its annual report released on Friday,.. the UN watchdog said the regime is still operating

its main reactor while it prepares to build a second one.

It says there are indications in the light water reactor construction yard of an increase

in activities,... which is presumed to be fabrication of certain components.

However,.,.. the IAEA, which has to rely on satellite images to reach its conclusions,

says it has not observed indications of the delivery or introduction of major components

into the reactor containment building.

The new reactor is expected to be larger than the current experimental one at Yongbyon.

FACE MAKEUP FOR DAYTIME TO NIGHT TIME/DAY TO NIGHT MAKE UP TUTORIAL - Duration: 9:12.

Hello guys, thank you so much for dropping by.

Welcome to the channel!

So today, I have a makeup tutorial for you....

This is a day to night makeup tutorial, I'm going to be creating a daytime look and I'm going to

be showing you how to quickly and easy transform

this daytime look into a night time look.

But before we get the tutorial guys, hold up! You know the drill...

and now without further ado,

let's get to the tutorial.

So for the daytime makeup I already did my brows and primed my face so I'm going

to be applying my foundation all over my face,

I'm using a stippling motion to just

pat the foundation into my skin.

After applying my foundation I'm going to take a foundation that is one shade

lighter than my skin tone and I'm going to pat that under my eye and the

reason for this is to brighten up my under eye area.

After doing that I'm

going to prime my eyelids, now I'm just patting some eyeshadow base onto my lids

For my transition colour, I'm using this light brown shade

this brown shade is

actually from a contour palette.

So I'm just using that and blending that out just

right above my crease.

As always I'm going to have all the products that I used in description box,

so please check that out.

After applying the transition shade, I'm going to start blending out the

under-eye foundation using a Beauty Blender

After blending the foundation I'm immediately going to set my under eye

area to avoid creasing.

Now going back into the eye makeup, I'm taking this

champagne, this light champagne colored eye shadow and I'm going to place that

all over my lid. So using an eyeshadow brush, I'm going to just pat this

eyeshadow color all over my lid.

After applying the eyeshadow,

I'm going to take a blending brush and I'm going to

blend out all the harsh edges from the champagne colored eyeshadow that I just

applied.

And next I'm going to be lining my lid, my top lid and for the liner, I'm really

just focusing it very close to my eyelashes

After that, I'm going to apply some mascara to my lashes.

After applying the mascara, I'm going to be using false lashes for this look and

the false lashes that I'm using are very natural-looking

Now taking some mascara, I'm going to apply that to my lower lashes

Now I'm applying a bit of that foundation that I used under my eye,

I'm putting a bit of that along the bridge of my nose and I'm blending that out my

fingers. After doing that I'm going to apply my face powder all over my face

and also I'm going to sweep out the excess powder under my eyes

and after doing that I'm applying some blush to my cheek and for the look to settle in,

I'm going to be using some setting spray on my face..

For my lips I'm using this really light pink lipstick and I'm

using a light brown lip pencil to line around my lips

And that's it guys! The daytime makeup look is done.

And now on to the nighttime makeup look. For this look, we're bringing the drama

So to start it out, I'm going to be smoking out my eye makeup.

I took some black eyeshadow

and I'm going to be focusing that on my outer V.

So I'm placing the black eyeshadow there,

and as I place it, I'm going to go to blend out the harsh edges.

After blending the harsh edges from the eyeshadow, I'm going to go right into my

waterline and apply some black eyeliner there

After lining my undereye, we're going to bring in some drama, I'm taking some

black eyeshadow with a pencil brush and I'm going to smudge out the under eye

liner. So starting from the outer corner of my under eye I'm going to go in

halfway and smudge out that liner.

After smudging, I switched up my lashes for a bit of

Va Va Voom effect.

So for these lashes or for the nighttime makeup look

I using these 3D mink lashes

And for this nighttime look, I'm going to be low lighting,

I do not know like for the daytime look because like I said I wanted to keep the

daytime look as simple as natural as possible so for this nighttime look, I

low lighted the sides of my nose, the hollows of my cheeks, underneath my jaw

and after doing that I'm going to be applying some highlighter to my cheekbones

I'm also adding some more blush to my cheeks

and for my lips, I'm using this dark

berry colored lipstick which is really pretty and I'm just applying that all

over my lips.

And that's it! We're all done!

Some of the basics on how to set up a trail camera...today's cameras

have got a ton of options on there that you can set them up specific to the

situation that you're putting your camera in front of. Some of the simple

things to get with deer pictures on your trail camera...If you're putting your camera

over bait whether it be corn or a mineral lick or whatever you might be

using you want to turn your picture frequency and sensitivity down.

What that's going to do is keep it from getting too many pictures of the same

deer and just using up a lot of battery on the same deer over and over.

On the flipside if you're just using your camera over a scrape or a trail or

maybe the opening of a food plot you want to turn your picture frequency up

and also turn the sensitivity on your camera up so that you catch everything that

moves through there because you're not betting on them coming to one spot

because the bait you're trying to catch them moving through

Manchester United could line up in a 4-2-2-2 formation with Zlatan Ibrahimovic

ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC has returned to Manchester United and hes desperate to add a Premier League title to his glittering list of silverware. England is the only country he's played in since leaving Sweden where he hasn't won the league – so far.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has re-signed for Manchester United.

Romelu Lukaku has made a blistering start to his Manchester United career. With Romelu Lukaku haven taken his old No. 9 shirt, Ibrahimovic will be wearing No. 10 – which the 35-year-old has declared an upgrade.

But how could Jose Mourinho line up a team featuring both the red-hot Lukaku and the super Swede?. Our friends at Football Whispers have taken a look….

There are a number of ways United could line up. They have started the season in a 4-2-3-1, but there is no natural way for Ibrahimovic and Lukaku to play together in that system.

Perhaps Ibrahimovic could feature in the No. 10 role, but that is unfamiliar for him and wouldn't be playing to his strengthes.

You would expect them to line up together up front, and of course there are a number ways United could play that way.

But with the team looking so good in the 4-2-3-1, a little switch of dropping an attacking midfielder for Ibrahimovic could be the answer as they switch to a 4-2-2-2.

Goalkeeper: David de Gea.

De Gea is the undisputed No.1 at United. Despite endless Real Madrid transfer talk since a move collapsed at the last minute back in 2015, he is key at Old Trafford.

Last season saw him named as goalkeeper in the PFA Team of the Year and he's started 2017/18 well, with two Premier League clean sheets.

Right-back: Antonio Valencia.

Valencia may have been a right winger for most of his career, but he's now an established right-back and is impressing there too.

Mourinho clearly loves the 32-year-old, saying back in January: "He is simply the best right-back you can have. There is no better right-back in football.".

Centre-back: Eric Bailly.

With the arrivals of Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Bailly's arrival last summer was somewhat overshadowed. Yet the former Villarreal defender has already proven himself as one of the best centre-backs in the league.

And now has his first goal for Manchester United, scoring the opener in the 4-0 win at Swansea.

Centre-back: Phil Jones.

Still only 25, he's hoping he's passed his injury-hit spell and is forming a promising partnership with Bailly.

Jones has been at Manchester United since the 2011/12 season, but is yet to make more than 30 league appearances in a single campaign.

Left-back: Daley Blind.

Often used as a centre-back last season due to injuries, 27-year-old Blind is back in his favoured left-back position.

Given Mourinho is clearly not a fan of other left-back option Luke Shaw, the Netherlands international is likely to be the first choice for the position.

Central midfielder: Paul Pogba.

Pogba isn't just only a midfield superstar, he also seems to be the best deal broker around, claiming he was crucial in the deals to bring Lukaku and Ibrahimovic to Old Trafford this summer.

The 24-year-old is no longer the world's most expensive player, but will still want to prove the doubters wrong and help United to their first Premier League title since Sir Alex Ferguson left.

Central midfielder: Nemanja Matic.

Matic's early season form has left many fans wondering as to why Chelsea let him go for £40million this summer.

He already looks right at home at Old Trafford under former boss Mourinho and his partnership with Pogba gives Manchester United one of the best midfield duos in the country.

Right attacking midfielder: Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

With just two weekends of Premier League action gone so far this season, Mkhitaryan already has four assists. The closest contenders behind him – Christian Eriksen, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Granit Xhaka and Riyad Mahrez – all have two.

Ibrahimovic thinks United will have a good campaign because of the Armenian, telling ESPN: "I think this season will be the season of Mkhitaryan because he has opened fantastic.

Left attacking midfielder: Marcus Rashford.

Anthony Martial may have started the season well, but Mourinho has gone with Rashford ahead of the Frenchman so far in the Premier League this season.

His future may well be as a No. 9, but it's clear for now if he wants to play for Manchester United, he'll have to get first-team action on the wing.

Striker: Romelu Lukaku.

The big buy this summer, Lukaku has scored in every game since arriving from Everton, with a goal against Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup, followed by two against West Ham United in his Premier League debut and a solitary strike against Swansea.

The £75million man has helped Mourinho's side look invincible and they'll hope he can carry on his great form throughout the season.

Striker: Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The Swedish legend has unfinished business at Old Trafford after picking up an injury in April that meant he missed the Europa League final.

Before that, he proved he was still one of the best strikers around though, with 28 goals in 46 games, finishing the season as Manchester United's top scorer. Can Zlatan Ibrahimovic form a dream partnership with Romelu Lukaku?.

How Manchester United should line up against Leicester City at Old Trafford

The Red Devils have recorded consecutive 4-0 wins in their first two Premier League matches against Swansea and West Ham so far this term.

Jose Mourinho's men will be favourites against the Foxes but Craig Shakespeare's side have had a bright start to the season.

The Portuguese boss may be tempted to name an unchanged side against the Foxes but he should consider a change.

United's attacking threat has made the headlines after their first two league matches but Mourinho will be delighted with his defence.

Defence.

Victor Lindelof was signed to partner Eric Bailly but Phil Jones' resurgence has been encouraging to watch for the injury-plagued defender.

Jones formed a good partnership with Bailly in pre-season and they must start again at Old Trafford against the pace of Jamie Vardy.

Mourinho may be tempted to play the more defensive-minded Matteo Darmian up against Riyad Mahrez but Daley Blind provides a greater attacking threat and he hasn't put a foot wrong so far in the league this season.

Antonio Valencia is a constant attacking threat and lacks competition at the Theatre of Dreams.

Midfield.

Nemanja Matic was man of the match against West Ham and he kept up his brilliant start with a dominating display against Swansea.

United have been outnumbered in central midfield in their first two matches but the ability of Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Juan Mata to come in field has caused problems for opposition midfielders.

The movement in behind has left opponents in a dilemma whether to stick with the wingers or to press Matic and Paul Pogba.

United may lack natural width but Mourinho's decision to bring his wide midfielders inside has afford Pogba and Matic more time on the ball.

The pair have formed a fantastic partnership so far and there's no need for an extra midfielder against the Foxes.

Attack.

Marcus Rashford was praised for his performance against the Hammers but he struggled against the Swans.

The teenager was booed from the start at the Liberty Stadium and it put Rashford off his normal game. The England international seemed determined to score from distance and he allowed the supporters to get to him.

Anthony Martial came on for the second game in a row and scored his second goal of the season.

The Frenchman is benefiting from Rashford's attacking intent in the 75 minutes before he comes on and Martial has capitalised on tired defences to booster his goal tally.

Rashford is yet to get off the mark this season and Martial deserves to start. It seems natural that Martial will be allowed a starting berth and it could actually benefit Rashford by coming off the bench.

Mkhitaryan has four assists to his name so far and has to start in behind Romelu Lukaku, while Juan Mata is often a good option in tight matches at Old Trafford.
