AWR Advantage Plus Bluetooth Pairing - Duration: 2:45.

Hi, I'm Linda with Advanced Wireless Communications and today, I'd like to teach you how to

pair the AWR Advantage Plus two-way radio to a Bluetooth headset.

Bluetooth allows for wireless headset use.

This is beneficial for environments where wires pose the risk of being caught and may

cause injury to the wearer or persons nearby, such as around machinery or patients.

Bluetooth also allows you to be discreet, since Bluetooth headsets can be paired with

most cell phones, employees that need to be discreet, such as loss prevention specialists,

can hide in plain sight while using their two-way radio.

Bluetooth must be activated on the Advantage Plus radio using the AWR Advantage programming software for

this process to work.

Please note: Bluetooth is not available on the AWR Advantage.

To 'Pair' or Link the radio to a Bluetooth headset for the first time, press and hold

the Side Function 2 button while turning the unit on.

Once the radio screen displays "Link ---" you may release the side key and the LED will

flash blue.

Follow the pairing instructions for the Bluetooth headset being used.

The 'Pairing' process will take approximately 35 seconds.

The headset will speak "device is connected" and the radio screen will say blue ok when

the radio and headset are paired.

Press the Radio Push to Talk button to initiate a transmission while speaking into the Bluetooth

headset.

Once a Bluetooth headset has been 'Paired' to a radio, the 'Connect' mode can be

used for subsequent 'linking' of the radio and headset.

This is typically a much faster process then 'Pairing'.

With the AWR Advantage Plus and headset powered on, access the short menu on the radio by

pressing the menu function key.

The default is the S/M Key, long press.

Use the up or down keys to find the menu option labeled Bluetooth.

Press the S/M key to access the Bluetooth menu.

Use the up or down arrows to select "LINK" then press the S/M key.

"LINK …" will be displayed on the screen and the LED will flash blue while connecting.

The headset will speak "device is connected" when the radio and headset are paired.

This process typically takes less than 10 seconds.

Wizkid might just have recorded an album in Lagos, in two days.

Dropping his new single 'Medicine' few days after 'Sounds from the Other Side' EP makes

it seem so.

Wizkid arrived in Nigeria from Kenya where he recently had a concert in Nairobi.

And he clearly hasn't been sleeping.

According to Wizkid's long-time friend, Rotimi Rudeboy, Starboy has recorded an album in

Nigeria, and he did all of that in two days.

Rotimi revealed this on Twitter

Wizkid's friend, Rotimi wrote "New Wizkid music in a couple of hours'.

Rotimi's tweet about Wizkid making an album in 2days leads fans to speculate if Starboy

plans on releasing new music so soon after the release of his mixtape "Sounds From

The Other Side."

Wizkid confirmed with Rotimi's tweet, quoting his tweet and writing: "2 f***ing days blad!"

Wizkid is still flying high after the release of his new project "Sounds From The Other

Side."
