are you kidding me, guys?

Most millennials today make purchasing decisions based on not flying newspaper ad.

They make decisions based on the trust and what they see

and what they're being reached by on social media.

This is a critical platform, you can't ignore the 2 billion people on Facebook

or one billion people on Messenger,

the 750 million people on Instagram.

These are monthly active users, most of them actually daily.

If you're ignoring that audience, you're not ignoring a social media audience.

You're ignoring almost 100% people on their mobile phones.

Where people spend a majority of their time.

If you wanna ignore mobile audience, that's basically everyone in the future,

then you're not sending up your business for success.

I'm still hearing,

"We have a phone, people can call." No!

Set up so people can order through Messenger.

Prepare your bots. Look at my previous videos on bots.

Analyze what you should do in that area.

Create a social media strategy.

I know you run it at agencies that seem to you like charlatans

from a different universe because you don't understand that stuff.

Well, find a couple of people that do.

And do understand that.

Oregon Abandons the Second Amendment.

Here's What Gun Owners Need to Know Now

Oregon Gov. Kate Brown has signed into law a Democrat-backed bill that violates the Second

Amendment by forcing gun owners to surrender their firearms.

The law, known as SB 719A, enables police or private citizens to file a complaint leading

to an order to surrender all firearms.

In other words, it opens the door to spurious claims and witch hunts that liberals are almost

guaranteed to exploit.

Requires court to order respondent to surrender deadly weapons and concealed handgun license

within 24 hours of service of initial order, and immediately upon service of continued

or renewed order.

Provides for law enforcement officer serving order to request immediate surrender of deadly

weapons and concealed handgun license and authorizes law enforcement officer to take

possession of surrendered items.

Gov. Brown said of the law that it is the "best way to ensure that a person who is

at risk of harming themselves or others is identified, while still ensuring their rights

are protected by a court review."

Of course, that point of view entirely ignores the fact that the type of criminals who perpetrate

most gun crimes aren't going to adhere to this or any other law.

All SB 719A is going to do it take guns out of the hands of law-abiding citizens, and

thereby INCREASE the likelihood of violent crimes by clearing the way for gun-totting

criminals.

A statement by the National Rifle Association in response to this ill-advised legislation

read:

"By allowing a law enforcement officer, family member, or household member to seek

the ERPO, SB 719A would allow people who are not mental health professionals, who may be

mistaken, and who may only have minimal contact with the respondent to file a petition with

the court and testify on the respondent's state of mind."

The microwaves were done for the period of the World War II, when two scientists made

one tube that was producing magnetron, which was something like the microwaves.

They were used together with the radar system of Britain for finding Nazi warplanes whose

mission was bombing the British Isles.

After several years, by accident one man called Percy LeBaron Spencer of the Raytheon Company

found out that the microwaves can also be used for food.

He discovered this when he noticed that the radar waves melted a candy bar kept his pocket.

So, the first microwave oven was called the Radar Range, however then it was very big

and also heavy like a fridge.

There are many studies regarding this question and there is a prove that the microwaves are

harmful for us.

How are the microwave ovens heating/cooking out food?

Due to the influence of the alternating currents, the atoms are reversing their polarity, and

the outcome is the appearance of friction and vibrating.

These vibrations of the water found in the food particles is the thing that makes our

food to heat up.

How are they not safe for us?

There are around 2.45 billion hertzin the microwave.

This is harmful when the seal of the microwave door ages and it starts leaking.

Our body gets hurt from 10 hertz, so that is why we need to be careful and never stand

near the microwave when it is working.

If there is a leak your body can be hurt, and it is usually too late when we get to

notice that, the damage is already here.

How is the microwave harming our bodies?

It is weakening our immunity It can cause cancer

It also causes birth defects It can cause cataracts

It may also trigger severe illness It is reducing the resistance to viral and

bacterial infections What is the microwave oven doing to our food?

There was one study made from the the Swiss scientist Hans Hertel which stated that microwaving

the food is degrading and depleting the food from the nutrients.

The radiation in the microwave is destroying and deforming the food molecules, which is

producing harmful radioactive compounds It is breaking the bonds between the chemicals

and the moleculars.

If you process the breast milk in the microwave it will lose 96 percent of the antibodies

There was a study from the Search for Health in 1992 about the impacts from the microwaved

food on the people who consumed it, and the results were the following:

They experienced reduction in hemoglobin which is causing anemic-like conditions

Lowering of the white blood cells level Increased level of leukocytes (which showed

poisoning and cellular damage) Fast increasing of the cholesterol level in

our body; The exposure to the harmful electromagnetic

fields will continue although you are keeping your microwave oven sealed.

The EMF is able to penetrate in our body and because of that it is being used for the x-ray

makers.

However, this also has side-effects, including severe health issues.

The EPA suggests limiting of the exposure to EMF to.5 mG– 2.5 mG.

If you stand at a distance of 4 inches when the microwave is working you are exposed to

100– 500mG.

If you stand at a distance of 3 feet then you are exposed to 1– 25mG.

So, even though they seem to you a lot faster in comparison to the conventional ovens, they

are actually draining the nutritional value from the food and represent a risk for our

health.

Gayoungs lengthy message reads, Hello. This is Stellars Gayoung. I dont know how to start. Until now, Ive written a lot of things and a lot of letters, but today Im writing the most difficult and heartbreaking letter for me.

First of all, Id like to apologize to the fans who looked forward to my first letter in a while and were probably excited by the alert..

It seems like just yesterday when I was only 20 years old and entered this company with my dreams in mind. Already 7 years have passed, and the moment I thought would never come has come.

My contract ends on August 31.To be honest, I wondered whether it would be better to let you know beforehand or to show you a smiling image of myself until the very end and went back and forth a hundred times.

However, I thought it was better to tell you now before the concert ahead. This is why Im giving you this bad news before the concert.

Honestly, I went through a lot of difficulties while promoting as Stellar, but I was able to sing good songs and receive a lot of love because of the fans.

I was able to become more dependable through these many experiences, and I think I was able to mature as well. I spent my entire youth with Stellar, and its very precious to me.

Of course, its still precious. Thats why its even more difficult to move on..

As in the lyrics for Twinkle, I thank you for making a nobody like me into someone special.

Because of our girl group concepts, you probably went through a lot of hardships with us, but you always stayed firmly by our side. I was able to endure all the difficulties and enjoy myself because of the fans.

Thank you for gifting me such good memories in my life.

Though Im saying goodbye because my company and I have different thoughts on our futures, I still want to do music, act, radio DJ, write, compose, and study a lot of things and challenge myself even if it takes a long time.

I think I met the people who love me because I was a Stellar member. I want to tell them Im sorry that I couldnt be with Stellar until the end.

I think it would be selfish of me to ask you to cheer me on even if I leave the team, so I wont say that.

However, Im going to work hard where you can see me and where you cant see me. And to my members who I love.

Ill probably really miss it when I think back on those days. Ill keep each of those moments in my heart.
